NASCAR driver Kyle Busch has died. He was forty one
years old. Bush was a two time Cup Series champion
who won more races than anyone across NASCAR's three national series.
The Busch family, Richard Childress Racing, and NASCAR issued a
joint statement yesterday saying Bush die after being hospitalized. No

cause of death was given Bush his family. He said
earlier Thursday that he was hospitalized with a severe illness
three days before he was to compete and the Coca
Cola six hundred at Charlotte Motors Speedway.

Told the Associated Press that Bush was testing in the
Chevrolet Racing simulator in Concord on Wednesday when he became
unresponsive and was transported to the hospital in Charlotte. Audio

at Watkins Glen International on May tenth, just weeks before
his death.

A fifty two year old owner of a Maryland cheer
academy is accused of sexually abusing a nine year old girl.

Dustin Moss Burkett of Annapolis has been criminally charged with
second degree rape, abuse of a minor, fourth degree sexual offense,
and second degree assault. The alleged assault happened between Burkett
and the young girl last summer and this spring on
the property of the Eastern Shore Cheer Academy in Stevensville.
Burkett is the owner and operator of the Eastern George

and is currently being held at the Queen Anne's County
Detention Center without bond.
