Speaker 1 (00:00):
I've been in Skin Show ninety some point one the Eagle.
(00:02):
We're giving away Bush tickets all day. I'm sorry, every
day all week, i should say, but today we're gonna
be giving it away in the next two and a
half hours.
Speaker 2 (00:10):
You gotta be listening.
Speaker 1 (00:11):

Music Factory in April. Tracy Morgan owns one of the
deadliest creatures on Earth. We'll explain in fifteen minutes, but
right now it's time for this book track.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Another edition of things Skin is traffic.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
Do you guys have a good handle on what is
and isn't legal with THC?
Speaker 2 (00:43):
No? And in this state, do you like you have
any grasp of this?
Speaker 3 (00:47):
No.
Speaker 4 (00:47):
I went in to get some sleep gummies, and I
was terrified that I was gonna get arrested, like I'm
gonna ask for the wrong thing, or I'm gonna get
booted out of here, like asking for a bong at
like a headshot.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
Right, do you know, Katie? No, very confused by all
of it.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
I'm confused by all of it and there's some people
that will be using THC products, and they know what
del To nine and all these things are.
Speaker 2 (01:09):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:10):
Like when I was growing up, you just had wede.
So I don't understand the products. I don't understand what
is or isn't legal. I don't pay a lot of
attention to it because it doesn't directly impact me.
Speaker 2 (01:23):
I see people get worked up.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
I see stories where here's a shop on Lower Greenville
that now, because of governor or Attorney General Dan Patrick
or whatever, is going to lose their business. I don't
know if that's happened. I don't know if those places
are still in business. I see THC infused drinks. I
don't know if they're legal. I don't know any of
this stuff. But I saw a story today that there's
(01:45):
some Plano place that has medical grade marijuana, okay, And
so I'm like, all right, I thought they were getting
rid of this. I don't do we now have? Is
it legal in Texas? Can a doctor write a prescription?
Speaker 3 (01:59):
Like?
Speaker 2 (01:59):
It's interesting to me that none of the.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
Four of us really know any of the ins and
outs of this, but it's a prominent issue. People are
talking about it all the time. If I if I
smoked a lot of weed, I'm sure I would be
right on.
Speaker 4 (02:12):
The front lines of the story. I would know what
was legal in the world.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
Yeah, I just don't. It's not a part of my
life anymore. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
Yeah, we're all like active cannabis users about the medical
thing you used to be. You had to go to
Oklahoma for that, right, I think, and they'd give you
you had to have a card that your doctor had
given you or something. Right.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
But gay, we sound like Stoner's talking about this right now.
Speaker 4 (02:32):
I think, Man, the real stoners are listening to iss, going,
you dumbasses.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
You don't know anything.
Speaker 4 (02:36):
This is one thing I know.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
Here you can get Delta nine, but over there you can't.
And it's like, man, I'm just so upset about all
of it.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
You know.
Speaker 3 (02:46):
It's a little bit like all the soccer leagues. To me,
Delta nine and there's K two and there's th HC plus.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
Yeah, and then your weed can be relegated to a
lower league.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
But you can bundle them all into one subscription.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
Well, let me say that I am for marijuana being legalized.
I think it's absurdly hypocritical that alcohol is legal and
marijuana isn't. And I know personally a lot of veterans
that would really greatly benefit from this, like they've told me.
Speaker 2 (03:18):
So whatever. That's that.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
I just these stories come up and I have no
handle on it, and I'm interested in it all right.
Another thing is I don't follow him, not that I
dislike him, but it's just I had my fill of him,
and so I just kind of tune it out.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
And that's Stephen A. Smith.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
Now, I know that he got involved in the political
realm and doing political talk, and he's on and he
started appearing on Fox News quite a bit, and I
think he's on one of those lesser networks it's like
Patriot News or whatever, doing a show. And I realized
that there was some chatter about this. But I saw
(03:56):
this email in my jump folder and I'm just gonna
read it to you because I don't, well, let me
ask her. You guys following Steven A. Smith, you know
the latest on him.
Speaker 4 (04:05):
I saw that he's running for president and that he
was just did some interview talking about I saw the
clips saying how different everything's going to be with him
as president if he wins.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Okay, socity to make moves okay, So I was curious
about that part of it. I knew there had been
talks before, but I didn't know how serious it had gotten,
or if he had actually thrown his name in the ring.
And so, you know, you guys probably get a lot
of emails where it's here's the Vegas odds. I usually
just delete them.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
Steven A.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
Smith's aspirations have transcended the sports desk. The veteran ESPN
host is no longer confining his commentary to the world
of athletics blah blah blah. He has hinted in recent
interviews that he is seriously weighing a presidential bid, shifting
public perception from curiosity to genuine contemplation. Though no official
(04:52):
campaign has been launched, his remarks have ignited a political
buzz and forced observers to take this seriously. So then
they start giving you the odds on whether or not
he's going to run for president. So I didn't know
if it was official or not. But like I'll give
you an example. I think a lot of people assume
that Gavin Newsom is going to run for president, but
he hasn't officially announced it, but he will.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
He'll be one of the finalists, just so you have
to assume there may not even be an election. Just
like Steven A. Smith is considering running for president, it
feels like the president's considering not having any more elections.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
Which so I don't know, I don't know what's happening.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
Eventually, just Stephen Miller will be our emperor overlord and
we'll be looking at that guy going, man, how did
that guy get power? Here's the four realistic if it
happens is Newsome, Yeah, AOC, Steven A. Smith, and then
Texas his own James Talerico if he wins this election.
And that's a big deal with the Colbert thing, but
(05:52):
we're talking about a little bit earlier, like that's those
are your four most likely candidates to be running and
maybe you can throw in the rock if you know,
Steven A.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
Smith goes in there.
Speaker 3 (06:00):
Seriously, No, I get it, like me, Kanye, like, there's
a lot of options.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
Let me just go on record with this strong political opinion.
AOC is hot, but she doesn't stand a chance.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
But she is hot. I mean, I'm dude, what can
I I can't say that.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
He's saying she's a hot candidate, meaning she has a big.
She has a lot of people behind her. She's like
a lot of people are wishing the best for her,
but she has no shot. But lovely woman. Yeah, all right,
there you have it. There's some marijuana and politics coming
out next. We're gonna take us in the entertainment headlines,
Oh a story, Taylor, just forbid. Tracy Morgan owns the
dangerous creature on Earth?
Speaker 2 (06:35):
What is it next? On ninety seven, won the Eagle
