Speaker 4 (03:46):
Today the Crazy Train is heading out to Cape cod
where police officers got a call from a good samaritan,
a guy who said he found a big package of
cocaine on the side.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Of the road and he wanted to report it. WHOA,
that's random.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Yeah, So the cops showed up and they took the drugs,
and then of course they start their investigation and eventually
tracked the drugs back to the owner of a car.
And turns out the guy who owned the car was
literally trying to moogle drug a big, huge package of cocaine,
and so they arrested him.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Except here's the twist.

Speaker 4 (04:23):
The guy who called the cops was not just a
good Samaritan, and he didn't just find the drugs.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
He was actually trying to steal the car.

Speaker 4 (04:32):
And what happened was he couldn't get the car to start,
and so he opened the trunk to try and just
steal what was in the trunk, and that's when he
found the drugs and got.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Scared and what there's just so many dumb criminals. You
know what, I cannot break into this car. Let me
call the cops. They're gonna help me. Oh my gosh,
Like just leave them, just leave the drugs. When you
find the drugs, just leave the truck. I love it.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
One more time? Christy.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
Good Morning Drive with Christy Live on Classic Kids one
oh three point seven. It's time for the Great debate.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
Yelp, Google, reviews, even Reddit whenever there's a service, a restaurant. Nowadays,
reviews make or break businesses. But is it fair to
leave a bad review? Everybody has a bad day every
now and then. But if you're a mom at popshop
and you have a bad day or one of your

(06:08):
servers is not great and then you get blasted, that
really could make or break your business. Is it fair
to leave a bad review after one bad experience. That
is the question for this morning's great debate, Christy, I
say yes, I.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
Actually just blasted this business.

Speaker 4 (06:32):
At the beginning of the year because I went to
Memphis and I signed up for a tour on New
Year's Day at ten am.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
Okay, and I paid for this tour and.

Speaker 4 (06:41):
It's ten am on New Year's Day, after New Year's Eve,
where I didn't even go to bed until like three
point thirty in the morning.

Speaker 7 (06:48):
Uh huh.

Speaker 4 (06:48):
But I was up early at ten am, and the
tour company nobody showed up. Nobody showed up, nobody called
to cancel, and then when I called them, they kept
hanging up on me. No way, yes, And I was like,
I know, I'm not up at ten o'clock in the
morning on New Year's Day and nobody is here to
take us on this tour. And eventually someone answered the

(07:10):
phone and they were like, yeah, the tour didn't sell out.
We're gonna have to send you your money back. I'm like,
nobody could have called me last night, sent an email,
smoke signal, tank nothing one star.

Speaker 5 (07:21):
Yeah, Christy, I probably would have done the same. If
your service sucks uh huh. I'm gonna say something and
then I'm gonna go on Yelp or Google because, like
you said, it makes a difference and it'll teach management.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
Hey, train your employees or put them in line. Have kreena.
What do you think though?

Speaker 4 (07:39):
One eight sixty six nine hundred one three seven Tap
the red microphone on our iHeartRadio app if you want
to join in. Maybe your business owner and someone blasted
you and it wasn't your fault, or you tried to
make it right and you're like, dang, now we got
this one star and it sucks.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
Is it fair to.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
Leave a bad re view after one bad experience? I
always love to hear what you have to say in
the Great Debate.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
Next on Classic.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Hits back a Great Debate Classic Hits one oh three
point seven?

Speaker 4 (08:14):
Is it cool to leave a bad review after one
bad experience? You know, we live in a time where
a review can really make or break your business.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
We see it all the time.

Speaker 4 (08:24):
But is it fair, especially after just one bad experience?
That is the question this morning, Jason, what do you think?

Speaker 10 (08:30):
I don't think so.

Speaker 7 (08:31):
But you get these people that seem like they're all whatever,
and they do.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
All right, I'll note that boat. Thank you so much, Billmo.
What do you think I do do?

Speaker 7 (08:38):
Bad reviews or good reviews depend on my experience. Not
all the time, but most of the time.

Speaker 6 (08:44):
It's not like, oh my god, the worst place I've
ever been, but there's things that you know they need
to improve on.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
That's what Karina said, like, uh huh, you need to know.
How else would you know? Thank you so much for
jumping in to this morning's great debate.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Tim.

Speaker 4 (09:04):
Is it fair to leave a bad review after one
bad experience?

Speaker 7 (09:08):
You know, I would say if I went to the
place once, because I went to places where, for instance,
a food place, I've tried one and my experience was bad,
But then you know, honestly I went back again and
it was good. So I say, after once, I mean,
you kind of suck it up. Don't be trying to
tank people's whole business just because you didn't like the
on beyond or you didn't like the bread or something.

(09:31):
You know, after one bad experience, I don't think you
should leave a bad review, though, I think they should
get a chance. Now. If there's numerous people having bad experiences,
then the reviews are going to come out themselves, so
just don't be the one to jump on the bad wagon.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
Got it? Okay? I like that all right, Thank you.

Speaker 7 (09:47):
Timm, No problem at all, A you have a good one.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
You two take care? What do you think?

Speaker 4 (09:52):
That's what the Great Debate is all about, trying to
figure out your thoughts, get inside your head one ain't
six six nine hundred one three seven. You can always
join the fun by tapping the red microphone on our
free iHeartRadio app and send us a talk bag. Is
it cool or fair to leave a bad review, especially
after just one bad experience?

Speaker 2 (10:12):
Do people get second chances?

Speaker 4 (10:13):
In twenty twenty six jump in hear from you next.

Speaker 1 (10:17):
Bad to The Great Debate Classic Kids one oh three
point seven?

Speaker 4 (10:25):
Is it cool to blast a business after one bad experience?
We live in a world of reviews and people sounding
off online, but is it fair to do it after
just one bad experience?

Speaker 2 (10:37):
Linda? What do you think?

Speaker 10 (10:39):
Well? I give people three chances at least.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
Okay, that's fair.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
If you have anything bad to say, you want to
say it right then and there inside the restaurant, not
all over the world.

Speaker 6 (10:49):
But give them three times, and the third time if
they don't listen they're never going to learn.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
I like that they don't need to have a business.

Speaker 4 (10:57):
Three times and Lily be keeping it real right. Thank
you so much. Good morning, Keith.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
What do you think.

Speaker 10 (11:02):
Here's my feeling.

Speaker 8 (11:04):
Not every review, positive or negative, has to be public.
And so you go to a restaurant and the experience
isn't very good. Why not just call the manager or
email the manager and let them know what the issue
is and give them a chance to rectify it before
you blast somebody with a bad review.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
That is exactly what Linda was saying.

Speaker 10 (11:23):
You know, people are really quick to criticize. Who knows,
maybe the chef was sick that night, somebody had to
step in, or maybe they're shorthanded on the wait staff,
or you know, you never know, so before you panned somebody,
it's good to take a step back and consider the circumstances.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
Oh, thank you so much. He sound like such a
cool dude. Thank you, Keith.

Speaker 10 (11:44):
All Right, you guys, have a great day. Love your show.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Appreciate you listening.

Speaker 4 (11:48):
Good morning, Rebecca, thanks for jumping in to this morning's
great debate. It's cool to leave a bad review after
one bad experience.

Speaker 3 (12:00):
I would say definitely go to the source. My sister
and I, you know, we're homebake. So I prefer people
to come to us and say, well, you know this
wasn't tipar. You know it was a little too sweet
or what have you. You know, then that you can
work the kings out, you know, instead of having it
out like the other caller said. If you have other
dissatisfied people, then the reviews are going to come in.

(12:21):
But I think give them a chance first, go to
the source.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
I love that. Thank you, Rebecca speaking a source. Where
can we get some of these desserts, Christy?

Speaker 5 (12:29):
I remember them, Rebecca and Adriana, Pixie Treats and Santase.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
Follow them on Instagram? Okay, come on now, you guys.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
Actually I think follow us already.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
So oh if it's desserts, I'm sure we do.

Speaker 4 (12:43):
Thank you, Rebecca, okayas hit them up on ig and
thank you to everyone who jumped in for this morning's
great debate, Christy.

Speaker 5 (12:56):
People said give them a second chance, or speak to
the manager your first before putting a bad review online.

Speaker 4 (13:04):
Oh we are saying, is kimpy such.

Speaker 2 (13:09):
Oh gosh, that's where.

Speaker 10 (13:13):
There was.

Speaker 9 (13:14):
You know, it was either that or mit that change
you know, to try to spread the love this writing.
