let's get started with today's.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
Show, and welcome back to the arrow Hit Survival Show
with Me, Curtis Burnham and Jose Can you see all everybody?
Speaker 3 (01:11):
I thought it was burn Ham, Well for you, it's
burn Ham. But that's because you can't speak English. No
speak at the English.
Speaker 4 (01:18):
No, no English.
Speaker 3 (01:20):
But you see, we only come in like that when
you see that. I can't talk like that because if
I talk like that it sounds racist. I'm sorry.
Speaker 4 (01:26):
I'll allow it.
Speaker 3 (01:28):
Okay, you allow it, so you speak on behalf of
all people in this room that says they allow it,
that is that is correct. Fantastic, fantastic. So, following back
up on our last show, so we took a one
week hiatus because iHeartRadio was closed for that week, and
so we decided, you know what, We're going to take
(01:48):
a week off as well, take a little break and
give our listeners the opportunity to rest their ears from
our wonderfully annoying voices. I mean, so, I mean it
was it wasn't my my choice, but then I was like,
you know what this this sounds like a good idea, right, Jose,
can you see right? Right?
Speaker 5 (02:05):
Right?
Speaker 3 (02:05):
Right? Yeah. So in our last show, we were talking
about what the wrong things are about the media, what's
going on in California, the protests and everything else. And uh,
I think it's only right because we even mentioned that
we would go over this a little bit further. But
over the last couple of weeks, we've been noticing things
going on in the news, and we decided to dig
(02:28):
a little deeper.
Speaker 5 (02:29):
Right yeah, yeah, not only noticing things, but I've been
reporting stuff on on WFL.
Speaker 4 (02:35):
Oh.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
You know that's right, you are the official news reporter
for WFL, Right, that is that is awesome. So a
part of that is, you know, we were mentioning and
the question was asked, what do you do if things
start to go south and the the adversary comes after
you and you don't like it? Right, I gotta fix
(02:59):
my microphone for a second. It's in a really bad spot.
Speaker 5 (03:00):
Yeah, because they are inevitably gonna tempt you into combat
or verbal exchanges or physical something exactly.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
Now, before the show, obviously you you heard that that
we do have a little disclaimer here. We are not attorneys,
We are not the legal advisors. We are simply citizens
like you and everyone else that is going against the
entire process of the media and saying, look, we're gonna
give you a little more detail on the matter, but
(03:32):
this is all based on opinion. Is it all your opinion? No, No,
it's our opinion combined.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
Right, yeah.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
Yeah. Now, now with that opinion, there also becomes some
facts and what you should and should not do in
these situations. And I'd like to actually start out the
show while let's let's go with reading the uh this
week's Bible Verse of the day, and we're gonna go
over two of them actually, because they kind of go
hand in hand. Uh right, Jose, Oh, yes, So I
(04:03):
I decided to do a little research on it because
you know, as we know, those that are coming at
you and wanting to get a rise out of you,
they're they're they're working in against God's plan, correct they are? Yeah,
So let's go. Let's go over and we're gonna do
(04:23):
two verses. The first one is James four seven submit
yourselves therefore to God resists the devil, and he will
flee from you. So if the devil is coming to
tempt you, what do you do?
Speaker 4 (04:37):
You flee?
Speaker 3 (04:38):
You walk away? Yeah, you just turn around, You turn
your back on the devil. You see. The thing about
Satan is you know, what would you say about Satan?
Is Satan there? And I want your your hard opinion
on this one. Is Satan there to tempt you and
get you to turn around and latch onto what he
wants you to do, which is wrong?
Speaker 4 (04:56):
Absolutely?
Speaker 3 (04:57):
Okay? Give you give I mean, are you just gonna
say absolutely you'd give little opinion on it? Oh?
Speaker 4 (05:01):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 5 (05:01):
My opinion is is just that, you know, the the
closer that we get to God, you know, the attacks
gets stronger.
Speaker 4 (05:10):
You know, Satan. Satan doesn't like us doing anything good
or doing anything for for for the Lord.
Speaker 5 (05:17):
So inevitably we are going to get tested, we are
going to get tried. It's it's just inevitable. It happens
to everybody on an everyday basis. But you know it's
it's it's just so easy to not fall for it
sort of.
Speaker 4 (05:31):
See.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
So you're saying, like Satan is like a drug.
Speaker 4 (05:35):
In many ways.
Speaker 3 (05:36):
So a drug brings you down, the more you have him,
the more you need him.
Speaker 5 (05:40):
Well, yeah, the drug lies to you. The drug says,
you know, take a little bit of me and you'll
feel good.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
Exactly. They're perfect. Take a little of me and you
will feel good. So in this situation we're gonna be
talking about. It goes over a video that is going
across social media right now, as well as it's been
covered by a few news networks. Now, I don't want
to go into any names. I don't want to go
into the full on topic, but it involves the idea
(06:07):
that just walk away, just walk away. It takes both
sides and it says one is right and one is wrong,
and the other was right and the other is wrong.
So on both ends. Do you get what I'm saying
that I just make any sense there. I think what.
Speaker 5 (06:22):
You're yeah, what you're saying is you know you want
you want to, you know, fight whenever it's a righteous yeah.
Speaker 3 (06:27):
So you know it's like the left and the right.
We try to keep everything centered here because we talk politics, guns,
religion and everything. The media doesn't want to hear right. Right.
So in this case, we're looking at the positive side
and the negative side, and we're looking at those that
are sitting there telling you, look, this person was right
and this person was wrong, But in reality, both were
(06:48):
right and both were wrong in many many ways. It's
how it progresses and how Satan gets into your soul
and your heart and pushes you to the brink of
h of breaking right. So we got another scripture, uh
one Peter five eight through nine. Be self controlled and
(07:08):
alert your enemy. The devil prows around like a roaring
lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm
in the faith. So we were talking last week about
that whole idea. You know, when someone is coming in
and poking and proud of at you and sitting there saying, hey,
(07:28):
listen to me, Listen to me. Listen to me. Turn around, Yeah,
turn around, come on, come further, Just say no, like drugs,
just say just say no. It doesn't matter they're following
you because guess what, only you have control of yourself.
No one else can control you. That's right, right. So
you know, I don't want to go too into detail
(07:48):
about this topic right now. Instead, we're going to talk
a little bit about, you know, different situations we've seen
in our lives and uh and go through the different
situations in this whole protest situation and uh and figure
out how the the uh, how this could be, this
could have been avoided. You know, you walk away?
Speaker 4 (08:09):
No, no, no, what uh? What is it that you're
speaking of?
Speaker 3 (08:12):
So what I'm speaking of is during the protests a
couple of weeks ago, there was a a I'm gonna
call him a gentleman, even though the way he talks
was not gentle at all. In fact, he was very
profane in his entire video. He started going to the
protest with this camera recording, and quite frankly, if you're
going with the camera recording, you're going up to people
and swearing at him and cussing him, at him, flipping
them off and all these other things. And if you're
(08:34):
flipping someone off and you're telling them they're wrong, and
you're you're yelling at him and you're yelling obscenities or
you're saying obscenities, that's already wrong. Right, So what you're
doing is you're already to poke the bear. You're coming
in poking the bear.
Speaker 4 (08:46):
People are videotaping these cameras.
Speaker 3 (08:48):
Everywhere, Yeah, exactly, So if someone is intentionally videotaping you,
you already know they're trying to get you to do
something that you don't want that and they don't that
you don't want to do, so the walk away become
more important. Right now, the same group of people, there
was another altercation with them prior to the end altercation
(09:08):
which ended up one gentleman in a in handcuffs and arrested.
So if one altercation and it leaves in the next altercation,
then he might have gotten way, you know, and actually
gone home with his family rather than having to put
himself in handcuffs and put him in itself into a
legal legal battle that he couldn't he could have avoided,
(09:28):
or all together, just don't show up at all. You know,
don't be the instigator, right because we don't want to
be like Satan, who's an instigator, right.
Speaker 5 (09:39):
Right, And and you know that's that's a like we
discussed you know the whole time.
Speaker 4 (09:44):
That's that's what they're trying to do.
Speaker 5 (09:46):
They're just trying to get you know, people upset, get
a rise, get a rise out of you, so you
can do something harsh or brash without thinking. And and
you know that's really what happens when you get angry.
You know, you get upset. You know, you let you
let satan get the best of you, you know.
Speaker 3 (10:03):
Exactly, no matter what if you meet it or not.
In the end you realize what you did wrong, but
you got to live with the consequences, right, right.
Speaker 5 (10:10):
And you know I've been there before, you know, many times. Uh,
you know, back back when I was younger. You know,
I just would let things get to me and my
anger would get the best of me.
Speaker 3 (10:21):
I think we all do still.
Speaker 5 (10:22):
Yeah, Yeah, it happens, right, Yeah, it happens. But you
know the easiest best thing to do is just stay away.
Speaker 3 (10:31):
From all that, exactly.
Speaker 5 (10:34):
Yeah, this is something you know, very necessary. You know,
I don't think counter protesting an already silly protest is I.
Speaker 4 (10:43):
Don't think that's very productive at all.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
No, now you see counter protesting. Here's the thing. You've
got a group of people who are already politically charged
and already charged themselves. Well, don't add more to the situation.
Speaker 5 (10:56):
All right, everybody, Well, you know, hang tight with us,
and we will be.
Speaker 4 (10:59):
Right back after these quick commercial breaks.
Speaker 5 (12:01):
And welcome back to the Arrowheade Survival Podcast with me
Jose Gang. You see he and the mister Cartis button them.
Speaker 3 (12:13):
He said that, he said it was such grace, but
he got it right.
Speaker 4 (12:19):
Yeah, I got it right. I've been I've been practicing.
I get in front of the mirror and Curtis Burnham.
Speaker 3 (12:24):
God, and then you came into my store the other
day and you said Curtis Burnham and uh, I was
trying to impress your friends. I know you wanted to
impress my brother. A little bit didn't work too well.
Speaker 4 (12:35):
That was your brother.
Speaker 3 (12:36):
I don't know, was it. I don't think the guy
with the big beard no, looks kind of muzzle. No, okay,
you didn't meet him then me. No, some of it
looks like you, but has more hair on his head collar.
He's shorter than me though he's my older brother, but
he's still shorter.
Speaker 4 (12:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (12:53):
So now that they're talking about my store, right, So
this podcast is you know, we say he's brought to you.
This podcast is brought to you by Right to Bear,
which is one of our sponsors, but our true sponsor
is me Curtis Burnham, owner of Arrowhead Survival and Airheadsurvival
dot Com, located on seven to twenty Capital Circle, Northeast,
(13:13):
sweet g across from the Federal Prison here in Tallahassee, Florida. See,
I had to add a little bit of a posaz
to bppppo. All right, so you hear that Arrowheadsurvival dot
Com and at seven twenty Capitol Circle Northeast your local
gun store where we have the best prices on guns,
(13:34):
gear and more. Now, if you're really looking for something,
we're in hurricane season now, and you know that in
hurricane season we have a hard time with trees falling
through their windows or your roof or your roof. Yeah rough,
I said, rough roof, saw through your roof now. So
one way that we try to keep you safe is
(13:54):
we like to go over different items that we offer
over at Arrowhead Survival which it doesn't just guns. And
this is where people get a little wrong. Do you
offer roofs. We don't offer roofs. We offer roof No,
So we actually offer something called roll of shields shutters.
So wow, we are actually the East Coast only dealer
and installer of roller shield shutters, which count as shields
(14:17):
from those trying to hurt your family, trying to break
into your home. Great way for those those winter soldiers
that leave here during the wintertime and come back during
the summertime. Or is it the other way around. Well,
either way, these roller shield shutters can be motorized, can
be rolled down by hand. And I don't think I
told you about this either, right.
Speaker 4 (14:39):
No, so you didn't tell me how fancy they were.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
No, they're awesome. They are freaking fantastic. So we installed
them over at the Golden Brothers Feet store in Thomasville,
Georgia recently. And so if you go in there, I
are Thomasville friends, go ahead and check them out. You know,
they they now recently started selling guns. They did not
pay me to say this. They are my competitors, but
not my competitors because I don't believe in competitors. Because
(15:02):
we are better than everybody else. Competition is healthy, but
if you're the competition, what's the competition.
Speaker 4 (15:12):
I'm my own competition.
Speaker 3 (15:14):
I am my own competition because I love being my
own competition. You know what's funny about these microphones is
I feel the heat coming off my breath right in
my face. Yeah. So, like I said, is if you
are looking for the best deals in town, you can
go to airheadsurvival dot com and if you see a
price that you don't like, come on in. I might
be able to work with you on it. Because I
(15:34):
don't believe in competition. I'm my own competition.
Speaker 5 (15:37):
Or you could come in and say, jose Kenn you
see and you'll get one off of it, and I'm
just no, that doesn't work.
Speaker 3 (15:44):
Actually, you know, we do have to go over our
word of the day, but you know, I think I'm
gonna hold off on giving the word of the day
because I don't feel like it right now. And I
want you to actually listen to the whole show.
Speaker 4 (15:55):
Yeah, we got we gotta go through it too. You
got to. Yeah, let me know, you fill me in.
Speaker 3 (15:58):
I'm not telling you the word of the day. Oh
you can't make me guess Oh, I'm gonna make you guess.
I'm gonna make you guess to man. Yeah, but I
will tell you that our word of the day is
going to get you an extra bonus this time, because
every year we do a bonus, right, so this Saturday today, Actually,
when you're listening to this, when you give us the
word of the day, and you buy one of our
(16:19):
ar rifles, pistols or any other arrowhead survival ar, you
are going to get a free Now, this is free
guitar case for your gun.
Speaker 5 (16:38):
You mean to tell me the guitar case like on
Desperado with Antonio, Yes, get they had a town.
Speaker 4 (16:46):
Does you have the fake guitar on the top, and
then it's an.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
Actual guitar case that is fitted for a gun. Save
your Cases?
Speaker 4 (16:56):
Wow? Yeah? Is it with the brand Save? Yes?
Speaker 3 (17:02):
Yes, So you know they are freaking amazing. They are
absolutely fantastic. We are now a Savior case dealer and
they are beautiful, strong, tough and fit your gun better
than any other case. You will own.
Speaker 5 (17:16):
Question, and I think everybody else is having the same
thing on their mind. Is there a little button on
the handle that I could push and the guitar the
guitar will go or the case.
Speaker 3 (17:27):
It'll it'll roll, but it will knock up. But I
mean if you were to try to build something like that,
it might be a bad idea, but it might be
pretty cool at the same time. But in that case case,
you see what I did there, In that case, one
of that just be still considered a exposed firearm instead
of a you know, a concealed firearm. M never thought
(17:50):
about that one, did you.
Speaker 5 (17:51):
Well, it's not it's concealed until you start, you know,
unloading unloading.
Speaker 3 (17:58):
There you go, So, yes, that is what you would
be getting today, is a free guitar case with your
gun that is custom fitted for your firearm. Now, if
you don't want the guitar case, we got to call
a couple other options too, but you know, we the
guitar case is the primary free one. But if you
want something cheaper, well I will give you something cheaper
if you don't like the guitar case. But why would
(18:18):
you want cheaper?
Speaker 4 (18:20):
Yeah, the guitar case you can put a gun in.
Speaker 3 (18:22):
I mean, I mean it's a two hundred and thirty
dollars value for free.
Speaker 4 (18:26):
Yeah, yes, Prieze.
Speaker 3 (18:27):
I like free.
Speaker 4 (18:28):
I love free. I like free freeze for.
Speaker 3 (18:30):
Me, freeze for me. All right, So you're gonna have
to listen in and figure out what our word of
the day is towards the end of the show. So
prior to us going over this, you know, we don't
want to spend too much more time on this whole
topic because it is extremely controversial and we don't want
people to get any weird opinions. So what we were
talking about is this gentleman who went to the who
(18:54):
went to the protests and as an anti protester, counter protest,
counter prow protester, counter protester testing against these these uh,
deportations and the ICE agents. So you know, these ICE
agents are just doing their job. You can't go against them.
That is wrong in and of itself. Now, this gentleman
also what's interesting is I did a little research on
(19:16):
him and uh, he's also a family of an immigrant,
an immigrant who came from Cuba. His father was Cuban,
So he has a probable reason to be able to be,
you know, protesting against this this group of of you know,
let's go with American hating people. American hating people, I mean,
but they're not all American hating we remember, we want
(19:38):
to keep this centered. Now, the person that that he
they're they're claiming battery. Now, although his actions were wrong,
I'm not gonna say they were right because they were wrong.
And if you decide to go and find the full video,
which uh, you know, we do have the full video,
and I agree in some cases the guy that was
recording was wrong. He was intentionally recorded, and he was
(20:00):
intentionally going up to him and saying, come at me, Bro,
Come at me, Bro, Come at me. Bro. Now, the
more you tell someone to come at you, bro, they're
gonna come at you. But here's the other end of it.
You have full control over yourself. Now. You don't go
coming up to someone and charging at him and saying
and then hitting their phone. That's not what you do. Now.
(20:21):
In our previous episode, we said, okay, if you're in
a situation where you find yourself needing to become physical,
walk away. If he comes at you and he finds
your vehicle, Okay, I get it, but you put yourself
in a bigger situation, you put yourself in a worse situation.
(20:41):
Walk away, just keep walking or just keep swimming.
Speaker 5 (20:46):
And you know, I'm pretty sure the counter protester, they
got a rest. And I'm pretty sure he's a great guy.
You know, I saw some of his videos, but man,
you know, you just cannot let people get to you
like that.
Speaker 3 (20:55):
No, I've actually talked to the guy.
Speaker 5 (20:56):
He's actually extremely nice, especially at these events. You know,
you know this, this is what they're trying to do,
and you know it looked like a very weak event
to begin with.
Speaker 4 (21:06):
You know, yes, everything that I've seen.
Speaker 3 (21:08):
Now now after the whole arrest started going down, this
is where I've got to really start to get on
this guy side. Is you know, the guy recording, I'm sorry,
but you're a jerk. You are a straight jerk. He
sit there and cuss at him and cuss around everyone
and cuss out all the people and saying, So I've
got to get on the guy that you know, he
(21:28):
supposedly battered.
Speaker 5 (21:30):
Now, let's I believe we should tell everybody that the
guy that was recording, that was instigating, he was our
inspiration for our.
Speaker 3 (21:39):
Scripture exactly, was just the inspiration for the scripture because
he and in my mind, quite frankly, you are you
are as good as Satan right now.
Speaker 4 (21:46):
Satan was using him.
Speaker 3 (21:47):
Now we're not gonna name names because I don't want
people to go against me as saying that I am
he he is Satan and all this other stuff. But
you went out and you intentionally recorded, and you went
and followed this guy and wanted them to do something. Now,
at the same time, the guy that got you know God,
all right, he followed into your hands. He did exactly
what you wanted him to do. And quite frankly, you're
(22:08):
a jerk. You are a jerk. Loser, you are You
are a loser for doing this. You know you would
have had you could have done so much good. You
could have actually talked to this guy and interviewed him
and said, hey, why do you think this way? Right?
Speaker 6 (22:23):
Yeah, you know that.
Speaker 5 (22:24):
That's what really makes me upset about politics. It's so volatile,
you know, people are they get so angry so quick.
Speaker 4 (22:30):
I mean, let's talk.
Speaker 5 (22:31):
We could talk about stuff, you know, just a little
while ago, we were talking about you know, you know,
some controversial stuff off air.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
You can think both directions, is still get along?
Speaker 4 (22:41):
Yeah, you could get have a conversation.
Speaker 3 (22:43):
If you're listening to this show and you want to
get on my show and you want to go and
defend yourself as to why you were a jerk and
tell me that I'm being a jerk for calling you
a jerk. You were a jerk, you know. Come on in,
call me up. My phone number is eight three three
eight five arrow eight three three eight five two seven
(23:04):
seven six nine eight three three eight five two seven
seven six nine. Please call me at my shop. So, yes,
please call me up. I would love to have you
on my show. I want you to defend why the
reason is that you were a jerk, right, and why
you felt the need to go in and push these
people right, right?
Speaker 5 (23:23):
And yeah, I mean just just yeah, you put it
really really good, sir, Like, well, why you gotta do that?
Speaker 4 (23:30):
And why be that way? You know you can do
so much good like you said.
Speaker 3 (23:34):
And no, I'm not defending this other guy, I really
all right, right, yeah, I'm not. You gotta because he
went jerk too. You're wrong when you're wrong, and you're
right what you're right. Two wrongs don't make it right.
Speaker 5 (23:43):
But yeah, and uh, you know, speaking about which we're
gonna be right back after these quick.
Speaker 4 (23:47):
Commercial breaks, everybody, Uh, hang hang tight in there with us,
and we got a lot more to discuss. Yep.
Speaker 3 (23:53):
All right, see soon, love you.
Speaker 7 (23:55):
Bye and welcome back to the air at Survival Show
(24:16):
with Curtis Burnham and jose Can you see. Oh right,
So during the break we had a little discussion. We
realized that we may have been a little bit of jerkish.
Speaker 4 (24:28):
Yeah, we fell into the trap a little bit as well.
Speaker 3 (24:30):
We really did. And uh, this is a great example
of how satan works. It's kind of interesting because we
went pretty pretty far and pretty deep. And you know,
first off, I'd like to apologize to this gentleman for
calling him a jerk, but I don't take back my
feeling on it.
Speaker 4 (24:47):
Yeah, yeah, just don't you know, speak don't be a jerk.
Speaker 3 (24:51):
That's it. Let's say anybody don't be a jerk. Now,
I will say I still I still challenge this guy
to go ahead and give me a call. I really
want to know why you decided to spend what forty
minutes forty five minutes recording people and where you seemed Actually,
you were very very nice most of the time, you
were very respectful, but when it came to people that
(25:12):
didn't believe that the way you believed, you became very
very irate and rude, very rude. Portions of the video
in there have you saying I should just walk up
to this guy and take his flag. I need to
take his flag. You know things that said if I
took his flag, he would get all pissed off. It's wrong,
it's wrong. You should have never said that. Quite frankly,
(25:33):
you know, no matter what the guy you're going after,
the guy that you're pressing charges against, did, I don't care.
Quite frankly, I don't care about what you do on
your side. I don't care about the sides of what
you believe in. What I care about is you as
a person. I care about what this person that came
back at you. Like I said, I do believe that
(25:55):
he was wrong. He should have just kept going. But
on the same note under Florida State at you, which
we talked about before, I don't know what his reasoning was,
and I don't want to say what his reasoning was,
but I will say he was there with the son,
He was there with this family. He was there and
you were following him. You were intentionally trying to get
a rise out of him. You intentionally pushed him to
(26:19):
the brink. Now, he may have been the one that
came up to you charged.
Speaker 5 (26:24):
And be careful because when you take people to court,
you know you discovery is own you as will right.
Speaker 4 (26:31):
I mean, I'm not a lawyer, now, I mean either
that's just what I think. You know that you.
Speaker 5 (26:35):
Know you so things that are If I'm assuming he's
hiding stuff and I'm just assuming I'm not, I don't
know anything for sure, right and you know, so you
take somebody to court.
Speaker 3 (26:47):
And you're in the wrong either way. The reason why
you posted this video on social media, it wasn't to
prove your point of how you know Trump supporters are
or anyone else. Now, it doesn't matter what I believe politically,
it doesn't matter what I believe religiously, because in the end,
(27:08):
it's how you treat people. And quite frankly, you were rude.
You started out extremely nice. You you were there, you
were supporting what you believed in. And I thought, and honestly,
if I watched the video from the beginning, I would
have been like, man, this guy is awesome. I think he's
a great guy. But in the end, you're sitting there
saying come at me, bro, come at me, bro, come
(27:30):
at me Broward while walking towards him. That's uh, I
mean in a lot of ways. Yes, that could be
considered threatening. Now, of course, the other guy could have
walked away, he could have kept walking, but he chose
to stop. But you also kept on calling him out.
You were essentially asking him and telling him you. Oh no,
you didn't, weren't y Sessionally, you literally said, come at me.
(27:55):
That's asking for a fight right now. That's what Satan does.
Satan asks for a fight. He wants you to come
towards evil. So when I said you were as good
as Satan, now, I'm sorry about that, that was wrong.
That was completely wrong with me. What I meant is
your actions are as good as what Satan's actions would
(28:18):
want you to be. Now, Like I said, whether you're
hearing this or not, whether someone sends it to you,
I want to get my point across here because I
am a father of three. I have three young kids,
and I love them to death, and I want them
to learn the right ways to do things. How would
(28:40):
you want your children to react to this if you
were in the other guy's shoes? How would you react
at the same time afterwards, when you went and ran
away screaming like a little girl. I'm sorry you sounded
like a little girl when you're screaming he.
Speaker 4 (28:56):
Hit me, he is something to me.
Speaker 3 (28:58):
I want him arrested, please, I'm sorry, but you sounded
really pathetic. I mean it was pretty bad. And obviously
with our show, we talk a lot of smack about everybody,
and if anything, when I talk smack about people and
I'm talking to your face, it means I actually have
respect for you. So it's a weird concept, but I
mean I have respect for this guy because, you know what,
(29:20):
he had the guts. He had the guts to go
out there and post the fact that he ran away
like a little girl. I love it. I absolutely love it.
I think he's hilarious. But here's the other side of it.
You want to make this guy to be out some
horrible human being. He's getting put in handcuffs, he's being arrested.
Speaker 4 (29:41):
Yeah if you.
Speaker 3 (29:43):
And you started swearing at him, and you started yelling
at him, and he started pushing and he started I
give all these obscenities, and I'm like, you know, once
the threat is neutralized, you walk away.
Speaker 4 (29:58):
Yeah. I'd love to know how old this guy is.
Speaker 3 (30:00):
He looks pretty young. I mean, he looked like he
was in his twenty years or thirties. Maybe, I mean
his beard make him look like he's in his eighties.
But you know, but either way, my point being the
way that I teach my kids and the way that
I teach other people. It's just like when when you
teach a concealed weapons class and someone is carrying a firearm.
If you're carrying a firearm, your job is to not
(30:21):
pull that gun unless you absolutely have to.
Speaker 4 (30:23):
De escalation.
Speaker 3 (30:24):
De escalation. Now, instead of saying come at me, bro,
maybe you should have said, hey, look, do you buy
just talking to me? Let's discuss and I kind of
want to see what your point is. Can we talk
peacefully civilly. No, Instead, you went the uncivil route, I
mean completely uncivilized. I mean I thought I was watching
the Third world country in a battle of whose butt
(30:47):
cheeks are bigger than the next person's butt cheeks. Yeah,
you get the innuendo, Yeah.
Speaker 4 (30:52):
Showing they're showing, Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 3 (30:55):
So I mean there's other ways around it. Talk it out.
I mean, I see here so many times the anti
gun community talking about how you need to de escalate
with words. You need to use your words, use your words,
use your words, make it all peaceful, make it all
rainbows and butterflies and sparkles. I'm sorry I had to
say it that way, but it's true. That's how it sounds.
(31:17):
It's like, you know, I'm watching a children's show telling
people to just be peaceful, and yet you are so
far from peaceful that you're nearly violent. You are violently
assaulting this guy with your voice. And yes, words can
be assault, right, I mean, have you ever been, Jose,
have you ever been in a situation where words could
(31:39):
be considered assault? Well, not necessarily.
Speaker 4 (31:45):
I take words a little bit differently than most people.
Speaker 3 (31:48):
Well what about verbal abuse?
Speaker 4 (31:50):
Yeah, now, you know.
Speaker 5 (31:51):
A man talking down his wife, you know, you know,
yelling at her and stuff like person was talking about
an older gentleman with his wife and he was in
the grocery store.
Speaker 4 (32:01):
Yelling at her about mayonnaise.
Speaker 3 (32:02):
Yet that's not right.
Speaker 4 (32:04):
That's absolutely wrong. So so yeah, that that that could
be technically a little aggressive, but I wouldn't.
Speaker 5 (32:12):
Yeah, but a violence if you if I'm like, yeah,
I'm gonna kill you, you know, I would say that's
that's your preparing.
Speaker 3 (32:17):
But it comes across as violent. I mean, you think
about it, if you cannot. If you cannot control yourself,
then you can't expect other people to control themselves either, right, Right,
And that's that's the thing is you You were wrong.
You were completely wrong. And now, like I said, we
lost we lost our control for a second there, which
is wrong of us too. And but you see, there's
(32:38):
a difference between you know, taking responsibility for your own
actions and blaming someone else for your actions. He made
me do this, he made me do that. No, No,
only one person make that choice. You know, the homeless
guy on the street that picks up a crack pipe,
or that drug addict that picks up a crackpipe or
or or a needle. Is it him making the choice
(33:01):
or is it someone forcing him to do it?
Speaker 4 (33:04):
Right? Yep?
Speaker 5 (33:07):
Yeah, Yeah, it's it's a tough situation because I mean,
I can't have respect for either one of them like
I want.
Speaker 3 (33:13):
I can't expect one.
Speaker 5 (33:14):
Of them, I really did, you know, I would like to.
I'd love to respect both of them, but in this situation,
it's yeah, I just man, it's hard, it's just really hard.
Speaker 4 (33:26):
You know, they're both in the wrong. Uh, you know
we we how old are we?
Speaker 3 (33:30):
Like I said, I have three kids, and if they
ever get into altercation, even even at siblings. I mean,
sibling altercation is crazy.
Speaker 4 (33:39):
You know, been there, done that.
Speaker 3 (33:41):
It's bad. And now I see you and your brother
and I'm like, dang, who is the one really beating
up the other? Because I mean, you're missing half your hair?
Speaker 4 (33:48):
Yeah he just waits.
Speaker 3 (33:50):
Yeah, yeah, I'd be more afraid of him than you.
I mean, it looks like he ripped your hair out.
Speaker 4 (33:55):
But no.
Speaker 3 (33:55):
So, I mean, I have a brother. It's not always
been the best relationship. I have children. They get into
sibling rivalry, prides and all the time, right, you know,
but you can't sit there and say he made me
do that, she made me do that. It's you did that.
You made your you made your choice to be a
to be the way you were and the way you
were acting, and you pushed him to the brink of
(34:19):
just losing it. Right. So you know, I want to
teach this. You know, this is kind of a teaching lesson. Also,
you know, it's the idea that you know, with kids
with guns, with everything you do, it's only you that
has control over yourself and for the adults too, because
that's what I'm saying.
Speaker 5 (34:34):
We're live in a day and age, we're even adults,
we kind of forget some you know the basics of Look.
Speaker 3 (34:41):
The idea of carrying a firearm. Do you carry a
firearm because at any moment in time you want to
be able to use it? Absolutely not? No, I do not.
That's the last thing I want to do is when
you carry a firearm, do you avoid situations where you
might have to use it?
Speaker 5 (34:54):
Absolutely so, de escalate, de escalate or just don't even go, right,
don't even go.
Speaker 3 (35:01):
Just you know, stay in bed, stay in bed, don't go,
stay in bed, and just keep it clean, you know,
keep yourself clean. Make sure that you keep those rights
to own those firearms. And you know, again, I do
want to I want to reiterate, I do want this
guy on my show. I do want him here. Eight
three three eight five arrow which one? Both huh?
Speaker 4 (35:23):
Both of them?
Speaker 3 (35:24):
Both of them? If they call me up, I would
love to if.
Speaker 5 (35:26):
They came in together and you know, hash it out,
you know, gently and nicely.
Speaker 3 (35:30):
Gently. Yeah, I mean I think that they should be
I think they should come in here and talk together
as as normal human beings. So I would like both
of you guys sit there and talk. I think that
that you both could sit there and discuss what happened,
and as as grown men and adults figure this out right,
you know, keep the law out of it. Just be friends.
Just be friends. Now we do have to end this
(35:53):
particular segment. We have one more segment after this. Remember
eight three three eight five arrow arrow hits ravle dot.
I'm sevent twenty Capital Circle.
Speaker 6 (36:01):
Northeast and welcome back to the window, Ben Benitos. I
ever had both guys going cuttage bum ham.
Speaker 3 (36:18):
Do you even know Spanish? See not good?
Speaker 4 (36:23):
Not good?
Speaker 3 (36:24):
I did say.
Speaker 4 (36:25):
Legitimate words there.
Speaker 3 (36:26):
You're you're a disgrace to the Mexican and Cuban American.
I don't know, I don't know you. You are something special,
aren't you how?
Speaker 4 (36:38):
I am half Mexican, half Cuban, one.
Speaker 3 (36:41):
American American American deep deep.
Speaker 4 (36:46):
When I was born. As soon as I was born,
they knocked that hospital. Now, and so that's it, everybody,
we go home.
Speaker 3 (36:54):
You know, I can tell you're tired. You sound like
I did a couple of weeks a couple episodes ago,
where I was half asleep.
Speaker 4 (37:05):
I can't you know, there's no sleep.
Speaker 3 (37:07):
What's sleep? Is for the wicked, and you're not wicked.
Speaker 4 (37:10):
Sleep. I don't sleep like.
Speaker 3 (37:11):
They say sleep is for the wicked, and you're not wicked.
Speaker 4 (37:13):
I need this sleep.
Speaker 3 (37:14):
You're wickedly awesome. Oh no, just a little bit, all right,
So I think that we have to go in and
really bring this in the real way. Now, welcome back
to the Airhead Survival Show, where we taught God, religion,
God and religion to the same thing, politics, guns, and
(37:36):
everything that you don't want to hear about.
Speaker 5 (37:39):
So I heard religion is man's attempt to reach God
and Christianity is God's attempt to reach man.
Speaker 3 (37:48):
That was deep.
Speaker 4 (37:48):
Yeah, I heard that. I didn't make that up.
Speaker 3 (37:52):
So so since we've gotten very controversial today using you know,
half insults and half compliments.
Speaker 5 (38:02):
And to both those gentlemen, I just want to end
it like this and say, and I'll be done with
that personally, the two of you.
Speaker 4 (38:11):
You're both good people. We know it. Act like it.
Speaker 3 (38:14):
Just grow up, yeah, just act like it.
Speaker 5 (38:16):
So and I'm pretty sure when they're not doing that,
they're awesome people.
Speaker 4 (38:20):
I could Oh yeah, I'll put all my money on it.
Speaker 3 (38:22):
Well, I mean I saw I saw this video and Honestly,
most of the time, both of you guys were very,
very good, sill people. I mean, I think that you
guys could sit down and say, look, we both got
out of hand. And I'm not saying drop your charges
or anything else that ain't me. I really don't care.
What I care about is just sitting there, you know what.
Like I said, if you can't hug and make up,
(38:45):
then then there's something wrong here, you know, cause you
both made mistakes. You were both in the wrong. One
just took it further than the other. Right, So that's
that's how it's put. Now I'm gonna I'm gonna go
ahead and start talking about our our word of the day,
and uh, you want me to guess it too, or
you're gonna I want you to guess it. You're not
(39:05):
going to guess it. But I mentioned I mentioned a
portion of the word throughout the show, and you mentioned
it too, Okay, is the word of the day?
Speaker 4 (39:14):
Counter protester? No is it? Loser? No is it?
Speaker 3 (39:22):
It's pretty dang cold in this box, cold in this
ice box, ice box. You had no clue? Yeah, so
is that what it is? Always? So? So, just so
everyone knows, I don't know what word of the day
it's going to be until as we're recording the show
(39:43):
and it just comes to me. Room right now, this,
this recording studio is cold as freaking ice. I mean,
I am my my, uh, let's just say my shirt
is very revealing right now. Yeah, it is an ice box.
And the kind of kind of the reason why I
went with ice box also is because you know what,
(40:06):
we're going through a boxing match of two guys that
need to grow up and they need to box it
out with their words, and we're dealing with ice, who
everyone at this protest was against, so just.
Speaker 4 (40:17):
Which is silly by the way, because you know they're
only doing their job.
Speaker 3 (40:19):
They're just doing their job.
Speaker 5 (40:21):
Come on, yeah, I mean things haven't changed, you know,
this is this is. This isn't a novel idea. No,
you know, illegal immigrants being interested and deported. It's not
novel people. This is but in reality, it has nothing
to do with ice. It literally is ice freaking cold
in here. And I mean literally it's an ice box
in here. I mean it is freezing.
Speaker 4 (40:43):
How funny would it be if ice kicked the doors down?
We're like, come on, papers running now board papers right now?
Speaker 3 (40:50):
That would be messed up because it is ice cold
in here. I'm like, you want to you want to
make it. You want to make the temperature drop even further. Holy,
You'll be like, I'm Mexican, get me, I want to
pass out. So so yeah, it is ice Box I
ce b o X and as usual, you enter that
code on our website and you will get a special
(41:10):
ten percent discount.
Speaker 4 (41:12):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (41:12):
You bring it into the store. You come into the
store and you announce ice box and you will get
with your Arrowhead Survival gun purchase your rifle, your long
gun purchase or pistol purchase it basically anything Arrowhead Survival
branded firearm. You will get a free carrying case with it.
It's your choice between. You know, I said it was
gonna be the the guitar case, but basically, you got
(41:35):
a guitar case, you got a fiddle case. You got
a tennis case, fiddle case, fiddle case.
Speaker 4 (41:41):
Fiddle me this fidd.
Speaker 3 (41:43):
I am not I am actually you know we you
want me to stop fiddling around of a fiddle cases.
Speaker 4 (41:47):
Get the fiddle out of here.
Speaker 3 (41:49):
You're such a fiddle case.
Speaker 4 (41:52):
You're such a silly fiddle fiddle fun word.
Speaker 3 (41:59):
And This is why you have to listen to the
end because you hear about the little chitter chatter at
the end. And we sit there with five minutes less
and we're talking fiddles.
Speaker 4 (42:06):
Yeah, fiddles.
Speaker 3 (42:08):
You know now you know what? You know what the
the closing song you have to do? Now, what's it?
You gotta do the closing song as a fiddle. I
just gave you something would be really fun to work with.
Huh oh okay, yeah, yeah, I could pull up a fiddle.
I thought you were.
Speaker 5 (42:24):
I thought you were saying that you want me to
like do a oh and then also any intro.
Speaker 3 (42:28):
And the interesting is, now you know, we're just taking
this particular show and we're just kind of having fun
with it, right.
Speaker 4 (42:32):
Me a fiddle segment, y'all.
Speaker 3 (42:34):
So so in the beginning, we gotta we gotta play
a song that says like ice cold as ice.
Speaker 7 (42:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (42:41):
I don't think we can say that. You know, if
you say that then we might get sued. But we
gotta have something that's like an ice cold song, you know,
or maybe maybe you know, do a glass of ice.
You know, every time you say ice, you know, that
sounded that just sounded wet. It sounds like a glass
(43:03):
of ice.
Speaker 4 (43:03):
There forever you've been saying ice a lot, ice, ice fiddle.
Speaker 3 (43:11):
You know when I was a kid. You know, my
brother and I were talking about this the other day,
and uh, we were talking about what the stupid things
we would do in California's kids. We were in the
boy Scouts. Yes, we were in the Boy Scouts. I
was a boy Scout and never made an Eagle Scout.
I wasn't that cool. I got it the life Scout.
But what we would do as as activities is we
found a hill. There was a hill in Redlands, California.
It was actually a lot Melinda, and uh, we took
(43:34):
blocks of ice. And if you don't know what a
block of ice is, then you've never lived. Do you
know what a block of ice is?
Speaker 4 (43:42):
I'm a Floridian, sir. We've never seen a really good
block of ice.
Speaker 3 (43:46):
Yeah, an ice block. So you go and buy an
ice block and then you put a towel on top
of it and you ride it down this hill. It
is extremely dangerous and I'm not surprised we didn't end
up dead.
Speaker 5 (43:58):
Okay, yeah, I'm I'm I'm sorry, but I've never heard
of that in my life.
Speaker 3 (44:02):
Yeah, it's it's more dangerous than riding rollerblades down a
steep hill full of rocks.
Speaker 4 (44:06):
That was very dangerous.
Speaker 3 (44:07):
Yeah. My brother and I we did some stupid stuff. Yeah,
so so yeah, ice blocks not it's ice box, not
ice blocks.
Speaker 4 (44:15):
Was it vanilla ice? Baby?
Speaker 5 (44:21):
That should be the that should be the word of
the day. Vanilla ice. Come in here and say vanilla ice.
Speaker 3 (44:25):
You know, I don't know about vanilla ice.
Speaker 4 (44:27):
Could that be taken wrong?
Speaker 3 (44:30):
I don't know, because I want I will if it
was vanilla ice rocks.
Speaker 5 (44:34):
If there's any Ice members listening, I would like a
job with Ice now.
Speaker 3 (44:39):
On the other hand, I will say if an ice
agent is listening to this right now and wants to
come into my store at seven twenties Capitol Circle, northeast
across from the Women's Federal Prison here in Tallahassee, if
an ice agent comes into my store, I'm not gonna lie.
I respect what you do because you deal with a
lot of crap in your job. So come on in.
(45:00):
I will give you a free cup of coffee, and
I will give you some sort of like super awesome
cup of coffee because I can't give you anything free
because that would seem like bribery. I think, yeah, but
I can still give you the deals, and I just
want to I just want to, you know, thank you,
want to give you a handshake. I want to say,
you know, thank you for your hard work. I'm not
(45:20):
saying thank you. Well, I don't know I come across wrong,
but I thank you for doing your job and what
you were hired to do. And you know, in all honesty,
you need more respect, not disrespect. And I'm not saying
that that I don't want immigrants here because I love immigrants.
That's how we get people like me and Jose because
you know what, even though my family's been here since
(45:40):
the Mayflower, that doesn't mean anything else. Don't take that
the wrong way. I might be white, but jeez, we're
we're kind of new here, but we're all immigrants and
so but you have to do it the right way,
you know. Example is I got a customer to come
in just this week. He had just gotten his citizenship.
He worked his butt off to get it, absolutely worked
(46:01):
his butt off, and he shows me his immigrant's papers
and he says, you know what I gotta do is
I gotta I gotta buy my first gun. He says,
I got to do what the Americans do. And he's Hispanic,
he's he's Mexican Americans comes from Texas. And I got
to say I told him straight up. I said, look,
you know, I can't tell you how much I appreciate
you right now. And I appreciate what you've done for yourself,
(46:24):
not for anybody else, but for himself. And he says,
you know what, I don't know why anyone wouldn't want
to go through the process. See, I don't have anything
to worry about, he says, I don't have anything to
worry about. I'm an American citizen and I did it
on my own and I wasn't forced to. I did
it because I wanted to. And he said, thank you
so much for for for showing appreciation for that. See,
(46:48):
we love immigrants. I absolutely love him because you know,
I love Mexican food, honestly my favorite food. I wish
that Tallahassee would come across, you know, have more authentic
mesa skin restaurants like they do in southern California. There's
a couple of places. I got a place for you.
Speaker 4 (47:04):
It's a Pico's on Backstreet. Okay, it's in Panama City.
Speaker 3 (47:09):
Oh no, I'm talking about here in Tallahassee. Yeah, you know,
there's actually a food truck in the in the gas
station on Capitol Circle restaurant. It's on Capitol Circle Northeast
and and Appleach Parkway at the gas station there. It's green.
It's so freaking good. Oh my gosh. So, now that
we've done chit chatting and just randomly talking, I think
(47:30):
that we have to go out and let you guys
know that the show is over.
Speaker 4 (47:33):
It's done.
Speaker 3 (47:33):
It's done fast, not not forever. So I'm sorry I
had a time that you got to listen to us again.
But maybe next time, you know, we'll we'll find something
more legendary to talk about.
Speaker 4 (47:44):
Yeah, I mean that was pretty legendary.
Speaker 3 (47:47):
That was pretty legendary. Peace, my love you, love you too,
See you next time.
Speaker 4 (47:55):
Jesus loves you.
Speaker 3 (47:57):
Jesus loves me and you and all of you. He
loves everybody. No matter what you believe, he still loves you.
Speaker 4 (48:04):
He wants you to come to them.
