number of blocks on New York's East Side are still evacuated.

Three each are closed off because of structural issues with
a high rise that's being renovated. The former Pfizer headquarters
was being retrofitted for apartments. Workers noticed some bricks falling.
They also saw columns buckling on the twenty first and
twenty second floors. New York's Mayor Zonon Mandani says it's
not safe for engineers to go to try to stabilize
the building.

Two structural columns have buckled, in addition to multiple cracks
and sagging floors. The building remains unstable. Since arriving on scene,
we have witnessed additional movement in one of the compromise columns.
