David has been hit with a first degree murder charge
in this death case. But not only that, they're also
hitting him with charges of sexual abuse and corpse mutilation.

So even crazy, there's multiple there's multiple charges. And then
as of recently in the newly filed court documents, they say.

Apparently they alleged that David killed Celeste thy bus Hernandez
with a sharp instrument, and these details were revealed as
part of like formal charge, which is that we're filed
