And this is from uh WEWS up at Cleveland, CPO
at Cincinnati, the Ohio Cap Journal. And I don't know
why there's not more reporting on this. The Ohio Supreme
Court ruled that a major utility company, AEP, does not

need to refund customers nearly seventy five million dollars after
being accused of overcharging to port two unprofitable and scandal
ridden coal plants. If you remember Larry Householder, that's why
he's in jail. On Wednesday, the justices unanimously affirmed that

the Public's Utilities Commission of Ohio was allowed to let
AEP collect subsidies in twenty eighteen and nineteen for two
Ohio Valley Electric Corporation plants. Subsidies we paid for it.
A study commission by the Ohio Manufacturers Association found in

twenty twenty four loan these subsidies cost taxpayers roughly two
hundred million dollars. The company lost more than one hundred
million the same year, So we are basically paying for
plants that aren't profitable. Now, there was a refund that

was supposed to come to some people, but the Supreme
Court ruled it gets it. If it would you're AEP customer,
you probably would have got about like fifty bucks, which
could mean a lot for a lot of people. And
the Supreme Court of Ohio denied it. That what is
wrong with this world. This is a problem with the
powerful in Ohio.

This is what we need to get out in protest.

Exactly in America, you US, ella me. We paid AEP,
We subsidized them. They took money, overcharged us for two
power plants that were run corruptly. They got caught, and
instead of doing the most basic thing on the planet,
the Supreme Court denied the people to get anything back.

We socialized two plants.

And they failed, and when they failed, we get nothing
for it. People always complained about socialism. This is a
perfect example of how America is a socialist country that
doesn't bit doesn't benefit anyone except the rich. If business works,
if a major corp option works, it makes a goadjillion dollars.
We subsidize it, we get nothing for it, and that's

capitalists somehow. But if this major company fails, we bail
them out and we still get nothing for it.

Nothing. We give billions to.

Microsoft, billions to Apple. We pay for much of the
production of the Tesla cars, and what do we get
for it?

Why do we pay for billion dollar corporations but we
don't have money to build more battered women shelters or
homeless shelters or hospitals in rural America?

Why is anyone okay with this?

The Supreme Court of Ohio and everyone in it on it,
excuse me. Is a disgrace to the country and the state,
and they should be We should also be collectively mad
about it. We should be constantly emailing, like Ellis said,
protesting and call it our representatives to stop this. If
we don't want to take the money from our tw
axes and help people who are downtroden, Okay, we can

have a conversation about that, but taking our tax money
and giving it to mega rich corporations so they have
no risk anymore in their ventures. That's not capital, that's corporatism,
that's crony capitalism. It's a moral it's wrong, and for
some reason in this country it's completely legal, and it
shouldn't be. There is nothing moral about the way. That's

and women, they say they care, but they don't care
because both parties are full of it. And we should
pay more attention at vote people who don't do anything
about this problem out of office.

State governor's crime of dereliction of duty and oath of
office violation, the nine to eleven crime, the detention guard

in solitary confinement for twelve months, the Capitol police officers

businesses illegally during the COVID, which is a violation of
a Fourth Amendment right of over two hundred million Americans.
It just goes on and on. So my question for
you is, are these oath of office violations being committed

by the people in government not doing their job. Is
it dereliction of duty by individuals in government not doing
their job? Is it a breach of duty? Or is
it just a cover up of an actual crime? Because
everything I mentioned earlier, they're over twenty five different crimes.
They're not looking at the evidence, they're not asking for

witness to come forward, they're collecting evidence and they're not
bringing it to a court of law, like for example,
Pam Bondy has over fifteen hundred pages of emails and texts,
and she thinks there's not one single man that committed
a crime against two thousand women other than Epstein.

In the House on Thursday approved funding for the majority

Speaker of the House, came out with his stupid glasses.
It said, don't doubt the House Republican majority. We always

spite of the challenges, and we'll continue to do that.
Don't doubt the Republican majority. We voted for one thing,
and we're getting this. You have the House, you have
the Senate, you have the Presidency, and because you couldn't.

You have led to the longest shutdown of government history.
That's delivering months of nothingness. People aren't getting paid. That
was delivering what nothing, Benny G. Thompson, a Democrat, said
of the bill being passed. After setting on his hands

Mike Johnson finally did what he should have done a
month ago, joined Democrats in passing at boy partisan bill
to end the shutdown. Thompson, you're an idiot. Also, the
Democratic Party didn't budge on anything. You were part of this.

to start electing new people. I don't care which side

The reason that we've got our problems is because our leaders,

in the fifties, you know, we didn't have all the stuff.

watch the news, did you go that guy's a Democrat

reporters and they're supposed to go right.

the fourth district And the first question that her representative says,
are you a Democrat, Republican or independent?

of leaned this way because of the views of this
and this and whatever. Well, we don't we don't listen
to the opinions or the cares of the people that
are Republicans or independents. If you're a Democratic, you could
call here. If not, don't ever call us to.

some sort of I just think, see, here's what you got.
You got moral failure with your leadership, and in the

thousand people in Gaza. Fifty eight thousand troops were lost
in Vietnam War. So who's actually saying forty five thousand
people were killed by Iranian authorities in two days?
