Speaker 1 (00:00):
With Josh in his show one Who six Boy seven wllzls.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
James want to hear something interesting? Yeah, what's that? And
I don't know if other people knew this. Maybe this
has been a well known fact and I didn't know this,
but I saw it pop up on Twitter today, so
I found it interesting. There was a little nugget from
the guy who wrote the code for NBA JAM Michigan.

Speaker 3 (00:23):
Originally AM a big Detroit Pistons fan, making this game
in Chicago during the height of the Michael Jordan era.
There was a big rivalry, you know, the Pistons.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
And the Bulls.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
But the one way that I could get back at
the Bulls once they got over the home was to
affect their skills against the Pistons in NBA JAM.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
And so I put in special.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
Code that if the Bulls were taking the last second
shots against the Pistons, they would miss those shots. And
so if you're ever playing the game, make sure you
pick the Pistons.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
Over the Bulls.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
I never knew that. Yeah, I'm sure that was well
known around here. I had never heard that. I'm on
Twitter this morning, I'm scrolling through and I see that
I see hey, by the way, I wrote the code
for NBA Jam and it was rigged for the Pistons
to beat the Bulls every time. Yeah, yeah, no fun.
I learned that a couple of months ago. I think
the same video. I probably, yeah, but I don't know why.
And by by the way, it didn't pop up on

(01:20):
my Twitter. I have the station Twitter pulled up in
here because you know that's where more local stuff pops up,
and that just was in the feed. I was like, well,
that's interesting. I'm intrigued by that. That makes me happy, Like, uh,
that's awesome. I used to love NBA Jam though I
had Sega. I played He's from downtown, He's heating up.

(01:40):
And then I would play the tournament edition where they
had the little coins you could step on and like
you could dunk for ten points and six points. So
Tournament Edition was my Jam. But I did not know this.
I'm sure many of you did. Maybe you did, maybe
you didn't. I had no clue that the guy who
wrote the code for NBA Jam is a Michigander and
life Pistons and said, bulls, you might win the real championships.

(02:03):
But no, sir, no more. I think there's also something
with NBA Jam Michael Jordan is not a character in
the game because it would have cost too much money
to license. Correct, he was never a character in any
video games until way later. So like if you play
NBA Live, for instance, there'd just be random player number
twenty three for the Bulls. Every other player in the

(02:23):
league was in there, but not Michael Jordan, and it
was infuriating as a kid. All Right, it is Detroit's wheels.
Josh Innis show, welcome in everybody. We will have sports
here in just a little bit. Piston's lost again, bitchy,
but tis Wellston, I've been on vacation. They still You know,
there's a new evnssence album that drops this week. What

(02:46):
is the fifth Thursday? Friday? Friday? I guess, yeah, Friday.
There's a new vnsence album that's you're interested in such things,
it's Friday, like the new music Day, because he used
to be Tuesdays. Yeah, I have no idea, but it's
hard to even know because most of them just drops
on the internet. So it's not like, hey, run out
to Sam Goodie today and you know, Tower Records and
go get your new albums. Because it used to be

(03:07):
a regular thing Tuesday mornings, I'd be on my way
to Best Buy to go grab a new album or something.
I'm trying to well tell you, like you pre save
it on your Spotify. It may be a Friday thing too,
because on Friday, I believe it was Friday, is when
the new Shine Down album eight and that one came out,
and then what is the twelfth? Is the twelfth also
a Friday? Yeah, that makes sense, So that's when the

(03:27):
new Sublime album drops. So I guess Fridays. I guess
Friday is the big drop day anyway, So coming up,
we will do sports shill here from the manager aj
Hinch and find out why cater Montero couldn't throw more
than sixty five pitches in a game. Did he empty
the tank? Well, I don't know that he actually did,
but I think his manager thought he did. We'll do
that coming up.

Speaker 5 (03:50):
Wu LZ Detroit one six point seven, Detroit's Wheels and
I'm radio station Guaranteed Human Josh inn Is Show Sports.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
So the Tigers were losers again yesterday, and if my
calculations aren't correct, they are currently tied for the worst
record in the American League with the Royals. But what's
pretty wild is you can be sixteen games under five hundred,
which is what the Tigers are. They are sixteen games
under five hundred and only eleven and a half out

(04:25):
of first. Wow. Hell, if they were in the American
League West, they'd only be like eight games out of first.
So the American League is not very good. A lot
of bad teams in the American League. As far as
overall goes. The Tigers are tied. Actually, I take it back.
They are tied for the worst record in baseball, thank
you very much, so not just the American League. It's

(04:47):
pretty crazy. Actually, yes, they are tied with the Rockies.
So the Tigers and the Rockies, I feel like the
world is kind of back to normal again. Not to
knock you know, the local sports teams, but let's be real.
It's not normal when the Tigers are good at things,
So it kind of feels like the world is normal again.
The Rockies aren't supposed to be good, the Royals are

(05:08):
not supposed to be good, the Tigers are not supposed
to be good, and those are the three worst teams
in baseball, so it feels normal. It's like a correction.
It is. It's a universal correction. It is a one
universal correction. They lost yesterday. It was a one nothing game.
Six innings from cater Montero, the starting pitcher, he through
sixty five pitches, but A. J. Hinch was like, no,

(05:31):
my spurs are jingling and jangling. I think I need
to make a pitch and change. And then the next guy,
Drew Anderson comes in and like almost instantly gives up
the lead and they end up losing. Let's hear from
AJ Hinch.

Speaker 6 (05:43):
Well, the very part of the order that we had
trouble with pretty much all series was coming up again.
So there's been pretty dominant against lefties. But they put
together in four straight hits. So clearly it's tough call because.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
It's a one nothing game.

Speaker 6 (05:59):
You're trying to win, and won nothing game.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
If we couldn't put anything.

Speaker 6 (06:02):
Together, I thought that was the best way to get there.
With three of dominance A lefties, we just can't get
the ball.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
The ball part basically, these guys predetermined before the game
that these kind of moves are going to be made.
Instead of saying, hey, our starting pitcher, see it used
to be the starting pitcher was in until he couldn't
go anymore, and then you went to the bullpen. Now,
they just planned to go to the bullpen well before
the game even starts. They probably had that mapped out
three days ago that if that situation came up, they

(06:29):
were going to do that. So dofous I will there's
one thing that I'll always remember a J.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
Hinch for.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
It was Game seven of the twenty nineteen World Series.
It was the Astros and the Washington Nationals, and the
Astros were up, but it was the seventh inning. I
don't remember all the details of it, but it was
the seventh inning, and I think the seventh and you
had a similar to this, except on a much bigger stage.
Zach Grinky was dominating for the Astros, just dealing against Washington.

(07:00):
They decided to pull him the second he gets in
a little bit of trouble. And by that I mean
I believe it. One runner got on, they pull him,
go to the bullpen. Next guy comes in, gives up
the home run, and they lose the game and the
World Series. So my man Aj has a history for
doing these kinds of things. Maybe he's like, maybe shouldn't
trust that gut feeling, But here's you say that. So
they asked him about that yesterday. They were like, is

(07:22):
it just like a gut feeling? He goes, no, it
wasn't a gut feeling, which confirms to me that that's
just they looked at the data. The data said lefty,
un lefty and all this. Maybe what you should do
is go with the gut feeling and say, you know what,
my guy's out here dealing. He's thrown sixty five pitches
in six innings. He should be good to go. Yeah,
it's pretty good. But it's a different world that we
live in now with these putts ass managers that go

(07:44):
out there and are just they're anxious to show that
they're doing something, so they make pitching changes just to
do it. And look, the season's over anyway, so who
the hell cares? But anyway, that is sports friends, all
those six points seven Detroit's wheels in a show. It's
Josh and James. I saw something on TV yesterday that

(08:05):
I think is a signal of like the rot of
the world, the rot, not even the rot that may
not be fair, but like, I think it's a sign
of why we are where we are as a as
a society right now. It's like, to me, it's like
a it's the symbol of why we are engaged in
societal rot. Does that make any sense? Maybe sort of?

(08:28):
All right, I will tell you about that here momentarily,
because I say you're gonna probably say this is nuts
and say I'm crazy, but just hear me out. I'll
do that for you here in a few minutes. So
last night I'm watching the news and I think it
was Fox. There was local Fox that I was wanting yep,
And the anchor is on there, and I don't know
who the anchor is because I don't really follow the

(08:50):
local news enough. I mean, I watch all these videos,
but it's not like the old days where you'd watch
the news and you knew everybody that was on the
news because that's where you got your news. Like I'd
go to the Perkins. Yeah, yeah, those big names exactly.
Like I don't think those really exist anymore. You don't
really get those type of people anymore. It's kind of
a dime a dozen in out. And maybe this is
why I'm watching Fox last night, Local Fox. And the

(09:14):
guy that's doing the news doesn't have a neck tie on.
He's not wearing a necktie. Come on, he's got an
open collared shirt throwing that you don't do that on
the news. I think you can. You can't the news
like I want to get the news from somebody who's
got a neck tie that looks like he should be
presenting the news, not some guy that looks like he
just got off of work and loosened up his neck

(09:34):
tie and sat down and his wife made him a
cast role. I want a guy that's on the news
jack and he had a suit, he had a sport
coat on, and he had a shirt with an open
You gotta wear a tie on the news. I think
the ties on this. You gotta wear a tiele. This
is why people don't trust the news. This is why
people don't trust you. There's certain people that should be
wearing suits. Do you want to know when the NBA

(09:56):
started going to hell? When the basketball coaches stopped wearing
suits and then they wear like track pants and stuff
now and quarter zips. You don't wear a quarter zip
to coach the bulls. You know what you do? You
wear a suit? Who are you? Barney? From how I
met your mother? You you should wear a suit? Suit
up newsguy, I won't trust I don't I do your tie?
You have to wear a tie. This is why nobody

(10:18):
watches local news anymore, because you got jamokes on the
news exactly, That's exactly why, because they're not wearing neckties.
How do you not wear a necktie? Instants at your
fingertips on yours nothing to do with That's if I'm
gonna turn on the news, I want to see a
gentleman wearing a necktie. And I'm well aware of the
fact that this guy was probably not even wearing pants

(10:39):
under the desk. That doesn't bother me because I don't
see that. I see a guy's top half. Now, if
it's like we're in the middle of storm coverage or something,
then the weather guy's got his sleeves rolled up to
let you know that he's gone through a strenuous time
looking at storms. That's one thing. But when you're the
guy that's delivering the news, like even when go look
up when Kennedy was assassinated, Go look up Walter Cronkite.

(11:03):
Even Walter Kronkite left his neck tie on. You have
to leave your neck tie on, that's all. And that
to me that that is why we are in the
shape we are in, because we got news anchors who
are on television not wearing neckties. You gotta wear a necktie.
Like there are certain rules like if you went to
the doctor the doctor walked in wearing like, you know,

(11:25):
hey dudes, would you be like cool, No, you'd say no,
you're a doctor, look like a doctor. Well, if the
doctor came in wearing shoes, no, hey dudes. Isn't Hey
dudes a brandish shoe? It is. But I'm saying I
want him coming in in dress shoes. I need the
doctor coming in dressed in dress clothes because he's a
doctor and he needs to look official. If not, if
I wanted somebody wearing Hey dudes to come give me

(11:46):
my my my diagnosis, I just go to web nd.
Oh yeah, I'll go. I'll ask Gypsy. I will ask
Gypsy what my diagnosis is. I want to see a
doctor that looks like a doctor, not some jamoke gass
guy that walks in dressed like me. What do you
want you? Bartenders to dress as a thinking dresses anything, okay,
although if they wore if they wore suspenders in a
bow tie, I would feel like we're gonna see hijinks

(12:08):
suspenders in a bow tie. I know I'm in the
wrong bar. Nope, I would know I'm in the right
book because they're surrounded by hipsters in this hipster bar.
That the man with the mustache, the bow tie and
the suspenders really gives it away. I didn't say a
curly mustache. I just said, like more of a fun,
like a like in in the Cocktail film, like that
kind of fun. We're wearing suspenders, white black suspenders, were

(12:30):
flipping bottles over our heads. Suspenders in a bow tie.
You're more like like a Bennigan's. No Bennigans is closed.
Rest in Power whatever the restaurant was from office space,
that was what it was called Shenanigu. Anyway, if you
want to get in eight seven seven nine eight eight
one oh six seven, you can text text the word
Josh and your message to five one eight eight one

(12:51):
for no other reason, just to confirm that you're alive
and listening out there. We would appreciate that. And doctors
feel free to wear your hay dudes, if I'm your patient,
did you look up that video? Is? Is this? He
doesn't have a tie. By the way, the president was
just assassinated. He knows that there's one hundred million people
watching him he's wearing a neck tie. Maybe Fox is
getting their ass kicked. Probably maybe because the guy on

(13:13):
the news is not wearing a neck tie. Well, it's
not like to wear a T shirt that says like
ass grass you know, gass, nobody rides for free, or
it's not a shirt you know with the middle finger
on it. Listen, got a CPA, you're a newsman, but
still like, it's a nice shirt. You got the suit
checking on to me? That's enough. I think one or

(13:33):
the other, the tie or the suit coat would should
be a requirement. But I don't think you need to
have a tie.

Speaker 4 (13:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
Well, if you want a text, text the word Josh
in your message to five one eight eight one or
call eight seven seven nine eight eight one or six
out of CLA. This is going for the guy who
wears flip flops, like first of jim shorts to work.
First of all, I do not wear jim shorts, nor
do I wear flip flops, because I was judged for that.
Second of all, I'm a disc jockey that plays four
hundred songs a morning. What the hell does it meant

(14:00):
matter what I wear? I literally am the most irrelevant
human on the planet. I couldn't show up almost daily
this guy who walks around in a thong. Yeah, bennigins, Yeah, No,
it's coming to me to look good. I go to
the news. I don't trust a guy that's not wearing
a necktie on the news. It felt weird, not a

(14:20):
place I didn't like it.

Speaker 7 (14:21):
That was kicked.

Speaker 2 (14:22):
What if you're a news guy was wearing a thong.
I'd watched it all those six point seven Detroit's Wheels.

Speaker 1 (14:27):
Joshnis Show, Josh Show Sports.

Speaker 2 (14:33):
Damn right, it is so Tigers aren't very good at
sports and stuff. Yeah, you asked a question about the
decision to pull Cater Montero because it was just a
gut feeling, and actually a j. Hinch was asked about
that about the term gut feeling.

Speaker 8 (14:53):
Is there anything that Cater in a situation he could
have done differently in his first six thing he's earned
that opportunity, or is that one.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
Of the situations where that's, you know, to go with
your gut.

Speaker 6 (15:01):
We're just trying to win the game. It's not going
like I mean, it's we're just trying to get to
the end.

Speaker 2 (15:05):
After you get to a win.

Speaker 6 (15:06):
So there's multiple pass could go, I have no idea
how the other way would have gone. I understand, especially
when guys throw as well as Cater did. It shouldn't
take anything away from him.

Speaker 2 (15:15):
But we're just trying to win the game. See if
he would have gone with a gut feeling, then maybe
they would have won, because maybe cater Montero pitch is
a complete game. He threw sixty five pitches. You know,
back in my day, a starting pitcher went out there
until the wheels fell off. Yeah, that's what the point was.
The relief pitcher was there to offer relief, Like, why
do you need relief while I'm tired now so I
need relief. Yeah, Like the expectation was the starting pitcher

(15:37):
is going to complete the whole game if they can. Yeah.
Now it's just like, well, if the starting pitcher can
get to him to the sixth we feel like, I mean,
this guy might make up an extra million dollars in bonuses.
That's the way the game works now. So no to
your question about a gut feeling, maybe a gut feeling
would have left him in the game. You don't even
need a gut feeling for that. The guy thrown sixty
five pitches and nobody was doing anything. But that's me.

(15:59):
These managers, man, they're just out there trying their damn
just to to insert themselves into a sport where, let's
be honest, the managers don't matter. They do not, and
well they obviously do in this case because the dummy
they only Matt with the management, it costs us the law.
That's what I'm saying. The manager, Like, there's a handful
of games a year where the manager is gonna win
or lose you a game. Most of the time, it's
your players do this. This isn't like a huge it's

(16:22):
not like football where there's you know, an actual strategy involved.
It's baseball. You see ball, you hit ball, right, you know.
But you see these dufices like aj Hinch and it's like, well,
I guess I gotta take him out. I'm kind of
worried about the guys that beat us yesterday and the
day before, like, well, today's a new day, bro, Like,
come on, it doesn't matter. They suck anyway, but whatever,

(16:45):
and there you go.

Speaker 4 (16:47):
Go.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
Tigers, Go Tigers, go get them Detroit Tigers and Matt friends.
It's sports, thank you. See that. Uh, Trump's doctor says
he's fat. I don't think that's the way he phrased it.
I mean, you're not going to tell the president that
he's fat.

Speaker 4 (17:05):
No.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
I believe they said he's healthy, but could use some
lifestyle changes. Excellent cognitive and physical health, he says, but
he could, you know, stand to lose a few pounds.
It sounds like the visit I get with my doctor
once a year, is it. Yeah? Yeah, they always tell you, you know,
you're just going to eat yourself to death. Thanks do
That's why I don't go to doctors. I don't need

(17:26):
to hear that from that. Well, guess what, doc, I
love it cheesy god to crunch. Yeah, I'm not going
to give him up. And they're special for me now
because I only get him once a quarter. Yeah again
him every once in a while, so I get a
little If I get an appearance with the old radio show,
I might be able to afford me a cheesy gody
to crunch that paycheck. Hear that salespeople get him out
to another furniture store so my man can go to

(17:47):
Taco Bell. Yeah, or you know a flooring de Core
you know whatever, florin de Core furniture stores wherever he
needs to go to get himself a cheesy cordita grdida crunch.
I mean, I'll even I'll say outside of proctology clinic,
if you mean, wherever have some doctor put something up
this guy's ass so he can get some taco bell
ye please thank you.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
This is the Josh in his show on one Who
six point seven double ll Z.

Speaker 7 (18:13):
Detroit wheels like a.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
Garden that is Stone Temple pilots. Those are these Stone
Temple pilots. We are Detroit's wheels. Coming up, we have
a drug ban in Sterling Heights, a drugman, a drug
ban in Sterling Huts. I want to get your thoughts
on this because this is something you might know more
about than me, you know, because it's drugs, okay, and
that's something I'm not an expert on. So a drug

(18:37):
ban over in Sterling Heights, we'll hear about that. You
know there's a drug problem this week. Well, there's a
drug problem everywhere. I mean, where aren't there drug problems?
Find me the place where there aren't drug problems in
some way, even like you know, in the big fancy
affluent neighborhoods, you all the hot moms are doing they're
all in, all theioids and stuff. Everybody's on something. There's

(18:58):
a heavy drugs kicking a ford. Well it's a gateway
and they start taking pain pills. Then before you know it,
you know, mom's shooting up before she takes for kids
to Jim Beree wand an uplifting way to start the day.
All right, a drug band Sterling Heights, and you know
how I feel about that? Airon We will do that
after you hear Ozzy on Wheels Detroit's Wheels Josh in

(19:22):
the show, let's hear about some drug bands or a
drug band and Sterling Heights.

Speaker 9 (19:27):
Topping this half hour, Credom cracked down in Sterling Heights,
the first city in Michigan to enact an all out band.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
This is going to be a dumb question, but I
feel like you're going to know the answer. Yeah. What
is kratom? I see this everywhere cret I have no
idea what it's like a supplement. I believe it's leaves
from some sort of trees or some sort of a tree.
Why are we banning it? Apparently it sounds like it's
doing bad stuff. I'm not sure. I haven't heard it,
like being like a lethal thing. Have you taken it before?
I've never tried it? Now? Is that the kind of

(19:55):
stuff they sell? It? Gash like it's gas station smoke
shop playing pills. I would make trucker speed. I'm kind
of like, I've never dabbled in it. I know, you know,
some people try it. I think some people get like
pain relief. I think some people get like use it
as a caffeine. But I've never known that. I see
it everywhere. I have no idea what it is.

Speaker 9 (20:15):
Thank you for staying with us at five point thirty.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
I'm Glenda Lewis, and I'm like Duffy, Now, this is
something the way Mike Duffy was wearing a tie. Think
Seven's Evans Cirie has been following for months.

Speaker 10 (20:24):
Back in January, he reported when Clinton Township trustees voted
to ban the sale of kratom to minors.

Speaker 2 (20:30):
Now Sterling Heights is going one.

Speaker 10 (20:31):
Step further, making it illegal to sell within city limits.

Speaker 2 (20:35):
I would never buy any sort of drug type substance
that sold to the gas station. Now, granted, I'd buy
poison at the gas station all the time, snacks. I
would never buy any sort of pill that is next
to the register in a yellow packet with a bunch
of lightning bolts and xes on it. Nothing made for
any kind of a medical diagnosis. That would never do that.

Speaker 9 (20:53):
Supporters say it's about keeping residents safe, but critics argue
the band punishes people who use it responsibly.

Speaker 2 (21:01):
Evan, your Sterling Heights reporter. He takes us inside the debate.
Evans made it dividing the community. Evans like, Hey, I'm
your Sterling Heights reporter. Why don't you guys go investigate
Shelby township giving people tickets for holding their phone? Because
he's a Stilling Heights reporter, not the Shelby pitty. I
think I think I saw his whole map, but I
think he also did. I'm not sure though.

Speaker 11 (21:22):
If people want to buy Kretom, whether it's statue or synthetic,
they can go ahead and go to any other city
around us.

Speaker 2 (21:28):
He just can't buy it here.

Speaker 12 (21:30):
Last week, Sterling Heights City Councilman Henry Yen as one
of six council members to vote yes on a Kretum
ordinance banning the sale and distribution of the herbal supplement.

Speaker 11 (21:41):
Get it off their shelves, no more marketing. They take
it out of their windows.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
Beginning early June.

Speaker 12 (21:46):
Any business still selling it could face consequences.

Speaker 13 (21:50):
If they are not incompliant, they have the potential of
having their business license revoked.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
Is it worth it? Is it worth it to sell Credom?
I mean probably not? But I'm is this addictive? I mean,
I guess anything could be. I mean, I feel like
they would give you some more info as to why
they decided they needed a band create them.

Speaker 12 (22:07):
Well, let's see lamarc A Shot says the department is
seeing a rise in recent creatum related hospitalizations and even crime.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
Well, maybe don't take pills you buy at the gas station.
All this kreatum crime because these junkies keep busting in
and stealing all of our supplements and unlawful entry. Do
they sell this kind of stuff like a GNC? Or
is it like not even that G and C might
have it? But I feel like this is strictly getting
this at like a yeah, a mom and pop smoke shop,

(22:38):
you know, at the gate at the gas station, right
next to the rhinal five thousand boner pills. You get
your hot dog and your four loco and you're good
together and your cretum. I need we're gonna have a
good day of of you know, mowing people's back. I
need my.

Speaker 13 (22:51):
Cretum into an area, and that individual had indicated that
it was to feed their creatim addiction.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
What's the I'm saying, Imagine you're that guy. You're like
patient zero. This is like the scene is in Half
Baked where Dave Chappelle is like a, I'm addicted to marijuana.
You're addictives traded? You ever you ever ask some DF tradum?
I bet you never hang on a a back alley
glory hold against some credim. Have you that's an addiction? Yeah,
but you get addicted in a real.

Speaker 12 (23:20):
Drug is a mistake, and that the supplement has improved
their lives tremendously.

Speaker 8 (23:27):
I've been a daily twelve year consumer of creative Melody.

Speaker 12 (23:31):
Wolf drove to last week's meeting from Kalamazoo.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
What do you want to do with anything you're in?
You're in Kalamazoo. I think legal, think you're outside the
city limits, ma'am. I think you're okay. He's like, no,
I just I'm excited to talk about creatives. Give me
my slippers and my parties. We gotta go there and
we gonna speak out against this. Send out the Creatim signal.

(23:55):
I'm coming to talk about Creatim. Man. You're from Kalamazoo,
you can buy I know that I want the world
to bike Radom.

Speaker 12 (24:02):
She Saystom has significantly helped her with chronic pain.

Speaker 2 (24:06):
I've lost all of my teeth, but my feet no
longer hurt.

Speaker 12 (24:09):
Alison Smith, a government affairs director for the Global Creatum Coalition,
flew in from d C.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
A coalition or the where the Kreatum coal It sounds
like a WWE tag team for a wrestling factory, like
an old school faction, like they would beef with the
Nation of Domination. The boys are here as it's.

Speaker 12 (24:30):
The synthetic seven h version of Kretom that's the issue,
not the natural form.

Speaker 8 (24:35):
These synthetic drugs that you're seeing at gas stations and
convenience stores are adulterated and they represent a clear and
present danger.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
Not mine. I get mine from a shaman. I get
my cretum from a shaman, and that's healthy, probably pure.

Speaker 8 (24:47):
Then people are getting addicted to him. People are unfortunately
overdosing on them.

Speaker 12 (24:51):
Friday, I went to the city's Dodge Park and met
Josh Barns.

Speaker 2 (24:55):
Didn't I didn't discuss. I found a bunch of Creatum
heads at the Dodge Park through the bridge, pop and
cream pills. They were skateboarding. By the way, it's found
out from you. What are your thoughts? I'm I thank god.

Speaker 12 (25:09):
Thankful at least one Michigan city is banning Kreatom sale.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
Hey, young folk, anybody got a Karatum? Here? These seven
hydroxy press pills. That is gas station heroin. It's addictive,
that sounds fun. You will get sick.

Speaker 12 (25:25):
Barnes says he started using Creatum years ago to help
deal with an injury.

Speaker 2 (25:29):
I enjoy this. It's like drugs inc. Kretom. This is
there's some guy wearing like a gator that has a
skull on it. Say, can't see his face.

Speaker 4 (25:38):
Creatim all the time. I don't care what age they are.
Kreatom daddy to teens, adults, seniors, everybody.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
I was over at the J. C. Penny at the
Dead Mall. I sold some to a former radio guy.

Speaker 4 (25:50):
He called himself the doc. He waites prescriptions for Kreatum.
I think is he about the biggest apply. He was
forging his doctor's signature for creative. He was forging his
sham in signature.

Speaker 12 (26:02):
Sustain while serving in the Navy. Now in recovery, Barnes
says he would spend two hundred dollars a day.

Speaker 2 (26:09):
This man served our country. He can do all the
gas station hero when he wants you to feed his addiction.
It should be legal. Nobody should be able to sell that.

Speaker 12 (26:17):
House Bill five five three seven proposes as a state
wide ban on growing and selling cretum. It passed in
the House and is still sitting in the Senate.

Speaker 11 (26:27):
The state hasn't done anything to control it. We drew
a line here in Stirling Heights to make sure that
we're going to keep the people that live here.

Speaker 2 (26:33):
Safe instruct You know who laughs at kratum as all
the people in Hazel Park. Yeah, my infant takes creative Jeez.
We take credum for breakfast on his Sundays. I pour
kratum on top of my my cheerios. Jeez, jeez, what
are you guys doing? We sugar our coffee with creedom
in I mean, come on, cretum coffee is all the

(26:56):
rage here in Hazel Park. You guys are children. That's
funny to see guy going on in cities with nothing
better to do. Next sept Let's ban this supplement. It's
a horrible drug, and you know, stop people from driving
while holding their phones. Well that's I don't support that.
This record driving is bad. Well, I learned about that.
I took a ten hour test that taught me that hours. Yeah,

(27:16):
it took me forever money's worth though, teventy five bucks
for ten hours. That's not bad. And then I had
to pay again to take the test. I had to
pay fifty dollars to take the test. And I don't
even know if they sent it to the police or not.
What they saw black and stuff, I know, I know, right,
all right, more rock coming.

Speaker 1 (27:34):
Up the Josh Show on one Who six point seven.

Speaker 7 (27:38):
Double Llz, Troy T Wheels.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
You know, we actually got some text messages about kratom
real it's good to see if the text message works.
We found a topic that the people are going to
get it in all of them, at least a couple
of people, but a couple of folks looking at kratom
discussion saying, of course they want to ban it because
it's a natural substance. M okay eh. Now, of course
they're not happy with the synthetic version of it. It

(28:03):
says I guess the problem that's the one is causing
the most issues. Is usually that's the case, though, right,
like synthetic pod Oh yeah, I guess a mix your
brain rot. Yeah. So, but these people that were texting
were just they were not pleased with the idea of
banning creative because they say it helps with anxiety and
other stuff and it's natural. Therefore, of course they want
to ban it.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:22):
I'm kind of on their side on that one. Like
I don't do any of these substances or anything, but
you know, again, you know what's bad for you. Alcohol.
You can buy alcohol everywhere. Yeah, you know there's cigarettes
are terrible for you, but you can buy all the
cigarettes you can handle, right, So I mean like, like,
who are we to put a gauge because like I
understand that, like you know, like coke and stuff like that.

(28:43):
By coca, I mean cocaine, those are obviously not good
things for you. But cigarettes have zero redeeming value for
you either zero, But you can buy them legally. So
who are you decaid? Like who That's what I'm saying.
Who are you to go out and say, well, you
can't buy coke, oh, but you can buy cigarettes. That
kills people. Yeah, so, I mean, I don't know at

(29:04):
this point. Just make everything legal and leave it up
to people to figure out if they want to take
it or not. Yeah, that's how it kind of should be.
I mean, and make it the wild West. I don't care,
all right. Josh Innis show Wheels. Hello, Josh, Yeah, what's up?
Just hanging out?

Speaker 5 (29:20):
Okay?

Speaker 2 (29:20):
Well I thought I'm doing too out in the garage,
you know, taking it easy?

Speaker 4 (29:23):
Yep?

Speaker 2 (29:24):
Any tickets to go?

Speaker 7 (29:26):
You got?

Speaker 2 (29:28):
Do I have any tickets? Yeah? What tickets do you
think we have? I don't know.

Speaker 4 (29:34):
I'll take anything with Disney and I.

Speaker 2 (29:36):
These are not the oint oint piece. They don't care
a wow, a nasty you.

Speaker 4 (29:44):
Like it or not.

Speaker 2 (29:45):
This is the Josh in his show one six.

Speaker 7 (29:48):
Point seven w LZ Detroit Wheels.

Speaker 2 (29:53):
FI, where are Detroit's wheels coming up? I will share
with you a story about a gentleman who was well
dumbed by his wife and he went nuts with the
with the big tools, oh the excavator. Yeah, so I
got that story coming up for you. But right now
you've got your foot that we do. We are Detroits wheels,

(30:14):
one of those six point seven detroits wheels. That is
white snake. This is a story about a gentleman whose
wife wants a divorce and he got out the heavy
machinery first little.

Speaker 10 (30:26):
Police in Butler County say a man snapped after his
wife told him their marriage was over. They say he
then climbed into an excavator and started tearing apart the
family's home with his wife and two daughters inside.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
Oh well that'll teach them. This guy kind of kicks ass.
Thanks for joining us at five. Really, the biggest question
is why did they break up? Like why? Like is
she cheating on him? Like I need to know. I
need to know if the cause is worthy of tearing
down the house with an excavator with the people in it?
Like was she a real raging bitch? They might another man,

(30:58):
like I'm leaving you for another man. He's like, well,
I'm destroying this house done, in which case I think
I'd be on his side.

Speaker 7 (31:03):
Hen Rice, and I'm Christine Sorenson.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
Shelley wonder if he's wearing a necktie.

Speaker 7 (31:07):
Sports is in Buffalo Township tonight with the disturbing details.
Police say this all unfolded yesterday morning here on Martin Road,
in Buffalo Township. Investigators say what started as an argument
quickly turned dangerous when the husband allegedly used heavy construction equipment.

Speaker 2 (31:27):
Dale Dale No heavy construction equipment.

Speaker 7 (31:30):
To partially demolish the home with his own family still inside.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
I think he's crazy, and that's why I don't grint.
Thank you. I also like how somehow we've the village
drunk chimes inis in. I think he's crazy, and that's
why I don't grint. Oh this, we know you're drunk.
I think he's got a guilty conscience about drinking.

Speaker 7 (32:00):
Her own video shows the massive damage left behind after
police say an argument between a husband and wife spiraled
out of control Tuesday morning. Investigators say forty eight year
old Eric Piersa used a Kboda excavator to rip apart
the rear of the family's home.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
You should speak on behalf of them now. He should
endorse them, like, Hi, I'm such and such for Koboda,
I'm crazy husband. I'm talking about Caboda excavator. I'm Butler
County crazy husband. Yeah, your bitch ass wife decides he
wants a divorce, You get yourself a Caboda and you
knocked that house down. I'd like to know what she
said to him, because I'll make sure i'll say according again, No,

(32:40):
that's a different guy. I think that's a different dude.
I'd like to know what she said to him, because
I'll make sure i'll say he's like, I'm not gonna
say that.

Speaker 7 (32:49):
Into the criminal complaint. Pierce's wife told police her husband
arrived at the family's home after drinking all night and
began arguing with her, and she told him the marriage
was over. Investigators say he responded with a chilling threat.
If it's over, I'll tear the house down.

Speaker 2 (33:06):
You know what. Look, I want to know why the
breakup is happening. That's the most important factor in all
of you. It sounds like the cousin of the big
bad wolf, and I'll excavate your half of your home
down yours. I've been married, we know each other all
the time, but I've never threatened to tear the house down.

Speaker 7 (33:23):
Police.

Speaker 2 (33:24):
Oh, aren't you just the best guy in the world.
Aren't you husband of the year? If they had that
to my list.

Speaker 7 (33:28):
Of threats, say Moments later, Pierza climbed into the excavator
and began tearing into the house while his wife and
two daughters were still inside.

Speaker 2 (33:38):
I mean, here's the thing. I feel like they could
have just gone out the other door. I would imagine that,
Like he can't cover all the points of entry and
front door in his back door to the garage. Like,
I think we're over selling the danger these people were
in here. Like an excavator doesn't move at lightning snow,
They're very slow. So I think he got a shot

(34:00):
to get out.

Speaker 7 (34:01):
The criminal complaint says dispatchers could hear yelling and the
sound of the excavator during the nine to one to
one call. Investigators say after the destruction stopped, Piersa went
back inside, grabbed a gym bag, and took off toward
Fawn Township.

Speaker 2 (34:17):
Now I'm going I'm going to Planet Fitness. We're going
to work out. We're gonna go work out, so somebody
will grab someone's gonna want me now when I get
totally just yoked at the gym. Now, and that's also
where I'm going to sleep and bathe now that I've
torn down half of my house, turns out I accidentally
took out the master bathroom. Yeah, I took out the
shower the Planet Fitness.

Speaker 7 (34:39):
Before eventually being taken into custody.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
I mean, I don't feel like that should be a
crime to excavate your own home. Yeah it is, Well
maybe because of the people were inside, so they he's
putting their lives in dangers at your house. Yeah, you
can't able to destroy your own house. I say, they
don't come over and arrest if you have a contractor
doing work. Correct, the kid's gonna happen.

Speaker 7 (34:59):
Here here, neighbors we spoke with off camera, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (35:03):
That you think that's gonna happen anywhere. I've never lived
in an area where I'm like, yeah, you know, I
always thought there'd come a day that's some crazy bastard
to get out the excavator and tear down half of
his home with his family still in it. I knew it,
Roger Guy, I knew he was going to tear down
his house with an excavator. I just knew it. This
is the kind of neighborhood that would happen.

Speaker 7 (35:21):
They're still struggling to understand what happened. One man who
says he knows Piersa personally and has hunted with him before,
described him as a big outdoorsman and said he was
shocked by the allegation.

Speaker 2 (35:33):
Well, shouldn't shock you if he's a big outdoorsman. Now
he lives in the outdoors, the outdoors.

Speaker 7 (35:39):
In Peers is now facing charges including causing a catastrophe,
reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct.

Speaker 2 (35:46):
How is it disorderly conduct to excavate your own hall? Well,
that's a bulldose your own hall, reckless endangerment. I think
he's the big one there. Again, though, were they really endangered,
they could have just left. It's an excavator. Michael Myers
moves faster than an excavator. He does. He's pretty quick.
Chucky moves faster, way fast.

Speaker 7 (36:07):
Court records also show his wife planned to seek a
protection of abuse order following this incident.

Speaker 2 (36:13):
Here's that all he did was abuse the house. To
be fair, Well, who knows what kind of history they have,
or she's just stepping out on him, is doing court
for it. We just always assume the crazy guy with
the excavator is the guy that did everything wrong. Always
the guy in the excavators.

Speaker 7 (36:28):
His preliminary hearing June ninth, reporting in Buffalo Township, Butler County,
Shelleyboards katie Ka TV News, Oh, she.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
Was wearing a necktime. All right, So there you go.
So now you know what it's like when a man
gets uh, dude, I can't even imagine though, like this
an argument you. Oh yeah, I'll show you. What's gonna have.
Oh tear this down? How down? She's like, no, you won't, Steve,
you're drunk. I'm leaving you, And all of a sudden
she's like back in bed, like oh damn, wow he

(36:56):
got the excavator. Kids, kids, we got to know and
like you see this excavator just slowly it gets way
to the house and slow motion. Oh, nona, go, there's
no time to grab your teddy. We gotta go go. Well,
there you go.

Speaker 4 (37:14):
All right.

Speaker 2 (37:14):
So Laura is coming up next. She will have some
more rock and roll for you, and she'll probably tell
you about Ohio.

Speaker 7 (37:20):
We'll see you later, Josh in this show one of
six point seven w
