Speaker 1 (00:00):
Exciting news on The Mike and Diane Show and ninety
five point one WayV. The finalists have been announced for
this year's induction into the Toy Hall of Fame.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
God, I feel like we do this every two months.

Speaker 3 (00:13):
We do it once a year.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
It's crazy.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
Time just flies by.

Speaker 4 (00:16):
Know, this is like the sixth time we've done this.
This time it's crazy.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
And I love hearing all the toys that are nominated
because then we can pick our favorites. Each year, twelve
toys that have achieved icon status are nominated, three of
which will be inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame.
So I'm going to give you this year's finalist and
we'll see which ones we would vote for. Transformers, eh, okay,

(00:42):
Apples to Apples the game.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
I don't think I've ever played that. Choose your Own
Adventure game books so nominated.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
As far, that's the furthest one up the list.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
Pokemon definitely, yeah, that's not a bad one.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Trading cards like General to General Miss, wasn't it one?

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Pokemon trading cards?

Speaker 3 (01:04):
Just trading cards in general.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Remember they they inducted a cardboard box, No and.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
Sand trading cards like the name is Pokemon trading cards.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
Oh, I thought, aren't there Pokemon collectibles also?

Speaker 2 (01:16):
But I mean that's not the toy is the cards?

Speaker 3 (01:20):
All right?

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Maybe that's how it started.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
Okay, how about balloons? See how general it is?

Speaker 1 (01:26):
All right?

Speaker 2 (01:26):
So far I've got too it's Pokemon and balloons.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
Uh, trampolines okay, but.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Yeah yeah and sends everybody back injuries.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
My little pony never inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
That one has a new meeting now.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
Creeps out there. Yeah, let's just pass it with that.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
On Hes toy trucks, my dad used to like to
get one for his grandson every year for Christmas, The
Has Toy truck.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
Yep, my son has fifteen of them and I cursed
them every day.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Remote controlled vehicles another general one. Yeah, how about the
stick horse? Do you remember when it was?

Speaker 3 (02:04):
It was a stick and then the horse head on
that was so cute?

Speaker 2 (02:07):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Phase ten. I love that card game. It's kind of
a rummy game.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
Yeah. I don't remember that one.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
Yeah, it's goods it holds up. I just saw it
in Target the other day.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
So those are the nominees for the Toy Hall of Fame,
which three are.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
You going with I'm going with Pokemon. I'm going with
what was the one after trading cards?

Speaker 3 (02:28):
That was balloons?

Speaker 2 (02:29):
Balloons?

Speaker 4 (02:30):
And then pick one at the bottom, your pick of
Phase ten, not at that one remote control vehicles.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
You like that remote control vehicles. I'm going to go
with the stick Horse that brought back so many memories.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
These probably should be on versatility.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Yeah, I love that Phase ten just because I love
the game. And I'm going to go Transformers.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Because I feel like they've had movies.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
They've been around for so long, so they should be
in the Toy Hall of Fame.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
Maybe last year's inductees were baseball.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Cards, So what are we doing with trading cards?

Speaker 3 (03:05):
I don't know nothing. Baseball cards made it last year.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
NERF Toys and Cabbage Patch Kids, they were great inductors.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
So they are.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Pokemon's got to get in the balloon. Let's get a
little flavor in there.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
Is that a toy?

Speaker 5 (03:20):
Though?

Speaker 2 (03:20):
A balloon is a box?

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Yeah, because on Christmas morning they play with the box.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Have you ever seen a kid with a balloon?

Speaker 6 (03:27):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (03:28):
I guess they do play with a helium.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
Balloon that's been there for like three days or an
air like one you blow up that floats. There's literally
I wouldn't be surprised break dance and gets any Olympics.
I wouldn't be surprised if a balloon to the ground.
Keep you uppies, ause, my kids call it, get some Olympics.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
The inductees will be announced in November.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Good luck to all the nominees and we'll give you
an update after that.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
I'm all in go.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
Balloon whoo Pole from Linwood is looking for a second
date update with a woman named Sierra.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Good morning, call.

Speaker 7 (04:00):
Morning guys, much for helping me with this.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
Oh, no problem, That's what we're here for.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Hopefully we can help you. So please tell us about
Sierra and your first date.

Speaker 7 (04:11):
Uh, you know, I'm still I'm still trying to figure
out what happened. You know, what went wrong. We went
out to a nice date to a place called Bagabond.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
Oh yeah, we know, we know well in there. Yes,
we love it.

Speaker 7 (04:24):
Yeah, I mean it was it was, it was, it was.
It was you know, something nice, nothing, nothing extremely fancy,
but it was it was a nice place to go
and have dinner.

Speaker 6 (04:34):
M hm.

Speaker 7 (04:35):
And you know we she ended up coming back to
my place. I was very excited about that.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Yeah, I think so.

Speaker 7 (04:45):
You know, sadly, I gotta say, I don't know what happened,
but within you know, like forty five minutes, she just
like took off. She was like, I'm out, I had enough,
I gotta go. And you know, I'm just like here
with all these questions, like what happened? I thought we
were having a cream you came back to my place?

Speaker 2 (05:01):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Yeah, And she liked you enough after the dinner date
to come to your place because if anything happened during
the dinner then she would have just kind of bowed
out and see you later.

Speaker 3 (05:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (05:13):
Nice.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
We have a moment in time, like we know, something
happened on the ride or in the house, nothing.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
At dinner exactly.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
We've got it narrowed down. We're like the second date
detectives over here.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
Yeah. I mean we have been for ten years now.
However long we've been doing sometime.

Speaker 7 (05:30):
I'm so lost, I'm completely lost.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Well that's why we are here for you.

Speaker 1 (05:34):
So Cole, what we will do is we'll put you
on hold, We'll play a song, and we'll try to
get Sierra on the phone at least get some answers
for you.

Speaker 3 (05:41):
How does that sound.

Speaker 7 (05:43):
Thank you, Thank you, guys.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
You are welcome. That's coming up next. On ninety five
point one WayV. A few minutes ago, Cole told us
about his first date with Sierra. You said, you had
a nice dinner and she came back to your place
and then she just kind of took off forty five
minutes into it.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
Is that right, I like the specific forty five minutes.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
Yeah, so let's try to find out what happened.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
Let's just try to get her on the phone. Here
we go. Hello, Hi, is this Sierra.

Speaker 7 (06:20):
This is Sierra.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
Good morning Sierra.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
It's Mike and Diane from ninety five point one WayV
Radio from the Morning show.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
How are you today, Hi, I'm good.

Speaker 7 (06:32):
What's going on?

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Good? We were wondering if you would have a minute
because we got a call from one of our radio
family members by the name of Cole.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
Does that sound familiar Cole? Yes? Yeah, yes, Okay.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Well, Cole was telling us that you guys went on
a first date. He had a great time, inviting you
back to his place. You were there, he said, and
then all of a sudden, he doesn't understand it.

Speaker 3 (06:57):
Because you left a little while and two forty.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Five minutes he said, forty five minutes into it. I
had no explanation. He's not hearing from you, so on
his behalf, we're just trying to get some answers.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
Would you mind?

Speaker 8 (07:10):
Yeah, yeah, no problem.

Speaker 3 (07:13):
So, yes, we had a great date.

Speaker 8 (07:14):
We went to Vagabond.

Speaker 6 (07:15):
It was delicious.

Speaker 7 (07:19):
Weed to go back to his place. I was totally
down for it. And we get there. He gets you
quick toward the apartment and then he sits down, puts
on his headphones and is like playing video games. Oh,
for like thirty five minutes, and then he was like, oh,
you want to play? And I was like, no, I.

Speaker 4 (07:37):
Have other things on my mind. Yeah I want to play,
just not with a.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
Video Oh okay.

Speaker 7 (07:42):
We're in our thirties, Like, yeah.

Speaker 8 (07:45):
That's like it was. I think it was like I
don't want to be with some of the has to
play video games on like a Saturday night.

Speaker 7 (07:52):
You know.

Speaker 3 (07:53):
Yeah, So how long did that? Once you said no,
you didn't want to play, he still kept playing. No
I left, Oh gosh, okay.

Speaker 1 (08:03):
Okay, okay. So once he asked you do you want
to play? Then he wasn't. It didn't seem like he
was willing to not play his video games.

Speaker 5 (08:11):
Right.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
Oh okay, well you know what, let's ask him about
that because I have to let you know that Cole
has been listening in. Cole, I hate to ask, but
you couldn't take a night off from the gaming because
my husband plays video games, but when we have plans,
he doesn't play.

Speaker 7 (08:27):
So Hi, Sarah, I'm so sorry about that. And look,
the reason why he took me so long to ask
you for wanting to join is because the other remote
was charging. I only have one remote.

Speaker 9 (08:41):
Development.

Speaker 7 (08:42):
Yeah, I should have said something about that, and you know,
I was nervous and I'm all over the place. I'm sorry.

Speaker 4 (08:51):
Yeah, I feel bad because I've been in that situation
where you're like you're doing something and then you kind
of like peek over and you're like, oh, man, I
should have been not doing this. But it doesn't sound
like you realize that you should not have been playing
the video games at that.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
Right, right, It doesn't seem like or you're.

Speaker 4 (09:08):
Kind of focused on I should have asked you if
you wanted to play. She didn't want to play. She
wanted to play, just not video games.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
Well, I guess, Sierra, on a first date, you would
want to get to know him and talk and not
just play video games.

Speaker 3 (09:20):
Yeah, I would assume.

Speaker 7 (09:23):
Yeah, I'm sorry. I apologize. I should have been more,
but I was in the moment more you know there.
Let me make it up.

Speaker 2 (09:34):
We see if you can't.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
Yeah, let's get right to the I love that.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
So, Cole, you're the one who called us if the
second date would be on us, if Sierra would agree.

Speaker 3 (09:46):
But would you agree to not play video games on
this second date?

Speaker 2 (09:51):
Scout's promise, Scout's promise. I love that. Three fingers in
the air.

Speaker 3 (09:57):
I believe you.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
Then I do.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
Well, you heard it, Era, he's if you go out
with him again, no video games on the second date.
What do you think it all comes down to you?

Speaker 6 (10:07):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (10:08):
Yeah, I would totally give it a second date.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
Ohy, I was not ready for that.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
I thought it was a definite note because guess what
if you date three months later?

Speaker 2 (10:16):
Gus who's playing video games again?

Speaker 3 (10:17):
Oh yeah? Three months?

Speaker 2 (10:18):
Yeah, well a week I give him credit.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
Listen, that's okay. Let's we'll find out. Maybe they can
set parameters of.

Speaker 4 (10:26):
Al I'm gonna set the parameters right now, Cole, until
if she is there or coming over or leaving don't
do it.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
Good advice.

Speaker 7 (10:38):
You know what I'm gonna I'm gonna put it away
right now.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
Yay, it's gonna come back out.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
This is great, This is great. Well, romance is still alive.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
I don't believe we've gotten a yes in a little while,
so definitely keep us up to date.

Speaker 7 (10:53):
You guys, Thank you, guys, thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (10:57):
It's not a five point one w A y V.
Something we haven't done in a long time, like a
month now. It's been since we've done realer fake headline.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
Let's do it.

Speaker 4 (11:07):
I've just been handed an urgent and horrifying news story,
and I eat all of you to stop what you're
doing and listen. No, here we go, Diane, lock it
in all right. One of these is a real headline
in the other two are fake. Oh zempic to be

(11:28):
issued in lollipop form.

Speaker 3 (11:31):
O zempic and lollipop form.

Speaker 4 (11:33):
Okay, a man ate seven hundred lollipops eight man ate
seven hundred eggs.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
In one month.

Speaker 3 (11:40):
Whoo okay.

Speaker 4 (11:41):
Rubbing cinnamon on bald spots helps grow your hair back.

Speaker 3 (11:46):
This one's tough.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
Ozempic lollipops seven hundred eggs or cinnamon so I'm guessing which.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
One is the real one. Yes, I don't think cinnamon
on the head is real.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
I'll just tell you that's a Yeah, that's a fake one.
So it's between the seven hundred eggs or ozepic.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
I'm gonna say.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
I'm going to say the guy eats seven hundred eggs,
I've needs seven hundred.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
Actually he didn't eat seven hundred eight seven hundred and twenty. Wow,
And he did it to find out if eggs aren't
actual cholesterol problem and are they?

Speaker 2 (12:22):
They are not?

Speaker 4 (12:22):
His bad cholesterol levels dropped eighteen percent really despite consuming
one hundred thirty three thousand, two hundred milligrams of cholesterol
over the month.

Speaker 7 (12:35):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
I always hear good cholesterol bad cholesterol.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
Yes, I guess eggs are one hundred percent good cholesterol.
He ate one egg a day for a month. That's
twenty four eggs a day.

Speaker 1 (12:46):
Well, I mean another person, it may not have worked out,
is that. Well, it depends on the person.

Speaker 7 (12:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (12:50):
I think people need to realize that everybody's body is
different exactly, and blood types are a thing, like blood
types are a real thing.

Speaker 6 (12:57):
M So I.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
Wouldn't go trying that. Then again, you know, with the
price of eggs. Who would want to try that.

Speaker 2 (13:02):
For a month?

Speaker 4 (13:03):
You want to know if you want an egg a day,
I got a four dollars and fifty cent excuse for
you to have eggs every day.

Speaker 2 (13:12):
All I gotta do. Go buy some chickens.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
There, you go, go buy some chicks.

Speaker 4 (13:17):
Four months, you're gonna have an egg a day out
of each one of those chickens.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
Good advice.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
I don't want my chickens back, I really do. I
want my chickens back, and a goat and maybe a
baby cow.

Speaker 3 (13:27):
Oh how cute.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
I just want to farm. Anybody selling their farm for
like free?

Speaker 1 (13:33):
All the answer would be Now, I looked over and
I saw Walter White in his tidy whities. So Mike
and Diane show on ninety five point one WayV Yes,
my husband is binge watching Breaking Bad again, okay for
the third time.

Speaker 4 (13:47):
I just finished Better Call SAUW. I actually forced myself
to sit down.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
And watch it. Did you like it the ending?

Speaker 9 (13:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (13:54):
I love I love the great show.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
Yeah it is great, especially if you're if you love
Breaking Bad and you just need more. Yeah, and Saul
was such a great part of Breaking Bad, So yeah,
I would recommend that for a binge.

Speaker 4 (14:06):
He wasn't.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
My husband wasn't into that.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
So no, he gave up after the first two seasons.

Speaker 3 (14:12):
He gave up after the first episode.

Speaker 4 (14:14):
Yeah, you keep going, oh my god, that show is
the definition of power through the first two seasons.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
Yeah, I was good.

Speaker 3 (14:22):
It sure does.

Speaker 1 (14:23):
But he's rewatching the whole thing. And trust me, he
has new shows that he wants to watch. Our DVR
is full, we have other series, but you know, he's
he started watching again for the third time. I'm not
a big rewatcher.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Me neither.

Speaker 3 (14:37):
But if I had to pick a.

Speaker 1 (14:38):
Rewatch series, one that I could sit through again and again,
I would say probably Gilmore Girls.

Speaker 3 (14:44):
I love a lot of series, but whenever that's on,
I come watch.

Speaker 4 (14:46):
I could have done this break for you. I knew
you were going to say Gilmore Girls. The answer is
always Gilmore Girls.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
Sometimes it's Sex in the City.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Yeah no, but I had a fifty to fifty.

Speaker 1 (14:56):
Shot because I don't think I'd watched Sex in the
City over and over again.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
Yeah, I would want to watch something that has things
hidden in it, like not how am I How do
I want to say this? Like when you go back,
you watch it knowing the ending. It's like a completely
different watch clues clues throughout the whole thing, Like I
think ted Lasso has a lot of that.

Speaker 3 (15:18):
Oh okay.

Speaker 4 (15:20):
And the people who don't know what I'm talking about,
they they're not you know, they haven't figured it out yet.
But there's a lot in that show that is written
with the ending in mind. Gotcha, if you know what
I'm saying, Yes, I mean I don't really want to
watch rewatch much.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
I'll go back. You know what I got it.

Speaker 4 (15:36):
Let me go, I'll rewatch some old WWF pay per
views from the late nineties. There you go, that's what
I'm going to rewatch.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
Rewatching the w Doo Yeah Gilmore girls in WWF.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
Give me the ninety seven in your house.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
Well, give us a call or I'll let us know
and talk back. Which series was you rewatch?

Speaker 1 (15:56):
Because again, my hubby's on number time number three from
Breaking Bad, which is a great series.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
Don't get me wrong.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
Just go to wayv's page on the free iHeartRadio app,
tap that red microphone and let us know. Good morning,
it's Mike and Diane on ninety five point one.

Speaker 3 (16:10):
WayV. What is your rewatch series?

Speaker 1 (16:14):
Because my hubby's watching Breaking Bad straight through for the
third time.

Speaker 3 (16:18):
Adam and eht, what's your rewatch series?

Speaker 9 (16:22):
Hey, guys, my rewatch series is The Sopranos.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
Good one.

Speaker 9 (16:28):
Yeah, it's kind of like my comfort show when there's
nothing else to watch. It's just like, Oh, these characters
that I kind of grew up with. It was, you know,
the first TV show that I ever like, really got
into hardcore, And I guess we'll just always have a
special place in my heart even though it's about crime
and violence.

Speaker 1 (16:47):
That's what I was thinking when he's a comfort Yeah,
this is violence.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
How many times do you think you could watch that
straight through?

Speaker 7 (16:54):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (16:56):
I might be approaching ten at this point.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
That's a lot.

Speaker 9 (16:59):
Yes, Well it came out almost over twenty years.

Speaker 4 (17:02):
Ago, I know, but ten times you're quoting the episodes
and like the famous lines like.

Speaker 9 (17:08):
I'm living the episode.

Speaker 4 (17:09):
Yeah, like hey Tony, make me a sandwich, Like that's
the stuff.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
You're quoting now, not the famous line.

Speaker 9 (17:19):
Watching it too much is definitely given me a lot
of bad habits.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
Yeah, oh bad.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
Well I thought three times it was bad.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
My husband's got seven more times watching Breaking Bad.

Speaker 9 (17:29):
Yeah, you'll get there. Yeah, that's a good one too.

Speaker 3 (17:31):
All right, Adam will keep watching.

Speaker 9 (17:34):
All right, thank you, guys.

Speaker 4 (17:36):
I found out some very fun information I probably should
have known, and a lot of people who are in
this world will know already.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
It's ninety five point one WayV. You know I love
my Batman.

Speaker 3 (17:47):
Yes you do.

Speaker 4 (17:48):
I just found out where Gotham City is.

Speaker 3 (17:53):
Gotham City isn't that in New York?

Speaker 5 (17:56):
Nope?

Speaker 4 (17:56):
Oh that it Now let me be clear. They based
it on New York. But in the canon, do you
know what that means? Like in the world of the
DC universe, they put Gotham City on the map, on
a map, and I've just found out that it is
in New Jersey. What not just in New Jersey. It

(18:17):
is not in North Jersey. It is not in Central Jersey,
which exists.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
And if you.

Speaker 4 (18:23):
Disagree that Central Jersey exists, go argue with the wall.
It is in South Jersey.

Speaker 3 (18:28):
Gotham City's in South Jersey.

Speaker 4 (18:30):
Gotham City is just south of Millville. Whoa, that is
where Gotham City is on the map. Batman is listening
to us right now.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
Batman is in Millville. Hey, Batman, how are you.

Speaker 4 (18:45):
So technically in the Cannon of the DC universe Metropolis
where Superman is. That and Gotham City are connected by
a bridge. So Metropolis is right around Dover, Delaware, and
there's a bridge that goes right across to like like
the Gandhes Beach, Newport, like Lawrence, like that area of

(19:11):
Sea Breeze.

Speaker 2 (19:11):
That is all Gotham City.

Speaker 3 (19:14):
And no sales tax if it's in Delaware.

Speaker 4 (19:16):
No sales tax for Superman, which is you know, all right,
which is why all the criminals come.

Speaker 2 (19:20):
Over to New Jersey.

Speaker 3 (19:21):
That's right.

Speaker 4 (19:22):
But yeah, it's right around Millville And I just found
that out. It's not Millville.

Speaker 2 (19:27):
Well, Millville would be like the staten island of Gotham City.
Got Yeah, but.

Speaker 4 (19:32):
It's it's right there. And it's hurting my brain that
I'm just finding this out.

Speaker 3 (19:36):
I wish they would have left it like that.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
Instead, they got to make it sound glamorous New York City.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
Bridgeton, you know where that is. That's that's kind of
that's Gotham City. Yeah, that's Gotham City. Wow, it like
the town over from.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
There, learned something new every day.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
Yeah, I guess it's all. You know, this map was
only made. I don't know, seventy years ago and we're
just finding this out.

Speaker 3 (19:59):
I'll never think of Millville the same way again.

Speaker 2 (20:01):
I know, I know, you know, maybe Mike is Batman.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
I know someone who lives in Millville, though, I'm gonna
get in touch with her later.

Speaker 4 (20:07):
Yes, you're gonna look around and go what goats and chickens?

Speaker 1 (20:15):
Yeah, less than a month till Halloween with Mike and
Diane on ninety five point one w A y V.
So it's time to play Yes how Many Inflatables?

Speaker 3 (20:29):
Halloween Edition? We did this for Christmas.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
I told you that I have a neighbor that few
houses down that has a lot of inflatables on their
front lawn, particularly for well, it's the holidays that you
would expect. Christmas you expect, and Halloween is a big
one for them. Now, some people started to say that's
weird that there were so many inflatables when I was

(20:53):
talking about the Christmas inflatals inflatables, But then I told
you the story behind it that when their son was
young I guess he was maybe seven, Yeah, he was
obsessed with inflatables. So everyone started buying them and they're
not cheap. The other neighbors and family members. It became
kind of a joke, but then they ended up loving it.

(21:14):
And then how did you describe it when the inflatables
are not inflated that it looks like on the lawn?

Speaker 2 (21:19):
You know, Diane, you're asking me to remember.

Speaker 1 (21:22):
Something that comes back like a graveyard of plastic bag.

Speaker 3 (21:26):
I forget how you described it.

Speaker 4 (21:28):
But honestly, I'm being dead serious when I say this.
When I say something, it usually popped into my head
two seconds prior and it won't go back in its gone.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
The way you described it was perfect because when they're
not inflated, it's.

Speaker 3 (21:39):
Like what is going on on the front lawn.

Speaker 1 (21:42):
But anyway, so back to the little boy, they and
they went through some tough time. So now it's just
a thing with the family that they're known as the
inflatable people and we love it now.

Speaker 4 (21:51):
Uh huh.

Speaker 3 (21:52):
So, Mike, I want you to guess for because you
did this for Christmas.

Speaker 1 (21:55):
I want you to guess the inflatables because I counted
them when I was walking my dog. How many of
Halloween inflatables of all different sizes? Do you think my
neighbor has well.

Speaker 4 (22:06):
To do this the right way? If we're going to
play a game. Let me get this going.

Speaker 3 (22:10):
Here we go, all right, now we're official.

Speaker 2 (22:12):
Now we are officially official. I'm gonna say they have.
Am I allowed to know how many they have for Christmas?

Speaker 3 (22:22):
Nope?

Speaker 2 (22:23):
Okay, I'm going to say thirteen.

Speaker 3 (22:28):
You would be wrong higher.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
Fort No, I'm not doing that.

Speaker 3 (22:36):
Seventeen you would be wrong a little bit higher.

Speaker 4 (22:41):
Which way, Bob, nineteen, that's correct. Wait a minute, this
is a sound. We haven't heard it a long time,
and I just want to play it again.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
Yeah, yay, Mike, thank you for playing guests the infla.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
I don't have a prize for you, Unfortunately, I.

Speaker 2 (23:02):
Do have to be honest with you, Diane.

Speaker 4 (23:04):
Sometimes when we start playing sound effects, I'm like a
kid when you're trying to clean out and throw throw
out old toys.

Speaker 2 (23:10):
They're like ten years old.

Speaker 4 (23:11):
Like no, no, I love this one I had when
I was two, and they just start playing with it
again and I find all of our old like old
drops from you know, the old show.

Speaker 3 (23:20):
I'm glad that you can have that moment.

Speaker 1 (23:22):
I do.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
I do, I have these moments.

Speaker 3 (23:25):
That's awesome. Well, thank you for guessing the inflatables.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
All is well in the neighborhood with that family, and
then they're going to take them down and get ready
for Christmas.

Speaker 2 (23:34):
Big Daddy, I love this.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
That's the number one. Yeah, A wife's secret fantasy journal.
Wo is it cheating?

Speaker 1 (23:46):
It's the Mike and Diane Show on ninety five point
one WayV. One of our radio family members emailed us this. Hi,
Mike and Diane love your show. Thank you yea, and
I need some help. I can't tell my friends and
family about this, but would love perspective.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
From your listeners.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
I have a private journal, and when my husband was
looking for something in a drawer, he found it and
read it.

Speaker 3 (24:10):
I admit it.

Speaker 1 (24:11):
I wrote fantasies and scenarios. In the worst part, they
were about men that we both know.

Speaker 3 (24:16):
Oh no, nothing has ever.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
Happened, just my fantasies, like a steamy romance novel. My
husband is hurt and upset and he feels that it's cheating.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
Am I wrong to have my journal?

Speaker 1 (24:28):
Nothing physically happen with these men, so is it a
stretch to say it's cheating? I'll be listening. Thank you
so much. And she did not put her name, which
I don't blame her anonymous, so there's your scenario that
we're serving up. We need to help. All right, we're
gonna call her Amanda. We're gonna let's help Amanda.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
Yeah ii yu yai yi yay ye. Yeah, you know
what I would do?

Speaker 10 (24:54):
What?

Speaker 4 (24:55):
I am going to talk for three minutes straight about
any else and pretend that I didn't hear this. Oh okay,
because I want nothing to do with this. We could
play music because I can make a you know what,
should we flip a coin to see which side we're on?

Speaker 2 (25:16):
Because I can make.

Speaker 4 (25:17):
Very valid points for well, I can make much better
I would.

Speaker 2 (25:22):
Oh, I'll say this. If this was my wife, i'd be.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
Hurt, of course, hurt.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
Yeah, pretty badly? Yeah, really really bad. This is bad.

Speaker 3 (25:32):
Would you consider it cheating?

Speaker 2 (25:36):
I don't think i'd consider it cheating?

Speaker 3 (25:40):
And would you be able to forget it?

Speaker 6 (25:42):
Is?

Speaker 1 (25:42):
No?

Speaker 3 (25:42):
Never, no, no, no, no forgive But can you forget?

Speaker 4 (25:45):
No, You'll never forget this. Oh, especially when you hang
out with those friends too. Oh, every single time you
see that friend. Oh, every Facebook post, every Instagram post,
every time you hang out and dagger in the forget
to invite him? One time and she says, did you
invite you oh, would you write.

Speaker 3 (26:04):
In your journal again? Oh?

Speaker 4 (26:06):
No, no, no, no, no, no, no no, it's not cheating, but.

Speaker 3 (26:09):
It is darn close, like what's so great about Steve?
Fantasize about Steve?

Speaker 2 (26:15):
This guy's going through it.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
I do feel bad for him. But she needs our help.
Would you consider it cheating?

Speaker 3 (26:22):
So I heart I Heart radio app. It's free. Let
us know we can give her some help.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
Just tap the red microphone when you search WayV and
you can record your message. You're direct line to us
here in the studio or give us a call. Is
it cheating a wife's fantasy journal? Sure, it's awkward, but
let's give Amanda some help. Coming up next on ninety
five point one WayV ninety five point one WayV with

(26:50):
Mike and Diane. A few minutes ago, we told you
about one of our radio family members getting in touch
with us about her secret fantasy journal. Unfortunately, her husband
found it and her fantasies were about people that they know.

Speaker 3 (27:05):
He's upset.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
He says he considers a cheating and she wants to
know what we think about it. So, Mila from ABSEC,
and what do you say about this secret fantasy journal?

Speaker 3 (27:15):
Is it cheating?

Speaker 8 (27:16):
Hey, good morning. You know, I think it's I don't
think it's cheating. I think that that's her right to
be able to write down, you know, her inner life.
But I also feel like she could have set herself
any him up for success by just being more open
about it with him. He's like, Hey, this is something
I like to do. I don't want to share it,
but I want you to know that I do like

(27:40):
to write about this, And I don't know, maybe want
day I could share it, but I just, uh, it's
just just to.

Speaker 7 (27:46):
Be more open about it.

Speaker 8 (27:47):
I think would have been crazy. I've been kind to him.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
Are you talking about what she would like like when
it comes to their love life? Not the actual people,
because I think that's where the problem comes in, as
people that they know she didn't change the names.

Speaker 3 (28:02):
But maybe what she's looking for kind of.

Speaker 8 (28:05):
Well, I mean, maybe she just likes to write it down.
Maybe that's what taught for her, you know, maybe that's
what gets her off, is that she writes it down.
You know, she's not working on the active writing. What
are we doing?

Speaker 2 (28:18):
What are we doing? What are being crazy about this?

Speaker 6 (28:21):
So?

Speaker 1 (28:21):
Bottom line is Meelia? You say it's not cheating?

Speaker 8 (28:25):
No, it's not cheating. It's her own private, erotic life.

Speaker 7 (28:29):
I don't think that.

Speaker 4 (28:30):
I don't think it's cheating either. I'm with you. I
don't think it's cheating. I just think it's crazy.

Speaker 1 (28:35):
Okay, and it's going to be hard for him to
forget about it, I'm sure.

Speaker 3 (28:39):
Yes, Well, thank you, Mila.

Speaker 1 (28:45):
She's listening, so we'll have to see what happens it.
Mike and Diane's second date update on ninety five point
one w A y V. Kelly from Brigantine is looking
for a second date update with a guy named Chris.

Speaker 3 (28:59):
Good morning, helly, how's it going?

Speaker 8 (29:01):
Good morning, Hi, it's good, it's good it Could you
have a little help though, thanks so much?

Speaker 3 (29:06):
Sure, no problem. So tell us about Chris and your date.

Speaker 8 (29:10):
Okay, you know, it was a nice date. It was
very nice. He's really cute, and uh, it just it
was very nice. He was normal. It was a normal date.

Speaker 7 (29:19):
You know.

Speaker 8 (29:20):
I really can't say nothing was wrong with it. I
thought we laughed, I thought we had fun. He seemed nice,
he seemed cool, like a little swath, you know, even.

Speaker 3 (29:31):
Like oh had games. Sounds like it. But you haven't
heard anything after that first date.

Speaker 8 (29:40):
No, no, not not a word. I just send one
little text thank you. That was delightful.

Speaker 1 (29:46):
Yeah, yeah, okay, well we got to go straight to
the source.

Speaker 9 (29:54):
We have.

Speaker 3 (29:57):
What soever. It could be anything.

Speaker 1 (30:00):
So what we'll do is put you on hold, play
a song, and we'll try to get Chris on the phone.
Coming up next on ninety five point one WayV ninety
five point one WayV, It's Mike and Diane's second date update.
A few minutes ago, Kelly told us about her first
date with Chris. She said it was a nice day,
just normal, nothing.

Speaker 3 (30:20):
Out of the ordinary.

Speaker 1 (30:21):
But she hasn't heard anything from Chris, So I like,
let's dotulate this because.

Speaker 2 (30:25):
He's not like it just fireworks and I'm in love.
She's just like it was a good date.

Speaker 4 (30:29):
It was a normal date. I just I would like
to see him again. I don't know what's happening.

Speaker 3 (30:32):
And he was cute. Yeah, yes, all right, let's call
it Chris.

Speaker 1 (30:35):
Here we go, Kelly, don't be nervous.

Speaker 3 (30:43):
Hello, Hi is this Chris.

Speaker 1 (30:47):
Yes, hey, Chris, It's Mike and Diane from ninety five
point one WayV Radio from the morning show Others. I'd
like to introduce my co host Mike right there. I know,
kind of kind of weird that you're hearing two voices,
but yeah, a little bit if you have a few minutes.

Speaker 3 (31:06):
There is a reason for us calling.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
We got a call from Kelly, and Kelly was telling
us she went on a date with you and she
enjoyed the dates, highly complimentary Kelly. Yeah, so just trying
to get some answer. She hasn't her back from you,
as you can imagine, that's frustrating. So from your perspective,
what happened, Chris?

Speaker 10 (31:27):
Sure, I understand. Now this is just kind of so funny.

Speaker 3 (31:34):
The funny is a word for it.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
Yeah, don't laugh at my.

Speaker 6 (31:38):
Career, you know.

Speaker 10 (31:42):
As the date sort of started, and I'm told I
put two and two together, but I don't think she
realized that, and I didn't bring it up. But we
went to high school together. Hmmm, so I think she
forgot uh and she was like ragingly mean to me.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
I know she was mean.

Speaker 10 (32:13):
Yeah, yeah, like you know, uh yeah, coonting, teasing, like whatever,
the stupid imature stuff we do when we're kids.

Speaker 6 (32:23):
I get it.

Speaker 10 (32:23):
But yeah, and like I'm sure, like things have changed whatever.
I'm sure she's like a lovely person now, but like
it just like about a half hour, you know, maybe
an hour into the date, I was just like, oh,
I'm not going.

Speaker 6 (32:40):
To really get this out of my head here.

Speaker 10 (32:43):
And that's just like that's just the thing.

Speaker 6 (32:46):
For me, and like, I know, I'm not.

Speaker 10 (32:48):
Going to marry this girl just like at it.

Speaker 6 (32:51):
Yeah, so I I don't know. Yeah, I didn't want
to like make the date awkward in that, but I
I just know myself well enough that at this stage
of my life, right.

Speaker 4 (33:04):
Yeah, yeah, we got it, we got it.

Speaker 3 (33:07):
Yeah, well by Kelly. Yeah, Kelly's been listening.

Speaker 1 (33:12):
And Kelly, did you have any idea that you guys
went to high school together?

Speaker 8 (33:16):
Whoa, my god, oh my god.

Speaker 3 (33:19):
No, yes, yes, she's she's here.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
We're not as nice as we see.

Speaker 8 (33:27):
Chris, Chris, yeah, oh, well.

Speaker 1 (33:36):
You know, maybe Kelly, maybe Kelly has changed since high school.

Speaker 3 (33:40):
People can do that.

Speaker 8 (33:42):
I'm I'm hearing you, and I'm I owe you an apology.
I'm sorry.

Speaker 5 (33:50):
I appreciate that.

Speaker 6 (33:52):
That's that's uh.

Speaker 5 (33:56):
Yeah you And.

Speaker 8 (34:01):
Oh I was merciless. I was Yeah, gosh, that was
not my finest point in life.

Speaker 3 (34:10):
And I like that taking ownership.

Speaker 1 (34:14):
I like that she's taking ownership of it, not being defensive.

Speaker 3 (34:17):
I didn't do that or so that's.

Speaker 5 (34:20):
Yeah, yeah, I appreciate that as well.

Speaker 8 (34:22):
Yeah, all right, well I'm coming to bite you in
the butt. I mean, I.

Speaker 4 (34:26):
Guess let's go on the second date and talk about
how much she's changed trying to save something here.

Speaker 1 (34:32):
I mean, Kelly would go on a second date, but
Chris is there any way? Now that she's apologized, you've
heard her voice. She sounds sincere to me. And we
all go through a lot in high school. It seems like,
what what do you think would you want a second date?

Speaker 5 (34:48):
Gosh, I you know what, like could we maybe just
go for like a walk, you know somewhere it's like
a park or whatever. Just keep it super casual, like
try to you know, absolutely absolutely, but like yeah, and
you know, just yeah, super super casual, just to uh.

Speaker 7 (35:11):
Yeah, I like that.

Speaker 1 (35:13):
So you're not committing to Yeah, I like that. I
mean take it park or a walk on the boardwalk,
something like that.

Speaker 2 (35:19):
And Diane, since we're paying for it, I agree, Yes,
I like that.

Speaker 3 (35:23):
It's on us, so hey, feel free to take a walk.

Speaker 2 (35:26):
Yeah, yeah, take a walk, you know what.

Speaker 3 (35:28):
Stopped for a cup of coffee, along the way. We
don't want to pay.

Speaker 4 (35:31):
I care air is free, so breath.

Speaker 3 (35:35):
In, Chris.

Speaker 1 (35:36):
I love that compromise, just kind of kind of get
to re know each other, really if if she is
a changed person, and then take it from there.

Speaker 2 (35:44):
So is this going to be an awkward walk? Excited
for everybody?

Speaker 3 (35:49):
Hey, we broke the ice?

Speaker 6 (35:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (35:51):
Yeah, I think after this, I think our you know,
like the awkwardness will be manageable now for you.

Speaker 4 (35:59):
She's still got to drive there, I go, oh my god.

Speaker 3 (36:03):
What well. Definitely keep in touch with us, and good
luck to both of you.

Speaker 8 (36:08):
Thank you so much, and thanks so much. Chris. I'm excited.

Speaker 3 (36:14):
He's excited to walk.

Speaker 4 (36:15):
God speed, Kelly, because your anxiety is about the head.
Twenty minutes after this phone call, I gotta be.

Speaker 3 (36:20):
Honest, we're comfortable sneakers.

Speaker 2 (36:21):
Yeah, here we go. Good morning. It's ninety five point
one WayV.

Speaker 1 (36:26):
Twenty two percent of men have slept with this as
an adult. Now, remember this is a family show.

Speaker 4 (36:35):
Okay, So it's not the answer immediately thought of or
the funniest answer I.

Speaker 2 (36:39):
Can think of.

Speaker 6 (36:39):
It.

Speaker 3 (36:39):
It is not it is a stuffed animal? What what?

Speaker 2 (36:44):
Now?

Speaker 1 (36:44):
Keep in mind this survey was of people who do
not have kids, So we're not counting you have the
stuffed animals, because I'm sure you sleep with a bunch
of stuffies all the time with the kids.

Speaker 4 (36:54):
Two nights ago, I got I got one of one
of my son's stuffed animals. Wanted to have a sleepover
in grandpa. I gotta be honest, it was nice. I
got to snuggle that thing tight. He came in and
checked so soft.

Speaker 2 (37:07):
It was nice.

Speaker 3 (37:08):
Well.

Speaker 1 (37:08):
A new survey asked people if they've ever regularly slept
with the stuffed animal. Again they don't have kids. As
an adult, have you slept with the stuffed animal? Twenty
three percent of people said yes, seventy two percent said no,
and four are not sure.

Speaker 3 (37:23):
How the heck could you not be sure if you did?
I mean, please, have any cocktails happen?

Speaker 2 (37:28):
You don't know with.

Speaker 3 (37:29):
Stuffed animals, So you may think.

Speaker 2 (37:33):
That gup things are in the bad. Who knows that?

Speaker 3 (37:35):
Most of that the people who said they did sleep
with the.

Speaker 1 (37:37):
Stuffed animals or women, because I mean, let's just stereotype
that we, you know, maybe we like this toffed animals.

Speaker 3 (37:43):
No, it was equal men and women, both equally.

Speaker 4 (37:47):
I feel like as an adult, though, if you have
a stuffed animal, it's probably more realistically something either from
your childhood that you're still like holding on to, right,
which will be my son, by the way, he will
be fifty and that woodie will still be there and.

Speaker 3 (38:02):
His wife is just gonna have to deal deal with it.

Speaker 8 (38:05):
Honey.

Speaker 2 (38:05):
I'm sorry. I tried put the.

Speaker 3 (38:07):
Wood bee in the valves the wedding vows.

Speaker 4 (38:09):
Or or as an adult, if your significant other got
you like a build of bear and then like made
you sleep with that. That's the way I see men
having to sleep with a stuffed animal, because not the
stereotype a woman getting a man of stuffed animal, a
builde bear, she gonna make sure you sleep with that thing.

Speaker 3 (38:28):
Absolutely, those are not cheap.

Speaker 2 (38:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (38:31):
Then they can have messages, recorded messages. So give us
a call. Do you sleep with the stuffed animal?

Speaker 1 (38:37):
You can remain anonymous or maybe your significant other, you know,
why not out them?

Speaker 2 (38:41):
Good morning?

Speaker 4 (38:41):
It's ninety five point one WayV. It's the Mike and
Diane Show.

Speaker 1 (38:45):
Twenty two percent of men admit they sleeped with a
stuffed animal. Ah, how cute. Let's check in with Jamie
from Galloway, Jamie, do you sleep with a stuffed animal
or you know someone?

Speaker 8 (38:56):
Hey, guys, I don't, but I did dat a guy
who did. He slept with his stuffed Papa Smurf.

Speaker 3 (39:07):
I have la la la la la la la la la.

Speaker 7 (39:12):
Mur Oh.

Speaker 3 (39:12):
I'm just I'm getting a visual I don't want to get.

Speaker 4 (39:15):
Yeah, I have a lot of questions. And how long
into your relationship did he bring that out?

Speaker 3 (39:22):
Introduce?

Speaker 4 (39:24):
Yeah, because I assume the first night Papa Smurph might
have stayed on the night table.

Speaker 7 (39:33):
Yeah, it was.

Speaker 8 (39:34):
It was the first time that I actually like stayed over.

Speaker 7 (39:38):
Because you can go.

Speaker 8 (39:40):
Over and you can hang out and that can stay
I'm and I stand, But the first time I actually
stayed over, Yeah, I was exposed.

Speaker 4 (39:49):
Oh boy in more ways.

Speaker 8 (39:53):
Well, yeah, I'm a lady. We're not going to talk
about that, but.

Speaker 7 (40:02):
But yes, I was.

Speaker 10 (40:03):
I was exposed to Papa Smurf.

Speaker 2 (40:05):
Yeah, so we kind of just ripped the band aid. Yeah,
Papa Smurf joins me while we brush our teeth.

Speaker 3 (40:12):
Why Papa Smurf like it's so random? Yeah, you think
you think of Teddy Bears.

Speaker 8 (40:17):
I know, Well, apparently he was really into it when
he was a kid, so somebody gave him one as
a gift and it was very comforting to him.

Speaker 3 (40:25):
And I guess still is is his name Adam?

Speaker 1 (40:29):
Because I I used to babysit a boy who was
obsessed with the Smurfs and we had to I had
to sit there every Saturday night and watch the Smurf.

Speaker 3 (40:37):
So I don't know if it's him, So I apologize.

Speaker 2 (40:39):
If I'm calling out Adam.

Speaker 7 (40:41):
On that one.

Speaker 2 (40:43):
Yeah, I pray it's not Adam.

Speaker 3 (40:44):
I pray it's not either, just as people.

Speaker 7 (40:47):
Let's keep it. Let's keep names down to protect the
not so innocent.

Speaker 1 (40:51):
Okay, Yeah, I think we're safe there because Adam's in Pennsylvani.

Speaker 2 (40:54):
All right, Adam grow up?

Speaker 3 (40:55):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (40:57):
Well, thank you, Jamie. Every time we hear the Smurf song,
we will think of your ex.

Speaker 2 (41:03):
We will not.

Speaker 3 (41:06):
I can't help it.

Speaker 1 (41:07):
Watching these kind of shows can boost your brain health,
and we need it. Where Mike and Diane on ninety
five point one WayV game shows, experts are saying there's
good evidence that watching game shows could actually offer more
than just entertainment. They may improve brain health. Shows like

(41:28):
Jeopardy and The Price Is Right enhance problem solving skills,
improve memory and increase mental acuity. And when viewers enjoy
these shows with other people, either by watching together in
person or virtually, the benefits can include reductions in anxiety
and loneliness, which also lead to improvements and overall health.
So long story, short, game shows are good for your

(41:50):
brain health. The only thing is Jeopardy only the pop
culture categories the only ones I can answer them, and
then I feel bad about.

Speaker 3 (41:58):
Myself after the show.

Speaker 1 (41:59):
Yeah, Wheel of Fortune I love. I haven't watched it
since Seacrest took over yet.

Speaker 4 (42:03):
Honestly, Wheel of Fortune sometimes it's more frustrating than Jeopardy.
Jeopardy is so straightforward. Here's a question, what's the answer?
Wheel of Fortune sometimes goes. Here's two questions and one
answer with both answers, mishmash together.

Speaker 2 (42:21):
Figure it out.

Speaker 3 (42:23):
Good luck?

Speaker 6 (42:24):
Right?

Speaker 2 (42:24):
I got nothing.

Speaker 3 (42:26):
The Price is Right, though, is my all time favorite.

Speaker 1 (42:29):
And I don't know if I'd told you this before,
but I went to a taping of The Prices Right
long time ago when Bob Barker was hosting, and I
made a huge mistake when it comes to the Prices Right,
I got dressed up and they do that casting call,
and they want you to be excited and jumping around,
and oh, you excited to be here because you obviously

(42:49):
you need that high energy on the prices right, and
on all the game shows, maybe not Jeopardy, but the
other ones, even Wheel of Fortune. You need high energy.
So you know, we stay, we're there talking to the
cast new directors. Well, the key is with the price
is right, you have to have a catchy saying on
a T shirt.

Speaker 3 (43:06):
That's what's going to get you picked.

Speaker 1 (43:08):
Wear jeans, wear casual pants, wear, sneakers, We got dressed up.

Speaker 3 (43:12):
What were we thinking?

Speaker 2 (43:14):
You failed?

Speaker 1 (43:15):
I totally failed, But it was so exciting to be there,
so excited.

Speaker 4 (43:20):
See, I'm so glad that I've never actually failed at
a game show.

Speaker 3 (43:24):
Oh you mean like deal or no deal? Sorry to
bring that up.

Speaker 2 (43:29):
That never happened.

Speaker 3 (43:32):
You're just starting to work on your brain health.

Speaker 6 (43:34):
You know.

Speaker 4 (43:34):
Has it been long enough that a lot of people
don't even remember that story. I'm not going to tell
it now, maybe another day.

Speaker 3 (43:39):
But you auditioned, they didn't pick you.

Speaker 4 (43:42):
Yeah, but there's so much more in there, like my
wife getting blackout drunk during it because she was nervous.

Speaker 2 (43:47):
My random friend showing.

Speaker 4 (43:49):
Up, my dad being the one who gave the most
energy of all the people in the background.

Speaker 1 (43:53):
Yeah, and he still didn't get picked. It's hard to
get on these shows.

Speaker 2 (43:57):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (43:58):
So back to the Price Is Right.

Speaker 1 (43:59):
There is the live stage show coming up at Tropicana,
Atlantic City this Friday through Sunday, The Price is Right Live.
I went to that show in the past. It is
so much fun. Keep listening to win tickets. We're hooking
you up all week with chances for the Prices Right
Live stage show on the Mike at Diane Show in
