is i have a couple of cases where people have
sort of. Been scammed and if you live in a
mobile home and if you think you own it and
you're not getting a, tax bill you don't.

Where you buy your house and you don't get a
tax bill and it's. Really cheap and if you have,
a home you have a receipt for buying, a home
go to the treasure's office and at least pay one
dollar AND say i am the owner of, this home

and give them a receipt if they'll, take it and
build yourself a record because it's sort of. A scam
i've seen. IT twice i actually was on the phone
with somebody, and, said hey we don't have a, tax
bill and, they, said well the previous owner probably got a,
tax bill just.

A, second here. That's illegal you can't open that. Tax
bill and then another person couldn't sell their mobile home
because they didn't there was. Taxes due come to find
out it was in the name of the. Previous owner
they paid taxes under had a, Receipt.
