Speaker 1 (00:00):
Money money. If you want to make a buck, it
takes more than lunch.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
This is the Bloomberg Money Minute on seven hundred WLWA.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
Why we say good morning once more to our friend
John Tucker from the Bloomberg newsroom in New York, New York.
Changes coming to Gatorade they want to go pretty well?
To me, John, what's a change? Yeah? I don't know
what I think about this.
Speaker 3 (00:22):
Coming up with new formulas with lower sugar and no
artificial coloring. The company says it also have clear messaging
and packaging to address different hydration needs.
Speaker 1 (00:34):
I hate that word.
Speaker 3 (00:36):
New gator Light Longer Lasting who is going to begin
rolling out later this year with national availability of twenty
twenty seven. Later this fall. Three of the brand's top
ready to drink flavors, and Gatorade Thirst Quencher and Gatorade
Zero will no longer contain artificial colors. Instead, who use
colors from fruits and vegetables to retain the bold colors.
(00:58):
So there you go. I don't know about you, but
I see young people around here carrying gigantic jugs of water. Yeah,
what are you doing? You see I'm hydrating? That's right,
that's right. No, that's right. No, I say you're drinking hydrating,
Get it right, John, Right anyway, Marcus, this morning, how
(01:18):
are we doing. We've done a good run here lately. Yeah,
and it looks like it's going to extend. Stocks did
reach new highs yesterday. The tech Ivy Nansdek closed a record,
the SMB five hundred, closing above seven thousand for the
first time. And this morning, Tom SMP futures they're up
seven the down futures at eighty four A. The NANSDEK
futures right now forty six points higher. And for Bloomberg,
(01:39):
I'm John Tucker News Radio seven hundred w LW.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
All right, here we go. It's a pleasure every Thursday
and this time to welcome in you. Hear him over
on fifty five kr C on Saturdays and Sundays, and
of course you can hear him on nearly three hundred
stations coast to coast. He's a national guy. He's not
just some local guy talking about Gary Sullivan. Nice to
have you in the studio today. How about that, man,
(02:05):
I am a local guy. You are, although you know, hey,
look when the rest of us were freezing to death,
you were hanging out down in Florida. It was good
for you. Oh you look tan and fit and rested.
In the whole deal. I'm working I know you are.
We're always working on it, I hear you. Well, we're
going to get to that now here in a minute,
because I went through a little bit of this the
(02:27):
other day and I'm about to embark on a little
bit more of it the other day. And we're talking
about window and or door and or porch screens. Okay,
well they do, and this was our porch screen. We
don't have it, you know, as a year round glass
and closed. It's just the screens and so on. The
(02:48):
nice bunch. You sit out there, eat dinner out there
a lot with my wife and I are when the
kids are over what have you. But because we're next
to a gravel driveway that goes to the back of
our property, all that dirt dut right. Okay, Now, the screens.
So my wife and I were debating it the other day,
how would you go about really being able to clean
those because if you get the power washer out which
(03:11):
I had out right, okay, I mean I've had a
busy week. When you get that thing out there and
you put it on the lowest setting because you don't
want to blast the screens, right, but are you really
getting it clean when you're doing that.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
To a degree, But if you've done it where you're
doing a wanda, you can never really tell where the
dirt is. Yeah, I mean, and then when it dries
you see the streaks. Right, So you can do it
that way, you know, the old hose, a little scrub right,
so water. That's a lot of work, but I mean
that'll get them clean. The other way is the wet
(03:44):
and forget product called Window and Glass Cleaner and screen
clear window window glass and screen cleaner.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
I got it right now.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
There's a hose and attachment that you just spray it
on and literally it will clean the screen, no cant
and clean the figured. That does a pretty good job,
it really does. They just brought it to market about
two years ago. So that's my new favorite. But I
used to always use because I'm lazy. I didn't want
to get the scrub brushed out. Yeah, the pressure washer
was my go to and then I'd always get to
(04:15):
see the streaks over there because this was set right
now on we got a porch too, You see a
streets there, No I can't see any streaks, that's the answer.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
Time. It's like, there's no I mean, maybe you do.
I'm not so sure. Now it's pollen, A lot of
pollen that well, no kidding, oh no kidding. Now does
that add I mean, since you bring it up, does
that add another literally and figuratively, a layer on screen, windows, porches,
what have you.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
I just started noticing it. We cleaned our screens about
two weeks ago, and I just started noticing pollen on them,
like in the last day or so.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
We got a big pine tree right next to it.
Speaker 2 (04:53):
I guess it depends on the type of tri you
have around and you know, the winds and all that.
But yeah, I'm starting to notice it. We'll probably have
to clean them again for sure.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
The worst part is when they wear out, though, Yeah,
what do you do that? Well, you take the frame
to the hardware store. Some people say I can replace
the screen, all right, which you can. So it's really
not that difficult of a process. First thing, I decide
what kind of screen do you want? You probably got
a screen at yours. It's almost like a fabric. Yeah, yeah, okay,
(05:26):
I guess.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
So they used to and they still do. They have aluminum,
which is kind of rigid, a little more difficult to replace.
And it's aluminum color that creates a big glare. There's
a black which eliminates the glare. So you got to
pick up what kind of screen you want. The fiberglass
screens and that's the one I'm talking about.
Speaker 1 (05:44):
A cloth. It comes in a black and a gray.
Speaker 2 (05:46):
To act like the aluminum, so same type, depending on
the look you one. It is easily replaced, but it
also wears out. After about fifteen years without any issues
besides rain and sun, it'll wear out. It'll start getting threadbare,
or if you've got grandkids or kids and they're pushing
on the.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
Screen, it'll say. So what you do is you can
take the frame out.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
Whether it's the inside of the house or the outside
of the house.
Speaker 1 (06:13):
Along the window.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
You get a good work bench or slash ping pong table,
a couple of clants, get that nice and rigid to
the table, and there's a little spleen, a little rubber
insert that goes all the way. That's what holds the
screen in the frame, all right. So you can get
a little scratch all or screwdriver and pick that out
and pull that all out. There's about eight different sizes,
(06:36):
so you got to bring that to the hardware store
to make sure you get the right size screen. Don't
use the old stuff. It's very non flexible. It's almost
as hard as a rock at this point. Then you
buy the screen and you lay the screen over the frame,
and then you just push that new spleen right down
and splying I'm sorry, splying the spleens inside, push that
(06:57):
in the corner and it's like it's a it looks
like a ball pizza cutter, and you just roll that's
fline into the frame and it holds the uh screen.
Speaker 1 (07:08):
Really, that's that's it. Because Chunk was talking about doing this,
he did it. I think it. I know it was
because I've only been on the show a year. He
did it roughly about this time last year, and he
teld me it really isn't that to do.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
It's it's really nice get at points about that.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
Game. Okay, when you're you're you're you're getting ready now
for the spring and summer. What type of things need
lubrication in the house. I'll tell you here's a funny story.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
You're just talking about your wife, right Gary, what's roll
with this desktra.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
Well, first of all, first of all, it's off the track.
Well can you get it on the track? Yeah, get
off the track?
Speaker 2 (08:01):
Eighteen years and anyway, I have to admit I have
to admit this.
Speaker 1 (08:06):
It hurts, but I have to admit this. I got
it on the track. She kind of man.
Speaker 2 (08:10):
She checked my desktors, check my work, of course, and
she said that thing's still kind of a little, a
little tough to pull out.
Speaker 1 (08:17):
We're like, well, what do you want? You want this
thing like on a highway? Yeah, oh yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
So I went out, I got some teflon spray, did
all the desk drawers.
Speaker 1 (08:29):
I went, my god, those things really. Of course, of course,
there's nothing wrong with giving it up to her for that.
Speaker 4 (08:38):
So I was.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
Breaking the day. I said, you know what, wonder how
many other people's desk drawers, uh, bureau doors.
Speaker 2 (08:45):
I'm getting all these guys in trouble now? Or the
windows if you have replacement, when is your no doubt? Yeah,
clean that up and just don't use like a WD
forty or a real refine goil that kind of attracts
dirt and it gets kind of gummy, and then you
can actually wear out those nylon rollers, So you want
(09:07):
to use silicone or teflon, And basically what I used.
I used a blaster's garage door lubricant, which is a
combination of silicon and teflon. Did a great job, and
I was wrong again. But well, you know what, though,
I mean to take it a step further. I mean
you're talking about the drawers and the desk, but I
mean it is nice once on windows. Oh wait, you
(09:28):
know you feel like you have a hernia for God's
some of them. You know, after a long winter or
whatever it is. It's nice to get them where it's
just a little lifting man there.
Speaker 1 (09:36):
It was really nice.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
So I want a mission now, man, I mean another
place that the patio door has a little locking mechanism
in there.
Speaker 1 (09:43):
Yeah, I hadn't noticed.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
You didn't know anything about it, right, she had noticed
it yet, so we hadn't done anything about it. And
I thought, you know what, well, I got this canon.
I think I'll just hit that dead bolt and the
scort score scored. Indn't you in clint a squirt? Oh
my god, the works a good bango. So yeah, I'll
be that guy.
Speaker 1 (10:00):
It's a door, a window, a desk drawer, But I mean,
anything else come to mind. That's been the guy I
might want to say, how and I can bang all
this out this weekend going.
Speaker 2 (10:09):
And no, I think anything that moves in and out
or closes you could do hinges if it was you know, sticky.
A lot of times with hinges in a door, the
door just closes by itself, or it won't close at all.
And really that's not really a lubrication issue. It's more
of a check the hinges. A lot of times the
screws get loose. Sometimes you can pull one of those
(10:30):
pins out that go in between the two rouves of
the spins. And that's if it always stays open. Everyone
it always closes and you just put a little bend
in it and then drive that back in there. It's perfect,
just adds fresh. So, but you know, anything that moves,
I guess.
Speaker 1 (10:46):
I mean, I was thinking about a closet drawer, you know,
for example, you know, I mean something like that, because
after a while, yeah.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
I have to admit, and I said they were not
difficult to close, but.
Speaker 1 (10:59):
Man they're awesome. Yeah yeah, yeah, really all right. Last
thing I want to ask you here is about water
around wood trim, say to the entry door for example, Okay,
and I noticed it strikes to peel and all that
kind of thing. Why they are more than anywhere else
people coming in and out and then bring it in
the moisture.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
Well, it's interesting because it's on the outside of the
door and it's the trim molding. Yeah, it goes and
hides where the door fits in the wall and all that.
But it's a lot of people think it's all water
that lines up against the bottom of that trim, and
that's not the case. So what they do if you
look at that trimming when you go home, take a
look at it. It's about this high off the conquering
(11:40):
half inch, and so everybody says, oh, well, there it is.
There's this gap and water's going in there and the
woods sucking it up. Yeah it could be I get
that cocking, I put the cockaine in there.
Speaker 1 (11:50):
Done.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
Then the peeling pain keeps going up. It's like, well,
where's the water coming from? From the top of the molding,
up the top of the molding. So the folks that
when there's paint peeling, there's a problem. In ninety percent
of it's caused by water. Okay, so if you're calking
the bottom, you've basically made a bathtub because the opening
(12:12):
is if you had a brick house or a sighting house,
the water is flushing down the front of the house,
the moldings about a quarter inch off the brick or
whatever water's going down in there, and you're calking the
bottom of it now can't get out of space at
the bottom is designed to allow the water out, not
bring the water in. It's a great way of looking
(12:33):
at it like a bathtub.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
Yeah, Well, even on a brick house, every six spaces
on a vertical mortar joint, there's a little screen and
that screen is because the brick is not right on
the house, it's about half inch off the house, and
case water ever got behind that brick like missing mortar
and then that water washes down, that screen is an
(12:54):
outlet port for the water that's between the brink and
the house. So yeah, you don't want trap water there ever.
Speaker 1 (13:01):
Okay, Well, I just want to tell you, over the
last fifteen minutes you have created a borderline nightmare for
a lot of the men out there. And I mean
you have given and our female audience in this eight
o'clock hour over the last year has multiplied by seven,
and now the headaches are multiplied by double that for
(13:24):
their husbands. After hearing this today.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
I agree because I get that feedback on a pretty
relative regular basis of the church. The other day, the guy
says to me, Oh, it's you.
Speaker 1 (13:38):
I love your tips. I make this Listen. I'm going like,
that's why I have very few friends. That's right, that's right. Hey,
how good luck at your meeting today. And a great
scene is always so glad you made it in, Always
a pleasure scene to Gary. Had a great weekend, my
man Gary Sullivan. He is the best. You can hear

stuff as always with Gary Sullivan. He'll be back next Thursday,

Happy Thursday. Weather's been awesome lately. It looks like we're
for a good night tonight, really nice night tonight, great day,
great night Tomorrow night, and maybe a little bit of
rain Saturday, but a really nice night Saturday night. So
let's talk about what's going on, because I gotta be
honest with you. This is one of the weekends where
I'm in town. I'm looking for something to do with
(17:57):
Polly and I and another couple. So I threw out
one of the things you have on the list, and
we'll get to that here in a few minutes. But
you know, for a date night, we'll start with that tonight.
But but but be in my age, and it's not
only your age, but it's also how you grow up.
What kind of music your folks listen to? Right, And
even though my folks.
Speaker 6 (18:16):
Split much, one you want to do?
Speaker 1 (18:18):
Yeah, always, you know which one I want to do.
I mean, I said to my I said a polyize sign.
I'm like, hey, look, ask them if they'd be interested
at all in going to the casino And it's a
double dip the Temptations and the Four Tops. Now, there
might be people out there that you know, they say,
what are you kidding? But I guarantee you if you
went to that show, it would probably be about three
(18:40):
hours of hit after hit after hit after hit. Right.
Speaker 6 (18:45):
Absolutely, I've seen them.
Speaker 4 (18:47):
They came like a few years back, and it is
it's exactly that.
Speaker 6 (18:50):
It's a sing along.
Speaker 4 (18:51):
I mean, you know, every song they're playing it it's
so fun, so fun.
Speaker 6 (18:55):
I knew that was what you were going to pick.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
Yeah, I mean, to me, it sounds awesome. But I mean,
you know, look, I don't. I don't make all the decisions.
But that's what time is that Tomorrow.
Speaker 4 (19:04):
Night, it's eight o'clock at hard rock and it's so fun,
you know, walk into the casino any more. I feel
like it's just a fun vibe. A lot of people
from out of town. There's red games, it's always, there's
some people from weddings.
Speaker 6 (19:17):
It's a fun, fun place to be.
Speaker 1 (19:19):
Yeah, it really is in that bar area in the
middle of all of it. I think that the music
part it's at the Is it at the smaller stage
there by the bar, or is it upstairs in another ballroom,
because I'd imagine they get a decent crowd for that, right, Yeah.
Speaker 4 (19:33):
Usually those are upstairs in that bar room, upstairs until
the summer concerts start another outside.
Speaker 1 (19:38):
Yes, okay, all right, you have live.
Speaker 4 (19:41):
Music, live music often in that very front sports bar,
which is also very fun to go to.
Speaker 1 (19:47):
That's the one I like. Yeah, I've seen some of
the smaller local bands in that area and it's really cool. Okay,
let's stay on the theme of date night. We talked
about the Temptation and the Four Tops. What else are
we thinking about might doing? We might be doing this
weekend okay.
Speaker 4 (20:03):
So Hunter Hayes is also in concert and he is
singing his country hits. And that is Friday, eight o'clock
at the Taft King's Island, Open Saturday at ten in
the morning, Bright and early get there and they have
a new experience. They have a new ride called the
Phantom Theater which is opening and it's just on the
weekends right now.
Speaker 6 (20:21):
But yes, fun.
Speaker 4 (20:24):
New Elma Street, you know the Elm Street where they
have been the ice gating rink is all now open.
But they're doing fun things and one of them are workouts,
free workouts. Every Sunday eleven to one. There is the
Silent Movie Night made Musical.
Speaker 6 (20:39):
This sounded so cool.
Speaker 4 (20:41):
So they have a world renowned organist that will be
performing on a fantastic organ playing scores from the nineteen
twenties classic The Mark of Zoro.
Speaker 6 (20:49):
And that is.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
Friday at seven o'clock at Music Hall.
Speaker 6 (20:53):
And then they're doing a pop up.
Speaker 4 (20:55):
This is the DAP American Furniture Renaissance and they're doing
this pop up at Simley Market goos and Elber used
to be that area. And that's Friday through May third
on the weekend, showcasing over thirty local artisans and there.
Speaker 6 (21:09):
And I've seen some pictures of the stuff and it's beautiful.
Speaker 1 (21:12):
Huh.
Speaker 6 (21:12):
I think that would be.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
Kind of cool.
Speaker 1 (21:13):
Okay.
Speaker 6 (21:13):
You know, anything around Family Market is fun.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
Yeah, no doubt about it. And and I'm just still
bent out of shape that it wasn't met with warmth,
the temptations and the four tops. I mean, I've we've
been out of shape about this since yesterday afternoon. I
mean I said to myself, you know, I said to
my wife, I said, look, I'm gonna find something to do.
Michelle's coming on tomorrow, and I type it in the
(21:38):
computer and all of a sudden that pops up, and
I'm like, there we go, there we go. Yes, this
is it. And I mean shot down so fast, not
by her, but I mean like no, no, no, so okay.
Speaker 4 (21:52):
And you know what's all look great about the hard rock.
It's easy parking, you get right o, no data, it's
free parking, easy to get in. I think you're you
picked a winner on that one. Tom I would I
would tell them that Nay, Michelle said you need.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
To go, well, I might tell them and tell her
you're out and I'm going on the shell down there
tomorrow night. I'm sure that. Yeah, that would open a
whole new can of words. Okay, all right, so now
that's date night. Let's get into if you have the
kids this weekend, weather's going to be good. Where are
we going?
Speaker 6 (22:22):
Okay, there's some fun things. It's uh candy Man.
Speaker 4 (22:25):
How which I don't know where he was if my
boys were a little because they would have loved him.
Speaker 6 (22:30):
This is a fun guy.
Speaker 4 (22:31):
He builds sculptures with tools on stage while singing for
these fun songs for the kids that apparently they know
because they say that their hits that he sings.
Speaker 6 (22:40):
And that is Saturday, two o'clock.
Speaker 4 (22:41):
At the Taft and then the ballet is doing Pinocchio.
And this is a fun and show for the little
ones because it's a one hour.
Speaker 1 (22:49):
Narrated perfect perfect.
Speaker 6 (22:51):
I know, perfect.
Speaker 4 (22:53):
And this is the all kinds of shows Thursday Friday
two shows or free shows on Friday, Sunday two show
at the air and off perfect.
Speaker 1 (23:01):
Okay, yeah, And that is the way if you want
to get your kid to have a fighting chance. And
I've always said this, you can't be taken. I don't
even care if it's little girls. You cannot be taking
them for their first exposure to the theater to going
to the Nutcracker.
Speaker 6 (23:19):
Yeah, it's a long one.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
I mean it's a long one and you just can't
do it. But this is a great idea. One hour.
All the little kids more than likely know the story
of Pinocchio, right, so that's perfect, great idea.
Speaker 6 (23:31):
Okay, yeah, I think so too.
Speaker 4 (23:33):
SCC is back, they've been gone a while, So Saturday
seven thirty versus Chicago Fire, and of course they did
a pregame at Washington Park yep. And then there's How
to Train a Dragon, the musical Junior at the beautiful
New Emory Theaters, the Children's Theater, and it's.

This Friday through May Thursday, have shows.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
I love that movie Train to Drag, I.
Speaker 6 (23:54):

They're calling it.
Speaker 4 (24:02):
This is a series where they have best sites for astronomy,
so they'll have the telescopes and then they'll have educational stations.
Provided this is Friday and Saturday seven to nine thirty.
Speaker 1 (24:12):
And if you don't want to do that well, well, no,
you can still do that once it gets dark, but beforehand,
I think down at Woodland Mound they still had that
frisbee golf setup down there.
Speaker 4 (24:21):
Right right, Which is that's a good time, Yes, yeah,
great time, absolutely, okay, absolutely.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
All right. Now we're getting too you're getting out with
some friends. You don't have to be single, but you're
just getting out with a group of friends, a bunch
of guys, bunch of gals, combination of the two, and
lots to choose from this first one. I got to
tell you now, as a kid, roller Derby was so
incredible to watch on a Saturday or Sunday. And apparently
(24:48):
Cincinnati Roller Derby is celebrating twenty years Saturday Day.
Speaker 6 (24:55):
Yeah, yeah, I can't believe that.
Speaker 4 (24:57):
And I have to say I have not been to one,
but I need to go. Yeah, they're celebrating twenty years
and they're having a game Saturday at seven o'clock at
the Flock Sports Center on Hamilton Antue.
Speaker 1 (25:07):
Yeah, it's a big spot.
Speaker 6 (25:09):

looks fun. And then there's a businessman special today they're
regifying at twelve forty We have tunes and ballooms tonight
enjoying live.
Speaker 6 (25:22):
Music and exploring our zoo.
Speaker 4 (25:23):
That's tonight six to eight thirty. And it's free admission
after five o'clock. So that's perfect, perfect, And I threw
on here a getaway if you want to pop out.
Keenlan is going on right now in Lexington. And if
you've not done that, I tell people if you have
to do it at least once.
Speaker 6 (25:37):
It's my favorite thing. And this is only going on
for the next couple of weekends.
Speaker 1 (25:42):
Yeah, you know, we're going down next weekend. We went
for the first time last year and I think I
told you this at the time, the Rolex event in
Lexington out at the Kentucky Horse Park, right, So we
have some friends of ours to go to this thing
and they invited us down and we went with about
four or five couples and I'm thinking, and I'm looking
at my wife, I'm going, are we going to be
(26:03):
around a bunch of snobs now? And you know, I'm
not interested. I'm really not interested. Well, we get there
and it was almost the polar opposite of that. Oh,
because you have a bunch of people, you know, and
down in Kentucky naturally all around the tri State. They
just love horses. They go through these courses where they're
(26:23):
doing all the jumps and all this kind of stuff.
You sit outside, you might be a little chilly, you
might be a little rainy. It might be perfect. I
don't know. But it's a cool event and I'm looking
forward to going next Saturday.
Speaker 6 (26:36):
That's fun. I love that.
Speaker 4 (26:37):
Yeah, all right, so then we have punchlines and popcorn.
This is the Weisenheimer Comedian Groom, which is such a
great name. They are presenting episode an episode of Mamma
Mia Musical and it's a Saturday at seven to nine
at Washington Park and they do this rapid fire comedy
during these movies. I think the lineup of different movies
(26:58):
are going to do, but this one'day is abba. I
think this sounds funny. I might have to go.
Speaker 6 (27:03):
It reminds me what was that show.
Speaker 4 (27:04):
On TV that you watched movies but you could see
the kind of a shadow of these guys who had
mocked the movie.
Speaker 1 (27:10):
H I don't remember that, do you remember that?
Speaker 4 (27:12):
And I always thought that was hilarious and I feel
like this is what this is going to do. Okay,
So funny cyclones. This is this is your weekend, the
last weekend in this fan appreciation Days Friday seven thirty
Saturday at four two dollars hot dogs, beer in soda.
Speaker 6 (27:25):

off on Monday, Monday through Sunday, So get.
Speaker 6 (27:35):
Your reservations now.
Speaker 4 (27:36):
There are so many restaurants on this list, and it's
just a great way to try restaurants on a deal,
these three course deals. But I mean it is everything
from Nicola as places you may not go to, to Che's Coppens,
I mean so many alcove berw I mean, the list
goes on and on of options, So make your reservations.
And a dollar from every meal goes to the Children's
(27:58):
Hospital Medical Center.
Speaker 1 (28:00):
So that is fantastic pantatic. Now, where do you know
off the top of your head where you would need
to go on or you just type in probably Google
in your computer Cincinnati Restaurant Week and it'll take you
to some kind of place where you can buy a ticket.
Are you buying a ticket? I'm just curious, Are are
you buying a ticket for just a reservation and then
you pay for the meal when you get there. How
does it normally work, Michelle?
Speaker 4 (28:21):
You literally go on and make your regular reservation out
of the restaurant you would like, Oh, just like you
at any other time, and then they'll have a prefixed
menu for a restaurant week that you can choose.
Speaker 1 (28:32):
Okay, okay, yeah, all right, Well that is a big
deal in and around town. Do you have any announced
big dinners or extravaganzas, cocktail parties? What have you coming up?
Speaker 6 (28:46):
Nope, I have them.
Speaker 4 (28:47):
I'm still in the works on a couple, but I
will have them coming up. But tomorrow exciting news, I am,
I guess filming.

Where can people find it? Is that going to be
on Instagram? What's it going to be on? Where they find?
Speaker 6 (29:12):
I think it'll be on Spotify. I'll put it up
and then maybe YouTube.
Speaker 4 (29:15):
Yes, I'm going to be interviewing Doug Obertin, who's taking
over the Flying pig. He and I grew up together.
We lived up the street from each other, so it's
really cool that he's taking that over from Iris, who
started that whole thing, the Flying Pig.
Speaker 6 (29:27):
You know, it's made a big deal.
Speaker 1 (29:29):
That's really really yeah, well, congratulations, thank you. And what's
the name of it?
Speaker 6 (29:35):
It's going to be haym Mishell with a mic.
Speaker 1 (29:36):
Of course it is, of course it is. I mean,
why change the brand when you're going strong?
Speaker 6 (29:41):
