Ben Parker. Here's what's happening. It is a big night
for the US men's soccer team, as the last remaining
World Cup host country plays in the Round of sixteen,
a trip to the quarterfinals on the line. A big
news coming today. Fief has reportedly denied Belgium's challenge of
a decision to allow US striker for Lauren Belligan to

and isn't pulling punches when it comes to cracking down
in the city Councilor. Murphy, on her Facebook page says
she's filed up Boston City Council resolution calling for an
immediate briefing on Boston's summer public safety plan and a
collaborative review to strengthen public safety across every neighborhood. Murphy says,
after another deadly holiday weekend, we cannot simply issue statements

and move on. She says, Boston deserves answers, accountability, and
a real plan. An international summit is taking place this
week in Turkey. It will feature world leaders and that
includes the President.

Tonight, the President will fly in the new Air Force
One overseas for the first time, heading to a two
day NATO summit in Turkey. The White House says the
President will continue pressing European leaders to spend more of
their own money on defense as Trump considers a further
drawdown of US troops based in Europe. While in Anchora,
he'll also meet with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, who's seeking
more American patriot missile interceptors to fend off Russian attacks.

That is ABC's Stephen Portnoy. A bit of a shaky
morning and in fact part of the day at Logan
Airport after a shaky night. Last night. Logan was under
a ground stop after fuel issues as many tried to
head home at the end of a long holiday weekend.
Massports CEO Richard Davey with moron, what was amiss?

You think about sort of like water pressure at home.
Sometimes you turn the faucet on a strip trip trip,
sometimes it comes out quickly. That's what happened last night,
and so some planes were able to refuel some planes,
it took a long time. Some planes burnt until about
eleven o'clock last night when the system was back up
fully and running.

The fueling issue involved Boss Fuel, which handles the fueling
system at the airport. Things still running slowly at Logan today,
though numbers some flight Aware show there have been three
hundred and seventy four flight delays in Boston eighty seven
cancelations coming up on WBZ long after they've gone home.
The Tartan Armies impact still being felt. We have some
rain around. In fact, we have lots of rain around

ending on where you are. If you're north of the
Mass Turnpike for the most part, into Central Mass, up
into southern New Hampshire, up toward Cape Ann and beyond,
and you're going, what rain, It's just cloudy. Well it is,
and it will get rainy later on, but right now
the bulk of the rain is south of the Turnpike,
down toward Connecticut, down into Rhode Island, over toward the
(03:20):
Cape and Islands, and there are some embedded heavier downpours
within some of this rain as well. A floodwatch south
of Boston through tomorrow afternoon, as the rain will continue
to come down at varying degrees and continue to shift
a little more to the north as we go through
the latter part of the afternoon and into the evenings.
So overnight tonight, a little bit of rain and shower activity,
maybe a few heavier downpours which could cause some flooding,

especially in poor drainage areas. Tomorrow, some rain, some showers
lingering with a shower or to tomorrow evening before eventually
we push the rain out bring some sunshine in Wednesday,
Temperatures in the mid seventies, and if you're missing the
heat and humidity that we had last week. It's coming back.
Thursday will be hotter, more humid. Tep is near ninety
right now seventy degrees in Boston. Call it the bagel

throw seeing around the world. A disgruntled customer goes viral
in Norwood.

I have to protect the customers here. I have to
protect my establishment. I have protect an employees. This is
what my job is.

Sunday's a spot in Norwood get busy, so there's a
sign out front asking customers to be patient as staff
make their breakfast orders from scratch. But as owner Perry
Maccario's tells me, the customer going viral right now with
millions of views, did the opposite because he had to
wait fifteen to twenty minutes at peak hours.

He was staring at the cashier for a few solid minutes,
expecting a reaction. He didn't get the reaction. Then he
proceeded to take a buyer of his food and throw
the food on the ground, throw the napkins on the ground,
and then also throw the whole container of food on
the ground.

He says. The flood of support in response has been immense,
even getting a word of support from former Patriot David Andrews.
But the lesson here, Macario says, is to just try
to be kind to each other, no matter how hungry
you are or the hurry you're in.

think I spend my time thinking about the great customers
we have.

Teachers Association says the Tartan Army made a generous donation
to the Massachusetts Child Charitable Organization designed to help students
facing financial hardships. According to the MTA, the Club of
Soccer Fans donated fifteen thousand dollars to that cause. Sports
betting has become a big thing. Prop betting is one

of the ways gamblers try to win. They involve placing
a way to run an individual player or event, and
not necessarily tied to the final outcome of the game.
Former Massachusetts governor now NCAA president Charlie Baker says he
hopes to dramatically limit prop betting at the collegiate level.
Warns the sports betting practice has changed the character and
culture of fandom and demeans student athletes.

the noise and the abuse that they were taking from
betters around prop bets was was real disturbing.
