I'm Ben Parker. Here's what's happening here. We go getting
underwear right now. Final game of the World Cup at
Boston Stadium kicking off as we speak, a quarter final
matchup between France and Morocco. WBC's Kyle Bray went to
find out how fans are feeling today.

Now, it's a lockout. Thousands of Brigand Women's Hospital nurses
went on strike yesterday. Remain off the job, locked out
after they walked out.

Hundreds of nurses denied entry to Brigham and Women's Hospital,
locked out of doors that many have walked through for decades.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
It's six fifty nine.
Speaker 7 (01:34):
Our strike is over. We'd like to return to work
and take care of our patients.

It's like I said they could be.

The hospital stated on Monday for their position.

This comes after what was intended to be a one
day strike with over four thousand nurses with mass General
Brigham walking off the job Wednesday, but the hospital locked
them out for an additional four days due to contracts
with thirteen hundred replacement nurses that were hired for the.

Strength that is wztv's penny commit New air strikes by
the US against Iran leads to a response to Ran
hitting some targets in golf countries, the exchange threatening an
interim deal intended to help end the war. Siren sounded
at least three times in Bahrain, missiles targeted Kuwait and Cutter,
the strikes coming hours after the President had said he
believes the CEES fire with Iran is over, but he

just what Americans were getting used to falling gas prices,

now busy ACU weather forecast. We've got humidity for a
couple of days and then not so much humidity for
the weekend. So today has been humid. Temperatures have been
getting into the low nineties in many places, feeling like
it's in the nineties, even in spots that didn't get there.
And we're watching out tonight for the potential for a

shower of thunderstorm areas outside of four ninety five. There
hasn't been too much action on the radar this afternoon,
and you may not get under anything as the evening
goes on. What you will be under, though, is those
humid conditions. It'll be a sticky night for sleeping. Temperatures
close to seventy intervals of clouds and sun. Tomorrow, still
humid Austray afternoon, thunderstorm temperatures mid to upper eighties. Still

humid Tomorrow night near seventy and then for the weekend,
we'll keep the sunshine around because we like that part,
but the humidity will leave because we don't really like that.
Temperatures range from about seventy eight near the coast both
Saturday and Sunday to mid eighties Inland. Right now, it
is ninety two degrees in Boston. One of the biggest
soccer shows in America broadcasts from Boston, and none other

statue in Boston, a call back to the cone and

of this gathering of pickleball players at the newly refurbished
pickleball courts at Corbiel Park in West Peabody. These people
know what they're doing, yes.

The decent players, so the little finished game there.

The courts are open to anybody, but Tom of Peabody
put this group together of more than a dozen experienced players.

So we're traveling with the new nice courts.

Up the city resurfaced the four existing courts and added
two more. But Tom isn't the only one here claiming
that the city could have done a little better job.
