Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
All right, here we go, just starting things up on
this Thursday morning, a bit past six o'clock. Thank you
for being here. Ricky Sanchez is back in studio. Good
to have you, Ricky. She's got those three things. Sponsored
by Mark Spain Real Estate.
Speaker 3 (00:13):
Thanks keV podcast hosts Paige Disorbo and Hanna Berner. They
are going to start in their new comedy series that's
coming to Netflix.
Speaker 4 (00:22):
So.
Speaker 3 (00:22):
The two are known for hosting their podcast to Gigley
Squad and being part of Summer House. They've teamed up
with Amy Poehler for this untitled project, which has me
so excited.
Speaker 5 (00:31):
I love anything that Amy's involved in.
Speaker 1 (00:33):
Uh So.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
This project is set in New York City. It follows
the two of them as fictionalized versions of themselves as
they become the ultimate quote unquote rider dies, helping each
other shed their baggage and emerge as the people they've
always wanted to be. So I will keep you posted
on details as we learn them. We don't have much.
This is all very new, obviously. The new national spot
(00:55):
Lost and Found is officially open. Lost and Found is
a new open air food, drink and retail spot on
Gallatin Pike.
Speaker 5 (01:02):
They have a bunch of spots.
Speaker 3 (01:03):
Like Pizza Lolo, Korean Barbecue, the Pepper Pot for you
to check out. There's coffee, cocktails, wine. It looks really
cool from the videos that I've seen. I'll post one
of them on one of seventy five the River's Instagram
page in the story so you can see what I'm
talking about.
Speaker 5 (01:18):
But it looks really really cool.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
And FedEx has introduced new same day delivery options. So
this new same day delivery, you could get something in
two hours as an option, So let's customers get fast
shipping at checkout through a partnership with a huge network
of different delivery providers. The service promises near real time tracking,
predictive arrival times, and twenty four to seven.
Speaker 5 (01:43):
Support as well.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
Details on pricing on this are not available yet. We
also don't know what cities they're going to launch it
in first, because obviously they typically try out a few,
make sure it actually works, works out the kinks, and
then they push.
Speaker 5 (01:57):
It out everywhere else.
Speaker 3 (01:58):
But this is all after Amazon announced even faster one
hour and three hour delivery options across a bunch of cities,
so now they're all in competition with each other to
be the fastest, depending on the pricing, might end up
being really nice.
Speaker 5 (02:13):
I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 6 (02:17):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the river,
Sabrina Carpenter on the river, Ricky, Zach and Mano in
the morning, saying good morning to Ashley in Lafayette.
Speaker 7 (02:28):
How are you.
Speaker 8 (02:29):
I'm doing good.
Speaker 7 (02:30):
What are you doing to work? Tell us what you do?
Speaker 9 (02:32):
I work in retail.
Speaker 3 (02:33):
Oh, good for you. But also I'm so sorry. I
worked in retail for years. It can be rough sometimes,
but I mean a lot of like really good friends
when I worked in retail.
Speaker 9 (02:42):
I'll be doing it for about a year and then
I'm finished.
Speaker 8 (02:45):
With my school to be a special education teacher.
Speaker 3 (02:48):
So cool, amazing, Ashley, congratulations, Thank you. And I think
honestly working in retail is going to help you a
lot when it comes.
Speaker 5 (02:56):
To being a teacher.
Speaker 7 (02:57):
Patience.
Speaker 5 (02:57):
Yeah, yeah, at a.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
Patience level that you need to do that to do
both is going.
Speaker 5 (03:02):
To be very needed. So I think it's a great
way to start.
Speaker 10 (03:06):
Oh yeah, it is.
Speaker 7 (03:08):
Can I ask you what store you work at?
Speaker 11 (03:10):
Home Goods?
Speaker 7 (03:11):
Home Goods? Yeah, we love Home Goods.
Speaker 12 (03:13):
My entire house is decorated by Home Goods, like my
house should be sponsored by Home Goods.
Speaker 7 (03:18):
It seems like a fun one, Ashley.
Speaker 9 (03:20):
Oh it is.
Speaker 5 (03:20):
I'm sure you get a nice discount.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
Here's a follow up question. Are there any songs working
in retail that drive you crazy? Like that you just
hear over and over again in the store.
Speaker 9 (03:30):
I don't pay attention much, to be honest.
Speaker 5 (03:33):
All right, okay, that's good.
Speaker 3 (03:35):
That means that when you listen to the radio and
you hear the same song over and over again, you're
not getting mad at us either.
Speaker 6 (03:39):
Then.
Speaker 7 (03:39):
Actually it's not our fault.
Speaker 11 (03:41):
I promise we are not.
Speaker 5 (03:43):
The ones that scheduled the music. It's nothing to do
with us.
Speaker 3 (03:46):
But actually, I'm so excited to tell you that you
are the first caller of the day Today. You're getting
tickets to see Disney's World's Collides tour with the Descendants, Zombies,
Camp Rock All in One at Bridge don Arena November
twenty second.
Speaker 9 (03:59):
Kid So excited.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
Yeah, it's gonna be great. Uh go knock him dead
at Home Goods today. Make sure that place is a
mess as it always is, and uh, good.
Speaker 7 (04:10):
Luck with everything else.
Speaker 11 (04:12):
He just came for you.
Speaker 7 (04:13):
I kind of like that. It's a mess because you
never know what you're gonna Find's hang out, so we get.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
All your infokuez all right, hang on, Uh, Tomorrow's Friday.
That's blowing my mind. But your last chance of the
week to get these tomorrow.
Speaker 7 (04:26):
Thanks for being a part of our morning.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning on the River.
Speaker 5 (04:32):
Kevin Mano is extra giddy today.
Speaker 3 (04:35):
It's Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning on one
of seven five the River. He's doing something extra special
tonight with his daughter and he's so excited about it.
He's also You've been talking about this with us for
I feel like forever. It's probably only been a week
since you decided that you were gonna do this, but
you've been so excited building up this like whole thing
for the last week, and now the day is finally here.
Speaker 7 (04:55):
It's been a couple of weeks. I mean, I obviously
I love doing stuff.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
My family, we'd you know, do things together all the time,
but like having that one on one time with either
my son or my daughter is very special.
Speaker 7 (05:04):
My wife tries to do the same thing, but I'm.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
Taking my daughter tonight to the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and
some of her absolute favorite people are gonna be there.
Miley Cyrus is gonna be there. She's a huge Hannah
Montana fan. Alex Warren is gonna be there performing. She's
a huge Alex Warren fan. And Taylor Swift is going
to be there, and so, I mean, I'm excited. Her
excitement is off the charts.
Speaker 12 (05:24):
I think it's so cute because the other day, like
we were talking about it in front of Molly and
she was like, yeah, I'm excited, and Kevin was like, oh,
Taylor Swift is gonna be there, and she immediately was
like and Miley Cyrus, Like she.
Speaker 11 (05:34):
Was so excited for Miley.
Speaker 7 (05:36):
She's so pumped.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
And this is the thing I've been thinking about. That's
like making me a little bit emotional.
Speaker 7 (05:40):
I've worked for iHeart for so many years.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
That like, I have these very specific, vivid memories of
on my old radio show many years ago. My daughter's
nine now, so this was, you know, ten plus years ago,
my wife and I announcing on the air that we
were gonna have a baby that I am calling into
my old show from the hospital after we had the baby,
and now I get to stand next to that baby
at the iHeartRadio Music.
Speaker 7 (06:04):
Awards and watch your favorite like it's.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
Just it's gonna I've been I cry thinking about this stuff.
Speaker 5 (06:11):
Really, Kevin might cry today.
Speaker 11 (06:14):
This might be the first time he ever shows emotion.
Speaker 5 (06:16):
This is crazy. Also, I've never seen him.
Speaker 7 (06:18):
Smile, but you saw too much.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
Say that with so much love, and obviously just because
we know how much you love your kids and your
family and you are just like such a family guy.
This is going to be such a fun moment that
both of you are going to remember forever to.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
That's the thing, making memories. I really, I'm just so
excited about everything about this. Watch for us on TV. Okay,
it's gonna be live on Fox tonight, so I don't
know where we're sitting, but.
Speaker 11 (06:44):
I'm gonna wear like something fantastic that we can look.
Speaker 5 (06:47):
For, probably what he's wearing right now.
Speaker 7 (06:48):
Oh yeah, what's wrong with this?
Speaker 11 (06:52):
If we're gonna look for you on TV? I need
to know what.
Speaker 5 (06:54):
You're geor just look for.
Speaker 2 (06:59):
My daughter pick out an outfit last night. I think
she's just gonna wear like a sweater over a Taylor
Swift shirt. So I'm thinking maybe when Taylor's on stage,
they might cut tour wearing a Taylor Swift shirt.
Speaker 7 (07:07):
Who knows, I don't know.
Speaker 11 (07:08):
I will see, I guess.
Speaker 5 (07:09):
Yeah, We're gonna have to and see. We will watch
for you guys, though, that is very exciting.
Speaker 3 (07:14):
As a self proclaimed daddy's girl, I love this so much.
Speaker 11 (07:18):
It's really sweet.
Speaker 5 (07:19):
I think it's adorable and I can't wait to hear
all about it.
Speaker 7 (07:21):
I'm excited. I'll tell you all about it.
Speaker 10 (07:23):
Three things, all right.
Speaker 2 (07:25):
Just after seven o'clock on this Thursday morning, Ricky Sanchez
has those three things brought to you by Mark Spain
Real Estate.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
Robert Pattinson has everybody talking about Twilight again. Robert really
burst into fame with his role as Edward in Twilight,
the series, the whole series. If you watch the series,
then you know that there was a whole like love
triangle that was going on. Okay, one of the main
plot lines was who Bella would end up with as
her love interest.
Speaker 5 (07:52):
That means that you were either Team Edward or Team Jacob.
Which side were you, guys on? Kevin and Zach I.
Speaker 11 (07:58):
Guess Elly question word Edward no, Team Jacob.
Speaker 3 (08:02):
Oh, well, Here's what Robert Pattinson had to say about
what he thinks about picking a side.
Speaker 2 (08:09):
Oh I'm so sorry that was supposed to be. Oh
my gosh, you guys, that's all completely my fault.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
Give me.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
The suspense is gonna be is gonna make this very exciting, Dach.
Speaker 7 (08:17):
What did you call this on the page?
Speaker 1 (08:18):
Here?
Speaker 9 (08:20):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (08:20):
Here it is. I found it.
Speaker 7 (08:21):
Oh my gosh, you guys, ready, this is pays off
right here here it is.
Speaker 5 (08:25):
Jacob or Team Edward. I'm Team Edward all day. Let's
go on Team Jacob.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
That was a marketing thing.
Speaker 5 (08:34):
We all know where your heart is.
Speaker 7 (08:36):
I was, I was Tim Jacob, so were Wow, that's crazy.
Speaker 3 (08:42):
He's convinced the whole reason they did that was all
for marketing and that nobody was actually Team Jacob.
Speaker 5 (08:47):
Obviously he said it with a smile and as a joke.
Speaker 3 (08:49):
But it's got a lot of people online talking about
which team they were again.
Speaker 5 (08:54):
Twilight came out so long ago, it's.
Speaker 3 (08:56):
Crazy that now everyone's talking about again the Team Jacob
Team Edward thing. So even if it was just for marketing,
it's still working, so good for them.
Speaker 5 (09:06):
Person water Park.
Speaker 3 (09:07):
Is officially back open after heavy damage. During January's winter storm.
Most trails and shelters have been reopened. Mountain bike trails
and select areas remain closed.
Speaker 5 (09:17):
As cleanup continues.
Speaker 3 (09:19):
There's still a lot of work to be done, but
they opened the park up months ahead of schedule. So
thank you to everybody for being a part of making
that happen, from park employees to volunteers. It's the only
way that it could happen because obviously that January storm.
Speaker 5 (09:33):
Just really did us in.
Speaker 3 (09:35):
So thank you guys for doing that, especial because the
weather's getting nicer. Today's going to be a gorgeous day
if you have a chance to get outside and k
pop Demon Hunters. They have a meal coming to McDonald's
on March thirty first.
Speaker 5 (09:46):
It's a limited time menu, so they have.
Speaker 3 (09:48):
The shot Saja Boys Breakfast meal and the Hunterck's Meal,
and they have a new dirty mcflurry.
Speaker 5 (09:54):
Is what it's called, which sounds so good.
Speaker 3 (09:56):
The mcflurry has berry popping pearls in it with a
while berry sauce.
Speaker 7 (10:01):
That's so good.
Speaker 5 (10:01):
Ooh, sounds so good.
Speaker 3 (10:03):
All of it, like I said, is going to be
available in March thirty first. I'mrick Sanchez and those are
the three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (10:08):

the way. We're all gonna learn a little something plus
another keyword for pick six and twenty six.
Speaker 7 (10:15):

class is in sessions.
Speaker 13 (10:20):
Zach's Facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
One.
Speaker 12 (10:25):
Did you guys know that even though Elvis Presley was
like a global icon, he literally never performed a concert
outside of North America?
Speaker 5 (10:33):
WHOA?
Speaker 7 (10:33):
I did know that. I watched that Austin Butler movie
and I feel like that's in there.
Speaker 12 (10:37):
The only like quote unquote international show that he did
was in Canada, still part of North America, So he
never left North America to perform a show.
Speaker 5 (10:44):
I'm mind blow by that, honestly.
Speaker 11 (10:46):
Same And there's your fact of the day.
Speaker 5 (10:47):
That's a good one, Zach. Thanks Ricky.
Speaker 6 (10:50):
Is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River
seven five the River.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
I mentioned this earlier. I'm going to the iHeartRadio Music
War with my daughter tonight. I'm so excited about it.
We're gonna go make some memories. So we kind of
want to, you know, continue down that road and ask
you some of your favorite memories from childhood.
Speaker 12 (11:09):
Mine was always every time we went on a road trip,
my mom and I would split those little like snowballs
at the gas station.
Speaker 11 (11:14):
That was our go to food. And still to this day.
Speaker 12 (11:16):
I'm thirty three, every time we see each other, we
give each other like one of the snowballs.
Speaker 5 (11:20):
That's cute.
Speaker 11 (11:21):
It's one of my favorite things that we still do
to this day.
Speaker 3 (11:23):
I love that if you have a happy moment from
childhood that you want to reminisce about and tell us
all about, call us six one five, seven, three seven nine,
one oh seven.
Speaker 6 (11:32):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on one
seven the River?
Speaker 3 (11:37):
Where is my husband? On one o seven five the River.
We're kind of reminiscing here in the studio because Kevin's
doing something with his daughter tonight. He's going to the
iHeartRadio Music Awards tonight and they're going to create a
really cool and memory memory that will be there forever
kind of thing.
Speaker 12 (11:52):
I feel like it's something your daughter definitely will never forget.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
Right, So we're talking about happy moments from your childhood.
I could share that him and his mom have a
very cute thing that they do for road trips.
Speaker 12 (12:04):
The little coconut snowballs that you buy from the gas station.
Speaker 11 (12:06):
That was like our go to.
Speaker 12 (12:08):
Snack every time we would go on a road trip,
and still to this day at thirty three years old,
every time we see each other, one of us buys
like snowballs from the gas station and bring it and
then we split it.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
I was so good as a dad myself. I love
that something so simple can stick with you all these years.
Speaker 7 (12:22):
A yeah, so much.
Speaker 11 (12:23):
It's like our thing.
Speaker 6 (12:24):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (12:24):
It's funny because over the weekend, I was home and
I saw my grandpa.
Speaker 5 (12:29):
My grandpa's ninety wow.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
Yeah, and we had just put him into an assisted
living area, so I got to see his new spot.
Speaker 5 (12:36):
So nice you. But we saw a.
Speaker 3 (12:39):
Bunch of old pictures, like he had a bunch of
old pictures of like me as a kid and my
dad when he was younger and things like that. We
started talking about different moments and time from those pictures.
Speaker 11 (12:48):
Yeah, And one of the.
Speaker 3 (12:49):
Things that I was talking about was like being younger,
and I was telling AJ how much I used to
love when my dad was building the house that he built.
We would go to home depot with him and frolicking around. Yeah,
it was so fun as a kid, and like getting
in between like all the wooden pieces, and like playing
hide and seek because there were so many places to hide.
Speaker 5 (13:10):
It was probably mayhem for the people that works there.
But we loved it, loved it.
Speaker 11 (13:14):
That's how we loved it so much.
Speaker 5 (13:15):
It was the greatest time ever. It was like our
own playground.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
Ricky is Zach and man in the morning on the.
Speaker 7 (13:24):
River's gonna trip down memory lane.
Speaker 2 (13:25):
Here this morning on the river, we're reminiscing about some old,
wonderful memories from our child childhoods.
Speaker 7 (13:32):
What's the plural of childhood? Your childhood from our childhoods?
Plural though? Autumn and Hendersonville is on the line. What
would it be for you Autumn?
Speaker 4 (13:42):
Yeah, So every Sunday after church, me and my grandfather
we would go to the store and get one of
those small little sun drops in the glass bottle with
the side of peanuts. He put the peanuts in the
sun drop this salty and sweet mixture.
Speaker 8 (13:56):
Ever.
Speaker 12 (13:56):
Wow, I've never heard of that before, but it sounds good.
Speaker 11 (13:59):
I loved Autumn.
Speaker 5 (14:01):
That is such a sweet story that sounds so nice.
Speaker 3 (14:04):
And now I want to try to make it myself
too when I go to the store.
Speaker 12 (14:07):
Yeah you should.
Speaker 11 (14:08):
You guys should try it today.
Speaker 12 (14:09):
What kind of peanuts do you buy? Just like any
peanuts at the gas station.
Speaker 4 (14:12):
Just playing salted peanuts.
Speaker 11 (14:13):
Okay, fair enough, we're gonna try it.
Speaker 5 (14:15):
Thank you so much for showering with us. Had a great.
Speaker 9 (14:18):
Day you guys as well.
Speaker 4 (14:19):
Thanks so much.
Speaker 5 (14:21):
Elean and Antioch. Tell us your happy moment from childhood.
Speaker 9 (14:25):
My happy moment was with my dad. When I say
this to some of my friends that are like what,
she would take us like a round one in the
morning to Walmart because it was really and see there
was no line. You could just shop so much easier,
and we would kind of like play around the pictures
and stuff with a so like you were similar with
(14:47):
It's so.
Speaker 7 (14:47):
Similar to Rickie's memories from home Depot.
Speaker 5 (14:49):
Yeah yeah, yeah.
Speaker 9 (14:52):
Well this Walmarts so we were like onder the clothes
and so it was fun to us. We even made
a friend there. She was all Dominican like from them
the public. So we will even go looking.
Speaker 10 (15:04):
For her rasper.
Speaker 9 (15:06):
Yeah, and then even after years, I will always go
back to that curtain Walmart, thinking is she's still here working.
Speaker 11 (15:13):
That's so cute.
Speaker 5 (15:15):
See.
Speaker 2 (15:15):
I love these memories. They become just ingrained in us.
They don't have to be like these big, over the
top things. Just going to Walmart at one in the morning.
Speaker 9 (15:23):
Yeah, And I'm like, man, I wish it were open late.
Speaker 3 (15:25):
I love that so much, And I love that it
is so similar to mine. It kind of like feels
like it feels like we're connected in a way.
Speaker 9 (15:32):
I guess when I heard yours, I'm like, oh my gosh,
but not used to take.
Speaker 1 (15:37):
I love it.
Speaker 5 (15:38):
Thank you so much for sharing that with us.
Speaker 9 (15:40):
Of course, I love hearing you guys every day day.
Thank you too.
Speaker 3 (15:47):
I love see it's so sweet it is and it
really is nice, just like the simplicity of all of it,
you know, like it really wasn't anything crazy.
Speaker 2 (15:55):
I didn't share the first one that came to mind
for me. On Sundays, when we finished our paper route,
my dad would drive us. Is so unsafe and we
don't recommend it, but one of us, my brother or
I would get in the trunk of the car and
we would drive to the donut place.
Speaker 11 (16:09):
That sounds so fun to me. Honestly it was.
Speaker 7 (16:12):
It's insane, but it was so fun. I will playing
the game of the day.
Speaker 1 (16:16):
Next Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
On playing Kevin Meno's Game of the Day on one
O seven five the River. It's called March Dadness for
tickets to see Freely Fast Abridge Soon Arena, which is
happening April Eighth's got t pain, the Killers, Dominic fight.
Speaker 5 (16:32):
A bunch of people are gonna be there, Jen.
Speaker 7 (16:33):
And Murphy's Borough might be one of the people there.
How are you, Jen, I'm good? Great.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
This is a quiz about TV dads. Do you feel
ready for that? Do you watch a lot of TV?
Speaker 1 (16:43):
Yeah?
Speaker 8 (16:44):
And my son Oliver's here too, so.
Speaker 7 (16:45):
He yeah, hopefully he helps. Here we go.
Speaker 2 (16:48):
You gotta get two out of three of them right
to get the tickets to Freely Fast. Jen, your game,
you and Oliver, your game starts right now? What sitcom
dad has children named Hayley, Alex and Luke.
Speaker 7 (17:02):
Who is that?
Speaker 2 (17:07):
The game has been kind of easy this week, and
I gotta be honest, it's getting a little harder.
Speaker 8 (17:11):
To you, Haley, I have no idea.
Speaker 5 (17:18):
Yeah, it's hard. I don't know it either.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
Regular Dad, he's a cool dad. He's a goofy Dad,
I'll tell you that much. It's Phil Dunphy for Modern Family.
Speaker 3 (17:26):
Nobody got that, Jenna, I'm mad at us for that one.
Speaker 5 (17:32):
We should have known that.
Speaker 2 (17:36):
Gotta get this one to stay alive. Here, name the
animated pro Paine salesman. That is the father of a
boy named Bobby.
Speaker 7 (17:43):
Who is that.
Speaker 1 (17:48):
It is?
Speaker 2 (17:49):
To get a Hell, you're on the right track, hey.
Speaker 7 (17:59):
You gotta get to win. You're still alive.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
Here an architect with three children married a woman with
three children on what TV show?
Speaker 7 (18:12):
All right, you know his name? You won the tickets,
but you know his name?
Speaker 11 (18:17):
Mike, Yeah, Mike Brady.
Speaker 7 (18:18):
Well done, good job.
Speaker 5 (18:20):
Congratulations, you're gonna go to freely Best. Thank you, You're
so welcome. I was very worried for a second.
Speaker 7 (18:27):
There, Jen, I mean, did I Oliver help you at all?
Or is this all you?
Speaker 6 (18:31):
He just stared at me.
Speaker 5 (18:34):
He was there for moral support.
Speaker 2 (18:38):
Congratulations, you're going to see the killers in t pain
and a whole bunch more next month.
Speaker 7 (18:41):
Way to go, Jen, Hang on the line.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
Love, Wow, nobody's Phil Dumphie stump stumped everybody.
Speaker 11 (18:48):
Huh that was tough.
Speaker 3 (18:49):
A is going to be really upset with me that
I didn't get that one must actually say that he
is Phil Dumphy A lot.
Speaker 2 (18:56):
I could see that absolutely three things you need to know,
all right, all right, a bit past eight o'clock on
this Thursday morning. Thank you for starting with us. Ricky's
got those three things. Sponsored by Mark's Bin Real Estate.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
We have Bridgerton details for next season and I'm so excited.
Speaker 5 (19:10):
So production is currently.
Speaker 3 (19:12):
Underway for the fifth season of Bridgerton, which we just
got a teaser for the stars for the next season.
Because each one is a different child that they focus on.
The stars for the next season are going to be
Francesca Sterling formerly Bridgerton and her love interest, Mikayla Sterling.
Speaker 5 (19:29):
So spoiler's coming.
Speaker 3 (19:30):
If you haven't watched the last season, I'm gonna give
you three seconds right now to switch to a different
station because I don't want to ruin this for you.
Speaker 7 (19:37):
But then I'm back.
Speaker 3 (19:38):
In the third and the third season, Francesca married John Sterling,
the Earl of Kilmartin, but he died suddenly in the
last season. So Mikayla Sterling is actually uh, oh my gosh,
there's a whole thing here, but it's her late husband's
cousin gonna be wild. This is also a gender swap situation,
(19:59):
so it's already a different from the books.
Speaker 5 (20:01):
But I am very, very pumped for this.
Speaker 3 (20:03):
Obviously, as more details come out on when we can
expect it, I.
Speaker 5 (20:06):
Will let you know.
Speaker 3 (20:07):
Pilgridge Festival is going to be back, but not this year.
The hiatus is going to happen this year. It shocked
a lot of people because no reason was actually given
as to why they're going on hiatus.
Speaker 5 (20:18):
They've had the festival.
Speaker 3 (20:19):
Every year since twenty fifteen, with the exception of twenty
twenty when the COVID pandemic happened.
Speaker 5 (20:24):
Though we're not going to get a festival this year.
Speaker 3 (20:26):
Organizers are already promoting the twenty twenty seven event on
their website and their official social media channels. So we're
just gonna have to wait a little bit longer for Pilgrimage, unfortunately,
but we need to make sure that twenty twenty seven
we're ready to support.
Speaker 5 (20:40):
We're ready to go out. I know it's going to
be a great lineup like it always.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
Is, and you know, we're hoping for the best. It's
hard for festivals right now. Festivals are really really struggling,
and United Airlines they have launched, or they are in
the middle of launching, the new United relax row is
what it's called. So United air Lines has announced this
is a comfy new way for you to fly its
new seating that is going to actually go into effect
(21:06):
next year, but it allows passengers on long haul flights
to buy a set of United Economy seats that transform into.
Speaker 5 (21:14):
A lounge after takeoff.
Speaker 3 (21:16):
So the new seating comes with individually adjustable leg grass
that fold up at ninety degrees, a custom fitted mattress pad,
especially size blankets, extra pillows, a stuffed plushy for kids.
Speaker 5 (21:29):
Details on how to book this.
Speaker 3 (21:30):
Are going to be explained later during the actual launching
of the seating, and also pricing, because we don't know
how much this is gonna cost.
Speaker 7 (21:38):
It is expensive, it.
Speaker 3 (21:39):
Does sound expensive, and just our regular flight right now
is insane, so who knows what it'll be, but it'll
be another option if you can afford it.
Speaker 5 (21:48):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 6 (21:51):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the river, Niley.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
On the river will see her tonight on the iHeartRadio
music Awards can watch on Fox. We are talking in
here this morning about unconventional reasons for calling out or
taking the day off. Because Ricky's fiance AJ was considering
taking the day off so you could watch baseball.
Speaker 5 (22:12):
The opening day of Baseball or Mets for the Mets.
The man loves the Mets, I think. I think if
he loves anything more than me, it's the freaking Mets.
Speaker 12 (22:20):
That's actually insane, though, Like, hey, let me take the
day off and watch a team that I have nothing
to do with.
Speaker 11 (22:25):
You can't control how well they do.
Speaker 5 (22:27):
It's just like the vibe.
Speaker 3 (22:29):
It's the nostalgia of all of it, getting connection.
Speaker 11 (22:32):
To the sport.
Speaker 12 (22:33):
I'm not mad about it, because sometimes you just have
to find things that bring you joy.
Speaker 11 (22:36):
Yes, and it brings him joy, go for it.
Speaker 5 (22:39):
It's also a little silly, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (22:41):
I know that I took a day off years ago
that just popped in my mind. My brother and I
used to do a radio show at night, and one
night I took off because I was going to see
The Dark Night when it opened, So I went to
see a movie.
Speaker 7 (22:51):
I took a day off.
Speaker 5 (22:52):
I wanted to see a movie. Okay, see that's silly.
Speaker 7 (22:54):
Yeah, exactly the same thing that's.
Speaker 5 (22:55):
Very on par for Kevin though, makes him happy movies.
I took off.
Speaker 3 (23:01):
I took off work one day for a free pancake
day at I Hop.
Speaker 11 (23:04):
Is this the first time that I'm hearing about this?
Speaker 5 (23:07):
Not this job?
Speaker 3 (23:08):
Okay, this was about to say this was years ago
when I could actually eat gluten.
Speaker 5 (23:12):
But I took the day off of work because I
was like, I just want to wake up and go
get some recakes. I don't want to go to work.
I'm not mad at that all for free pancake day
at I Hop. Yeah, day zero regrets.
Speaker 2 (23:24):
Six one five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
You probably were sick after eating all this pancakes, so
it wasn't even a lie.
Speaker 11 (23:30):
Yeah, I actually knew that I was.
Speaker 5 (23:32):
Yeah, gluten tollright, preemptive sick day.
Speaker 1 (23:34):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (23:35):
If you've ever called in for an unconventional reason, we
want to hear at six one five, seven, three seven nine.
Speaker 6 (23:40):
Seven Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on the River.
Speaker 5 (23:45):
Erica in Nashville, Welcome to one oh seven five the river.
Tell us the silly reason you called out a work?
Speaker 8 (23:51):
So I think everybody else called it silly, but.
Speaker 6 (23:54):
I did not.
Speaker 8 (23:55):
But it was when the Predators were in the playoffs
with the Penguins, and it was I wanted the game
six and twenty seventeen. My birthday was on June eleventh.
My birthday is Change twelve, and I actually called off
of work on the twelfth because we lost, and it
was the first game we lost in the playoffs. So yeah,
I actually did not call for my birthday costs because
the Credators lost.
Speaker 12 (24:15):
Oh I don't think that's silly. You were grieving. That
is a true sick day.
Speaker 8 (24:20):
I was grieving, Yeah, forget that. And my boss thought
it was because it was my birthday and I was
wanting to take off for my birthday, and I was like, nope.
Speaker 3 (24:28):
I'm just thinking about how unfortunate it was that it
was your birthday and that they was Oh.
Speaker 8 (24:34):
Brol, let me tell you. I was like so excited
and ready to celebrate.
Speaker 3 (24:38):
Unfortunately, we respected, though, Erica, We respect to the grieving process.
Speaker 7 (24:43):
Erica, thank you for calling.
Speaker 1 (24:45):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
By the way, speaking of the Preds, it's Friday night
tonight and our boy Zach is going to be riding
that Zamboni.
Speaker 11 (24:50):
I will be.
Speaker 12 (24:50):
I'm hosting the plaza that starts at five o'clock and
then riding the zamboni during the first intermission.
Speaker 11 (24:55):
I'm so excited for it to night. I'd like to
have the perfect shirt that says I went to the
boy equip and they didn't even kiss.
Speaker 5 (25:03):
I love it.
Speaker 11 (25:03):
I'm ready.
Speaker 7 (25:04):
If you're there tonight, look for Zach Hope.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
In Cool Springs. Tell us the silly reason you took
off of work.
Speaker 10 (25:10):
I tip out. It worked because I wanted to decorate
my house and bake a cake because I had a
company come in for Charstmas. I love it, and I
worked and I was stressed out because I worked at
a department still work, and I didn't have time to
do it. So I called out. I called out two
days in a row to finish.
Speaker 7 (25:27):
Good for you, good for me.
Speaker 11 (25:29):
Honestly, you have to do what you have to do.
But I have to know what kind of cake did
you make?
Speaker 1 (25:33):
A case? Oh?
Speaker 7 (25:36):
Worth it?
Speaker 10 (25:36):
It was worth it.
Speaker 7 (25:37):
That's mental health, man.
Speaker 2 (25:38):
I mean, if you're stressing about these things, you know
you gotta you gotta prioritize you.
Speaker 10 (25:42):
Absolutely with the mental health day.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
Ricky is Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 7 (25:48):
On the follow up Daily.
Speaker 2 (25:51):
Double Tap time, it's one oh seven five the River.
Every day about this time, we play some audio from
a video and what was that, like a week and
a half ago, maybe we had some uh somebody talking
about the Lion King and what certain lyrics meant.
Speaker 3 (26:02):
It went viral of the Lion King, the song and
what it meant, and the fact that it meant like.
Speaker 5 (26:08):
Oh look a lie lion.
Speaker 7 (26:11):
Yeah, oh no, a lion.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
That's essentially what he was saying those lyrics meant. And
so this is a follow up to that. Here we
go today's Daily Double.
Speaker 14 (26:19):
Tap, officially getting sued for telling a joke. Look there's
a lion.
Speaker 13 (26:26):
Oh my god, jo And that's why I'm getting sued
for twenty seven million dollars. And to make matters worse,
I got served the lawsuit while I was performing on stage.
Speaker 11 (26:44):
Listen.
Speaker 14 (26:45):
I now have a glutinology anxiety. I got served im
an right now, I'm looking for the lawyer.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
Man.
Speaker 14 (26:52):
I need a very good lawyer. If you know anybody
out here that is willing to help me, please please
reach out to me. I can't believe I'm getting sued
for telling a joke. What kind of stupid world do
we live in? This world is stupid?
Speaker 5 (27:09):
Honestly, that is insane.
Speaker 3 (27:11):
Lion King apparently is not messing around, and they do
not like anything that he had to say.
Speaker 5 (27:17):
We discussed this a little bit of.
Speaker 3 (27:19):
The sense that like everyone's taking it very literal, but
there's a lot of undertone song as well, so like
the direct translation isn't necessarily going to be the easiest
and most well understood.
Speaker 11 (27:30):
I'm also like.
Speaker 12 (27:31):
Very intrigued on where they come up with the number
of twenty seven million.
Speaker 7 (27:34):
It's a lot of money.
Speaker 11 (27:35):
That's a lot of money.
Speaker 12 (27:37):
You think it like disparates the Lion King brand enough
that it's worth twenty seven million dollars.
Speaker 11 (27:42):
That is insane to me.
Speaker 2 (27:44):
No, No, Now, this guy is looking for a lawyer.
You guys know what I'm gonna say.
Speaker 11 (27:48):
What Kevin call the dog.
Speaker 7 (27:51):
Biggest small.
Speaker 5 (27:54):
Dog law That was really good.
Speaker 3 (27:56):
Kevi it a lot, and yeah, we do hear it
a lot in this But yeah, that's the update on that.
Speaker 5 (28:01):
Hopefully that I'll get settled and gets figured out.
Speaker 3 (28:04):
I'm sure it will, because that just seems absolutely that's crazy.
Speaker 7 (28:08):
It is nuts.
Speaker 6 (28:10):
Ricky Zach and Menno in the morning on one oh
seven five the river
