Speaker 1 (00:01):
You're waking up with fifth in the morning.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Kiss.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
Jim Etiquette is the key phrase that you're gonna need
to win the kids bop tickets. I'm looking to send
you and your family maybe on your first concert together
coming up around hey thirty eight thirty five ish. This morning,
I had asked you to please make me feel better.
Have you ever made any mistakes at the gym? Good morning,
You're on the air girl.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
I can't get myself to the gym, all right. I
went to the gym once and I went to the
standing bed.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
That's about as far as I got.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
What's your name? What neighborhood you in this morning?

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Hamilton?

Speaker 1 (00:38):
All right, Amanda, thank you for the call.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
In the attempt, I made not one, but two Jim
etiquette mistakes yesterday. We'll just focus on one of them
at this point in the conversation. I did not wipe
down my machinery, and I have secondhand embarrassment about it
because I feel like the other people at the gym knew,
and they were looking, and they were paying attention. And
now I'm that loser girl from iHeartRadio that doesn't wipe

(01:03):
down the gym equipment, and I'm embarrassed about that. And
let me tell you, you know, if I could be transparent,
I am not a gym goer. I am just loosely
getting myself back into the gym, and I've been forcing
myself to go here at the office. It's a nice gym,
but I am so I am so like a lost

(01:24):
fish sometimes in there. Because I'm such a class girly.
I go to Body Alive a couple times a week,
so I am like a class environment and I know
the rules of the road there. I've been three hundred
plus classes. But the gym itself is so new to me.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
That I just I forgot.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
I forgot, and then by the time that someone else
was already there, I went to go wipe it down.
You know, see, I'm flustered. I'm flustered because I'm embarrassed.
By the time I went to go wipe the machine down,
and because I realized I forgot to do so.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Someone else had gotten on it. I was like, well,
I just went all over that.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
Thing, and I forgot to wipe it down because I'm
new here and I don't know what to do. Five
one three seven nine one o seven one. You can
also talk back with Tiff if you have any embarrassing
Jim stories, and I'll, I guess forever be known as
the loser girl at I Heart Radio that doesn't clean
their equipment.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
Good morning.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
You're waking up with Tip in the morning on Kiss
one oh seven one. I brought in our show's resident
Jim expert to kind of walk me through this. I
made two mistakes, not one, but two embarrassing mistakes at
the gym yesterday. By the way, Jim Ettiquet's the keyword
for the kids Bop tickets.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Coming up in a few minutes. Good morning, Sarah, Good morning.
What's going on? He seems stressed. You go to PF daily,
you live at that place.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
And I was next to a Stanley Cup girly yesterday
on the StairMaster. We'll have to talk about that at
some point.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Was she put in no work?

Speaker 4 (02:46):
Those girls are business. I'm sweating all over this thing
with no Stanley Cup and she has no sweat, cute
sweats on like they always.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Look the cutest. She's got the.

Speaker 4 (03:00):
Pink Stanley just chugging along.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
On her TikTok.

Speaker 3 (03:04):
Meanwhile, I show up, I'm brand new to the gym,
and this is our office.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Gym, so, oh, okay, the one downstairs.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Yeah, you tell me if would you judge that girl
if she got off the StairMaster and didn't wipe down
her equipment.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
I see it happen all the time at my gym,
and I have the cleanest gym ever.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
They're constantly walking a ind and wiping stuff. Answer the question,
and I look.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
At that person like, I see what she just did.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
You're dirty.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
I've been or the girls or the girls that come
out of the toilet and just walk past the sink
and don't wash their hands, and I see them out
and about in the gym handling the weights, and I
just stare at them, like, I know you have pea
germs all over your hands right now, and I'm gonna
thrown up.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
Which leads me to the second most embarrassing thing that
I've ever done at the gym. And this is two
in one day, and I was only there for forty minutes.
So I went to go hold hold a high plank, okay,
and my sneak, I'm I.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Can't say it, I'm gonna throw up.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
All my sneakers were slipping on the floor right because
the traction down there wasn't great.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Yeah, and it's not the best gym in the world.
People like this is like a hotel gym. Holding the
high plank, my feet are slipping.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
So what I decided to do, Yeah, I was like, oh,
I need to create some traction, like when I played
basketball in middle school.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
So I licked my hand.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
That I licked my hand and I wiped the bottom
of my sneakers to create that I did.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
I'm Sarah, I really a bird flu. I nearly collapsed.
I wanted to go. I wanted to go. I want
to die. I want to die. I wanted to go
over to.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
The like wipe station, get the wipes and wipe my
tongue off.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
Like I didn't know what to do, Like you just
I were thinking.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
I wasn't thinking, and I had just held up several
sets of dumbbells.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
So like those pea dumbells just licked my I'm dead,
I'm pay on your tongue.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
I'm so.

Speaker 4 (05:00):
It's like the people that I see lick their cell
phones to clean it off. Oh no, they're just not thinking.
They just you know, lick the screen, wipe it on
their sleeve. We are so gross as humans. But a
lot of this stuff it's just like you're just your
brain's not there.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
You're trying to make me feel better. Will I ever
be able to recover from this as soon as the
bird flu is out of your body?

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Yes, you're waking up weeks.

Speaker 1 (05:26):
If in the morning on Kiss one oh seven to one,
good morning.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
If I could send you and your family to your
first concert, I'd love to do that. Kids pops coming
this summer. You will need the keyword woll oh I
almost repeated it.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
Oh my god.

Speaker 3 (05:38):
No. If you have the keyword, go ahead and start
dialing five win, three, seven, four nine, one oh seven
to one. We're in the midst of talking about Jim Metici,
et cetera.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
Hint, hint on the keyword.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
Okay, I made two embarrassing mistakes at the gym yesterday
and I cannot stomach to repeat them. So you'll have
to go back and listen to the podcast because I
have secondhand embarrassment and I'm the one that committed them.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
So please make me feel better with your gym stories.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
So I was working out early in the morning a
while ago, and it was dark outside, and I was
on an elliptical and in front of me were the treadmills,
and there was an older gentleman running on the treadmill
in very very short, shorty shorts, and I got my

(06:23):
phone and I wanted to snap a quick little picture
to share with my husband, and lo and behold, my
flash went off and the treadmills were in front of windows,
and it lit up the entire windows, and pretty much
everybody in the gym knew what I was taking a
picture of because everyone was kind of looking at this man.
And he turned around, and I was absolutely humiliated because

(06:46):
he kind of gave me a hands up, like, what
are you doing?

Speaker 1 (06:51):
I don't know how to this. What's your name? What
neighbor do you call me from?

Speaker 2 (06:58):
I'm Jamie and I'm from the West Jamie.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Thanks so much for the call.

Speaker 3 (07:02):
So me and and her Jamie and I are no
no longer welcome back in our gym. So okay, cool,
cool cool, We are still commercial free. I have one
more open phone line if you have that keyword for
the kids. Bop tickets five one three seven, four nine
one seven one.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
Good luck.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
You're waking up with.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
Skiff in the morning on kiss one o seven to one.
Good morning. I'm hoping you have a keyword for me,
I have the keyword.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Jim Etictt.

Speaker 3 (07:25):
Congratulations, Gal, you got it, and you're going to kids.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
Bob.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
Oh, my gosh, thank you so much. You are so
welcome this.

Speaker 2 (07:35):
My daughter's gonna be so excited.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
Oh, I'm happy for you. Have you guys ever been
to a concert together? Has she been to a concert?

Speaker 2 (07:41):
Oh? Neither one of us have ever.

Speaker 1 (07:43):
Been to our concert? GIRLA, I know I've never been.
I'm forty one, I've never been. I'm sending you to kids, Bob. Okay,
well yeah, no.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
No, but I am excited to gift I guess not
just your daughter, but your whole family your first concert together.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
What a man? I mean it will stay with you forever.
Oh yeah, for sure. They're going to be so excited.
