we go first, Brittany to a Florida man. You he
is actually he accused his ex business partner for ransom?

Speaker 1 (00:31):
Yeah, yeah he did.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
He accused, well, he kidnapped his ex business partner for ransom. Yeah,
he's not just accused of it, he actually did it.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Well, he's accused of it because he did it.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
According to the Boca Raton Police Department, they say that
thirty nine year old Alberto Attorney he used a taser
to subdue his ex business partner and then forced him
at gunpoint to get into a truck and then demanded money.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Care who you do business with? Right the next day?

Speaker 2 (01:04):
The next day, the victim gave us worn statement to
the police describing years of financial dealings with mister Attorney.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
According to this, he's a longtime high school friend.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Hum with friends like that, who needs anemous Together they
started a pawn shop business a firearms business and most recently,
real estate ventures. However, the victim told police that he
found that his buddy there has been you know, misguiding
the business and some misappropriations of fundage. And yeah, well
according to this, he's like, you know what, I'm gonna

(01:35):
stop paying you. Then we're gonna stop splitting these profits
if you're gonna be you know, taking money and everything else.
So now mister Attorneys like, well, you owe me money
and all this other stuff. And he's, you know, feeling at.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
A loss here. So he's like, you know what, I'm
gonna tear to you and force you to know a truck. Now,
I got a kidnap. Now, I got to kidnap you.
I wasn't gonna do it, but yeah, I have no choice.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Mister attorney should have hired a attorney.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Maybe for business dealings. I don't know. A we go
next to a Florida woman.

Speaker 2 (02:08):
She had several syringes and a bag of fentanyl inside
her person, and she told police, I forgot who doesn't
go for a Sunday drive with all that inside their person?

(02:28):
A Florida woman was arrested and several syringes and a
bag of fentanyl were found inside her person. According to this,
her name is Jessica Reno. She's thirty four years old.
She stands accused of a myriad of crimes, including smuggling
a controlled substance and possession of fentanyl. According to this,
the underlying statement is this was not drug related at all.

(02:48):
According to this, she was pulled over because of a
mismatched license plate, which was assigned to a Ford, but
instead she was driving a Chevy.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
So they're like, wait a minute, that doesn't match up.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
A deputy also noticed that the seat belt wasn't working properly.
It was all dragging on the outside of the car
and all this other whatnot. You know.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
He's like, yeah, that doesn't work.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
So according to this, they say that upon activating the
lights and siren, the vehicle tapped on the break several times,
but continue to proceed without stopping. Did that for about
another thirty seconds, and they believe that is the time
that Jessica decided to hide her stash.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
Brittany, oh right, right, the uncomfortable right now.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Now. She did confirm that, yes, I do realize that
the license plates on the wrong vehicles. She tried explaining
that there's a lapse in registration and blah blah blah.
They're like, we need to look into this a little
bit further. It turns out that the lapse in registration
and insurance and everything else has to do with the
fact that she has a suspended driver's license. So they
had no choice but to arrest her. Well, actually no,
they did have a choice, but they chose to arrest

(03:54):
her anyway. And when they took her to jail, Brittany,
that's when they found all the contraband ooh yeah, yeah,
that was bold.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
They asked her roadside, They're like, hey, do you.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
Have anything on you or in you that we might
need to get rid of or know about right now
before we take you into the jail, because you know
that if you go into the jail and we find anything,
that's going to be another charge that's actually gonna be
a felony.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
And she's like, nope, clean as a whistle.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
And then she gets in there and they're like, hey,
wait a minute, why do you have several syringes and
a bag of fentanyl inside your person?

Speaker 1 (04:26):
And Jessica's like, I forgot what forgot? Forgot? What do
you mean that there? Oh, I just didn't mind. That's
not mine, right exactly.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
They found six capped syringes and a bag of fentanyl.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
She is lucky they did not snap on her.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Right, Look at those things stayed capped. My god, she
forgot they were there.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
Yeah, that real big chance you're taking right there.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
Well, that's a real big something. I'll tell you that
if she forgot all that up there. We go lastly
to a Florida man. He drove through a restaurant so
that he could charge his electric vehicle.

Speaker 1 (05:13):
Okay, you know, into.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
A restaurant, just so he could charge his electric car.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Where's the charging station in restaurant? It's not they had,
they don't. Nah. He drove his vehicle through this bar
called Hardy and.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
The Natives, and uh that's when I mean, according to this,
he moved tables out of the way so he could
get to a charger. Apparently they did have not a
charging station for an electric vehicle, but apparently something he
could plug into in this restaurant.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
So he drove into the restaurant. Ryan, Yeah, what do
you mean he drove into so he wasn't on anything? No, no, Well,
I mean we're not going to go that far. Brittany,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
Anybody that comes up with a ful hearty idea to
move tables and stuff out of the way so they
can drive into a restaurant to charge their car, for sure,
is probably on something. He's at least drunk buzzed.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
My goshe should not have a license. No, no, he
should not. Well, the good news is after this he
probably won't, so keep it out way. But that was
a lot of fun, wasn't it. Yeah, so he drove
the car into the.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
Restaurant, into a restaurant. Yeah, we'll do it again. Every
morning at seven thirty and nine thirty.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
We'll do this.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
And you can catch full episodes of this for free
