Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Good morning, friends, Welcome to Wednesday. Thank you so much
for being here, starting your day with us. Rick, He's
got those three things. Presented by Mark Spain real Estate.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
The Jonas brothers have a new podcast. Nick, Joe, and
Kevin launched their podcast Hey Jonas today in partnership with
iHeart Podcasts. There's already a little introductory episode up there.
I think it's like twelve minutes, but they explain why
they created a podcast. They joke around you very much,
see their brother like, uh, just relationship between all three
(00:32):
of them happening right there in front of you. This
podcast is going to give an inside look at their
journey in the industry, as well as some fun convos
with family and friends. What I think is the best
part is that fans are going to have the opportunity
to call in with questions.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
That's cool.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
So yeah, so you're gonna have an ability to talk
to them in a way that you've never done before.
Their actual official first episode launches today. Nashville is the
number three best city to be an introvert in according
to a new study. We're right behind Sydney and Melbourne
in Australia. They said introverts are looking for low decibel streets,
(01:06):
public parks, and population density that doesn't feel like a
permanent group. Hug. I love that explanation a permanent group, Hug,
And Nashville gives that vibe with an introvert Nightmare scale
of four, which is very low because it's out of
one hundred. The worst place in the world for an
introvert is Mumbai. They got a hundred on the Introvert
(01:28):
Nightmare scale, so very scary for anybody who wants to
just chill and be alone. You can't do it there.
But congrats to Nashville because your parks were the main
reason why you got such a big well, I guess
low score when it comes to the introvert Nightmare scale.
There's lots of areas for people to just hang out
and be outside at very cool Costco has added a
(01:49):
strawberry Shortcake Sunday to the food court menu. Zachary, you
gotta tell David about that. They had a limited time
Caramel and that's now not going to be around anymore.
They're replacing it with the strawberry Shortcake Sunday for only
two dollars and ninety nine cents. Okay, it's a Sunday
(02:10):
with strawberry flavored soft ser strawberry topping, and shortcake bites.
It sounds delightful. Zach's boyfriend loves a good sweet treat,
so I immediately thought of him. Because Zach also loves Costco,
So whenever you drag him there, you can treat him
to a strawberry shortcake Sunday.
Speaker 3 (02:25):
They open at ten o'clock today. I'm ready.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Thank you very much, Ricky. Here's Bieber getting back into it.
Speaker 3 (02:34):
We do have shabboozy tickets on the way.
Speaker 2 (02:36):
We've got them all week for the first caller of
the day within ten minutes, they can be yours.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
It's the river, Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
On the river. I am stuffy today, guys. I don't
know everybody else is feeling, but I am unwealthy.
Speaker 3 (02:52):
The allergies are out now we've got my right here.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Okay, so everybody is struggling. The allergies are out of control.
Rhianna and in Glasgow. You're in Kentucky. How is the
situation there? When it comes to allergies. Are you guys
just as bad as here?
Speaker 5 (03:07):
You can literally see the pollen in there.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
It's disgusting. Why why do we go through this?
Speaker 3 (03:17):
Does it affect you as much? Deary? Are you hit hard?
Speaker 4 (03:20):
No?
Speaker 5 (03:20):
But my kids have been, so it's hit our whole household.
Speaker 6 (03:24):
You could say.
Speaker 1 (03:25):
It's so annoying, and I think that obviously everybody feels
this way. But it's getting worse and worse every year.
Like allergies used to be something where it's like, oh,
just got a little sniffle today, I got some allergies.
Now it's like I could barely function because I feel
like my brain is exploding inside my head.
Speaker 3 (03:41):
Oh if I can't breathe.
Speaker 6 (03:43):
I have an odd question for you. What's the last
dream that you remember?
Speaker 1 (03:47):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (03:47):
Boy, oh goodness, this was an odd one. I had
a dream that the other night, my husband and I
were trapped in a house and we.
Speaker 7 (03:55):
Ended up downstairs in this basement and it was completely.
Speaker 5 (03:58):
Flooded, and he took my head to duck me under
the water, to go under like this piece of wood.
And when we came up, we turned around and there's
this big figure there. Kind of reminded me of like Jason,
and he like flashes black. And then in the next
like scene or whatever of my dream, it's him with
(04:19):
us over his shoulder and he's got a knife and
he's about to attack other people.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
And Zach was not expecting to have respect. We started saying,
dunked my head underwater. He got so scared.
Speaker 7 (04:38):
It's like all my biggest fears welled than the ones.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
I thought that was such a strange question from Zach.
Speaker 3 (04:42):
But you were ready.
Speaker 2 (04:43):
You had a very detailed story.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
I never remember my dream.
Speaker 5 (04:49):
So there we go.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
Okay, Rann and you gotta google what that means because
it clearly means something. Oh, I know it's got too
And even though I don't know that I don't know
that it means something good. We do have good news
for you. You are ready the first color of the day.
So you got anyse Chaboozy tickets or September eighteen y awesome.
Speaker 5 (05:10):
That's so exciting that my husband's anniversary is the nineteenth
of September, so that's perfect.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
Great.
Speaker 2 (05:15):
I hope you guys survive and make it till then
don't get murdered by.
Speaker 5 (05:19):
Why really hard.
Speaker 2 (05:21):
I'm still shaken by that, but thank you for waking
up with us, Thank you for calling.
Speaker 3 (05:25):
Have a great day to day. Be careful.
Speaker 5 (05:27):
Thank you you guys, as will hang on the I
love all right.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
Kevin is in pure shock, Zach. I think immediately regretting
the question.
Speaker 6 (05:37):
I just like immediately started thinking about it, like what
it could mean. I'm like, I feel like she has
a lot of stress in her life right now for
it to be like such a scary nightmare in her
trying to escape of a trapped house hopefully consciously.
Speaker 3 (05:47):
Yeah, yeah, hopefully not. Hopefully all is well. We have
more least seconds tomorrow.
Speaker 4 (05:53):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
Zach is convinced that he has started his own own
dating app.
Speaker 3 (06:00):
It's one oh seven five the River.
Speaker 2 (06:02):
If you remember a couple of weeks ago, Zach told
us about the hot new place to meet singles. You're
in a relationship, Zach, Yeah, you're committed.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
This was on accident though, like it just happened.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
I'm really concerned, like all the way around, and I
know that's something new when it comes to you, but
I am really concerned.
Speaker 6 (06:18):
It was literally just by accident, But I'm convinced I
started my own dating app.
Speaker 3 (06:22):
Is it about the laundromat?
Speaker 4 (06:24):
No?
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Is it about sherless guys at the car wash? I
wish we're gonna.
Speaker 3 (06:28):
Find out right after this song.
Speaker 4 (06:29):
Zach's new dating app, Ricky is Zach and Mano in
the Morning on.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
You're Single and You're looking for love? You found the
right place. It's Ricky, Zach and Manno in the Morning
on one of seven five the River. Zach is a
lover boy of the show. Apparently this is a new
thing that we've learned about him because although he is
in a relationship, he feels like he knows the perfect
place to find singles. He's now created a dating app
without even trying. We know about the perfect place to
(06:58):
find singles.
Speaker 3 (06:59):
He believes that that's the laundromat.
Speaker 1 (07:01):
Yes, now, tell us about this just dating app that
you randomly created it?
Speaker 3 (07:05):
What can I say?
Speaker 6 (07:05):
I'm a magical person. Sometimes I just like create love.
Speaker 3 (07:08):
Okay. Sure. So the other day.
Speaker 6 (07:12):
Somebody like dropped off a random package at my house
and it was not like to me. So I went
around my entire neighborhood and.
Speaker 3 (07:18):
I was like, Hey, whose package is this? Whose packages this?
Speaker 4 (07:21):
Like?
Speaker 3 (07:21):
Where does it belong?
Speaker 6 (07:22):
So I finally figured it out, and while I was
going around to everybody's house, I got everybody's phone number
on my street so that we could create a group
chat with everybody on the street, just to make it
easier for in the future. So I texted, yeah, just
in case you need anything or if you get the
wrong package. Yeah, safety reasons. There's so many reasons. Okay,
(07:43):
So I created the group chat, and so I texted
in the group chat, and we finally found out where
the package belonged. And then later in the group chat,
people were just like yapping back and forth about the street.
And then somebody goes, hey, you up, girl, and the
girl responds with always, And I was like, I think.
Speaker 3 (08:03):
I just created like a match on my street.
Speaker 1 (08:06):
I'm just gonna go ahead and say that that doesn't
sound like dating. We're just going to throw that out there.
Speaker 3 (08:14):
They fall in love afterward, there's.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
A possibility, a very small possibility, that they fall in love,
but that is absolutely not a dating app.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
Well, I definitely created a baby.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Then there you go.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
So let me ask you this, How is your app
different than like, you know, next door or any of those.
Speaker 6 (08:33):
Okay, So this one is very specific because it's just
for my street, and you have their information already, you
know exactly where they live.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
That's the scariest I have ever heard of in my life.
Oh my god.
Speaker 6 (08:45):
I have everybody's like name saved and then with their
address next to just so I know which houses which,
like who is texting?
Speaker 4 (08:51):
What?
Speaker 1 (08:52):
If anybody tries to use this as an actual dating tool,
that is, you're gonna find them on dateline.
Speaker 3 (08:57):
I mean that's a stalker's.
Speaker 8 (09:01):
Like what it?
Speaker 6 (09:03):
Or I will finally be a man of honor in
somebody's wedding. There's no way to know all the time.
Go to your wedding, Ricky, Maybe I'll can invite it
to my neighbor's wedding.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
Why does it always come back to this, I'm just
some way it always goes.
Speaker 3 (09:17):
Out for that.
Speaker 6 (09:17):
Anyways, I think it's a brilliant idea. And so now
I have decided that I'm going to like print out
little stickers and put it on other people's doors, like
on different streets in my neighborhood, because right now it's
just my street.
Speaker 3 (09:28):
What are these stickers gonna do. Well, they're gonna have
like my phone number and.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
The group chat you're going to get arrested zeg I
don't I think you should pump you brace on this.
This doesn't sound like an app at all. This just
sounds like a bad idea.
Speaker 3 (09:40):
Well, I just want to like have everybody communicate you
have good intentions.
Speaker 6 (09:46):
Yeah, I'll give you intend for it to be a
dating app. They took it to the weird place, not me.
Speaker 3 (09:52):
I just said, hey, you, they took it to a
weird place.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
You're one uping then to the weirdest place possible.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
If you want to opt into Zach's thing reach out,
we'll put you on the list so you don't. The
stickers are not a good idea, not a sorry buddy.
Speaker 1 (10:09):
I shut the group chat down any one again on
your street.
Speaker 3 (10:15):
I was really proud of this.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
I'm sorry to ruin your day. Terrible idea.
Speaker 3 (10:20):
Well, hopefully they had a fun night.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Hopefully hopefully. I hope the package getting delivered.
Speaker 3 (10:26):
What you did, okay, the correct You accomplished a lot
of stuff. We're proud of you.
Speaker 2 (10:29):
You three things you need to know morning just after
seven o'clock. Thank you for starting your day with us.
Ricky's got those three things? Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate, The.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
NFL owners voted on whether or not Nashville would host
the super Bowl in twenty thirty. They decided yesterday the
National is the perfect fit. We are getting a super
Bowl in twenty thirty. Part of the reason they wanted
to build a new stadium was in hopes of securing
a super Bowl, and it seems like that has worked.
To celebrate, they're going to throw it a free community
(11:01):
party at First and Broadway. It starts at seven thirty
pm tonight with live performances, special appearances, and a drone show.
So if you want to get out and celebrate, tonight
is your night. This is obviously a huge deal for Nashville.
We want to continue talking about it at seven twenty
because there are a lot of people who have a
lot of feelings about it, so make sure you stick
around for that. Google is changing the search bar. They're
(11:23):
calling this the biggest change in over twenty five years.
So yesterday at their Google conference, the company explained that
the search results are now going to closely resemble AI chatbots. Instead,
the quote intelligent search box will allow you to ask
follow up questions and narrow down the responses. So this
means you're no longer going to get a list of
(11:46):
websites to sort through. Kind of scary.
Speaker 3 (11:49):
You don't think it's ready, man, so.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
Either I recommendations from Google sometimes, like most of the time,
they are pretty weird.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Yeah, yeah, so little scary. Uh, there's a pot disability
that this is because they want to work on it more.
And this means that obviously people are going to be
forced to use it. You can right now turn off
the AI option in Google. I think that this is
something that you won't be able to turn off, so
more and more people are going to be using it.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
I know a lot of.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
People who are in AI spaces. They say the more
you use it, the better it learns. I don't know,
but it seems a little scary for me, especially for
anybody who's writing like a paper in college or high
school or middle school and you're googling things. It's going
to make it kind of easier but kind of harder
for you in the end. And Duncan is launching their
iced beverage buckets on Friday. Earlier this year, they started
(12:37):
testing forty eight ounce Duncan iced beverage buckets. People went nuts,
So now they're rolling it out nationwide starting Friday. Duncan
says that every store will have twenty five buckets at
twelve ninety nine each. You can fill them with iced
coffee or Duncan refreshers, and they are fully customizable.
Speaker 3 (12:55):
It's just a whole.
Speaker 1 (12:56):
Lot of coffee. You have a whole forty eight ounce
of coffee. Like I said, you could also do refreshers
if you're not really into ice coffee, but the idea
of that much ice coffee in anyone's system is frightening
Maricky Sanchez And those are the three things you need
to know.
Speaker 3 (13:10):
Thank you, Rick.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
Here's somber getting back into the music.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
We have a fact on the way Zax facts. We
are learning lifelard learners around here. That's what we.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
Are expanding our brains.
Speaker 4 (13:21):
Next on the River class is in.
Speaker 1 (13:24):
Session Sacks Facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate.
Speaker 4 (13:28):
On one oh seven five the River.
Speaker 6 (13:30):
Did you guys know that peanut butter will actually help
remove like a sticky bond or adhesive, So like a
sticky label on the outside of something, you can use
peanut butter to get it off. Hmmm, I feel like that's.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
A mess on top of a mess.
Speaker 3 (13:42):
Well it should.
Speaker 6 (13:43):
The natural oils in the peanut butter help penetrate and
break down the sticky bonds of the adhesive and then
you just use a paper towel and wipe it off.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
I knew that you could.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
Like, if you get gums stuck in your hair, you
use peanut butter to get it out. So it always
drives me crazy when they put like a like the
price tag, they stick it onto like a picture frame
or something like what are you doing?
Speaker 6 (14:01):
Well, you can use peanut butter now because that'll get
rid of glue stick our residue, even chewing gum.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
So you're correct, keV, there's your fact of the day.
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (14:08):
Zach.
Speaker 8 (14:09):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on one
o seven five the River.
Speaker 2 (14:14):
Oh, it's official. We're getting a Super Bowl. It's one
oh seven five the River. We found out yesterday. We
mentioned it a bit ago. Ricky brought it up in
three things you need to know and we need to
make some ground rules.
Speaker 1 (14:24):
Yeah, what do we need the tourists to know? Because
it looks like we can get anywhere between one hundred
thousand and two hundred thousand visitors to the city. According
to estimates.
Speaker 2 (14:35):
There's a lot a lot of people six, one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
one oh seven. Just let's assume that we're building a
list of rules. These will be chiseled in a stone.
What do all of the tourists need to know before
they come in? Vade Nashville six.
Speaker 1 (14:49):
One five, seven, seven, nine, one O seven.
Speaker 8 (14:52):
Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky, Zach
and Mano in the morning on one O seven five
the River super.
Speaker 1 (14:57):
Bowl is coming to town twenty thirty. Nashville is getting
a super Bowl. It's one of seven five the River.
We want some rules. You want to lay down some
rules for the tourists because it looks like we can
get anywhere from one hundred thousand to two hundred thousand
people here visiting just for the Super Bowl Easton. What
do you think is a rule that the tourists need
to like, know and follow when they come to visit bartenders?
Speaker 3 (15:20):
Bartenders, The parking.
Speaker 5 (15:24):
Is very high in Nashville, Yeah, it is.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
Well, the tourists usually won't have a car, you know,
unless they rent one. I guess, but maybe that's a
rule that's a that don't rent a car, don't make
the traffic worse.
Speaker 6 (15:36):
Well, at the Super Bowler are always rich.
Speaker 7 (15:40):
It does take a.
Speaker 5 (15:41):
Lot of money.
Speaker 3 (15:41):
You're right Eastern.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
Can you remind us how old you are? Twelve? And
he already knows to tip your bartenders, so none of
you have an excuse.
Speaker 5 (15:50):
Not to neighbor the bartender. My mom used to be
a bartender, so.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
You know, I think that's smart. It's good that you
know already because there's a lot of people who are
older than you who go to bars and still don't
know to tip their bartenders. So reason you're right, thanks
for calling in this morning, Easton.
Speaker 5 (16:06):
Bye.
Speaker 2 (16:06):
So those rules, tap your bartenders and don't bother driving.
Speaker 3 (16:10):
Yeah, definitely don't bother driving.
Speaker 6 (16:12):
No one here can drive to begin with, so you
don't want to add to the traffic.
Speaker 3 (16:16):
I will say two things that I do want to add.
Speaker 6 (16:18):
Is no local actually wears cowboy boots, Like you don't
have to wear a cowboy.
Speaker 3 (16:23):
Boots because you're coming to Nashville, true, or a cowboy hat,
very true. That shows me that you're a tourist immediately.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
Absolutely anything you want to add, Kevin, because I got
a few too, I'll go.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
Since we're talking about you know, cars and ride share,
don't stomp on the dreams. Of our sweet uber drivers.
They're going to tell you how they almost made it
in music or whatever, the songwriter or whatever.
Speaker 3 (16:44):
Their side hustle is. Just let them have it, Okay.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
I like that. That idea, that's a good one. Mine
is to watch out for your friends. A lot of
people come here. Yeah, they do not watch out for
their friends. They're drinking. They think they can handle the
drinks on Broadway. But a shot on Broadway is about
three shots in real life. So you gotta be prepared
for that.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
Six one, five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
If you have rules before hundreds of thousands invade Nashville
in twenty thirty, what are the rules?
Speaker 8 (17:13):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on what
seven five the River Ashley in Smyrna is on the
line right now, it's one oh seven five the river.
Speaker 3 (17:22):
We are talking about the.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
Super Bowl that will be heading to Nashville in twenty thirty,
and we're making some ground rules. What would you like
all of the tourists to know before they invade.
Speaker 5 (17:31):
I would just say, like stay away from anywhere between
like the five to ten mile radius of like downtown.
Speaker 7 (17:38):
Like anywhere like anywhere close to Broadway. I would say
just saying your hotels, don't don't plan.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
On it's gonna be very hard.
Speaker 5 (17:45):
There's already so many people that are down there that
if you're like regular tourists, yeah, it's gonna be packed,
like thirty down there. I'm in Tornta and I rarely
go downtown because of how packed it is, so I
can only imagine people flooding him from everywhere. It's probably
gonna make it ten time.
Speaker 3 (18:02):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 6 (18:03):
I feel like that's probably a good idea for like
a hotel. It's gonna be a lot less expensive if
you get somewhere like outside of downtown.
Speaker 1 (18:09):
It is not gonna be a lot less expensive during
the super Bowl.
Speaker 7 (18:12):
Everywhere might be okay, you're still gonna pay.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
Normal, like to say, anywhere, and I like where your
head is at.
Speaker 2 (18:22):
But I don't think it's gonna happen. They're all going
to hit Broadway. I picture the bars on Broadway like
the emergency room in the pit, like just yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:31):
Madness is calling in.
Speaker 3 (18:33):
Every possible extra hand to help. It's gonna be It's
gonna be nuts, oh for sure.
Speaker 1 (18:37):
It's probably gonna be like CMA, like time twenty Oh yeah,
but actually as locals, we agree with you. Just don't
go outside and stay.
Speaker 7 (18:46):
Just pay on watching it from your hotel.
Speaker 3 (18:49):
I would just say.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
That, yes, I like it. I like where your heads out. Ashley.
Thank you for calling in this morning.
Speaker 5 (18:55):
All right, thanks love.
Speaker 3 (18:57):
Ricky.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
This might be hard for you because you're in an apartment,
but Zack, would you rent out your.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
House for the Super Bowl?
Speaker 6 (19:02):
I think I might actually do it because I could
charge so much money and then just like go on
a vacation.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
Yeah, like they would pay for my vacation. You're and more. Yeah,
you're not wrong. Post Malone tickets. Win them next with
the Game of the Day. Thanks for being a part
of our morning, Ricky, Zach.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
And Mano in the Morning.
Speaker 1 (19:20):
Are playing topical trivia for Kevin Manno's Game of the
Day on one O seven five the River for tickets
to see Post Malone at Nissan Stadium on June thirtieth.
Speaker 2 (19:28):
Clay in Bellevue is in the car on the line
right now, High.
Speaker 5 (19:32):
Clay, good morning, good morning.
Speaker 3 (19:36):
Good morning. Wait, so who's who all is in the car?
Who are we talking to?
Speaker 1 (19:39):
It's actually Clay and his mom.
Speaker 7 (19:41):
Clay wanted to call.
Speaker 2 (19:43):
Okay power well, what's what's your name?

Speaker 1 (22:06):
K yes, okay, three things you need to know?
Speaker 2 (22:11):
Okay, Just after eight o'clock, Ricky's got those three things
presented by Mark Span Real Estate.
Speaker 3 (22:16):
What's happening Ricky?
Speaker 1 (22:17):
Harry Styles fans are upset with the new stage for
his Together Together tour. Fans who went to the opening
Amsterdam shows have been very vocal online about the new stage.
Floor ticket holders specifically are the ones who are upset
because there are a bunch of ten foot tall walkways
that blocked parts of their view. A tour rep shared
in a statement that the setup was meant to create
(22:38):
quote freedom of movement and an open, free flowing floor experience,
which is very different than a typical floor seat where
you find a spot and you don't move from that spot. Obviously,
a lot of people who are big fans of Harry
or any artists that they're going to go see and
are going to have floor seats, they get there as
early as possible. They want barrier, they want to be
as close as they can to the stage, so this
(22:59):
is a very different set up than what people are
typically used to. The rep also admitted that a small
area had restricted sitelines and they are now being reviewed,
so there's going to be adjustments. They assume adjustments that
are going to be expected in the coming days, so
hopefully it'll be fixed. Harry spend a lot of the
concerts just running around and dancing all over the massive
(23:21):
network of walkways. If you see what the stage looks like,
it is huge. It's a very cool concept, and he
is doing a lot of movement, so you see him
at some point. Obviously, opening acts harder to see makes
it a little tough if you also don't want to
really move around very much. So we'll see how they
decide to change that up for the next few concerts
(23:41):
that he has coming up. Nate Brigetzie, his three hundred
and fifty million dollar theme park concept has been revealed.
The reposed development would span more than one hundred acres
and is somewhere in the Netro Nashville area. We don't
have a specific location just yet, though it's still under wraps.
Current plans for the park include roller coaster, stunt performances,
(24:01):
live entertainment, and interactive attractions that are all inspired by
his life and his career. A Tennessee themed section is
set to feature a nineteen ninety style mall entrance and
a donkey dive ride, which is pretty cool. I love
the idea of bringing mall entrances into a theme park,
and obviously oper Land being such a huge thing and
(24:22):
not being here anymore. He talked about it earlier this
year and said they took it away and now I'm
bringing it back. He wants to bring back theme parks
to Nashville and have some fun with it. We'll also
see when this is actually going to be set to
be downe. These are the early stages. Obviously, there's a
new dating red flag and it's for sure a sign
of the times.
Speaker 4 (24:42):
Guys.
Speaker 1 (24:43):
It's called emotional outsourcing. It's where people are using chatbots
to write texts, make apologies, and figure out how they
feel about someone. Someone who starts to use AI to
dodge those like uncomfortable and very vulnerable parts of a
relationship is a huge concern and something that people are
seeing more and more of, obviously, as things like chat
(25:04):
gybt and all these AI chatbots are more and more
parts of our lives. I know it's hard to get
through the emotional things, but you kind of have to
do it yourself. I'm sorry, I'm Rick Casanchez And those
are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 3 (25:16):
Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on.
Speaker 1 (25:20):
We want to know what dog breed you could would
compare your significant other? Too insane question, I know, but
now that I said it, I know that you know
which dog your significant other would be.
Speaker 2 (25:32):
Yeah, I had an initial thought that came to mind
when we talked about this amongst ourselves yesterday. But I
spent all day researching, thinking, and I have the perfect one.
Speaker 1 (25:42):
Oh wow, you had to really think about yours?
Speaker 3 (25:44):
Yes, yes, yes, I took it well.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
Zach and I had ours right away for our significant others.
We didn't even have to think about it.
Speaker 3 (25:49):
Very much for both of you. Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (25:52):
All right, Well, you want to share with us what
dog breed you would compare your significant other? Two six, one,
five seven through seven nine seven. That's the phone number
to call. We want to hear yours and we will
share ours next.
Speaker 4 (26:03):
On the river, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
Speaker 2 (26:07):
On the river that dog breed would you assigned to
your significant other?
Speaker 3 (26:13):
That is our question this morning.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
It's one oh seven five the river Yosenia in spring
Hill is on the line.
Speaker 3 (26:18):
What dog breed is your partner?
Speaker 7 (26:22):
I love that y'all had that question because I've never
heard of it. In the moment y'all mention it, I
spent pull dog.
Speaker 6 (26:28):
Yeah, okay, so why do you think they are a bulldog?
Speaker 7 (26:32):
I don't want to say too much, like it's too much,
but to me, I'm like, he's just a bully to me,
like I love him to death, but he's a little
bully in a bad way.
Speaker 3 (26:43):
I mean, I feel like your partner shouldn't be a
very good way.
Speaker 7 (26:46):
Absolutely, but I will keep him.
Speaker 1 (26:48):
Yes, yeah, it's like a loving way. I totally get that.
I feel like my brother and I bully each other
a little bit with love and affection.
Speaker 5 (26:56):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely.
Speaker 7 (26:59):
I know there's that might hate the bulletof and I
live the bulldog. I have to say that with the
cha with a gold.
Speaker 1 (27:07):
Chain off, that is the perfect picture that I have
in my head right now.
Speaker 3 (27:14):
I appreciate you very much. Have a great day.
Speaker 1 (27:19):
Bye.
Speaker 3 (27:20):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (27:21):
So for Ali, I thought about this long and heart.
Are you ready?
Speaker 3 (27:23):
Okay? Tell us an Afghan hound? What is that?
Speaker 1 (27:28):
Look up?
Speaker 2 (27:29):
The description here says glamorous and beautiful but with a
you answer to me energy.
Speaker 1 (27:35):
So I like how you did the glamorous and beautiful part.
You are a smart man, keV, because you knew better
you did something wrong.
Speaker 3 (27:43):
Why are you trying to suck up? I'm not. That's
just that's who I see. That's who she is to me.
Speaker 1 (27:48):
I also just got to say, an Afghan hound looks
wild hair, pretty, fabulous, fabulous, but like not what I
was expecting whatsoever.
Speaker 3 (28:00):
My wife, Yeah, that's my wife.
Speaker 1 (28:03):
He says it all proud. I love it. Zach tell
us David.
Speaker 6 (28:06):
Okay, So I would definitely say that David is probably
like a Saint Bernard.
Speaker 4 (28:13):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (28:13):
I actually agree.
Speaker 6 (28:15):
And so because I was looking at like their personality
traits and it says that they're very friendly, gentle, calm, watchful, lively,
So I was thinking of Saint Bernard.
Speaker 3 (28:24):
Helpful too.
Speaker 2 (28:25):
I feel like always helping in like emergency is very helpful.
Speaker 6 (28:29):
They're very affectionate and patient. So I'm like, that's definitely David,
that's good.
Speaker 1 (28:33):
I love that. I totally agree with you. I would
say for me, my fiance AJ definitely gives me lab vibes.
He's like a retriever. He's a small one though he's
the runt of because labs get pretty big. But he
is for sure like Labrador retriever, like very uh. Training
(28:55):
is like pretty good with them. They're very good dogs.
Speaker 2 (28:57):
They like.
Speaker 3 (28:59):
You're such a good dog.
Speaker 1 (29:00):
Here's a loyal and I think he's just kind friendly
like labs always just want to be pett Yeah, they're.
Speaker 3 (29:06):
Really smart and then real quick, Zach, real quick? What
is Ricky? What am I to you? Okay, Ricky's at Chihuahua.
Speaker 1 (29:12):
What the heck?
Speaker 6 (29:13):
I'm just saying they have like powerless and spirited personality
and you never know when they're going to attack you.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
Okay. I wish that I could defend myself, but you're
kind of right, Vin.
Speaker 3 (29:25):
You're a poodle.
Speaker 6 (29:28):
What I'm just saying that they're very well known for
like their quick wits and being trained well, and they're cute,
and they're cute and they're easy to get the fluffy hair.
Speaker 4 (29:38):
Yeah, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 1 (29:44):
Robin and Shelbyville, Welcome to one of seven five the River.
Tell us what dog breed your significant other would be.
I would say a bulldog, but not for the same
reason as the other collar, Okay, because they're.
Speaker 5 (29:58):
Adorable and loyal on a bit stubborn and sushi.
Speaker 1 (30:03):
Oh sweet, I love the bull I'm picturing like the
bulldog with the underjaw moment where he sticking out where
you look at him and you're like, oh, you're so cute.
Speaker 3 (30:13):
You got between the rolls on their face.
Speaker 1 (30:16):
You're so cute.
Speaker 8 (30:17):
Yeah, we have a bulldog.
Speaker 1 (30:20):
Oh you love that. What's your bulldog's name?
Speaker 2 (30:24):
Is that your husband dogs?
Speaker 1 (30:27):
No, that's down.
Speaker 5 (30:28):
My husband's the bulldog you were.
Speaker 3 (30:34):
I love that.
Speaker 1 (30:35):
Very cute, Robin. Thank you for calling in.
Speaker 5 (30:38):
We have a great dad.
Speaker 3 (30:40):
Appreciate it.
Speaker 1 (30:41):
Jacqueline and Brentwood. Tell us what kind of dog your
husband is?
Speaker 5 (30:45):
Oh? My husband and I have been best friend since
the sixth grade and we're coming up on twenty years married.
He is the most loyal but farcest man. I know. Okay,
he's precious if he's traded right, and he's also a
great protector of our four children. So I say he's
(31:06):
a Rottweiler.
Speaker 3 (31:07):
Oh that's good.
Speaker 1 (31:09):
That was a very sweet description too.
Speaker 5 (31:13):
Well, he's awesome. He's my man.
Speaker 3 (31:15):
What's his name?
Speaker 5 (31:17):
His name is Patrick.
Speaker 3 (31:20):
I just want to pet it. If I if.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
I came across Patrick somewhere in a dark alley, would
I be scared of him? Does you have an intimidating
appearance like a rottweiler?
Speaker 5 (31:28):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (31:28):
Yeah, and carries everywhere we go, so carkay, Yeah, yeah,
you may not want to pet him. I don't want
to put the ask Jack, Yeah, you gotta ask for
Thank you so much. For calling this morning Jackline.
Speaker 5 (31:46):
He up a great day, you too, thanks.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
Do you guys get nervous around police dogs for no
reason at all?
Speaker 3 (31:53):
Yes, yeah, yeah, me too.
Speaker 5 (31:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (31:56):
I just feel like they're so highly trained, and I'm like,
I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything, but
I feel like they're gonna smell me. I get nervous
or on.
Speaker 1 (32:03):
Cops and yeah, I always really I'm doing something wrong.
Speaker 3 (32:10):
Have a wicked good summer on the river. Here's the
next word in a wicked long sentence.
Speaker 2 (32:16):
Yeah, we're giving these words three times a day. We're
building this wicked long sentence for a trip to New
York to see Ariana Grundde and also tickets to see
Wicked on Broadway.
Speaker 3 (32:25):
Ricky, the current word is me.
Speaker 1 (32:30):
Emmy me.
Speaker 2 (32:31):
Hopefully you're keeping track right in this down your next word.
Twelve forty is the next one, and then four forty.
You need them all be here to get it and win.
Speaker 4 (32:41):
Keep track of every word.
Speaker 3 (32:42):
So when.
Speaker 2 (32:45):
It's the river, it's time for the daily double tab
Zack found this. It's Demi Levado on stage performing.
Speaker 6 (32:51):
She is proving the fact that her microphone was on
and the fact that she can actually sing her butt
off live like it's so incredible.
Speaker 2 (32:58):
And I love the reaction from the crowd when this happens.
They love, you know, something out of the ordinary, something unexpected.
I just think it's super cool. Today's Daily double.
Speaker 9 (33:05):
Tap Oops, they are taught.
Speaker 3 (33:29):
That'd be so cool if you were there and she
kept saying, there.
Speaker 1 (33:37):
We go, just wait, we're talking about that is what
we're talking about.
Speaker 3 (33:53):
So bad.
Speaker 1 (33:54):
It's also the fact that she could keep going even
when it had messed up and kind of play with
the crowd about it. That is some of who just
knows what they're doing and has been on stage for
many years and can keep it rolling.
Speaker 3 (34:05):
For sure, There we go, good fine, Zach.
Speaker 4 (34:06):
Today's Daily double Tap Ricky is Zach
Speaker 3 (34:09):
