I am Sherry Mackie, and it's time for us to
go to God in prayer, and as always I ask
that you join along with me in prayer. You know,
there's so much going on sometimes in our personal lives,
on our jobs, in our nation, in our cities, and
our world, and our minds can be scattered sometimes. So

(00:21):
today I want to pray just for peace of mind,
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come
before you today seeking the kind of peace that only
you can give, the peace that goes beyond our human understanding,
the peace that quiets the noise in our minds and
steals the storm in our hearts. Lord, so many of
us are carrying heavy burdens, worry about tomorrow, anxiety about

(00:44):
the unknown, fear of what's next. But you said in
your word you will keep him in perfect peace. Whose
mind has stayed on you. So Lord, help us to
fix our thoughts on you. Right now. God, we surrender
the chaos in our minds, every anxious thoughts, every sleepless night,
every racing worry that tries to take root in our spirit.

(01:06):
We lay them at your feet, God, because we know
you care for us, teach us God, to breathe and
your peace and exhil the stress, the doubt, the fear
that have tried to consume us. Oh Father, some of
us are wrestling with the weight of decision. Some of
us are facing uncertainty about our jobs, about our families,

(01:28):
about our health, about our future. But even in the
middle of it all, God remind us that You're still
in control. You are Jehovah Shalom, the Lord our peace.
You never lose sight of us, even when our thoughts
feel scattered. You are very calm God in every storm,
the anchor when we feel like we're drifting away. Lord,

(01:48):
we rebuilt the spirit of fear. We rebuilt the spirit
of confusion and worry that tries to overtake our hearts.
Replace it God with clarity, with calmness, and with confidence.
In You, there is restlessness. God. We speak stillness where
there is doubt. God we speak assurance. Where there is panic, God,
we speak peace. God. We thank you, Thank You that

(02:11):
peace is not the absence of trouble. It is the
presence of Jesus Christ. You are our peace in the
middle of pressure. You are our comfort when life feels
too heavy. You are our steady hand. When our minds
filled overwhelmed. Come on, Jesus, So right now, Lord, we
invite your presence to fill every corner of our thoughts. God,

(02:31):
let your peace rule over every fear. Let your joy
push out every worry. And let your Love God our
minds and our hearts. Through Jesus Christ, Oh Father, we
receive it right now. Peace. That silence is anxiety
