that was involved with the Bright Line train crash in
December determined that the firefighters did not quote engage in willful,
wanton or malicious intent by any personnel to violate city
or fire rescue policies. The four firefighters involved have been

placed on administratively pending the investigation. The driver of the
fire truck was found at fault though, and was issued
a traffic citation in the incident. Buerrea of Beach's finance director,
Steve Dioni, has resigned after failing to meet the state's
annual audit deadline, which was January fifteenth. The failure to
