Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know right Good morning, Happy
Tuesday friends.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Thank you so much for starting with us.

Speaker 1 (00:06):
Ricky Sanchez is right here with those three things, presented
by Mark Span Real Estate.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
Aqua, the band known for Barbie Girl, has announced their breakup.
You may be more shocked about the fact that they've
been a band this whole time still, but apparently they've
stayed together this entire time, even though their most recent
album that came out was in twenty eleven, which even
that shocked me.

Speaker 4 (00:27):
I had no idea.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
They posted to social media about their decision, which said,
in part quote for us, this feels.

Speaker 4 (00:33):
Like the right moment to say goodbye.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
They are considered the best selling Danish band of all time.

Speaker 4 (00:39):
By the way.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
They also a little fun fact they had like the
most expensive music video of all time as well, which
I had no idea. Obviously, we all just know them
for Barbie Girl, which had a resurgence the Barbie Movie
and everybody was like, oh my god, obviously, who doesn't
love Barbie Girl Brings you back? Ninety seven is when

(01:01):
that song came out, By the way, Crazy. The National
Symphony's Free Community Concert series is making its return next month.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
They're happening on.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Select nights from June third to June thirteenth, with performances
in Nashville, Franklin, Clarksville, Hendersonville, and Lebanon.

Speaker 4 (01:16):
So no matter where you are, there's one for you.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
This year zeros program includes selections from Star Wars, The
Sound of Music, and a bunch more Who doesn't love
the Symphony. If you haven't seen them, this is a
great way to see them, obviously, because it's free. And
if it's free, it's for me. That's what I always say.
So go check them out and see which date is
near you. And as it turns out, guys, touching grass

(01:40):
actually leads to a greater life satisfaction.

Speaker 5 (01:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
New research finds that regularly spending time in nature can
boost both body image and life satisfaction.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
A new study.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
Analyzed responses some more than fifty thousand people between the
ages of eighteen and ninety nine from fifty eight different countries,
and they found that being in the you know, country, forest, bathing,
things like that do improve your well being and they
improve the way that you look at your body as well.
So this is the largest that he ever done in

(02:11):
this like specific area, and it went even deeper to
find that nature is linked with higher self compassion. So
get in nature and actually touch grass.

Speaker 4 (02:23):
Grass. Listen.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
AJ's gonna hear this, So I need you to be
a little quieter.

Speaker 5 (02:30):
Him.

Speaker 4 (02:30):
Ricky Sanchez, And those are the three things you need
to know.

Speaker 1 (02:32):

he would nature boy. He's jealous of a squirrel's lifestyle.
But it's very interesting.

There might be. Tina can tell me. You can be
like everyone else and just google it.

Speaker 1 (03:32):

Speaker 2 (03:35):
Well, let me ask you a question.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Has has chat GPT replaced Google when you know when
people are telling you about their symptoms?

Speaker 5 (03:41):
Uh?

Speaker 6 (03:42):
Not, No one really said that so far, but I'm
sure it's coming.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Guys, don't chat, thank.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
You, Wait for your doctor to see you and have.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
A conversation with your doctor and your nurses, trust them,
or just go to WebMD.

Speaker 6 (04:00):
Yeah web Indy, Well that is probably better than Google.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Yeah, you shouldn't say that at all. Just go to
the doctor.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
We appreciate what you do. We know it's not an
easy job. We know you're waking up early. What time
do you normally set your alarm for?

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Like?

Speaker 4 (04:16):
What time are you opening your eyes every morning?

Speaker 3 (04:19):
Usually? Five?

Speaker 6 (04:21):
Okay, get up at the last minute.

Speaker 5 (04:23):
Yeah I'm not.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
I'm not an early We all had trouble getting out
of bed today, every single one.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Of us in here. Yeah, you guys, get at that.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
What four?

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Yeah, four thirty is when my first alarm goes off,
and that is a rough one.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
She wakes up to it.

Speaker 4 (04:38):
Yeah today, I didn't Tina today, I slept through that arm.
Oh no, But we're here now, and you're.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
Here now, and it's gonna be a great day. And

going to see Shaboozy.

really proud of myself.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
I just I don't even have worries more chamoozy take.

Speaker 5 (05:12):
At the same time Tomorrow, Ricky is Zach and Mano
in the morning, Ricky and Zach.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
You guys are regularly calling me old, mostly Ricky.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
But yeah, goodude.

Speaker 4 (05:25):
It's not my fault that you're the age that you are.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Sure, Yeah, yeah, I can normally roll with the joke,
you know.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
Haha. It's funny.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
I'm a little bit older than you guys. Uh, but
I feel good most of the time. I don't feel old,
so I don't even care. But now something just happened.
Oh boy, I feel old.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Did you get another Charlie Horse?

Speaker 1 (05:40):
No, it's nothing, God dude, it's nothing physical.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Okay, I'll tell you.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Okay, I came to a realization that just kind of
blew my socks off. So right after somber, I will
tell you why I woke up feeling old today.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
Well, that and the fact that you just said blew
my socks off.

Speaker 5 (05:56):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.

Speaker 3 (05:59):
What I're about to hear Kevin admit that he's old
on one of seven five the River. And I'm so
excited about this, mainly just because you say things all
the time, Kevin, that lead me to.

Speaker 4 (06:11):
Go, wow, that was an.

Speaker 3 (06:13):
Old person thing to say. I don't actually think your
age group is old at all.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Oh thank you.

Speaker 3 (06:17):
You specifically just come off as very old.

Speaker 2 (06:22):
Go ahead, Kevin, blow our socks off, tell us more
about it.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
I just want to say I'm forty two. I agree
with Ricky. I don't think that's old at all. I think,
you know, forty is the new teens a stretch, but okay,
but I always I feel good. I don't feel even
though I have two kids, my daughter's almost ten, like.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
I still feel very youthful.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
I don't know, but my dad said something to me
yesterday that really just stopped me in my tracks. He
asked me if I had any plans to come home
this summer for my twenty fifty year high school reunion. Oh,
it was not even on my radar. I graduated in
two thousand and one. I didn't even think about that. God, well,
I think I just came out of the womb twenty

(07:00):
five years ago. I just it floored me. I cannot
believe it.

Speaker 4 (07:04):
I'm clutching my pearls.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Or well, do you plan on going? Like, do you
have any friends from high school that you want to
go see?

Speaker 1 (07:10):
I talked to a few people, you know, we exchange
messages messages on Instagram every once in a while, so
I do stay in touch with a few, not many,
But I don't think I would have any interest in
going back for that.

Speaker 2 (07:19):
Personally. That's just oh well, I mean, you don't really
like to go anywhere, so that does that really surprise me?

Speaker 3 (07:24):
And you should go though, you know, I didn't get
to do my ten year high.

Speaker 4 (07:29):
School reunion because of the pandemic. So like I was
really looking forward to that.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
I was like, I want to go see everyone, and
I want to be like, look at me, I want
to it's losers.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
I have zero interest in doing.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
That, and then I didn't get to So now I
kind of want you to do it.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
Yeah, no, I'm sorry, you can go in my place.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
I guess, well, how about you go and we are
the plus two. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
This is not going to go with you, not the
intent of this conversation.

Speaker 3 (07:55):
I kind of want Zach to go as you.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Yeah, I'm Kevin Man though. No, So the point is
I'm not going to go. The second point is I
cannot believe it's been twenty five years. I've spent more
of my life out of high school than I did
up until graduation.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
You know what I mean. That's actually so crazy. Yeah. Yeah, Hey, you're.

Speaker 4 (08:15):
Tripping me out, dude.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
So that's like I'm very tripping, Like I'm tripping right now.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
A half decades.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
Yeah, if you graduated in two thousand and one, happy anniversary,
we're world.

Speaker 5 (08:24):
Three things you need to.

Speaker 1 (08:26):

So the Dead Dance from season two of Netflix's Wednesday
is going to be submitted. It's considered for the Outstanding
Music and Lyrics category. We played the song here on
one of seven five The River So Sorry.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
It's a big song, huge one. It was released last
September and.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
It's been such a hit that Lady Gaga has even
incorporated it into her Mayhem Ball Tour set list.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
So we'll see what happens when we.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
Have our fingers crossed for her and the Dead Dance
at the Emmys. The soft serve margarita trend that's taking
over social media right now is now available in Nashville.
I've been seeing this everywhere, all over TikTok, all over
Instagram reels, all of these places serving soft serve margaritas.
When I say that, think like boozy ice cream vibes.

(09:22):
Okay Coha Roottop in the Gulch has now decided that
they're getting in on it. They have two flavors, pineapple
coconut and strawberry hibiscus You could also even get both
of them swirled together if you want to try both
at the same time. I mean boozy ice cream. Who
doesn't love that idea? It looks phenomenal. I will repost

(09:42):
it to one of seven five the River's Instagram page
so you can see what it looks like in our stories.
I looked at it yesterday in my mouth immediately started watering.

Speaker 4 (09:49):
That's all I'll say. And Harry Styles he is coming
out with ear plugs.

Speaker 3 (09:54):
His lifestyle brand Pleasing, has teamed up with Loop ear plugs.
They're launching a limited edition collection of the Experience two ones.
These are designed specifically for live music. Okay, really good idea.
I've looked into them myself and I actually want to
buy a pair because they're supposed to be very beneficial
for anybody that goes to see a lot of live
music or experiences a very high volume in areas where

(10:16):
they're like, ooh, this might actually really mess up my
hearing later on in life. The earplugs come in two colors,
both inspired by the Pleasing asthetic.

Speaker 4 (10:23):
Loud Enough comes in blue and love Enough comes in pink.
Both go on sale.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
Globally on Thursday, and they go for thirty nine ninety five,
so they're pretty affordable too. I'm Ricky Santez and those
are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
Thank you so much, Ricky.

top of your windshield and you're like, what are they
for it? They're called fri it fr it and they
are used to block UV race from breaking down the
adhesive that holds your windshield in place. Oh so it
actually like distributes the heat evenly to prevent cracking, not.

Speaker 4 (11:10):
Just there to look cool.

Speaker 2 (11:12):
I literally thought it was like to like shade the
windshield or something. I generation, I like, you know, that's
the frint to save your life. That's your fact of
the day. Thanks Zach, thanks for being a part of

Two of them are adopted. But you have three that

Speaker 6 (12:36):
I want to say something, Kevin. I'm not going to
my twenty fifty class reunion, which is this weekend.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
Oh okay, yeah, we're the same age. We graduated in
two thousand and one together. And yeah, I was saying earlier.
That snuck up on me and really shocked me when
I realized that it's been twenty five years.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
Well, happy twenty five years of graduating. Thanks.

Speaker 6 (12:55):
Yeah, two of my kids are graduating from my alma waters.

Speaker 3 (12:58):

me Kira.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 1 (18:11):
Let's goach after eight o'clock on this Tuesday morning. We
are so happy that you're here with us. Thank you
for starting your day with us. Ricka, he's got those
three things. Presented by Mark Spain real Estate.

Speaker 3 (18:20):
Shakira has been acquitted of tax fraud in Spain. Spain's
High courts ruling stated that authorities failed to prove that
she met the residency threshold, which means they couldn't prove
that she stayed in the country for too many days.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
Following the decision.

Speaker 3 (18:34):
The court ordered Spain's treasury to return more than seventy.

Speaker 4 (18:37):
Million US dollars to the singer. Pretty crazy.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
She's been going through this for years, so it's kind
of wild that it's taken this long to get here.
Shakira herself reacted by saying that you know, this gives her.

Speaker 4 (18:48):
Hope that the ruling would help.

Speaker 3 (18:50):
Others say it could benefit quote thousands of ordinary citizens
who are abused and crushed every day by a system
that presumes them guilty and forces them to prove their
inn since real rough. She also said, you know this,
she faced financial and emotional ruin through this entire experience,
but now it's over and that is great. So we're
happy for her that, you know, she could move on now.

(19:12):
The Smashing Pumpkins are coming to town. They're gonna play
Rhyme in on October twentieth, which is really cool. Ticket
presales go on sale this week, so starting today, there's
different pre sales each day. General on sale is set
for Thursday, so you've had October twentieth open.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
You can see them at the Ryman Auditorium.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
That's cool.

Speaker 1 (19:31):
I saw them open for Green Day at Giodis not
that long ago, and I went for Green Day, but
I loved the Smashing Pumpkins. I was blown away, like
by how many songs I knew and how good they
still were.

Speaker 3 (19:40):
First person, I thought I was a U Kevin, Yeah,
first person.

Speaker 4 (19:44):
When do you guys think summer actually starts?

Speaker 5 (19:47):
Like?

Speaker 4 (19:48):
What day would you say summer starts?

Speaker 2 (19:50):
I feel like it started yesterday because it was so
hot up Okay.

Speaker 1 (19:53):
Yesterday for zach Mykevin Sun's birthday is coming up on
the twenty fourth, so I'd say May twenty fourth feels
like the kickoff to summer for me.

Speaker 3 (20:00):
Okay, So a lot of people think Memorial Day weekend
is the unofficial kickoff to the summer season.

Speaker 4 (20:05):
That's when people start going.

Speaker 3 (20:06):
Okay, it's officially summer, but technically summer doesn't start until
Summer Solstice on June twenty first, which is closer to
what Kevin said. But a new survey finds that the
average American thinks the real start of summer is May
twenty first.

Speaker 4 (20:21):
Okay, ready to kick it off that way? Yeah, it's
right around the corner.

Speaker 2 (20:25):
I'm ready.

Speaker 4 (20:25):
They're ready to go.

Speaker 3 (20:26):
Once May twenty first hits, they're like, it is officially
summer I'm Rique Sanchez, and those are the three things
you need to know.

Speaker 5 (20:33):
Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning on the river.

Speaker 1 (20:37):
What are your insane shower thoughts? Just these things that
enter your mind and you know they're crazy, but you
sort of get fixated on them. We're asking this because
our friend Robin sent Zac attext the other day, and
what did she ask you?

Speaker 2 (20:50):
She literally texted and said, do you think that spiders
die off anything other than like old age or being
stomped on?

Speaker 5 (20:55):
Like?

Speaker 2 (20:55):
Do they have diabetes? Oral health problems? Like June spiders? Diabetes?
It's a great question or question.

Speaker 3 (21:02):
I've never thought about it before, but once you ask
that question, it's something I haven't stopped thinking about.

Speaker 2 (21:09):
Just so you know, I did look it up. They
cannot get diabetes because they do not have a pain.
RaSE That's how much I was looking at.

Speaker 4 (21:15):
But they do have a heart.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
They do have a heart, so can they get a
heart attack? Dang?

Speaker 4 (21:20):
Sear them into heart attacks?

Speaker 1 (21:22):
Oh my gosh, isn't that crazy? It's cooking my brain
right now? Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine one
oh seven. Your shower thoughts the random things that pop
in your head and then you just you think about
them over and over again, share them with us, like can.

Speaker 2 (21:37):
A spider catch a cold?

Speaker 4 (21:39):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (21:41):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
It's gonna get a little weird on one O seven
five the River, because we're gonna share some shower thoughts.
Shower thoughts are essentially those random, weird thoughts that we
have that come into our brain when we're not doing
anything else.

Speaker 4 (21:57):
So like when you're in the shower, you're so focused
on you in the same things, washing your hair, shaving
your legs, doing.

Speaker 3 (22:02):
Your thing, that you think about the craziest things or
those three am thoughts that you have that you're like,
why am I thinking about this?

Speaker 4 (22:10):
It all started because our friend Robin.

Speaker 3 (22:12):
Asked Zach if they thought that spiders had diabetes and
could die from anything other.

Speaker 4 (22:19):
Than getting smushed or old age.

Speaker 2 (22:20):
Which is a good thought, Like, I've never thought about it.

Speaker 3 (22:23):
I've ever thought about it before, but it spurred a
lot of other weird thoughts.

Speaker 4 (22:27):
Kevin, you have a few.

Speaker 1 (22:28):
I have a couple that I genuinely think about a lot.
It bothers me first of all that I will never
see myself in real life like you never actually see
your own face other than like a reflection or photos
or videos or something you never see yourself.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
That is very trippy. I don't love that.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
It makes me want to crawl out of my own skin.

Speaker 4 (22:44):
And I don't love that.

Speaker 1 (22:45):
I don't know why I get hung up on this,
but I feel like I heard this or I read
this little like thought a while ago, and it pops
in my head every once in a while. What if
life is a simulation that started five minutes ago and
all of your memories are just programmed in.

Speaker 4 (22:59):
Okay, the ones that I have, I can't dwell on
that too long.

Speaker 3 (23:03):
Okay, we're gonna move on to some of the sillier
ones that I have, Like the fact that nothing is
ever really on fire. Fire is on things.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
Oh oh, that's true.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
But when we say something like we say the building
is on fire, no.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
On the building kind of weird.

Speaker 3 (23:23):
Uh, just similar to that, why do we call it
a building if it's already built?

Speaker 5 (23:27):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (23:28):
Man, I like that one.

Speaker 4 (23:30):
But it's a building, but it's built. It should really
be a built. It would be a built.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
Look at that built, built, Look at that built. I
like that because.

Speaker 3 (23:42):
Like that's what that's what it actually is some other
ones that people have, because there is a whole Reddit
thread of people's shower thoughts and crazy things that they
thought about, like which orange came first?

Speaker 4 (23:54):
The color or the fruit.

Speaker 2 (23:56):
That's what I was gonna say, because Kevin eats a
cutie every single morning, thinking like which one came first?
The fruit? Where that like the color orange?

Speaker 5 (24:04):
Wow?

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Wow?

Speaker 2 (24:05):
I would Yeah, that's a great question. I like, I
don't know. Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (24:10):
We're lucky that we live in the time that we
live in, so we can just look.

Speaker 2 (24:12):
All these things up.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
Here's one too that I think should have an answer,
probably from somebody much smarter than us. But if you
drop soap on the floor, is the floor clean or
is the soap dirty?

Speaker 2 (24:22):
Oh? I think both.

Speaker 1 (24:23):
I would say it cleaned the floor, but now you
got o governs off the soap because it's dirty.

Speaker 4 (24:28):
I don't know that it could be both.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
There's gotta be an answer, Yeah, I feel like there's
gotta be an answer. Also. Sometimes I will say sometimes
I think about like like if water and air are
both clear, how came you can see through air but
not water. You can see through water like you can
see water, but you can't see air.

Speaker 1 (24:46):
I think there might be a gas liak in here.
But if you have a showers off to share six
one five, seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven. We
want to hear, Courtney, and Clarksville is on the line
right now. It's one of seven five the river. A
second ago, we were going around the room sharing some
of our shower thoughts. Just these random things that pop
in our heads. Sometimes three am. They wake you up
and you're thinking about them, and they're so ridiculous. Courtney,

(25:08):
do you have any I do?

Speaker 6 (25:10):
I actually sometimes wonder why people tell you to bite
down when.

Speaker 4 (25:14):
Your jaw actually only moved up.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
So shouldn't you be.

Speaker 6 (25:18):
Biting up down?

Speaker 4 (25:20):
My god, weird, Courtney, exactly.

Speaker 6 (25:25):
Yes, it's so weird and I think about it too often. Actually, wow,
I'm going.

Speaker 3 (25:30):
To keep thinking about it because yet you're actually not
moving the top part of.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
Move. Uh huh.

Speaker 4 (25:37):
I want to hear the weird.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
One I just read Courtney. That also made us all
trip out for a second. Yes, the blanks of your
eyes get removed from your memory.

Speaker 6 (25:46):
Oh wow, that is true.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
I that I don't like that your brain is like
omitting them from what you've process.

Speaker 3 (25:54):
Our thoughts are weird, but we appreciate you Courtney for
being as weird as we are.

Speaker 5 (25:58):
Thank you guys so.

Speaker 6 (25:59):
Much for an have a great day, Love you too.

Speaker 2 (26:02):
I can't stop biting up, literally as soon as we
eat breakfast this morning, I'm gonna just think about it
the entire time of like, I'm just biting up the
entire time.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
The two of you, both Zach and Kevin, have just
been biting air this entire time.

Speaker 2 (26:16):
Are you trying to move the top of my jawn?

Speaker 4 (26:18):
It doesn't move. You are trying.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
I'm trying hold my bottom, hold the john place and
move the top part down.

Speaker 2 (26:25):
It doesn't work. May you rest your chin on the table.
This is insanity.

Speaker 5 (26:30):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (26:31):
If you're waiting for your word, it's coming right after
Mark Amber. Okay, that wicked long sentence. We're gonna keep
building it. Next on the river, have.

Speaker 2 (26:38):
A wicked good summer on the river. Here's the next
word in a wicked long sentence. It is very wicked
long sentence.

Speaker 1 (26:45):
Hopefully you've been compiling these words, adding them to a list.
We are back with your your next word right now, Zach,
take it away.

Speaker 2 (26:53):
Your word today is our favorite city in the entire country.
It is Nashville. Your word today, well right now is Nashville.

Speaker 4 (27:00):
Yeah, you got two more words coming at you today.
Next one is twelve forty.

Speaker 5 (27:04):
Keep track of every word.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
So when one river every day about this time we
play some audio from a video, it's the daily double tap.
And today really just serve to motivate. That's that's what
we're doing today. It's a positive way to look at things.
A little positive spin sometimes.

Speaker 4 (27:22):
We need it.

Speaker 1 (27:22):
And yes it's a weird voice, but take what you
can from the message.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
Here we go. Hey, I'm just.

Speaker 1 (27:27):
Here to remind you that when life isn't horrible.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
It's actually pretty good.

Speaker 1 (27:33):
So if you just don't think about how horrible it
is and think about how.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
Good it is, and then it gets it gets better.

Speaker 6 (27:39):
Even though the horrible stuff's still happening, there's still a
lot of good stuff.

Speaker 4 (27:44):
Focus on the good if you can.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
I think, in the state of the world that we
live in, it's like really hard to think about the positive.
So I definitely focus on the positive and not everything
that's happening around you.

Speaker 1 (27:54):
Yeah, I mean it's still good to you know, be
plugged into what's happening. But when you can take those
little mental breaks for your mental health and appreciate the
good We all try to do it, try to exercise
that here and uh yeah, we're paying it forward, spreading
that message. And that's today's daily double tap positivity.

Speaker 5 (28:11):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
river
