Here's what's happening in news. Week one of testimony in
the Brian Walsh murder trial wrapping up early yesterday with
a half day of testimony. Jurors hearing about a hack

saw and other tools prosecutors claim were found in a dumpster,
along with testimony centered on cell phone records. Walsh accused
of killing his wife Anna and dismembering her body almost
three years ago. Prosecutors say she was last seen on
New Year's Day twenty twenty three. Yesterday, the judge says
that she expects testimony to last another two weeks. The

locating a burnt out car that apparently had rear ended
a motor coach bus on the side of the road.

members of the Boston Bruins and the Professional Firefighters of

one bedroom apartment climbed an average of four hundred and
fifty seven dollars a month for forty one percent to
more than fifteen hundred dollars between twenty twenty and twenty
twenty five. That's according to an analysis from the loan
marketplace lending Tree. Two bedroom rents have surged thirty seven
percent over the same period. Rents continue to rise faster

Miami have seen the largest monthly rental increases since twenty twenty,
