Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Good morning, Welcome to Thursday. Thank you so much for
starting with us. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 3 (00:08):
Savannah Guthrie's heartbreaking video pleading to her mother's kidnappers has
gone viral. Earlier this week, it was reported that Savannah's mother,
Nancy was missing. As a week went on, more details
of emerged. Police believed that she was taken from her home.
They noticed forced entry and blood was found at her residence.
Tmz Rezi received what they believed to be a ransom

(00:31):
note this week, and while the police have not publicly
stated whether or not they've authenticated that to be real,
the video makes it seem like it could be. Savannah
and her two siblings sat together on the video telling
their mother's captor or captors that they're ready to talk
and they want to know if their mother is okay
and alive as of right now. Time is really critical

(00:52):
when it comes to her mother, Nancy, because she needs
medication for her heart. The video is absolutely heartbreaking and
I can't even imagine what her and her family are
going through right now. So hopefully, hopefully her mother is
okay and she'll be home soon. Giotas Park in Nashville
has been selected to host the twenty twenty eight Olympic

(01:12):
soccer matches, which is pretty cool. The LA twenty eight
Olympic and Paralympic Games announced on Tuesday that Nashville is
among the six cities joining Los Angeles and hosting Olympic
soccer matches.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Very cool.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
So they will have games leading up to the final
stage matches, which will eventually be at the Rose Bowl
in Pasadena, California. So the schedule for both the women's
and men's soccer tournaments will be announced later. They haven't
been announced yet, but they will be announced before the
first ticket drop in April of this year, so really
cool stuff for Nashville. Obviously, a big win for giotis

(01:44):
exciting stuff, and grub Hub is cutting out delivery and
service fees on restaurant orders over fifty dollars. So the
change is going to start this Sunday with the company's
first ever Super Bowl ad that stars George Clooney, and
it's going to be a long term shift instead of
a short lived so the new the new no fee
perk can be stacked with other deals from major restaurant

(02:06):
changes chains as well, so the deals that you see
on there from the actual restaurant counts towards this. Obviously,
if you've ordered anything through grub Hub or a different service,
you've seen how crazy these service fees can get. So
this is a huge deal. Like I said, starts this Sunday,
Amrity Sanchez and those are the three things you need
to know.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
It's cool, Thank you, Ricky, appreciate all of that. We
do have Charlie Poot tickets coming up for the first
call or the day less than ten minutes you can
get those. And later this morning it's seven forty five,
we have tickets to see this guy post Malone. We've
had them all week seven forty five for your posting
tickets Here on the rim.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the river.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
Guys, it's so cold. I just I really don't want
to deal with the cold anymore. It's all I've been
thinking about this morning. Jamie and Clarksville. How do you
feel this morning? Tired?

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Tired? Yeah, cold and tired. Great, com I'm cold.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
You are tired.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
It's pretty miserable, isn't it.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
It's very miserable.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
I really like I hate winter and like the fact
that I got a little bit warmer yesterday or no,
two days ago, it got like a little bit warmer outside,
and then it dropped right back down to the cold.
I feel like I'm being messed with.

Speaker 4 (03:15):
I agree.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Let's be positive, though. Let's shift this line of conversation. Jamie,
do you have anything like fun looking you're looking forward
to this weekend or coming.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
Up at all?

Speaker 1 (03:25):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (03:26):
I actually do so.

Speaker 6 (03:28):
I'm a regime way from New Orleans, Louisiana cool and
Marti girl.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Yes, are you going back back home for it?

Speaker 5 (03:37):
I am?

Speaker 4 (03:37):
I mean the husband are going home for some party.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
And oh my gosh, I'm so jealous. I've been to
New Orleans, but never for Marti Gras and it always
looks like so much fun.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
You need to go.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
Ah, you're gonna get me you. I have to like,
get in my car.

Speaker 7 (03:53):
You need to go.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
Ricky's been talking about taking a solo trip somewhere, so
maybe this is it.

Speaker 7 (03:57):
Right.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
No, that'd probably be very dangerous. Don't go do that.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
I mean I'll meet up with Jamie.

Speaker 7 (04:02):
You can come with me.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
I'll meet up with Jamie and her husband and we'll
spend the time that time together.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Okay, Hey, Jamie, I totally do that real quick. Can
I hear you say the name of that city again.
I want to hear it as the locals would say it,
New Orleans.

Speaker 8 (04:16):
I love its New Orleans.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
I love it so much, Jamie. We are very excited
for you to celebrate Marty gral We hope you have
the best time, safe time, and best time. Enjoy it,
and we hope that you enjoyed June ninth, because you're
gonna go see Charlie Pooth at a send Amphitheater since
you're the first caller of the day.

Speaker 8 (04:38):
Congratulations from tot woken up.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Yes, we did it.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
It works. Congrats Love. I'm gonna put you on a
hold for a second, Okay, I gotta get your info.
Thank you, of course.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Jamie from NOS, I kind of want to.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
It's a possibility. I'm gonna put it on the list
as a possibility more at.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
Least tickets Charlie Pooth take at the same time tomorrow
one O seven.

Speaker 7 (05:01):
The River, Ricky, Zach and mannow in the morning.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Zach is out today. It's just Ricky and myself and you.
Thank you for being here. Ricky did mention that she's
thinking about doing something for the first time ever, and
she's nervous.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
I'm a little nervous. It's like an exciting nervous that
you when you just don't know what might happen. But
this year, I've made a point to focus on myself
a lot. I had a rough year last year, and
this year, I feel like I need to start putting
myself first in a lot of situations, So focusing on
me and my mental health and my physical health and

(05:36):
things like that, and the things that make me happy.
So I think I want to go on a solo
trip somewhere.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
That's cool. I mean, I've I've just recently, I'm forty
two years old, started like eating alone at a fast
food shutter. Like, that's a big step for me.

Speaker 3 (05:51):
I love going to things alone. I really don't mind it. Obviously,
it's more fun to share things with others. But I
like doing things on my own and I don't mind it.
So I was like, why don't I just take a
trip by myself. It's hard for my fiance to go
on trips because he's a teacher, so he only gets
a certain amount of days off, and certain days off
during the school year that are already allotted to him,

(06:12):
so it's kind of hard to schedule things. And I
was like, you can't come, that's fine. Maybe I just
go by myself. I don't know where I want to
go yet, though, I don't know where I feel most
comfortable going by myself.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Going somewhere you feel comfortable definitely important if you're doing
this by yourself. But honestly, I feel like the location
doesn't matter that much. It's just more about the journey.
I mean that sounds very fortune cookie issue.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
Look it's you, okay.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
It's just about the experience, sightful, the experience of doing it.
Maybe find like a like a concert out of town
to travel for, and I love that idea, explore the
city while you're there in the days surrounding the concert.
Like Noah con he's going on tour, he's not playing Nashville,
go follow him somewhere.

Speaker 3 (06:51):
I do love that idea. I love having a reason,
like even more of a reason to go somewhere. But
I've really, for whatever reason, I don't know what it is,
I felt this poll to go to London.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
I've never been overseas.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
Yeah, I've never been, and I've really felt this like
pole lately in the last few months that I want
to go to London and I'm kind of thinking it
might I might do that.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
That's huge.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
I know, it's a really big, big way to do it.
I'm just I'm diving in.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
Really, I don't know. There's probably a lot of people
out there that did the whole backpacking alone across Europe
or whatever when they were younger. That was never me,
and clearly that was never you.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
You look very nervous about the ideas.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
Really, my palms this sweating, like it's uh maybe now
that I'm a dad, I get even more like anxious
about this stuff. But uh yeah, that sounds a little
frightening to me.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
If you've got on a trip alone or been to
a place that you feel like, oh my gosh, I
totally come back here alone, reach out to me. My
Instagram is at that chick Ricky r c Ki. I
want to know where you went and if you felt
comfortable being there, because it might help influence where I
decide to go.

Speaker 2 (07:59):
I mean, that would be such a memorable, cool, right,
just core memory for the rest of your life.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
It's kind of where I'm at right now, is just
wanting to have like those cool core memories, the things that,
like you may regret later on in your life that
you didn't do when you have the time to do it.
That's where my vibe is at.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
I'm going to London.

Speaker 5 (08:16):
Family.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
You've convinced me.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
Three things you need to know?

Speaker 2 (08:20):
Alright, all right, just past seven o'clock here on this
Thursday morning, Ricky Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 3 (08:27):
Zane from One Direction, Oh my voice, Zaan for One
Direction is coming out with a new album. His long
waited fifth album is finally about to be here. It's
titled Kona Cole I Believe is how You say It.
It's set to drop on April seventeenth, and the first
track off the album, Die for Me, is out this Friday,

(08:48):
so you can hear where the vibes are going very soon.
So tomorrow you're gonna know exactly where these vibes are going.
He just did a residency too, and he wrapped that up,
so I think he's feeling really good. I assume there
will be maybe another residency or a tour that follows
this new album, so he's going to have a lot
going on right now. I'm excited to hear where his
sound goes from here. The board at MNPs has unanimously

(09:11):
approved new school start times for the next school year.
This is huge. So the new change is due to
research that proves that later start times are better for
learning in children and due to community feedback supporting later
school start times. So high schools are going to start
at seven to twenty five am and dismiss at two
twenty five pm. Elementary schools and early learning centers will

(09:34):
start at eight ten am and dismiss at three ten pm.
Middle schools will start at eight fifty five am and
dismiss it three fifty five pm. MMPs said that optional,
magnet and charter schools will not be impacted by this
school's changes unless they obviously decide to take on this
new start and end time for their kids.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
That's a big update that affects a lot, huge.

Speaker 3 (09:57):
Huge update. It's going to change kind of the way
everything goes when it comes to not just school but
after school activities and what you're going to have to
maneuver when it comes to picking up and dropping off
your kids. But this all starts next school year. And
Grillos Pickles they dropped their annual Valentine's Day Picklebok I
love this so much every year. It makes me so happy.

(10:20):
I kind of feel like I'm gonna buy myself one
this year. So instead of roses, you get a Diy kit.
It's got everything you need to make basically like a
pickle masterpiece. And it's got skewers, it's got floral fillers,
there's tissue paper. You're gonna have a custom pickle vase.
You gotta coop on to buy Grillos pickles to put
on the skewers and everything like that. It's around for

(10:42):
a limited time. They sell it really fast, so go
to Grillos dot com if you want to grab one.
It's a fun way to celebrate the holiday. And it
doesn't involve sweets. If you're not really a sweets person
and you're more of a savory this is perfect.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
Tickles are one of the few things that everybody has.
This Morning Show agrees on.

Speaker 7 (10:57):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
We all love the song.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you need
to know.

Speaker 2 (11:02):
Thank you so much. Ricky. Zach is out today, so
I will step into his shoes with Zach's Facts presented
by Kevin Mano. Right after Gracie Abrams, we are going
to learn on the River.

Speaker 1 (11:15):
Class is in sessions Zach's Facts on one.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
All right, Zach is out today, so I'm stepping in
Zach's Fax, presented by Kevin Mano. Ricky, did you know
that baby owls or owl lets as they're called, often
sleep face down because their heads are too heavy for
their bodies, so they just lie face down. Look at
this picture.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
That is the cutest. I kind of love this.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
Yeah, it's very honestly, That's why I picked this fact
because it's just so cute. They look like little toddlers
just lying on their faces, and owls kind of have
like flat faces, So I guess this is not uncomfortable
for them.

Speaker 3 (11:48):
I guess it's really easy to lay so flat.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
Then baby owl sleep face down. Google that to see
the picture when you need a chance, because it's very,
very cute and matter of fact of the.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Day, Ricky is Zach and Mano in them.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
That's a compliment that stayed with you. It's one O
seven to five the River, Ricky, Zach and Manno in
the morning. One single compliment. It takes almost no effort
from you, but it really could change somebody's day, week life. Ricky,
do you have one that comes to mind.

Speaker 3 (12:16):
Yeah, my compliment. I typically I love when people compliment
my voice. That's always like a good one. But there's
one that's stuck with me, okay. And it was less
of a compliment, more of like a cat call compliment.
There was a guy on the street downtown Nashville and
he yelled across the street to the other side and said,
I love your esthetic.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
Oh wow.

Speaker 3 (12:37):
And I was like, that was park cat call but
also park compliment, and I really liked it.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
Okay, stuck with me. I hate to ask the question,
but your one hundred percent sure it was meant for you? Yes, okay, there.

Speaker 3 (12:49):
Is nobody else around, Oh okay.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
I was picturing Broadway like a busy street.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
Kevin's ready to rip away from me. The one compliment
that stuck with me.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
I have a great aesthetic. It's a it's a wonderful aesthetic.
Six seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven. If there's
a compliment that comes to mind, the best compliment you've
ever gotten, what's stuck with you? Let us know. And
Ricky great aesthetic, Thanks Kevin.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.

Speaker 3 (13:18):
What's a compliment that is just stuck with you. One
that you've never forgotten. It's one oh seven five of
the River. There's just something about compliments, obviously, that sends
that boost of serotonin to your brain. You get a
compliment and you get so excited about it, at least
normal people do. Sometimes it makes me really uncomfortable. I'm
not very good at compliments. But the one that always

(13:40):
stuck with me was this guy on the street yelling
towards me and telling me that he liked my aesthetic.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
That's a really cool thing to say. It's different. It's
outside the.

Speaker 3 (13:48):
Box, very outside the box. He was very nice about it.
It was it was done in a cat calling kind
of way, but it wasn't a cat call, so it
was really nice to year And I was like, you
know what, I love that with you made me feel
good for the day. There are other ones that people
have heard that they really loved and stuck with them.
This was a prompt online someone had said. Someone said

(14:08):
to them if you write a book on parenting, I
want to read it.

Speaker 2 (14:12):
Wow, as a parent, that's a huge compliment. That's such
a nice thing to say.

Speaker 3 (14:17):
That means that you've basically done everything right when it
comes to your kids, which is tough. Yeah, I can imagine.
I can imagine. Another one says, I don't remember a
lot of people, but I remember you is the greatest
compliment they've ever gotten.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Even just hearings. I know they're not directed in me,
but they're making me smile and making me feel good.

Speaker 5 (14:34):
Right.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
This one made me actually tear up when I read it,
because I can imagine how impactful this is to hear it.
Said last week, my daughter told me that she was
proud of me.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
Wow. Right, yeah, Like.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
What an emotional compliment?

Speaker 2 (14:52):
Oh my gosh. See, words have so much power. I mean,
I feel like we kind of say that and focus
on the negative, but a compliment can go so far.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
Yeah. Absolutely, you can change someone's entire day. Kevin, do
you have one that stuck with you?

Speaker 2 (15:05):
First thing that popped out of me? Ricky, you were
here for this the other day. It wasn't even like
a compliment, it was a question. But Zach asked me
if I got botox? That's right. He's like, yah, your
forehead seems like porcelain. And I was like, wow, No,
I did not get botox, But coming from Uza, I
will take that as a compliment.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
That is a really genuine and very big compliment coming
from Zach.

Speaker 2 (15:30):
I thought about it all day. Honestly, look at my
forehead in the mirror, and compliments don't even have to
be words like it could be an act of something.
And the second thing I thought of my best friend Gordon,
who lives in Chicago. I don't see him that often,
but when his daughter was younger, she named her imaginary
friend Kevin after me, and that was a huge Kevin
my heart.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
Yeah, that is such a big compliment exactly. Oh I
love that. Now I want a little kids to name
their imaginary friend after me.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Get to a.

Speaker 1 (15:57):
Kid's Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
On the River the power of words. Ricky and I
have been talking about compliments. The best compliment you've ever received,
something that's stuck with you. Michelle and Gallatin, good morning.

Speaker 4 (16:12):
Good morning. Yeah, so I wanted to tell you guys
two things. I guess one of the best compliments I
get is usually my hair. But really what I wanted
to say is, every day I try and whether it's
the work or anybody random, I encourage everyody to do this,
but pay five compliments to five random strangers. You don't
have to know saying something like hey, I love your hair,

(16:33):
I love your smile, or my favorite is I'm a
millennial and I get to see everybody with these cool
nerdy T shirts and say, hey, I really love your
Rugrats T shirt.

Speaker 3 (16:41):
Oh sure in the wild that is amazing. I love that.
But that is such a good idea. We were just
saying that people need to compliment each other more because
of the impact that it has on each other's on
your like, you know, vibe, your mental everything like that.
So this is a great idea. Five people every day
to just kind of compliment exactly.

Speaker 4 (17:02):
And you're feel great about it too, because you know
that you pass on positive energy and you and somebody.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Why are we not doing this more? I mean, everybody
should be doing this all the time. Let's spread positivity.

Speaker 4 (17:12):
Yeah, that was it, So thank you. First, that's a
great show today, guys, Me and my daughter appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (17:16):
Michelle. Thank you so much for calling in and for
spending time with us. We really appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
You, Michelle. That made me feel good. And she said,
thank you for your show. My daughter and I've been
enjoying that. I realized she's just crossing us off for
a list of compliments to give today.

Speaker 3 (17:30):
No she means it.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
I don't know if she does.

Speaker 3 (17:34):
Jasmine and Nashville, welcome and tell us the compliment that's
stuck with you all these years.

Speaker 8 (17:40):
Actually, it was just the other day. I have a
I'll have a thirteen year old and a four year
old in March, and I'm pregnant with my third child
right now that I'm doing April, and my son he
walks up to me and he's reminded me he's three
right now, and he walked up to me. He comes,
gives me a hug, and he put his hand on
my stomach. He goes, Mommy, look really beautiful. And my

(18:04):
daughter she heard him and she was like yeah, She's
like yeah, sn she is really beautiful. She's like, I
hope to look just like her.

Speaker 3 (18:11):
When I go, oh my gosh, I have goosebumps.

Speaker 2 (18:14):
Jasmine's wow, that little baby in your belly's got a
lot to live up to. The bar is high. These
kids are so complimentary.

Speaker 8 (18:23):
I did not expect it at all, and I was
already having like a really rough day, and then like
that just happened, and I was just like, this is
the most sweetest thing. I cried for like ten minutes straight.

Speaker 3 (18:33):
I don't blame you because I didn't even get the Compleman,
I'm sitting over here with goosebumps and tears in my eyes.
I think that's the sweetest thing I've heard.

Speaker 8 (18:39):
He is, so I was like, oh, okay, thanks guys,
and I'm doing April. So it's like even more sweet
because I was like, I feel already feel like a
rochestery chicken.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
I'm sure the kids are right, and you are absolutely beautiful.
Thank you for calling and sharing that with us. That's great.

Speaker 8 (18:57):
Thank you. You guys have a good rest of your day.

Speaker 3 (19:00):
Thank you so much. And uh, you know, good luck
with everything in April.

Speaker 8 (19:03):
Thank you, and we hope you know, a very quick birth.

Speaker 2 (19:06):
Yeah yeah yeah, call us back when it's all when
you're all settled.

Speaker 8 (19:08):
Okay, awesome, I will do bye, love bye.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
And I love your voice. You have a great voice.
See what I did there?

Speaker 3 (19:15):
Oh look at you, Kevin adding in your compliment.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
But when you're like trying to check a box, it
just doesn't feel genuine. But yes, it was. Still if
she's got a great voice, I've ruined it again. I
always do that we have post Watch Kevin post tickets next.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
To the Game of the Day, Ricky is Zach and
Mano in the Morning on the River.

Speaker 3 (19:36):
Ghosts Malone the name of Kevin Mano's Game of the
Day presented by Genesis Diamonds on one oh seven five
the River. We're playing again today, we got today and tomorrow.
Love for you to win these post Malone tickets. He's
gonna be at Nissan Stadium on June thirtieth.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
I genuinely love this game. If you're not familiar with it,
we have a ghost and this ghost recites post Malone lyrics,
hence ghost Malone. If you can identify the song based
on the lyrics, based on the dramatic reading from mister
ghost Malone, Uh yeah, you call us. He tell us
a song. You're going to see Posty. Here we go.
Today's audio clue.

Speaker 3 (20:10):
Forty ours got me going out my mind? Tell us
stop another game in overtime.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
Boo, he always says boo at the end. Boo boo
is not part of the song. But if you know
what that is Ghost Malone doing a post Malone song.
There you call us six one, five, seven, three, seven,
nine seven. The first person to get it. He's going
to see him good luck here he is post Malone on.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
The River, Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
On the post Malone.

Speaker 3 (20:40):

Speaker 8 (21:00):
I work in a genetic cloud.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
Oh my goodness, you're so smart.

Speaker 1 (21:03):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (21:04):
That's like super fascinating to me because I'm blown away
by the things that you guys can do. I did
my DNA with a service and it blows my mind
what people can like find with genetics and like your DNA.
It's just crazy crazy.

Speaker 4 (21:21):
Yeah, it's really exciting. And every day is different and
I learned something new every day.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
I love that. I love that. Did you hear the
audio clue? A moment ago in this game?

Speaker 6 (21:30):
I did?

Speaker 2 (21:30):
Okay, good, I'm gonna play it one more time and
then you tell us what song Old Ghosty is performing here?
Here we go one more time. Ghost Malone reciting a
post Malone songs got me going out my mind, Dallas
stop another game in overtime? Who Kristin and Murphy's Borough?

(21:51):
Name that tune?

Speaker 1 (21:54):
Uh for me? A drink for drink?

Speaker 2 (21:58):
Yes, featuring Blake Shelton. There, nice job.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
Okay, I'm so excited.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
Congratulations here innes See Post Malona Nissan Stadium.

Speaker 4 (22:06):
Awesome.

Speaker 8 (22:07):
I can't wait.

Speaker 4 (22:07):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (22:08):
Hang on the line. We gotta get some info from you.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
Okay, Okay, hold on, Christy, can you do two things?
Can you say it's game time baby, and then say
I love ghost Malone?

Speaker 3 (22:16):
Oh my god, it's.

Speaker 4 (22:18):
Game time baby, I love ghost Three things you.

Speaker 1 (22:21):
Need to know? All right, let's go.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
Thank you so much for starting your day with us
over here. Ricky's got those three things.

Speaker 3 (22:27):
Full House star Dave Coolier he announced that he is
officially cancer free. He is now in remission after battling
tongue cancer and stage three non Hodgkin lymphoma over the
last two years. He assumed the tumor that he found
on his tongue was actually related to his lymphoma. At first,
but he was told that the two cancers were actually
completely unrelated. So the reason that they even found it

(22:50):
was because of a PET scan that he needed for
his first cancer that they did, and that's how they
found the second cancer. So he's sharing all of this
his experience, hoping that people you know, ticket seriously and
kind of prove that important. It's important to regularly get checked.
It's important to go to the doctor. It's important to
care about your health because you just never know what

(23:12):
might happen. Obviously, he never thought that he would have
to battle cancer, two different cancers in two years.

Speaker 2 (23:18):
Sure, and I'm here, he is. We're about at the
Not to make this about me, but we're about one
year away from when I had my surgery. It was
February tenth of last year. I was proactive and I
found that I had a thyroid cancer and they removed it,
And here I am. You got to be.

Speaker 3 (23:32):
Proactive, absolutely, So this is an important step for your
your health and for your future. So if you haven't
gone to the doctor in a lot in a little while,
go make an appointment.

Speaker 2 (23:41):
And it's sorry just to keep harping on, but in
a true Dave of coolier fashion for me. All they
had to do is cut it out.

Speaker 3 (23:48):
Wow. Okay. The National Symphony is going to perform a
summer series created by Dolly Parton. Dolly Parton's Threads My
Songs in Symphony is going to be her along with
National Symphony. It's a multi week series that's going to
celebrate the summer of Dolly Parton. Who doesn't love that idea?
So the experience, co produced by Dolly herself, features her

(24:11):
songs and stories accompanied by original video content, with Dolly
appearing on screen to lead audiences through a visual musical journey.
So you can expect some of her hit songs like
Jolene are going to be part of it, as well
as some of Dolly's personal favorites and unreleased selection will
also be part of this, all from her upcoming Broadway musical.

(24:31):
Tickets go on sale this week and the series is
expected to begin in June. And my favorite thing, the
Puppy Bowl, It's back this weekend. Animal Planet is going
to air their Puppy Bowl twenty two at two pm
Eastern on Sunday. It's going to feature one hundred and
fifty adoptable dogs from seventy two different shelters, making it
the largest lineup that they've had in Puppy Bowl history.

(24:53):
It's also going to be the most inclusive because it's
going to feature dogs with special needs. I know the
game is gonna have, you know, Team Rouff against Team
Fluff like it does every year. They're gonna battle it
out for the Lombarki Trophy, and the halftime show is
going to feature a group of senior dogs who also
need to be adopted. I love this so much. I
hope this never ends. But this is a yearly thing

(25:14):
forever and ever and ever. It's truly the best thing ever.
I'm rick Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.

Speaker 7 (25:20):
One, Ricky, Zach and manow in the morning.

Speaker 5 (25:25):
When do you.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
Eat dinner every night? This is a very important question.
It seems silly and ridiculous. You're probably like, why is
Ricky asking you this? But it is so important that
we get down to facts here. Okay, Kevin, why do
you eat dinner so ungodly early?

Speaker 2 (25:41):
It's not daily, but we did recently have dinner. I
think my wife put it on Instagram and you and
Zach saw and you've been giving me grief about it.
We had dinner at four pm. We went out to
a Mexican restaurant and we're sitting there, eaten by four
and you guys thought that was way too early. Again,
it's not every day, but it's not completely uncommon for
us either.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
That's the issue is that you said that this doesn't
happen every day, but it happens often enough that I'm concerned.

Speaker 2 (26:06):
I don't like to eat that close to bed. You
feel like you just all this food sitting in your stomach,
all heavy and stead. So we would typically do earlier dinners,
but we want to know when you eat dinner. We'll
have the conversation in a moment here. Six one five, seven,
three seven nine one oh seven your normal dinner time
at home? Let us know six one five, seven, three
seven nine one seven.

Speaker 3 (26:26):
Four pm is just way too early, Kevin.

Speaker 2 (26:28):
It's really not. It's it's not. We'll get it.

Speaker 3 (26:30):
Can't wait to prove you.

Speaker 7 (26:30):
Wrong, Ricky, Zach and Minnow in the.

Speaker 3 (26:35):
Morning, Amber and Hendersonville, Welcome to one oh seven five
the River. What time do you eat dinner?

Speaker 6 (26:42):
Okay, So I'm kind of on both sides of it,
because we've talked about Dominican culture before my husband is Dominicans.
There are sometimes when he wants to have like our
big meal of the day, like around three o'clock.

Speaker 8 (26:56):
In the afternoon.

Speaker 6 (26:57):
I love it, and then if people get peckish, they
can just pick it whatever. But then sometimes ideally it's
between five and six.

Speaker 3 (27:05):
Okay, five and six seems reasonable. Three pm is insane, amber.

Speaker 6 (27:10):
See, that's it's it's been something hard for me to
get used to. But like in that culture, that's when
they do like their big meal because they start cooking,
like and he's explaining to me, they start cooking like
super early in the morning and they make everything from
scratch and so like by the time they're done, it's
like you know, two three in the afternoon, and then
that's when they have their big meal and then everybody
just kind of texts it stuff the rest of it.

Speaker 3 (27:31):
I like it.

Speaker 2 (27:32):
I mean maybe I'm Dominican, I don't.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
Know, don't even don't you dare I will say, like
as a Puerto Rican, relate to everything, so we wouldn't
have doners until like eight pm sometimes.

Speaker 6 (27:47):
Yeah, So like yeah, because he told me, like his
mom and his grandmother would be cooking like all day,
and then they would sit down at like, you know,
two three in the afternoon and have their big meal
and then that was it for the day.

Speaker 3 (27:57):
All right, thank you for calling Amber. You're welcome here.

Speaker 2 (28:01):
Thank you. It's always weird when this happens. But now
let's go to another amber, Amber, and Murphy's Burrow is
on the line. Amber. When do you eat dinner regularly.

Speaker 4 (28:10):
Between four and six every night?

Speaker 3 (28:12):
Okay, four and six four, so early Amber.

Speaker 1 (28:16):
It is, But your metabolism slows down the clock.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
Eat earlier, I don't.

Speaker 4 (28:21):
Yes, if you eat after six o'clock, you will gain
the weight.

Speaker 2 (28:25):
See for me, it's not even about that. I just
don't like eating late. I just don't like the way
I feel if I eat too late, like before bed
or something. And maybe it's not the healthiest thing. I'm
not much of a I'm more of a snacker than
like a three meal a day guy. So, yes, that's horrible. No,
it's not. I think you're just you know, society is brainwashed.
You think it's okay. So yeah, that's what you're supposed

(28:48):
to do.

Speaker 4 (28:48):
You're supposed to eat like six times a day.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
Yeah, more small snacky stuff. So if we go we
have dinner early then. Yeah, like the previous Amber said,
just you know, kind of grazing a little bit throughout
the rest of the after nuts lash evening.

Speaker 3 (29:00):
I don't know, guys, that really that throws me all
the way off. I don't even know what to do
with that.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
If I would eat late, I would just die online.
I'll never be able to do anything.

Speaker 3 (29:12):
If I don't eat later. Then I wake up so
hungry that like I'm ravenous, like I will fistfight so
money because now I'm hungry in the morning, Like I
gotta eat late enough that I'm still kind of full
when I wake up.

Speaker 2 (29:26):
Yeah, okay, well, Amber, thank you for calling Ricky. You
stick with that schedule because we don't want you coming
in fist fighting anybody. So you do what works for you.

Speaker 3 (29:35):
Thank you for calling me.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
Thank You'll have a good day.

Speaker 2 (29:39):
Yeah, don't change a thing, Ricky. I don't want you to.

Speaker 3 (29:42):
It works for me, you.

Speaker 7 (29:43):
Know, Ricky, Zach and Minnow in the morning.

Speaker 2 (29:48):
Ricky has been giving me a hard time because she
recently found out that my family ate dinner at four pm,
and to her, that lunacy. So we're trying to you know,
kind of gauge everybody else take a pull of What
have you eat dinner? Kelly and Franklin? What is it
for you? What time?

Speaker 6 (30:03):
I eat dinner? Every night? Between the five and six
a clock religiously.

Speaker 3 (30:11):
Oh so you're like a strict like you have a schedule,
you know, every single day that's when you're going to eat.
Is it because like you like having a schedule or
is it because you'll be starving if you don't eat
at that time? Why do you always religiously do that time?

Speaker 6 (30:26):
As you get older, your health becomes a bigger focus
in life, and it's just better for you to not
go to bed on a heavy meal. I take it
a step further. I intermit fat, so I don't between
nine am and six am.

Speaker 8 (30:42):
I feel better with that discipline.

Speaker 4 (30:45):
Oh I don't know.

Speaker 8 (30:46):
Maybe I'm a weirdo, but I'm in Kevin.

Speaker 2 (30:48):
Stam, Yeah, thank you, welcome.

Speaker 7 (30:51):
I love them.

Speaker 3 (30:51):
Maybe I'm a weirdo.

Speaker 2 (30:53):
You're definitely not. You're definitely not. I love this.

Speaker 3 (30:56):
I think it's weird, but it makes you feel good,
and then it's really all that matters at the end
of the day is that you feel good every day. Kelly, absolute,
thank you so much for calling in today.

Speaker 6 (31:07):
Love, You're welcome you guys, have a great day, you.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
Too, Bye bye, thank you. We didn't really establish Ricky,
like what time do you eat dinner and what time
do you go to bed?

Speaker 3 (31:17):
It depends on the day and what we have planned
that night. But I would say around seven pm is
when we're eating dinner. Yeah. Yeah, we're normally eating around
seven pm, sometimes even later. There are plenty of days
that we don't eat until eight. It's just the way
it goes. And then I get into bed around nine nine. Yikes.
I try to move it up. I try to bump
it up every so often, but life gets.

Speaker 7 (31:36):
In the way.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
Okay again, I don't want you to change anything because
it works for you.

Speaker 3 (31:41):
Like I said, I do not eat later. If I
come to work that early in the morning, how early
we have to be here. I'm revenous, I'm insane.

Speaker 2 (31:49):
I know that hangry is a very real thing for
one Ricky Sanchos.

Speaker 3 (31:52):
It is so real, and I will make it everyone's problems.

Speaker 1 (31:57):
Ricky is zach and Manno in the morning.

Speaker 3 (32:01):
Found today's daily double tap that we're gonna play for
you on one O seven five. The River it's a mashup, yeah,
a quick little mashup of two songs that both have
the same name, Yes, The Middle.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
The Middle by Jimmy World and then Zen and Mayren Morris.
That song is also called The Middle.

Speaker 7 (32:17):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (32:17):
I see two guys, Pat and Sean Kelly. I follow
him on Instagram. They're always doing stuff like this, and
they're very good at it. They're very talented. And who
would have thought these two songs both called The Middle
works so well together. Here we go Today's daily double tap.

Speaker 5 (32:37):
Everything, heavything, just everything, everything, everything.

Speaker 2 (32:51):
All right, it goes on from there. It's so good.
The whole thing is really really good.

Speaker 3 (32:57):
There's a lot going on. I'm impressed though, that they
could do the two songs together like that.

Speaker 2 (33:03):
I would listen, like, I think we should play that
as a you know, as a song a radio. I think,
straight to the top of the charts.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
It is very truly, very impressive, and I'm always really
blown away by artists who noticed that there are songs
that can go together like that, like the Connection. Yeah,
I don't know it, you know what I mean. So
it blows my mind when they do it, and they
have the same title The Middle.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
One of the ads that it sounds so good together.

Speaker 7 (33:28):
One O seven the River, Ricky, Zach and Mannow in
the morning.
