Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, Mike, weekend's almost in the bag.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
You're down to twenty six less than twenty six hours
to have a real talented producer backing you up that helps.

Speaker 3 (00:09):
You stay on track.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Tell Damien high for me, have a good weekend.

Speaker 4 (00:13):
Caution, you are about to experience the taxpayer relief shot
segment on the situation with Michael Brown. Caution, you are
about to experience the taxpayer relief shot segment on the
situation with Michael Brown. We do not necessarily relish the
death of any criminal, but we do celebrate our god
given and constitutional right to self defense in the event

(00:35):
that the criminal becomes DRT. The taxpayers spared the cost
of public defenders, court costs, incarceration, and continued parole supervision.
As the Sheriff of Santa Rosa County, Florida says insert
audio here, or Sheriff Grady of Pope County says insert
audio here, you have been warned.

Speaker 5 (00:58):
Listen at your own risks. Mike, I thought I had
in my ex bookmarks. Cheff Grady did an interview and
I thought I had it, but I can't. Why do
we do taxpayer relief shots on Friday?

Speaker 3 (01:18):
Somebody's breaking in your house. You're more than welcome to
shoot him in centaise accunting. We prefer that you do.

Speaker 5 (01:23):
Actually, hopefully you'll save the taxpayers money.

Speaker 6 (01:26):
Or I would highly suggest that if a looter breaks
into your home, comes into your home while you're there
to steal stuff, that you take your gun.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
And you shoot him. You shoot him so that he
looks like.

Speaker 6 (01:39):
Grated cheese, because you know what, that's one looter that
won't break into anyone else's home.

Speaker 7 (01:45):
And my favorite, because I this was my favorite because
it's so.

Speaker 6 (01:52):
Instructional, I would tell them, if you value your life,
you probably shouldn't do that in Polk County because the
people of Polk County.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
They like guns. They have guns.

Speaker 6 (02:02):
I encourage them to own guns, and they're going to
be in their homes tonight with their guns loaded.

Speaker 3 (02:06):
And if you try to break into their homes.

Speaker 6 (02:08):
To steal to set fires, I'm highly recommending they blow
you back out of the house with their guns.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
So leave the community alone. Says it all.

Speaker 7 (02:17):
So, as you know, I don't listen to these dragon
just you know the associate producer that is, oh yeah,
he's on probation right now. Yeah, we withheld the paycheck
because he just he failed to do a few things.
But he sends these in dragon puts them into the adobe,
and then I look at the headlines and I listen

(02:39):
to them raw, just.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
Like you do.

Speaker 7 (02:42):
And here's today's first one and award winner. An illegal alien.

Speaker 8 (02:49):
A migrant in the United States illegally is dead today
and a San Antonio police officer is recovering.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Police say the officer was shot.

Speaker 8 (02:56):
By the migrant multiple times while responding to a family
violence on the North Side. The news for iteam's Mariah
Medina has to tell.

Speaker 9 (03:04):
The man who fired a rifle at a San Antonio
police officer was in the country illegally. Federal and local
law enforcement sources tell me that man hasn't been identified
officially by the medical examiner, but the independent sources shared
his name and this photo with us. This is twenty
five year old hold hitch Chaconne guthieredis the man law
enforcement sources say shot and critically injured an officer responding

(03:27):
to an assault call. Records reviewed by the IT Team
show Chakon Guthiertes was apprehended by border authorities and Eagle
passed in November of twenty twenty three for being unlawfully
present in the United States and was given a notice
to appear at a later date before he was released
from federal custody without any conditions of bond or release.
We went by the apartment off of Patricia Drive where

(03:48):
police say this all unfolded, and found numerous bullet holes
in the glass of a second story window. Police Saint
chak On Guthiertes was laying in bed with a rifle
and when officers went to the apartment where the family
violence has sold occurred, he opened fire on them. Officers
return fire while retreating, and the department's SWAT unit and
tactical resources were deployed to get chaqu On Gutieties to surrender,

(04:08):
but around eight am, officers went in and discovered he
was deceased, though too early to determine if by the
officer's gunfire or his own, police say. Neighbors recounted the
massive law enforcement presence, including Manuel Betes, who says he
lives across the hall from the gunmen. Betta says he
saw police show up and when shots rang out, he

(04:30):
saw officers pulling the officer hit by chaqu On Guieta's
rifle rounds to safety.

Speaker 1 (04:34):
He says it was an evening from hell.

Speaker 9 (04:36):
His law enforcement deployed all sorts of resources and used
the loud speaker to call him out of the apartment
for several hours before they finally entered it found him deceased.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Beta says he has never.

Speaker 9 (04:47):
Had any problems with the neighbor. It's unclear to whom
the rifle belonged and what screening was done before Chuck
and Gutieedies was released from custody on immigration charges, but
we will continue to ask those questions and at last check,
the officer who was shot multiple times underwent surgery that
she is expected to be okay for the news for it,
I'm Mariah Medina.

Speaker 7 (05:07):
I remember when this story broke and my first reaction
was why was he released? And again it's a perfect
example of how here is a crime that would not
have occurred but for a porous border that allows these
illegal aliens, criminally illegal aliens, to just wander into this

(05:31):
country and even when IC encounters them, you know there's
nothing wrong. For example, if ICE encounters them and there's
something something that causes you know, a reasonable suspicion because
they're on American soil so well. As much as I
hate to admit it, you they have some constitutional rights,

(05:52):
they have some due process rights.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
You can still detain them.

Speaker 7 (05:57):
So detain them while you find out what gave you
a reasonable suspicion, Hold them, and then deport their asses
back to wherever they came from. And for anybody in
the Biden Harris administration to claim that we can't do that,

(06:17):
or we won't do that, or we're going to continue
to allow him to come in, or you know, and
now I wasn't for an open border, and now I
am for a closed border, And whatever the hell she's
gonna say, this is the result of those policies. And
if you have no other reason, no other reason, to
vote for Donald Trump, and this, this should be enough.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
Right here.

Speaker 7 (06:41):
Another award winner. A man brings a rock? What a
man brings a rock to a gunfight with a homeowner.

Speaker 3 (06:52):
I don't think we've had one of these before.

Speaker 10 (06:54):
An ocean side neighborhood terrorized by a home invader overnight.

Speaker 11 (06:58):
Is still in shock.

Speaker 10 (06:59):
It was a spree that ended in gunfire and the
intruder shot dead. As ABC ten news reporter Rachel Bianco
shows us Neighbors say the man tried to break into
several homes before getting Before the fatal encounter.

Speaker 12 (07:15):
Two tran pulled into her driveway just in time to
see her neighbor run out hysterically.

Speaker 13 (07:20):
There's three or four gunshots that went off. She was screaming,
saying my.

Speaker 1 (07:24):
Love, my love. It was just after seven Monday night.

Speaker 12 (07:27):
Police say a twenty two year old man was trying
to break into homes on Diamond Circle and Ocean Side,
the backyards border Busy North Avenue. At least one house
had a glass door smashed in. Trans fence was damaged.

Speaker 13 (07:41):
So this guy, I guess, ended up two houses down.
I was in the backside, which is North Street, talking
to himself, acting strange. So my neighbor asked him to leave.
So then he went around and went four houses down,
jumped that fence and ended up in this house.

Speaker 12 (07:56):
Police say the intruder got into the house through a
sliding back door. He was holding a stick and had
grabbed a large rock from a neighbor's yard.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
He confronted the woman who lives here in her bedroom.

Speaker 12 (08:07):
He then threw the rock at her husband, hitting him
in the face. Police say that's when the male resident
grabbed the gun, firing at least three shots, hitting the
intruder in the chest. Paramedics tried to revive him, but
he died before getting to a hospital.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Criminal defense attorney.

Speaker 12 (08:24):
David Shapiro says California law protects the shooter here.

Speaker 14 (08:28):
Right, first, we have what's known as the castle doctor
and your right to defend your own home against an intruder.
And then we also have a right in general of
self defense or defense of others because of the allegation
in this intruder allegedly threw a rock at the homeowner
or the resident.

Speaker 12 (08:44):
Police haven't released any information about the intruder, but so
far they're treating the shooting as an act of self
defense in Oceanside. Rachel Bianco ABC ten News, that.

Speaker 7 (08:55):
Is an award winner, A let's see, not yet fatal,
but yet an award winner. Well that should be interesting,
all right.

Speaker 11 (09:04):
I'm Lieutenant Riley with the Houston Police Department.

Speaker 15 (09:06):
We're in the ten six hundred block of Beachnut investigating
what appears to be a home invasion. The incident took
place around eleven PM. So we do know is we
had a female calling saying that there were four to
five men outside of her home with rifles and they
were pounding on her door. At some point, those men
forced entry into her home and the occupants inside that
home exchanged the gunfire with those suspects. No one inside

(09:28):
the home was injured. However, one of the suspects was
struck multiple times in the head. He has been transported
to a local hospital and is in critical condition.

Speaker 11 (09:37):
At this time.

Speaker 15 (09:37):
We don't have a lot of information as to what
led up to the incident, but we do have our
officers assigned to Westside Patrol and Major Assaults coming.

Speaker 11 (09:46):
Out to look into the incident.

Speaker 15 (09:47):
If you have any information regarding this incident, we're asking
you contact Crime Stoppers or the Houston Police Department Major Assaults.

Speaker 11 (09:55):
Give any questions. All right, thank you for your time.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
What yeah, there, there there?

Speaker 16 (10:03):
What was it?

Speaker 7 (10:04):
Five people standing out in your front yard with rifles
and they're banging trying to get entering into your home.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
I got a lot of questions.

Speaker 7 (10:14):
Do we know the race? Because that always helps fill
out the narrative, right. Uh, If they don't tell the race,
then you know it must be a white guy. And
let's see what else is going on here? So five
of them. Were they hooded? Were they masked? Were they
lined up? Were they pointing the guns? Was one of

(10:35):
them trying to break in? We're all of them trying
to break in. And in terms of the self defense
action that took place, Uh, what did they use? What
did they have rifles?

Speaker 3 (10:44):
Was it one person? Was it two people? Was it
a dozen people? What was going on? Was this a
gang related? What was it? Tell us more?

Speaker 7 (10:50):
But no, just spit you five seconds of Although it
is good and it is award winner, I got questions.
And by the way, how much time did he offer
them to ask questions?

Speaker 3 (11:02):
Listen to this? What is it about? One second? Give
any questions?

Speaker 11 (11:07):
All right, thank you for your time.

Speaker 7 (11:11):
Okay, I'm out of here. It's late. I gotta go home.
Another one stolen truck's owner well finds the thief.

Speaker 17 (11:20):
Tonight, we have learned the name of a suspect shot
and killed by a truck owner who was trying to
recover his stolen vehicle. The Bear County Medical Examiner identifies
him as thirty four year old Kevin Eric Garcia.

Speaker 18 (11:32):
Garcia killed last Thursday in the parking lot of South
Park Mall after the owner of the stolen truck, tracked
it to that parking lot, found Garcia and a woman inside.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
Of his vehicle.

Speaker 18 (11:42):
SAPD says the owner told the suspects to get out
of the truck and gunpoint before calling police. That's when
police say Garcia shot the truck owner, who then returned fire,
killing Garcia and injuring that woman.

Speaker 17 (11:54):
The police gee William mcmahonon said at the scene this
appeared to be self defense. We contacted SAPD the afternoon
to confirm that is still the case, but the department
would not release that information, saying this is still an
active investigation.

Speaker 7 (12:08):
Forty seven seconds uh an actually very good award winning
action self defense and it gets forty seven point four seconds.
There we go and international, we'll go to South Africa
for this. What okay, Well I make skip through it.

(12:29):
We'll see and you know, you say long as if.

Speaker 11 (12:34):
But I think it's close to five minutes where some
of the long normal taxpayer releaf shot segments are like
two to two and a half.

Speaker 3 (12:41):
The good ones are like two to two and a half.

Speaker 19 (12:43):
Right, yeah, is it in police bokes passing trumpet and
showing them that way?

Speaker 3 (12:47):
You know, hang on right, you know, why it's long
because this is unusual.

Speaker 7 (12:52):
True, and there you know here we just hey, some
guys trying to steal my truck.

Speaker 3 (12:59):
Shot them.

Speaker 7 (13:00):
So am I was trying to break in my house.
Five guys with rifles.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
I shot them. Thanks forty seven seconds.

Speaker 11 (13:05):
Well we know that you know, outside of the United States,
they don't have guns or shootings or anything like that,
so they might.

Speaker 7 (13:11):
Have crime outside, you know exactly, So when a crime
happens in South Africa, you know where they used to like,
you know, put tires around you that can burn you
to death.

Speaker 3 (13:20):
Well, you know this is worth.

Speaker 19 (13:23):
Of you know for is it an a police spokesperson
Robert and Shownda but joins us now via our vitilink
to tell us a bit more about what's taking place.
And colonel, thanks for your time and patience were appreciated
here on the SEBC News channel. As I mentioned earlier
to our viewers, police have already come out to say that,
in fact, these suspects were apparently involved in a number
of crimes. Can you just tell us a bit more

(13:43):
about the nature of the criminal activity they were involved in.

Speaker 16 (13:47):
Good morning, and thank you for having us the suspects
we wanted for at least four counts of menda and
they did counts of business robots with the were committing
in the vacin of Catual Christ and.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
The wow five counts murder burgery.

Speaker 16 (14:05):
In Central policing princincts. They were also wanted for hijackings.
So these are criminals that we're moving from one place
to another when we're looking for them. Yesterday we got
intelligence that they were in a particular address. One they
one that the address was wrong. We're not meaning they

(14:26):
just moved to another address where we found them in
the night, and instead of them surrendering the men of law,
they chose to shoot at the police and were left
with no other option but to shoot back to preserve
the lives of police officers as well as those were around.
They're Clemson, how many of the suspects were there at

(14:51):
the time, because I mean, the figure we have is
that five of them have been shot dead.

Speaker 19 (14:55):
But have you did you manage to arrest any other
suspects in this encounter?

Speaker 16 (15:00):
Although they were shooting through the windows from the from
the the flat, all of them were shot and tally
wounded and for firearms were found in the in the
in their possessions, including an a K for seven as
on the rifle.

Speaker 3 (15:15):
Sure, how long is it if I A K forty seven?
But no, gunder? Well have you been looking for them? Can?

Speaker 16 (15:23):
We've been looking for them for some time because some
of their cases eight twenty twenty one and twenty twenty two,
we've been We're on their trail for quite some time.
They've been very elusive. And the thing is, as police
are looking for them and and they're not found, they
continue the creditativeinal activities. They continue being businesses, they continue

(15:44):
killing people. So last night we we we we've got
we've got intelligence of way their way and with detectives,
our aim was to addrest to ensure that those cases
are closed properly through the cost.

Speaker 19 (15:59):
Of So what happens to those cases, I suppose is
the question for many people who don't know how to
feel about what's taking place. I mean, on the one hand,
we've heard residents and community leaders in that particular area
say that they would love to see the area be
rid of criminal activity, whatever that looks like.

Speaker 3 (16:16):
But on the end, you.

Speaker 7 (16:19):
Know, people said they we like to see our area
rid of criminal activity.

Speaker 3 (16:24):
That's truly obvious justice.

Speaker 19 (16:27):
Of course, demands that HRIL be heard and that evidence
be presented and people ultimately spend time behind bars if
in fact they're found guilty.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
It is correct that.

Speaker 16 (16:40):
Justice must take it cause at the police, our job
is to prevent crime waited. We need to investigate and
bring those res possible to justice. But when we are
about for rets suspects and they're so violent that they
shoot at the police, police to defend themselves, patient to

(17:01):
bed and if somebody wants to die during a shootout,
that president should not be a member of the SAPs.
We we do our best to call these people that
were the police play sarrender. Plays up your hand, you'll
come out the ends up your heads.

Speaker 7 (17:22):
We asked them to please, you know, surrender, come out
with your hands up, do all that. But when they
shoot at us, well we just got to shoot back.

Speaker 3 (17:32):
Baby, We just got a shoot back.

Speaker 4 (17:37):
The man having sex with the picnic table, so the
offspring would be camping chairs.

Speaker 7 (17:48):
I know we're doing taxpayer relief shots. But for those
of you that follow me on Twitter during the break,
I'm going through my Twitter feed and Ian Miller, who's
a writer for out Kick, has a video of President
Biden at the arrival last night of the prisoner exchange

(18:11):
at Andrews and Biden wanders around, climbed back up the
stairs of an airplane that had just arrived that he
was not flying on as Kamala and the lead Secret
Service agent just stand and watch in bewilderment. He really

(18:37):
had no idea where he was going, what he was doing.
And you can see the lead agent start to rush
because normally the Secret Service, before the President would enter
a room or enter or get onto an airplane, they themselves,
somebody would would go onto the plane first and make

(18:57):
sure that it's cleared so that the president can get
on the plane.

Speaker 3 (19:01):
Hell's bells.

Speaker 7 (19:02):
Even my detail did that with me and they and
you can see the lead agents start to kind of
quickly walk up and then just you can see just
this despair, like okay, I just give up. And they
all just stand there and they wait and they wait,
and then finally he peeks back out the doorway of

(19:23):
the plane and starts to come back down. Ladies and gentlemen,
boys and girls, goobers of all ages, all races, ethnicity,
sexual preferences.

Speaker 3 (19:37):
The country is not being led by anyone.

Speaker 11 (19:41):
I'll get that video up at Michael says, go here
dot com too.

Speaker 3 (19:44):
Have you looked at it yet?

Speaker 11 (19:45):
I'm watching it now.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 11 (19:50):
He went up and everybody else is just kind of
standing around.

Speaker 3 (19:54):
Like what's he doing?

Speaker 11 (19:56):
Why did he do?

Speaker 3 (19:58):
Where is he now?

Speaker 7 (20:00):
As I said, it's late at night, it's past midnight,
it's dark.

Speaker 3 (20:05):
He's tired past his bedtime.

Speaker 7 (20:07):
He sees the baby steps and thinks that they're the
baby steps up to air Force one and he's going
to board air Force one and put his robe miss
Pj's on and he's gonna go to bed while he
goes to whatever country he thinks he's going to.

Speaker 3 (20:22):
That's what's going on. But don't worry, folks.

Speaker 7 (20:25):
No, the Iranians decide to attack Russia decides to attack
any you know, terrorist attack.

Speaker 3 (20:31):
Don't worry. He's in charge.

Speaker 7 (20:34):
And by the way, the DUFs vice president just stands
there like, well, yeah, should I do something? I don't know?

Speaker 3 (20:42):
Back to the taxpayer with these uh uh this is.

Speaker 7 (20:45):
Oh, this is a local one. The popo shoot and
kill a man armed with a gun. Wait a minute,
if this is in Denver, do we still have cops
in Denver?

Speaker 3 (20:55):
Are they?

Speaker 7 (20:55):
I thought we exchanged. We had exchanged them for illegal
aliens and bike paths.

Speaker 20 (21:01):
Fatal shooting that involved at least one of their officers.
Please say they were called out to the report of
a disturbance round five this evening in the area of
West Kettle Avenue in south of tourist Circles.

Speaker 11 (21:10):
A live look from our camera there.

Speaker 20 (21:12):
Once there, they say they found a man holding a
weapon before he approached officers, and it was during that
approach that police say he was shot. The man police
sas in his fifties or so was taken to a
hospital nearby for treatment.

Speaker 11 (21:23):
He died there.

Speaker 20 (21:24):
A critical instant team is now leading the investigation.

Speaker 7 (21:27):
All right, A lets see another armed suspect.

Speaker 21 (21:32):
Police shooting investigation underway in Rosemead.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
Good Desmond Shaw over the scene in Skycown.

Speaker 22 (21:37):
Dees want it, Susie was a deadly shooting. We can't
confront that the suspect has been killed. It's unclear what
brought all of this year. This is actually San Gabriel Pede,
even though we're in the city of rose me now
at this point the suspect is basically between the two
vehicles at the top of the screen, that white van
and that gray SUV. So this may have been a pursuit,
but we haven't been able to confirm that yet, just
going off the fact that we're out of their jurisdiction. Bowle,

(22:00):
we do know here as I highlight all of these
evidence markers right here, most likely bullet casings and a
lot of them. So it's unclear if a fire was
exchanged between officers and the suspect or if just the
officers fired their side of arms. But all officers are
accounted for. That suspect deceased at the scene, and again
it's unclear what started all this, but a massive UNDERVESTI

(22:20):
a massive investigation underway for sure.

Speaker 11 (22:22):
They'll be going on for many hours. Wanted Susie back
to you at the studio.

Speaker 7 (22:25):
All right, thank you, Desmond, Thank you, Desmond, Desmond, thank you.
Let's see the cops shoot and kill a burglar suspect
after he well, this guy was given serious the raps.

Speaker 23 (22:37):
In a quiet mid city neighborhood, a burglar breaks anto
an elderly woman's home, sets it on fire, and that
barricades himself inside. We want to go live to Fox
Woman's Haley Winslow with new details on how this all
ended Hailey.

Speaker 18 (22:52):
Marlo.

Speaker 24 (22:53):
The crime scene investigation just wrapped up and these victims
are finally allowed back in their homes to survey the damage.
A broken window there, sweeping the glass and trying to
get another window in there, as well as fire damage.
And this poor woman, this elderly woman was inside at
the time.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
She's doing okay.

Speaker 24 (23:09):
I just checked on her, but she is very shaken.
This is another wild one, this one involving a fire,
a gun, a knife, and a broomstick, police stape, boxes
of evidence, and a swarm of investigators. This usually quiet,
safe mid city neighborhood turned into a bizarre crime scene.

Speaker 25 (23:30):
Heard some noise on my front porch, so I got
up and there was some guy hanging from the roof
of my.

Speaker 24 (23:36):
House face to face with a burglar at three am. Thomas,
who wants to protect his identity, scared him off.

Speaker 25 (23:42):
Then he got down, got a broomstick and busted out
my next term neighbor's window.

Speaker 24 (23:47):
Thomas says the crook went inside the home on Hall
Avenue near Beverly Wood Street and set it on fire
with a woman in her eighties inside. Thomas grabbed his
brother and the hose.

Speaker 25 (23:57):
We got in through the hose through the broken window.
I put the fire out. She was in the house
when he started the fire. She woked it out. That's
when I looked back and I saw the kitchen now
was on fire.

Speaker 3 (24:09):
That's so bad that we had to get out.

Speaker 25 (24:11):
And that's when he came out of the bathroom naked,
and my brother sprayed in with the garden ho Hey
barricaded himself either in the bathroom or in one of
the bedrooms.

Speaker 1 (24:21):
With the fire spreading.

Speaker 24 (24:22):
Firefighters rushed in and then quickly rushed out, confronted by
the intruder, they say, who was armed with a kitchen knife.
That turned into a four hour standoff with police shot.

Speaker 25 (24:35):
Mean bags and tear gas.

Speaker 3 (24:39):
Then he came out.

Speaker 25 (24:39):
When the tear gas.

Speaker 24 (24:40):
Pollice say the man climbed out a window, still holding
that knife, threatening officers and unwilling to surrender, and that's
when they shot and killed him.

Speaker 25 (24:50):
I figure he was on some medication or something because
when he got down off my roof he was just
jumping around.

Speaker 3 (24:56):
With the stick.

Speaker 24 (25:00):
Arrested three other potential burglary suspects they just left the scene,
as well as the coroner Van. It has been quite
the investigation today reporting live. I'm Hailey Winslow, Fox eleven News.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
Haley, what about the woman that was in the house.

Speaker 4 (25:15):
Well, she is the aunt.

Speaker 24 (25:17):
Actually the homeowner is in Brazil, so when they called
to tell her, she was obviously extremely upset. She's rushing
home right now and he was watching the home while
she was away. This woman is in her eighties. She's
literally just walking up back to her house for the
very first time.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
But she told me she's doing okay.

Speaker 24 (25:35):
Considering everything that they went through.

Speaker 1 (25:37):
Wow, what a traumatic experience for everyone.

Speaker 7 (25:40):
That was a good one. I have some breaking news
for you regarding our earlier story about Karini, the Italian boxer,
Well it just happened again at the Olympics. Len Uten,
the biological male x y chromosomes quote here won the

(26:01):
women's boxing match.

Speaker 3 (26:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (26:07):
We live in an utterly insane world. Utterly insane NBC,
and you sponsoring the Olympics and all of you who
are watching this and supporting it.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
Shame with you.

Speaker 7 (26:23):
I mean, your choice, your choice, but you are capitulating
to it. Another taxpayer relief shot. They shoot and kill
the poplos, shoot and kill somebody.

Speaker 26 (26:37):
Also tonight, a bank job as a deadly ending when
the suspect is shot by police.

Speaker 7 (26:44):
I just find it interesting. A bank job you mean
like a bank robbery. I mean a bank job is
like a teller or the custodian or the security guard
or the VP of loan.

Speaker 11 (26:57):
Have to think of it. I haven't heard from my
ex wife and quite a while.

Speaker 7 (27:01):
Well, come to think of it. I don't want to
burst your bubble here, but don't hold your breath. Okay,
just don't hold your breath.

Speaker 26 (27:13):
Also tonight, a bank job has a deadly ending when
the suspect is shot by police.

Speaker 7 (27:18):
This all wait a minute, Dragon, Maybe you're not going
to hear from well, we haven't heard whether this is
a mail or fee.

Speaker 11 (27:24):
Like I said, you haven't heard from her in quite
some time now.

Speaker 26 (27:29):
Also tonight, a bank job has a deadly ending when
the suspect is shot by police. This all started Saturday
with a heist on Jefferson Avenue. The bullets flew on
Radius Way after police say thirty nine year old Stephen
Williams pointed a gun at officers, and police want to
know how two others in the car played into this.
Andy Fox is here with an update tonight.

Speaker 27 (27:52):
Andy, Yeah, Tom, for now, there are no charges pending
against either of the other people in the car. We
are live in the parking lot where this all played out,
right over there Saturday morning, underneath that light post.

Speaker 3 (28:05):
But a lot of questions remained.

Speaker 27 (28:07):
What was the relationship of any between the robber and
the two people in the car. Why did the two
people in the car bring him to this parking lot?

Speaker 3 (28:14):
What is the relationship?

Speaker 27 (28:17):
Police say he robbed Navy Federal Credit Union on Jefferson Avenue.
A bank employee stated a lone man with a gun
demanded money. This eyewitnessed was in the bank at the time,
and I.

Speaker 9 (28:28):
Just started texting my husband and my son and I said,
I'm currently in a bank rbery in Gend.

Speaker 1 (28:33):
He has a gun. Call the police.

Speaker 3 (28:36):
Hurry up, police tell us.

Speaker 27 (28:38):
Thirty nine year old Stephen Williams of Hampton then jumped
in the backseat of this red suv driven three miles
to the Jefferson Marketplace parking lot. The man driving and
the woman in the front seat exited the vehicle in
response to police commands and were detained.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
They do not face charges at this time.

Speaker 27 (28:57):
Then Williams exited the car, police please say, pointing a
gun at them.

Speaker 11 (29:01):
Williams did not.

Speaker 27 (29:02):
Shoot, but police did. New Partners Police Chief Steve Drew, and.

Speaker 28 (29:08):
I am thankful that all our officers are going home today.
But with that said, I understand you still have a
loss of life.

Speaker 27 (29:15):
Chief Drew says surveillance and bodycam video will not be
released due to the investigation. Police also say showcasings and
a loaded firearm were found next to Williams, along with
the Credit Union money found in the back seat.

Speaker 28 (29:29):
And we're still going through but you can hear the
officer explain, we know you're in the back seat. Please
for your safety and our safety, please exit the vehicle.

Speaker 27 (29:36):
The officers involved are unpaid administrative leave and New Partners
Andy Fox ten on your side.

Speaker 7 (29:42):
Yeah, just get out of the car slowly. But no,
you simply can't do that. Tax Payer relief shots continue
after this term.

Speaker 29 (29:51):
And immigrant doesn't bother me either way, because an immigrant
is still a good thing if they're doing it legally.
The part that bugs me is that they taken illegal
out of the whole conversation. They're not migrants, they're not immigrants,
they're actually illegal imperment.

Speaker 3 (30:07):
So that's the part that's frustrating.

Speaker 7 (30:10):
And if you ain't get real technical. They're actually illegal
aliens because that's the language that is used in the statue.
Because you can be a resident alien, you can be
a temporary alien, you can be a you know, a
green card holding alien. You can be an illegal alien.
But yeah, languages matter. Textpayer relief shops, we got a
couple of them. Finish here the popo shoot and kill

(30:32):
a man with a knife who was doing something really weird.

Speaker 3 (30:35):
I would tell them, if you value you a lot,
maybe if I learned to do this, we could do this.
Right here we go.

Speaker 4 (30:41):
Billing man is shot and killed by deer Park police.

Speaker 20 (30:45):
The detective say he was attacking cars in the area.
Jason Miles is live from the scene and walks us
through what happened.

Speaker 19 (30:51):
Jason, Yeah, the.

Speaker 2 (30:54):
Shooting happened just down the street from where I'm standing.
Police say they deployed a taser first before have to
resort to deadly force. Look beyond that fence in this
Holme surveillance video and you can see officers responding to
a dramatic scene. Seconds later, multiple shots are fired at
a man who deer Park belie say did not have

(31:15):
to die.

Speaker 21 (31:16):
Initially, they gave verbal commands which he didn't comply with
They then deployed a taser, which was ineffective. He then
charged at the officers, at which time there was an
officer involved shooting.

Speaker 2 (31:25):
Two officers fatally shot the man, who I'm told drivers
called nine one one about starting.

Speaker 4 (31:30):
At around six thirty am.

Speaker 21 (31:32):
He was banging on the car windows with knives in
his hand, kicking that cars.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
Neighbor Kimberly Hannah says she encountered the man with something
in his hand while walking her dogs shortly before the shooting, and.

Speaker 13 (31:43):
I said good morning, and he just kind of gazed
straight through me.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
She suspects he may have been on drugs or suffering
from some mental episode.

Speaker 24 (31:53):
I feel very lucky that he didn't turn on me
when I passed him.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
The busy intersection of East Boulevard and East p Street
closed to traffic for hours. Has many wondered what was
going on.

Speaker 28 (32:04):
I think it's, you know, probably one of those things
that is just, you know, kind of random.

Speaker 21 (32:08):
But I don't I don't think it's something that, you know,
we should be worried about.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
And the two officers who shot that suspect or on
administrative leave. That is standard procedure, though police believe they
did follow proper protocols in this case. Meantime, the man
who died here today has yet to be identified. Reporting
live from Deer Park, Jason Miles khou.

Speaker 7 (32:27):
Eleven News, it was interesting packing cars. Well let's see, yeah,
we got time for this one. The Popo shooting kilm
arm Man.

Speaker 3 (32:36):
That's uh oh good boy?

Speaker 30 (32:39):
Now where police I have identified the Nebraska man killed
by officers. They say he violated a no contact order
and someone called police from a home reporting a forty
five year old Western Derby of Bellevue was there.

Speaker 11 (32:50):
A chase ended just minutes.

Speaker 30 (32:51):
After it started when Derby got out of a stolen
vehicle and pulled a handgun. Officers opened fire, killing Derby
and an old mugshot of him from this Sarpee County
One of the officers also hit, but by friendly fire.

Speaker 11 (33:04):
That officer should be okay.

Speaker 3 (33:06):
Yep, by friendly fire.

Speaker 7 (33:07):
So a restraining order didn't stop him from stealing a car,
nor did to stop him from violating the restraining order.
Gee imagine that hey join me tomorrow ten to one
over on Freedom for the Weekend with Michael Brown.
