Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's your early morning praise party.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
I am Sherry Mackie, and it's time right now for
today's word, the flow of blessing. The flow of blessing,
Luke six point thirty eight says, give and it will
be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaking
together and running over will be poured into your lap.

(00:25):
Have you ever noticed that life feels fuller when you
live with an open hand, when you encourage, when you share,
when you lift somebody else up, something shifts in your life,
not just in them, but it.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Shifts in you.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Jesus reminds us that giving isn't about losing, It's about
unlocking a flow of blessing. When you pour out what
God has given you, he keeps pouring back into you.
None of us made it to where we are our own.
Someone took the time to invest in us. Somebody took

(01:04):
the time to pray for us. Somebody took the time
to mentor us, to guide us to believe.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
When we doubt it, even ourselves.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
The question is now, will you do the same for
somebody else. God didn't bless you so that you could
build walls.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
He blessed you so that you could build bridges.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Maybe it's your wisdom, maybe it's your resources, maybe it's
your faith or even your smile. Whatever He's placed in
your hands, it's meant to be shared.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Y'all.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
Is so easy to fall into the trap of self focus,
thanking God for what he's done, but never extending that
grace to other people. Yet the real test of gratitude
is generosity. When you keep the encouragement flowing, when you
comfort others, when you help them believe again and strength

(02:00):
and their faith. God keeps your supply fresh, healing continues
in your own life, Joy multiplies in your own life,
and provision overflows in your life. So today, decide to
live in the flow. Be the reason someone doesn't give up. Today,

(02:20):
choose to speak life where somebody is in doubt, Give
love where somebody is hurting. As you give away what
God has poured into you, watch him refill you again
and again and again, And he says he'll do it.
Press down, shaken together and running over. He said He'll

(02:40):
cause being to give to your bosom. Hello somebody, Father,
thank you for being a generous and a faithful God,
and you are our example.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Thank you for the.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
People who have poured into our lives and helped us
to get to where we are today. God, help us
to live open handed, to encourage to share and to
give freely what You've given to us. God, we believe it.
As we pour out, you'll keep pouring in in Jesus' name.
Now that's your word for today. I want you to
take it apply it to your everyday life as you

(03:14):
continue to flow in the blessing in Jesus' name into
early morning praise party. I am Sherry Mackie.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
