Speaker 1 (00:00):
The following is a presentation of iHeartRadio Sports. This is
High School Basketball on ninety four Country w KKJA. Today's
game is presented by Accurate Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Let's
head court side for today's countdown to tip off. Here's
Lou and Chris Postage.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
Hello and welcome to Waverly High School. Inside the downtown Gymnasium.
Speaker 3 (00:31):
We've got Division through Division six.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
Southeast District semi final action between Adina and Lucasville Valley.
I'm Chris posted to join alongside by my father, Coach
Loo Postage Coach. It's good to be back here in
the downtown Gymnasium. It is, and you know going to
the conbo is good, but you know it's always nice
to come here to Waverley as well.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
Downtown Gymnasium.
Speaker 2 (00:54):
We have not been here yet this year, but something
about this gymnasium this time.
Speaker 3 (00:59):
Of year is just you know, great atmosphere.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
You smell the popcorn here at Waverly and the gym really,
you know, it's a nice size gym and it doesn't
seem too big when you get crowds in here, and
it's just a you know, wonderful place.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
To have a tournament like this.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
Many years for a Dina it was two trips to
Waverley before.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
You could make it down to the Convo.
Speaker 2 (01:24):
With teams changing, it's one more game here at Waverley
and then a chance to go to the district final
to play down at the Comvocations Center. For Adena, they
are the visiting teams on the scoreboard. They come in
with a record of fourteen and eight, eight and six
in the Sciota Valley Conference. They are coached by Andrew Day,
(01:45):
Coach of the Year in the Siota Valley Conference. Yeah,
they've really had a wonderful season.
Speaker 3 (01:52):
They've had a couple stretches where they've.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
You know, had some nice winning streaks, and they're a
team that has some veteran presence. You know, you look
at a guy like Joey Francis and Colton Garrison. They
played a lot of games here for Adena in the
last few years, but those haven't been a lot of
winning games. This year, they've turned some things around. Fourteen
wins this year from four wins a year ago. Outstanding
(02:17):
accomplishment for the Adena Warriors and for Lucasville sixteen and
six overall, seven and three out of the Southern Ohio
Conference head coach is Craig Tackett. Yeah, this is a
team that brings a lot of athleticism into this game
here tonight as we were watching warm ups, not a
lot of heights there with Lucasville, but a lot of
(02:40):
guys about the same size right around that six with
the six to two range, and they can really come
after you with a variety of defenses. But they're one
thing they like to do is get that ball up
and down the floor quickly. For Adena offensively scoring forty
nine point seven points per game, defense giving up forty
four point nine and their district quarterfinal matchup on Friday,
(03:04):
they were victorious over Sims.
Speaker 3 (03:07):
Valley thirty eight to twenty eight.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
Francis with twenty in that game, Garrison adding fourteen. Yeah,
struggled a little bit offensively in that game, but the
one constant was the defense. And that's what they're gonna
need here tonight to slow this Lucasville Valley team down
and keep it into low scoring. If it's a low
scoring game in the forties, I think Adena really has
a shot here because I think in a half court
(03:31):
set and in basketball still skills, sense I think Adena
has the advantage for Valley offensively fifty eight point two
points per game, defensively giving up forty eight point seven.
Their district quarterfinal matchup on Friday was a win seventy
three thirty eight over Ripley.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
A convincing win for them, it was, and you know,
that's that's what they do.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
They like to score and score in bunches and they
can really get after you. But the thing with that
is once they score quickly, the other teams can score
as well. And Adina is going to have to take
advantage of what they can get in the half court
set and they're going to have to shoot the ball
extremely well.
Speaker 3 (04:14):
Again. This is the.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
District semi finals. The winner of fancies to the District Final.
They'll play the winner of the second game here at
Waverley tonight between Portsmouth West and North Adams. The District
final will be played on Sunday at the Ohio University
Convocations Center. This is our only game tonight. Tomorrow we
(04:38):
will be off. Finally we'll be off coach, but tomorrow
they'll be game action over on our sister season News
radio wbe X. They'll have the district final matchup of
Chillicothe and Sheridan. We'll take a break and be back
to continue our pregame show.

presented by Accurate Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
Welcome back to Waverly High School District semi final action
between Adena M Valley. Just about three minutes away from
getting underway. We'll look at some starters for tonight's contest.
First for Lucasville Valley Number one, Jalen Dunham, a six
foot junior. Number two Jackson Bender, a six to two junior.
(07:33):
Number four Jackson Copin, a six to two senior. Number eleven,
Blake Lundy, a five eleven junior, and number thirteen.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
Braxton Conaway, a six to junior.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
Coaches team's riddled with all district honorees. You look at
Dunham's a third team, Copin's a first team, Lundy's a
third team in Conaway is an honorable mention. Yeah, and
again a lot of similar styles, similar type players you
see with all these players. I know they made the
playoffs in football. I think Zane Trace played them and
(08:06):
you might have had that game. But a lot of
familiar names here, and you know, just a lot of
athleticism as what we see right now and for a
Dina number zero, Joey Francis a five eleven senior number one,
Linkston Metzger a five to five senior, number three, Luke
Preston a five eleven senior number eleven, Colton Garrison, a
(08:28):
six four junior in number twenty five, Cooper Day, a.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
Six four sophomore. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
Again, you look at athleticism and quickness and speed. You know,
Joey Francis, no one is better than him when you
put those qualities together. So he's going to be big
for a Deena, especially early in this game. He's gotta,
you know, get a Dina on on.
Speaker 3 (08:53):
A roll early.
Speaker 2 (08:54):
Colton Garrison, I think can really cause some problems if
they can get the ball to him at the right spot.
He cannot get pushed out and forced out of the lane.
He's got to stay in there, go to the high
post area and then use that little half hook he
has from the block. And I think that's something that
Valley will be really concerned about if he can get
(09:15):
going early. All district performers for a Dina include Joey Francis,
first team, Colton Garrett second team in, Luke Preston, a
district on Boll mentioned coach when we talk about this
to a Dina team, they've really turned it on since
the new year. Their record since the new year is
ten and three, and you look at two of those
three losses were really good teams in the conference and
(09:37):
then they slipped up there at the end and lost
to West Ball. Yeah, and West Wall is a hard
place to play when you go on the road and
play up there.
Speaker 3 (09:43):
But yeah, this team is really you know, gelled.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
I guess you can send bought into what coach Day
and the coaching staff have put together. And really, I
think if you're coach Day, you think about it and
you're like, you know, I think we're a little ahead
of where I thought we'd be at this. And you know,
here you are in a district semis and this is
a spot none of these kids have been in before.
Speaker 3 (10:06):
So it'll be interest to see how they react.
Speaker 2 (10:09):
Moments away from district semi final action here at Waverley
High School, we're going to step away as we honor
America inside the downtown Gymnasium. This is the accurate heating
and cooling and plumbing game of the night on ninety
four Country wkkj.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
Oh could this vintage store be any cuter? Right?
Speaker 5 (10:28):
And the best part they accept Discover except Discover in
a little place like this.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
I don't think so, Jennifer. Oh yeah, huh. Discovers accepted where.
Speaker 2 (10:37):
I like to shut up?
Speaker 3 (10:38):
Come on, baby, get with the times right, So we
shouldn't get the parachute pats these you're making a comeback.
Speaker 8 (10:47):
I think Discover is accepted at ninety nine percent of
places they take credit cards nationwide, based on a February
twenty twenty five Nielsen report.

Today's game is presented by accurate heating, cooling and plumbing.
Now let's head courtside for today's tip off. Here's Lou
and Chris Postage are welcome back to Waverley High School.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
Starters getting announced here inside the downtown Gymnasium.
Speaker 3 (12:50):
This is the district semis again.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
The winner will take on the winner of the next
contest here between Portsmouth West and North that on Sunday
at the Convocation Center. We will be back in action
on Thursday here on WKKJ District Final action, a doubleheader
down at the Combo where Shirpleville will take on Waverley
(13:13):
and then un Yodo taking on Washington Courthouse. Coach, We've
been treated to a lot of good games lately.
Speaker 3 (13:19):
I think we're gonna get another one here tonother I
hope so.
Speaker 2 (13:22):
And again, you know, this is going to be a
tall task for Dina here tonight, but they.
Speaker 3 (13:29):
Have the capability of do that.
Speaker 2 (13:31):
They need to believe in themselves. They need to play
fundamentally sound basketball, recognize the changing defenses that we're going
to see out of Lucasville Valley, and they got to
limit the turnovers in the runouts that they give Valley
because of those turnovers.
Speaker 3 (13:47):
Say what, the Frankfurt Faithful.
Speaker 2 (13:49):
Has traveled very well down to Waverly. Yeah, this is
a nice crowd and really both sides got the people
on both sides. They have an upper and lower level
on both sides here at Waverley Downtown Gymnasium, And it's
a nice comfortable atmosphere in here. Some very good memories
(14:10):
in this gymnasium between the two of us. I can
think of way back when you were coaching here for
a Dina. A not so good memory was when you
played Keebles down here. That one still kind of sticks
in your head, doesn't it.
Speaker 3 (14:24):
Yeah, it sure does.
Speaker 2 (14:25):
My last game of coaching high school basketball, we lost
in the sectional final on a half court buzzer beater,
And you know that just happens this time of year,
and that's what makes everything so exciting.
Speaker 3 (14:37):
But you know, a lot of great memories.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
We won a couple of sectional titles here and kids
got to cut down nets and we got to go
to combo a couple of times, so you know, pleasant memories.
Speaker 3 (14:49):
And also then when.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
You guys played, we were able to do the same
to get down to the combo and win a sectional
title here, so great memory. On the other hand of
that buzzer, reader thinks back to twenty fifteen Colin Cory
from just in front of me a half court heave
as we beat hiped In. That was a sectional semi game,
(15:10):
and then the.
Speaker 3 (15:10):
Sectional final we went on to beat west Ball and
make it down to the condo. All right, the.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
Teams are set here at center court. Joey Francis to
jump at for Adena Christian Copen.
Speaker 3 (15:26):
Two first team district members set to jump this one
off man. The tip is up. Francis wins it for.
Speaker 2 (15:37):
Adina like man a man defense here to start with
from Lucasville. That's true at the time of the key
Flordina now over to Garrison. Now Francis on the wing.
Francis to Garrison. Garrison loses it, but down low goes
to Preston.
Speaker 3 (15:56):
Preston his shot was blocked.
Speaker 2 (15:57):
There coming away with it is life. Now Dunham quickly
going the other way.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
He slows it down, picked up there by Luke.
Speaker 2 (16:06):
Preston done him now dribbling it over to the wing,
gets it inside to Copin. Copin kick out. That's Lundy.
He tries to free and that's good. Yeah, that's a
two pointer. The referee was right there and he put
his fingers down, So that's a two pointer.
Speaker 3 (16:24):
Two's zero.
Speaker 2 (16:24):
Waverley leeds early in this one, Adena breaking the brass
down low, looking for Cooper Days, going to go off
the foot of a Valley defenders who are on a
baseline out of allens for Adena. Yeah, you cannot hesitate
against Valley when you have the opportunity. You got to
take it right to the glass and not worry about it.
So again they are making that correction. The referee who
(16:46):
was there, he put his hands up adamantly as a
two pointer and not a three pointer. There, Tripper Day
to and bound gets it into Francis in the corner
up top to Preston. Now Metzger cross court to day
Hey backs it out on the wing, gets.
Speaker 3 (17:01):
To Francis at the top of the key.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
Now Matt's Kirk gets it back up top today back
to Matt's Kirk.
Speaker 3 (17:12):
That'sker looking to drive. Was cut off.
Speaker 2 (17:14):
It's gonna back it out to the top of the key.
Now Garrison on the wing. Garrison looks to go baseline
and he loses.
Speaker 3 (17:21):
It out of bound. They're gonna say that was out.
Speaker 2 (17:22):
Of bounds off Lundi of Valley, so it'll stay Adena's basketball. Yeah,
they just try to create chaos here on the defensive end,
a lot of jumping and trapping. You need to use
pass fake shot fakes, and recognize where the defense.
Speaker 3 (17:38):
Is coming from.
Speaker 2 (17:39):
Hey lombs it into netskirt Man and a half into
this one. Now Valley leads to nothing. Francis at the
top of the key, slowing it down. Coach Day pulling
out the offense inside Garrison. He backs it out and
out to the top of the key over to Francis.
Francis coming off the Screen's gonna pull a three from
(17:59):
the wing.
Speaker 3 (18:00):
That's no good.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
Rebound down Low goes to Bender, Vender now handing it
over to Dunham. Don Im looking to drive, hands it
over to Lundy. Lundy kicks it out to Copan who
drives it. Shot off the glass. No good, de good
defense there by Colton Garrison, Mett's girl on the wing
(18:22):
up top to Garrison, and that was deflected by Bender.
Bender gets it in the back cord. He puts it
off the glass. No good blocked by Garrison, but the
rebound by Dunnham and he's gonna put it in for
two now, Sorry, that was coping. Garrison across the timeline.
He's got numbers spinning in the lane off top.
Speaker 3 (18:39):
Of that's good Colton Garrison.
Speaker 2 (18:41):
That was a nice athletic move ever by Garrison and
showed some strength Quickly the other way the Indian put it.
Speaker 3 (18:47):
In for two.
Speaker 2 (18:48):
That's coping. They really don't take time off. No, you
gotta be You cannot celebrate baskets. You have got to
get back quickly. Six to two Valley's he had his
past tip out of bounds. It will be a sideline
out of bounds for it in and out at the
five eighteen mark of the first quarter rally six adena two.
Speaker 1 (19:13):
Ken.
Speaker 2 (19:14):
If you can be patient and news shot fakes and
pass fakes, you're going to get some openings. Francis at
the top of the key, gets it to Garrison, triple
teamed almost Garrison over to Metzger. Now he's getting doubled.
Gets it inside Garrison, Garrison down low hook shot.
Speaker 3 (19:33):
That's good. He's really good at that half hook. You
gotta get back quickly here. If you're being a.
Speaker 2 (19:39):
Six four valley leagues done, I'm looking to drive. He
was cut off there.
Speaker 3 (19:45):
Mike Preston kicks it out too Coping.
Speaker 2 (19:48):
Now Coping's slowing it down, hands it back to Dunham.
Let's pack it falling out the offense for the Indians.
Bender on the wing, he hits a cutting London's Lundy's spinning.
Speaker 3 (20:01):
Shot fake blocked by Cooper Day. I've be strong.
Speaker 2 (20:04):
Day comes away with it. He gets at the Francis.
Francis up the left side with some speed.
Speaker 3 (20:09):
Now looking to drive into the lane.
Speaker 2 (20:11):
Dumps it to Preston, who kicks it out today. Back
to Francis inside. That's Garrison off we're gonna have tomorrow again.
Very patient, very good job of finding the open man,
and it's going to be Garrison if they can get
the ball to him. Tied at six four h six
left to go here in the first period. Bender in
(20:31):
the corner up top. That's Coping. He's gonna step into
a three. That's no good. Garrison with the rebound. Now,
Francis up the left side. Adina's got numbers here. Francis
at the free throw line, kicks it out in Metzger
up top. Francis on the wing.
Speaker 3 (20:48):
That's Day.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
Now Garrison in the corner. He gets doubled gets it
to Preston inside. Preston has his past thrown away by Conaway.
Conaway going the other ways, spinning and.
Speaker 3 (20:59):
That's no good.
Speaker 2 (21:00):
Actually going to go at a mound. It'll be Adena's basketball. Yeah,
I even just out of control there. Nice time out here.
We're going to get a time out by I believe
is that valley. We're tied to six, three thirty six
left to go in the first quarter.
Speaker 3 (21:15):

Speaker 2 (22:10):
Here, three point thirty three left to go in the
first quarter, well the first half of this first quarter.
Speaker 3 (22:15):
A Dina cannot expect anything better.
Speaker 2 (22:18):
Tro Per Day now on the wing, gets across court
to Francis. Francis gets it into the corner to Garrison.
Garrison looking to go baseline. He's trapped down low.
Speaker 3 (22:29):
And they're gonna say he shuffled the feet.
Speaker 2 (22:31):
That'll be a turnover for a Dina. Yeah, once they
get you into a corner, they're gonna try to really
trap you, so you gotta be careful. Done them with
the basketball. He walks it across the timeline.
Speaker 3 (22:45):
Three o six left to go here in the first quarter.
Speaker 2 (22:49):
Lundy at the top of the key over to Copin
Coping at the free throw line, hands it over to Conaway.
Speaker 3 (22:54):
He tries a fifteen foot or.
Speaker 2 (22:56):
Nextra Yeah, that was a nice handoff, and Susie came
off that handoff.
Speaker 3 (23:00):
He was ready to shoot it. Sally back on top
by two.
Speaker 2 (23:04):
Back in a half court now Joey Francis walks it
across the timeline.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
Two forty five left to go here in the first quarter.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
Preston at the top of the key over the day
Day had it hooked away, gets it back and now
gets it over to Harold.
Speaker 3 (23:19):
He just checked in cross court. Francis dries a three.
Speaker 2 (23:22):
That's no good, long rebound, that's gonna go to Conaway.
Now Lundy up to Dunham, who tries a three. That's
no good down low. It's gonna go out of bounds.
As Bender stepped on the out of bounds line. Yeah,
Adina has got to be able and strong enough to
get it from the trampa up top into the high
(23:45):
post or quarter and then right into the post. That's
Gavin Harold to six three sophomore who checked in for Adina.
Francis at the top of the key. Now over to Preston.
Now Harold on the wing. His past was tipped and
it's gonna go out of bounds. It'll remain Adena's basketball.
Two oh nine left to go here in the first quarter.
Speaker 3 (24:03):
Valley leads eight to six.
Speaker 2 (24:07):
Sideline out of bounds. Cooper data inbound in the corner.
That's hair Rap Harold getting.
Speaker 3 (24:12):
Trapped in the corner.
Speaker 2 (24:13):
Now lobs it over to Preston at the free fair line.
Now Francis on the wing, dump inside to Garrison. Garrison's
spinning took shot, no good bender with the rebound bender
across cork going away by Luke Preston. Francis now going
the other way into the corner. Harold Harold inside Garrison.
(24:34):
Garrison loses it, picks it up. Now over to Preston.
Preston kickout. Francis wide open on the wing for three.
That's no good. Long rebound goes to Conaway. Now up
the right side.
Speaker 3 (24:44):
That's copin copin euros step off the glass. That's good. Oh,
that was a really nice move there. In transition ten six,
Valley leads minute twenty.
Speaker 2 (24:55):
Four left to go here in the first quarter, Francis
across the timeline there by Johnam gets it over to
Preston and stolen away by Conaway. Conaway with the runout
off the glass for two.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
Yeah, that's just too long of a pass to make.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
Coach Day's gonna call time out forty and you're listening
to the accurate heating, pulling and plumbing game of the night.
Speaker 3 (25:16):

Speaker 2 (28:19):
Adena was able to answer Valley's bucket early. But a
six to zero run in the quarter for Lucasville. Yeah,
they Dina went cold there towards the end of that
first quarter.
Speaker 3 (28:30):
It was six to six, and then Valley.
Speaker 2 (28:32):
Went on a nice six to oh run there a
couple of breakout baskets. Adena was three of nine shooting
there in the first quarter and zero four from beyond
New York. Valley was six to ten shooting. They were
zero three from beyond New York. Valley had three turnovers
a dena with two. Starting the second quarter, it'll be
(28:53):
Valley's basketball and bound goes into the back court to Dunham.
He's guarded my Presston hands it over to Clark Park.
Now to Copin, Copin' driving kick out. Dunham done him.
Now cut off five Preston. He backs it out to
the corner up top Frank now in the corner to
(29:14):
don Him, who tries a three.
Speaker 3 (29:16):
That's no good.
Speaker 2 (29:16):
Offensive board goes to Clark, back up, time to cop
and Al Dunham as coach tack Kic calls out the offense.
He's guarded thereby Preston. Thirty seconds into the second quarter.
Now Clark gets it to Copin, looks to hand off
to Dunham, doesn't get it. Copin keeps it, looks to drive,
(29:39):
was cut off by Garrison. He backs it out, now
hands it to Dunham. Dunham, looking to drive, pulls up
from fifteen off the glass. No good, long rebound joy.
Francis comes away with it. Al metzger up the left,
shine to Harold. Harold driving now into the lane and
he loses it on the way up. Tunham comes away
(30:00):
with it. It's stolen right back by Garrison. Harold, now
all on the way, picks up his drivel, hands it
over to Francis. Francis cross sports to metscre We gotta
loose ball. Preston comes away with it, gets at to Francis.
Now Harold left open in the corner. He tries up
for he and knocks it down.
Speaker 3 (30:18):
Really good job there, that's what you gotta do. It's
gotta be a little scramble.
Speaker 2 (30:22):
Mentality, and then you've got to make some shots.
Speaker 3 (30:25):
Twelve nine.
Speaker 2 (30:26):
Valley leaves around the six thirty marks of the second quarter.
Tunham looking to drive into the lane. Boat shot walked
away by Joey Francis. Offensive rebound for Valley Lundy now
he's out coping, coping driving into the lane. Picks it
out to Lundy, back to coping, coping, backing down. Garrison
(30:47):
picks up his drivell now gets it out to Bender
Bender driving into the lane on the block, off the glass.
No good offensive, no defensive rebound, goes to Gavin Harrold
good job defensive rebounding here by Dina Warriors. Garrison at
the top of the key, over to Francis on the wing.
Now hits a cutting Garrison on the box, spinning turn
(31:09):
around hook shot.
Speaker 3 (31:10):
That's no good.
Speaker 2 (31:11):
Harold offensive board off the glasses, he's falling Down's no good.
Speaker 3 (31:15):
He goes to Lundy.
Speaker 2 (31:16):
Now up the left side to Dunham. Donhom's guarded thereby
Metzger at the five thirty mark of the second quarter,
and it's tipped out of bounds thereby Metzger who nearly
had a steal. Yeah, I thought he had it and
that he just lost it out of bounds at the
last second. Cooper Day back in the game for Adina.
(31:38):
Conaway back in the game for Valley, sideline out of
bounds for the Indians five thirty and lifts to go
here in the second quarter twelve to nine, Valley leads.
Speaker 3 (31:51):
Frank with the ball at the.
Speaker 2 (31:52):
Top of the gee over to Conaway. Conaway guarded by
Day and he backs it out now looking to drive

Back to Waverley High School of District semi final action
at Valley is on top of Adena twelve to nine. Yeah,
that's the second time out for Valley, and really that
plays in the hands of Adena because you know, it
gets her, guys some rest. Garrison has not been out
of the game. France has not been out of the game,
and they got a little break there that helps out aDNA.
Speaker 3 (33:17):
Only bucket of this.
Speaker 2 (33:19):
Second quarter belongs to Gavin Harrold. That was a corner three.
Looks like defenses for both teams are starting to sink in. Yeah,
five fifteen to go here in the second quarter. Like
I said, that was the second time out of Valley's.
It's taken already, so Adina's doing some things to make
them think sideline out of bounds for Valley. Lundy to indbound.
(33:42):
He hands it over to Frank. Frank's guarded thereby. Francis.
Now Lundy at the high post hands it over to Conaway.
Conaway is gonna try three. That's back, Iy are no good?
Lundy with the offensive board now Bender in the corner,
driving baseline loses it offense foot out of the turnover
for Valley. That's five turnovers here for Valley in the
(34:04):
first half. Substitution for Valley, Copin checkspan game, replacing Dunham. Yeah,
they looked a little off kilter there with Copin out
of the game offensively four fifty six remaining here in
the second quarter, Francis with the basketball, walks it across
the timeline met by frame, gets it into the corner
(34:24):
to Day. Day's passes stolen away by Copin. Copin going
the other way now at the top of the key
over to Lundy Lundy drive and.
Speaker 3 (34:32):
He shot off the glass. Is no good.
Speaker 2 (34:33):
Harold with the rebounds and his pass is stolen away
by Conaway. Conaway puts it off the glass for two.
Speaker 3 (34:41):
Yeah, you gotta take care of the basketball.
Speaker 2 (34:45):
Francis across the timeline. He's getting trapped now he gets
it today. Day can't get a handle on it, and
it's gonna go out of bounds.
Speaker 3 (34:53):
That'll be a turnover.
Speaker 2 (34:55):
Yeah, Dinna's trying too much to throw the ball over
top of that trap stuff. They gotta stay low, they say,
to stay.
Speaker 3 (35:00):
On balance, and they gotta be strolled. Fourteen to nine.
Speaker 2 (35:06):
Valley leads four point twenty eleventh to go here in
the second quarter, Frank across the timeline for the Indians,
gets it over to Clark, hel up, Tom Conaway, back
to Frank up top.
Speaker 3 (35:18):
That's Conaway now lining up at three. That's no good.
Speaker 2 (35:21):
Garrison with the board for Adina. France is now looking
to drive. Cut off at the free throw line, gets
it to Harold on the wing. Harold now picks it up,
gets across north of Francis inside Garrison. Garrison lays it
off the glass for two. Yeah, you can get the
ball reverse. You're gonna get opened inside because they're really
(35:42):
all coming out and wanting to trap fourteen eleven. Valley
leads at the three forty two mark of the second quarter,
driving's Frank down low, gets it over to Cope and
Coping shots walked away by Garrison.
Speaker 3 (35:55):
And that's gonna go out of bounds.
Speaker 2 (35:56):
It'll be a baseline out of bounds for Valley. Dina's
not allowing them to get whatever they want in a
half court set and kind of frustrating Valley.
Speaker 3 (36:08):
That'sc back in the game for aDNA.
Speaker 2 (36:10):
Coping to inbound gets it on the wing to Conaway, Conaway,
Lundy back to coping inside, kicks it out to Lundy again.
Speaker 3 (36:18):
He lines up at three.
Speaker 2 (36:19):
That's off the back iron, no good rebound is tipped.
Harold dies for it in the back court, but Lundy
comes away with it. And now Lundy's gonna be fouled
there by Harold. And now it looks like we're gonna
have a technical poul. Chris HEP's the first foul called
(36:40):
in the game, a personal foul on Harold, and now
we're also going to have a technical foul on Harold.
So we'll get two free throws from Lundy, it looks like,
and they'll get the ball back. So coach Day had
(37:01):
already warned them that that's what they had been doing.
They've been like putting it in the chest of the
Adena players and Harold once the player put it in
his chest and he threw it right back at him.
Speaker 3 (37:12):
That's where the technical comes from.
Speaker 2 (37:15):
Three twenty two remaining here in the second quarter. First
technical free throw is good for Lundie. Coach Day is
just telling the official, I've told you that's what they're doing.
Speaker 3 (37:27):
But you can't react to that.
Speaker 2 (37:30):
One more technical free throw shot is up and that's good,
makes it sixteen eleven.
Speaker 3 (37:37):
Valley leagues.
Speaker 2 (37:43):
Zessim will remain with Valley three twenty two, remaining here
in the second quarter, sideline out.
Speaker 3 (37:49):
Of bounds, Lundy in bounds in the back court for Frank.
Speaker 2 (37:53):
Frank across the timeline, part of my Francis on the
wing now picks it up, gets it over to Clark
now coping in the corner, dribbles it to the snap
of the key, looking to drive into the lane, kicking
out to Lundy. Lundy driving floats shot in the lane.
Speaker 3 (38:09):
That's no good.
Speaker 2 (38:10):
Rebound tip my Day and Francis controls it. Francis is
bout in the back. Horse that'll go on cop and
that'll be his first teams first get only down five here,
your Dina, you're right where you want to be.
Speaker 3 (38:32):
You just got to take better care of the.
Speaker 2 (38:34):
Basketball and be strong with it here on the offensive end,
they're going to come after you, but you're gonna get
guys open if you can contain and maintain coming back
in the game for Valley in the corner, that's Day
looking inside for Preston and he's found come behind. That's copin.
That's his second team. Second Wow. We'll say you have
(38:57):
to call that one, and that was a Lake calls.
Speaker 3 (39:00):
Baseline out of alamsbor Adena. Now two forty two left to.
Speaker 2 (39:04):
Go here in the second quarter, Valley leads sixteen to eleven.
Scuber day to end down into the corner. And that's Francis.
He's gonna line up.
Speaker 3 (39:11):
But that's good, Joey Francis.
Speaker 2 (39:13):
Yeah, they gotta get him started. That's his first points
of the night. You get cut back down.
Speaker 3 (39:18):
To four here or two of them one point game.
Speaker 2 (39:22):
Valley leads two thirty left to go here in the
second quarter. Dunham driving pulls up from fifteen. That's good,
A nice answer there by Valley chaking pressure by Valley.
France is gonna walk it across the timeline. Now he's
met there by Dunham on the lingu to Preston. Now
France is driving float shot in the lane. That rattles
(39:44):
in eighteen sixteen. Valley leads at the two minute mark.
Now Dunham, guarded by Preston. Dunham driving picks up in
the lane, hands it over to Copin. Now Copin looking
to drive his oaks shot Pat's girl and now they're
just attacking the bucket, especially in the half court set
(40:08):
twenty to sixteen valley leagues, and that's across the timeline
on the wing to Francis. Francis up top today day
up to Garrison. Now back to Francis on the wing.
Ninety second remaining here in the second quarter. Francis inside
kicks it out Preston, who launches a three that's no good.
Rebound goes to Conaway, Conaway cross court to Coop Copin,
(40:34):
Copin inside, Lundy back to Copin, Copin that it stripped away,
but he gets it back and gets it over to Conaway.
Conaway hands it back to Coping. Now over to Dunham,
who slows it down and at five remaining here in
the second quarter, that's Dunham up top to Conaway. Conaway
(40:55):
launches a three that's no good, rebounds loose and it
goes to Lundy. He hands it over to Copin for
fifty second.
Speaker 3 (41:03):
Mark here, second quarter done.
Speaker 2 (41:06):
I'm slowing it down now forty five seconds on the wing,
Lundy inside. That's Conaway, turnaround shot, no good. Francis with
the rebound Ransius Cross's the timeline thirty four seconds remaining
in the second quarter inside Garrison.
Speaker 3 (41:22):
Garrison on the block, spinning and he's found on his shot.
Two free throws coming for golden Garrison.
Speaker 2 (41:29):
Hey, if that's on Copin, that's three. Nope, they're gonna
give that to thirteen. Gotta be Conway's his first team's third.
Garrison at line, shooting to twenty seven point nine, remaining
here in the second quarter, twenty sixteen lead four Valley
first one's no good for Garrison. Garrison's got eight points
(41:57):
here tonight. Second free throw that's up back ey Are
no good. Conaway with the rebound, gets it to Bender,
hands it over to Lundy. Now Dunham comes and gets
it twenty seconds remaining. Donham guarded by Preston, slowing it
down ten seconds.
Speaker 3 (42:18):
Now gets it to Copa.
Speaker 2 (42:19):
Copin at the top of the key, driving and signed
Dunham off the glass.
Speaker 3 (42:23):
No good rebound.
Speaker 2 (42:24):

This is the halftime report on ninety four Country WKKJA.
Speaker 2 (44:27):
Welcome back to Waverley High School District semi final action
between Adena and Valley at the half Valleys on top
twenty to nineteen. Coach, things got a little exciting there
in the second half. In the second quarter, Yeah, things
really heated up there, and so two did a Dina.
They accepted the challenge, and I thought they played really
(44:48):
well defensively, doing a good job of defensive rebounding, and
you know, really shooting wise, they shot a lot better
there in the second quarter. There were five of eight
shooting there in the second quarter in Big Three there
at the end by Garrison. Now what started that was
a great defensive rebound by Garrison understanding the time and
situation get to across half court and was able to throw
(45:11):
it up there and to go in. And you know,
if you're a Dina, you have got to be a
static about where you are here at halftime, down only
one to a Valley team which I think you as
a Dina have controlled the tempo pretty much. Now Valley
has had a couple runouts and they have really made
you work on the offensive end. But if they continue
(45:31):
to do the stuff they did in first half, they're
going to give Valley all they want in this game.
And if they can be there at the end, I'll
tell you what, that's what you want.
Speaker 3 (45:41):
It was a slow start for Adena. I think that
was because of Valley's defense. It's very unique how they
do this.
Speaker 2 (45:48):
It's kind of a trap the first pass type of defense,
something I'm sure Adena hasn't seen all year. So a
slower start for Adena, but they've got things figured out,
yeah they have. And you know, it's it's one of
those deals where if you're strong with the basketball and
you stay low and you stay.
Speaker 3 (46:05):
On balance, and you're.
Speaker 2 (46:06):
Able to get it out of that trap quickly and
get it reversed. You're going to get the backside guy opening.
They've gotten the ball to Garrison on the block quite
a few times and he's had good shots. Garrison now
with eleven points in the first quarter, so you know,
it's one of those things. They had a game plan.
They came in with the game plan, execute it very well.
(46:28):
Here in the first half. You got sixty more minutes
of basketball. You just want to give yourselves a chance.
Speaker 3 (46:37):

Welcome back to Waverley High School Division six Southeast District
semi final action between Valley and and Dina. At the half,
Valley is on top twenty to nineteen.
Speaker 3 (49:09):
Coach.
Speaker 2 (49:10):
What's the halftime speech here from coach Day for them
to get back on top of this one? Well, again,
back to what I talked about at the beginning of
the game, play fundamentally sound basketball. He's got to continue
to do that. You can't let things get rattled here
as we go into second half. Recognize changing defense and
recognize where the openings are.
Speaker 3 (49:29):
You can't float pass it. Everything's got to be strong.
Speaker 2 (49:32):
You've got to come meet them and limit turnovers and runouts.
As I said, They've got a couple of runouts there
in the first half as Valley.
Speaker 3 (49:40):
But I think if you can.
Speaker 2 (49:43):
Do that here in the second half again and rebound
the loot ball, continuing to rebound the ball, well, I
think they're going to be a fine Joey Francis got
going there in the second quarter.
Speaker 3 (49:52):
He's got five points.
Speaker 2 (49:53):
Now, he's got to keep going offensively, and you've got
to keep feeding the ball to Colton Garrison inside. I
thought Gavin here yer Old came in the game, gave
him good quality minutes. He's a type of kid in
this game. He's got some strength to him and he
can really help out in this game with that. Again,
the winner of this game will advance to the district finals.
Speaker 3 (50:13):
They'll play the.
Speaker 2 (50:14):
Winner of the second game here from Waverley High School

Speaker 3 (50:20):

Speaker 3 (50:39):
Directing myself from.
Speaker 2 (50:40):
Earlier today where I said Sheridan, they beat Sheridan in
the district semis now they're taking on Steubenville in the
district finals. We'll be back in action on Thursday. Over
on our sister station wbe X. They will be broadcasting
the regional semi final game between UNI Yodo and Toledo
(51:03):
Central Catholic. That's the girls game, and then we'll be
down at the Convocation Center for a doubleheader. The first
game will be Waverley and Circleville and the second contest
will be UNI Yoto and Washington Courthouse. Coach, a couple
more good games ahead for US. Yeah, District final time,
and nothing more exciting than being down the combo for
(51:25):
the district finals enough, you know, I think those are
two quality matchups are going to see down there.
Speaker 3 (51:30):
So looking forward to Thursday, that's for sure.
Speaker 2 (51:33):

This is the halftime report on ninety four Country WKKJA.
Speaker 2 (53:00):
Welcome back to Willimberly's downtown jim Naysian District semi final
action between Adena and Lucasville Valley at Bath. Valley leads
by just one point. Coaching the final thoughts before the
second half. Adena's going to get the ball here to
start this quarter. You just scored a three pointer at
the end of the first half.
Speaker 3 (53:21):
If you can score here and get go out.
Speaker 2 (53:24):
Ahead of Valley, you can, you know, change the mindset.
Speaker 3 (53:29):
A little bit.
Speaker 2 (53:31):
Starters back in the game for Adena, Francis Metzger, Preston, Day,
and Garrison. Sixteen minutes here for someone to get to
go to the combo and bound in the back court
to Garrison. He's going to cross the timeline. He's going
to be guarded by Coping at the top of the key.
(53:52):
Gets it over to Preston, back to Garrison. Nowaday on
the wing up top Francis. Francis getting doubled. He left
opening the corner, looks to drive, but it goes right
down load the.
Speaker 3 (54:03):
Peole who puts it off the glass for too adenas
on top.
Speaker 2 (54:07):
Yeah, that was actually a loose ball that just found Preston,
so great job there and being at the.
Speaker 3 (54:13):
Right place at the right time.
Speaker 2 (54:15):
Twenty one twenty Adena League's Lundie driving step back fifteen footer.
That's good. Yeah, it's interesting that last possession. They did
not come out and try to trap Adena at all
in that.
Speaker 3 (54:28):
Half court set, full four defense from Valley.
Speaker 2 (54:31):
Now Garrison gets it across the timeline Francis, he gets
it inside.
Speaker 3 (54:35):
Garrison, Garrison pump take off the glass for too wet
to move. Nice shot, fake back and forth action to
start the second half.
Speaker 2 (54:44):
Twenty three to twenty two, Adena driving his cop and
he puts it off the glass for two.
Speaker 3 (54:50):
Tough shot there.
Speaker 2 (54:53):
Yeah, Valley back on top by one. Francis getting across
the timeline, breaking the France to Preston. Now up top
to Metzgert coober Day's going to step into a three
on the wing.
Speaker 3 (55:04):
Oh hey god, that's good. What a what a bank
shot there?
Speaker 2 (55:09):
I heard him your bank stended baking hours here in Waverley,
coping across the timeline.
Speaker 3 (55:14):
Now it's done. Him at the top of the key
inside and he shoveled a feed out of here.
Speaker 2 (55:20):
Turnover from Valley Dina three for three here to start
the quarter of Valleys two for two, but they got
a turnover there. They had five turnovers in the first half.
That's the first of the second half. Twenty six to
twenty four. Roadina leeds Metzger across the timeline to Luke
Preston and hands it right back to Francis. Francis his
past tip to go to Metzgert metzgerg inside and that's
(55:42):
Preston who shuffled the feet out of the turnover for Adena. Yeah,
he cannot be surprised at anything, because this Lucasville Valley
team is so quick that you can't be surprised that
somebody's going to be there.
Speaker 3 (55:54):
You got to expect somebody's going to be there. Luke
Preston came up.
Speaker 2 (55:58):
Hobbled on that one, and he hobbled over to the bench.
Davin Harold checking back in for Adena. Six fifteen left
to go here in the third quarter eight twenty six
to twenty four lead for a Dina done them across
the timeline for Valley met there by Harold onto the
wing to Lundy. Lundy cross court to Conaway, and Conaway's
(56:18):
pass was tipped by Metskirt. It's gonna go out of bounds.
We'll have a sideline out of bound for Valley. Yeah,
Dena's done a really good job defensively of not allowing
Valley to run what they want to run.
Speaker 3 (56:32):
Coping inbounds to dun them.
Speaker 2 (56:34):
Or at the six minute mark of the third quarter,
now you're Adena, you won the first two minutes coping
at the time, he looking to drive, spinning in the
lane off the glass, No good Garrison with the ree
Valley and Garrison's gonna dribble it off his feet out
of bounds. That'll be a turnover for Adena. Yeah, those
are unfore stairs there. You cannot have those if you're
(56:55):
a Dina trying to win a game against a good
team like Valley. Five forty eight remaining here in the
third quarter, Adena's on Town twenty six twenty four inbounded
dune on them, started by Harold now coming off of
coping screens Lundy screens as.
Speaker 3 (57:09):
Well, hands off to Conaway.
Speaker 2 (57:11):
Conway pulls up from three off the front eye or
no good Garrison with the rebound. Now Francis cross Court's
a Metzger. He loses it, stolen away by Lundy into
the corner. That's Conaway. Now Lundy inside spinning pump, faking
each trauts two free throws coming from Blake Lunde. Just
what you cannot do if you're a Dina, you get
(57:32):
that defensive rebound, you've got to get it down the floor.
That's two times you're able to get a defensive rebound
and you haven't got it into your front court. You
haven't got it into your offensive set. That vowl is
on Cooper Day. That's his first team's first of the quarter.
Speaker 3 (57:46):
First free throws.
Speaker 2 (57:47):
No good by Lundy, fine.
Speaker 3 (57:52):
To twenty four.
Speaker 2 (57:52):
Remaining here in the third quarter, one more free throw
for Lundy. Dina leads twenty six to twenty four. Trito
is up and that one's good makes it twenty six
to twenty five. A Diena leads full court defense from Valley.
(58:14):
Now in bound to Francis. It's getting trapped, gets it
up the right side to.
Speaker 3 (58:18):
Get to Harold.
Speaker 2 (58:19):
Harold in the middle of to metsg now gets it
across the timeline Cooper Day, dump down Garrison, Garrison off
the glass, no good. Rebound goes to Conaway up the
left side, quickly done him, done him, went all the way.
Speaker 3 (58:30):
To the rim and he puts it off the glass
for two. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (58:33):
You do a great job in transition and getting yourself
a perfect shot, and you miss it, and they transition
right back into two stop its because we had to
tie up of the net.
Speaker 3 (58:47):
So we'll we zoom play five oh six or many.
Speaker 2 (58:49):
Here in the third quarter, Valley's back on top by
one Day in bounds to Metzkert. Full court defense from Valley,
Francis prossport to Metzkert, skirt over the day Day across
the timeline to Metzger, Metzger driving, he puts it off
the glass, has walked away there by Dora. Sorry, bender
(59:10):
and we're gonna get a foul as Conaway was going
up the right side. That's Cooper Day's second team. Second
of the quarter, highline out of bounds for Valley. Four
fifty remaining Here in the third quarter, Valley's back on
the top twenty seven to twenty six. Donham at the
top of the key over to Lundy Lundy driving. Now
(59:32):
meets Garrison at the rim, but he puts it in. Yeah,
Lundy's got quick or sneaky quick moves. Twenty nine, twenty six,
Valley leads Cooper Day gets it across the timeline, driving
dump down to Harold's gonna go off the foot of
Lundy for the a kickball violation and be a baseline
out of bounds for Adena. Yeah five Oho run here
(59:53):
by Valley since Adina took that two point lead, Day
inbound line bombs it up to Francis and Francis is
gonna get fouled on that inbound or.
Speaker 3 (01:00:05):
Do over Copin. That's three.
Speaker 2 (01:00:09):
That is the third foul teams first of the quarter
for Valley or twenty seven remaining in the third quarter.
Twenty nine, twenty six. Valley leads Day inbound Garrison, Garrison
inside pump fake gets in the air and.
Speaker 3 (01:00:22):
Not sit down with the foul. Big thing there is
Chris Copin was guarding Garrison.
Speaker 2 (01:00:29):
Now with that third foul, they switched and moved Garrison
and he was wide open there and he went to
attack Copin and Copin just couldn't do anything about it.
Speaker 3 (01:00:39):
And that bowl was on number two.
Speaker 2 (01:00:41):
That's on Bender his first team, second of the quarter.
It's a good pump fake buying Garrison got bender in
the air, went into the body, put off the shot,
put it.
Speaker 3 (01:00:50):
Off the glass, knocked it down and he converts.
Speaker 2 (01:00:53):
Looks to convert the old fashioned three pointer free throw
was no good. Twenty Valley lead, four seventeen remaining in
the third quarter. Doneham driving eurostep Scoop shot.
Speaker 3 (01:01:05):
That's good.
Speaker 2 (01:01:07):
They've done a good job of answering every good push
by a Dina. Harold now breaks the press, spinning in
the lane, puts it off the glass. No good rebound
goes to Clark up the left side to Conaway. Conaway driving,
he puts it off the glass. That's no good rebound
goes to London. Then we're gonna have a fowl, but
(01:01:30):
it looks like it's gonna go against Valley. Yep, I
think that's on Conaway or number twelve now goes on Clark.
That's his first team's third of the quarter. Three fifty
two remaining in the third quarter. Valley on Town thirty
one twenty eight full court defense bind the Indians. Matt
s kerg gets across the timeline to Cooper Day. Cooper
(01:01:52):
Day dribbles it into the corner, getting trapped. Now gets
across court Francis Francis driving an open lane, puts it
off the glass coach, bake all the time out three
thirty seven remaining in the third quarter.
Speaker 3 (01:02:04):
Ballely on Top by one.

Speaker 2 (01:03:20):
Welcome back to Waverley High School District semi final action
between Edna and Valley Valley on Top by one. Coach
Adina's found their stride here in the third quarter. They
had a two point lead. Valley's been able to answer, though,
and we've had a back and forth game ever since. Yeah,
it's been a good execution for the most part by
a Dina getting the ball off the floor and giving
(01:03:42):
themselves opportunities.
Speaker 3 (01:03:44):
Now they've missed a couple of those good.
Speaker 2 (01:03:46):
Opportunities, but here were three point thirty seven, and I
thought that was a good time out by coach Day
to make sure his guys get a little break here
by aDNA off a turnover, a Dina back on top,
by Wongs' off the top coming off a Lundy's screen.
Speaker 3 (01:04:03):
Looking to drive.
Speaker 2 (01:04:04):
Now Dunham euro State scoop shot off the glass is good.
Put Valley back on top. My one Metzger in the
back court gets it across the timeline to Harold. Harold
Pump takes them three gets it in the corner to Garrison.
Garrison dribbling it up, hands it over to Metzger. Now
France is on the wing. Coach Day calling out the offense. Yeah,
(01:04:27):
zone defense here by Valley with coping out.
Speaker 3 (01:04:29):
Of the game.
Speaker 2 (01:04:30):
Metzger inside, Francis float shot and Laneap's go, Dina back
on top. We got back and forth, Chris, this is
exciting stuff. Thirty four to thirty three, two thirty left
to go in the third quarter. Dunham driving kicks it
out Lundy Lundy going baseline reverse layup off the glass
is good.
Speaker 3 (01:04:48):
Tell you, Chris. You look at Lundy. You don't think
he's gonna be able to make some of these moves.
And he does.
Speaker 2 (01:04:53):
Thirty five, thirty four, Valley back on top. Yeah, Valley
takes off the full court press. Now they're looking at
a half court trap here, possibly two ten remaining here
in the third quarter, Metzger is passed back up tops
of Francis.
Speaker 3 (01:05:07):
Now Harold on the wing.
Speaker 2 (01:05:11):
Harold swings at cross court to Metzger, Metsger back to
Francis and the tops Key inside passed the Garrison stolen
away by Lundy. Sorry, that's Clark. Clark clicks it out
to Dr. Dunham, who knocks down the three. Yeah, that
was a big shot there by. Dunham Valley up by four.
(01:05:31):
Now thirty eight thirty four, minute forty remaining in the
third quarter. Francis on the wing up top to Metzker.
Metzger dribbles it over to the wing inside. Garrison wide
open at the glass, puts it.
Speaker 3 (01:05:43):
Up for two.
Speaker 2 (01:05:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:05:44):
Good job there of being strong with the ball.
Speaker 2 (01:05:48):
I'm telling you they're gonna get a lot of open
shots if they're patient and can handle the basketball.
Speaker 3 (01:05:53):
Thirty eight thirty six Valley.
Speaker 2 (01:05:57):
Dunham walks it across the timeline coming off of Lundy's
pulls up fifteen, blocked by Francis. Now Garrison going the
other way. Garrison into the lane and then puts it
off the raft for two. Lost it for a second,
got it right back and put it in. Had nice
strength there by. Garrison tied at thirty eight. Now under
a minute to go in the third quarter. We got
(01:06:18):
a foul at the timeline on Preston. That'll be the
Warriors' third foul of the quarter. Cooper da checking back
in for Edina. It's the first personal foul on Preston
(01:06:39):
fifty five seconds in bound to done On me Ally
looking to slow it down, possibly get the last shout
of the quarter. John, I'm driving now at the free
throw line, kicks it out. That's Bender up top Lundy.
Now Lundy driving euro step blocks by Garrison those.
Speaker 3 (01:06:57):
Out of bounds. It'll be a baseline out of bounds Valley.
Speaker 2 (01:07:00):
Yeah, good job by Garrison not bringing his arms down
on that block. He left him straight up in the air.
Speaker 3 (01:07:05):
Thirty nine point one. Really remaining here in.
Speaker 2 (01:07:08):
The third quarter, we're tying it thirty eight base line
out of bounds for Valley. Tell them to inbound. Slobs
it up to Lundy on the wing. He's guarded here
by Garrison, and Lundy's slowing it down under thirty seconds
(01:07:28):
now Lundy holding on the wing, he's guarded by Garrison.
Undy driving now steps back, kicks it out.
Speaker 3 (01:07:37):
That's Bark. Bark driving back to Lundy at the top
of the key and he knocks down at three. Yeah,
he's come up multiple times for them here in this game.
Speaker 2 (01:07:46):
Arld with ten seconds into the corner, Garrison, he's getting
trapped as a cross court.
Speaker 3 (01:07:52):
Cooper Day with three day step back three.
Speaker 2 (01:07:55):
That's no good and rebound goes to Lundy has the
third quarter in Valley's.
Speaker 3 (01:08:00):
On top forty one to thirty eight.

Welcome back to Waverley High School. At the end of
three quarters in the district semi final rally's on top
forty one two thirty eight. Coach, that was a wild
back in fourth third quarter and we get another quarter.
Well again, Adena, you're only down three here, and you
know I tell you if you would have asked Coach
(01:09:11):
a you're down three going in the fourth quarter, that's
where we're going to start this game.
Speaker 3 (01:09:15):
He would take it in a in a second.
Speaker 2 (01:09:17):
But both teams really good shooting that quarter, nine nine
of twelve shooting for adena seventy five percent. They were
one of two from beyond the arc and they missed
their only pre throw. Four Valley they were eight of
eleven shooting thirty seventy three percent, two of three from
beyond the arc. So really good shooting by both teams
there in that quarter, and really exciting basketball. Big quarter
(01:09:39):
by Blake Lundy of Valley. He hit a big three
at the end of the quarter. And that's the difference
in this one right now. Yeah, he had ten points
that quarter. Donom cross court to Bender. Now the top
copin into the corner, that's Lundy. Lundy driving kicks out Bender.
Now in the corner, that's Conaway lines up a three
that's off the front. I are no good cop been
(01:10:00):
offensive rebounds is shot up, that's blocked by Garrison. Now
Conaway with the rebound puts it in for two. Yeah,
three shots at it. Cannot allow them to have three
shots at it. Francis across the timeline it's a to
Metzker where cooked by Conaway. It's gonna go out of bounds.
(01:10:20):
It will remain Valley basketball.
Speaker 3 (01:10:25):
For thirty eight.
Speaker 2 (01:10:27):
Valley leaves thirty seconds into the fourth quarter. Now Day
in bounds in the back court to Francis, back to
his own look from Valley, Harold over to Day on
the wing, Uptip to Garrison. Now Garrison to Harold on
the wing. Now into the corner today, Day lobs it
(01:10:51):
inside Harold. That pass was picked off by London. Yeah,
cannot float passes. That's too much of a float pass.
They're able to make that adjustment and get there quick enough.
Five point lead for Valley. N it into the fourth quarter.
Now Donham gets it to Copin, back to Dunham.
Speaker 3 (01:11:11):
Another corner.
Speaker 2 (01:11:11):
That's Bender, Bender to Copin at the high post. His
passls tipped, but it finds its way to Connoway Conoway
spinning off the glass and that's good. Yeah, they're starting
to heat up here in the half court. Set largest
lead here the second and half for Valley at seven.
It's thirty remaining in the fourth quarter. Metzger at the
(01:11:33):
high post of Garrison on the wing.
Speaker 3 (01:11:34):
Today.
Speaker 2 (01:11:35):
Now Metzger back to Francis Francis inside, Garrison had it
poked away.
Speaker 3 (01:11:39):
Metzgar Is there to pick it up.
Speaker 2 (01:11:41):
Garrison at the high post a game, driving off the glass.
Speaker 3 (01:11:45):
That's good. That's four on copin. Are we copping?
Speaker 2 (01:11:52):
And they're counting the basket. One official count.
Speaker 3 (01:11:58):
At the basket.
Speaker 2 (01:11:59):
The other fish is saying baseline out of bounds, And
now we're lining up for a baseline out of bounds.
Speaker 3 (01:12:05):
But the official that called the foul signaled basket was good.
What did he call it?
Speaker 2 (01:12:14):
That he called the basket was good? This the guy
with the basketball can't overrule it. The guy who called
the basket, called the foul, said basket was good. He
cannot overrule it. So we're gonna line it up for
one shot now. Garretson at the line, looking to convert
(01:12:35):
to three point play. Forty five forty Valley leads. Yeah,
that's a that's I mean, Valley having coping out of
the game. That's a big plus for Adina. Garrison converts.
Valley's gonna call it time out forty five forty one.
Valley leads six twelve left to go here in the

And Valley is coming down to the wire.
Speaker 2 (01:13:53):
Here a trip to the commications center on the line
after the free throw by Garrison, it's a four point
lead for Valley. Now, Valley's done a really good job
at answering some of these little runs by a Dina here,
But four point lead was six twelve to go here
in the ballgame. Fole court defense now from a Dina
(01:14:16):
inbound in the back court to Lundy. Lundy's getting trapped,
gets it over to Dunham, who had it poked away.
Speaker 3 (01:14:22):
And that's gonna go off Dunham out of bounds. It'll
be a Dina's basketball.
Speaker 2 (01:14:25):
Big turn over there, baseline out of bounds for a
Dina now trailing by four, six oh seven remaining in
the fourth quarter, inbound to Garrison. Garrison driving baseline now
pump fake gets it out to Harold.
Speaker 3 (01:14:44):
Harold's gonna line up a three.
Speaker 2 (01:14:46):
That rattles out, no good, and we're gonna get a
rebound that goes off Francis. It'll be Valley's basketball substitution
for Valley Park.
Speaker 3 (01:14:59):
Back in the game.
Speaker 2 (01:15:04):
F core defense from Adina Lundy in bounds, he gets
it right back, picks it up, gets it over to Dunham.
Now and it looks like we're gonna have a foul
in the back court. That's gonna go on Metzger. That'll
be the team's first foul of the quarter, the first
personal foul on Metzgert.
Speaker 3 (01:15:24):
If you're a Dana here, you can be a little
aggressive here.
Speaker 2 (01:15:28):
Five point fifty remaining in the fourth quarter, four point
lead for Valid and down in the back court, goes
to Frank. Frank walks it across the timeline, met there
by Cooper Day. Frank at the top of the tee
looking to drive pix it into the corner. That's Bender,
Bender driving now or Verse layup off the glass. No good,
(01:15:51):
Garrison with the rebound. Francis going the other way now
into the corner, looking for Metzger.
Speaker 3 (01:15:56):
His pass was tip. Francis gets it right back. He
pulls up from fifteen. That's no good. Harold with the
offensive rebound and he gets crowd putting it on the
put back. Got a great job there by Harold. Again.
Speaker 2 (01:16:10):
It's the strength that Harold can bring to this team
that's really helped them out.
Speaker 3 (01:16:17):
That's on Bender. That's his second team.
Speaker 2 (01:16:20):
Second having Harold at the line shooting two free throws.
Speaker 3 (01:16:27):
First one up and it rattles in good if.
Speaker 2 (01:16:30):
That backboard came right back through the net, forty five
forty two, Valley leads five twenty two.
Speaker 3 (01:16:38):
Remaining here in the fourth quarter.
Speaker 2 (01:16:42):
Second free throw off the back iron, no good, don
Away coming away with the rebound. Three point lead for Valley.
Now Frank with the ball backs it out, gets it
over to Lundy Lundy at the top of the key,
guarded by Garrison, gets it on the wing to bender
Ender back to Lunda on the wing, started by Garrison.
(01:17:05):
Lundy driving oss court, passed to Conaway. Conway is gonna
pull up from fifteen, and that's good. You've got six
points here in the fourth quarter to Conaway forty seven
forty two Valley. Harold with the ball on the wing,
gets it up top to Francis cross court and Metzger
now Scooper Day's gonna line up a three from the
(01:17:26):
wing that's off the back iron, no good, and Harold tips.
Speaker 3 (01:17:30):
It out of bounds. It'll be Valley's basketball. Four thirty
seven to go here down five Adena or court defense
from Adena, Lundy in bounds to Dunham.
Speaker 2 (01:17:43):
Dunham up the right side with some speed all the
way to the bucket and he puts it in. Yeah,
he definitely had speed there. Forty nine, forty two Valley
leagues for twenty two. Remaining here in the fourth quarter,
Harold on driving baseline, now all the lay the bucket.
Speaker 15 (01:18:02):
No good.
Speaker 3 (01:18:03):
Frank with the rebound.
Speaker 2 (01:18:05):
Now Frank going the other way is gonna slow it down,
pulls it out to the top the key guarded by
Day now on the wing, Lundy on the ah the
free throw line now batching out four minutes remaining here
in the fourth quarter. Lundy guarded by Garrison driving now
foaks Dot in the lane and fix the fat with
you out there by Metzger. Thanks to Metzger stepping in
(01:18:32):
to take the charge, they needed to stop there.
Speaker 3 (01:18:35):
You're a dangerous level. You're down seven.
Speaker 2 (01:18:38):
First personal foul on Lundy, team's third of the quarter.
Three fifty four remaining here in the fourth quarter. Valley
on top forty nine two Metsker walks it across the
timeline zone. Look from Valley on the wing. That's Day
inside Garrison, Garrison backing down on the block. He gets
(01:19:02):
double team. Now he loses it, but he's power baseline
out of Aunds where Adina coming. It's the fourth team
foul on Valley. A fowl is on Frank. That's his
birth Cooper Day to inbound for Adena three thirty nine
(01:19:23):
remaining in the fourth quarter. In Bound to Herald, he
tries a fifteen footer. That's no good Day offensive rebound.
He loses it and that's going to go out of bound.
It was poked way there by Dunhams, who will have
a sideline out of Aunds for Adena gree thirty three.
Here is the big possession for a Dina. You can
get some points out of this. Day to inbound forty
(01:19:48):
nine forty two. Valley leads in bounds to Francis. Dribbles
it to the center court logo. Now Metzger on the
wings inside Francis, Frank just pull up.
Speaker 3 (01:20:00):
That's no good. Rebound goes to Dunham. Got him going
the other way.
Speaker 2 (01:20:05):
Now he's got speed into the lane, off the glass.
Speaker 3 (01:20:07):
That's no good.
Speaker 2 (01:20:08):
Francis with the rebound, France is going the other way
inside Garrison. Garrison's spinning his float shot.
Speaker 3 (01:20:16):
That's no good. Lundy with the rebound. Just left it
short there, nice spinning move, just left it short. Three
minutes remaining in the fourth quarter.
Speaker 2 (01:20:24):
Now Valley on's out forty nine two.
Speaker 3 (01:20:27):
One stop. If you're a Dina, cross court.
Speaker 2 (01:20:29):
To Frank started by Day Frank driving fix it up,
gets it out to Dunham. Get Theam's gonna slow it
down now, dribbles it to the top of the key
sects the screen by Conaway, gets it into the corner.
That's Frank up top to Lundy. Now Lundy, He's getting trapped.
(01:20:51):
Gets it to the free throw line to Frank. Frank
backs it out. Frank's looking to drive. Now gets it
in the corner of bender. Bender ribbles it to the
top off with the key to twenty five remaining here
in the fourth quarter. We're going to get a time
out by Valley to twenty five remaining in the fourth quarter,
Valley on top forty nine forty two.
Speaker 3 (01:21:11):
We'll take a quick break.

Welcome to Waverley High School District semi final action between
Valley and aDNA. Two thirty remaining here in the fourth quarter,
forty nine forty two advantage for Valley. Frank up top
gets it over a copin who just checks back in
coping into the corner. That's Conaway. Conoway is going to
be fouled in the corner by Garrison. Got to be
(01:22:21):
the team's second of the quarter. Got to be the
first personal foul.
Speaker 3 (01:22:25):
Jun Garrison.
Speaker 2 (01:22:27):
They got a lot of fouls to give here for
your DNA. At least what three more fouls before they're
in the free throw sideline out of bounds for Valley,
hoping to end down, gets.
Speaker 3 (01:22:39):
It up top to Frank.
Speaker 2 (01:22:40):
I'm guartered thereby Preston. Frank gets it into the corner
to Conaway.
Speaker 3 (01:22:48):
Back up top to Frank. Frank backs it.
Speaker 2 (01:22:50):
Out to the centerport logo. Two minutes remaining here in
the fourth quarter. You gotta think about some trapping here.
Frank at the top to two guarded by Metzger, and
Metzger's gonna get called.
Speaker 3 (01:23:01):
With a hand check foul.
Speaker 2 (01:23:03):
Second ID is a second personal on Metzer thirteen pound
four Adina A minute fifty three remaining here in the
fourth quarter, seven point advanaged for Valley. Frank at the
center court logo looking to drive steps it back now
started Darren by pressing into the corner of Conaway down low,
(01:23:26):
coping over to Donohu puts it off the glass for two. Yeah,
it was a nice cut to the bucket by Donovan.
A nice fine by copin fifty one forty two Valley
leagues a minute thirty two remaining in the fourth quarter.
Francis te Metzger inside Garrison. Garrison turn around, fifteen quarter.
That's good time out by coach Day a minute twenty
(01:23:47):
five remaining here in the fourth quarter. Valley on top
fifty one to forty four, District semi final action winner
advances to the convocation center. Yeah, if you're aDNA here,
you definitely have to have some urgency. It's got to
be some type of full court pressure here, trapping, try
to get steal on the first pass. If not, you
(01:24:09):
need to start falling here. You're down seven. You got
to give yourself a chance. One more foul to give
for Adena before Valley goes into the bonus.
Speaker 3 (01:24:18):
No fouls to give for Valley.
Speaker 2 (01:24:24):
It'll be Valley's basketball out of the timeout Aadina looking
to set up a full court pressure here.
Speaker 3 (01:24:32):
They're down by seven. Now, what an effort here by Adena, though.
Speaker 2 (01:24:38):
You know this number two seed Valley team, and Adena
has came in there and give them all they want
in this ball game.
Speaker 3 (01:24:47):
On the floor for.
Speaker 2 (01:24:48):
Adena, it's Cooper Day, Langstring, that's for Joey, Francis, Gavin Harold,
and Colton Garrison. Got twenty three points on the night
for Colton Garrison, and I think he's really played well
in a tough situation a team that's really physical, have
some athleticism.
Speaker 3 (01:25:06):
He has shown that he can play with anyone.
Speaker 2 (01:25:10):
Coping back in the game for Valley with four fouls
along with Dunham, Lundy and Conaway inbound to Frank Frank
Spoud right away. That was the last foul Valley had
to give. Sorry, Adena had to give. Powe was on Metzger,
his third.
Speaker 3 (01:25:28):
Substitution for Valley.
Speaker 2 (01:25:33):
Bender checks back in the game for copin' full or
defense by Adena. Lundy to inbound, gets it to Bender,
nearly stolen away by Francis, over to Frank. Now Frank's
gonna get pound in the backcourt by Francis and he'll
go to the line now shooting the two bonus free throws.
(01:25:54):
I don't have it a shot or a free throw
attempt here by Frank, and that's who they're gonna send.
Speaker 3 (01:26:03):
He's only a.
Speaker 2 (01:26:03):
Softmore first personal foul on Francis. A minute eighteen remaining
in the fourth quarter, Valley on top, fifty one to
forty four.
Speaker 3 (01:26:14):
First free throws.
Speaker 2 (01:26:15):
Up and that's no good. Remains a seven point game.
Coping set to check back in for Frank. Second free
throws good, Frank coping back in a game four Valley,
minute eighteen remaining in the fourth quarter, fifty two to
(01:26:37):
forty four advantage for Valley. That'screw with the basketball guarded
by Bender, gets across the timeline. Now over to Harold
down in the corner. Francis, he's gonna launch a three.
Speaker 3 (01:26:47):
That's no good.
Speaker 2 (01:26:48):
Rebound goes to Dunham and Dunham's gonna get found by Garrison.
Minute sixth remaining, Valley on top.
Speaker 3 (01:26:56):
Fifty two to forty four.
Speaker 2 (01:27:01):
Yeah, Now, if your valley, you make your free throws,
you're gonna be good.
Speaker 3 (01:27:05):
And Adena, you know, you just did.
Speaker 2 (01:27:08):
Not shoot quite as well here in the fourth quarter.
Things got a little way. It was you know they
got up by five. Adena cut it back to a
three point game, and since then it's right around seven,
and right now it stands at eight. Bowls on Garrison
his second done him shooting two free throws. First, one's
up and that's good. Nine point advantage for Valley. Now
(01:27:30):
the Valley's been able to answer again all the Adena runs,
but Adena has been making a rn it. Luke Preston
back in the game for the Warriors. One more free
throw coming from Jalen donom shot is up and that's
no good rebound. Tipton controlled by Metzger Matsker quickly the
other way. Francis on the wing. He's gonna launch a
(01:27:51):
three that's off the iron.
Speaker 3 (01:27:53):
No good rebound goes two valleys.
Speaker 2 (01:28:00):
That was Conaway and he was fouled right away on
that rebound. Bowl On Harold his third fifty six seconds
remaining here in the fourth quarter of nine point advantage
for Valley. Conaway at the line shooting two. Yeah, people
(01:28:21):
are going to look at the final score. It may
be ten plus, but I guarantee you what it was
a close ball game throughout. You got to give credit
to Ballely. They answered Adna's runs as well as Adena
answered theirs, but their run at the end.
Speaker 3 (01:28:36):
Now, a ten point advantage is going.
Speaker 2 (01:28:38):
To be the difference in this one. First free throw
was good for Conaway. One more at the line for him.
Speaker 3 (01:28:47):
And that's good.
Speaker 2 (01:28:51):
Valley by eleven, fifty six seconds remaining metzkert Is past
throwing away by Conaway. Man Conaways found by Brandon second
personal on Francis forty nine point six remaining Conaway going
back to the line. Yeah, Chris, I only have a
(01:29:16):
Dina for eleven turnovers and really that's a pretty good
job against this Valley team, who you know, thrives on
getting turnovers from other teams.
Speaker 3 (01:29:26):
I thought aDNA handled that pretty well.
Speaker 2 (01:29:29):
First free throw good for Conaway, Luke Preston and Joey
Francis check out for Adina. We had two seniors there
for aDNA, manning ovation by the Dina man foot and
embraced on the sideline by coach Andrew Day coach or
(01:29:51):
Langston mexic A going out of the game for the
final time here. Those three players really helped aDNA turn
the corner here this year. One more free throw at
the line for Conalla.
Speaker 3 (01:30:09):
That's good. Fifty seven forty four at in the leagues.
Speaker 2 (01:30:14):
Now we're gonna get a Star Valley League wholesale substitution
for Valley. So again, hats off the Valley. They they
came up big when it mattered most in the fourth quarter,
but they gotta go away from this game thinking, boy,
we had a battle there. In the district Semis Valley
will move on to the district finals. In the communication center,
(01:30:39):
they'll wait familiar foe Portsmouth West or North Adams be
played in the next game. Here at Rosalie, Gavin Harrold
knocks down a three thirty seconds remaining here cut down
to a ten point lead.
Speaker 3 (01:30:54):
Colten Garrison and Gavin Harrold blows going out of the game.
Speaker 2 (01:30:56):
Very good job by those two gentlemen tonight. I thought
Harold gave them the strength they needed and Garrison he
played really big for them tonight.
Speaker 3 (01:31:05):
A very good game from Coulton Garrison to Night.
Speaker 2 (01:31:11):
Twenty five seconds remaining now driving in the corner for Valley.
That's Clark. He kicks it out to Howard, thirteen seconds remaining,
Now ten seconds, Mark backing it out and Medina will
(01:31:32):
call it off. And that's how this one will end.
Valley's moving on to the district finals. They beat Adena
fifty seven to forty seven. We'll take a break and
we'll be back here from over the high school rap
things up.

Today's game is presented by Accurate Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Now,
let's head courtside. Here's Lou and Chris postage.
Speaker 2 (01:34:51):
Right. Welcome back to Waiverly High School where the final
in this district semi final matchup between Valley and Adena
Valley came out on Town.
Speaker 3 (01:35:05):
Fifty seven to forty seven.
Speaker 2 (01:35:07):
They move on to the district finals to await the
winner of Portsmouth West and North Adam. That game will
be on Sunday at the Convocation Center. Coach, I tell
you what, we had a good one here. I think
we had double digitally changes probably in the third quarter alone,
but little better in.
Speaker 3 (01:35:30):
The fourth quarter from Valley and that's the difference in
this one.
Speaker 2 (01:35:33):
Yeah, that third quarter was, I mean, really good basketball
by both teams. You know, if you're here seeing this
game in person, you would enjoyed that because really good
ball movement, really good shooting, so overall, really good game
to watch. And again, you know, Valley made the plays
when they needed to. That fourth quarter they outscored Adena
(01:35:54):
sixteen to seven. So you know, good teams make plays
late in the game to games, and that's what Valley did.
But up until that point, Adena did what they needed
to do to win this game. And you know, coach Day,
first year in the boys program, has really made a
big step here. And you could tell everyone on that
(01:36:15):
bench thought they had a chance. Everyone on that bench
did what they were supposed to do to give themselves
a shot.
Speaker 3 (01:36:21):
And hats off to Adena.
Speaker 2 (01:36:24):
But again Valley gets to move on now to the
district finals, and again that was that was a really
good team to watch. Yeah, I thought it was a
very good job of a Dina in the second half,
taking away Copin, who is their leader, first team All
District member, but it was it was guys behind him. Lundy,
(01:36:45):
I thought, I had an outstanding third quarter for Valley.
Speaker 3 (01:36:48):
You got the stats there.
Speaker 2 (01:36:49):
I think you had ten points there in the third
quarter and that really kept them in the game when
Nadena was surging with out Copin on the floor.
Speaker 3 (01:36:58):
Yeah, Copin, you know, up with ten points.
Speaker 2 (01:37:00):
Only two in the second half though, But as you
said there, Lundy had fourteen points on the night, ten
of those in the third quarter alone, and it seemed
like each quarter.
Speaker 3 (01:37:11):
Somebody stepped up.
Speaker 2 (01:37:12):
Dunham really had a good game with fourteen points his
second half, outstanding second half for him, twelve points overall, though.
Braxton Conaway led Valley in scoring with sixteen and he
sort of did it throughout the night, but he made
four big free throws there at the end, and he
was three for three shooting there in the fourth quarter.
Speaker 3 (01:37:34):
So really good job by them. Nice balance scoring.
Speaker 2 (01:37:37):
Again, that's a team not real deep when you look
at the bench, but again those guys that are on
the floor. Those four in particular, all in double figures
here tonight. You look at aDNA, you know Chris Colton
Garrison only a junior twenty three points tonight, and I
guarantee you this was probably other than maybe Zane Trace
(01:37:58):
and Uno this week is probably the most athletic and
most physical team he was going to face, and he
executed and did a great job. That player from the
time last year to this year has made huge strikes
and I cannot wait to see him play next year.
Joey Francis has been a pleasure to watch. He's a senior,
(01:38:20):
he's he's done a great job for this the aDNA team,
they're also going to lose Luke Preston, great defender, did
a lot of things for this seam. Same thing with
Lionston Metzker, you know, height challenge, but he was out
there tonight and he gave it as all. He gave
some great defense out there. So those three seniors are
(01:38:40):
going to be missed, but really, this Adena team's got
a lot of stuff coming back. Garrison, Day, Lowry Sours.
Speaker 3 (01:38:49):
Those guys are good, good nucleus for some younger players
coming up as well.
Speaker 2 (01:38:54):
Yeah, like you said, I thought Garrison played outstanding tonight
and it just makes you sided.
Speaker 3 (01:39:00):
What's to come for him next year in his senior year.
Speaker 2 (01:39:03):
And Joey Francis, they bottled him up a little bit tonight.
Speaker 3 (01:39:08):
Him playing his final game.
Speaker 2 (01:39:10):
There's no better player in this house, no better athlete,
I'm sorry, cown for pound athlete than Joey Francis in.
Speaker 3 (01:39:16):
The Southeast District.
Speaker 2 (01:39:17):
And he's gonna show you that in his next sport
when he goes to track, he's gonna win a lot
of the medals.
Speaker 3 (01:39:24):
And he's gonna really be a stellar afterte Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:39:27):
Those medals aren't just gonna be around here, it's gonna
be at the state level as well. So he's had
a great football career, now basketball, and now he's going
to go on to probably his best sport and that's
track and field. Well, we'll take a quick break here.
We'll see if we can get coach Day out here.
If not, we understand these is a very emotional time
ending your season, and we will be fine if he

Welcome back to Waverly High School. Here in the district's
semi final action, Valley is moving on. They defeat Adena
forty seven, fifty seven to forty seven for Adina, they
finished their.
Speaker 3 (01:42:24):
Season with fourteen wins nine losses. On the year, they were.
Speaker 2 (01:42:28):
Eight to six out of the Sciota Valley Conference. Lucasville
moves on seventeen and six overall. They'll play on Sunday
at the Convocations Center in the district finals. They'll take
on the winner of the game getting set to be
played here at Waverley and High School. Between the three
seed Portsmouth West and North Adams.
Speaker 3 (01:42:49):
Portsland West would be a familiar co for them, both
out of the Southern Ohio Conference.
Speaker 2 (01:42:55):
But coach fourteen wins for Adena a good turnaround from
a year ago. Yeah, great job, outstanding. Enjoyed watching them
all year long. Is them grow as a team and
get better. So you know, our teams are starting to
