Speaker 1 (00:03):
All right, we are back on a Sunday, the first
Sunday of the year.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Happy New Year.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
It's twenty six six.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
So have you've been watching a new I actually watched
it this morning about how the Venezuela am I saying
are of Venezuela, Venezuela, Venzuela.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
How happy the people are that we get rid of
this guy.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
They were literally dancing in the streets. I saw a
new video this morning. They were dancing to usband Trump's
song the YMCA. One guy was dressed up as Trump,
dancing and celebrating. Before we talk more about that, we
do want to go to the phone lines day. Happy
New Year to you. It says you have a comment
about extractions.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
Well, I remember when they went into Panama extracted Noriega
on a a non military but a police action. And
I don't recall that anybody got upset for a whole
lot of time after that happened. So I expect that

(01:04):
there was some back room talking among South American leaders,
you know, maybe a week or so before this happened,
because all they're doing is shoffling papers today.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Well, I understand the Trump administration warned Madua like fifteen
different times. And also, you know all of these people
who are so upset about this, were they upset Obama
dropped how many bombs?

Speaker 3 (01:32):
They had a handful more than that? Yeah, I mean
ye up with that because he walks on water.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
I will say that about politics is there is such
a double standard in our country, and that it does
get old to see such a double standard, and you
do get sick and tired of it.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
Really, I don't know, Dave were about what happened.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
I was blind about what happened. Noriega Maduro has run
that country into the church. Yes, I want to be ruined.
Kroc see everything down there.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
You know what, we didn't lose a single soldier. We
had one plane takes some scrap metal or something.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
One American catch how.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
Badass we are part of my French. But America is
do you mess with us?

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Now?

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Do you mess with us?

Speaker 3 (02:22):
Now? We have seal Team six guys that can probably
take out twenty two of those. And even though the
Venezuela guys are like, I don't want these guys, Oh
my gosh.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Well, you know what the experts are saying. Now there
will be so many people who are here from Venezuela
want to go back to their homeland. Now they'll be
able to go back because they're not under from what
I understand, such horrible condition.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
That guy sent all his crazy people and his prisoners
when the borders were open and Biden didn't know anything
about it. Of course, why make this this It not
this sleep partisan bipartisan at the door. At the end
of the day, there's not one negative thing you can
say to to make me think this is a bad move.
It is what it is.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
Well, when you see hundreds and hundreds of people celebrating
like it's liberation Day, that's a good thing. Dave, thanks
so much for listening on this first day of the year,
for Sunday of the year anyway, and thanks for.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
Having year and happy Honika and all the rest of
the things.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
There you go and all that.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Good stuff we have. Laddil Gard the founder of Stand
and Speak, and Lad, you are so knowledgeable on all
of these issues Venezuela. Also the Somalian day heres that
have really been uncovered because of an untraditional journalist, which
now traditional journalists are trying to tear that young man down. Lad,

(03:43):
Where do you start? Where do you think we go?
First with Venezuela. What's the latest?

Speaker 5 (03:48):
You know, hey, thanks for having me on today, folks. Hey,
I want to read a quick thing from the Wall
Street Journal print edition today that was written Friday. Says
Maduro says he isn't going anywhere and sees Trump's military
threats as a bluff. The only way the US can
remove him is by sending in troops, which analysts say
is improbable. That was written on Friday. So that's how

(04:12):
big of a turnaround this was. It was it was
a shock to the world that Trump was going to
actually take action against this guy. So I think what
everybody's focusing on now is what is next for Venezuela,
and and that that's really where the vice president has

(04:32):
been sworn in as the leader. But she is an
avowed hard line socialist and you know, doesn't really look
like to be a real partner with the United States.
So there's a lot up in the air right now.

Speaker 3 (04:47):
Well, I mean, what do you mean, like, what could happen?
I mean, the UN is going to meet or whatever.
I'm trying to see your point there. Say it again, So.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
Who's gonna who's going to run Venezuela? Trump said, that
we're running it now, and that's obviously not a sustainable solution.
But the vice president is now in power. The duly
elected president Maschado is not there anymore, and she's i

(05:18):
think in the United States. So Trump said that she
doesn't have the support to run the country. So it's
just in the next few days are going to be
very telling as to what the future of Venezuela.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
What do you suggest we do though, I mean, do
we take her back and make take and protect her
and get everything situated back to democracy or what do
we do?

Speaker 5 (05:41):
I tell you, nation building is really a tough thing.
I think what they have now is the infrastructure is
there for this vice president to manage a snap election
and to have some kind of a vote here in
the next couple of months of who's going to be
in charge. Right now that Venezuelan's there and expatriots all

(06:06):
over South America and the United States, they're deliriously happy
that mature what's his face, the dictator Maduro is is
gone now.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
So what do you think is the number one complaint
from the people who oppose this, Is it because President
Trump did not have Congress's approval? Is that because that's
the number one complaint I see happening.

Speaker 5 (06:33):
Yeah, I mean, I think that's that's a really empty,
empty complaint. Every president since Truman has taken an action,
a military action without Congress's approval inside the borders of
the US, every single one of them. And this was
hardly even a military action. This was more of an arrest.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Yeah, but some stations are calling stations are already calling
it a war. I'm like, if there's a war, isn't
there supposed to be some initial.

Speaker 5 (07:00):
Fight that we have bigger wars on the streets of
Chicago every weekend. Yeah, than what just happened.

Speaker 2 (07:07):
I mean, I think he just touched on it. They
thought we were going to bluff.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
They thought we were bluffing because they're used to Biden
and push and all the previous presidents that I've lived
through except for Reagan. I think they thought we're two
PC and Trump is not PC, like the guy or not.
If if you push that New Yorker back in the corner,
he's coming out with claws.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
And that's what he did.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
He want to want to want to think I'm bluffing,
Watch this and boom we got him.

Speaker 5 (07:34):
Yep, he cut off their oil revenue, he cut off
their drug revenue. He surrounded him by the Navy, and
Maduro still thought he wasn't going to do anything. And
I mean, it's just it's it's unbelievable that he kind
of called who called Trump out and challenged him to

(07:54):
actually make to come, you make a move?

Speaker 1 (07:56):
Yeah, you know what to what seems to be so
forgotten about. And husband and I were talking about this
earlier this morning and last night. What about the thousands
and thousands of young people who have died of fentanyl?
You know what the Trump administration has done to stop
the flow of illegal drugs into our country. This is
huge for that. You're standing up to stop the flow

(08:18):
of illegal drugs. How can you fight against that?

Speaker 5 (08:25):
Because I think the only way you can, I think
the only way you can justify it is to be
anti Trump no matter what he does, or to be
a full on communist who hopes for the demise of
the United States. All Right, else makes sense.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
I gotta go to break. We're gonna keep you for
one more. Is that cool?

Speaker 5 (08:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (08:42):
We want to know what you think about the smallly
in daycares.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
Yeah, and then yeah, I'm opening one next week I
become millionaire. So this is rich Larning Center, Larry, this
is this is.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Raw Mini and Boots, always protected by the Unefeated America,
made thattletail alarm system and always brought to you by
Peak Retirement from the Harlem Bank Studios.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
On News Radio six to ten WTVN.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Someway, the news exploded with this young man who is
really a YouTuber an influencer. He decided on his own
to make a forty two minute video exposing Minnesota and
all of these fraudulent Somalian daycares. And I tell you what,
who'd have ever thought years ago that someone like this,

(09:32):
an influencer, could get millions and millions and millions of
views and get the attention of dignitaries, including the President
of the United States of America, and create change. Because
now there's an entire doa investigation DJ.

Speaker 3 (09:49):
I guess I should say arrival, Well, the money was
that on arrival.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
Gish under these fraudulent Somalian daycares. And then it it
has come to light that Columbus, Ohio is the second
largest population for Samalian individuals, and that if it's going
on in Minnesota, it's going on here in Central Ohio.
So now a lot of people have gone and made
videos of their own exposing those data.

Speaker 2 (10:14):
You throw a curve at you, guys.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
The left has built theirselves so far up with racism,
homophobe and all this where they went, well, now we
have an opportunity to do all this fake stuff. We
all skimmed some money off of this, because the minute
you say the word Somalian, you're racist because they're of color.
I wish it was just we could call them daycare,
ripper offers or something, because they ripped off the system

(10:37):
because they knew that they could get away with it,
and all the people in our left wing government's going
to back them and let them steal the money. Then
Trump comes in, I guarantee a lot of guys like
uh oh, because he don't play the race card.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
I believe the Trump administration did shut off funding from Minnesota. Lad,
isn't that right? We're talking to Ladd dill Gard, the
founder of Stand and Speak. You guys should check that
out on YouTube. Stand and s. So, what's the latest
on this line? I know you're up to date on
so many different issues.

Speaker 5 (11:04):
Thank you. So it has been a tornado of information
coming out on the Somali fraud in Minnesota and in Ohio.
So the HHS cut off of funding for I think
healthcare services in Minnesota, and there's going to be there's
going to be a lot more of that the Somali community.

(11:28):
Anyone who has worked in that area for any length
of time in Columbus or Minnesota has known that there
is a problem. It's a very closed community. They refuse
to speak to outsiders. All kinds of small retail businesses
have popped up, and they all seem to be related
to each other. I wrote on my substack about a

(11:49):
month ago of widespread fraud in Minnesota, Maine, and in Ohio,
some things that looked very bad. And then Nick Shirley
came out with his his video and just and just
blew it up because he was on the ground actually
showing this stuff. So it's a it's kind of a
money laundering scheme for Democrat politicians because the Somalis give

(12:13):
them money. They do get out the vote operations and
vote in a block for the Democrats to keep them
keep that stay off their way.

Speaker 3 (12:21):
Why wouldn't you that's free money. I'm sorry, any human being,
like I said earlier, if you're coming to this country
legally and they get paid to be here. Why wouldn't
you live that dream? I cannot blame the Somalians for
doing this.

Speaker 5 (12:34):
Lad.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
Do you think there will be any repercussions? You'll think
that there's any allegations or anything, or does it just
get swept under the rug.

Speaker 5 (12:42):
In Minnesota, it's looking really bad for the leadership up there.
Lots of high ranking people are saying that the governor
and the attorney general and anybody else who actively looked
the other way or covered up the fraud because it's
so such a huge number. We're talking billion.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Dollars right now. So if they are calling for Tim Walls,
a governor of Minnesota, to resign, do you think the
same thing will happen here with Governor Dwine?

Speaker 5 (13:16):
I know.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
Bernie Marino also made a statement about investigating, including our
governor and all of these allegations about the Samali in
day cares in Columbus.

Speaker 5 (13:28):
Bernie Marino's tweet went farther and said that he should
be removed, that nobody, nobody liked the Wine should be
in office looking when he's looked the other way to
all of this fraud, and he shouldn't stay in office. Now,
a sitting US senator calling out the governor of this

(13:49):
same party. I can't remember a precedent for that ever,
ever occurring.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
I can't either have anyone commented on that, not.

Speaker 5 (13:57):
That I'm aware of. But you know, the coming from
Dewin's office are just standing the flames because he's saying,
as you guys have seen, I'm sure that this is
just the price of doing business, that the fraud is
something we can't do anything about. That's not the right answer.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
No, it's like while I'm robbing a bank because the
security guard was off that day.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
You know what I think, in general, Lad and Boots
and everybody listening, I don't think there's a lot of
trust for politicians in general. And I'm talking Democrats, Republicans.
It doesn't matter. I just don't think that people really
trust their politicians. And all of this fraudulent activity it's
being uncovered now, it just makes matters worse.

Speaker 2 (14:40):
It really does.

Speaker 5 (14:42):
You're not wrong. It's to me, Democrats cheat and steel
and Republicans sweep it under the rug for them. That's
kind of just.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
What keeps having the swamp.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
That's the I don't like any politicians anymore, not all
of them, but I would say eighty percent of them
just in the swamp. Twenty percent like Marinos, some of
the greatest guys you ever meet. But there's eighty percent.
I'm just like, oh my gosh.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
That's why I think there's such a strong love of
President Trump. He's never been a politician. He doesn't need
lobbyists money, he doesn't care, he doesn't need the power.
He has all that, And I think we when he
initially ran for office the very first time, it was
really because he was sick and tired of the swamp
and he wanted to drain it, and he wanted to

(15:27):
be a difference maker and not a politician. It just
so happened to be that he's gone against the grain
in so many different facets of life and issues that
it's caused an uproar with the liberalism, and so now
there's just such a hatred for it. I don't understand.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
Lad hit it on the head.

Speaker 3 (15:47):
Here, truly cure cancer, and they would hating, they would
hate him. I just don't understand. If I was you know,
who's going to be the best guy on all this?
Who's the Pennsylvania guy? Who wears the sweatpants. Oh vetterman,
he's gonna be like, Okay, he's a great thing.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
We get rid of this dictator down there and get
the drug stop.

Speaker 1 (16:08):
Get you more sense than about anybody lately if you
watch him being interviewed.

Speaker 2 (16:12):
But the left is just like, who's the guy Schumer?

Speaker 3 (16:16):
Wait till he come, Wait till Chuck Schumer comes out
the right way, saying that's illegal what we did.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
We should never went and took this guy. Yes, he's
killing people, he's sending bad people. His people don't like him.
He lost the election.

Speaker 3 (16:28):
And then I heard a left winger in this morning saying, well, yeah,
you sound like every other Trumpster because because they think
that the twenty twenty election was rigged.

Speaker 2 (16:35):
Yes, I believe it was.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
You know why, because there's no way that Joe Biden
got more votes than Barack Obama. You will never close
me on that period, period, end of story.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
Lad Dell Guard. Where can people get more information about
you and from you? You're always so well versed on
all these different issues because you just do so much
education into these issues.

Speaker 5 (16:57):
So just go on YouTube the stand and speak show.
I just I just put out a video yesterday on
Venezuela and I'm gonna do another couple here this week
and we'll find me on X at Ladd Gilgard.

Speaker 3 (17:09):
All right, brother, thanks for everything you do. Man, thanks
for getting the truth out there. I mean, we'll talk
to you soon.

Speaker 5 (17:14):
Likewise, thank you having me.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
