Speaker 1 (00:00):
Las Vegas Wakes Up with Joanna and Sean.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Here's what you missed on Sunday Mornings.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
You know, I said yesterday Joanna that I wasn't going
to get pranked, right, and I've already been pranked o No,
by him Sunday Mornings at Joanna and Sean on sundayman
was six point five. I'm going to tell you how
I've already fallen for a prank this morning. But also
Joanna found a list of things that maybe you should
avoid pranking anyone with today because they're simply not funny.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
So we'll get to that, Joanna.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
I had no sooner been wiping this sleep out of
my eyes this morning, but I got fooled by a
false relationship announcement.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
Okay, And why was it believable?

Speaker 3 (00:34):
Well, because these two have been rumored to friends of
mine on another morning show in this country, sure, and
they've been rumored to be dating secretly for a while,
and this morning they confirmed their relationship on Instagram, only
for it to be revealed that I am a sucker
and I fell for it and they are not in
fact dating.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
You love love, you might be happy.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
I was happy for them, and I was angry at myself.

Speaker 4 (00:54):
You're like, wait a second, I forgot what day it
wasn't say though, that took a turn.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
You know what, that's believable.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Though, social media is going to be a minefield.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Today, stay away. So what else should people stay away
from today? Though?

Speaker 4 (01:05):
Mind you so like, there are just things that are
just not funny, and some of those things like I
don't know why we need to remind people, but just
keep this as a reminder today.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Like proposing. If you are in.

Speaker 4 (01:17):
A relationship and maybe like marriage topic has come up,
don't fake propose.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
It's not funny proposing to yes, yes, don't do that.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Don't do that funny.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
For me to watch on the internet, not funny for
the person receiving the fake ring exactly.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
Something else along the lines of relationships, ask someone on
a date as a joke.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Don't do that.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
That's cool me mean obviously, don't think of death or
you know, don't do any of those like fake this
celebrity past news that you see on.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Social Yeah, and don't fake an injury.

Speaker 4 (01:52):
Injuries make people feel bad that they think that you're
like sick or that like.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
You've experienced harm. Don't do it.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Don't don't look for the sympathy right right? And can
we add to that list? No pregnancy announcements today that
aren't real?

Speaker 4 (02:02):
Oh I know, do you remember Justin Bieber did that
one year? No, yeah, he did and he got so
much backlash for it.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
My gosh.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Rule of thomb for pranks is everyone should be laughing,
right exactly what was that prank that you fell for
or that you pulled and you just can't live down?
Seven oh two seven nine six, one oh six five
More of the best variety the eighties, nineties and today
on the way next with bon Jovi and Sink and
Edwin McCain is Sunny one of six point five.

Speaker 2 (02:28):

Speaker 4 (02:32):
When did an Easter egg hunt go wrong?

Speaker 2 (02:35):
A good morning?

Speaker 4 (02:36):
It's Joanna add Sean seven o two seven nine six
one oh six five.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Listen, we all try to be, you know, perfect parents.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
We all always try to add the bells and whistles
to things like Easter egg hunts to make to make
things special for the kids. But I think the big
reminder there is kids, and sometimes when kids are involved,
stuff can go wrong.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Look at Measter I hunt.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
Well, kids are unpredictable. They invite chaos.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
No matter how much prep you do, some things are
in evidently not going to go work out the way
that you want them to.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
Seven o two seven nine six one six five. Carol,
thanks for joining the show. What happened with your egg hunt?

Speaker 5 (03:10):
You know the Terrible twos?

Speaker 6 (03:12):
Yeah, I have twins and it was Easter and we
had hidden all of the little plastic eggs out in
the backyard, and my husband put chocolate in them and.

Speaker 4 (03:22):
It was hot.

Speaker 5 (03:23):
Oh and oh, I know.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
So I sent those little boys out and they couldn't there.
Apparently at two they were idiots, so they couldn't find anything.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Right away, and they got angry and.

Speaker 5 (03:34):
They threw a little tantrum and they had to have
time out.

Speaker 6 (03:37):
And we forgot about the eggs and melted, and so
I had plastic cups, little plastic cups filled with looked
like pooh eo. My boys found for days.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Oh my gosh, that was something you probably a dog.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
Out in the backyards.

Speaker 5 (03:54):
You're afraid it would eat chocolate.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
I was gonna say, I'm sure your husband still to
this doesn't leave that one down.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
I blame him.

Speaker 6 (04:02):
It's the twins family and his family mine yeah, I did.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
He put the chocolate in the eggs?

Speaker 6 (04:09):
Come on like, yeah that as well? Yes, you're right
also that that fun.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
Yeah, well that's definitely an Easter to remember.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Thank you for sharing that, Carol.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
Yeah, yikes, I guess not nothing kind of clean up
you're expecting to do after the egg hunt, right, Yeah?

Speaker 4 (04:26):

make sure that the weather's nice in case I'm want
to put out some chocolate this weekend.

Speaker 5 (11:05):
We invite all the kids in the neighborhood and of
course we're fam friends of all of the family and
we also hired an Easter bunny. Well, our usual bunny
man was out of town, so I decided to do.
I went on to Facebook hire to find a new person. Now,
so he gets.

Speaker 7 (11:24):
There, seems like a great guy. I notice he's a
little flushed, but we know here in Vegas it can
get hot.

Speaker 5 (11:30):
Yeah, okay, Well.

Speaker 7 (11:32):
I guess he got into the adult Easter punch.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Oh my god, and.

Speaker 7 (11:39):
He has this whole entrance where he's doing the bunny hop.

Speaker 5 (11:42):
To the kids.

Speaker 7 (11:43):
And not only did he hop and his head fell off,
he kind of pass out.

Speaker 5 (11:47):
So all the kids started screaming.

Speaker 7 (11:50):
Thinking that Easter Bunny is no more?

You got to resort to a second string bunny man.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
I I can't hold down the bunny booth. It's terrible. Aaron,
Oh my gosh. I did you end up paying the guy?

Speaker 7 (12:25):
I ended up just tipping him a little extra because he.

Speaker 5 (12:29):
Didn't show up. He was still an amazing guy.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Wow.

Speaker 7 (12:34):
But I'm telling you that's not gonna happen this year.

Speaker 4 (12:37):
Hopefully your regular bunny guy's back. And also like Seohan
and I are also jealous because like we don't have
a bunny guy.

Speaker 2 (12:46):

over our house.

Kingdom of Fraud

It’s the unlikeliest of criminal partnerships: a devout polygamist from an insular Utah sect joining forces with a shadowy Armenian tycoon from LA. The result - a billion dollar fraud conspiracy. In Kingdom of Fraud, investigative reporter Michele McPhee traces the origins of the extraordinary alliance between Jacob Kingston and Levon Termendzhyan. Together, the two men trigger the largest tax investigation in American history and weave around themselves a web of dirty cops, influential political relationships and transnational money laundering. All this is set against the backdrop of Jacob Kingston’s clan – The Order. A powerful and secretive polygamist organization in Salt Lake City. To whom Jacob is desperate to prove his worth.
