Speaker 1 (00:00):
So if you had your very own TV talk show,
who would be your first guest? Seven oh two seven nine,
six one oh six five, Good morning, It is Sean
on Sunny one of six point five. I feel like
we've all at some point in our lives daydreamed about
this exact scenario, right, having your own TV show. Kelly
Clarkson one of those incredibly talented people who can seem
to do everything and has had that exact dream come true.

(00:22):
If you haven't followed the news, she said that she
might actually be leaving her show because of some personal
struggles she's going through. Now, we obviously hope that it's
nothing serious and that everything is okay for Kelly, but
it does beg the question as to who is going
to take over that show? Now, the obvious question to
ask here in the morning is who do you think
should take over Kelly Clarkson's show? But I think it's

(00:42):
more fun to ask, what would you do if it
was your show? If you were given the Kelly Clarkson
Show and it became your show, who would your first
guest be? Let's go to line three here, Good morning,
Who's this?

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Good morning to Shari?

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Hey?

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Shari? What side of town. You wan on here this morning?

Speaker 1 (00:57):
I okay, wonderful Chari if you get the show, if
it becomes a Chari show, who is your first guest
going to be? Who's interesting to you? Who do you
want to talk to?

Speaker 2 (01:07):
You know what, Believe it or not.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
I would like to talk to Shaboozie.

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Chaboozie. That's a great answer. You know what? Wow?

Speaker 1 (01:16):
We play We play that song a bar song Tipsy
all the time over here on Sonny.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Yeah, and I would like to know what's what's the dress? Bro?

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Like like you?

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Like you, I'm with you?

Speaker 1 (01:28):
And then the dress?

Speaker 2 (01:29):
So what in the world inspires that?

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Oh you're talking about the dress look that he wore
to the met galley. Yeah, I know which one you're
talking Look. I will say this, if anyone hasn't seen it,
I will suggest googling it. I dress hardcore dad vibes,
and I wish I could get away with wearing a
dress the way he was able to. I can never
pull that off. More power to him.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
Oh you look gorgeous than anything you do, so don't
even worry about it.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
Sure you're too sweet. Thank you so much. I'm looking
forward to watching the Shari Show.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Oh, thank you.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Me to Sonny one was six point five. It's Sean.
If you were.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Taking over Kelly Clarkson's talk show, as there are rumors
she might be leaving it, who would your first guest be?
Let's talk to Arianna, who's been on hold for a minute. Ariana,
thanks for calling. And who would you want to talk
to first if it was your talk show?

Speaker 3 (02:23):
Lady Gaga? She's on fire right now. I would love
to talk to her.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Oh, Gaga.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
That's a great answer, super relevant too, just had that
great Coachella show. Have you thought about any questions you'd
want to ask her?

Speaker 3 (02:37):
I would want to bring up like when she first
started out in New York City and talk about, you know,
what inspired her and how she started writing her first song.
She has this one song called Blueberry Kisses that was
one of her first songs. She ere it wrote. I
would really be to go way back in time and

(02:59):
compare to know.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Wow, feel it is fascinating hearing how big artists kind
of started out in like the club scene and you know,
scrapped in to get to the top. I don't know
that song, but I'm going to go back and listen
to it now. I don't my My knowledge of her
discography is not that deep, but I appreciate the suggestion there.

Speaker 3 (03:18):
Yeah, and her website, her old website from when she
would put her shows on and now going viral. It's
so funny. It's like pre my Space days.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Pre my Space. Okay, now you're talking my language. I'm
gonna have to look that up.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Arianna. Thank you so much for your time this morning.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
Thanks you too, have a good one.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
You're listening to Sunny Mornings with Joanna and Sean. I'm
Sonny one six point five.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
You know, sometimes it feels like the people working the
hardest are the ones trying the hardest not to do
any real work, right. Those scammers out there just trying
to trick you out of your hard earned money. It's
Sean on Sunny one of six point five. There's two
new scams out there targeting Vegas residents. One of them
involves a fake text supposedly from the Las Vegas Justice
Court that is fake. They're asking you for money for

(04:03):
a supposedly late traffic ticket and will include a suspicious
payment link don't click it. Officials confirm they will never
ask for payment via text. The other scam is an
email impersonating the DMV and again claiming you have an
unpaid ticket from the outa Highway Patrol, into threatens, fines
and license suspensions, all kinds of scary stuff again to

(04:25):
trick you into clicking a payment link.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
Don't click them.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Nov Thatta Highway Patrol will never contact people via email.
If you are concerned, of course, call Nevada Highway Patrol,
call Las Vegas Justice Court to confirm those things and
most of the time just a scam.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
Be safe out there. It feels like it's.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
Getting harder and harder every day to figure out what
is real and what is not.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Be safe out there. Sunny one of six point five
one six point Hey, do you have a.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
Million and one pictures of your pet in your phone?
Maybe an Instagram page for them? No shame, I am
one of those people. We can finally put those pictures
good use too. It's sunny Window six point five. I'm Sean.
I got your sunny story of the day. And the
Nevada SPCA is kicking off their sixth annual Pet Calendar
contest fundraiser. It is exactly what it sounds like. Every

(05:13):
year they put out a calendar featuring a dozen local
pets in all of their glory, and you could submit
yours right now. They're looking for five dogs, five cats,
and two small animals could be bunnies, guinea pigs, rats,
anything really. Entries are just twenty dollars. If your pet
is one of the grand prize winners, they will get
their very own professional photo shoot and a featured month

(05:35):
in the calendar. And every pet, regardless of winning or not,
is going to be guaranteed a spot on the calendar's
collage page for that twenty dollars. So great cause, great
calendar to get a hold of, and you can do
that right now. We'll put all the information up for
you at Sunnywindow six five dot com.

Speaker 2 (05:52):

Vegas is best variety of the eighties nineties and today,
good morning, It's Sean.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
There is still a lot to look forward to here
this morning.

the name drop first chance to win coming up at
seven forty, So make sure you sign up over at
the website, and then at eight going to announce the
lineup for our twenty twenty five iHeartRadio Music Festival, returning
to Vegas this September, And then you're gonna start winning
your way in this morning immediately. Now I've found this

(06:28):
list of the foods that you should not be bringing
with you to work for lunch. Experts say the worst
ones include fish, egg based meals, garlic heavy foods, Brussels sprouts,
which I am definitely guilty of, cabbage calliflower which I
have in my lunch today, and broccoli because they are

(06:50):
stinky and offensive to people. Now, apparently sound can be
as bad as smell, and anyone slurping on souper, crunching
on vegetables can be annoying their workers or even crackling
food wrappers. And at this point in this list, I'm
wondering if it's even possible to eat a lunch at work.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Without offending someone. It's sunny when it was six point
five stick around name drop on the way at seven
forty sunny Bono six point side Sonny one of six
