and we start with a tragic accident at a Cranberry
Bog on the Cape, claiming the life of a worker.

scene where we found a person had been injured by
machinery and had succumbed to those injuries.

At the scene, State Rep. Stephen Uxarro's spoke to the
Cranberry Bog owner.

He's just a hard working man and he's very upset
and struggling with the loss of his friend.

Fire official say the man was using the tractor to
send the bog to prepare for the next season. That's
when something went horribly wrong.

When the tractor that this gentleman was driving started to
go down a ramp to get on the bog, it
flipped over.

A police born. The police and OSHA investigating that accident.
A thirteen year old boy hit by a car in
Stoneham has died. That teenager was riding an electric dirt
bike when he was hit. It was about four point
thirty yesterday afternoon the intersection of Oak Street and Royal Street.
The victim transported to mass General where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities have not said if the seventy three year old
driver of the car that was involved in that accident
will face any charges. One of the most vocal and
visible supporters of Donald Trump's Make America Great Again politics
is saying goodbye to Capitol Hill. CBS News correspondent Jennifer.

Kiper, saying she's frustrated with her party and with the
change of priorities in Congress. Republican Marjorie Taylor Green is resigning.
It comes after a falling out with President Trump over
her views on the Epstein files and healthcare. Trump said
one week ago that Green has gone far left called
her a trader and said that he's no longer supporting her.

It was a formal arraignment in federal court for Matthew Farwell,
the man prosecutors say groomed a fifteen year old into
a sexual relationship and took her life when she was
twenty three, staging it to look like a suicide. The
former cops pleading not guilty to a new indictment for
killing Sandra Birchmore and now for killing her unborn son
as well. Birchmore told Farwell he was the father, according

to prosecutors, but DNA testing indicates otherwise. As of now,
this trial is said to start next October. Prosecutors could
seek the death penalty. Farwell's lawyers want the case moved
to Rhode Island. They maintained this was a suicide, as
it was initially ruled before the FBI stepped in. Madison

A twenty eight year old man from India indicted by
a federal grand jury in Boston for allegedly stabbing two
seventeen year olds with a metal four This was during
a flight from Chicago to Germany. Back on October at
twenty fifth, Prineath kumar Usipali was indicted on two counts
of assault with a dangerous weapon After the alleged attacks,

the Luftanza flight was diverted to Logan Airport, where Yasurapali
was taken into custody and is being detained pending trial
and will be reigned in federal court in Boston at
a later date. So if your plans during this upcoming
holiday season include taking your four legged friend out.
