Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Good morning, everybody, Welcome to a brand new week. Thank
you for being here starting yours with us. We appreciate that.

Speaker 3 (00:08):
Let's go.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
Ricky has got those three things. Presented by Mark Spain
Real Estate.

Speaker 4 (00:13):
It looks like actor Jacob Alordi and Kendall Jenner are
getting pretty cozy. Photos are making the rounds online of
the two of them in Hawaii, and this is not
the first time that they've been spotted out together. Rumors
started when they were seen at Coachella together last month.
Sources told people that in April they've quote been hanging
out and getting to know each other the last couple

(00:35):
of months. These pictures don't necessarily look like they're you know,
like when I say getting cozy, they're not kissing in
the pictures or anything like that. But they're spending a
lot of time together doing a lot of different things,
and as it looks like these last round of pictures
traveling together.

Speaker 5 (00:51):
Even so, I will keep you posting on that they
look like a very cute couple. Though.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
Cmafes is around the corner, and we Go Transit we'll
be running a event train for it. We Go is
gonna have a train running from Lebanon to Downtown's Riverfront
station ahead of the nightly performances at Nissan Stadium on Saturday,
June sixth.

Speaker 5 (01:11):
It's gonna make a few stops along the way.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
Including men Juliet, Hermitage and Donelson. Round trip tickets cost
seventeen dollars, which is nice. Honestly, not a bad way
to get around. Makes things really easy for you, especially
because it is hectic down here during cmafs you don't
really want to drive or anything. And Netflix and the
Westminster Kennel Club have come to a new agreement. Starting

(01:35):
next year, you can stream the Westminster Kennel Club.

Speaker 5 (01:37):
Show on Netflix. I love this. I love dog shows
like this.

Speaker 4 (01:44):
It is fascinating to watch them and the way that
they kind of like judge what makes them the best
dog in these shows, but like watching them is just fascinating.

Speaker 5 (01:55):
So it's kind of wild.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
But the Westminster Kennel Club Show is the longest continuously
held sporting events.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
Whoa uh huh, A little.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
Fun fact for you right there, Big deal Sanchez And
those are the three things.

Speaker 5 (02:09):
You need to know.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
It is such a dense subculture. People take it so seriously.
It's been around that long that I get it. Thank you, Ricky,
appreciate that we're getting back into the music with Olivia
Dean and we are starting this brand new.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
Week with a brand new ticket.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
For the first caller of the day, we have Shaboozi tickets.
It's another big one on the way within fifteen minutes.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
Last get to call the windows.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
On the risk. Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
It's the river. There's pink panthersts with Zara Larson. Good
morning friends, Good morning, specifically to Sabrina in Nashville.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Right now she is on the line. How you doing, Sabrina.
I am wonderful good.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
I think we're all good over here. We had busy weekends.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
How about you?

Speaker 5 (02:50):
Very busy?

Speaker 3 (02:51):
Oh graduation weekend with oh graduated? What did they graduate for?

Speaker 5 (03:01):
Congrats to that. That's awesome. I keep forgetting that it's
graduation season. This is a big time of year.

Speaker 6 (03:07):
Oh yeah it is.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
Do you have a lot of that coming up right now?
Or is this like the only grad and the fam
this time?

Speaker 4 (03:14):
We still got about three years before we have another one.

Speaker 5 (03:16):
So okay, a nice little break.

Speaker 4 (03:18):
That's nice, relaxed because one my one complaint about graduations
and maybe they do it a little differently now is
sitting there and waiting for every single person to get the.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
Actually insane.

Speaker 5 (03:31):
It takes so long.

Speaker 7 (03:34):
Especially if you is likewards the end of the alphabet.
You're like, oh my god, we have to wait through
all of these people.

Speaker 3 (03:39):
Yeah, yeah, oh.

Speaker 5 (03:41):
Yeah, it was crazy.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
I mean the one I went to, they were getting.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
Them out the door, was like back to.

Speaker 5 (03:45):
Back name Okay.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
The next one said it was.

Speaker 5 (03:48):
Like they had like two hundred plus kids.

Speaker 4 (03:50):
So I call that efficient, Sabrina, and I love that.
Got the memo like you want everybody to have their
moment on stage, you know, and everybody gets to have
that big like, oh my god, I graduated, but oh
my god, when it's.

Speaker 5 (04:03):
Three hours, get me out of here.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
I think I fell asleep at both my high school
and college graduation.

Speaker 5 (04:10):
Surprised at all zero, Serena.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
We're happy that.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
You had a nice effiicion graduation over the weekend that
you attended. And now your luck continues because you're the
first caller of the day on one of seven five
the River. You're getting tickets to see Shaboozy.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Yay, it's gonna be great.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
The show's happening in September to send Down Phitheater.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
You'll be there. Thank you for starting your day with us.
It's gonna be a good one. You have a great day.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Hey on the line, okay, love thank Kevin really liked
that sweetheart line right there.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
You got so excited, Lovely, We've got more of these tickets.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Tomorrow, Shaboozy Ricky is Zach and Manno in the Morning.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
I just got back from a very quick trip over
the weekend. Went to New York City for a concert.
It was a great time. But when I went and came,
I realized that I do something whenever I visit somewhere,
and I want to see if I'm the only one
that does it.

Speaker 8 (05:05):
I feel certain that you are.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
I don't think I am.

Speaker 4 (05:08):
I think this is like a collective thing that everybody does.

Speaker 8 (05:11):
But let's find out.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Okay, cool, right after Bieber here, Ricky's gonna tell us
what she does. And then also, I want to hear
more about that concert because it was a big one
that I know you were looking forward to.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
So we'll get into it next.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
Down the River Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
On the River Ricky, Zach.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
And Mano in the morning on the river. We're happy
to be here with you on this Monday morning. We
had busy weekends. We were all over the place. Ricky
was on the East Coast. First, you want to tell
us why you guys went, because I know you have
been looking forward to this for a while.

Speaker 5 (05:40):
We went to New York City.

Speaker 4 (05:41):
AJ and I'm my fiance and I went to New
York City this weekend to see Bruce Springsteen at Madison
Square Garden.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
Awesome for like months.

Speaker 5 (05:49):
Yes, it was phenomenal.

Speaker 4 (05:51):
We bought cheap tickets that we like, whatever we could
find because they were selling out so fast.

Speaker 5 (05:55):
We're so happy that we actually went to go do it.

Speaker 4 (05:57):
Age is a huge Bruce Springsteen fan, and it's kind
of have now melded into like me as.

Speaker 5 (06:02):
Well being fan.

Speaker 6 (06:04):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
But it was cool to actually see him for my
first time ever. He's seen him multiple times, so it
was cool for me to see him and for him
to see me watch him for the first time, and
also for me to watch him watch somebody who loved.

Speaker 5 (06:15):
So much for the first time.

Speaker 3 (06:17):
The entire time, Oh.

Speaker 4 (06:18):
He was he was on cloud ninety entire day Saturday
and then Sunday most of the day until he got
really tired and that hit him.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
That's fair.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
And I just want to say real quick, and in
case anybody doesn't know this, Ricky and Age are both
from New Jersey, so it's in their blood to be big.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
You support Bruce Ring see when you're from New Jersey.
I have to just the way that is. But one
of the things that I realized with traveling and I
wanted to know if this is something that like everybody does,
and I feel like everyone does. I tend to romanticize
the places that I visit so quickly and like immediately go, oh,
we could live in this neighborhood. We could do this

(06:57):
every day, we could move.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
Here to every single time.

Speaker 5 (07:01):
I do it.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
Everywhere I visit, and it's kind of like partially mentally
ill of me. I like have this old moment and
AJ does it with me, so he doesn't help.

Speaker 5 (07:11):
I feel like it feels that fire is there.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
I've looked it up because my wife does it whenever
we have vacation anywhere.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
She's on Zillow looking at prom me too. I'm immediately like.

Speaker 5 (07:21):
Other people do this, everybody does this?

Speaker 7 (07:23):
Then Yeah, I think it's honestly, just like because you're
in a state of relaxation because you know that you don't
have work, you don't have specific plans, you don't have
to go home and do chores, like you go back
to the hotel, that everything is taken care of. Like
you're in a state of relaxation. So you're like, oh,
I could live this life every single day.

Speaker 4 (07:39):
That makes sense for me because I lived in New
York City when I went to college, so I know
what it's like to live in New York City. But
this entire weekend, over the weekend, I'm like, we can
move here. We could totally live here. We could do this.
We could do flee markets every day and walk the
high Line and get like whatever we want to eat
for food.

Speaker 5 (07:57):
And walk around.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
None of that would actually happen if I live New
York City, right, I'd be working all the time. I
would have a million other things happening. My family would
be so close by that I'd see them constantly.

Speaker 7 (08:07):
We have a million plans with different friends instead of
just being able to actually walk around and enjoy right, the.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
Reality of real life.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
I looked it up again, and I don't think This
is a very technical term, but it says I could
live here syndrome.

Speaker 3 (08:19):
That's what you have.

Speaker 6 (08:20):
I have.

Speaker 4 (08:20):
I could live here syndrome. But one percent I think
you do. It's something that I've really just realized over
this weekend that I do and I'm like, oh my god,
I do this every time.

Speaker 8 (08:29):
I go, oh my god, you're going to Puerto Rico
in like a month.

Speaker 1 (08:36):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
A bit past seven o'clock here on this Monday morning,
we appreciate you starting your week with us. Ricky's got
those three things? Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
An online streamer known for racist content has been charged
with attempted murder after taking part in a shooting outside
the Montgomery Courthouse. A veteran is in the hospital after
he was shot outside of the Montgomery County Courthouse last week.
He was shot in the stomach shoulder after an argument
ensued between him and the online streamer slash Shooter. There

(09:05):
is a GoFundMe in place to help with his medical
bills right now, obviously not expected, and as a veteran,
he is struggling.

Speaker 5 (09:14):
To pay for those bills.

Speaker 4 (09:15):
The shooter is facing charges including attempted murder and aggravated assault.
His bond was set at one point two to five million,
and this is the second time that the same online
streamer has made headlines here in Tennessee in the past
week or two. He was also arrested in Nashville after
he allegedly ordered nearly four hundred dollars worth of food
at Bob's Steak and Chop and refuse to pay the tab.

(09:38):
So now he is sitting in jail. His bond has
not been paid as far as I know as of
right now. I will keep you updated on how that
goes now. Horan says that he's not going to Harry
Styles and Zoe Kravitz's wedding apparently, but here this is
going to be for your take as well, because I'm
not sure that that's one hundred percent what happened here.
It's been a few months since rumors started flying that

(09:59):
Harry and Zoe are actually engaged.

Speaker 5 (10:01):
None of that is percent been confirmed by either of them.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
Nothing has been formally announced by either of them, but
obviously everybody is like, this is happening.

Speaker 5 (10:10):
We're so excited for them.

Speaker 4 (10:11):
And recently Nile, who was in the boy band one
direction with Harry was asked during an interview if he
had any weddings coming up, and the way that the
interviewers were asking seemed like they were leading into like
what kind of weddings do you have? Like kind of
trying to get him to say something about Harry.

Speaker 5 (10:30):
But a lot.

Speaker 4 (10:31):
Of his fans also noted that they could have been
asking about Taylor Swift's upcoming wedding.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
Or or mine, yeah or am mine. We'll never know
which nile.

Speaker 4 (10:41):
You are more than welcome to come to if you
want to, so we don't know which wedding they were
actually trying to imply because they did not want one
hundred percent say. But headlines are now going crazy saying
that he wasn't invited to Harry Style's wedding.

Speaker 5 (10:58):
No word on if that's true or not, No word on.

Speaker 4 (11:00):
If the wedding's even happening, but that's what people are
talking about right now. And AMC theaters have announced new
menu items.

Speaker 5 (11:08):
They have announced this via their social media and people
went nuts over this. Zach, You're gonna be very excited
about one. I'm very excited about the one.

Speaker 4 (11:16):
These new items include a hot Honey sausage pizza deal,
Pickle pretzels offered in bite sized or full sized pretzels,
popcorn chicken, and street corn poppers. They're all currently being
rolled out across the country so you can expect them
at your local AMC this summer.

Speaker 5 (11:32):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.

Speaker 3 (11:34):
Thank you so much, Ricky.

Speaker 2 (11:36):
We're gonna play Bruno Mars here and then learn on
this Monday morning, Zach's fax expanding our brains. We are
lifelong learners. He's got one for us next down the river.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
Class is in Sessions.

Speaker 6 (11:50):
Sachs Facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate
on one ver.

Speaker 7 (11:54):
So, Ricky just went to a Bruce Springsteen concert over
the weekend, so I decided to have a fact about him.

Speaker 5 (11:59):
Oh I love this.

Speaker 7 (12:00):
Did you know that he has a minor planet named
after him?

Speaker 1 (12:03):
What?

Speaker 7 (12:04):
Apparently there is an astronomer ian that lives in New
Zealand that was listening to Bruce Springsteen while he made
the discovery of this minor planet on July fifth, two
thousand and one. So it is a minor planet called
Springstein two three nine nine zero wo So cool.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
Yeah, I mean all the awards and everything. Sure, that's great,
but that's huge planet.

Speaker 3 (12:26):
Named after me.

Speaker 4 (12:27):
It's so cool.

Speaker 8 (12:28):
And here's the fact of the day.

Speaker 3 (12:30):
Thanks for being a part of our morning.

Speaker 1 (12:31):
Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
Are avoiding conversation because we just don't want the awkwardness
of it.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
And that's me all the time.

Speaker 4 (12:42):
That's one hundred percent Kevin all the time me basically never.
I have no problem having in the conversations. It doesn't
bother me that it might turn into like a disagreement
or something like that, because I'm confident that we.

Speaker 2 (12:54):
Could work through it, you know, a healthy way to
approach it.

Speaker 8 (12:57):
Thank you, Kevin.

Speaker 4 (12:58):
I think that's the first time you've ever said that
I was mentally well. There is, though a conversation that
I am avoiding right now.

Speaker 3 (13:07):
What is it?

Speaker 4 (13:08):
Not because I think it's going to turn into a conflict,
but because it's just going to be awkward because it
has to do with money. Okay, AJ and I are eloping.
Everybody you know, we've talked about it.

Speaker 5 (13:17):
We are eloping and oh my god, a few weeks.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
Yeah, kind of.

Speaker 4 (13:20):
Crazy to think about that, but we want to throw
a big party afterwards. Back in New Jersey later on
this year, and we thought that's gonna be the easy
way out, the cheaper way out. It's all gonna work out. Well,
the party is all anybody really cares about anyways, so
we'll just throw a big party. It's still gonna be
pretty expensive, right, Yeah, And because of that, we're trying
to budget and figure out what we can pay now

(13:43):
when it comes down to that, AJ's parents gave us
some money nice and they were like, we've had this
saved for you, so we're gonna give you a little something.

Speaker 8 (13:50):
To like help you.

Speaker 5 (13:52):
My parents haven't said anything.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
Oh my mom just recently did. My mom just recently did.
She didn't tell me the amount of money, but she said,
you know, like we're gonna help you. And I haven't
had that conversation with my dad yet of like because
it's weird. It's like, am I supposed to ask you
if you're gonna give me money for this wedding?

Speaker 3 (14:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (14:12):
Like I don't even know how to like bring that up.

Speaker 7 (14:14):
Of like, hey, dad, by the way, AJ's pants are
giving us money, what are you up?

Speaker 5 (14:18):
I'm giving us money? Are you going to give us money?

Speaker 2 (14:20):
And I know, weird nothing about any of this is
like traditional. But the old traditional thing with a wedding
is the father of the bride.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
You know.

Speaker 4 (14:30):
And so I haven't brought it up at all. And
I've been avoiding and avoiding and avoiding and avoiding because I.

Speaker 5 (14:37):
Just don't like having conversations about money.

Speaker 3 (14:39):
Let's call your dad in that way.

Speaker 7 (14:41):
Let's call him conversation.

Speaker 4 (14:46):
He's gonna have a panic if I call him in
the middle of like the workday right now, He's gonna
think I'm like on my death better.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
Yeah, well, you.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
Basically are you need money? Call him after you don't
want to interrupt the work because he he needs the money.
So actually going to pick up a second shift today.
We'll get double and then we'll follow when he's off.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the River, it's.

Speaker 4 (15:10):
Kevin Mando's Game of the Day on one O seven
five the River. We're playing topical trivia for tickets to
see Post Malone at Nissan Stadium on June thirtieth.

Speaker 2 (15:18):
Ashley and Dixon is on the line right now. Good morning, Ashley.
How are you feeling after this weekend? You feel alive,
awake and alert.

Speaker 5 (15:28):
I am exhausted.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
I had my oldest daughter graduate high school this weekend,
so we have been partying and celebrating all weekend.

Speaker 5 (15:36):
Congrad Thank you.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
That's so cool. What's her name? Give her a quick
shout out. Her name is Shilah, class of twenty twenty six,
future Austin p Governor.

Speaker 1 (15:47):
That Shilah.

Speaker 5 (15:49):
I love that you have the whole set.

Speaker 3 (15:51):
I love that.

Speaker 1 (15:52):
Oh yeah, oh yes, I'm very proud.

Speaker 2 (15:54):
Well, now it's your moment, Ashley. Forget about her, this
is all about you. Post Malone tickets on the line
right now.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
You need to get two out of three of these questions.
Right Are you ready?

Speaker 5 (16:03):
I am ready, Okay.

Speaker 3 (16:05):
Let's go.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
Topical trivia is the game and it starts right now.

Speaker 3 (16:10):
Ashley.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
Will Ferrell and Paul McCartney appeared in the season finale
of What TV Show Over the weekend?

Speaker 1 (16:17):
Oh it.

Speaker 2 (16:25):
Maybe think about Will Ferrell and where he got to start?

Speaker 5 (16:28):
Saturday night last it.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
Was question two, no hints here, name one of the
four teams still playing in the NBA Playoffs.

Speaker 5 (16:49):
I'm a hockey girl.

Speaker 9 (16:50):
I'm gonna take a wild guess and say.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
The Knicks.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
The Knicks are still playing.

Speaker 4 (17:00):
Yeah, yeah, congrats, I'm so happy.

Speaker 5 (17:06):
I'm so happy. We're happy for you.

Speaker 4 (17:10):
You're gonna have so much fun at this concert you
see Post Malone at Nissan Stadium on June thirtieth.

Speaker 1 (17:15):
Thanks y'all so so much with.

Speaker 5 (17:18):
Here, so much.

Speaker 2 (17:19):
That's awesome. You said you were exhausted. I didn't have
high hopes, but you won in two Well done.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
We're gonna put you on you never never, never count
me out.

Speaker 5 (17:27):
I love that confidence.

Speaker 3 (17:29):
Yes, ma'am, we're gonna put you on hold to get
all your info. But thanks for starting your day with us.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
Thank you. Three days you need to know.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Good morning, just after eight o'clock.

Speaker 3 (17:38):
You're thank you for starting your Monday with us.

Speaker 2 (17:40):
Ricky's got those three things presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
What's Happening in Ricky?

Speaker 4 (17:44):
Podcaster Alex Cooper is pregnant. The Call Her Daddy host
posted a carousel of baby bump pictures on her Instagram,
and in her caption, she wrote, quote our family. Alex
and her husband got together in twenty twenty. They got
married in twenty twenty four. She's also had her a
few weeks. She's been feuding with Alex Earl, who is

(18:05):
a podcaster who is once part of her podcast network,
The Tube and going at it with each other, so
lots of like negativity.

Speaker 5 (18:11):
This seems to be a positive.

Speaker 4 (18:13):
Switch for her in the announcements, so congrats to her
and her husband. Blood donors in Nashville have the opportunity
to get free.

Speaker 5 (18:21):
Blood work done. This is a huge deal because blood
work can be.

Speaker 4 (18:25):
Quite expensive, so Blood Assurances partnered with Good Labs to
offer free comprehensive lab work to blood donors here in Nashville.
Donors can choose from panels testing hormones, heart health, inflammation,
other general health markers. These tests typically can cost between
two hundred and five hundred dollars out of pocket, So
if you don't have the money for that and you
want to get something tested, you just donate blood and

(18:46):
then you can get tested. You can access to testing
every six months at certain Blood Assurance locations and as
of right now, the program has no end date, but
that doesn't mean to wait, go do it now. And
Fresca they have a new life of alcoholic drinks. They're
launching Fresca Hard so it's a new malt beverage. It's
going to hit shelves this summer. They have four flavors,

(19:08):
grapefruit citrus, pineapple citrus, peach citrus, and watermelon citrus.

Speaker 5 (19:13):
They're really going in on the citrus vibes, so.

Speaker 4 (19:16):
It's gonna have a citrus flavor obviously, while adding some
booze to it. They debuted their Fresca mixed Vodkas sprits
earlier and people loved it so much that they decided
to add more boozy drinks to their lineup. I'm Ricky
Sanchez and those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 3 (19:32):
I guess I'll try it.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
That's a very crowded space those yes, whatever you want
to call them.

Speaker 4 (19:38):
I like that they switched up the vibes for the
flavors though, you know, like a watermelon citrus.

Speaker 5 (19:44):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (19:44):
Another one that has that, like another brand.

Speaker 5 (19:47):
I'll try it.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
Thanks for being a part of our morning.

Speaker 1 (19:50):
Ricky, Zach and Minno in the Morning the Ver.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
I have very vivid memories of being kindergartener, sitting in
we had a green carpet in our class. Show and
tell was always my favorite part of the week. I
think we brought something in like once a week to
do show and tell, and we're going to do that here.

Speaker 4 (20:06):
This morning, it's our very own show and Tell, So
we're going to explain to you, obviously with very vivid detail,
what these things are that each of us have brought
from our homes into the studio to show.

Speaker 5 (20:18):
Off to you.

Speaker 8 (20:18):
I think I brought the best one.

Speaker 4 (20:20):
Zach has a massive monstrosity of a thing next to me.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
That he brought from Zach's is huge. Mine can fit
in the palm of my hand. I'll say that same.

Speaker 5 (20:29):
Okay, it's very very tiny.

Speaker 2 (20:31):
We've got small things right after State Side here. That's
the name of the song Pink Panthers and Zar Larson
Show and Tell time next down the River.

Speaker 1 (20:39):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on.

Speaker 5 (20:44):
Seven five the River.

Speaker 4 (20:45):
Welcome to Ricky, Zach and Mano in the mornings Show
and Tell.

Speaker 5 (20:49):
We love nostalgia.

Speaker 4 (20:51):
We love thinking back to those days that just made
us really happy and excited. One of those things that
really used to make us happy.

Speaker 5 (20:56):
And excited was Show and Tell at school.

Speaker 4 (20:58):
So each of us has brought something in and we're
going to vividly explain to you what the things are
that we brought in for our show Intell.

Speaker 7 (21:05):
I'm kind of nervous about both of yours because you
said that they're so small and yours is massive.

Speaker 4 (21:10):
It's next to my head right now. It has a
whole presentation. So you're gonna go last, Zach. Okay, but Kevin,
go ahead and tell us what you brought in for
show and tell I.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
Just got mine over the weekend, you guys. I mean
it's great. I earned it. On Saturday. I ran my
second half marathon his medal.

Speaker 4 (21:32):
You are that marathon runner that's got to show off
his medal.

Speaker 2 (21:35):
Yeah, I'm proud of myself. You know, this is something
I discovered. I'm forty two years old. I ran my
first one earlier this year, and I'm very proud of
the fact that I did it again.

Speaker 3 (21:44):
I beat my time.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
I did it in an hour fifty one, which is
an average pace of eight and a half minute miles.
So I think that's a good time for somebody that
kind of came to this later life.

Speaker 3 (21:54):
And I, uh, yeah, I'm proud of it.

Speaker 5 (21:55):
I'm proud of you, keav We are very proud of you.

Speaker 4 (21:57):
But I do have to make fun of you for
the fact that you decided.

Speaker 7 (22:00):
You're like one of those people that does CrossFit like that.
That's all they talk about.

Speaker 5 (22:03):
Cross Ma marathons. They wear it like all day.

Speaker 4 (22:07):
You see them at the bar wearing their medal, and
you're like, dude, you ran that marathon eight hours ago.

Speaker 3 (22:12):
No, I think that you wear it all week.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
That's and honestly they're probably just trying to get like
free food or free drinks out.

Speaker 7 (22:18):
Of probably probably watching your time the entire time, like
all morning long.

Speaker 5 (22:24):
Support.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
I didn't look at my phone while I was running,
but I had my air pods in and I could hear,
like my SERI was reading me the text that you
guys were we were checking on.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
I appreciated it, but.

Speaker 5 (22:35):
We are very proud of you.

Speaker 3 (22:36):
All right, Ricky, what did you bring in?

Speaker 1 (22:38):
So?

Speaker 4 (22:38):
Mine is even smaller than yours, Kevin, mine is.

Speaker 5 (22:43):
It's an old lighter. It was my grandma's. It's teeny tiny.

Speaker 4 (22:48):
It's a little slim pocket lighter and it has the
Mint Hotel in Las Vegas on the front of it.

Speaker 8 (22:54):
It almost looks like a like a little piece of gold.

Speaker 4 (22:57):
Yeah, like a tiny little square of gold. It doesn't
light anymore. I need to like get it fixed. But
I just recently found out that the Mint in Las
Vegas is like the first place that Hunter S. Thompson's
fear and loathing in Las Vegas is like based off
of like.

Speaker 5 (23:13):
He goes to Mint. I guess doesn't exist anymore.

Speaker 4 (23:17):
But yeah, and I had no idea. It was just
in my grandma's stuff that we went through when she
had passed away. And I love lighters, like I love
old lighters in the way that they like look. So
I took it, and I had no idea what it
actually was.

Speaker 7 (23:30):
I feel like, like, because you love vintagey things, this
is so you.

Speaker 8 (23:36):
This is so cute.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
It's like a very tiny Zippo style lighter, like yeah,
and it has like a like the architecture of the
Mint Hotel on the front of it, like a little stamp.

Speaker 3 (23:48):
It's so cute.

Speaker 4 (23:50):
It's super cute and I love it, and I uh, like,
I said, I need to get it fixed. I need
to find somebody who can make the lighter work again
so I could actually use.

Speaker 5 (23:58):
It's cool, but yeah, that's mine and Zach.

Speaker 7 (24:03):
Well, I had to put it in the trunk of
my car and I drive it as SUV so I'd
fit in the trunk. And I recently discovered red light therapy.
So I bought this massive red light therapy stand.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
That I like put it on over my head.

Speaker 8 (24:17):
Ricky just turned it on. She has the red light therapy.

Speaker 3 (24:19):
On her right now.

Speaker 5 (24:22):
My eyes are close.

Speaker 3 (24:23):
I looked up in all of.

Speaker 7 (24:24):
The benefits are they boost collagen for anti aging, they
reduce inflammation. I thought this would be great for you, Ricky,
because it's great for people with arthritis. Oh and so
it relives joint pain and it also stimulates their hair growth.
So I use it literally every single night, like it
hovers above me in my bed while I'm like going
to sleep.

Speaker 4 (24:43):
Just to give you an idea of how big this
thing actually is. I'm four to eleven, and I think
it it's almost.

Speaker 8 (24:48):
As tall as it's standing up next to her.

Speaker 5 (24:51):
It's the same height as me. It's massive, very bright.

Speaker 8 (24:56):
Yeah, I'm just trying to take care of myself.

Speaker 2 (24:58):
Zach.

Speaker 3 (24:58):
Do you feel like you got it? Like, do you
feel any different? Well?

Speaker 7 (25:02):
I mean I always looked beautiful, but I feel like
I look even more beautiful now.

Speaker 5 (25:05):
Solid point. Okay, solid point agreed?

Speaker 2 (25:07):
Yeah, and Ricky to set it r for like five seconds,
and man, you're glowing as well.

Speaker 8 (25:11):
Look at you got.

Speaker 4 (25:11):
Ready allbody close to the same level of beauty as
that your hairs up.

Speaker 6 (25:16):
Growing have a wicked good summer on five of the river.
He's the next word in our wicked long sentence.

Speaker 4 (25:26):
Okay, make sure you have your pen and paper ready
or your notepad, opening your phone wherever you're keeping all
these words, because your next one's coming at you.

Speaker 7 (25:32):
Your word today is like like like I like it.

Speaker 3 (25:37):
Thank you Zach.

Speaker 2 (25:39):
You get three words a day. We just gave you
one at eight forty. Be here at twelve forty and
four forty two. Get all the words to make this
very long sentence, so your next one is coming at
twelve forty.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
Good luck keep track of every word so when.

Speaker 4 (25:52):
We're about to get into our daily double tap, this
one is for all the Matcha girlies and guys out there,
everybody who likes Macha and everybody who's even just write
it and hated it.

Speaker 2 (26:01):
Yeah. I think it's maybe more for the people that
hated it.

Speaker 4 (26:03):
Yeah, people who love it still get it like I
didn't try Machya for the first time ago.

Speaker 5 (26:08):
Ah. Yes, this is drink alright.

Speaker 3 (26:12):
This is one man's review of Macha.

Speaker 9 (26:15):
Are you trying Machya? For the first time. I feel
like I'm drinking a vanilla football field just like lawn.
This this grass ain't no way, it's not grass. This
grass would show this is a bush.

Speaker 7 (26:26):
It's I mean, I agree, Like the only reason that
I drink is because I know that it's good for you.
For you, like, I never think like, oh my god,
this is so good. I'm just like, Okay, I know
I'm doing something good for my body.

Speaker 4 (26:37):
That's also almost word for word, the same thing I
said to my fiance the first time that I had
Macha Yeah.

Speaker 5 (26:44):
Well, I literally was like, it's grap this is dirt.

Speaker 3 (26:46):
I want dirt.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
I feel like macha alone macha tea is good for you,
but people probably for you going to like a Starbucks
replace like that you're putting so much junk in there
that you're sort of counteracting how good.

Speaker 3 (26:58):
It is for you.

Speaker 8 (26:58):
You're not incorrect.

Speaker 5 (27:00):
Most much of anything doesn't have stuff in it unless
you add it.

Speaker 4 (27:03):
Like they have to ask, like a Macho latte is
just macha and milk?

Speaker 2 (27:07):
Is that true? You're not a bunch of added sugar
and whatnot in there?

Speaker 5 (27:10):
No, No, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (27:12):
I don't order it normally mask.

Speaker 4 (27:14):
I normally ask for a little bit of honey in
mine to sweeten mine up so it doesn't taste like
straight up dirt and grass.

Speaker 2 (27:19):
Interesting, Okay, I always because I actually like like a
macho latte. But I just assumed it was so tasty
because it was not good for you. But this is interesting.

Speaker 4 (27:27):
You also like nothing but vegetables and dirt and twigs.

Speaker 1 (27:30):
That's why Ricky is Zach and Manno. In the morning
on the river,
