Speaker 1 (00:00):
One O seven nine KBP I and your show time
for stupid Stories.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Stolid Yeah all stop, yeah you is Stupid Stories brought
to you by.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Well, it was supposed to be brought to us by
the Underground School of Magic.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
This is a Harry Potter themed pop up bar that
was near Union Station.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Oh got shut down.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Yeah, Warner Brothers said it was just too magical for
it to continue on. And so if you had a
reservation or anything there, they've already contacted you to let
you know it has been canceled and there are gonna
be no more trips to Hogwarts this year.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
So what was it doing?

Speaker 1 (00:38):
I think they were just kind of infringing on the
intellectual property that Warner Brothers holds from Harry Potter. From
Harry Potter, they had stuff like, uh, they had a
bunch of drinks that were Harry Potter theme. They had
Hagrids meat balls, they had a bunch of food that
was Harry Potter theme. But apparently they were a little
too close to reality. And so brother said, you.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Mean telling me we can't use the fandom of the
Harry Potter series in our own little pop up restaurant.
Why not it seems like it's, uh, it's out there.
Why can't I just use it? I can't still just intellectual, Like,
if I want to do a bugs Bunny buffet.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
Again, Warner Brothers probably will have issues with that.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Damn, what's this world coming to? I'm glad they brought
stupid story, or at least we're going to brain stupid stories.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Yeah, small airport near Pittsburgh was impacted more than anywhere
else by Spirit Airlines going under.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
You know why, scoop?

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Why?

Speaker 3 (01:37):
Well is there only carrier flying out?

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Only one?

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Only one?

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Now they're just hoping to attract another airline to fill
the void. Now that they got all them runways and
no planes. That's got to be a lonely airport.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
Oh yeah, well what you doing today?

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Man? Man?

Speaker 3 (01:54):
I don't even know, man Man, I don't even know either.
Venmo is changing his default of private.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
Oh that's nice.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
Why is that? Why is that nice?

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Um? Basically, if you don't have it set to private,
it tells everybody who you gave money to. Oh really, well,
that's kind of It's one of those things where you
scroll through and you're like, oh, did you really want
to pay for an abortion? Through this and tell everybody.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
So everybody sees your embarrassing purchases. Yep, oh, that's kind
of funny.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
A lot of it is like Mark gave fifty dollars
to Greg and you're like, poor, what are the exchange
of money?

Speaker 3 (02:35):
Why is it your business?

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Right?

Speaker 2 (02:36):
US Treasury is showing out three billion dollars every day.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Every day, every day, every day?

Speaker 2 (02:42):
No, why why let's cover the interest und our national
debt three billion dollars. You know, if you made five
thousand dollars a day since the day Christopher Columbus touched
the shore, that you wouldn't even have a billion dollars
till twenty forty a billion out. They're doing that every day,
every day, three billion, not one billion, not three billion

(03:03):
dollars every day. Sell California mayor pleaded guilty to acting
as a quote illegal agent for the Chinese government.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
Uh oh, damn selling secrets?

Speaker 2 (03:14):
Man.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
I wonder why I wonder.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
I'm doesn't say the story why China wanted a secret
agent at the helm of Arcadia, California. But I feel like,
was this Arcadia in the Pixels movie?

Speaker 1 (03:32):
Sounds like it would be.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
I feel like, I feel like that's the town in
the Pixels movie. Maybe not.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
If you look up Arcadia, all you get is this
Wang scandal.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
Oh the mayor.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Yeah Wang, of course he's selling to the Chinese government.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
His name is Wang.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
I believe it's a woman, Eileen Wang, which means one
like shorter than the other.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Yeah, I mean to see lean one.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Well, never mind, she leans the Wang way, so yeah,
she is selling.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
Of course, she's selling secrets to the Chinese. Her name
is Wang.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
Social media influencer was arrested for refusing to pay for
four hundred dollars worth of food at a Nashville restaurant.
That that's probably not the best way to influence, righting.
You could do more more positive influencing. I think, uh,
this is.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Not safe or legal, but.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
I feel like, you know, if this guy did this,
I would be cheering him on too. This guy, well,
he jumped on the shoulder to pass two semis who
were hogging both highway lanes and had been for a
long time. And then he went into the left lane
in front of one of the semis, and he slowly

(04:57):
slowed down to the point where that semi had to
move back into the slow lane and everybody else.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
Could give by there you go, like I would recommend that.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Going on the shoulder, but some he rose, well, don't
wear caps. They're just willing to pass a Semiona shoulder
and take matters in your own hand. A Santa Rose,
a woman accused of walking into a Chase bank Tuesday morning,
hand in the the teller of threatening letter, and then

(05:29):
leaving with an unknown amount of cash.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
However, she was arresting one hour later.

Speaker 2 (05:37):
This woman, well, she was easy to identify because she
had bright smurfed blue hair, like it is blue, man,
yeah it is. And she's wearing like like a red cheetahprint. Look,
there ought to be a rule, like you can't weigh
more than the animal you're representing in the clothing that

(05:57):
you're wearing. You know, if you way more than an
animal you're representing, and you really shouldn't wear the clothing.

Speaker 3 (06:03):
You know, what's him like hurting this cheetah thing? Not good, man,
not good.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
The real problem is going to be finding other people
that can fit in the lineup so they can be like,
is it person number one? Person number two?

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Right?

Speaker 1 (06:20):
It be like it's obviously the one with the blue hair.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
She did hand the bank teller. Note Dominic cash included
a written threat to kill people. Oh, she's probably gonna
need them. No weapon was threatened or brandish. After taking
an undisclosed amount of money from the tail of the female,
suspect left the bank. The woman thirty two years old
named Jane Hollingworth was arrested without incident a suspicion of

(06:46):
robbery about an hour later.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
Look Hard to Hide that Blue Hair.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
An authentic replica of the famous talking car from the
classic TV show Night Writer. It's been sitting in an
Illinois museum for years. Something interesting just happened. They received
the traffic ticket. Oh yeah, the museum received the fifty
dollars ticket to.

Speaker 3 (07:09):
Mail from New York City. Kit was speeding in a.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
So Kit was speeding in a school zone on April
twenty second.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
Sounds like a Kit thing to do.

Speaker 3 (07:20):
Yeah it does. That's funny.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
The nineteen eighty two pointy a fiber trans has been
in place and on display for years.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
They believe this is the museum. They believe the New
York City system.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
May have linked the speeding car's novedy license plate reading
night which is k n I g HD, to the
car in the museum. The museum has requested a hearing
about the ticket.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
Uh huh.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
They're looking at a kit like with that stink, like
did you slide out of here and road in New York?

Speaker 1 (07:59):
So that would be one of five. There's a new
documentary coming out about night Rider and all the the
car action movies of the late eighties, like eighteen and
Duke's of Hazard in that. But they said there's five
of those cars, five of the original bodies left.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
There was this it looked just like the night Rider
replica headed up through the Circle Drags. I did a
couple weeks ago, okay, and it was so funny because
I drive I drive a twenty fourteen or fifteen Dodge Charger.
It's a former state police car, so it's got the
spotlight on it, and it looks like it looks like
a state police car.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
Right.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
I was driving up the CNS and I came up
on that Firebird and it was doing like ninety on
the way up there, and it slowed down to like
seventy seventy five, and I passed it right and it
kind of tucks in behind me. But then I see
that guy later in the Circle Dragons. I go, this
dude was hollowed ass on the way up here until
he saw me behind him, and he was like, wo,

(08:56):
I'm pull over a little bit, all right, somebody watching.
He called the cops about two in the morning on Monday,
said somebody was damaging the entry gate at the comb
of police headquarters. And it didn't take obviously cops longed
to spawn because well, they just walked outside. So somebody
had called cops to tell them that somebody was jacking.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
With their police station sign.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
They did see the man, Marvel Walker Junior, holding the
piece of concrete over his head and dropping it over
the fence on the police property. They frisk guy had
found a piece of black coated metal in his hoodie
pocket that was shaped like an OH. He said he
found it on the ground, but turned out it was

(09:40):
the OH from the word police on the sign. Marvel
was charged his second degree malicious mischief, third degree melicious mischief,
and second degree criminal trespass. Why would you steal that
man of all the things?

Speaker 3 (10:00):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (10:01):
I mean, I guess his name's Marvel, so it's not
like he was spelling his name out with it.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
I mean, I guess it did take another individual to
call the police station to tell him that there was
somebody outside.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
He would have gotten away with it had they not
got that call problem.

Speaker 3 (10:19):
I mean, maybe maybe, but damn, that's a pair son,
