But a Monday Saint Patti's Day celebration lines around the
block for a few places I had gone to Molly
Malone's first thing, and this was my first time there
on Saint Patrick's Day.

Such a good time.

The weather was great, the energy was high, and then
I made my way over to a Holy Grail and
the Banks where John John was broadcasting live at Red Leprechawn.
If you've never been to a John John live broadcast,

to go. It's a great way to connect and meet people.
He's always bringing people together because people show up for
John John. That's one thing that I've learned about him

and our friendship, so that people always love to show
up and show love for him, So you're always going
to meet someone. And then I made my way to Cobblestone,
which if you haven't gone to Cobblestone and you don't
know about them, it's right on the corner of Washington
Park where Teak is. They always go to the Nines
for decorations and it's really nice and cute and deck

rated for Saint Patrick's Day. I'm sure that'll change over though,
for opening Day very soon, which we're almost a week
out from. And then I ended the night at my
neighborhood spot Crowley's, where at seven eight o'clock there was
still a bouncer at the front door checking IDs. Like
that's how committed Cincinnatians were. I love it, you know me.
I love a good commitment. I don't like to commit,

but I love watching other people be so committed to something.

have conversations in our head. Hopefully yours are okay the
ones in your head. I get that, but do you
talk to yourself out loud? I can't tell if this
is just a trait of someone that lives alone and
does a lot of stuff solow which like me.

But I am constantly having conversations.

Out loud in my head, and I do so much
so that I was doing it in the office in

Some of the negative negative side effects is that you
could have.

also talk to yourself, make sure you know you're not lonely.
Loneliness can be an epidemic, and I've heard of that
in sinsy.

for moms with younger moms with kids and gen Z
women struggle with loneliness quite a bit and sensy. So

Some of the negative negative side effects is that you

Now, we've both been there before and it is not
a pretty place to be. And that is throwing up
in public Woo. I felt so bad for Tracy Morgan. Hey,

I debrief what I think to be the biggest thing
that we covered in the four hours of conversation. Giving
you a chance to one, get caught up, two, contribute

in three. You know you might just be starting off
your day. I never want you to feel out of
the loop. So Tracy Morgan sit in court side at
the Knicks game last night.

And pukes all over.

The court and that man, I mean, hopefully by now
your breakfast has settled. But what do you have like
sixty five white Russians before the game?

Oh my god.
Speaker 3 (33:25):
You will come across these videos and remember that Tiff
in the morning was talking about I felt so bad,
so so so bad. Whether it was alcohol induced or
something was wrong, it looked like you just did not
feel of course right if you're thrown up court side.
Speaker 2 (33:37):
On national television. Oh my god.
Speaker 3 (33:41):
So I had asked the question to you, have you
ever thrown up in public? And like maybe an embarrassing location.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
So I actually got sick my freshman year of college.
On my first day of college.
Speaker 15 (33:55):
I was there all day and I was already nervous,
and I ended up with a stomach bug and I
was like puking.
Speaker 2 (34:02):
In and out of my car all day long at college.
Speaker 15 (34:06):
I commuted there and it was probably one of the
worst days of my life. Like I had to run
out of the classroom in the middle of a lecture
to go out in the hallway peking a trash.
Speaker 2 (34:17):

I had a pair of Life Is Good pajama pants
on with a tiara that said twenty one throwing up
outside of the front door of a bar in Boston
in front of everyone I knew, essentially, so I too
have been there.
