I learned uh tough lesson over the weekend, one that
I think most of us.

Have learned at some point in our lives.

grow as we get older. But there's some things, there
are just some things that bring you right back to
what you used to be interesting parts of your life.

Interesting. I know you were with some old friends this weekend,

I was. I was with my high school friends this weekend.

Okay, all right, I want to hear about this right
after Olivia and Ricky will tell us how she reverted
back to the old.

the river.

Sometimes we learn life lessons in the most unexpected of places.
It's one O seven five the river. Ricky apparently learned
a life lesson at a NASCAR race this weekend.
Speaker 2 (06:05):
I did, Indeed, I did, Indeed, I went to the
truck races on Friday because one of my friends from
high school sponsored one of the trucks. Frankie Munis was
a driving so his company, Lakeside Construction, they sponsored the
truck And it was a very cool thing that I
got to experience NASCAR for the very first time. I've
never experienced anything like NASCAR before. This is a whole production.
(06:28):
I had no idea how much went into it, but like,
it's actually really cool. I just expected that it was
going to be this, okay, cars going around in a circle,
Like how exciting could that possibly be?
Speaker 6 (06:39):
It was.

It was a lot more of that.

There's a lot more.

Going on there, and it was a lot of fun.

So I was unexpectedly very excited to have experienced that.
But I also I learned a life lesson, and that's
the fact that you can grow and you could change
in life, but there are certain situations and certain people
that will bring you right back to what you used to.

These were old friends from Jersey.

Old friends from Jersey from high school. I've known forever.
Like I said, high school, which was a long time
ago now for me, but I've known them for a
long time. We've gone through a lot of different things together.
And it's funny because when I'm with them, I do
very much feel like I'm back in high school again.
And it's not so much that I revert back to
being high school rookie in the sense that because high

school workie was.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
A wild ride.
Speaker 2 (07:26):
Yeah, wild stories, but there are so many different things
that happen that you're like.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
Oh my god, this feels like high school again.
Speaker 2 (07:34):
Like I drank way more than I normally do at
this event, like way more than I typically would.
Speaker 3 (07:41):
But I think part of that.
Speaker 2 (07:42):
Is because I felt safe with them, you know what
I mean.
Speaker 3 (07:44):
I was like, oh, I'm with my friends, everything's fine.
And also we're.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
Drinkers back at home, like that's what everybody did because
there was nothing.
Speaker 3 (07:50):
Else going on.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
But yeah, it was just it was very much reverted back.
I was the only girl in the entire suite.

Oh does any sort of accent come out?
Speaker 3 (08:01):
I don't.

I feel like yes, because when I drink, my Jersey
accent comes out more. When I'm drinking, you can definitely
hear it more than on an average day.

You give us a little example right now, say something
about like.

Because the thing is too is that it has to
be like arguments and debates.
Speaker 3 (08:16):
And this is the thing I Kevin, I know you
don't mean that. I know you don't mean that.

I know, but like when I'm with these people, I
argue and scream and yell, and we're always like fighting
with each other, but like in a loving and nice way,
like we're just ripping on each other the entire time.
Like we're mean to each other when we're with each other.

People would think.

That we hate each other because that's how we talk.

It's very sweet in a way, in a very weird way,
it is, for sure. And it was nice because, like
like I said, I don't get to see them all
the time, and this is like a cool event to
experience together. This is something that my friend's been working
on for so long, so to see how excited he
was for to finally come into fruition.

London over the weekend. Her and her now husband, Callum
Turner got married at town Hall yesterday.

Wedding ceremony later this week in Sicily and Italy, like
a big one for the full weekend kind of vibes.
But the pictures I will say, from this intimate, tiny

Part of this. It was a very controversial idea. They
did a quote customer of size policy and they're going
to now once again allow gate agents to provide a
free adjacent seat when one is available, rather than requiring
all passengers who need extra space to buy a second
seat in advance. The change reverses that strict rule they

put that in place earlier this year, and this new
way of doing it has been accepted by travel experts
and size acceptance advocates who say it's a really good
right step, like step in the right direction. Though it's
not a perfect policy because if there is not room,
you do have to wait for a different flight where
there might be room.

In hindsight, the way I explained this a few minutes ago,
I made myself sound like a raccoon that does this regularly.
This wasn't even me. I was at a little gathering
yesterday and my friend, I'm just gonna say his name,
get it out there. His son, Huxley, had like half
of a hot dog, and then Dave was like, hey, buddy,
where's the rest of that hot dog? And huts like
I threw it away, and it was just sitting right
on top of the garbage, like on a dry plate.

It was just sitting there and Dave ate it, and
half of the people there thought it was gross. Half
of the people like, what, it's fine. So I wanted
to bring it to you and see what you thought
about it.

Kevin, have you ever eaten anything out of the garbage?

Yeah, I mean a raccoon, Because sometimes you'll throw something
away and then a little bit later, like I did,
I do want to finish that, and then you go
back it's just right on top. Like I wouldn't eat
something if it was like buried under dirty garbage.

paper plate or something and it was just right there
on top, I'd look around, make sure nobody's watching me,
and then maybe i'd have a body.

I mean it's it's a great way to not waste
food because obviously, especially you know we're talking about a
little kid who doesn't understand that, like, maybe you shouldn't
waste food like that, and that dad's willing to eat

got his very own built in garbage disposal. Mine's called AJ.

absolutely not, because I'm thinking, like you throw away raw
meat packages and things like that. But if it's like

Sometimes we learn life lessons in the most unexpected of places.
It's one O seven five the river. Ricky apparently learned
a life lesson at a NASCAR race this weekend.

I did, Indeed, I did, Indeed, I went to the
truck races on Friday because one of my friends from
high school sponsored one of the trucks. Frankie Munis was
a driving so his company, Lakeside Construction, they sponsored the
truck And it was a very cool thing that I
got to experience NASCAR for the very first time. I've
never experienced anything like NASCAR before. This is a whole production.

I had no idea how much went into it, but like,
it's actually really cool. I just expected that it was
going to be this, okay, cars going around in a circle,
Like how exciting could that possibly be?

It was.

It was a lot more of that.

There's a lot more.

Going on there, and it was a lot of fun.

So I was unexpectedly very excited to have experienced that.
But I also I learned a life lesson, and that's
the fact that you can grow and you could change
in life, but there are certain situations and certain people
that will bring you right back to what you used to.

These were old friends from Jersey.

Old friends from Jersey from high school. I've known forever.
Like I said, high school, which was a long time
ago now for me, but I've known them for a
long time. We've gone through a lot of different things together.
And it's funny because when I'm with them, I do
very much feel like I'm back in high school again.
And it's not so much that I revert back to
being high school rookie in the sense that because high

school workie was.

A wild ride.

Yeah, wild stories, but there are so many different things
that happen that you're like.

Oh my god, this feels like high school again.

Like I drank way more than I normally do at
this event, like way more than I typically would.

But I think part of that.

Is because I felt safe with them, you know what
I mean.

I was like, oh, I'm with my friends, everything's fine.
And also we're.

Drinkers back at home, like that's what everybody did because
there was nothing.

Else going on.

But yeah, it was just it was very much reverted back.
I was the only girl in the entire suite.

I feel like yes, because when I drink, my Jersey
accent comes out more. When I'm drinking, you can definitely
hear it more than on an average day.

Because the thing is too is that it has to
be like arguments and debates.

And this is the thing I Kevin, I know you
don't mean that. I know you don't mean that.

I know, but like when I'm with these people, I
argue and scream and yell, and we're always like fighting
with each other, but like in a loving and nice way,
like we're just ripping on each other the entire time.
Like we're mean to each other when we're with each other.

People would think.

That we hate each other because that's how we talk.

To each other.

It's very sweet in a way, in a very weird way,
it is, for sure. And it was nice because, like
like I said, I don't get to see them all
the time, and this is like a cool event to
experience together. This is something that my friend's been working
on for so long, so to see how excited he
was for to finally come into fruition.

Part of this. It was a very controversial idea. They
did a quote customer of size policy and they're going
to now once again allow gate agents to provide a
free adjacent seat when one is available, rather than requiring
all passengers who need extra space to buy a second
seat in advance. The change reverses that strict rule they

put that in place earlier this year, and this new
way of doing it has been accepted by travel experts
and size acceptance advocates who say it's a really good
right step, like step in the right direction. Though it's
not a perfect policy because if there is not room,
you do have to wait for a different flight where
there might be room.

where's the rest of that hot dog? And huts like
I threw it away, and it was just sitting right
on top of the garbage, like on a dry plate.

half of the people there thought it was gross. Half
