News forty six degrees in Boston at four o'clock at afternoon,
N'm Suzanne Sasville. Here's what's happening. Thanksgiving is just five
days away, and the FAA is predicting the busiest air
travel for the holiday in fifteen years. ABC's Morgan Norwood

American Airlines tells us that they're operating close to eighty
one thousand flights over the holiday period. That's, of course,
more than last year. United is looking about six point
six million passengers. They're breaking a Thanksgiving record. If you
are flying, we always say this, expect crowds at your
top hubs like Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Charlotte, Lax and of
course New York City.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Triple A expects at least seventy three million people to
be driving to Thanksgiving dinner. That's up one point three
million from last year. A tragic accident at a Cranberry
bog on Cape Cod w CBS News Boston's Paul Burton
tells us one worker died.

Saying an ambulance right away. Someone's pinched in the machines.

The emergency cruise rushed to the scene after seventy one
year old man who was operating a piece of equipment
at this Cranberry Bog on County Road and Born gets
pinned underneath.

It is going to be a priority one on response
was not breathing.

Born fired and Born Police responded to the scene where
we found a person had been injured by machinery and
was succumbed to those injuries.

At the scene, State Rep. Stephen Uxarro's spoke to the
Cranberry Bog owner.

He's just a hard working man and he's very upset
and struggling with the loss of his friend.

Speaker 5 (01:48):
Fire officials said the man was using the tractor to
sand the bog to prepare for the next season. That's
when something went horribly wrong.

Speaker 4 (01:55):
When the tractor that this gentleman was driving started to
go down a ramped get on the bog, it flipped over.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
State and Born Police and OSHA are investigating. A thirteen
year old boy is dead after his dirt bike collided
with a car in Stoneum official say the teen hit
the car at around four point thirty yesterday afternoon at
the intersection of Oak and Royal Streets. The victim was
taken to mass General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Official say the driver of the car was turning left
onto Royal Street at the time of the crash. There's
no word on whether any charges would be filed. The
investigation is ongoing. A US official is confirming to ABC
News that an American delegation will meet with the Ukrainian
delegation in Switzerland in the coming days and meet separately

with a Russian delegation. ABC's Marcus Moore has the latest.

We know that this could happen in the coming days,
and certainly it is one that will involve the US
Special Envoy Steve Wikoff, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio,
as well as the Secretary of Army Dan Driscool, and
that this will happen in Switzerland and Geneva. We also
understand that after this meeting that the US delegation is

expected to meet with a Russian delegation, but of those
details we don't know at this point.

President Trump has given Ukraine until Thursday to accept a
twenty eight point peace plan to end the.

War with Russia.

The forecast mostly clear skies and cold overnight, with a
low of thirty two in the city Upper twenties in
most suburbs. Some sun Tomorrow morning, but then cloudy with
a high of forty four. On Monday, sunny with a
high near fifty and one Tuesday, some sun giving way
to clouds, high again around fifty, some rain likely Tuesday night.

Right now in Boston, the sun is peeking out in
a few spots, otherwise mostly cloudy and forty six degrees.
A holiday market at the Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers
gives opportunity to artists and entrepreneurs who may not always
get that chance. WBZ Jay Willette has the story.

This is the third annual holiday market from Northeast Arc
and Parcels, which sells products made by people with disabilities.
Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer at Northeast Arc, Tim Brown
tells me this is a unique opportunity where more than
thirty vendors with disabilities and autism make face to face transactions.

Having Parcels has allowed them to kind of take their
hobby or what they were doing to kind of fill
their free time and make money out of that.

It's usually tough for vendors to stay for a long
length market, so it's condensed into action packed hours with
the Tritown band performing.

And we also don't charge people to participay.

A lawyer who allegedly forged liquor licenses for three Boston
restaurants appeared in court yesterday The Globes as Leslie Hawkins
pleaded not guilty to multiple forgery charges and was released
on personal recognaissance. Hawkins is accused of fabricating paperwork in
April twenty twenty four that led clients to believe they

had been issued valid liquor permits from the Boston Licensing Board.
One of the restaurants affected was Craft Food Halls in Austin,
which was forced to close for months until it could
get a legitimate license. Hawkins was working for the law
firm of Prince Lobel Tie at the time of the
alleged forgery. She has since been fired. Millennials are counting

on their parents to help them out.

Seventy percent of millennials pulled by Northwestern Mutuals say they
can't buy a house or retire unless they are left
an inheritance. The good news is their baby boomer parents
are expected to pass on ninety trillion dollars in cash
and homes and what experts are calling the Great Wealth Transfer.
Northwestern survey found thirty percent of boomers planned to leave
an inheritance, though another report from Charles Schwabs as forty

five percent of boomers also say they want to enjoy
their money for themselves while they're still alive.
