Ryan candidate Jesse Bostos has filed blistering election complaints, claiming
that a political committee backing the incumbent, who's Adam Servera,

blasted out thousands of mass techts featuring AI altered images
of her. Now we're talking warped facial expressions and fake documents,
all sent straight to voters phones without the AI warning
label that Florida law does strictly require.

Now, school board race, hilarious. It's like a school yard
fight here. Yeah, omitting that disclosure.

The AI disclosure isn't just bad taste, It is a
first degree misdemeanor that does carry up to a year
in jail. Severa is saying that his campaign has nothing
to do with it and it does follow the rules,
But the mud seems to be flying on both sides now,
so we're going to see what the outcome of this is.

And we talked about it in an example tied to
this Saint Pete mayoral race where you had.

Former governor Charlie christ who's running for mayor. He made
an ad against the incumbent mayor Ken Welsh where he
had AI generated people in it saying something about the mayor.
They were AI generated Pete. Now, the disclosure was there,
but still it looked real. It looked like real residents

of Saint Pete were saying it right, and.

They weren't real. And then there's one there's an ad
J Collins put out against Byron Donalds, where j Collins
is like pumping iron, pumping up his muscles, and then
he's got Byron Donalds. He looks like he's in a
crackhouse or something dealing drugs.

I mean, Shack would love to hear that the same.

Yeah, it's obviously AI. I saw him like, oh, this
isn't real, but it looks real.

Yeah. I mean, we're just going down a very troubling
road with all this AI use, especially when it comes
