My family and I went to a viewing yesterday for
a family friend that passed.

Thank you. So afterwards, my dad rushed home because my
mom was at work. He's supposed to put chicken in
the oven. Uh huh for him and my mom's dinner. Okay,
my mom left in very clear instructions how to put
the chicken.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
He was so worried and wanted to make sure that
my mom came home to this delicious chicken that she
had been marinating all day. Okay, he cuts home. He
calls me. He's like, do I put parchment paper down
on the pen? I said, yes, Dad, He's like, he goes, okay,
do I set it at this temperature? Yes?

He was so happy that he took the chicken to perfection.

Gets home, from work. Huh, She says, I want the
skin of the chicken a little crispier. So she puts
it in the oven, sets it on broil and completely forgets.
Oh no, oh, my god, the oven and it was burnt.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Poor dad, who was really worried to make sure she
had a perfect dinner, was so bumped. It was not
even edible. Oh, it was completely burnt to a Chris
super dry. Do you know my parents had to end
up eating.

Banita's food, the dog's food.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Banita had steak that my dad bought her, really thin
steak that he was gonna cook for her, one little
tiny piece. My mom had to end up that for
their dinner between the both of them yesterday, discovered in
smoke because she completely forgot that she left this whole chicken.

It was all bad.
