Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know a right good morning friends,
Welcome to Monday, Welcome to March. Appreciate you being here
starting your week with us. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
Oh my god, that's right, It's March. It is crazy.
Rihanna has confirmed that she is back in the studio.
The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here.
She posted a video to Instagram that showed a day
in her life where one specific sentence caught everybody's attention.
While she was going over designs in a business meeting,
she said, quote I still have to go to the

(00:30):
studio afterwards. In an interview with The Harper's Bazaar last year,
Rihanna did say that she'd put out another album, that
it can't be anything quote mediocre. That's why it's been
taking so long, because she wants to focus on something
that really, you know, counts, and it's not just there
to put it out for the reason of just having
something out because fans keep harassing her about it. She's

(00:53):
really trying to be intentional about it. It seems as
though we're gonna get it somewhat sooner, Hopefully Fingers crossed.
Hendersonville installed a pet microchip scanner at Memorial Park. This
is so important and I'm so happy to see so
many places around Middle Tennessee doing this more and more.
Hendersonville Parks and Rex director Andy Gilly he installed a

(01:15):
new scanner at Memorial Park after someone suggested the idea,
and it just it really helps with loss and abandoned pets.
They're on a rise, unfortunately, and they wanted away for
the community to be able to reconnect animals with their
owners quickly. So the scanner works with microchipped pets. It's
a scan that just shows a unique number that links
back to a registration and an owner's contact information. So

(01:37):
if you ever find a dog or a cat wandering
the streets and you see that they have a collar on,
one of the ways that you can try to check
who belongs to the pet is through this scanner. If
there is no number on the.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
Caller, that's great.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
And Liquid Death has released their own urn in collaboration
with Spotify. I know that sounds really crazy. It's called
the Eternal Playlist. Earn so white Urn holds your as
has a twist. There's a built in wireless speaker on
the top, so you can listen to a playlist of
your choice for all of eternity. The limited edition ARN

(02:10):
costs five hundred dollars, and yes, I have thought about purchasing.
I've thought about it. I was like, this might this
might be a good idea. I don't hate it, but
it's a thing, okay, And those are the three things
you need to know.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
It plays the music inside for the ashes.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Correct, So for you, if you were to pass away,
you could pick an eternal playlist that you would want played,
and it will play it forever.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
I can't think of any reasons this is a bad idea, Like,
I'm why does this not exist already?

Speaker 3 (02:40):
This is great?

Speaker 2 (02:41):
I agree, That's why I thought about it. It's a
little creepy to think about it right now, but hey,
who knows.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
I wonder if I could just play our podcast for eternity,
you know what I mean?

Speaker 3 (02:54):
Us Chef Forever, every episode.

Speaker 4 (02:59):
Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on what oh.

Speaker 5 (03:02):

If you've never seen Tea Pain live, you need to

In the morning on what oh seven five the River,
everybody say good morning to Alicia Lebanon.

Speaker 6 (03:41):
Good morning, Alisia, Good morning.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Welcome to one oh seven five the River. What are
you doing to start your week off right now? Are
you getting ready for work?

Speaker 7 (03:50):
I am all right.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
How is your weekend? Alicia? What'd you would you get
up to?

Speaker 7 (03:54):
I relaxed. I went shopping and I got a lot
of groceries that I was surprised I could afford.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Yeah, I mean that was very relatable.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Also, you went shopping, what else did you buy?

Speaker 7 (04:03):
I had to go to Alta to and get some
refilled on my makeup right now, Oh my gosh, that's
my favorite store.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
You guys.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
I this is not Alta, but I had to take
my daughter to Sophora a few days after Christmas PTSD.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
It was horrible.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Was it horrible because it was crowded or was it
because the pricing or the excitement? Okay, f G, I
mean it was.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
It was a madhouse. The smells in there, the price,
everything about it. I don't know how you guys do.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
It, honestly, It's just part of life, though you do. Alisa.
I'm glad that you are all up to date with
your makeup. You're ready to go because you're the first
caller of the day on one of seven five the River.
That means that you're gonna go see the Killers Tea
Pain Dominic Fike All next month on April eighth at
britch Down Arena for Freely Fast. That is awesome.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
Yeah, it's gonna be a good one. Ricky is a
huge teap pain. You recently saw a tea Pain, didn't you.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
The changed my life, Kevin. It was such a fun show.
It was one of those ones where you have to
go because you grow up with T Pain and T
Pain has so many bops that you just forgot he
even was a part of And then you see him
live truly, you leave on cloud nine. It knows You're
just so happy.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
He's so much more like musically talented than people would assume.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
You have no idea. Yeah, it's wild. The man is
a genius. I'm excited.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
You should be.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Thank you for calling, Thank you for starting your week
with us. We're gonna put you on hold.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
Okay, Okay, thanks Alisha. We've got more tomorrow and all week.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Yesterday, I was at Geotis Park for the US women's
national team. They played Argentina, and there was a really
amazing moment that I noticed, and then also a really
bad moment that happened. A nice balance of the day
for sure, that I want to share with you guys.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
Okay, right after justin Bieber, Ricky will tell us what happened,
the good and the bad.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
We'll find out.

Speaker 5 (05:56):
Next Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
Ricky told us something a second ago. She went to
Giotas yesterday for some soccer. Something good happened, which I
would assume the whole thing was good. It was a
beautiful day and something bad happened, and I'm on the
edge of my seat here.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Do you want the good or the bad? Part for it.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
Let's get so yeah, Ricky, you got you gotta.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
Okay, Well, let me set the scene. Okay. I went
to the women's uh US women's national team game versus
Argentina yesterday at Gioda Spark for the She Believes Cup.
UH just a cool event all around, so I will say,
perfect day to be outside. It was absolutely stunny. I
was so happy to just like sit there in the sunshine,

(06:42):
surrounded by people who are just supporting women's sports. Was
so cool. So here we'll say the positive part first, Okay, Okay,
I noticed so many happy little girls at this game
that truly just brought me so much joy and happiness
love that I could not contain it. I don't think
I stopped smiling the entirety of the time that I
was at Yodas Park because there are just so many

(07:04):
little girls and women, just a lot of people there
supporting women's sports, and it was such a cool thing
to witness because it's so important for these little girls
to you know, see themselves out there on the field
and see that they can do. Representation matters, It so matters.

Speaker 6 (07:19):
They get to see someone that looks like them doing
something absolutely incredible.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
And that was what I was going to say too,
is that there were so many parents that were there,
and it seemed like with large groups of children as well,
because it looks like a lot of soccer teams came together.
So there's just a sea of little girls and then
like four parents trying to wrangle all of them. So
you guys are amazing for doing that. It's so important
that they see these things, and it really truly, just

(07:44):
like I said, I have not smiled that much and
I think in a very long time. So that was
a positive thing that I noticed from yesterday. So the
entire time I was at Yoda's smiling ear to ear,
so excited to be there. Gorgeous day. The women's team won,
so like we hit amazing, let's go guys, and then
the game ends, and this is where the negative part happens.

(08:05):
Way Geoda's Park, I love you so much. You need
to figure out your ride share situation. It's awful. It
is absolutely horrific the way that they do it. They
need to figure it out. And I'm just speaking as
someone not only who is a local here, but somebody
who loves Geotis because it's such a great setup and

(08:25):
I love being there, but when you leave, it's miserable.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
I was just a mile to get an uber.

Speaker 2 (08:30):
Well that's horrific. Why do I need to walk a
mile to get an uber? But if you don't walk
a mile, you have to wait thirty five minutes for
anyone to pick you up. And the amount of times
we had drivers drop us and both AJ and I
were standing there trying to get a ride, and everybody
who's lined up waiting is all going through the same experience.
Every single person is experience because the.

Speaker 6 (08:51):
Drivers know that they don't want to have to deal
with the traffic, so as soon as they see that
they're picking you up from Geotis Park, they're like, oh, no, no, cancel,
i'me out.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
And I get it. Yeah, but need to figure out
a better way of doing.

Speaker 3 (09:02):
This, to do something about it.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
And I know they've been working on it, because it's
been a few years and it's gotten a little bit
better than when they first opened. But like, ooh, everybody
in that line, we were all so hyped about the wind,
and you just you saw, like the wind just leave
our bodies. Like we were just like, now we have
to deal with this. This is how the end of
the game. It just it's not fun.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
I feel like Zach was right.

Speaker 1 (09:24):
We should have gone with the negative first, so we
get end on a positive note.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
One the girls.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
You need to know, right just after seven o'clock here
on this Monday morning, thank you for starting your brand
new week with us.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
Ricky's got those three things.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Zendia and Tom Holland are married. According to a long
time stylist Law Roach, the two got married in secret,
so law revealed the news to Access Hollywood on the
Actor Awards red carpet, saying, quote, the wedding has already happened,
you missed it. Shortly after Valentine's Day, people started to
notice that Zindea changed her jewelry, so she's now been
wearing a gold band on her left ring finger instead

(10:06):
of that big five carrot diamond engagement ring that Tom
gave her a year ago. So everyone started to assume, oh,
they already got married. Turns out they did. So I
hope that at some point we get to see what
she wore. I really want to know what her wedding
dress looks like, and like if she had bridesmaids, and
what they looked like. It's so important to me that
I know what this looked like. I'm hoping that she

(10:29):
shares it at some point. But really exciting news for them.
Happy for them. Obviously doing it in secret is a
lot more chill and feels a lot more special, So
really happy for the two of them. Dino Trek is
coming back to the National Zoo. This is exciting stuff.
They'll have a chance to see encounters with nearly fifty
dinosaurs in an exhibit that hasn't been seen at the

(10:50):
Zoo in three years, so you'll be able to really
see what these things looked like up close and personal.
The exhibit opens March sixth, so this week runs through
July twenty six Go check it out. Obviously, support the
Zoo and see this exhibit that hasn't been there in
quite a while. So if you saw it last time,
go again. Why not? There might be new things that

(11:10):
you've never seen before. And I hop is giving away
free short stacks tomorrow for National Pancake Day. So Tomorrow,
obviously National Pancake Day, we are all gonna celebrate by
eating free pancakes. Free pancakes from seven am to eight
pm at I Hoop. So that means you have breakfast, lunch,
or dinner with free pancakes.

Speaker 3 (11:30):
Why did you say or you could do all of that?

Speaker 2 (11:32):
Well, you should only you should only go once for
the free pancakes. If you want to eat pancakes for
another meal, you should make them at home. Okay, don't
take advantage of the situation. Guests are encouraged to donate
to help support local Feeding America food banks. And don't
forget to tip your waiter or waitress. A lot of
people forget that when it's like free stuff like this,

(11:52):
but they still.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
Need to tip a tip on what the amount would
have been.

Speaker 2 (11:55):
Yes, I'm Rick Sanchez and those are the three things
you need to know.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
I didn't realize tomorrow is the National Pancake Day.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
I had already told my family that I was gonna
make pancakes for dinner Tuesday night because it's my wife
and I. It's our wedding anniversary and I always make
heart and pancakes.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
Yeah, that's our tradition. I had no idea it was
pancake Day.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
It all works out.

Speaker 5 (12:13):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (12:13):
Here's Olivia Deine. Thank you for all that, Ricky. We
do have zach Spax coming up. We're learning together. Next
other River.

Speaker 4 (12:20):
Class is in sessions Zach's.

Speaker 6 (12:23):
Fact one ver did you guys know that with sabi
is so difficult to grow? So ninety nine percent of
wasabi sold in the US is just diet horse radish.

Speaker 5 (12:33):
What I know.

Speaker 3 (12:34):
I feel like I've been led through my entire life.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
I'm really upset about this.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
With sabi is not withsabi correct. And there's your fact
of the day. You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
I hate that fact.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
I'm us all out Zach.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
Brought to you by Mark Spain on.

Speaker 5 (12:47):
The River, Ricky Zach and Minnow in the Morning.

Speaker 1 (12:51):
Without naming the TV show, we want you to give
us a line and see if we can kind of
guess what show it is. Like a quote, a famous
quote from the show. It's one oh seven five the
River like.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
Pivot, Pivot obviously Friends. Yeah, that is a known, well
known moment in Friends. If you have one for us
six one five, seven, three seven nine one o seven,
both Kevin and I have a better chance of knowing
whatever line you spit at us.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
Zach, I don't I think beyond pivot Zach's that's the
end of it for yeah, six one five, seven, three seven.

Speaker 4 (13:21):
Nine Ricky Zach and Menno in the morning on.

Speaker 2 (13:26):
It's one oh seven five the River. We're talking TV
shows here. We're trying to guess the TV show without
naming the show. Tell us a line that you think
will instantly recognize Sanchia and Murphy'sborough for.

Speaker 3 (13:39):
You, Siginfel.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
Oh, yes, good job, keV.

Speaker 3 (13:43):
That was killed it. That was proud of you. Thank
you very quick.

Speaker 1 (13:47):
Perfect, Zach, you sin Sanchia is still here? Do you
want to give Sanchio one from your list?

Speaker 5 (13:51):
Zech?

Speaker 3 (13:52):
How you deal with Okay?

Speaker 6 (13:56):
See, see it could go either way. It's either friends
or Wendy Williams both.

Speaker 2 (14:00):
Yeah, Joey and Wendy both say that, Oh yes she does.
He is a very specific too. Sanchia, thank you so
much for calling in this morning. We hope you have
a great day. Okay, you guys too, have fun by
Bam and Clarksville. Tell us a line. Let's see if
we instantly recognize it.

Speaker 5 (14:20):
I think I'm coming you.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
Oh what is that like Sanford and Son or something. Yeah,
I just got a weird brain that catalogs all these quotes, Zach.

Speaker 3 (14:34):
Can you give one to Bam?

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Now? I'm impressed? That's crazy. You do have a weird
catalog of like Kevin remembers so many lines from like
TV shows and movies, but he can't remember to read
his emails every day.

Speaker 3 (14:47):
So TV shows and movies are much more fun.

Speaker 6 (14:51):
Oh wait, this will definitely make a lot of sense
for you my line, you are not the father.

Speaker 5 (14:57):
Oh yeah, thanks for calling, buddy.

Speaker 3 (15:03):
We appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Have a good one.

Speaker 3 (15:05):
You too, I've got one for Ricky.

Speaker 2 (15:07):
Okay, say my name? Oh is this because I'm watching
Breaking Bad right now?

Speaker 3 (15:12):
Ricky's watching Breaking Bad.

Speaker 2 (15:15):
Kevin is so excited about it.

Speaker 3 (15:16):
We talk about it every day. He's like obsessed with it.

Speaker 5 (15:19):
He really is.

Speaker 3 (15:21):
Oh, I'm coming to the cottage.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
I'm coming to the heated rivalry.

Speaker 1 (15:25):
Yeah, seven three seven.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
If you want to.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
Throw a quote at us, we'll see which one of
us can buzz in quicker.

Speaker 4 (15:36):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning, Mika.

Speaker 2 (15:41):
In Nashville, Welcome to one oh seven five the River.
Tell us a line from a show that we will
instantly recognize.

Speaker 7 (15:49):
Okay, go home, Roger.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Talking about this sister sister Yea. That is such a
good one. Yeah, it is.

Speaker 7 (15:59):
That is one of my favorit shows. I have my
daughter watching it.

Speaker 3 (16:03):
I love that.

Speaker 2 (16:03):
I love when. That's such a cool moment to be
able to pass that down. Kevin talks about this all
the time, being able to watch those things that he
grew up with or loved and now his kids get
to watch it. That's so cool, Meeka, I love it.

Speaker 1 (16:15):
Yeah, y'all, have a great day.

Speaker 2 (16:16):
You two bye.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
You know what I never really thought of until now,
is I should we should I can make my own
t G I f we can watch like an episode
of Full House, an episode of Sister Sister, like every
Friday night. You know.

Speaker 3 (16:26):
Yeah, I think you should do it like the good
old days.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
What a throwback?

Speaker 3 (16:30):
Some popcorn? Yes, I'm in.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
By the way, I want to save this for another day.
I'm worried about my family's popcorn consumption. They eat popcorn
every single night, and I feel like that's a problem.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
Yeah, definitely, that's a little concerning.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
Every night. That was fun.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
I was looking back, I think I won the whole thing.
But now it's your turn to win.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
I didn't realize it was a competition.

Speaker 3 (16:50):
You think you want always a competition. Now you're on
the other side of this game.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
Here the game of the day for John Mullaney tickets
for playing next.

Speaker 4 (16:58):
Ricky is Zach and in the morning on.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
It's a New Week. That means we've got a new
game to play for Kevin Manno's Game of the Day,
presented by Genesis Diamonds on one oh seven five the River.
I have no idea the name of the game, because
Kevin wanted to surprise me while on air, which always
scares the crap.

Speaker 1 (17:18):
It's not anything crazy, it's not I just I like
to tell you live with everybody else.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Okay, what's the name of the game. Keep in mind
we're giving away tickets to see John Mullaney at the
rhyme in We're.

Speaker 1 (17:26):
Gonna play Name that Tune, but tune is spelled t
oo m.

Speaker 3 (17:30):
So we're gonna throw a cartoon yeah exactly.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
We're gonna rattle of some like attributes some characteristics of
a cartoon character, and you have to tell us which
cartoon character it is.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
So name that tune t o m.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
Okay six seven is the number to call to play
Kevin Manno's Game of the Day. Name that Tune too, exactly.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Yeah, And John mulaney has voiced a few cartoon characters
over the year, so it kind of makes sense.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
There's a connection here. If you want to play name
that tune t o and call him out. We're playing
next on the.

Speaker 5 (18:02):
River, Ricky, Zach and menow in the Morning.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
On the River, Kevin Manno's Game of the Day on
one O seven five the River. We're playing Name that
tune t oo en. Yes, because it's cartoon not tune
like music. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
When you name that tune you think of songs, but
this is cartoon characters.

Speaker 3 (18:24):
Name this too.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
Is all because you're getting tickets to John Mulaney at
the Ryman on June thirteenth. If you win, Name that.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
Too, Yes, Ashley and Bowling Green, Kentucky is on the line.

Speaker 3 (18:34):
Good morning, Ashley.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
Good morning.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
How are you?

Speaker 5 (18:37):
I'm good?

Speaker 2 (18:38):
How are you good?

Speaker 3 (18:39):
Do you like John Mullaney? Are you a fan of
his comedy?

Speaker 2 (18:42):
He it's pretty funny.

Speaker 1 (18:45):
I've seen him at the Ryman before and he's going
to be back at the Ryman. If you can name
two out of three of these cartoon characters, you're gonna
be there with them. Okay, Okay, a couple of facts
here we go. Your game starts right now. She is bilingual,
She carries a purple backpack.

Speaker 2 (19:01):
Name that tune, Dora nice.

Speaker 3 (19:05):
Yeah, girl, that.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
Was an easy one.

Speaker 3 (19:08):
Okay, here we go. Question two. You get this, you win.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
He has a grandson named Morty. He is a genius scientist.

Speaker 3 (19:16):
Name that tune.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
Rick, Rick and Morty.

Speaker 3 (19:19):
Yeah, our very own Ricky Sanchez.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
You know the character's last name, Yeah, Rick Sanchez, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (19:26):
Exactly.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
Him.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
Congratulations, Ashley, you're going to see John m'laney at the rhyme.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
That was so easy for you. I'm really proud of you.
I'm impressed with your skills. Hang on the line. Okay,
we're gonna get your info. Okay, thank you.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
See, I got to make some of these harder. I've
got a lot here in front of me, but they're
too easy. Like this one.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
He eats a lot of carrots, and he often asks,
what's up, Doc, bugs bunny?

Speaker 3 (19:49):
Yeah, see, those are just too easy. I gotta I
gotta go deeper.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
Yeah, dig deep. For a different cartoon layer that you
haven't experienced yet.

Speaker 1 (19:57):
Name that tune spelled t all week for these John
mulaney tickets.

Speaker 4 (20:02):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 3 (20:04):
Hello and good morning, Welcome to Monday.

Speaker 1 (20:06):
Thank you for starting with us a bit past eight
o'clock here, Ricky's got those three things.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
Michael B. Jordan had a big weekend last weekend, and
it looks like he may have an even bigger day
on March fifteenth. So he won Best Actor at the
NAACP Image Awards and the Actors Awards, which are formerly
known as the Screen Actors Guild or SAG Awards. So
well deserved, well deserved for his work as twins Stack

(20:31):
and Smoke in the movie Sinners. Now this is where
it gets interesting. Okay, why I say he may have
a huge day on March fifteenth. March fifteenth is the Oscars,
and in recent years, nine out of ten Best Actors
at the SAGA Awards later won the Academy Award that
they were up for. The Michael B. Jordan he is
nominated for Best Actor this year. This is his first

(20:52):
nomination at the Oscars. There's a chance he's gonna get it.
Fingers crossed. Have you seen Sinners, you understand that he
deserves this award. If you have not seen Sinners, highly
recommend that you watch it. You sit down and take
some time to watch it. It's very out of the box.
It's something that you're not used to It's a completely
original idea, genuinely the way that this man can play

(21:16):
both characters mind blowing.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
Ricky and I loved it. Zack stopped watching halfway through
because he got bored.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
Yeah that's true.

Speaker 2 (21:22):
Zach gets bored watching literally anything except for one thousand
pounds sisters, so that does not say much. Now, this
is specifically for Zach though. Okay, if you have a
Golden Retriever, this is for you. That's why it's tied
to Zach.

Speaker 3 (21:34):
I'm excited.

Speaker 2 (21:35):
Twelve South has a monthly Golden Retriever meetup every month.
It's called twelve South Golden Hour. They have meetups that
stroll through the neighborhood. The next walk is set for Saturday,
March fourteenth, in front of Bongo Java's Belmont Boulevard location.

Speaker 3 (21:51):
I will absolutely be there.

Speaker 2 (21:53):
It's a cute Wait, well, you're gonna be out of
town on the fourteenth, are you? I know his tees
are better than he does. That's a cute way to
meet with new friends. Walk that energy out of your
furry friend because obviously we know those Goldens have energy.
If you want to keep up with their meetups or
just you want to see cute goldens. I totally don't
blame before that. They have an Instagram at twelve South

(22:14):
Golden Hour, So even though Zach may not be there
this month, he will be there next month.

Speaker 6 (22:18):
This just makes me so happy. I have two Golden
Retrievers and I cannot wait.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
So I brought it up just for you. And here's
a trend that we all hope does not take off.
A marathon runner just joined the three point one mile
high club because he ran a five k in an
airplane bathroom during an eleven hour flight. What dom Strow
is his name. He filled himself jogging in tight circles,
stepping on the toilet as if it were, you know,

(22:43):
like a stepper at a gym, and somehow he did
all of that in under an hour. He quote unquote
ran three point one miles in under an hour. The
clip has over a million of views and obviously a
whole lot of comments, most of which are people just
be like, what the heck are you doing? Let me
to use the bathroom. Yes, so fingers crossed, this doesn't

(23:04):
become like an actual trend because so mad, the worst
way to spend your flight, and just a horrible, horrible
sense of I'm the only person that exists, terrible. I'm
Ricks Sanchos, And those are the three things you need
to know.

Speaker 5 (23:18):
One O seven five Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the Morning.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Okay, what's a decision that you have made in under
ten seconds that has changed your life forever?

Speaker 3 (23:29):
Forever?

Speaker 2 (23:30):
So you basically never thought about it, You just did
it on instinct and then it just had a ripple
effect of change.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
I mean, I think we probably all have some, like
several I would imagine.

Speaker 3 (23:41):
I know that Zach does for sure. Yeah, I mean definitely.

Speaker 6 (23:43):
Like there was I was just driving down the road
and I decided to take a left instead of it right,
and I beat all of the traffic.

Speaker 3 (23:49):
It changed my life forever.

Speaker 2 (23:52):
Okay, so I didn't. Some of these things may have
changed your life for the day, have changed your life forever.
Either way. We want to hear about it.

Speaker 1 (24:04):
Good or bad, quick decision that changed everything for you,
We want to hear about it.

Speaker 5 (24:11):
Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the Morning.

Speaker 1 (24:14):
Jenna and Gallatin is on the line. Jenna, we were
talking about decisions, quick decisions that we make in under
ten seconds that really change life forever.

Speaker 3 (24:22):
Do you have one of these I do.

Speaker 7 (24:24):
It is seriously life changing.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
Cool tell us everything.

Speaker 7 (24:28):
Okay, So a couple of years ago, my best friend
and I came to Nashville for a girls trip. On
the very last night, we were doing the whole Broadway
thing and we were trying to decide whether or not
to go to one last bar or go home. So
we ultimately decided to go to one last bar. We
went to Tritsies and while we were hanging out, two

(24:49):
guys walked up to us and we spent the rest
of the night on Broadway hanging out. Turns out one
of the guys ended up being my now husband. One is.

Speaker 3 (25:03):
God, that's so cute.

Speaker 7 (25:06):
It's crazy how that one decision to hang out at
Tutsy's that last night like completely changed our lives.

Speaker 2 (25:13):
I am mind blown by this. How long have you
guys been married? For Jenna?

Speaker 7 (25:17):
So we just celebrated our two year wedding universary.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
Story always go to Tutsi's if you're questioning it goes.

Speaker 7 (25:28):
It is my favorite story to tell.

Speaker 2 (25:30):
I love it.

Speaker 7 (25:32):
It's awesome.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
That is amazing. And what does your friend get married?
You said that she's engaged, right, does she have a
date yet?

Speaker 7 (25:37):
He's soon to be engaged, so I think he has
the ring.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
Oh my god.

Speaker 6 (25:44):
Okay, feel like we're getting like behind the scenes information.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
I feel like I know something I shouldn't know. That's
really exciting for me.

Speaker 7 (25:52):
I know, it's crazy. We both found our soulmates at
the same exact moment.

Speaker 2 (25:57):
That's a beautiful story. Thank you so much for sharing that, Jenna.

Speaker 7 (26:00):
Yeah, thanks, guys, Happy Monday, have a great day. Love
thanks shelso By.

Speaker 3 (26:08):
Man, that was a sweet one. Oh my gosh, actually insane.

Speaker 2 (26:11):
Make a decision under ten seconds changes your life forever.
Just it happens. It's a little more intense than Zach
making a different turn than he's used to.

Speaker 6 (26:19):
It literally changed my life. Now I know the backway
to get homeside. I don't have to sit in traffic.

Speaker 3 (26:24):
Yeah, you take that shortcut every day now.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
Yeah, okay, you didn't add that part earlier. That changes everything.

Speaker 3 (26:30):
Okay, Well, now you.

Speaker 5 (26:31):
Know Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning.

Speaker 2 (26:36):
Whether you are the person that says huh after everything,
or you are a round a person who does it,
You're going to relate today's daily double tap I one
to seven five the River, My fiance can never hear
anything that I'm saying. I think that's why we're together
for as long as we are.

Speaker 3 (26:51):
That's fair.

Speaker 2 (26:52):
But he's constantly saying huh to me, and that's what
this is all about.

Speaker 3 (26:57):
I mean, I'm worried that my hearing's going I don't know.

Speaker 1 (26:59):
I feel like my dad had bad hearing when I
was a kid, and now it's happening to me, and
so I can relate big time.

Speaker 3 (27:04):
Today's daily double tap hair.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
If you say something to me and.

Speaker 4 (27:07):
I go humh and then you repeat yourself and.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
I say huh, don't say never mind, don't give up
on me. I can do it, I can get it.
I just need you.

Speaker 3 (27:17):
Yeah, I believe in you. I mean I want to
so badly.

Speaker 6 (27:20):
But I will say if I have to say haunt
like two or three times, it drives me absolutely insane,
Like speak up, what are you saying?

Speaker 2 (27:28):
Well, a lot of times people do speak up. You're
just so kidding.

Speaker 3 (27:32):
I think it's more of a NUS problem than that problem.

Speaker 2 (27:35):
It's rough out here. The bottom line is whether you
are the receiver or the giver of the haws.

Speaker 1 (27:41):
When I do a couple of hans and I still
don't know, and I can tell them when I know,
and then I'm just like yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:46):
Like I just nod like that. He asked me a question.
I'm not responding. Probably what's over.

Speaker 2 (27:51):
I said. The craziest thing ever, was like, yeah

Speaker 4 (27:54):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
river
