Speaker 4 (00:29):
Ninety three point one wpo C. Now, Trudy, I.
Speaker 1 (00:34):
Guess the Department of Defense websites are scrubbing some articles
about nine to eleven and other topics, which is worrying
some people. There are twenty four thousand articles that are
already gone.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
I saw something yesterday about Jackie Robinson, the late Jackie Robinson,
a baseball player who's African American, and apparently a story
about him was removed and then backlash back and then
it came back on.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Right. Articles that are restored because some of them have
been restored have DEI at the beginning of their URL. Okay,
so this is causing some all right, the Internet's having
a freak out.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
About this.
Speaker 2 (01:13):
Well, the other thing that people are freaking out about,
and I think it's something we all need to be
aware of. There's talk of a potential two hundred percent
tariff on European wine, champagne and spirits, so local liquor
store owners and wine shops are very concerned.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
Like Andrews.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
Sayers, who owns the wine source in Hamden. He says
the prices never really came down after tariffs were put
on back in twenty nineteen, twenty five percent tariffs.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
He said.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
If they add a two hundred percent tariff to champagne
and wine prices, forget about it. No one's buying any
of these wines that are from out of the country.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
Now. Does that help California wines? Maybe? I don't know
how am I going to have mimosas.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
I don't know which champagn's because you know, champagne comes
from France.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
Right right, and even persecco comes from Italy, and wine
comes from all over the world.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
We get it from South Africa, we get it from Australia.
Speaker 3 (02:11):
You look at your bottle, it may or may not
be American. So if he's the one.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
I'm drinking right now, So it comes out two hundred
percent more like this guy from the Roanoke Valley Wine Company.
He said, when they started talking about the tariffs, He's like, well,
I'm going to hurry up and order some wine and
get He calls it wine on the water.
Speaker 3 (02:29):
It's on the boat right, so it's coming over. He said,
right now.
Speaker 2 (02:32):
I've got a fifty thousand dollars order for wine. If
all of a sudden it's going to cost me one
hundred thousand or one hundred and fifty thousand, I am
out of business.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
So ninety three point one WPOC traffic.
Speaker 2 (02:44):

the song didn't make the cut when they put Kerosene
(04:43):
out twenty years ago. Well, now she's celebrating the twentieth
anniversary of that album and they're releasing it, Yeah, as
a special addition to this new anniversary package for Kerosene.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
Now, you know, starting off the morning with the tragic
story like this is not what I would intend, but
this is such a big deal in Annapolis, Bethanie, you
heard this. Now a man was killed, an eleven year
old was wounded.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
My understanding.
Speaker 2 (13:00):
In the news last night they said a little boy
eleven year old at the bus stop for school. He
ended up getting shot in the foot. The man lost
his life, thirty five year old.
Speaker 3 (13:10):
Wow. I wonder if it was target I don't know.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
I haven't seen a thing that says that it was
at a school bus stop on Clay Street in Annapolis.
Annapolis Police Chief At Jackson tells the Baltimore Banner the
police responded at seven thirty two am yesterday morning reports
of a shooting.
Speaker 3 (13:28):
That is terrible. That is so sad.
Speaker 8 (13:30):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (13:32):
I saw that the Southwest is going to lay off
a whole bunch of BWI employees, Okay, and that's that's
a bummer. Yeah, and then I saw one in ten
Maryland workers works for the federal government and is basically
terrified that they're going to lose their job. However, the
FDA sent a whole bunch of people back to work
(13:52):
this week, right, and apparently the offices are crowded. So
if you're one of those employees, Colin, let us know
what's going on there. Yeah, we want to be here
for you every morning, and you know.
Speaker 2 (14:02):
How it's a situation going on.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
Yeah, we're keeping our eyes on all of it.

construction on ninety five northbound, you know where it is,
between seventy seven and eighty causing some slow downs there.
Speaker 2 (14:42):
All right, your five day forecast, we always like to
share this early in the morning so we know where
we're headed. Cloudy, a couple of showers of thunderstorms. Sixty

the week partly sunny, windy, cooler, high fifty seven. Here's

absolutely love this song. Can't wait to hear it again
seven seven am this morning. We will hear it Eric Church.
Someone said there's never a song that he does that
I don't like. But then she also said, I'm a
federal employee. Things are quite somber in the office these days.
(15:54):
We're trying to stay positive and happy with what we got.
And then she said, happy spring.
Speaker 2 (15:59):
Well, you know what we ought to do to celebrate,
but whip up some orange crushes.
Speaker 3 (16:04):
If it's going to become the state drink, we need
a song.
Speaker 5 (16:07):
Gathered in the courthouse, all dressed in their best.
Speaker 4 (16:13):
Michael J.
Speaker 5 (16:14):

Speaker 7 (16:21):
Then he chimed in, listen all this rough, that's right.
Speaker 3 (16:27):
We try to marry Land. It's orange.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
The trams were cracking old bell chaos in the air jail.

Speaker 4 (16:45):

Speaker 3 (17:46):
I have to say, I don't care for it. Somebody said, really,
we're gonna respectfully disagree with you.

got to hear it again, maybe this morning at seven.
Speaker 3 (17:57):

Speaker 1 (18:08):
Hilaria Baldwin called out Alec Baldwin for interrupting her during
a red carpet interview about their reality show. She jokingly
suggested that she might cut him out of the show.
Elec tried to smooth things over by calling her beautiful,
and then she turned around and said, you're annoying me.
Speaker 3 (18:25):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Some fans said that she was being rude, others loved
the banter. You know, Audrey Plaza. Her husband, Jeff Beina,
committed suicide recently. TMC is now reporting that they had
been separated since September twenty twenty four.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
That story is just tragic. I think it's really sad.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
In other news, the Hello Kitty Cafe truck is coming
back to the area and it's better than ever. This
is like a little Hello Kitty food truck, okay and

So have some friends and they were all friends. It's
like a circle of us, and they started dating. Didn't
tell anybody because they were like, it's new and we
don't know whatever, and we all started finding out obviously.
Speaker 3 (20:25):
Then they broke up. Then it was weird. Then they
got back together.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
Then it was weirder, like, I don't know, we're just like, guys,
should you really get back to I don't know. Yeah,
But also they're really cute together, and like we were
friends first. They always say that's best.
Speaker 3 (20:39):
So where are they now? They together?
Speaker 2 (20:42):
Well, hopefully it lasts, but they've broken up twice already, really,
and they got back together. My grandparents on my dad's
side were married, then they split up, then they got
back together again, I mean married and remarried.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
You got married, divorce, married again. Yeah, I've heard that
happens a lot.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
It does.
Speaker 1 (21:04):
I don't know if it happens a lot, but it happens,
like I mean, obviously, there's something magnetic that.
Speaker 3 (21:08):
Pulls you to somebody, right.
Speaker 2 (21:10):
Sometimes it's kids, sometimes it's maybe a business. Sometimes it's
just because you're really hooked but you can't right, It's like.
Speaker 3 (21:19):
Remember the good old days. You can't live with them
and you can't live without them, right, I like, tam, like,
are you meant to be together?
Speaker 1 (21:25):
And like the timing is off, and so then when
the timing is right, you get bad or is it
like sort of toxic to keep getting back together their eye?
Speaker 3 (21:32):
I don't know. Weigh in on this. Let us know.
Speaker 1 (21:34):
Sevens of a ninety six to two. Begin your message
with higher haye or call us and tell us your story.
Eight hundred three to two one thirty six ninety three.
Speaker 3 (21:39):
I put it up on Facebook.
Speaker 2 (21:41):
We've already gotten a ton of response, so I'm I'm
wondering what you think as well. Okay, Tammy says, nope,
you split up for a reason. Just remember that, oh, Tammy.
DeBie says bad idea, because I ask good idea or
bad idea for you?
Speaker 1 (21:56):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (21:57):
She says bad idea. But it could depend on the
rea for the breakup, right, So there's that. Susie says,
no way in hell chances art slim and none and
slim just left the building.
Speaker 3 (22:10):
Angela says, sinfully bad. Just don't do it.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
There's a reason why they're an ex. Sounds like some
bad breakups there, She says. You can't teach an old
dog new tricks. Jason Connolly says anyone getting with my
ex wife is a bad idea.
Speaker 3 (22:28):
Jason, all right.
Speaker 2 (22:30):
Well, for anybody who's considering getting back together again, while
you're gonna text us at seven seven nine six til
you start with hey, here's a little country music.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
Maybe put you in a better mood.
Speaker 5 (22:40):
Star's gone lout up Midden Nosca, the song's gone burn
On the fourth of July, would you ever consider getting
back with your ex?
Speaker 3 (22:59):
Would you ever consider rekindling that flame? No, that is
the question. Bethany's friends kind of have gone down again again.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
Somebody said that text if you were a stranger before
we dated, you're a stranger the minute we break up.
Speaker 3 (23:15):
Hashtag one and done.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
Wow whoa Tammy says, Nope, you split up for a reason.
Just remember that because you start you think you miss them,
But why do you miss them?
Speaker 3 (23:27):
Do you miss the idea of them or do you
actually miss them? I think that And I'm not into
a whole lot of psychology because I haven't. I probably
need to be.
Speaker 2 (23:36):
But you know, there's code dependency and we get into
relationships and it's like, well, why are we really leaning
on the other person?
Speaker 3 (23:44):
Do we really love them versus are they just there? Right?
Speaker 2 (23:49):
Missy Sue says, well, in my case, it was a
great idea that I got back with. Okay, all right,
And she explains. She says, I broke up with him
when we were nineteen. We've known each other since we
were five. Nothing bad, you know, not because I didn't
love him. She says, we broke up because we were
too young. Life took us in different directions.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
We found each other again in our thirties, we'll be
married eleven years. Wow, so that's kind of sweet.
Speaker 1 (24:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
So there are examples, like Missy says, where you might
want to get back with your ex, but don't ask
Susie because you'll hit you over the head.
Speaker 5 (24:27):
Sidewalks in this town all up after the singles bat.
Speaker 3 (24:35):
All right, we might have to get a therapist in here.
We might have to both of us go into therapy again.
Speaker 2 (24:40):
And uh, just from this conversation of do you get
back with your ex, it's opened up all kinds of doors.
Speaker 4 (24:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
And you know, if you've gone through a relationship, whether
it was a dating or a marriage relationship, and then
you end up breaking up, there's so much you can
learn about yourself from it.
Speaker 1 (24:59):
Somebody on tech said, I didn't know that I loved
them until I lost them, and then I realized I
needed to get back with them.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
Oh wow, that's sweet. That's like you don't Yeah, you
always want what you don't have, though, And is that
a control what is it gonna happen again? Yeah? Is
that a control thing? Because how do you.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
Once you break up and then get back together, how
do you feel secure in that relationship?
Speaker 3 (25:24):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (25:25):
I mean and that's an issue in my marriage because
when we when I first started dating Cheryl, I mean
it had been I don't know a short period of time.
I was divorced for maybe less than a year, okay, okay,
and we met and we started dating, and then I
started having issues with my acts and it really messed
(25:48):
with my head. And I came to Cheryl and I'm like, listen,
I can't.
Speaker 3 (25:51):
Date right now.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
I'm like, not that, I couldn't. I couldn't be in
a committed, serious relationship. I was just angry, you know
what I mean.
Speaker 3 (26:00):
Yeah, you just weren't in the right mental state. I
think I need the therapy.
Speaker 4 (26:03):
Ninety three point one w POC traffic.
Speaker 1 (26:06):
Call up after we get off the end of the day,

the Harvard Tunnel. Looks like we're backed up about five
