Speaker 1 (00:01):
Ryan and Dragons.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Thank you for reminding me why I don't watch Saturday.
Speaker 3 (00:07):
Night line blank blank, flash flash and all that Supertrucker trend.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
This is a video that was provided from a family
member of the owner getting beaten up? Here, correct, John,
Can I get involved? Is Denver a sanctuary city? Is
Aurora a sanctuary city?
Speaker 3 (00:30):
Denver is a sanctuary city, But the state is a
sanctuary state. So while Aurora and Councilwoman Jerinsky has pushed
back on sanctuary status, because of the codified laws in
the state, it makes it very difficult to really do anything.
ICE cannot get into contact with the local law enforcement.
Speaker 1 (00:47):
Local law enforcement cannot work with ICE.
Speaker 2 (00:50):
People talk about sanctuary cities, but there's really no definition
of what a sanctuary city is. But I pulled together
every description and definition I could find and put together.
What were the common elements that are used to describe,
if not define, sanctuary cities or states? Check me here
(01:13):
the policies generally adopted by sanctuary cities. They restrict the
ability of police to make arrest for federal immigration violation.
Speaker 1 (01:21):
Yes, absolutely.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
They prohibit agreements through which ICE deputizes local law enforcement,
so you can't come in and deputize local law enforcement
to say, execute this warrant or pick this person up.
They prevent cities from jailing immigrants or even maintaining immigration
detention centers, so you can't pick up illegals or put
(01:42):
them in a detention center. And it restricts police from
asking about immigration status. So if somebody stopped for some
other reason or picked up for some other crime, they
can't ask, what's your immigration status?
Speaker 1 (01:56):
No, they cannot.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
And they refuse to allow ICE into local jails without
a warrant. So you might be looking for someone that
is a known criminal, you can't go into local jails
and find out if this is the person you're looking
for unless you get some kind of warrants.
Speaker 3 (02:10):
Absolutely, and the state of Colorado's even gotten beyond that.
They will not even allow ICE agents into courthouses when
an illegal alien is convicted of a crime. They won't
allow probation to notify ICE. When that person gets out
of jail and actually goes on probation on your taxpayer
dollar back into the community, still not allowed.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
To notify ICE.
Speaker 4 (02:28):
The voice you hear there is my guest in studio now,
John Fabricatory, of course, retired ICE agent in his own
right and the Republican candidate for the sixth Congressional district
going head to head with the Representative Jason Crow Ryan
Schuling Live back with you and that was John's appearance
on Doctor Phil Primetime along with Danielle Jorinski.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
John, thank you so much for taking the time today. Hey,
thanks for having me in studio.
Speaker 4 (02:50):
When Doctor Phil went through that kind of bullet point
list of what a sanctuary city slash state, what that
really means? The first question that comes to mind for me,
and I may have asked you this before, but a
lot of our listeners out there too, and those who
live in Aurora, are.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
What is the upside to that? What is that?
Speaker 4 (03:07):
No, you can't ask their immigration status, don't go there?
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Why not?
Speaker 3 (03:12):
Well, you know, when they originally put these laws into effect,
they the left came out and said this was for immigrants.
It was to make immigrants feel more comfortable around ice,
that they wouldn't feel like ice was coming to pick
them up and harassing them.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
But immigrants are not afraid of ice.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
Immigrants are here legally right and they're trying to get
their citizenship, trying to get their status.
Speaker 1 (03:35):
So these laws make no sense.
Speaker 3 (03:37):
The only thing that sanctuary status law does is it
protects criminal illegal aliens and hurts United States citizens.
Speaker 4 (03:45):
Let's play this out because I think from my perspective,
it would be to your point what you just said.
If you have nothing to fear, you have nothing to
worry about it. And in the instance, let's say that
for whatever reason, you had an encounter as an ICE
agent with an illegal somebody was here illegally, but it
not committed any other crime, how would you handle that?
Speaker 3 (04:04):
Normally, we wouldn't even touch them because we don't have
the jail space to put them into custody. There's a
very very limited amount of jail space. And then the
oft time that we would take them into custody, it
would be just so that if they were illegally here
and we had nothing in the ICE system on them,
it would just be so we could process them, get
them into the ICE system and in front of an
(04:24):
immigration judge. Normally, if they had no criminal background, because
we would check their criminal history, they would be released
out on bond to then go in front of an.
Speaker 1 (04:33):
Immigration judge and to a court proceeding follow him on exit.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
John e Underscore fab with two bees and by that
same token his website you can visit their supporters campaign.
He has my personal full endorsement, I know those of
many in our listening audience. John Fab two bees the
number four Congress dot com johnfab for Congress dot Com.
He could really use your help and support down the
stretch here is we're less than a month out from
(04:57):
election day in the sixth Congressional district that's where I
live and reside. John, this was a tremendous opportunity for
you to get this issue on a national stage and
platform with doctor Phil who's a very well respected host
in his own right, and what this would do for
the city of Aurora to bring awareness to this issue
that kind of led to Donald Trump mentioning it in
(05:19):
the debate. What has this done do you think in
terms of not only bringing awareness to the issue, but
validity to your concerns and those that you and daniel
Jorinsky have had really as two canaries in the coal mine.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
Look, Danielle and I originally with this whole thing, just
wanted a light to be shined on this because we
felt that the police department was not doing their job.
The APD as it was led under Chief Heather Morris
was not following through with a lot.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
Of the crimes that were occurring in.
Speaker 3 (05:48):
Certain areas of Aurora and with this gang activity that
was occurring. So we never said that all of Aurora
was taken over.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
We never said the state of Colorado was taken over.
Speaker 3 (05:58):
Initially, we were focus on about three or four different
apartment complexes that we had a multitude of complaints at,
and we could see I had actually gone to Adams
County and.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
Pulled the records myself.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
I actually pulled the arrest records, the affidavits, and I
knew what was going on in those areas.
Speaker 1 (06:13):
And our whole need.
Speaker 3 (06:15):
For this was to just make the community safer by
having APD admit that there was a problem, to alert
people to this problem and maybe get a few more
eyes on it.
Speaker 4 (06:25):
What was your biggest takeaway from your appearance with Doctor
Phil based on anything that he said or just the
going through that televised experience.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
You know, I think doctor Phil did a really good
job of just outlining exactly what had happened. Yeah, I
mean he showed it from you know, the original you know,
with the Romero's video footage, right of those men coming
up the stairs of breaking through the doors, what the
Romeros went through in their time in that apartment complex,
to what Danielle brought to light, to what I brought
(06:54):
to light with the federal law and other laws out
that were being violated by not being able to work
with local law enforcement to take these criminals off the street.
I think Doctor Phil did a great job of just
showing the American public exactly what was going on. And
now we see that it's happening in Elpaso, we see
that it's happening in San Antonio. We see that it's
happening in Chicago and New York City. We see trend
(07:15):
de Ragua coming into those cities doing.
Speaker 1 (07:17):
The same exact things they were doing in Aurora, Colorado.
Speaker 3 (07:21):
But yet the governor here, Congressman Crow here, and many
on the left still deny it's happening.
Speaker 4 (07:27):
Because it's a complete political time bomb for them and
it's a very inconvenient time for this to be happening.
But it is happening, and you've heard it here first
thanks to our guest John Fabricatory. And if you want
to watch the Doctor Phil episode, it's available online. You
can find it through Doctor Phil's website meritplus dot com.
It's entitled Armed and Dangerous Colorado Town overrun by a
(07:49):
criminal gang question Mark, and the entire episode features both
John and Danielle Jorinsky. Now this leads to the language
that we've talked about, the word games are going on
with Sean that comrade Kyle Clark from nine News is playing.
Now this title says Colorado town overrun by a criminal gang.
Speaker 1 (08:08):
Question Market's asking a question.
Speaker 4 (08:09):
Kyle Clark now, in citing that Donald Trump is coming
to Aurora and he will be here on Friday, quotes
out the following. The Trump campaigns announcement of the Aurora
rally called the city a quote war zone unquote, blaming
Kamala's bloodbath, order bloodbath, and seeing Colorado families are at
the mercy of criminals.
Speaker 1 (08:29):
This follow is.
Speaker 4 (08:30):
A post from Kyle Clark that says Donald Trump will
hold a rally Friday in Aurora, which he has falsely
claimed has been taken over by a Venezuelan gang. Let's
get the language right here, John, So Kyle's concerned it
has not been taken over. They're just threatening the tenants
and holding them up for ransom. It's not been overrun.
This is the title by doctor Phil What would you
(08:51):
what word would you describe? Use to describe what has
happened with the Trent Day Uragua gang activity in Aurora.
Speaker 3 (08:59):
We've seen a foreign born gang come into Aurora and
try to gain a foothold in our city in which
they are human trafficking, sex trafficking. There's prostitution going on,
drug trafficking, multiple gunshots going off every night. I went
to an event on Saturday where a whole bunch of
people that live in that neighborhood came to the event
(09:20):
to express their their concerns about what's going on.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
Gunshots every night.
Speaker 3 (09:24):
Many of them had videos and sound of these gunshots
going off, the crimes that they have seen committed. There's
been murderers committed by this gang. A jewelry store was
held up and the women beaten by this gang. So
you want to play word games, Kyle Clark, You want
to play that it's not taken over in your mind.
It's not Escape from New York. It's not some apocalyptic
(09:45):
end of Aurora. That's not what I ever said. It's
not what Danielle Ever said. You know, there may be
some hyperbole going on with words. But let's get to
the fact that United States citizens are being affected by
the crime that's being committed.
Speaker 4 (09:58):
In Aurora, John Fabrica the voice that you're hearing enjoining
me for the full hour here on Ryan Schuling Live.
This has become a top line campaign issue and for
the voters, for the voters not just here in Aurora,
in Colorado, but nationwide. Poll after poll shows it. In
In a CBS poll, sixty three percent of American voters
supported mass deportations, which Donald Trump has promised. Now, Kamala
(10:23):
Harris sat down for what was a very extensive interview
with Bill Whittaker and sixty minutes and she was pressed
on this very issue. I'm going to play this in
parts and they get John's reaction to each one.
Speaker 5 (10:36):
You recently visited the southern border and embraced President Biden's
recent crackdown on asylum seekers, and that crackdown produced an
almost immediate and dramatic decrease in the number of border crossings.
If that's the right answer, now, why didn't your administration
(10:57):
take those steps? In twenty twenty one.
Speaker 6 (11:00):
The first bill we proposed to Congress was to fix
our broken immigration system, knowing that if you want to
actually fix it, we need Congress to act. It was
not taken up.
Speaker 1 (11:12):
Fast forward to.
Speaker 6 (11:13):
A moment when a bipartisan group of members of the
United State Senate, including one of the most conservative members
of the United States Senate, got together came up with
a border security bill. Well, guess what happened. Donald Trump
got word that this bill was afoot and could be passed,
and he wants to run on a problem instead of
(11:34):
fixing a problem, so he told his buddies in Congress,
kill the bill, don't let.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
It move forward.
Speaker 3 (11:39):
Sjohn your reaction to what she just said that the
Senate bill was absolute trash. It didn't do anything to
really secure the border, gave more money to Ukraine, more
money to NGOs, didn't give money to detention, didn't give
money to Interior enforcement.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
The Republicans had page had.
Speaker 3 (11:54):
Passed HR two, the Secure Border Act, almost a year
prior to that, and the Democrats kicked that to the curb.
Her whole analysis of this is that it's Donald Trump's
fault is just it's just not true. I mean, I mean, look,
Donald Trump tried to do everything he could to get
that border closed down and he was successful in a
(12:15):
lot of it, trying to get a shut down the
minute that Biden administration came in. They're the ones who
broke the immigration process. She talks about wanting to repair
a broken system. The system's not broken. They're just not
enforcing the law. From day one when this administration came in,
they stopped enforcing the law. And then towards the end,
(12:36):
when they knew that we were going into an election cycle,
they decide to strengthen it a little bit and actually
press the law and actually enforce the law. What happens,
we see it slow down at the border so that
they can use this for their election cycle. That's not
what they did in the beginning. They flooded this country
with over seven million people.
Speaker 1 (12:55):
And we're at where we're at right now.
Speaker 4 (12:56):
Whitaker presses around that, but just to follow up on
that point, John, it was a problem of their own
creation and making and not just refusing to enforce the
laws that were already on the books, but undoing the
Trump executive orders on remain in Mexico and a catch
and release. Had they not done that, they wouldn't be
in the position they're in right now. And what she
(13:17):
is alleging, and I said this in hour one, is
that it needed an act of Congress. If they would
have held the Trump executive orders in place and then
followed up on a congressional solution, both things could have
been done.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
They're not mutually exclusively.
Speaker 3 (13:29):
You don't even need Congress to act on it. They've
already acted on it in the Immigration Nationality Act. They
put that law into existence. It was codified and recodified
in nineteen ninety six.
Speaker 1 (13:40):
Under the Clinton administration.
Speaker 3 (13:42):
The laws in the Immigration Nationality Act in Title eight
United States Code is enough for us to make sure
that our border is strengthened. In what's going on right now?
Isn't happening?
Speaker 4 (13:53):
John Fabricatory, our guest, continuing now with Harris's response, as
Bill Whitaker not satisfied with the opening Salva over answer.
Speaker 5 (14:00):
I've been covering the border for for years, and so
I know this is not a problem that started with
your administration, correct, But there was an historic flood of
undocumented immigrants coming across the border the first three years
of your administration.
Speaker 1 (14:19):
As a matter of fact, arrivals quadruple quadruple.
Speaker 5 (14:22):
From the last year of President Trump. Was it a
mistake to loosen the immigration policies as much.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
As you did.
Speaker 6 (14:32):
It's a long standing problem and solutions are at hand.
And from day one, literally, we have been offering solutions,
true or.
Speaker 1 (14:42):
False, John, that is absolutely false.
Speaker 3 (14:45):
Their solution the first day that Biden came into office
was to have one hundred day moratorium on deportations, right,
and thankfully a federal judge said that you can't do that.
They so they couldn't. But from the day one that
they got in, they were virtue signaling to illegal immigrants
to come across the border. They said it, they wanted
it to happen, They caused it to happen.
Speaker 1 (15:06):
And again, this is why we.
Speaker 3 (15:08):
Have so many people now illegally in the United States.
And now the Democrats get to claim that the system is.
Speaker 1 (15:14):
Broken because they broke it. You broke it, you buy it.
And again Whittaker, he presses her again on this.
Speaker 5 (15:22):
But what I was asking was was it a mistake
to kind of allow that flood to happen in the
first place.
Speaker 6 (15:29):
I think the policies that we have been proposing are
about fixing a problem, not promoting a problem.
Speaker 1 (15:37):
Okay, but the numbers did quadruple.
Speaker 6 (15:39):
And the numbers today because of what we have done,
we have cut the flow of illegal immigration by half.
We have donut the flow of seal by half. But
we need Congress to be able to act to actually
fix the problem.
Speaker 4 (15:57):
Now, John, what happens on day one and if Kamala
Harris is able to pull the wall over the eyes
of enough voters to win the election, when it comes
to the border.
Speaker 1 (16:05):
She will look. She will look for amnesty. She's gonna
look for amnesty.
Speaker 3 (16:10):
Be guaranteed about that, everybody, if you're listening to this,
that is Kamala Harris's solution, amnesty.
Speaker 4 (16:18):
And what that means for the rest of the United
States when we have so many people here already illegally.
And John, I want to get a quick reaction to
the numbers that were released. You and I had private
messages about this, but of actual murderers, criminals that the
Border Patrol has put out the Koreean John Pierre tried
to say was misinformation.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
Right, right, It's not misinformation. Those numbers have been around
for a little while, not as high as they are
right now. Because ICE does arrest murderers and rapists and
then they go to state and local and federal jails
and they sit in those jails.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
For ten to fifteen years.
Speaker 3 (16:52):
So some of those numbers of those murderers, of that
thirteen thousand murders, maybe somebody who was arrested during Obama's
time in office and it's still sitting in a state
jail because they murdered somebody. But the numbers have continued
to grow. We're out of number right now where there's
almost seven million people on the non detained docket, that
(17:13):
is the docket that ice officers look at for people
that are not in custody. Most of those are going
through the immigration system and are waiting to see an
immigration judge. They've flooded that system so much said, people
are not going to be able to see judges for
five to.
Speaker 1 (17:28):
Eight years and then they're going to remain in the
United States.
Speaker 3 (17:32):
We're going to have more crimes committed because we're not
vetting a lot of the people that are coming in.
This administration allowed people to come in with the lightest,
almost non existent vetting that you could possibly do on somebody.
Speaker 1 (17:44):
And now what's happening is we're.
Speaker 3 (17:46):
Discovering that a lot of gang members and pretty bad people.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
Trump likes to say bad ombres are now in the
United States.
Speaker 4 (17:53):
So true, and as John Fabricatory has pointed out, Donald
Trump is coming to Aurora this Friday. So much more
to get into with John on that topic. A conversation
that he would have with Donald Trump about this, what.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
Would he tell him?
Speaker 4 (18:07):
And then the theme of funding, a lot of which
has gone to migrants. The Left is trying to downplay that,
but is it really happening and is it taking away
from potential storm relief of that and much more still
to come right here on six point thirty k.
Speaker 3 (18:20):
How what is it that is to Coiner phrase, great
about America?
Speaker 1 (18:25):
And that kindles your love for it?
Speaker 6 (18:28):
There's so much. There's so much, and you're right. And
I have the blessing and privilege of traveling all over
our country and in particular in these years where we
have witnessed so called leaders attempting to create division between us.
Speaker 1 (18:47):
That's great about America.
Speaker 6 (18:48):
I meet people who are just the people who are
the ones who are the most optimistic about what is possible,
who believe in each other, who understand that we all
have so much more in common than what separates us,
People who you know, when people are out there protesting.
(19:09):
You know what, God love them because we have a
nation that says that we will allow freedom of speech,
freedom of association, and for the most part, we all
stand for that, even if we agree to disagree. I
look at who we are. We believe in freedom and
liberty as Americans, and we fight for it. Now, there
(19:31):
will be those at the extremes, but the vast majority
of us. I think great pride in understanding that our
democracy will only be as strong as our willingness each
one of us to fight for it. And when I
travel our country, that's what I see.
Speaker 4 (19:50):
I don't know that it's about traveling the country when
you're asked that question. But as far as free speech goes,
let's flash back to it not that long ago. She
wants to shut down social media sites. Don't say the
right things that is.
Speaker 6 (20:01):
Placed on these social media sites to understand their power.
They are directly speaking to millions and millions of people
without any level of oversight or regulation, and that has
to stop.
Speaker 4 (20:15):
That does not have to stop. That's the first Amendment
at work. And people are free to express unpopular opinions
lies their own reputation is at state. Will you go
in the arena, and you participate, and let's say you
advance a theory that is false, then other people in
the arena in free speech call you out.
Speaker 1 (20:36):
You're found out, your reputation suffers.
Speaker 4 (20:40):
We police ourselves on so called misinformation, and notice that
for the left, no misinformation ever comes from the left.
Speaker 1 (20:51):
Or bring back John Fabricatory.
Speaker 4 (20:52):
And I'm going to have you answer the question that
Stephen Colbert asks to her.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
And I don't know why she.
Speaker 4 (21:01):
Had such a difficult time answering it, But what is
great about America, John, and what kindles your enthusiasm for it?
Speaker 1 (21:11):
Look, America is the beacon on the hill, you know.
Speaker 3 (21:14):
Being somebody who's been in the United States Military and
work for immigration customs enforcement, I had the privilege of
seeing many people come in for naturalization ceremonies and watching
those people raise their right hand and swear their allegiance
to this country because they want to be here so badly,
and they want to get away from the evils that
they're escaping and the things in other countries that they're escaping.
(21:36):
This country offers to other people what other countries in
the world do not.
Speaker 1 (21:41):
It allows you to be yourself.
Speaker 3 (21:44):
To be yourself and your and your religion, to be
yourself in your faith, to be yourself in our freedom
of speech.
Speaker 1 (21:50):
Our constitution is unique in this world, and that's what
makes America great.
Speaker 3 (21:55):
It's it's an opportunity for people to come and truly
be free. And we have to make sure we allow
those freedoms to keep going on and not allow someone
like Kamala Harris to come in and shut down our
freedom of speech.
Speaker 4 (22:09):
Okay, listeners, how much better was John Fabricatory's answer than
what we heard from Kamala Harris, a candidate for president of.
Speaker 1 (22:15):
The United States. Some texts coming in.
Speaker 4 (22:18):
If you have a question for John, feel free to
send those five seven, seven three nine. This from Steven Littleton.
He's a retired law enforcement officer. Fab is the voice
of truth. We need him in Congress. Amen to that, Yes, Ryan,
haven't the Biden Harris administration change the definition of illegal
because they are giving them asylum and are crossing legally, John.
Speaker 1 (22:41):
No, they are not crossing. They are not crossing legally.
Speaker 3 (22:44):
So here here, here's the thing, and a lot of
people are misinterpreting this. When you cross illegally, you do
not cross inside a port of entry. Your documentation in
your paperwork lists you as two twelve A six AI,
which is entered without in You are then allowed to
enter the United States to then see an immigration judge
(23:07):
or just have a credible fear hearing if you claim asylum. So, no,
they are not entering legally. They are entering illegally, and
because this administration is refusing to detain people, they are
allowed to enter the interior. Normally, you would go into detention,
have your credible fear hearing. If you have credible fear,
(23:29):
it'd be moved up to an immigration judge hearing, and
an immigration judge would make that determination on whether you
get asylum. We're just letting people out onto the street,
but their paperwork says they are here illegally.
Speaker 4 (23:41):
His website for Congress John Fab two b's the number
four Congress dot com Johnfab for Congress dot com and
on X.
Speaker 1 (23:50):
He's at John E. Underscore Fab.
Speaker 4 (23:52):
He has great information on there when it comes to
the migrant crisis in Aurora, the Venezuelan gang trend de
Ragua that very much has a presence their ego. Comrade Kyle,
I'm gonna use the word that you can't disagree with
their president.
Speaker 1 (24:06):
They're there. Have they overrun it? Have they overtaken it?
Have they conquered it? No? But that extreme.
Speaker 4 (24:12):
Language is what allows people on the left, like Kyle Clark,
like Jared Polis, like Mike Johnston off the hook. It
gives them that kind of out and off ramp. There
is no off ramp. And coming to Aurora on Friday
will be President Trump. I'll ask John about that in
just a moment. But Kamala Harris in her appearance on
the View, may have very much written an ad for
(24:35):
Donald Trump himself as is.
Speaker 1 (24:37):
Listen to this.
Speaker 6 (24:38):
If anything which you have done something differently than President
Biden during the past four years, there is don a
thing that comes to mind in terms of and I've
been a part of most of the decisions that have
had impact.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
Oh so nothing comes to mind, John, And she's been
right there, front and center on most of the impactful decisions.
Speaker 1 (25:02):
You let in millions of people. I mean, this is
the thing.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
She's admitting that she wanted that border open.
Speaker 1 (25:11):
They allowed this to happen.
Speaker 3 (25:13):
Right now, they're saying that they cut immigration, elial immigration
in half. Why couldn't they do that two years ago?
Why couldn't they have done that three years ago. This
was on purpose, and now because it's in front of
an election time, they're trying to change it. They are
complicit and allowing this to happen and breaking the immigration system.
Speaker 4 (25:34):
John Fabricatory, our guests will have one more segment with
it when we come back. And this is coming to
me directly from Weld County Sheriff Steve Reims. He says,
tell jfab to keep preaching the truth. Well, two great
men right there, Sheriff, each of them I'm happy to
call my friend.
Speaker 1 (25:50):
And John Fabricatory is going to be a friend for
all of us.
Speaker 4 (25:52):
If he's elected to Congress in the sixth Congressional district,
it would be an upset, but it's within reach.
Speaker 1 (25:57):
It's within his grasp.
Speaker 4 (25:58):
We just need you to help him with his campaign,
no matter how you do that. If it's volunteering your time,
if it's making a contribution, do it online, Johnfabfourcongress dot com.
And one more segment with John Fabricatory when we come back.
Ryan Schuling filling in the situation without Michael Brown. Time
for the interns, talk back for the morning to swim,
(26:19):
to play it safe, tell the Burgermeiser.
Speaker 5 (26:22):
We all said, hi, but it seems that Prime Minister
net and Yah who is not listening.
Speaker 6 (26:30):
Well, Bill, the work that we have done has resulted
in a number of movements in that region by Israel
that we're very much prompted by or a result of
many things, including our advocacy for what needs to happen
(26:51):
in the region.
Speaker 5 (26:51):
But it seems that Prime Minister net and Yah who
is not listening.
Speaker 6 (26:55):
We're not going to stop pursuing what is necessary for
the United States to be clear about where we stand
on the need for this war to end.
Speaker 4 (27:03):
Now, if you noticed that was a before and after
the same question, Bill Whittaker, there was leaked audio preview
of sixty Minutes Kamala Harris's appearance on it and a long, meandering,
nonsensical word salid answer that was not flattering for her.
They changed it to the second one that you heard.
(27:25):
Another reason why you cannot trust the mainstream media and
sixty Minutes chief among those wrapping things up with John Fabricatory.
He's kind enough to spend this entire hour with us
and with all of you, and I know that many
of you are six congressional district voters and we need
to get John into Congress. He is head to head
with Representative Jason Crowe.
Speaker 1 (27:45):
John. We talked about Donald.
Speaker 4 (27:47):
Trump coming to Aurora, and I think that's just a
testament to the work that you and Daniel Jorinsky have
done to bring attention to what's happening there with trendy
Aragua and now it's culminating in a presidential visit to
the state that, let's be frank is not even purple.
Speaker 1 (28:02):
Most people would view it as blue.
Speaker 4 (28:04):
But how big is it either for your campaign or
just coloraden's in general, that Donald Trump is coming here
at all.
Speaker 3 (28:10):
Well, you know, there's a lot of people in this
state who are very, very supportive of Donald Trump. I'm
a fan of Donald Trump. I want to see him
be the next president of the United States. I believe
the policies that he's going to bring forward are good
for the US overall. I think it's I think it's
good that he said he was going to come to
Aurora and he's he's making sure that he does it.
You know, he says something, he's getting it done, and
(28:32):
I think a lot of people want to hear what
his message is going to be. The one thing is,
you know, I just I want him to go up
there and I want him to just say the truth
about what's happening in Aurora. We don't need to hyperbole,
we don't. We don't need to say that Aurora is
on fire. The truth is scary enough. If this gang
continues to get a stronghold, they are going to do
(28:53):
more damage and there's going to be more deaths.
Speaker 4 (28:55):
He will be speaking at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and
Convention Center, that of course is between here and the airport,
and that'll be at one pm Mountain time.
Speaker 1 (29:04):
There will be.
Speaker 4 (29:04):
Many in attendance. Now, John, are you planning to go
to the event? I know you're hoping to speak at
the event, but will you be there? I haven't gotten
a ticket.
Speaker 3 (29:13):
I tried to get on and get a ticket, did
not get a ticket, And I do not know if
I'm going to be speaking yet, So that's up to
Trump team. There's a lot of other variables and other
speakers that they want to be available. But I'm you know,
for me, I'm just going to continue to do the
work that I need to do on this campaign to
win this campaign, and whether I'm there speaking or not,
(29:33):
I'm going to continue to stand for the people in
Colorado and make sure that we can make Colorado safe.
Speaker 4 (29:38):
John Fabricatory our guests, and in pursuit of a ticket,
I would think you're kind of like Charlie Buckett here
and you should be getting a golden ticket.
Speaker 1 (29:46):
John, Yeah, center, you would you would You would think
you would think if you look.
Speaker 4 (29:51):
And this is the other thing I want to ask
you about before we parted ways for the day, about
the funding for FEMA that has been allocated for illegal
that the Left is trying to downplay. But now we're
suddenly being told by Alejandro Majorc as DHS secretary that
we're out of funds for the storms that are coming.
They're sol but there's this separate tranch. This is the
(30:13):
word they're using of money had nothing to do with
storm recovery or relief that went to the migrants.
Speaker 1 (30:20):
What say you, well, I mean that money. I did
look into it.
Speaker 3 (30:23):
That money was appropriated for the sheltering process for migrants.
But that should make you even more worried that they
appropriated six hundred and forty million dollars for that, because
when there's an appropriation, the money is supposed to be
spent for that. That means they can't just easily take
that money and then give it to national disaster relief funds.
(30:46):
They have to actually go in and move that money
around in special different ways in order to do that.
For me, it's it's even more telling that this administration
wanted six hundred and forty million dollars for illegal aliens
coming into the United States to make sure they were sheltered,
when that money could have been put in a different bucket,
to make sure that it was there for disaster relief.
Speaker 4 (31:08):
When you talk about the power of the presidency and
to make certain kinds of spending priorities, especially in the
wake of a calamity that is going to embark upon
Floord in the form of Hurricane Milton John the separate
trench idea or the funding for FEMA writ large, Does
the president have the authority to redirect funds as he
(31:29):
sees fit in real time to respond to a crisis
like we're about to encounter.
Speaker 1 (31:34):
You know, I would have to look under emergency funding.
Speaker 3 (31:37):
Usually that needs to go back through Congress, because Congress
is the one that does handle the purse strings. But
there has to be something under emergency management that would
allow the president to be able to move those fundings.
Speaker 1 (31:47):
But to be honest, I would need to look up
the laws on that.
Speaker 4 (31:50):
Finally, in the minute and a half or so that
we have left here, John, I just want you to
tell the people about your campaign where it goes from here.
We stand here in October, early October, down the stretch,
less than a month to go. What's left for your campaign?
Where are you heading next? Look, we are a full
tilt right now. You know, We've got less than thirty
days to go. We're out on the street.
Speaker 3 (32:10):
We're knocking on doors, We're handing out flyers, we're putting
up signs. We're just trying to get John Fabricatory's name
out there, trying to get my name out there so
that people understand who I am. Directing them to the website,
trying to get a little bit more funding in so
we can do some last minute things. You know, I
need your support. I cannot win this race if you
don't vote. The biggest thing is getting out to vote.
(32:32):
Please vote.
Speaker 4 (32:35):
No better way to make that change than to make
sure your ballot is counted in More than that, to
encourage others who may be persuadable that might be on
the sidelines to tell them a bit about what you've
heard from John Fabricatory. I mean, he's just your run
of the mill Republican candidate here. He knows this issue
and what needs to be done about the migrant crisis.
(32:55):
So John, you are always welcome here. We hope to
have you on many more times between now and elect
and just let us know what we can do to
help you.
Speaker 1 (33:02):
Thank you, Ron, I really appreciate you.
Speaker 4 (33:03):
John Fabricatory once again. You can find out more online
and you can do that at johnfab four congress dot com.
That's johnfab twobs the number four congress dot com and
follow him on x get a lot of great updates
in real time about the things that he's campaigning on
at John E Underscore fab and I could tell you this.
Speaker 1 (33:24):
John's campaign, in my opinion, has.
Speaker 4 (33:27):
Struck a little bit more concern and fear into Jason
Crow than the.
Speaker 1 (33:32):
Last two candidates who have taken him on.
Speaker 4 (33:35):
You might recall Jason Crow a couple of election cycles ago,
was able to defeat Mike Kaufman head to head, who
was the sitting congressman from the six congressional district. Which
represents Aurora and a lot of the outlying areas there
and includes me. I live in Arapahoe County and in
Greenwood Village. It's mainly a blue district now probably about
a sixty forty cut, So John would need to peel
(33:57):
away a lot of voters in the middle on affiliateds
who might normally vote Democrat but are concerned about this issue,
are concerned about the national attention that Aurora has gotten
for all the wrong reasons when it comes to trendy
Aragua in an unstable police force that has not had
a consistent.
Speaker 1 (34:14):
Leader up until maybe recently.
Speaker 4 (34:16):
So John Fabricatory a strong candidate for that sixth congressional
He could use your help, and I invite you to
look into more about his campaign at his website, johnfab
for Congress dot com. Ryan Schuling and this is the
situation without Michael Brown. One hour to go straight ahead,
stay tuned. Christian Toto is next right here on six
