Speaker 1 (00:00):
Tax payer Relief Shot hour, and I am so looking
forward to hearing how trespassing is more properly treated than
in Century City, California.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Caution, you are about to experience the taxpayer relief shot
segment on the situation with Michael Brown. Caution, you are
about to experience the taxpayer relief shot segment on the
situation with Michael Brown. We do not necessarily relish the
death of any criminal, but we do celebrate our god
given and constitutional right to self defense. In the event

(00:37):
that the criminal becomes DRT. The taxpayers spared the cost
of public defenders, court costs, incarceration, and continued parole supervision.
As the Sheriff of Santa Rosa County, Florida says insert
audio here, or Sheriff Grady of Polk County says, insert
audio here, you have been warned listen at your own risks.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Mike. Maybe we should explain that DRT stands for dead
right there. Yeah, you can figure that one out. We
call these taxpayer relief shots, and we do it every
Friday at this hour because we believe in the god
given right of self defense, the natural law of self defense,
and I personally don't believe that enough stories are told

(01:27):
around the country. I mean, there's always dozens and dozens
of stories of people who exercise legally and lawfully their
god given right of self defense. And we want to
kind of exploit those, and we want to amplify those,
and we want people to hear about those so that

(01:48):
you might be encouraged to, in whatever form, whether that
be with a firearm or a nine iron, to start
learning self defense, learning situational awareness, and learning to take
care of yourself and not let the thugs keep running
rough shot over us. And we call them taxpayer relief shots.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
Because somebody's breaking in your house here more than welcome
to shoot them.

Speaker 5 (02:17):
In centaise accounting, we prefer that you do actually hopefully
you'll save the taxpayers money.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
Or else insert this audio here.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
I would highly suggest that if a looter breaks into
your home, comes into your home while you're there to
steal stuff, that you take your gun.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
And you shoot him.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
You shoot him so that he looks like grated cheese,
because you know what, that's one leader that won't break
into anyone else's.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Home or as Sheriff Grady also says, I would tell them,
if you value your life.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
You probably shouldn't do that in Polk County because the
people of Polk County like guns.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
They have guns.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
I encourage them to own guns, and they're going to
be in their homes tonight with their guns loaded.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
And if you try to into their homes to.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
Steal to set fires, I'm highly recommending they blow you
back out of the house with their guns.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
So leave the community alone. Now, I don't listen to
these until I play them. I don't know what they're about.
I don't know what happens. All I know is a title,
and we break them up into what are what we
call award winners, and then we also have the the others.

(03:27):
And oftentimes the others are maybe cops or they're somebody
does end up dead, they're not quite dead yet whatever.
But we do the award winners first, just because well,
we want to give them their due. The first award
winner involves a customer who was upset about his broken
cell phone.

Speaker 6 (03:48):
Overnight, we learned the name of one of the men
who died during a shooting over a broken cell phone.
A lot of people talking about this story in the
Bear count of Medical Examiner's Office has identified him as.

Speaker 7 (03:58):
Kenneth McKnight, Junior.

Speaker 6 (04:00):
This happened yesterday at a phone repair store and a
shopping center off of Vandera Road in Loop sixteen oh
four on the northwest Side.

Speaker 7 (04:06):
Police sold us at.

Speaker 6 (04:07):
An upset customer, who is the suspect in this case,
was not happy with the phone repair service he received,
and while arguing with an employee, police say the suspect
pulled out a gun and shot and killed that employee.
As that was happening, a second employee pulled out a
gun and shot and killed the suspect.

Speaker 8 (04:24):
Friend and now this other person had both lost their.

Speaker 7 (04:28):
Lives over a broken phone.

Speaker 9 (04:29):
To hear that he died over something so petty or
some minuscule is just utterly insulting, and I hope that
that person burns in hell.

Speaker 6 (04:38):
Andre Florees says the employee killed was thirty five year
old Cody Bell, his longtime friend. As for the second
employee who killed the suspect, at this time, SAPD says
that man is cooperating with police and is not facing
any charges.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
People are crazy, However, I like this part in particular.

Speaker 8 (04:59):
Friend and now this other person had both lost their
lives over a broken phone.

Speaker 9 (05:04):
To hear that he died over something so petty or
so minuscule is just utterly insulting. And I hope that
that person burns in hell.

Speaker 7 (05:13):
Well loser.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
Yes, that's always our advice is stop breaking the law.
Let's see if we have another award winner. This one
is Oh pizza delivery guy, Watch out for the pizza
delivery guys.

Speaker 10 (05:33):
The new gunfire outside of Hollywood Domino's Pizza restaurant as
a delivery driver fights back against two armed crooks.

Speaker 7 (05:40):
Two nast men confronted that driver, but.

Speaker 11 (05:42):
When it was over, one man was dead.

Speaker 12 (05:44):
Cbs Ford Daddy Flatman has been working this story since
it broke.

Speaker 13 (05:47):
She joins us live from the scene with the latest
on this investigation.

Speaker 14 (05:51):
Gabby, Lauren, and Walter.

Speaker 13 (05:53):
The tables turned on those two suspected robbers when this
pizza delivery man pulled his gun out on them.

Speaker 7 (05:59):
We're told.

Speaker 13 (06:00):
One of those suspected robbers was pronounced dead here on
the scene. Another one ran away. The employees here at
the Dominoes tell us they are just completely shaken up
by what happened just a short time ago. They actually
posted a sign on the door letting customers know that
the restaurants closed for the day while police investigating. A
car with bullet holes in the window is towed away

(06:21):
from the scene where a pizza delivery man reportedly fired
a fatal shot in self defense.

Speaker 8 (06:26):
If the worker of Dominoes did a man shot six
six six dams.

Speaker 13 (06:31):
Police say just before one am Wednesday, two armed men
wearing masks ambushed a Domino's employee in the parking lot
of the store on Hollywood Boulevard and North fifty eighth
Avenue and tried to rob him. In response to two
armed mails coming up to him, he reacted to protect
to and shot at one of the sustems. According to investigators,

(06:52):
the delivery men fired at the would be robbers, killing
one of them. The other ran away. It's not clear
if the masked men fired back.

Speaker 9 (07:00):
Horrible, He's out here making an honest book and he,
you know, somebody tries to rob him.

Speaker 15 (07:06):
Fortunately he was strapped, he was ready to go.

Speaker 13 (07:09):
The delivery man and another employee who was at the
store closing up for the night were not injured.

Speaker 14 (07:13):
As she is shaken up at how it happened.

Speaker 13 (07:15):
Miguel Nieves says his girlfriend's daughter works at Domino's and
was walking out the door when the attack happened. He
feels fortunate that her coworker was able to fight.

Speaker 16 (07:23):
Back, Glad he was, Glad he was armed, Glad he
was able to protect.

Speaker 13 (07:27):
Them with the nine could have been worse, And investigators
have pulled video from surveillance cameras out here and they're
interviewing witnesses to figure out if, in fact, this is
a case of self defense. Police also tell us that
the suspect that they are looking for he ran westbound.
They don't know at this point if he was wounded
or not in the shooting, but again they are still
looking for him. If you have any information, you're asked

(07:49):
to call Broward Crime Stoppers. That number is nine four
ninth RAE Tips. We're lying from Hollywood, Gabby Flaischmann's CBS
four News.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
That took a lot of presence of mind. You're busy
delivering pizzas two armed people approach your car, boom, You
make the first move. Pretty darn good. Another award winner
a thief? No seriously hiding their dragon?

Speaker 7 (08:19):
Yep, Okay, here we go.

Speaker 17 (08:25):
What would you do if you went to light your
fireplace a symbol?

Speaker 3 (08:30):
We're gonna crash a symbol to start this story.

Speaker 17 (08:33):
Wow, what would you do if you went to light
your fireplace and heard someone start screaming? That's what happened
yesterday in Fresno when authorities were called to extract a
burglar from a chimney. A homeowner reported hearing a man
screaming from inside his chimney after he tried to actually
light a fire. Firefighters were called to dismantle the chimney

(08:55):
and remove the suspect, but found that he was dead
by the time they could reach.

Speaker 8 (09:00):
If you think you're like Santa Claus coming down the chimney,
it's all open.

Speaker 7 (09:05):
Most chimneys are not.

Speaker 8 (09:06):
Most of them have a big metal plate at the
bottom that you cannot get through.

Speaker 7 (09:09):
There's about a fourne gap.

Speaker 17 (09:12):
Had A preliminary investigation found that the suspect had climbed
into the chimney overnight trying to rob the home, but
became stuck. The identity of the suspect and cause of
death have not yet been released.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
Now the title in this one thief hiding in chimney
dies after homeowner light's fire and fireplace. Did you smell
it first or did you hear it first?

Speaker 15 (09:37):
I think He said that he heard the screaming, so
he lit the fire because the guy was still in
there alive from the previous night.

Speaker 7 (09:44):
So he lit the fire in maybe he burned alive.

Speaker 15 (09:50):
Kil You know, plays stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
Oh man, that one's bad, all right? Another water? Two
armed store employees Dollar General.

Speaker 16 (10:01):
Let's see armed store employees shoot and kill robbers. Employees
at a Pennsylvania store shot and killed two out of
three suspects and a robbery last weekend. Three masked men,
one of them armed with a handgun and another with
a taser, robbed Latino's Meat Market in Reading, Pennsylvania, just
before eleven pm Saturday night. At some point during the robbery,

(10:23):
one of the suspects fired his weapon inside the store.
Two employees also had handguns and opened fire upon the suspects,
striking two of the three masked men. One of the
suspects died of the scene, while another died after he
was taken to Reading hospital. The third suspect fled from
the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police say
the shootings were justified because they believed the employee's actions

(10:45):
were in self defense.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
That's odd. Greg did you did you put in the
background music?

Speaker 15 (10:54):
No, it was already there. It was some YouTuber's news story,
so that he had a.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
Whole st This was not like a news or radio.

Speaker 15 (11:02):
It was a news story, but a YouTuber took it
and created like some cgi background stuff and try to
make it his own.

Speaker 3 (11:10):
I like the sound.

Speaker 16 (11:11):
Armed store employees shoot and kill robbers. Employees at a
Pennsylvania store shot and killed two out of three suspects
and a robbery last weekend.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
Three maskmen music hilarious. Okay, whatever, float your boat. That's
fine with me. Pretty good story. Let's see. Okay a
bank robber, well stupid? Is a stupid?

Speaker 7 (11:38):
Does well if?

Speaker 5 (11:39):
Attorney Rob Sanders released the body camera video from Covington
police officers, and it shows the moments that officers shot a.

Speaker 7 (11:47):
Bank robbery suspect.

Speaker 5 (11:48):
WCPO nine news reporter Marleta Lang shows you why Sander
says the officers were justified to use deadly force.

Speaker 18 (11:57):
Around three pm on Friday, February twenty eight, nine one
one calls came in about a bank robbery in Covington.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
Hey, this is chand on us Owner six for Madison.

Speaker 7 (12:06):
We were just a bike.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
What did they look like African American wearing all black.

Speaker 18 (12:15):
Callers told dispatchers the suspect had a weapon. They are
armed with a span of gasoline and they're eaten to
set the building on fire.

Speaker 19 (12:22):
He did have a gun, but.

Speaker 7 (12:23):
It turns out he had a toy gun.

Speaker 20 (12:25):
It has been modified with a dark colored tape in
order to cover up any indication that would have let
the officers know that the suspect was actually brandishing only
a toy gun.

Speaker 18 (12:36):
Officer Wade Webster was one of the first officers.

Speaker 7 (12:38):
On the scene.

Speaker 18 (12:39):
His body camera video shows him first going to the bank,
but then he started running down the street towards Hotel
Covington and ends up in this alley where he first
comes face to face with suspect Charles Davis. Less than
a minute later, the first shots were fired. When Webster
entered the alley, there was cas from the bank scattered

(13:01):
across the ground. Shortly after, Officer Photo Kon Hompodochuk, also
known as HP, joined him. Both officers tell Davis to
drop his weapon. When he doesn't and starts to turn
towards them, the officers shoot him. Footage then shows Davis
getting up, grabbing the gun and pointing it at Webster
n HP.

Speaker 20 (13:18):
You have to keep firing until the threat is neutralized.
That's what the officers are.

Speaker 7 (13:22):
Trained to do.

Speaker 18 (13:23):
After officers fired more shots, both officers wrestled Davis for
the gun until they're able to detain him. Officers fired
a few shots during the struggle. Sanders cleared both officers,
saying in the moment they thought their lives were in danger.

Speaker 20 (13:36):
The fact that it was a toy is not significant
when it comes to the officer's decisions to use deadly
force because the.

Speaker 7 (13:42):
Gun looks so real.

Speaker 18 (13:44):
The FBI has taken over Davis's bank robbery case. He's
currently in the Kenton County Distension Center in Covington.

Speaker 7 (13:50):
Marlene Lange WCPO nine News.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
Well, stupid, just stupid, but here's a local One man
dies and shootout with POPO. I bet I know which one.

Speaker 7 (14:02):
This is.

Speaker 10 (14:04):
What you do though, want to get right over to
breaking news. Good morning, everybody. I'm Brian Flores and.

Speaker 12 (14:08):
I'm Michelle Griego. A suspect is dead and three police
officers are heard after a confrontation in Pueblo. Both Pueblo
Police and Pueblo County Sheriff's deputies responded Tuesday night after
calls of an officer shot.

Speaker 10 (14:21):
So when they got to that scene, authorities say the
suspect fired more shots.

Speaker 7 (14:25):
The suspect then got.

Speaker 10 (14:26):
Away, continuing to shoot. That's when authorities were turned fire,
ultimately killing the suspect. All three officers were taken to
a hospital as well were told they're now stable. Police
say no members of the public were hurt.

Speaker 12 (14:39):
Governor Polis reacted in a statement, saying, in part quote,
Pueblo is a strong community, especially in tough times like this.
I applaud the actions of everyone involved in stopping the
violent suspect and in praying for the three officers who
were injured in this attack.

Speaker 3 (14:57):
Do you wonder, just thinking out loud, if police had
signed House bill or Senate Bill twenty five oh three,
do you think that this could have been avoided? The
guy I would have never ever had to be shot
by the cops. Yep, that's how. That's how great a

(15:18):
bill it is. U see a man brings a what oh?
Listen to this.

Speaker 7 (15:29):
Breaking right now.

Speaker 21 (15:30):
One man is dead shot and killed by a Pinehurst
police after officers say he ran out of a burning home.

Speaker 22 (15:35):
With an axe.

Speaker 6 (15:35):
Sebere seventeen's justin more live along Remington Lane or justin
What have you found.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
Out at this point from investigators?

Speaker 23 (15:42):
Well, right now, police are keeping us about a block
away from the actual investigation is going on on the
other side of that hilltop you see there. Now, what
we know so far is that right now there is
It all started when Pinehurst Police got a call about
a suspicious person in the area of Remington Lane. When

(16:03):
they arrive, officers noticed smoke coming from a home. According
to investigators, a man ran out of the home with
an axe towards officers as well as firefighters. Now SBI
says an officer tried to subdue him using non lethal methods.
Two officers then shot him. He was taken to the
hospital where he died. Neighbors are shocked to hear all

(16:25):
of this happen. I've never heard. I've never had a
gun shot out here.

Speaker 3 (16:30):
It never happened.

Speaker 24 (16:31):
I've never had a gun shot out here in the
time I've been here, and I've been here well over
here twenty years.

Speaker 23 (16:40):
Right now, police haven't released the name of the man
who was shot. Of course, we're going to stay out
here and continue to bring you more information as this
story develops Live in Pinehurst. Justin Moore, CBS seventeen.

Speaker 7 (16:53):
Years Hi, Justin, thank you, thank you, Justin.

Speaker 3 (16:56):
Don't bring an axe. No, don't bring an axe, and
don't do this either.

Speaker 25 (17:02):
New tonight, a San Antonio police officer shoots and kills
the suspect who police say pulled a knife on the
officer during a chase. First, we're going to take you
live to the scene where police are still investigating. This
gas station is where it all started, where the officer
tried to stop a driver for a traffic violation. SAPD
Chief William McManus told our crew on the scene that

(17:23):
the driver moved over and jumped out of the passenger
side and took off running. Mcmanon said the suspect jumped
over fences, through yards, and eventually into an alleyway. The
officer was right behind him when McManus said, the forty
three year old suspect pulled out what police believed to
be a five inch blade.

Speaker 26 (17:42):
Preliminary information pulled a knife. The officer tried to tase
him to no effect, at which time the officer resorted
to the use of his fire. Suspect this is sheased
on the scene.

Speaker 25 (17:54):
The chief said the officer has been with the department
for four years, and we did learn also that that's
suspected of a history of drug possession, burglary and was
currently on parole until twenty twenty nine. Police have still
not identified him yet.

Speaker 3 (18:09):
Right, so you bring one knife and then you bring
another knife.

Speaker 22 (18:15):
Well, first of five, we are continuing to track breaking news.
A man is shot and killed by Seattle police after
he entered the West Seattle Precincts.

Speaker 7 (18:23):
Parking lot armed with a knife. Thanks for being with us.

Speaker 22 (18:26):
I'm Matthew Smith and I'm Hannaham.

Speaker 27 (18:28):
Officers use non lethal rounds to try and prevent him
from attacking officers. Chief Sean Barnes says after their attempts failed,
an officer fired an unknown number of times, killing the man.

Speaker 3 (18:41):
And here the rest of the story. After this, non
lethal methods seemed to always pay you well.

Speaker 7 (19:00):
Into the show.

Speaker 28 (19:01):
And the first thing that you did is you were
pitching about some politician and then some guy called in.
He was pitching about some song you play. You and
Mike Dragon were bitching about hand mentioning about the song.
He went back to mentioning about some politician, mentioned about
some other politician and pretty much just betting catch bitch, bitch,
Can we just get into the taxpayer relief shots?

Speaker 29 (19:26):
Now?

Speaker 3 (19:26):
I'm really conflicted.

Speaker 7 (19:29):
Do you want to be passive aggressive? Don't you who me?

Speaker 3 (19:33):
We could? We can talk about accuracy of fast food deliveries.
We got RTD delivery story back here, We've got we
got the jobs numbers are in.

Speaker 15 (19:50):
Oh and we have breaking news break how many people
dragging fifty million, fifty million people.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
Are under a threat of weather. Severe weather Tennessee braces
us from more dangerous weather. That's that's that's the tyron
on Fox News right now. While over at CNN now
they're you know, stocks plung just China slaps US with
thirty four percent terroriffs. And there is Representative Carlos he Meantez,

(20:24):
a Republican from Florida, talking about Oh and the doll
is down three close, it's right now, it's at thirty
nine one sixty four. So yeah, we got all that. Well,
I get a bitch about that too. Houthy's down. Something
about the houthis.

Speaker 7 (20:42):
Uh, stop shooting at US ships.

Speaker 3 (20:47):
Stop shooting at US ships, and we'll stop shooting at you.

Speaker 7 (20:49):
It sounds fair, you know, Trump has a way of
just saying, look.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
Look, here's the deal. You don't want to shoot, you
don't shoot us. I don't know it seems fair to me.
Or we could go back to the idiot that brings
a life to the Seattle Police Department. He should have
stayed in the Nogozon in Seattle. Well.

Speaker 22 (21:10):
First of five, we are continuing to track breaking news.
A man is shot and killed by Seattle police after
he entered the West Seattle Precincts parking lot armed with
a knife. Thanks for being with us. I'm Matthew Smith.

Speaker 7 (21:22):
And I'm Hannaham.

Speaker 27 (21:23):
Officers use non lethal rounds to try and prevent him
from attacking officers. Chief Sean Barrn says after their attempts failed,
an officer fired an unknown number of times, killing the man.

Speaker 22 (21:34):
Fox thirteens alle Jandri Kuzman is joining us live from
the precinct.

Speaker 7 (21:37):
So, Ali, what else are you learning?

Speaker 30 (21:41):
Well, everything is still under question. I mean, take a
look at how cautious they are being with this entire
situation right now.

Speaker 31 (21:48):
The entire area is still sectioned off and blocked off to.

Speaker 32 (21:51):
Everyone in the area. But this area right here, this
behind the fence is that secure lot where we're told
that man actually got in it to unclear how, but
at that time there was several officers because Chief Barnes says.

Speaker 7 (22:04):
They were conducting shift change.

Speaker 31 (22:06):
It was only one of them who actually fired those
deadly rounds, and unfortunately that man died here Thank.

Speaker 3 (22:17):
Hey gun.

Speaker 31 (22:19):
At twelve eighteen Wednesday afternoon, officers reported a man was
inside the Southwest Seattle Police Precinct lot. Chief Sean Barnes
says it's still unclear how he got inside. One officers
did notice was a knife. They say he was armed with.
Barnes says an officer tried to de escalate the situation
with a non lethal weapon.

Speaker 19 (22:38):
It's kind of like a sponge round, if you will,
and it's often used for people, so we did not
have to use use to force for at this time,
it was not effective.

Speaker 31 (22:47):
Barnes made it clear the men continued to approach the
officer with said knife, the officer fired their weapon. Barnes's
waiting for confirmation before releasing any details.

Speaker 19 (22:57):
That's something that I always let the medical examiner tell
us that and let the investigation tell how many shots
were fired.

Speaker 7 (23:04):
I think that's very important that we are correct on that.

Speaker 4 (23:07):
Now.

Speaker 31 (23:08):
This is Seattle's first deadly incident involving officers of twenty
twenty five.

Speaker 7 (23:12):
There are a lot of unknowns.

Speaker 31 (23:15):
However, Barnes says there was another nine to one to
one coll to the home depot just west of the precinct.

Speaker 19 (23:21):
Prior to this regarding the suicidal subject. However, at this time,
I can't tell if the two are related.

Speaker 31 (23:26):
Not to mention, Chief Barnes was just here less than
twenty four hours ago meeting with the community as they
shared their concerns about this particular area.

Speaker 19 (23:35):
I've done the scores that sometimes we have a lot
of ongoing challenges around mental health, around issues that we
need to work together.

Speaker 30 (23:44):
It's important to know that Chief Barnes says officers did
try to save the man's life. Unfortunately, their attempts, though,
were unsuccessful. This entire situation is under investigation by the
Force Investigation Team, and Chief Barnes expects anybody camera footage
that was obtained in this incident to be released within
the next seventy two hours.

Speaker 31 (24:02):
Of course, we'll share those images with you as soon
as they are shared with us.

Speaker 7 (24:06):
Back to you don't bring.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
A knife to a gunfight, and don't take a knife
to a gunfight at a police station, or don't do
this drt.

Speaker 21 (24:19):
Aurora leaders are giving new details after police shot and
killed a suspect overnight.

Speaker 7 (24:24):
They believe the driver of.

Speaker 21 (24:25):
This Hanna that you see here in this video dragged
a Geneva officer with this car before a chase ended
in Aurora. Or Sarah Monkey was live for ust at
Aurora City Hall as officials were speaking on this. Sarah,
what did we take away from what they shared?

Speaker 14 (24:41):
Yeah, Marie, that update justin did minutes ago. Really, investigators
though giving very few details about the officers involved or
the suspect in this case, and they said that their
investigation will take time. I want you to take a
look though at some video that we had from earlier
this morning, and you will see the end results of
an early morning police investigation that started twelve miles away
in Geneva. Police say that a Geneva officer tried to

(25:05):
