It's kind of adorable. I thinkyou should get your daughter a phone

she loves to talk about it andto use these products. I think you

Cutting out alcohol is a big sonot gonna happen for me. Happen
here either, sorry. Learning tosay no to things that's hard for a

I'm guessing those people. It doesn'tapply to everybody, but some people are
in a situation where it might help. Uh. Cardio, Like I said,
exercise, getting sunshine is on here. Yes, sunshine always makes me
happy, which is part of thereason why these winter months can be kind
of oppressed to me and sad.Yeah. Practicing gratitude okay, a good

one. My boyfriend does that everyday. Dell AJ taught me that,
so I do it every single morning. I wake up and I'll be like,
as I'm making my side of thebed, I'll be like Hey,
thank you for the sheets I gotto sleep in last night. Thank you
for the air conditioning that kept mewhatever. Thank you, like just saying
thank you to everything as you're gettingready for the day. It alters your
brain state. You're thinking positively.That's great. And the last one I'll
do here is less social media,which I think a lot of us could

benefit from. That's kind of likewatching the news, just surrounding yourself with
all of that negativity positive vibes exactly. Yeah, So it's a good list

really helped me is cutting out toxicpeople, and that exclude family. Yeah,
that's a big one. Family's hardto cut out. But you're right,
if they're toxic, you don't needthat rama, correct And I think
that that's something that a lot ofpeople don't realize, and they don't always
realize booths toxic in their lives.But that has helped me so much,

like I missed the family members.But at the same time, and we're
doing so much more damage to methat it actually is improved my life,
So I'm okay with it. Wouldyou like to think that one day you
guys will be able to work throughthe issues and you know, bury the
hatchet. I would hope so,But at the same time, it doesn't
really seem likely. This has beenfor years now and they just don't seem
like they're going to change. Ifeel for you. There have been a

lot of people that I've had tocut out in my life. But I
want to say that I'm very proudof you for doing that, because it's
really hard to make that connection andthat understanding and then doing that to somebody
