us Hernande's case. David pleaded not guilty, which I'm pretty
sure everybody knows that, But he did plead not guilty
to murder and other charges in connection with the death
of Celestity of us Hernandez.

He's now challenging the.

DA to put their cards on the table. He is
demanding a preliminary hearing. Basically, what that means is he
wants the he wants the DA to put the evidence
out there.

If there is a preliminary hearing and prosecutors don't have
their witnesses and evidence ready, the judge could dismiss this
case outright, which is kind of insane the country. Yeah,

hearing within ten days, so I believe that that was yesterday.
So now they I'm believing, I don't know if it
starts today and then is like or nine days left.

A defendant isn't titled to a preliminary preliminary hearing. Preliminary
hearing and obviously that's a strategic move. Now, there are
some things that the medical examiner has said. There's a
contradicting report that whether drugs and alcohol were in her system,
and it's less to system, so it's kind of confusing.

that her left ring and pinky fingers were amputated. And
I don't know if you guys remember they there was
a whole thing where she has a matching tattoo with

of death was by two penetrating wounds. She did have
