Clarkson Show for a week in March. The stint is
gonna start on March second. She's gonna celebrate Women's History
Month on the show, So Pink is gonna discuss women's achievements, resilience,
and impact across music, culture and community. This is just
really interesting timing though, because Kelly Clarkson just announced that
(00:30):
she's done hosting after this season of her show, So
is Pink kind of like silent auditioning with this guest
host spot. Only time will tell. We will see how
it goes. Five points. Pizza is doing a fun promotion
for families this month. Kids under twelve eat for free
every Tuesday with any ten dollars purchase. It's limited to
(00:51):
two free kids meals per adult and is only available
if you dine in. But this is a great way
to kind of give back to the community. Right now,
a lot of peop are still struggling from the winter storm.
Money's tight, everybody's water bill is going up. It's kind
of crazy right now, So this is really great. Who
doesn't love pizza? And Wendy's is celebrating Singles Awareness Day

with dollar singles. So on February fifteenth, which is Singles
Awareness Day, you can get a Dave's single cheeseburger for
just a dollar with any additional purchase when you order
through their app or on their website at participating locations.
Typically that costs you five bucks. So this is quite
the deal. Yeah, I'm Ricky Zachez and those are the

Speaker 5 (03:14):
All right, work'll work. I'm ready.
Speaker 6 (03:16):
Are you feeling like super confident in your abilities?
Speaker 4 (03:19):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (03:19):
Yeah, I'm one hundred percent super competent.
Speaker 7 (03:22):
Okay, Harold. Who is going to be your partner in
these romantic games?
Speaker 5 (03:26):
My wife? Christine?
Speaker 6 (03:27):
How long have you guys been married? Okay, I'm feeling
good about this.
Speaker 4 (03:32):
Are you competitive?
Speaker 1 (03:33):
The two of you?
Speaker 5 (03:34):
Oh, we're competitive?
Speaker 8 (03:35):
Now?
Speaker 5 (03:35):
What if all we do is compete? Compete? We were
competit with each other. Let's us win.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
It doesn't sound very healthy. That's all you do is compete.
Hopefully it comes in handy these competition skills when you
come in.
Speaker 5 (03:49):
All right, that sounds good to me.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Well, congratulations. We can't wait to meet you and your wife.
What's your wife's name, Christina? Okay, can't wait to meet
you guys and play the Romantic Games. I hope you
guys are ready. Everybody keeps saying that they're all competitive,
so this is gonna be quite the game so far.
Speaker 5 (04:05):
All right, well, let me bring it, and I'm gonna
bring it.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
See, this is what I'm talking about. People are starting
to smack talk each other, and I like it. You
guys have met each other, you don't know anything about
each other, but everyone's already starting.
Speaker 7 (04:14):
I'm also feeling good because Harold said that Christina is
also very competitive and she usually wins, so I feel
like she's gonna like sweep the competition.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
We'll see.
Speaker 1 (04:25):
All right, Harold, We're gonna see you soon, buddy. Thanks
for waking up with us, Thanks for thanks for calling,
and congratulations.
Speaker 5 (04:31):
All right, thank you.
Speaker 1 (04:33):
Really, everybody's been talking a big game.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
The smack talk is my favorite part, so keep it coming.
Even during the Romantic Games. We want to see you
guys smack talk each other.
Speaker 7 (04:42):
I mean, when there's Brenda Marris tickets on the line,
you gotta be competitive like this, You.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
Gotta bring it. Get yourself in the door tomorrow morning,
same time.
Speaker 4 (04:49):
First all, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
Ricky Zach and Mano in the Morning on the River
all together again. Zax men out for a couple of
days and he's back in the studio.
Speaker 6 (05:00):
Honey, I'm home. Buckle up, Buttercup.
Speaker 7 (05:02):
I was in Mexico with my boyfriend and a couple
of other friends, and what happened there. I genuinely thought
I was gonna come back and have news for you guys.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
Oh like news news, Yeah, pop the question, Okay, I'm
not saying I don't. Wow, this is huge. We're playing
Miles Smith, and then Zach will reveal what may or
may not have happened in Mexico.
Speaker 3 (05:24):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
Speaker 6 (05:26):
On Zach is back.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
He's here in the one of seven five the River studio.
He was in Mexico for a bit with his boyfriend
and a bunch of other people. What are you playing, Kevin,
You're trying to my god. He hasn't said anything yet.
He said that he doesn't know if he's gonna tell
us or not. Are you gonna tell us or not?
He like kind of teased that there could be something.
Speaker 7 (05:50):
I've been actively trying to hide my hands all morning
so that he didn't look at me.
Speaker 6 (05:54):
Okay, so let me just give you a little backstory.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
Give The backstory is.
Speaker 7 (05:59):
We were like, we made reservations for this very nice
restaurant while we were there, and last minute, our friends
like backed out of backed out of dinner reservations.
Speaker 6 (06:07):
And I was like, oh, that's fine, we won't go
because it.
Speaker 7 (06:09):
Was like a thirty minute drive. So I was like,
that's fine, we'll just walk down the street and get tacos.
And my boyfriend was like adamant that we still go
to this restaurant.
Speaker 6 (06:16):
I was like, why are you so at it?
Speaker 7 (06:19):
We've been there before, Like, why are you so adamant
that we go to this restaurant? So we get in
the taxi, we go to the restaurant thirty minutes away.
We walk up and there's like this big pergola with
like white drapes around it, like, and there's a table
underneath it with like rose petals walking to it, and
there's like a big heart in the middle of the
table with rose petals. And I literally immediately started having
(06:42):
like this internal freak out. I was like, why is
he so adamant that we had to come to this restaurant?
What is this set up? And then they turned left
and we.
Speaker 6 (06:52):
Went to a different table.
Speaker 7 (06:53):
I legitimately was convinced that that was the moment.
Speaker 6 (06:58):
I was like, there, there's.
Speaker 7 (07:00):
No other reason that you would be out of it
that we drive an hour round trip to go to.
Speaker 6 (07:04):
This restaurant that we've already been to.
Speaker 1 (07:06):
Oh in that moment when you thought briefly like, oh
my god, this is it? Were you excited or I
was very excited?
Speaker 6 (07:14):
Was setup was beautiful. I literally was like, this is
like the dream location to do it.
Speaker 7 (07:20):
It was beautiful. We're on vacation, which I've always said,
I want to be on.
Speaker 2 (07:23):
The time frame that you told him. I told him
only there's literally one singular like week in one day
he's allowed to propose. So it wasn't that day.
Speaker 7 (07:33):
I thought maybe he just went rogue because the setup
was stunning, the rose petals, and I was like, and
he kept telling me to change my outfit, and I
was like, what is happening here? Because he doesn't usually
care what I wear, Like nothing like that.
Speaker 6 (07:47):
He just really wanted to go to.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
This ybe he had to ring his pocket and chicken out.
Who knows, no he did.
Speaker 7 (07:52):
I went through a suitcase when we got Wow, can
you briefly explain the thing, because that probably sounded weird
to people.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
Why do you have one specific day of the year
if he's ever going to pop this question?
Speaker 6 (08:01):
It's the day that we first started dating, on June second.
Speaker 7 (08:04):
So I want all of our anniversaries to be on
the same day, our engagement anniversary, our wedding anniversary. Like
it just makes it easier in my mind to remember,
I don't think.
Speaker 2 (08:12):
Which makes it extremely hard for someone lazy, your boyfriend
to have to plan something.
Speaker 6 (08:20):
I feel like that makes it easier. You know exactly
what I want when I want it. No, June second, No,
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (08:25):
It just doesn't work like that. What did June second
this year? What day of the week is that?
Speaker 1 (08:30):
Let's see, Bill, is it's a Tuesday?
Speaker 2 (08:34):
You want to get engaged on a Tuesday, not because
you want to celebrate afterward?
Speaker 6 (08:40):
Yeah, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Speaker 2 (08:42):
Now see, My role for a j was like, don't
you dare do it during the week? You want to
propose to me on a Tuesday and then wake up
in the morning and go to work.
Speaker 6 (08:49):
That's fair? Maybe, Like, yeah, I don't know, but I'm
not engaged so I'm single and ready to mingle hunting
a single.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
God this guy proposed on a Monday.
Speaker 6 (08:59):
Was that mad?
Speaker 9 (09:00):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (09:00):
That was bad, Kevin.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
I also was staring at Zak because I was like,
I swear to God, if this guy says that he
got engaged and I was not told beforehand, I'm about
to be real mad.
Speaker 7 (09:09):
I was looking throughout my house last night for a
fake engagement ring to wear to see if you would notice.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
Real mad.
Speaker 1 (09:17):
I would have appreciated if you held that news for
the air.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
That would no no no no no no no no no.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
That's not what it's about.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
Because Zach knew about my engagement before I knew about it, obviously,
So if I don't know before him, I'm going to
be mad.
Speaker 1 (09:29):
Sure, Okay, tell David that I'm gonna three things a
bit past seven o'clock here on this Wednesday morning. We
really appreciate you starting to day with us. Ricky's got
those three things.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
The United States a women's hockey team shut out Canada
for the first time in history yesterday. They clinched the
top seed in Group A with a five to zero
win in the preliminary matchup, which is absolutely amazing. With
this victory, the women's US team heads to the quarterfinals.
They're going to play Italy on Friday in said quarterfinals,
So fingers they keep this momentum going. You can hear
(10:02):
NBC's coverage of the twenty twenty six Winter Olympics on
the iHeartRadio app for free. You just open it up.
It is in the trending section right there. Click on
it you can hear everything happening. Demi Levado canceled multiple
shows for her upcoming tour, including her one in Nashville.
Her It's Not That Deep tour is now going to
kick off April thirteenth in Orlando. She canceled stops in Nashville, Atlanta,
(10:26):
Las Vegas, Denver, and Charlotte. In a message to fans,
she said, quote, she was overextended and she didn't really
know what was going to be possible for her, and
she overextended that she wants to make sure that she
gives her all at every show, So canceling some of
these stops is going to give her rest time in
between shows to make sure that the ones that she
is going to be at she gives her all four
(10:48):
So hopefully you know she's doing okay. It is a
bummer that she's not going to be coming to Nashville
if you had tickets to go. I'm sure that she
has all the information that you need in order to
get your refunds on her Instagram page or on her website.
And according to a new study, the promise of AI
easing people's workloads is a lie. So the Harvard Business Review,
(11:10):
they did a study where they followed two hundred tech
workers using generative AI for eight months and found that
they got faster at first, but that these tech workers
ended up taking on extra tasks that used to belong
to other coworkers. So while AI is making it easier
in those areas, this now makes it easier for those
those people to jump into new work, and then that
(11:33):
work spilled into their breaks, their evenings, and even early
into mornings, which then kind of messed with their productivity.
So productivity went high at beginning of this entire thing,
and then towards the end, everybody was mentally drained, burnt out,
and overall their work quality slicks.
Speaker 1 (11:50):
And it also sounds like there's probably some some job
cuts there as well, if they're absorbing other workers' responsibilities
I'm guessing.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
It doesn't say that.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
Okay, yeah, but that's probably inevident. What's going to happen
as AI does more and more for us?
Speaker 2 (12:03):
And those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 1 (12:05):
What a bummer. Thank you, Ricky appreciated. Zach is back.
That means it's time to learn right after Taylor Zach's facts,
get ready, class is in sessions.
Speaker 4 (12:15):
Zach's facts.
Speaker 7 (12:18):
Did you guys know that heinz ketchup was engineered to
have a specific.
Speaker 6 (12:21):
Speed to leave the bottle?
Speaker 7 (12:23):
No, so apparently it leaves the bottle at twenty eight
miles per year is the speed that it comes out.
Speaker 6 (12:30):
It has a very specific viscosity. It's supposed to.
Speaker 7 (12:33):
Be like thick enough that it comes out and hit
twenty eight miles per year?
Speaker 6 (12:36):
Is how quickly?
Speaker 2 (12:37):
So slow as heck?
Speaker 7 (12:38):
Yeah, okay, because they want to ensure that it's thick,
to make sure that it's considered high quality.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
This is true.
Speaker 6 (12:46):
This is factual information.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
It's Zach's factual information.
Speaker 6 (12:50):
No, it's Google's factual information.
Speaker 7 (12:54):
And there's your factors today, Thanks Google, Zach and Google.
Speaker 3 (12:59):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on one O.
Speaker 1 (13:02):
Seven five is there a certain word or phrase that
you came up with when you were a kid, or
maybe one of your kids comes up with one of
these alternate titles for something. We recently talked to Zach's
mom over here at one on seven five the River,
just the three of us having a chat with Zach's mom,
and she had a whole list of things that Zach
used to say when he was a kid.
Speaker 7 (13:21):
I think my favorite one is I used to call
a lighter a kitchink kit chink, because that's a noise
It makes a ch chink kit chink.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
If you have one six, one five, seven, three, seven, nine,
one oh seven, maybe something that your kid says, or
something that you remember saying as a kid that your
family just won't let you forget about.
Speaker 1 (13:37):
Yeah, and we're gonna get more from Zach too, because
there was there was literally a list of like twenty
so zachisms. As we're calling it, What were yours? Let
us know six, one, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one.
Speaker 3 (13:46):
Oh seven, Ricky is Zach and mano in the morning.
Speaker 4 (13:50):
On one O seven five.
Speaker 2 (13:52):
Kids love to come up with words for things that
they don't know the real word for. It's one O
seven five the river, a lot of those, and sticking
with them for quite a while. Finley and Franklin, what's
that word for you that you came up with as
a kid?
Speaker 9 (14:06):
You know, like I used to call a remote a
morote because I didn't like, really know how to say
my art.
Speaker 1 (14:12):
That's so cute a horrible.
Speaker 6 (14:14):
I feel like I would call it that for the
rest of my life.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
A morote that is a very cute one.
Speaker 2 (14:18):
Findley, thank you, thanks for going in love and have
a great day you too, goodbye.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
I feel like the marot should be a word.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
Aley and Hendersonville, what's that word you came up with
as a kid because you didn't know the real word
for it?
Speaker 10 (14:31):
Oh my goodness. It was my little sister and she
would always mix up Pacific ocean and specific and we
still to this day make fun of her for that.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
So she called it the specific ocean.
Speaker 10 (14:43):
Yep, the specific ocean.
Speaker 7 (14:45):
That is actually so cute. I feel like I want
to use them interchangeably.
Speaker 10 (14:48):
Now, right, And we still make fun of her to
this day. And she's going to be like twenty three
this year.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
I mean, if you were talking about that ocean, you
are talking about a specific ocean.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
Exactly right.
Speaker 10 (14:59):
That's not in read it. I thought that that's the
first thing that came to mind.
Speaker 6 (15:04):
So funny, it's adorable.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
Thank you for calling in, Haley.
Speaker 10 (15:07):
Yes, ma'am, you'll have a good day too.
Speaker 1 (15:10):
And again we got on this because Zach's mom rattled
off a whole list for us the other day of
things that Zac used to say when he was a kid.
Speaker 4 (15:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (15:16):
Apparently I used to call it like electricity lights tricity dude,
when you go turn on.
Speaker 6 (15:21):
The lighting on electricity.
Speaker 1 (15:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (15:23):
And I don't know where this came from and why
we ever called it this, but you know the restaurant
red lobster. Yeah, of course, for my entire life, we've
always called it red wapfish. And I don't know why
where it came from. Say it again, read what red
wop fish? Red wapfish?
Speaker 8 (15:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
I'd like to get to the bottom of that, because
that doesn't make any sense.
Speaker 6 (15:42):
No, I have no.
Speaker 3 (15:43):
Idea, Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 1 (15:47):
Alternative titles for words. A lot of kids come up
with their own names for things because maybe they can't
remember or pronounce other words and titles. Audrey and Lebanon,
Good Morning, welcome to the river. Did you have any
of these?
Speaker 9 (15:59):
I do so. My best friend's son, whenever we were
having a strawberry dackery, he couldn't figure out how to
say it, so he calls it a sackery bank. Yes,
that is. Anytime I have any alcoholic beverage, I am
(16:19):
drinking a sacheryank.
Speaker 1 (16:22):
Anybody's missing the reference their thackeray binks is the cat
from hocus Pocus? Is that right?
Speaker 9 (16:27):
I think so?
Speaker 2 (16:27):
Yeah, that's where it comes from for sure. But that
is adorable. Audrey, Thank you for calling in this morning.
We wpe you have a great day, you too, Ali
in white House, what's that word that you came up
with as a kid.
Speaker 11 (16:39):
So it's actually not me, but it's my son. He'll
be to in April, and he instead of saying flower,
he says plumb na, I.
Speaker 6 (16:51):
Want some plum nuts for Valentine's Day. That's so cute.
Speaker 11 (16:54):
He reads his books and you see flowers slumb nuts.
Speaker 2 (16:58):
God, thank you so much for calling in.
Speaker 3 (17:01):
Bye bye.
Speaker 2 (17:03):
The hard part about these things is like you don't
want the kids to stop.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
Saying tho oh no, you never want to correct them.
Speaker 2 (17:09):
You want to You want them to know the real word.
Speaker 1 (17:11):
They'll eventually figure it out.
Speaker 5 (17:13):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (17:14):
I keep them cute as long as possible.
Speaker 2 (17:16):
Brandy and Kolloka. I think this is the first time
we've gotten a caller from Kolyioka. Welcome to one of
seven five the river. What's the word that you came
up with as a kid.
Speaker 12 (17:24):
My oldest daughter used to call her rubber boots when
she would go and get in the creek down here.
Speaker 2 (17:29):
Her cricket boots adorable.
Speaker 12 (17:32):
It wasn't rubber boots, it was cricket boot. And then
my youngest daughter used to call top sickles cuffy sickles.
Speaker 1 (17:38):
What are all I didn't expect these to be so cute,
but all of them are adorable.
Speaker 12 (17:44):
It was super cute. Her daycare teacher actually got her
corrected on that, and that was heartbroken because I wanted
to keep tuppy sickles.
Speaker 7 (17:51):
I think that like brands and like people that create things,
they should have like children, be the tests, and like
they come up with the name for it because the
name is so cute.
Speaker 2 (17:59):
I think some brands do that. Have you heard some Britandony,
like if I gave.
Speaker 6 (18:03):
Him a product, what would you call this and I'm
just gonna go with it.
Speaker 2 (18:07):
Brandy, thank you so much for calling in this morning.
We hope you have a great day.
Speaker 9 (18:10):
Love thank you too.
Speaker 4 (18:11):
One seven, Ricky, Zach and menow in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (18:16):
Tropical Trivia is the name of Kevin Manno's game of
the day today on one oh seven five of the
River and all week long you're playing for tickets to
see Zane from one Direction when he's at Bridgetone Arena
on July thirty.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
First, that's right, Danielle and Russellville, Kentucky. Good morning and
welcome to the River. Good morning, How are you doing?
What are you doing this morning?
Speaker 10 (18:33):
I work third so I just got off work.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
Well, congratulations, thank you. What do you do? So we'll
get to the game in a second. But now I'm curious,
what do you do.
Speaker 12 (18:41):
I'll work in a big box store, so stocking shils.
Speaker 1 (18:45):
I used to Yeah, I've said this before. I worked
at a bookstore kind of very early in the morning,
restocking things, and I really enjoyed that job.
Speaker 11 (18:50):
Yeah, it gets a little monotonous at Tom's, but it's
not too bad.
Speaker 10 (18:55):
It's pretty easy work hand.
Speaker 6 (18:56):
You don't have to deal with people.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
Exactly well, you know, it's not going to be monotonous
seeing Zane at Bridge Shown Arena.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
If you win this game, Ricky always brings it back.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
Ten year old is so stoked.
Speaker 11 (19:06):
Like I've been taking her to school in the mornings
and as I'm dropping her off, she's like, is it ringing?
Speaker 10 (19:11):
Is it ringing? So she's gonna be so excited.
Speaker 1 (19:13):
Okay, you gotta go. You gotta win the tickets. First.
I'm gonna ask you some trivia questions. You get two
out of three of them, right, the tickets are yours? Okay, okay,
all right, Dan, yell your game starts right now. Lots
of Super Bowl related questions this week. What River Artist
received rave reviews for his performance of the national anthem
at the game on Sunday.
Speaker 11 (19:36):
Oh I know who it is?
Speaker 13 (19:41):
Oh three two water the wire.
Speaker 1 (19:59):
That was great timing. Nice job, Charlie put you got
a point. You get this.
Speaker 4 (20:02):
You win.
Speaker 1 (20:03):
More sports here. Now that the NFL season is behind us,
it's time for Major League Baseball teams to report for
what it's happening this week at the start of the season. No,
I mean yeah, yeah, but no, it's spring training. Spring
training is what happens now.
Speaker 2 (20:20):
That's okay, d y'all, that's okay. You're still in the game.
You gotta get this one right though.
Speaker 13 (20:25):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (20:26):
One half of a new season of Bridgerton just hit Netflix,
with the second half coming later this month. What number
season of Bridgerton is this?
Speaker 2 (20:37):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (20:41):
I can hear you typing four.
Speaker 11 (20:47):
Yay, And I promise I wasn't.
Speaker 10 (20:50):
I wasn't typing to look it up.
Speaker 11 (20:51):
I was typing to tell my daughter that I was
on the phone with you all.
Speaker 1 (20:56):
Even if you were okay, people want to Google. We're
fine with that. Whatever. Sratulations. You guys are going to
see Zame.
Speaker 9 (21:01):
Oh my gosh, this is great. Thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
You are so welcome. You guys a gonna have a
great time July thirty first at bridge Stone Arenas seeing Zame.
Speaker 3 (21:10):
Yay. Three things you need to know.
Speaker 1 (21:13):
Thank you so much for being here. Good to see you.
You look great today. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
Speaker 2 (21:18):
Bruno mars a Roadblocks concert set a world record. He
hosted a virtual concert inside Roadblocks is Steal, a brain
rot game that peaked at over twelve point eight million
viewers on January seventeenth, so Guinness World Records later confirmed
that this is a milestone. He made a world record.
They awarded him the title for largest music concert in
(21:39):
a video game by a single artist, the longest title ever.
Travis Scott's previous Fortnite record was for twelve point three
million viewers, so he had like just beat that, So
congrats to him on obviously having a world record now.
It's kind of cool, even if it is a really
long title. The official Super Bowl and halftime show ratings
(22:00):
are in. NBC announced that Sunday Super Bowl game between
the Patriots and the Seahawks averaged just under one hundred
and twenty five million viewers, making it the second most
watched Super Bowl ever, only behind last year. It was
down about three million viewers from last year, which is
a lot but still a great feat. Bad Buddies halftime
(22:21):
show averaged just over one hundred and twenty eight million
viewers and it broke NFL social media records. So NBC
set an all time record for peak viewership with one
hundred and thirty seven point eight million viewers from seven
forty five to eight pm on social media, and they
got a total of four billion views in twenty four hours,
which is more than double the total from last year's show,
(22:44):
pretty wid.
Speaker 1 (22:45):
I did hear it set the record for most boring
game of all time.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
Oh, the game between the Patriots and the Seawasha game.
Speaker 1 (22:51):
It was very boring.
Speaker 2 (22:52):
And Jessa heads up, the Parthenon is closing for a bit.
They're going to be closed from March first through the
anticipated date of June twenty eighth for maintenance on their HVAC.
There's still gonna be plenty of areas in the park
that you can check out, and they do still have
events happening frequently throughout February, which you can find on
their website Nationalparthenon dot Com. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those
are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 4 (23:15):
Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
I'm using this moment right here, right now, one oh
seven five of the River as a scientific experiment. Okay,
I want to see if everyone is as insane as
I am. No, I want to know what was the
last thing that you thought about before going to bed
last night, Because my fiance told me I made en
panadillas for the first time by myself over the weekend,
(23:39):
which is a Puerto Rican and Panada.
Speaker 6 (23:41):
Okay, and it's.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
My ditty's recipe, and I've only ever made them with her,
So I made them for the very first time alone,
and I was very nervous. My fiance said, I did
a really good job. But then he followed that up
with the third one was the best one out of
all three that I ate. Okay, that left me spiraling.
Why was the third one better than the other ones?
They were all made in the same the same way.
(24:03):
It was the same batch of meat that I made.
Why was the third one?
Speaker 10 (24:07):
So?
Speaker 1 (24:07):
What what did you do specifically with that one that
made it so good? And that's what was keeping you up?
That's what you're thinking about sleep.
Speaker 2 (24:13):
I went through a whole spiral. It was the last
thing I thought about before I went to bed.
Speaker 1 (24:18):
Okay, all right, that's very specific.
Speaker 4 (24:21):
Six.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
It doesn't have to be food related. But what was
the last thought you had? That's our question, the last
thought you had before you fell asleep?
Speaker 2 (24:31):
Are you insane like me? Or was it like a
happy thought that you had before bed? Whatever it is,
we want to hear it.
Speaker 4 (24:38):
Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the morning.
Speaker 1 (24:41):
One seven five the River. Ricky told the story a
second ago how she made some food and aj aated
her her fiance AJ and he's like, oh, the third
one was the best one. And he kept her up
all night think the best? What made it so good?
So that we're asking what was your final thought last
night before you fell asleep? Lindsey is on the line
right now, lindsay, what was it?
Speaker 10 (25:01):
Okay, this is.
Speaker 8 (25:02):
Kind of mean, and I love him to death, and
I know one day, like I'm going to miss him
talking that. It was my husband yapping, and I just
wanted him to be quiet so I could go to sleep.
Speaker 6 (25:14):
What was he yapping about?
Speaker 8 (25:16):
I don't really know. Kevin and Jack and I don't know.
I don't know, but I just wanted him to be
quiet so I could fall afy.
Speaker 7 (25:24):
I feel that on a spiritual level because my boyfriend
like as soon as you lay down, and like I'm
ready for bed as soon as I lay down, but
he wants like decompressed and go through the day. And
I'm like, no, I want to sleep exactly.
Speaker 8 (25:38):
I was so tired and he just gets in there
and yaps, and I'm just like, oh my god.
Speaker 2 (25:43):
Do you just feel bad?
Speaker 9 (25:46):
I didn't feel.
Speaker 10 (25:49):
I love him if that.
Speaker 1 (25:50):
Was me yapping and my wife was trying to sleep.
She would just she would throw me through the wall.
You just have to say it.
Speaker 2 (25:55):
Yeah, oh my gosh, I mean kind of you fell
asleep to the noises I did.
Speaker 8 (26:01):
He did put me to sleep. He was still over
there talking when I finally went to sleep.
Speaker 7 (26:07):
Based on the tone in your voice, he put you
to sleep and clearly made you wake up very irritated.
Speaker 1 (26:12):
That's not the best.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
He's a good one, but you're irritated you by accident.
My fiance irritated me by accident doing lindsay, what are
we doing?
Speaker 8 (26:24):
I don't know.
Speaker 6 (26:25):
Divorces them.
Speaker 1 (26:27):
That's not always the answers, Linda, thank you for calling.
We appreciate it.
Speaker 8 (26:33):
Y'all have a good day.
Speaker 4 (26:34):
Thank you, Ricky, Zach and manow in the morning.
Speaker 2 (26:40):
I just love Olivia Dean so much. That was man
I need on one O seven five the River. What
I don't love so much is the daily double tap
that we're going to play for you today, because it
makes me extremely uncomfortable.
Speaker 6 (26:51):
I'm intrigued, I'm excited.
Speaker 2 (26:53):
I don't like any of it. Kevin found it.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
I found it his fault, clever and different, but I
get it. I get why it's unsettling to you. Okay,
So it's a new trend that people are trying to
get going. I don't think it will really catch on.
But it's singing happy birthday to somebody, but only saying
the word birthday throughout the song, getting rid of all
the other words. Here we go. This is what that
sounds like. Birthday, birday, birthday.
Speaker 3 (27:26):
Biry.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
It's cover.
Speaker 4 (27:32):
No.
Speaker 6 (27:32):
I feel like it's like really hard for me to
even try and do.
Speaker 7 (27:35):
Like I'm trying to sing the other parts in my head,
I'm like birthday, birthday.
Speaker 6 (27:41):
I can't do it.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
It's just it's unsettling. It's uncomfortable. The birthday song is
already uncomfortable. It's already uncomfortable to be saying that song.
Everyone's staring at you, and you're just supposed to stand
like sit there and hey, I'm so happy and right now.
And then you made it even more awkward and more
uncomfortable than it already was.
Speaker 3 (28:03):
Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning on one O
seven five The River
