so there was actually an emotional moment for me as
that was my daughter's last ever game to play for them.
She started with them. They of course Soda Mayor started

four years ago. Yeah, she was a freshman on the
varsity team. Because all the freshmen got to you know,
B varsity, and they built that program up furthest they've
ever been by district champions. So proud of them, proud
of the season that they had, especially hard for me.

And what was great about is Shane, is that my
brother showed up. Well, my brother showed up and both
of us like so Cliff, my oldest right, my oldest brother,
nineteen eighty seven state champion, Cliff of the Alamal Heights Mules,
I wore twenty four. Well, when I got into high school,
I honored him and I wore twenty four.

opinion on who the true m vps have been this.

Year to me, and all the things on the criteria
we use, and in terms of the MVP, right, we
always look at, okay, who's most valuable to their team
and we say, if we take this guy away, where
would the team be? Right? And it's never been who's
the Best Player Award? It's always been who's the most

valuable to their team? And to me, right now, there's
only two guys that you can really say it's the
most valuable to their team this year and in terms
of where they are now, and that's Winby and Jalen Brown.
To me, it's a two man race. And I know
SGA has done this thing and they went in and everything,
but they loaded, I mean they loaded, loaded, loaded, They
loaded for this year and next year and the year after.

When Tatum went down, we thought for sure like the
Celtics would be in a lottery. And then Jalen Brown
averaging thirty and if you take Winby away from San Antonio,
I mean, how good are they? Right, they're good, but
they're not championship caliber good the way we talking about
him right now. So it's to me, it's a it's

a two man race. That's not to you know, talk
about anything else, talk about degrading anyone else's year. But
I think in terms of MVP, who's been the most
valuable to their team to leave us Jalen Brown.

And you know what, I actually like his argument on
Jaylen Brown. Yeah, because that's exactly what I said in
the first segment. You know, we all thought Boston's in
the lottery, they're getting draft picks. You know, Jaylen Brown
keeps him consistent, the coaching keeps them consistent.

You can guarantee you that if if Boston was going down, right,

And I think Jaylen Brown is more valuable in terms
of where they be without him to the Celtics than
the Spurs, because I think the Spurs are deeper, but
the Spurs are also a playoff team without Wimby.
