Speaker 1 (00:00):
I am Sherry mackew. It's time for us to go
to God in prayer. I've heard so many people expressing
their frustration and even their anxiousness or their fear about
this November first deadline, when the snap benefits could end,
And I just want to remind you that God is
our true source and he is our sustainer, Heavenly Father.

(00:24):
In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you
today with humble hearts, standing in the midst of uncertainty,
where headlines speak of aid running out, jobs being lost,
and resources running dry. But even as the world shakes
around us, God, we stand on the truth that you
are still our source. Lord. You are Jehovah, Jirah. You

(00:45):
are our provider. You are the same God who rained
manna in the wilderness, who send water from a rock,
who fed Elijah with ravens and multiplied a little boy's
lunch chaffee thousands. You have never failed to provide for
your people, and you ain't gonna start now. Father, In
moments when our paychecks strength, when the government aid stops,

(01:05):
when the bills seem bigger than our income, teach us
God to lift our eyes higher to you remind us
that our health doesn't come from Washington, d C. It
doesn't come from a job title, it doesn't come from
a paycheck. It comes from you. God. You are our source,
and everything else is just a resource that you choose

(01:26):
to use. Lord's strength and our faith. When fear tries
to take hold, when worry whispers, what will we do now,
help us to answer back with your word. My God
shall supply all of our needs according to His riches
and glory by Christ Jesus. When doubt rises, teach us
to remember every time you came through before, every door
you've already opened, every need you've already met, every blessing

(01:50):
you've already multiplied. Lord, we pray for those who are
facing layouts and financial loss. Father, let them feel your
peace in the middle of panic. Remind them that you
owe in doormans that no men can shut. Provide creative opportunities,
unexpected favor, and divine connections. Let testimonies arise in this season,
stories of provision that only came from you. For those

(02:12):
depending on government aid, Lord, we ask for mercy and
provision during this pause. Show yourself mighty on their behalf.
Remind your children that you are not limited by systems
or timelines. You are the God who provides streams in
the deserts and light in the darkness. Come on, Jesus
and Father, forgive us mother times we placed our trust
and what we see instead of who you are. Shift

(02:34):
our focus, God, from the temporary to the eternal. Teach
us to seek first the Kingdom of God and your righteousness,
knowing that everything else will be added to us. Lord,
give us the wisdom to be good stewards of what
You've already provided for us. Teach us contentment in every
season of our lives, whether in plenty or in need. God,

(02:54):
let gratitude rise from our hearts instead of grumbling. Let
faith replace fear. Yes, God, we thank you God that
you are not moved by the economy. You own a
catal of one thousand hills. You hold the wealth of
nations in your hand. You are able to bless us
in famine, to sustain us in drops, and to prosper
us when others say there is no way. So today

(03:16):
we rest in your promises. You are faithful, You are
our provider, You are our source. God. We declare our
hope is not in systems. It's in the Savior. Our
trust is not in the dollar, it's in the Deliverer.
Our confidence is not in the economy, it's in the
eternal God, who never fails. We give your glory now, Father,

(03:36):
because we know that before we even ask, you already
made provision. And we will keep praising you, not for
what you give us, not for what's in your hand,
but for who you are in our hearts. In Jesus' name,
we pray, Amen, Amen, Amen,
