Speaker 1 (00:00):
Ah. Yes.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
This segment is brought to you by Rollertown Beer Works.
That is a brewery that Skin and I are invested in,
and it is in Salina, Texas, and we are gonna
be doing our show from there tomorrow. The benin Skin
will broadcast live from Rollertown tomorrow. We'd love to have
you come out to Salina on a Thursday and hang
out with us. And it doesn't end when our show ends,
because our show will end at about five point thirty

(00:22):
because there's an early MAVs game. The MAVs game starts
at six, and we got something very special. We're gonna
have the Lockdown MAVs guys out there. They're gonna join
us and myself and Skin. We're all gonna watch the
mav game together with you at Rollertown tomorrow night, and
we're gonna turn the game is gonna be on on

(00:42):
all the televisions, but we're gonna turn the sound down
on the TV and us in the Lockdown MAVs guys
are going to broadcast for the game. So it's gonna
be like having three idiots and Skin because Skin is
already on the broadcast. Yeah, and really, those guys aren't idiots. Nick,
you know, and slightly By but I'm an idiot, and
slightly Byce is kind of an idiot. Yeah, and let

(01:04):
Nick off the hook either kind of an idiot, tap
point and Skin kind of an idiot. So the four
of us kind of are going to be it's gonna
have a lot of fun and do like a fake
broadcast of the mav game. And that's just gonna be
a huge MAVs party. So it'll be a great reason
for you to come out and join us in Solina.
So of course Solina Roller Tenantslina, that's the only place
you could come and get our merch.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
You have to come to the brewery.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
To buy the merch, the hats that are so popular
and so forth, and shirts, and it's a great Christmas
gift idea. So come out and join us tomorrow for
a live broadcast from three to five thirty and then
at six o'clock we're going to stay and broadcast the
mav game. So that's gonna be a lot of fun.
And we're calling it Sound Down because we are going
to provide the sound that's gonna be awesome before we
get to the big finish. I also wanted to promote

(01:48):
the thing that we started the show with. It is
a fundraiser to benefit the Alzheimer's Alzheimer's Association, and it's
Pi Tap for Poppy. It's pizza with a purpose tonight.
This is going on at all of the Pie Taps
in town and there are six of these bad boys
Pie Tap, Pizza Workshop and Bar, the Design District, Henderson, Plano, Addison,

(02:12):
Frisco and Fort Worth and anybody that goes in there
and eats dinner there tonight, proceeds from sales will be
shared with the Alzheimer's Association. This is a pretty cool deal.
We had a TCU student named Ella on the show
today and she started this because her grandfather, Poppy, They've
always had this great connection, but his struggle with Alzheimer's
has devastated her and so she was inspired to do

(02:34):
something about it. And so she has done something about
it and they're raising funds for Alzheimer's. So tonight, go
make dinner tonight and make it about Pie Tap.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
I mean, it's.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Delicious food anyways, and with the proceeds going to a
great cause. We got your dinner plans, fan.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
And just tell your server, so make sure that those
proceeds go to the right spots. Just tell your server
you're there for the Alzheimer's Association.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Yes, absolutely, right now, how are we giving away Jack
White tickets every day this week?

Speaker 3 (03:00):
That is the damn truth, which is.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Very odd that we always give away cool stuff, But
Jack White, I mean, I don't know, maybe me and
Christina overrating Jack.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
I don't know, maybe maybe we are, but I thought
it was a huge deal. Yeah, Jack White tickets every
day this week.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
That's incredible. Like where there's all so many incentives to listen.
We're gonna make your days fun. It's gonna be awesome
to listen. You're gonna rock out and you're gonna get
to hang out with us.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Well, okay, rock out?

Speaker 3 (03:26):
Do you want me to rhyme?

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Did you want me? Did you think I was gonna run?
It's never anything different. It's just that one and then
Rockie out with m suck out yep. Right, that's that's right,
that's right, red hot chili peppers. But right now it's
time for this kill big no other phrase that goes
with it. Top twenty five Wikipedia searches or page views

(03:55):
for the year twenty twenty four. All right, it's been
a big year. A lot of stuff has happened.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
I feel bad because I use Wikipedia a lot, but
I refuse to pay for it. And I think there's
like one guy in his basement doing it by himself,
and he's always like, hey, listen, he's been saying this
every year for like the past twenty years. Hey, you know,
I do this for free. If you can make a donation,
I won't have to like sell my soul.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
If everyone give a dollar. Yeah, mind, And I always go, man,
just give me the information.

Speaker 5 (04:23):
On it, right, all of us just angrily scroll by
it like go.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Away, yes, God, we take we take everything for and
but it it'sycopedias and look it up and outdated when
you look it up, dude.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
In this day and age where you can't trust most
media at.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
All, hey man, this is like talking about I find
myself very trustworthy.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
It's great because you can just add whatever you want
to it. Like some people do that, right, Like, it's
not hard it Oh, it's for anyone to just change
the news in there and change the fact. So but
for some reason, in my mind, if I read it
on Wikipedia, I'm like.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
Yep, it's true. Jimmy Kimmel got for whatever reason, he
knew someone and he had editing. He could go in
there and edit like it's a long time ago, and
they used to chant to the guy that justin Throw,
they used to make fun of Justin Throw and go
there and put that he cries after he has sex,
and all that stuff is added.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
To the most of it's actually fact checked at the bottom.
I think guy in his basement does a good job
of maybe seeing what changes.

Speaker 5 (05:19):
Were made and see what's for real or not.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
And they'll let him fool you. He's built a team
of thousands.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
But but the crying after sex thing, yeah, I mean, huh.

Speaker 5 (05:32):
Do you have something you need to share.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
With the class?

Speaker 2 (05:34):
I mean I saw uncontrollably, but everybody knows that that's
my thing. No, I've never what's up with that? That's
a that's a that's a pretty big problem. That's that's
definitely therapy. Need to go to therapy. If that's happening.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
That's a red flag in a relationship, right, like.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
Well, is it a relationship that's happening?

Speaker 3 (05:56):
Oh you think it's just one night stand?

Speaker 1 (05:57):
I imagine, Okay, and the regret, all.

Speaker 5 (06:00):
Right, that's my great you think that he's crying because
of regret.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
Well, I don't know, Okay, you can't believe that he
only did Angelina Joey. I don't know she's names. I
haven't seen her in ten years, so I don't realize
you get into mine. Top twenty five?

Speaker 3 (06:20):
What do you? Yes?

Speaker 1 (06:20):
Do you guys think I think any of them?

Speaker 2 (06:23):
I just helped me out with this, Like, are people
using it for like real news or is it could be?

Speaker 5 (06:28):
Okay, I don't know people, right.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
A lot of times it's a person, okay, like Kamala Harris, okay,
number two, number two, number two, yeah, Trump, number five,
that's all I got and bye, not that much, okay,
and I'll tell you. I'll just go and get this way.
Number three was the twenty twenty four presidential election. So
there's your cast in the VPS Jade Vancers, number seven, okay.

(06:55):
Not as many people wanted to know about Tim Waltz. Okay,
they're like, yeah, I can figure this football feature guy
tells us every time, all right, So what else?

Speaker 3 (07:06):
All right?

Speaker 1 (07:07):
Well, I'll tell you some of this has been big
stories in the news. So this has been related to
TV shows. I've noticed a couple of these. So Rick
Flair on a train, not Rick Flair on a train.

Speaker 3 (07:17):
What do you mean by train?

Speaker 1 (07:19):
Well, that one time he was having launch that.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
Was like a train on a train. It's like a
It's like one of those shoes. So you open it up,
there's another shoe in there.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
Yeah, mouthful.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
Yeah, okay, So sopranos not the soprano.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
There was that documentary on them, documentary.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Yeah, I never saw it, but yes, okay, so new show.
This would have been a documentary or show or multiple
show that you were very interested in.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
Man.

Speaker 1 (07:48):
Oh and a big news story current. I was going
to say the Last of Us, but that was number
four lyl and Eric Menindez. Oh yeah, I been looking
into that. Yeah, I need to learn about these guys.
Why is it a big deal?

Speaker 3 (08:03):
I felt bad for those guys.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
You should never feel bad for murders, But I felt
bad for them the other day because after all this
time their cases back up, they were unfairly treated as
documentary and boom TikTok and all this stuff. They're back
in the front of the news and now they're going
to get a fair shake. But now they're going to
fall victim to everyone's incredibly short attention spans.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
Yeah, and then we've moved up.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
I'll forget. I think they pushed back though the if
they're going to let them out or not. I think
Warner in January. I'll say this. Number one is deaths
in twenty twenty four, which is every year who died
this year? Number So let's go to number eight. Deadpool
and Wolverine.

Speaker 5 (08:41):
Finally watched it. I watched it before I went to Florida, and.

Speaker 1 (08:44):
Thoughts, did you like the Easter eggs? It did get
a little too marvelly at times for me.

Speaker 5 (08:51):
I'm trying to think of the Easter eggs that you're talking. Okay, well,
it was funny.

Speaker 4 (08:56):
I mean, surely everyone's seen it by now, right, but
they were making fun of the multiverse things. Come on, man,
this has been done way too many times. And then
they just cool it.

Speaker 1 (09:05):
Yeah. Number eleven Taylor Swift still every year kind of amazing,
although Billboard just in their twenty one Top twenty one
Pop Stars list that came out Beyonce number one, Swift two,
so a big deal there.

Speaker 3 (09:22):
Shaboozy three Shaboozy.
