Speaker 1 (00:02):
Honestly just confused. In general, I'm not even confusing. That's real.
It's Morny Mosh been on Rocket ninety five to five.
My name's Maria Palmer. I'm Maris Michael. How are we
feeling today? Boys? Thursday?
Speaker 2 (00:15):
Yes it is Maris. It is Thursday, and thank you
for acknowledging it is.
Speaker 1 (00:20):
As such, football season so close. You know he's gonna
be oh because you can't say it. I gotta get
it in before the season starts. Listen, I've been saying that,
but I can't. Roger's a big fan of the show.
He listens every Thursday. Hey, Roger, Thursday. He's drinking right now.
What's Rogers deal? He runs the NFL a well as
(00:44):
the commissioner. Yeah, he makes the rules and such. But hey,
socks one, what nobody cares? Oh?
Speaker 3 (00:52):
Yes they did after the first two games, like man
cares either. I watched the game as that was such
a bad game. It's just boring.
Speaker 1 (01:00):
It wasn't a boring game. It was a great pitching
matchup and the wind was blowing in. See we see
that's the problem. And I need to apologize to you guys.
I made a mistake yesterday you know what I wish
you would have done. What I wish you would have
told us on whether yeah, okay, Michael says, don't go outside,
or looking at your window it'll ruin the surprise.
Speaker 4 (01:19):
Here's weather.
Speaker 3 (01:22):
One of the best things that my people check on
usually is the wind at Wrigley. Yesterday we forgot and
made everybody. Everybody bella from YouTube chat Marris, you had
a home run, bet in. I had a PCA home run,
bet in, and the wind was just blowing in. So
even that first hit in the PA cracked one.
Speaker 1 (01:41):
At the beginning of the game, No, everybody stood up
and was like, oh my god, games Row and I
saw how Hyatt went and I was like, damn it, Yep,
it's a damn it, damn it.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
I was listening to the Socks broadcast and they kept
saying over and over like, in order for this to
get out of the park, it has to be a
line drives. Can't go up, yeah, uh speaking a line
drive and win today, huge win. This is gonna be
the nicest day of the year. If you can't, you've
said no, take you this day. Humidity incredibly low, almost
(02:14):
non existent today, a high of seventy eight degrees and
sunshine all damn.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
Not a cloud in the sky. Okay, not a cloud iness.
If there's a cloud in the sky, I'm assuming you.
I'll trust it when I see it. I'll just let
you win four dollars.
Speaker 5 (02:30):
I'll go and be like it was cloud.
Speaker 1 (02:32):
One thing I do trust is Maria with a Thursday
Thursday Baby.
Speaker 5 (02:37):
Yes it is to sing the song.
Speaker 1 (02:39):
Yeah, we're gonna be like coming. I'm parched. It's rock
ninety five by Thursday. Oh thank god, but we're not
added up. Bar consider me quinch best way Thursday.
Speaker 2 (02:52):
Gentlemen's fine listing beautiful.
Speaker 1 (02:55):
I gotta tell you one way. Think that be god?
What you barner a drink?
Speaker 2 (02:59):
I have the most popular beer brands in the US
up A.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Mean, guess right at the top of this list has
got to be bush Fly.
Speaker 5 (03:08):
I would guess Corpfly.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Neither bitch number five. Guinness. That's fine, interesting Guinness, that's
very interesting. You ever had fresh Guinness? I have not
not like Germany Guinness. Guinness. I'm sorry, Ireland Guinness. Sorry,
I got nine hundred things going on in front of Well.
Speaker 3 (03:29):
They always say when you get it out of the
actual it's different.
Speaker 1 (03:35):
I have to go to Ireland to see the difference.
Have you ever been there? No, No, I gotta go.
I gotta go. My cousin lives over there, so I
gotta go. We should all go because I want to go.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
Anyway, that German beer Guinness, Yes, the German Guinness, different
kind to remix.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
He's talking about the German Guinness. It's like the Royal Guinness.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
That's fifth. I feel like that's still so high for America, right, yeah? Yeah.
Number four Budweiser Okay.
Speaker 3 (04:01):
Like just the straight original bud white bud Light, but yeah, yeah,
some people like to call it.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
The first time.
Speaker 2 (04:09):
Well, when I was a bartender, someone ordered a Bud
Heavy for me. I was like, I don't know if
you have. I was like, we have bud and they're like, yeah,
regular can Yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
Thanks. Number three Stella Artois. Get at it with? Do
you not?
Speaker 3 (04:24):
Like I wouldn't even drink that if you paid me what?
I don't like gross beer like that?
Speaker 1 (04:29):
I can't.
Speaker 5 (04:30):
I just can't believe it's so popular.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
So you accidentally called Guinness German. But you don't like
the German beer?
Speaker 6 (04:37):
No, I do not.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
Okay, Okay, Number two bud Light there you go bud
Light and number one hold.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
On, Yeah, is Michelob ultra. I've noticed that a lot
of the stadiums there'll be like the Michelobe guy just
walking around and he's getting hit. Because even when we
were at the game yesterday, it was a guy just
walking around with straight Michelob was so too. I'm sure
that helps. It's water, it's refreshing.
Speaker 3 (05:10):
It's true. My girlfriend always says that. She's like, I
don't drink the beer you drink. She's like, because if
I drink watery beer, I don't get drunk as fast
and it keeps me more hydrated. And I was like, yeah,
that's what I'm trying the opposite today. I'm trying to get.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
Fact checking from the YouTube chat Stella artois is Belgium.
Speaker 3 (05:30):
I'm not the only dummy anyways.
Speaker 5 (05:33):
Yes, ream.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
Five ish things you almost certainly need to know. I
love things. First things, First Wheel, a rock up for
grabs eight four four nine, five ninety five fifty one,

and they're pink cash wow like that on a week
two week basis, high school students can get one hundred
dollars each week and a middle school students can get
fifty dollars per week. I'd also like to pay the
teachers for being in school. What an idea with the
(06:26):
kids who are now walking around with flaming hot Cheetos
money like none other parents like you got McDonald's money. Yes,
there was a couple who decided to abuse the library system.
They would check out books, let them get over to
and let those fees rack up. And in the meantime
(06:48):
they sold back four hundred and twenty three books to
a local bookstore and were only caught after one of
the employees looked inside the book to investigate, saw, oh
this has got a library stamp. Oh this other book
has a library stamp. That couple has since been arrested.
All their library debt was at six hundred and five
(07:12):
hundred dollars. Damn. And the thing is the libraries actually
really need that money. Yeah, I'm sure they'll get it
at some point in time. Are you sure about that?
The most dangerous competition is coming to Chicago. They're having
a global Championship for UNO with a grand prize of
(07:34):
fifty thousand dollars. And I don't know that there's been
an agreement on what the actual rules of UNO are.
But if you think you're good at UNO October third,
they will be having in person events here for you
to compete in the LA Championship. And please don't kill anybody.
We know how UN gets. Yeah, seriously. Disney has put

was getting ready to go down the big drop. No
clue if he's hurt or not, or how bad he
was hurt. But that Promptedn't to put signs up everywhere
warning about high speed, sudden drop, dark spaces, loud noises,
and it's consistently throughout the right now, because you shouldn't
(08:20):
have to remind people to stay in your seat on
a roller coaster. The signs would just said, don't be stupid.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Well, they do have those emergency exits along the way
where you can hop off.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
That's fine, but not right at the top of the drop.
At the top of the drop is bad. All right,

one of my favorite shows ever. Actually have a tattooed
on my leg. What Sitcom featured the characters Jerry, Elaine, George,
and Kramer sign my man, well done, a show that
was almost canceled. The first couple of seasons probably should
have been Dango at Why I'm Terarriot? Question number two?
Speaker 3 (12:18):
Which band had a huge nineteen ninety seven hit, semi
charmed life.
Speaker 4 (12:28):
Be semi sonic?
Speaker 1 (12:29):
No third eye blind?
Speaker 2 (12:34):
If only someone could have saved you there and then
beginning shot right now.
Speaker 1 (12:39):
This gun is not packing today shooting real sauce. You listen, buddy,
It's perfectly fine. You know there will be other opportunities. Yeah,
I got four more loves.
Speaker 3 (12:50):
What nineteen ninety nine movie introduced audiences to Neo Morpheus

are you excited to see? Out of everybody, honestly, probably
gonna be ICP.
Speaker 4 (14:06):
I haven't five listened to them for years and never
got a chance to fee them.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
That's so cool. I'm so glad that you want to
go to that.
Speaker 5 (14:12):
That's awesome. Man, I hear those shows are crazy.
Speaker 1 (14:14):
They are Would you consider yourself a Juggalo?
Speaker 4 (14:20):
Maybe back in high school, but not anymore.
Speaker 1 (14:28):
Everybody not named Mike, go get your tickets at Riotfest
dot org because you don't want to miss out on
any of this absolutely amazing show going on at Douglas Park.
And we have a list of some of the most
relaxing places in America for you to enjoy yourself. I
feel relaxed just here. You won't believe what city in
(14:50):
Illinois made the list. It's not in Aperville, Chicago, Schomberg.
Also not Chicago or Schomberg, but I'll have that for
you right.
Speaker 7 (15:00):
After International Travel Destination Park Summer is running away from
US as September is almost here, and I have a
list of some of the most relaxing vacation destinations that
you could look forward to.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
Number two is an absolute surprise. But if you had
to pick a location, what would that be? Where would
you look to relax in the United States? Your house?
A little town called Estes Park in Colorado. Okay, interesting
little town up in the mountains where they let the
elk just wander through town. Super relaxing, beautiful. And you
want to come to my condo, Maria, Okay, I mean
(15:40):
I've got video games galory, So yes, that is relaxing.
Sounds space is relaxing to me. Dominating my space You can't,
you're too small, bet challenge. So we have the likes
of Hawaii. Of course, California. Welth Carolina has made the
list mains at number one. Have you ever heard of
(16:02):
Mount Desert Island? No? No, yeah, exactly. But at number
two at number two for most relaxing places in America, Galina, Illinois.
Not a suburb. It's all the way in the northwest
of Illinois and it's it's a very rural town. They say.
It comes in second, known for its historic streets, cozy
(16:26):
bed and breakfasts, antique shops, and small town charms. So
I had to google it because I've never been myself.
And if you've been vouched for a Galena at eight
four four ninety five fifty, they have goats and floats.
You can go get a float with a goat.
Speaker 3 (16:41):
Oh I'm in now, I'm sorry, like a root beer flock.
Has I pictured a parade at first?
Speaker 1 (16:45):
I love kids. They've also got antique tractor driving.
Speaker 5 (16:50):
Oh, I'm in on that.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
I know. It's very rural. A ATV farm tour available,
So if you're just looking to get back to the
agricultural world, you can also that. But also while googling
this beautiful city, one of our presidents was born here,
mister ulysses as Grad. It's from Galina, Illinois, so there's
(17:12):
a little museum exhibit based around him and all of
those details. But it's just I think it's just it's
a slow to everything slow Russian. You can just get around,
enjoy yourself, have some good food, go have a float
with a goat.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
I actually would do that every day. I would go
have my root your float with my goat. Friends.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
Utterly ridiculous. But eight four four ninety five fifty. If
you've been to Galina and you can vouch for its
number two status as most relaxing places in America, please
hit us up for you cho ehd one Chicago.
Speaker 2 (17:49):
You in the morning, it's traffic, it's the morning moshpit
on Rocking ninety five five.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
Boys, what do we do export?
Speaker 3 (18:03):
By the way, people in the YouTube chat right now
saying Glena's gorgeous.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
Yeah, yeah, really relaxed area. Cool. Someone says, I smells it.
You got them goats before we get to the crosstound class. Yeah,
I'd like to talk about a team that is on
fire right now.
Speaker 5 (18:18):
I'm trying to think you might be.
Speaker 1 (18:19):
Talking to Chicago Fire Mike.
Speaker 3 (18:21):
Oh yeah, okay, yeah, I wouldn't know. I don't I
have not an I can only watch so much, So
tell me.
Speaker 1 (18:25):
Game win Street. Mister Robert Lwandowski is very much a
part of that, as they beat Orlando last night. Mister
Bobby Lou scored yesterday along with another early goal to
take down Orlando City. Now, soccer fans, I know you
were looking to scratch your itch after the World Cup.
(18:46):
When it comes to the MLS, you want to jump
on the train for the Chicago Fire. Right now, they're
number three in the Eastern standings for the MLS.
Speaker 5 (18:55):
Beautiful, beautiful. You know what else is beautiful? Two out
of three Wrigley.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
Oh, you don't want to talk about the White Sox
winning yesterday. Gaming three.
Speaker 3 (19:04):
Yesterday went down and the White Sox blank the Cubs
three to nothing. Like you said, you guys went to
the game of pitching duel out there, pretty good pitching
going on, and then the wind blowing in from the
outfield screwed all of our bets, which is such a
thing at Wrigley. I mean that you like we said earlier, Marris,
you saw the PCA bomb that if it was blowing out,
(19:24):
it would have been a home run.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
They wouldn't any win. It would have been a home
run and we all would have made some money.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
Nothing until the sixth the Andrew Ben attendees RBI singles
scored Vargas in the eighth rookie braidon Montgomery to run
double off of Michael Bush's glove at first, scoring Vargas,
And I mean it just kept getting going downhill for
the Cubs from there. I feel like the cut those
first two games were so big. The Cubs were like,
heyea yeah, let's g get them out of here. Let's
let's move on to the next sack. That's a real
(19:50):
loser attitude. Just you know, shout out the White Sox.
Speaker 1 (19:53):
They needed that.
Speaker 4 (19:54):
Now.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
The official Crossdown Classic Series tied at Eye two.
Speaker 3 (19:57):
And two three to three split for the two series
this year.
Speaker 1 (20:01):
And hopefully, knock on wood, we'll get a nice little
playoff meet up.
Speaker 5 (20:06):
But you know, it so cool. That'd be so cool.
Speaker 1 (20:08):
It is absolutely still early. We're gonna talk more about
what actually happened at the game with Marita's first ay gambling.
Speaker 5 (20:16):
Yeah, look at you. I'm so impressed.
Speaker 8 (20:19):
How to go?
Speaker 1 (20:22):
We've been winning so much money here, you have been
winning so much money here. We'll discuss track.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
Hi, diggity dog, it is what I had to eat
yesterday in the stands at Wrigley Field. Huh for the
Crosstown class Like, oh yeah, nice, I love a good
hot dog vendor.
Speaker 3 (20:48):
The weather looked nice. You guys have fun out there.
It was those seats were perfect. Yeah, where were your seats?
By the way out out to the shows?
Speaker 1 (20:54):
We were section in one twelve right on third baseline.
It was the as I got there, and sat down.
That shadow from the stadium was two rows in front
of them, So it was we could have sat in
the sun yesterday because it was so nice as well,
But it was just consistent. The folks behind us were
getting dripped on and they kept complaining about it, which
(21:16):
was really funny. I'm going to go talk to somebody.
I was like, I wish you would, because I want
to know who you're going to talk. Who's going to
mix this drip. There's a ton of people getting dripped
on at Wrigley Field. Okay, but yeah, we we had
some issues getting our bets in yesterday.
Speaker 5 (21:34):
Yeah what happened?
Speaker 2 (21:35):
Well, God was trying to protect me from sinning and
I ignored him and I have felt Hell's fire in return.
I downloaded, as you recall, yesterday on the morning mosh
bit for betting apps. I was able to make one
of them work in.
Speaker 1 (21:53):
The stadium, which one fan duel.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
All right, yeah, bet MGM failed me, Circle Sports failed me,
and Draft Kings fail. Really, none of them would work.
I even took screenshots because I kind of couldn't believe
that that was happening.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
Yeah, what was your bet?
Speaker 5 (22:07):
What'd you bet? Well, here's the thing comes, we're huge favorites.
It was what hit just a hit from each?
Speaker 1 (22:15):
No?
Speaker 2 (22:16):
No, because that's not exciting enough for me. I don't
want to bet ten dollars just to win eleven.
Speaker 1 (22:26):
What is the point of that? You did two hits
for me?
Speaker 2 (22:30):
So I did two hits from Urracami and three from PC.
Speaker 5 (22:36):
I thought you were on this.
Speaker 1 (22:38):
I saw her, here's the thing, and Mari, you can
attest it because I saw what she was doing like that.
I said, Maria, here's the section for one hiteah, here's
the section for two hits, and here's a section for three.
And then I explained to her that the odds of
two and three hits is not great. If you want
to just win to wet your palette, go for a
(23:00):
one hit. You can get the return on that and
then we can talk about other betting strategies. And she
was like, who wanted the money? What would you pay
out of it? And how much you bet? It made
a ten dollar bet? And what would you want ten
dollars bet?
Speaker 5 (23:12):
Three hits?
Speaker 1 (23:13):
Is crazy? By the way, I don't know how do
I tell you? I don't know. I mean, he's a
great hitter, but because I think for Pca, he's been
hitting so well. I think she would have got sixteen
off of a ten. And then I don't know, I
don't remember what Murrorkami's was, but it wasn't as high
either Murakami.
Speaker 2 (23:28):
According to Fandel and the numbers that are on the screen.
For Murakami it was plus six hundred. Whatever the hell
that means. Well, that's all yeah, okay. And then Pca
was plus twenty seven hundred, so also whatever the hell
that means.
Speaker 1 (23:43):
So it's a good pay. It happens, and that's.
Speaker 2 (23:46):
What I would like to participate in. What is the
point of putting in ten to win eleven?
Speaker 5 (23:51):
Well, that's the thing.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
You got to make sacrifices to make your I like
to do that. I lost eighty five bucks yesterday betting
because I put a bunch on home runs. Yeah, not
realizing that the wind was blowing in. Usually we analyze
that stuff. But here's here's a move for you, Maria.
Look at the games that are playing later in the
night and then find one where it's like the seventh
inning and they're Tide and the Diamondbacks are the underdog
(24:14):
and the Boston supposed to win the game. I'm gonna
go ahead and help you out right well at ten thirty.
So yeah, so focused on Chicago sports. When it comes
to other games that are happening, it's hard for her
to truly focus on what's happening. Ed Diamondbacks one, by
the way, I have I have an additional gripe, would
(24:35):
you okay?
Speaker 5 (24:36):
Because the friendly confines.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
The Friendly confines, the beautiful confines even rate Field such
a beautiful selection of eats, delicious, I will give you
that delicious eats. I walked around. It's pizza, hot dogs, beefs,
and chips. People come here to Wrigley for baseball, Marris.
(24:58):
If I'm stepping to watch some beautiful baseball, I want
options to eat as well. I agree with you, though.
They rolled out all.
Speaker 9 (25:08):
That sharkuterie board last year, and it was different each
for other teams coming into town. I went to the
Poland pickstand and it was burgers, it was polishes, it
was hot dogs, nachos, and other assortments of chips. Great system,
fantastic system.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
Give me variety. Yeah, Chicago's got too many good options
of food here to eat for them not to have
to have subpar high school vending stuff over at Wrigley Field.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
I don't even see at Rate Field, they had a
billy goat tavern like stand, do you see what I'm saying? No,
I see what you're saying, and I agree with you,
and the food does and the prices are too high
at Wrigley.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
But other than that, you know, we win eight four.
I was just like fan duel to thank me for
my twenty dollars donations.
Speaker 3 (25:56):
We can not back today. We're going you back then.
We could double that up. Actually, if you like double
or nothing by actually playing the day, somebody is.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
Back me up on Great Field having better food for
concessions Texas a higher hardy North.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
Good morning, mush, but I'm rock ninety five to five.
And if that made you grown, well, then you are
a human counting you on our side. In the Inevitable
Human Versus Robot Wall news from.
Speaker 6 (26:28):
The front of the Inevitable Human Robot.
Speaker 2 (26:31):
War, Chinese company Unit Tree has unveiled a new humanoid
robot that the company says can run faster and jump
higher than a person. Well, of course, company posts a
video of the Superman robot on social media, showing it
performing a two meters standing jump and then reaching a
speed of about twenty eight point three miles per hour.
Speaker 3 (26:54):
Scary as hell. By the three point three it used
to be eight oh twenty eight. It used to be
stop running, or we'll let the dog loose.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
That's faster. Imagine this, I stop running or the robots
getting out of the.
Speaker 5 (27:07):
Back of the car.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
Luckily, I don't want either. I don't want either.
Speaker 2 (27:10):
Certainly, the person running must be super super guilty for sure,
and I've committed a super duper violent crime. And like
they certainly went into this for like, oh, I don't know,
like weed or something.
Speaker 4 (27:20):
Right.
Speaker 1 (27:21):
You know what's interesting is people like people are signing
up to be police officers less and less.
Speaker 5 (27:26):
Can you see what's happening here?
Speaker 1 (27:27):
I can see where this is headed, right, and we're
still gonna get police. Yeah, you like terminators here?
Speaker 3 (27:32):
Terminator not only that, but between the flock cameras and
then the robots and then the drones. Another thing you're using.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
I think it was a terminator Minority Report, and I
think there's like one more if you mix them all.
That's what we're headed. And what was the Disney movie
about the robot the garbage wally? Yeah, its all of
those together. It's like Wally and nineteen eighty four. Seriously,
not like this. Yeah, I mean neither.
Speaker 2 (27:54):
By the way, Usain Bolts record twenty seven point three
miles per hour RASO No Robot twenty eight point three.
So it also, by the way, only took them three
months to make.
Speaker 1 (28:06):
Three months. Well, I mean they have think about how
high these are going to jump eventually, but they I
mean they have had humanoid robots around, so it wasn't
like they were starting from scratch. They were just like,
let's enhance this, let's enhance this. Oh, this is going
to make it move faster, you know. Yeah, all events
and it it Hids and Hudson enhance it. You know,
(28:28):
it's too late, We're already done. Could I ride one?
Speaker 3 (28:31):
So think about if it's running real fast, could I
like hop on it like a piggyback style.
Speaker 1 (28:35):
And just go that's what you want, Let's go to work. Yeah?
Speaker 2 (28:38):
Probably, I imagine. Follow up question, can it ride me soon? Soon?
Speaker 1 (28:44):
I've read about this.
Speaker 5 (28:46):
This one's news from the front.
Speaker 6 (28:48):
Of the.
Speaker 1 (28:51):
Sorry, he's in bloom and I have allergies because liter
nervan aslam. We just played on Rock ninety five five. Oh,
jokes for days on the morning. Mom, Sorry, I was
too busy laughing. My bad got me real good, yeah,
real tickler, a little tickled old knee slapper. It was great,
but you weren't laughing. It's the point. Oh oh, that's good.
(29:14):
Like I said, jokes days.
Speaker 2 (29:16):
Not just Maria Palmer, but Maris is a little joker
over there too with Mikey Walker.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
Walk up, he laughs. Boys, you ever walked out on
a date? Yeah? Once, Yeah, I'm me eat my food
and get out.
Speaker 5 (29:30):
First date.
Speaker 1 (29:31):
So I just got up and left. Yeah. I was like,
I'm not gonna end. Why go ahead. I'm a little
picky about how people talk.
Speaker 3 (29:39):
And it was just a very like I mean, like
just I need, I need all this time to talk
about myself.
Speaker 5 (29:46):
So when someone.
Speaker 1 (29:47):
Else does that, I can't know.
Speaker 3 (29:50):
But have you ever met someone who can't shut up
about their themselves and have everything blah blah blah blah blah.
But I can't even get a word in Edgeway And
I thought, she's not here for a date, she's not
here to interact. No, this is just some sort of
performance thing. And I just went, nah, I'm good, and
I just laughed. I think I said I'm good. I'm good.
Speaker 1 (30:06):
Damn.
Speaker 3 (30:06):
I just got up an left it with the bill
and everything. We haven't even ordered yet. Oh I knew
early on it was not work. I left cash too,
I mean I oh.
Speaker 2 (30:13):
I would actually even maybe argue that that's the more
merciful take, because that's not what happened when I walked
out on my date.
Speaker 5 (30:19):
Did you eat first? It's awesome, although he took it better.
Speaker 2 (30:24):
I'm sure the stomach to pay and he wouldn't let
me because okay, so what happened was, yeah, I shoved
to the date. And you know when someone technically didn't
catfish you, they just used all of the photos where
you know that they're like, that's a.
Speaker 1 (30:38):
Good photo of me. I wish I really looked like that,
but I.
Speaker 2 (30:40):
Don't quite, but I'm going to use all my best
photos filters.
Speaker 1 (30:43):
It was that it wasn't quite filtered, just was like.
Speaker 2 (30:47):
A good angle, specific angle, specific lighting like kind of deal.
So immediately I was like, oh, I'm actually not attracted
to at all, but I I don't know.
Speaker 1 (30:55):
I was young, and I felt kind of a dick
to just well, you're already there, right, yeah, and.
Speaker 2 (31:01):
I can be won over so it's like, all right,
let's give it a go. And of course he's having
a great time and tell jokes. We have fun, and
he's just saying everything wrong.
Speaker 5 (31:12):
Like kind of how mine was too. Yeah, now this
thing can happened.
Speaker 1 (31:15):
We just don't really agree on anything.
Speaker 2 (31:17):
We don't have the same perspectives on life, and we
don't do He doesn't do the fun things that I
want to do, and he would not participate, not like that.
Oh it would not participate in the fun things that
I wanted to do.
Speaker 5 (31:28):
You know.
Speaker 2 (31:28):
It just was it wasn't ever going to work. And
I tried to be nice about it. And I had
a roommate at the time that was going through some things,
and I was like I got to get back to
my roommate like so sorry, like need to go check
out on her like yah yah YadA, And I was,
and I pull up my car and I'm like, let's
go have the's no issue.
Speaker 1 (31:43):
He is insistent that not only does he.
Speaker 2 (31:45):
Pay for it because of the man pays, which you know,
I like that now, but like at the time, I was.
Speaker 1 (31:50):
Like, no, we're equal, and then he like kept me there.
He's like no, no, no, stay say say and I was like,
I have to go, and he just made it such
a mess of it.
Speaker 2 (32:00):
Yeah, I know, I'm hurrying up, man, he made such
a messivate in a hurry.
Speaker 5 (32:10):
Come on, you can do it.
Speaker 1 (32:11):
I'm just hoping you can do it.
Speaker 2 (32:13):
You made it such a fuss that it was just
easier for me to be like, all right, well I
gotta go right now.
Speaker 1 (32:18):
Sorry.
Speaker 2 (32:18):
By anyway, So some people leave for bad behavior, and
some people have left for misleading photos, and there's like
a whole other break here. Butt and Pat McCain, any buddy, Okay,
those news headlines.
Speaker 5 (32:43):
Again joining us from Houston today.
Speaker 2 (32:45):
Hell yeah, but before we get to Pat, Although Pat,

can cat you down. Luckily, we here on Rock ninety

the headlines so you can be informed, but not It's
a fine line to walk, but we are tight rope.
Speaker 1 (33:03):
Walker's baby, This is bad news. Beers one dead.
Speaker 2 (33:09):
Two intern after Pennsylvania State Police helicopter and small plane collide.
Speaker 1 (33:16):
Oh it's terrible when it never getting into helicopter.
Speaker 5 (33:19):
Yeah, don't like that at all.
Speaker 1 (33:20):
I'd give you more information on it, but everything's up
in the air right now. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (33:27):
Nineteen year old arrested in brutal stabbing death of co
worker in Great Falls, Virginia.
Speaker 5 (33:36):
At least you're in great Falls is beautiful?
Speaker 1 (33:38):
Must really put that guy on edge.
Speaker 2 (33:41):
Woman sought an officer's death, co founded mental health group
for police and.
Speaker 1 (33:46):
Other first responders. So it works.
Speaker 6 (33:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (33:50):
In similar news, Spider built Web Florida carries out.
Speaker 2 (33:55):
It's thirteenth execution of the year on a man convicted
of killing a.
Speaker 1 (34:00):
Strange wife got to go from espoused to estrange to this.
Well he's news bears.
Speaker 6 (34:10):
Yeah, we're sorry, just love picturing. Like, how much like
Valume are you on when you to read that?
Speaker 1 (34:21):
This energy?
Speaker 8 (34:22):
Baby?
Speaker 1 (34:23):
That's all?
Speaker 3 (34:30):
Hey, Pat, We're streaming on all the platforms here and
we have a number of people from Houston hitting us
up and they're like, what's going on? What's ys and Houston?
Are you doing a show down there?
Speaker 6 (34:39):
Yes? I just had like a corporate gig, but oh god,
a uh.
Speaker 1 (34:43):
Nothing where anybody could come see it tonight or something
handering to the shills. Interesting, hey smart corporation. Yeah, yeah,
right there.
Speaker 5 (34:54):
Did you get to any of the Crown days? Did
you get to any of the Crosstown games.
Speaker 6 (35:00):
Not get to the games, but I watched the first
two yesterday. I was traveling, so I missed a little
bit of the the White Sox victory. Yeah, it was
kind of crazy. I was. I saw the all time
all time they're eighty two and eighty two.
Speaker 1 (35:14):
Yeah, yeah, wild.
Speaker 6 (35:16):
It really is wild. I'm kind of glad that it's
it's behind us now that each team we could focus
on the playoff runs that were on.
Speaker 1 (35:26):
But yeah, they were great games. They were great games.
Those first two were so much fun too. I mean,
what a crazy environment. And the brawls.
Speaker 5 (35:33):
I love a good brawl.
Speaker 2 (35:35):
That was.
Speaker 5 (35:36):
If there's a brawl that I've seen video of, that
was a real good one.
Speaker 1 (35:39):
It's not a Crosstown classic. So you got somebody fighting,
that's right. I love surprise boxing in any sport.
Speaker 6 (35:48):
If if I had been there, I would have been
in the middle trying to get people to give a
sign of peace.
Speaker 1 (35:58):
Well done, well done. Is that video still going viral
for you?
Speaker 6 (36:00):
By the way, I think it's still kind of getting shared,
but yeah, it's uh, it's kind of a distant memory now.
After watching those brawls.
Speaker 1 (36:11):
Everybody forgot about it. Although at the game yesterday we
did see a slew of different Pope hats, not just
the ones that were handed out at the Socks game.
People had some very creative ones.
Speaker 5 (36:21):
They're making their own.
Speaker 1 (36:21):
Yeah. One guy had, uh the White Sox, the Bulls,
the Bears, and the black Hawks on it, respectfully, keeping
the Cubs off the list.
Speaker 4 (36:35):
How fun. I like that.
Speaker 1 (36:37):
It's church. This is my kind of church. What baseball?
Speaker 2 (36:39):
Yeah, Well, if we're all wearing po hats and all stuff, church,
we're given them the sign of piece. And who's to
say hot dogs aren't the body of Christ and balls?
Speaker 1 (36:49):
No, I don't. I don't want to lean into where
you're trying to. All you're going to do is a
little bit of concentration on that bad boy, Jesus, GLIZZI
is what you want? We I with the blessing a
little mini Chicago dogs. Yeah, make that holy a little
wine with it. Yeah, Pat, I do have to thank you.
You gave us all men's skincare last time you were here.
Speaker 5 (37:14):
I used it this morning.
Speaker 1 (37:15):
That face wash is amazing, Maria. Have you tried it yet? Well,
I'm a woman.
Speaker 5 (37:21):
Well you can give them.
Speaker 6 (37:22):
It works on you. I thought we talked about that.
Speaker 2 (37:25):
Your skin is not I'm so scared that my tender, delicate,
fragile female skins.
Speaker 1 (37:31):
I'll be able to take it, but I'll give it
a try for you.
Speaker 6 (37:34):
Pat. No, it's great stuff. It really would have been
giving it to you today. Did you celebrated National Radio Day?
Speaker 1 (37:42):
It is, yeah, national. We're not that weirdly far up
our own assets to be celebrating it though. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (37:49):
Well that's why I want to come from the outside
just say happy National Radio Day, Thank you, thank you. Mornings.
Speaker 1 (37:57):
Yeah, it might be the last one around the room.
Speaker 4 (38:00):
Really quick.
Speaker 1 (38:01):
How many years have you been at Michael twenty three?
Maria uh ten on air? I want to say I'm
at about twenty plus because I'm trying to figure out
do I count college radio or yeah? Definitely, Okay, we're
like twenty three. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (38:16):
I think that in all that time between the three
of us, we would have like gotten good at it.
Speaker 9 (38:20):
I know.
Speaker 1 (38:21):
That's why I had to call him the big guns.
Speaker 5 (38:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (38:23):
Pat McGahn joining us here. How's your podcast going, my man?
Speaker 6 (38:29):
It's going great. Yeah. We had the fiftieth episode. I
know we talked about that last week, but we had
two parts. We had a retrospective and then we had
the Ozzie gian.
Speaker 1 (38:37):
I watched the Auzzie yesterday. Great interview.
Speaker 6 (38:40):
Oh thank you.
Speaker 5 (38:41):
You're right, he's a talker. You just kind of let
him go, like wind him up and.
Speaker 1 (38:46):
Let him go familiar.
Speaker 6 (38:47):
I know, it's like I didn't even have to be there.
Speaker 1 (38:52):
Same. Yeah, he was great.
Speaker 6 (38:56):
And then we have Patrick's Manley's coming up next week.
But the following week, next week, I have a I'm
just having a couple of comedians and I'm always with
Dwayne Kennedy. He's like to co host. So we've got
a lot of good stuff coming up.
Speaker 1 (39:14):
Bears legend Patrick Manley.
Speaker 6 (39:17):
Yes, he's the most tenured Chicago Bear of all time.
I think you played sixteen seasons with the Bears.
Speaker 1 (39:23):
Wow.
Speaker 6 (39:23):
Wow. And he's gonna be with this that opening week.
Speaker 1 (39:27):
Cools, that's going to be amazing, pat Uh Speaking of
the seasons changing, we know there are a lot of
parents getting ready for back to school with their kids.
Do you have any tips for those parents as they're
getting ready to get the kids back in school?
Speaker 4 (39:46):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (39:46):
Man, I mean, I've been living it. So I got
my oldest to start a high school. Wow. I think
the high school you got to really just say I'm done.
I'm not going to be emailing teachers. I'm not going
to be speaking up for my kid all the time.
You got to the kid talk. This was what they
were saying at the high school orientation too. They're like,
we're being on self advocacy. We want your child to
(40:07):
speak up for themselves. Have tough conversations like I agree, Yeah,
why am I here? I'll go home done?
Speaker 1 (40:16):
Yeah, you take them. I see.
Speaker 5 (40:18):
I saw video you popped on my screen the other day.
Speaker 3 (40:20):
You're talking about traveling sports and how like you're just
hoping the kids will lose so you can go home.
Speaker 6 (40:27):
Yeah, takes over every weekend, you know, every weekend if
you have kids. So, yeah, we got a game. We
got to go to Wisconsin Friday night. We have a
game at midnight, and if we win that one and
we're playing Saturday morning at six am.
Speaker 1 (40:42):
Pat, what do you think about betting on Little League?
Speaker 6 (40:46):
Oh my god, I think it's awesome.
Speaker 3 (40:48):
Maria bet for the first time ever. Yesterday it didn't
go great.
Speaker 6 (40:54):
Well, you got on like the Little League World Series.
Speaker 1 (40:56):
I should have that would make more sense for you. God,
I don't think that yet.
Speaker 5 (41:02):
She bet on the Cups and the White Sox man.
Speaker 6 (41:05):
Yeah, I thought you were talking about betting on children.
Speaker 2 (41:08):
I was.
Speaker 1 (41:09):
I would like I would like that to be the case.
Speaker 3 (41:12):
On Calci, you can get bet on how fast they'll
make it to the bus stop. If if that's that's
a side bet, really crazy payout. Oh see, that's a
horrible thing about Calci is you could control some of
these bets yourself.
Speaker 1 (41:28):
And that's that would be the big issue with the
Little League betting because you know those dads will they'd
be watching the lines change and then be like, Johnny,
you're coming out. I know you haven't thrown a ball
edgar in two weeks, but get in there and pitch
for me.
Speaker 3 (41:42):
Pat, you got kids. Set up a whole thing here.
You can disappear for a couple of days.
Speaker 6 (41:51):
Any scandal we're going to do, or any scam we're
gonna run, we should discuss and hash out live on
this brute.
Speaker 1 (42:03):
No one listens to the show. Well said, and a
thank you for joining us as always, and appreciate you
calling in as you're traveling. But you're going to be
on the road or where are you headed next? Week.
Speaker 6 (42:18):
I'm actually going to be in Cleveland, Ohio and Hilary's
Hilarity's Comedy Club, which I'm looking forward to. It's great club,
and you know, we'd like you Cleveland crap in Chicago,
it's kind of punching down. Maybe we're a bigger city.
I do like Cleveland. I enjoy going there, great people
there and looking forward to the weekend, so it'd be good.
Speaker 1 (42:38):
Yeah. I lived in Cleveland for a little while. My
family is in Cleveland too, so I know all the
great things about all the amazing.
Speaker 2 (42:44):
Food as similarly talented football teams as well.
Speaker 6 (42:48):
Get them out. Let me get them some ticks, get
them out to the showIn Yeah.
Speaker 1 (42:52):
I'll hit them up. Pat mcgahann, thank you as always.
On the way, we're actually gonna share our stories about
now radio day.
Speaker 3 (43:01):
How we got into this crazy business is how we'll
get out. Oh I know how I'm getting out. Next
death Fire. I was sixteen, went to a festival in Stevenson, Washington,
out in Washington State. Went to set up our tent
and some guys were setting up their tents next to us,
so like, hey, guys, how's it going.
Speaker 5 (43:19):
Whatever?
Speaker 3 (43:19):
It turns out they were playing the festival. It was
one of the bands there. Oh nice, it was Pod
oh before they were Pod. Yeah, that's pretty cool.
Speaker 1 (43:25):
Nah, they are legit. I love them.
Speaker 3 (43:26):
Rock ninety five five, Chicago's rock station Morning mosh Pit
is on it as National Radio Day, and we want.
Speaker 5 (43:31):
It to give our origin stories. We asked our chat
we're streams.
Speaker 1 (43:35):
Are you guys going to be okay? Because we've heard
these before and I don't want you. I know you
guys have issues with Spider Man's origin story, Superman's origin story,
Batman's origin story. I don't want you guys.
Speaker 5 (43:46):
I like hearing Spider Man's story over and over and over.
So I'm good.
Speaker 1 (43:51):
Yeah, you're good. I've never been okay, Okay, we know Marie.
You want to tell us first how you got into
this wacky business. Sure didn't mean to Yeah, yeah, no kidding.
Speaker 2 (44:02):
I was in acting school, so I already had that
performance vain in me, if you will.
Speaker 1 (44:07):
Raising and I've done that to myself the snickers.
Speaker 2 (44:12):
He's one of those anyway. And I was bartending, as
one in acting school would do. And our favorite corporate shill,
who at the time is working in DC which is
where this was and who was our current boss and
who is currently our boss? Uh walked in. He had
his DC one O one hat on. I knew about
DC one O one and so from my perspective, I
was like, Oh, I want to talk to that guy,
(44:35):
and so I did. And from his perspective, I wish
he could be here right now to just tell the story.
He says that the bar was packed and I was
doing a really good job basically, But the way that
he put it yesterday was you were entertaining and taming
them simultaneously.
Speaker 1 (44:51):
And he was like, that is a transferable skill. And
I was like, bet he saw something You didn't even
really particular what Maybe you did see it in yourself,
but he saw something in you that you you could
really make something of yourself. And look at you.
Speaker 2 (45:02):
I hated myself at the time, so I was surprised
that he was even like down to consider me for
any version of job.
Speaker 1 (45:08):
No, he caught the right person at the right time.
Speaker 5 (45:12):
You're doing a great job.
Speaker 1 (45:13):
Get away from it. This is as nice as.
Speaker 5 (45:19):
How did Marris?
Speaker 1 (45:21):
So I love I love your story. Here's the craziest part.
I am technically a NEPO baby. My dad worked with
v one O three down the Hall, w g C
I down the Hall, ESPN Radio, ESPN Corporate Serious, XM
when XM was and when they were competing against each other,
that's right before they were one company. And then he
(45:42):
helped launch two of the biggest UH syndicated shows with
Doug Banks and Tom Joyner. So that's incredible. He got
a long list of things. So when I told him
I was going to get into radio, he pulled me in.
He was like, good. I like that. I'll help you.
You will not use my name nice, that's awesome. You're
(46:03):
gonna earn this. Yeah, And if you come to me
for work, I'm going to dog you. So I got
into rock music. That's because he was working with hip
hop and R and B and whatnot. But I started
in Puria, Illinois, on a radio station called one oh
five seventy ex one five seven the X with Maris
Yep Yep, yep, yep. What about you, mikey my man.
(46:25):
I was going to college and I just couldn't believe
I had to go learn these things I didn't care
about and pay for it myself. Nobody was paying for
it for me. Sitting in a college parking lot in Vancouver, Washington,
and heard a guy come on the radio and he's like, Hey,
we got a new morning show in town and we're
looking for people who'll be on the show. You want
to be on it, come in and try out.
Speaker 3 (46:40):
And I thought I gotta get out of those parking
lot so I drove across the river to Portland and
I knocked on their window until they let me come
in the studio.
Speaker 1 (46:47):
Literally, I was like, you said on the radio if
I was here, I could come in, like I was
a crazy person, and they they put me in the
studio and I The guy was like, be funny, and
I tried to tell a story, which is a crappy
thing to do to anyone. Yeah, and then you're not funny.
Speaker 3 (46:58):
Obviously I wasn't fun But as I'm walking out of
the building, I'm walking by the Gold Records and the
Platinum Records, and I was like, this feels so much
more like something I'm interested in than college. And I
stopped before I got to the front door. I turned
around and looked at the lady and I go, I
don't care what I got to do. I'll work here
for free. Yeah, And she's like, we got a job
for you free, you say, And then I lied about
being an intern for two years and just worked at
(47:20):
the radio station for no money, just to be there,
be around and learn things. And eventually I learned enough
to where they had to start paying me. You went
and paid for two years, probably a year and a half.
Speaker 1 (47:29):
Jesus. They kept coming to me every couple months and
they'd be like, we got to do your ship paper
work and I'd be like, yeah, yeah, I'll bring it
in tomorrow, yes, And I just never did. But back
then they didn't check. I went nine months before they
hired me. Wow. Yeah. And that was a long slog too.
If you're not Maria, in this business a lot of
times it really is.
Speaker 3 (47:49):
And I'm your situation is obviously different, but in this
business a lot of times that you really have to
it's hard to get in.
Speaker 1 (47:55):
I mean, it wasn't on air right away. Other I
still had to prove that I was worth my salt.
I had to learn how to board up.
Speaker 6 (48:01):
I was.
Speaker 1 (48:01):
I was working part time.
Speaker 2 (48:02):
I was taking literally any shift that they would consider
giving me. I was working on a country station.
Speaker 1 (48:07):
So you were doing this yeah, yeah, yeah, you just
overworking yourself to be there and be a part of
it and prove your worth.
Speaker 2 (48:13):
You know how I do a morning show and a
completely solo podcast. Yes, yeah, it's still and a social
media like presence. I'm still doing the overworking part. In fact,
I don't think that that ever ends.
Speaker 1 (48:25):
No, it's not. No. Well, in this day and age,
we've talked about this all the time, it's like what
else can you do? How much more can you do?
Speaker 2 (48:32):
You know what I would love on National Radio Day.
Now that we've talked about us NAP too, I'd like
to talk to you, dear listener.
Speaker 1 (48:38):
Can you tell us why you love radio? Specifically? Because
let's be real, it's twenty twenty six. You could be
listening to your own special playlist on iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 2 (48:48):
You could be listening to some in depth podcast on
the iHeartRadio app. But INSTEADY hang out with these three
chuckle nuts every morning.
Speaker 1 (48:55):
On the iHeartRadio app or on the radio on YouTube, Facebook,
Instagram and Twitter too. Tell us why eight four four?
Speaker 2 (49:05):
If you want to text in definitely for Mikey's looks four,
you can use the iHeartRadio app. Hit us on the
Walkie talk Back. It's basically a voice memo. Red mic
right hand corner.
Speaker 3 (49:16):
Portable ham Sandwich on YouTube says it's easy the human connection.
That's something a playlist can't replaces.
Speaker 1 (49:29):
Time to drk out, Michael, what are you doing?
Speaker 5 (49:38):
I was playing with my camera.
Speaker 1 (49:40):
Okay, you're bouncing all over the studio. Before I get started,
I do want to shout out everybody who has texted in,
joined the chat, or called in to give us compliments
for a national radio day. Smiles ear to ear in
studio right now. We absolutely love you guys putting up
with our trash on a regular ba recycling sometimes compost
(50:03):
and it's more expensive that way. Pokemon just continues to
steal money. Celebrating thirty years, they have announced that they
have released, or rumor to claim, the rarest Pokemon card
is out and about right now. Like floating in the
(50:25):
waters in twenty thousand, pull rate extraordinarily rare. It is
a full art Mew card. Mew is one of the
rare legendaries from the original one fifty one. To put
this in layman's terms, if you pull a good rare
card and not graded, it's about one hundred dollars. Okay,
(50:49):
this one not graded, just fresh out the pack. A
thousand up front. I haven't. I haven't looked to see
what happens if you have a perfect card at after
you get it graded like a mint, graded exponentially. This
new card graded just worth a ton of money. So
if you're out there chasing ripping packs, you got another
(51:12):
reason to be out there looking for this amazing MEW card.
I'm going to target up to work.
Speaker 5 (51:17):
Yeah, you're gonna get some packs.
Speaker 1 (51:19):
I haven't ripped a few packs in a while. I'm
getting a little tachy.
Speaker 5 (51:22):
I love that we go to the Lucky box.
Speaker 1 (51:23):
Oh no, no, say we're saving money. We're not going
back to do those because I wanted to do a
sports card, but they have Pokemon cards and cards. I
kind of want to try my luck again, but I'm
gonna wait a little while.
Speaker 2 (51:36):
The last time I heard someone talk about ripping a pack,
it was Marlboro Rest.
Speaker 1 (51:40):
I like yours a lot better. Yeah, more addictive, though
very addictive, because uh, when you hit there's that you
forard feeling. It's like lottery finding a nice card in there.
But obviously TCG is still backed up on our PSA
PSA graded grading is still backed up a ton. Yeah. Yeah,
(52:02):
but Pokemon stops stealing my money. I would like to
spend it on other things. But since I don't have
the money, let's just stay commercial free for a little while.
Good idea, right now, Rock ninety five five, Before we
get there, Okay, I got to interrupt you. We got
a caller on the line Rock ninety five to five
(52:22):

Speaker 2 (53:42):
The CARDI has been producing rum in Puerto Rico for
nine years, and for the first time, is opening the
doors to its rum aging warehouses, giving visitors a rare
behind the scenes look at where the magic happens. I
know the CARTI recently unveiled the Maestros Walk, a new
ninety minute tour. It takes guests beyond the standard tasting
(54:02):
room directly into the aging barrels, following the same path
used by master blenders, and offering samples straight from the Woodlauser.
Speaker 1 (54:12):
Did we do this whole article so that you could
say straight from the wood? I hope that. I hope
so I love that. I swear to God. If you
don't find a friend to be a friend to you
and touch you, I like to like no, no, No,
(54:34):
that's not what he's talking about. Hard as wood anyway.
Speaker 2 (54:39):
The visitors can also take part in other experiences, including
Marlogy glasses and doors focused on the brand's history and
rum making process.
Speaker 1 (54:50):
I can't get past the sampling of the wood, nor
can I.
Speaker 3 (54:53):
That sounds really fun. You know what else sounds really fun?

I let my kids listen to some of y'all to
remind them that just because they don't like this bubblegum
pop corporate music their friends do, there are people out
(01:03:34):

We discussed going into this. So that's typical two one nine.
I'm friends with a local DJ and have played traps
for the Memorial Day services ETOs. He did a tribute
to my mom when she passed on his show and
he didn't have to. So I've gained so much respect
for not just him, but any DJ willing to go
(01:04:15):
out of their way. Yeah, it's that personal connection that
we like to bridge.
Speaker 2 (01:04:19):

favorite radio personality, I quit terrestrial radio. Then I found

never replace. Good thing. We're guarantee human, don't you think,
Marris Maria get us with our last one here? Okay?
Speaker 2 (01:06:14):
Great Field is known around the entire league for their food.
It's unbeatable, honestly. Wrigley is just known for its history
and food.
Speaker 1 (01:06:21):
You go to the rate you want wins, you go
to regularly. How long did the Cubs go in between championships?
Not long?
Speaker 5 (01:06:28):
There's a quick quick skip there.
Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
There's a quick skip, quick skip on hundred years or anything,
Maris hop.
Speaker 5 (01:06:33):
And a skip or four.

Elmwood Park Car Show, going on tomorrow six to nine
pm Contee Parkway. I'll be out there live music, trucks,
motorcycles and more.
Speaker 2 (01:07:15):
The skill that you exhibit when you interweave so subtly
your plugs into our natural conversation, that is the.
Speaker 1 (01:07:22):
Sign of a true professional. Make people have time. Me too.
Unfortunately you listen to the Morning mash bit so sorry
about it. Make better choices, I guess, I mean you should.
They keep coming back though. Worst choice. Oh we crack cocaine. No,
we're not that fun.
Speaker 5 (01:07:38):
I'll take it.
Speaker 1 (01:07:39):

I will. Am I into a car guy.
Speaker 5 (01:08:14):
You could be, you don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:08:16):
I was gonna say, don't put car guys off.
Speaker 5 (01:08:18):
Car guys putting them off.
Speaker 3 (01:08:19):
I would think car guys would have money, though, if
you're spending that much money on your cars are expensive.
Speaker 1 (01:08:23):
Thing with car guys is they don't just have one
or two cars. Yeah, exactly, They've got a fleet that
they're taking care of. Means he doesn't have any leftover
money to spend on me. No, it means he's got
a big garage. Yeah, that he can drive you around
in any of these cars. Michael, I heard the joke.
It was all right.
Speaker 5 (01:08:40):
I just meant to park his cars. And I don't
know what the hell you guys are talking about.
Speaker 6 (01:08:43):
I know that.
Speaker 1 (01:08:44):
Look, I think I've got a real tiny garage. I am.
