Speaker 1 (00:00):
WLLZ Detroit Win six point seven Detroit's wheels at radio
station guaranteed Human All right, welcome in six oh five
Josh Innis Show, Josh and James this morning.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Hello, I crank it, thank you, crank it yeah, break
it hard, crank it.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Good and long, baby, baby, thank you.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Glad you guys are hanging out with us today. On
this Friday, the Michigan Humane will be up here in
the nine o'clock hour. Do you think they're gonna bring
a dog? I don't know, that'd be fun. Yeah, I
hope they bring a dog. We can check the notes, baby,
they'll mention it. I'm rooking for dog being brought here.
I want to see a puppy. They don't bring any here.
I'm sure there'll be plenty at their event this weekend.

(00:46):
I'm sure there will be. But I want to see
a dog now. I demand it. Dog now? What he
sounds like? I'm being a posticle now now after dinner? Yeah,
thank you. So what do we have today? Well, Piston's
won again, bitch, so we'll talk about that here in sports. Momentarily,

(01:11):
we've got a local didling story. To get to local diddling,
we got local well it was. It was almost diddling. Yeah,
almost diddling. Let's look at diddle save And then there
was a uh save, It was a diddle sting sting. Well,
let me be clear. Nobody diddled sting. Oh maybe Rod Stewart,
but other than that, nobody else diddled sting. But the police,

(01:36):
none of the police diddled sting. Actually, well again, I
can't confirm that. I don't want to speak out of
school here, but I don't think. I don't believe anybody did.
But we got a we got a diddling stingle playing
chatroom do so we're gonna get to that here in
a little bit. We got another nineties early two thousand

(01:58):
six kitten that's going to only so boys of a
certain generation. After we had Shannon Elizabeth. Now we got
another one. We got another one on Shannon Elizabeth didn't
even have to show any bev or anything to make
one point two million dollars in a week. Imagine all
the bush we'd have to show to make one point

(02:18):
two million dollars. It'd be a lot of bush. And
you give away too much of it for free. I
do so we'll see, well, we'll we'll make sure you've
got bush. Thank you. We got that today. One thousand
dollars could be yours just after nine o'clock. And my
saga with Shelby Township is not over. Uh oh, it

(02:42):
is continuing. I got something in the mail yesterday. Oh
so my saga, even though I've paid pay my money,
my saga continues. I heard all this stuff're saying aout
him on the radio. I hope they did go f yourself,
Shelby Township. I saw your AI picture. You're not happy
about it. Well, I'll let you know what's going on
with that as well. So we are loaded today, but

(03:04):
as I do every Friday for reasons I don't know.
I just started doing it, and nobody bitches. We kick
things off with Mitch Ryder. Turn this one out the
Josh inn Is Show. Sports all right, so thank you.

(03:26):
The Pistons won again, bitch, and they are up to nil.
Wow to nil. They are up on the Cavaliers. So
that series is over. The Pistons will be going to
the Conference finals. They will not lose that series. And
the reason they're winning that series, what did I tell
you if three pointers were the difference?

Speaker 4 (03:44):
Right?

Speaker 1 (03:45):
I said, if Cleveland can make somewhere at fifteen plus threes,
they'd win these games. They made seven yesterday. They averaged
like fourteen wow. During the regular season. The Pistons, on
the other hand, who average about ten, made fourteen to
three pointers. Hell, Duncan Robinson made five time. Duncan Robinson

(04:06):
has ten three pointers to the first two games of
the series. I'm fairly certain the Cavaliers only have twenty
as a team, or twenty one. Duncan Robinson has been
a better three point shooter than the Cavaliers. So that
series is over and the Pistons are waiting to see
who they're gonna play because Cleveland ain't winning for the
next what five games? Ain't abmon, it's for the next six,

(04:29):
I guess no, for the next five seven games, I'm
an idiot. For the next five they're not gonna win.
It doesn't matter. They're not gonna win four games in
the series. It's over. The Pistons are going to the
conference finals. The Cavaliers look like duds, even though here's
the only hope you have if you're Cleveland. If you're Cleveland,
you go all right, we're a great three point shooting team.

(04:50):
We've been awful shooting three pointers.

Speaker 4 (04:51):
In this series.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
We were seven to thirty two in this last game,
yet about three four minutes to go, it's a three
to four point game. So the Pistons have never been
able to dominate the scoreboard, despite the fact Cleveland has
been dreadful. If the one thing they are supposed to
be very good at, which was supposed to be their advantage,
which is shooting threes, and if you assume what things

(05:14):
may regress to the mean, if you will on the
road in game three, you would think Cleveland going back
home for that series would probably drill like seventeen to
three pointers. And if they're gonna win a game in
the series, it's gonna be this next one. This would
be the game they shoot the ball well, which they
have not done, so we'll see. It's also interesting because
James Harden, no matter what happens, he can't kick that

(05:37):
reputation of being a playoff dud. Like down the stretch
in the game of still a competitive game, at one point,
Harden's driving to the basket, kicking the ball off the
speed out of bounds three of thirteen oh of four
from three in big games, James Harden playoff James Harden
is still playoff, James Harden. Good, So it looks like
it falls a lot. True, he does fall off. That's

(05:58):
a keen observation on your part. Oh my gosh, this
is a player by he falls. Yep, that's the only
way he was scoring last night. This was three. I
was shooting free throws. So the next game is coming
up on Saturday, that is tomorrow. That is at three
o'clock in Beleiveland. Another afternoon. Yeah, a little afternoon to light.

(06:22):
That's what you get on Saturday. You get to watch
the again. If the Cavaliers are gonna win a game
in this series, it's gonna be tomorrow, first game back home.
They've played like garbage shooting threes. So we'll see.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
But there's gonna be.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Afternoon d lights. That's what I'm talking about, thank you.
Let's see. We've also got baseball tonight. Baseball wise, the
Detroit Tigers, they're gonna have somebody pitch tonight.

Speaker 4 (06:51):
I say, do we have enough pitchers to even play?

Speaker 1 (06:54):
That's a good question. They actually may have to four
third show. Sorry you guys, there don't have enough pitchers.
It's gonna bring in the back up catcher again, dude,
he might do better than some of these Jimokes. Cater
Montero will be pitching tonight. He's been decent. This year's
era is about three and a half, so we'll see.
After that, it might get a little little murky. The

(07:14):
waters get a little choppy at that point. They're in
Kansas City tonight, by the way, to take on the
Royal and what is a real mediocre division because despite
how bad things have gone, the Tigers are only a
game and a half out. Oh wow, okay, because Cleveland
there is only one game of five hundred. So a
lot of these divisions are this way. You look at

(07:36):
the AL West, the division leader is nineteen and eighteen.
I say, a lot of these divisions are this way. Literally,
two divisions are this way, the AL Central and the
AL West, where you can be under five hundred to
be right in the middle of the race. Other divisions
it's not as easy to do that, But there you go.
That is sport. Somebody sent a message yesterday when we

(07:59):
were talking about Lady Hockey Yeah and said the reason
they don't have a name is because the first year
you're in this league you don't get a name. For real.
I don't know if that's true or not. But they
were like, no, you have to play a year then
you get a name. So it's like they have to
see how you play.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
They then they they name you after some sort of
a spirit animal, they like.

Speaker 1 (08:17):
Knight you with a name or something. They bequeath a
name upon you. I don't I don't know if that's
true or not. So the Detroit Lady Hockey Team is
just the Detroit Lady Hockey Team until they get a
new name. I guess. So there you got clean, Thank you,
it's available. That's good, all right. And that was sports.

(08:42):
And this is the Starland Vocal Band. So Josh Ennis show,
we got a lot to do today. As noted, we
have a local diddling story. I was snuffed out somebody
was trying to diddle. Oh so there was no diddling
as far as we know. That went down, and someone
when there was attempted diddle as dittle hero, we're gonna
talk about, well, there's a dittle sting. Oh, there's a
there's a whole dittle operation, a diddle sting operation. So

(09:05):
we'll get into that. We have got let me see here,
I got this damn piece of mail here from Shelby
Township Service do Actually, you know what I'm wrong. I
grabbed the wrong thing, so I have to have my
wife find that for me. I grabbed the wrong letter.
That's my fourteen dollars check from the State of Michigan

(09:27):
for me. Get your fine, damn it. I have to
have her take a photo of it. Anyway, we got
more coming up. It's Detroit's Wheels, Josh.

Speaker 5 (09:35):
In this show one of six point seven w L
Detroit's Wheels.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
On six point seven Detroit's Wheels, I'm speaking of diddling kids.

Speaker 6 (09:47):
It's no good diddling kids.

Speaker 7 (09:49):
You gotta right said, I wouldn't do it with anybody
younger than my daughter.

Speaker 8 (09:53):
No little kids gotta be be holding them away from
my daughter or something like that.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
The day is Gary Glitter's birthday.

Speaker 4 (10:02):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
Now, Gary Glitter in this song obviously was a staple
at every sporting event ever. Oh yeah, until we found
out that that old Gary Glitter here was a sexual predator.
Was he? You could argue, he's one of the og
you know, canceled for this type of thing. Guys, you
could argue, I mean, now everybody you see, you know
R Kelly and well basically everybody who's involved in something sexual.

(10:25):
That's not Michael Jackson. He is uncancellable. But you'd go
to hockey games and this was like the staple at
the little hockey team that I worked for in Baton Rouge,
and I used to go to all their games and everything.
This was their goal song when they scored a goal.
Oh yeah, I mean it's kind of basic. I get it,
but like we would play a little rock and Roll
part two every time they'd score a goal. Man. And

(10:48):
then one day we find out that Gary Glitter not
such a good guy.

Speaker 4 (10:52):
Oh he's into the kiddie board.

Speaker 1 (10:54):
Huh, He's into a lot of these bad things. Apparently
he was into in decent assaults with underaged people and
other things. Back in the day, this was like staple.
This was jock jams. This was every sporting event you
would attend, you would hear this song and then there

(11:15):
was no more Gary Glitter. Once again, makes it fascinating
that the Michael movie is gonna make like a billion dollars,
Like how do we thick and choose which diddlers were
okay with and which ones were not? Like you think
they were all bad, But I guess if you made
Billy Jean, you're diddling spine. You're like, ah, I'm cool.
Maybe I can ignore it because it was the thriller.

(11:38):
You might have to do with the actual convictions. That's good.

Speaker 4 (11:41):
Way, Actually he didn't have any actual convictions.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
Well look, look, I will not say who, but I
have talked to people in the building who when they
talk about R. Kelly, who at best is a super
duper creep and yours is truly like a pos awful.
There are people are like, I'm gonna stop listening to
R Kelly. I'm like, okay, that's fine. I don't either.
I mean, it's like, if you step in the name
of love, comes on, I'm stepping. I get it. But

(12:07):
how do we pick and choose? It's like same with
you know, P Diddy. You know, we just kind of
pick and choose which guys are the real creeps. Really,
it's just based on how many albums you sell. The
more albums you sell, the more willing people are to
accept that you're a diddler. That's why Michael Jackson's movie,
which has nothing to do with Didland, by the way,
it's just an infomercial for Michael Jackson. That's why his

(12:31):
movie's making a billion dollars in people are like.

Speaker 4 (12:33):
Oh my god. Fine, all.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
But anyway, that's not a defense of Gary Glitter for
what it's worth, because obviously Gary Glitter has like one
thing that people know. Apparently he was a big deal
in England at one point though, like he had a
couple of hits in England. I think you had more
than a couple. But this is the one we all
know him for because we're used to, you know, the
hockey game. Is this the first time I get this?
Gentleman's Nay, you've never heard the name Gary Glitter, who

(13:01):
for no other reason, it.

Speaker 2 (13:02):
Sounds like a name Gary Glitter sounds like some sort
of a child performer.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Well, actually, oh he does magic tricks for kids. Well
play kids? Is Glitter? Well he was doing something with kids,
different kind of magic trick, different kind.

Speaker 4 (13:15):
Of tricks were being turned with kids.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Oh that's unfortunate. Yeah, so who he really was turning tricks?
He was not look apparently just not a good guy.
And then that's of an illusions. They eventually caught him,
he jig was up. Finally got him and they were
able to get him. So I think he's still in
jail by the way, and broke well after googling his name,
looks like he's on his last legs behind bars. Well,

(13:41):
how old does this do? I guess I should know's
he eighty eighty one had a file popscar Gary Glitter
eighty one on his last legs in prison. Thank you
New York Posts, Thanks New York Post, thanks for that info.
Glad you guys took a break from the Diana Russini
news to let us know that Gary Glitter is almost dead.

Speaker 2 (13:58):
Spends most days aheelchair behind bars, battling poor health and
legal trouble. Boy, being in a wheelchair in jail almost
really suck. I don't know what kind of jail he's in,
if it's like maximum security or what.

Speaker 4 (14:09):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
That's gotta suck wheeling yourself around to jail, especially if
you're in jail for doing stuff the kids.

Speaker 4 (14:15):
They don't really treat those prisoners very.

Speaker 1 (14:18):
Nicely, I hear, Especially if you're on the top monk,
that's gotta be real toss.

Speaker 4 (14:25):
Boy.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
He picked him up by the wheelchairs, flogged him up
there all right, sleeping on top of guys.

Speaker 1 (14:30):
You go to heights, there you go so that's what's
up with Gary Glitter everybody. Well, that was a great update. Yeah,
I'm glad I was able to provide you an update
on this gentleman's birthday. Well, I have another didling story,
a potential afforded dibble attempt locally.

Speaker 2 (14:45):
I want another update on alleged or accused of the
files in the future.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
It should be a new bit. Well, whenever our Kelly's
birthday comes around, we'll make sure to give you an
perfect All Right, here is Billy's squire, the Josh it
is show sport Alright, let's see here. The Pistons won again.

Speaker 4 (15:08):
Bitch.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
They are up to nothing on Cleveland and that series
is over because I as you cooked, I do they
now they may win game three, because that's kind of
how these things go. You go home, you win game three,
and if they win that, then who knows, because then
you catch some breaks, then it's tied, and then it's
the best two.

Speaker 4 (15:26):
Out of three.

Speaker 1 (15:27):
I just don't think they're gonna win it, mostly because
they're not shooting the ball. Well, like that's what they
had to do. If the I guess, if you're looking
for a positive, if you're Cleveland, if you're looking at
it from their standpoint, you have shot terribly from three.
You hit seven threes last night. During the regular season,
you hit thirteen fourteen threes on average, you're capable of

(15:47):
hitting nineteen twenty threes. In the game you hit seven.
The Pistons, who barely even shoot threes, hit thirteen. They
doubled you up. So if you're looking for a positive,
you have not shot the ball well at all yet
in the last three minutes of these games. You're in
these games. Yes, you've lost by ten in both of them,
but they were one or two possession games with a

(16:08):
handful of minutes to go. They were competitive games down
the stretch. Now, if you're looking for a positive, if
you are the Pistons, he you're up to nothing, and
b you're shooting the ball extremely well.

Speaker 5 (16:17):
Three.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
The other side has James Harden. And what does James
Harden do? He turns the ball over and crunch time
he is. It's incredible, but Harden continues to be just
one of the most inexplicably dreadful postseason performers in crunch time.
No matter what happens, guys won the MVP. You could
argue he should have won other MVPs. During the regular season,
he's been a scoring leader. He's a guy that's a

(16:41):
threat to give you thirty points every night. He can
get seven rebounds every night if he wants to. He
can have a damn near triple double every night if
he wants to. Yet, in the playoffsous he just ate
Wilts and he wilted last night too. There's a late
turnover that Harden had. He's passive down the stretch in
these games. He didn't hit a three last night. He

(17:01):
was three of thirteen shooting. It was vintage James Harden.
It was Houston Rockets James Harden, where he's great in
the regular season. In the postseason, rolls around and he disappears.
You don't even know if he cares. So that's the
main reason you have belief. If you're the Pistons, you're
up to nothing and James Harden's on the other side,
So good luck.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
You think we can contribute or attribute any of the
Piston success the Duncan Robinson's mustache.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
That's a very whispy It is a very whispy must
It's an if you lost a bet, it's it's like
the mustache of a thirteen year old boy. Yes, I mean, look,
if that's why he's hitting the threes, then yes, the
guys hit like ten threes in the first two games
of the series.

Speaker 4 (17:47):
His mustache much like the beards are for hockey players
in the playoff.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
Well if that were the case, though, I feel like
his mustache would be a little thicker than that they
would playing for a couple of weeks. I don't know.
It's it's a mech sistache, like just a very thin
like uh, not great.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
He is a very Caucasian looking man who might not
be able to grow the facial hair as quickly as
mops now, I guess, and maybe you can start growing
it until we started seeing the turnaround against the.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
Magic maybe so maybe as that was his down three
games to one, I'm not shaving my mustache. Beard mustache,
mustache coming in rare yeah, almost pressed. Yeah, that's exactly
that is. That's a perfect quote. That is the perfect
quote for Duncan Robinson's mustache.

Speaker 9 (18:34):
Mustache coming in rare, almost pressed.

Speaker 1 (18:43):
Let's do some highlights.

Speaker 2 (18:44):
Last night I was watching the game, some of the
replays and stuff, and I'm like, you could just see
a couple of little whiskers that are all just like whiskey,
longer than the rest, Like, oh, but come on, you're
a pro.

Speaker 1 (18:53):
And it's like a cartoon mustache. Yes, it's like it's uh,
you know, like a cartoon that doesn't put a lot
of effort into the hair on the characters. You're like
three little lines from mustache. It's like a redneck mustache.
And like some redneck cartoon.

Speaker 4 (19:07):
You know, if you better off, we're atcha Marx glasses.

Speaker 9 (19:10):
The mustache coming in almost president.

Speaker 1 (19:14):
Yeah. So also tigers tonight in Kansas City, they'll take
on the Royals. Cater Montero is going to bitchy and
been bad all right, But after that, I don't know
what the hell they're gonna do.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
I do Catcher he's gonna get outed with a knuckleball again.

Speaker 1 (19:33):
But the foreign bodies in Tarrek School's elbow have been evicted.
They they've officially been evicted. Yeah, unless they found a
new home yet or not.

Speaker 4 (19:40):
But they've been evicted.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
They're probably being deported probably, and that friends is sports
all right, coming up speaking, you know who should have
that mustache?

Speaker 1 (19:50):
Is this guy that got caught trying.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
To get.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
That is the mustache of someone who creeps in role
playing chat rooms. Dude, that's exact who that guy is.
That mustache looks exactly like what I would assume that
gentleman would have. All right, so we will have that
story coming up for you. It is a local story
about an attempted diddle that was thwarted, and it's like
our very own to catch a predator happening right here. Yeah,

(20:16):
so we'll make sure we'll have that story coming up
for you. Hey, NBC, two words roll planned chatroom dupe.
So we're gonna hear that story. We got one thousand
dollars coming up just after nine o'clock. My fight with
Sterling Heights continues so much, but right now we have eight.
When I say Sterling Heights, however, they don't deserve the
name all six point seven Detroit's wheels, Josh inn Shall,

(20:40):
let's talk about local dibbling kids.

Speaker 6 (20:44):
It's no good diddling kids gotta.

Speaker 7 (20:46):
Raise I wouldn't do it with anybody younger than my daughter.

Speaker 8 (20:51):
No little kids gotta be big, holding them away from
my daughter or something like that.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
Alrighty, So, without further.

Speaker 10 (20:59):
Ado, with a suspected child predator busted after police say
he tried to meet up with who he thought was
a fifteen year old girl for sex.

Speaker 11 (21:09):
Welcome to seven News to try to six. I'm Carolyn Clifford, and.

Speaker 4 (21:12):
I'm like, duffy, thank you for joining us.

Speaker 5 (21:14):
Brownstown Township police say the team was actually an undercover officer.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
This is videos, you surely are. That's how it goes.
That's why it's weird to me that in this era.
I understand there's more access to people to attempt to diddle,
but there's also many ways to get caught attempting to diddle,
Like like I couldn't fathom being someone who's on a computer, like, oh,
you're fifteen. Let me put this out for the world
to possibly see, Like what do you like? Like, I

(21:40):
don't understand what goes through the mind of someone like
I get worried about every single thing I ever do,
Like I'm convinced at some point my search history on
the hub is going to be out there for the
world to know, or that my phone is listening to
me talk and one day they're going to spit back
out a transcript of all the f'd up things I've
ever said in joking form or whatever. I live in
constant fear of technology. But this guy out here is like,

(22:03):
you know what, they want to hook up with a
fifteen year old? Hey are you fifteen? Can you tell
me you're twelve? Like, and these people just put this
out there, and it's like wild to me that people
are that leuffed up.

Speaker 11 (22:14):
See only here on seven.

Speaker 10 (22:16):
It is the budycam video of the arrest of fifty
eight year old Christopher Wilkinson. He is now facing multiple
felony charges.

Speaker 5 (22:24):
Seven is the trip reporter Carl Petrice is your Downriver reporter?

Speaker 1 (22:29):
Good. I don't know why that makes it. She is
your Downriver report. She's hearing from that sounded like a
strip club intro, like she is your Downriver tell me
the sexy stories. And over on the auxiliary stage, we've
got your down River report.

Speaker 5 (22:50):
Oh police, About how this sting operation went down?

Speaker 11 (22:55):
Who he say? This didn't start as some undercover operation.
It was actually Wilkinson who initiated contact, and his messages
were almost immediately sexual. The messages started rolling in April
twenty seventh.

Speaker 9 (23:09):
This was very graphic and sexual in nature.

Speaker 11 (23:11):
Please say fifty eight year old Christopher Scott Wilkinson of Monroe, Michigan.
Believed he was talking to a fifteen year old girl online.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
So not only do serial killers and those who assassinate
important people get three names, we also give the three
name treatment to local diddlers.

Speaker 11 (23:24):
But that profile was actually run by an undercover officer
with Brownstown Township Police.

Speaker 12 (23:29):
This profile was out there, and I just so happened
that to find it in this case, took it upon
himself to reach out.

Speaker 11 (23:35):
Deputy Chief Robert Lafayette, says Wilkinson.

Speaker 1 (23:37):
I wonder what made him reach out, Like I wonder
like if the name, like what was about this person's
name or anything that made him? Do you seem like
a fifteen year old that wants to bone? Do they
see pictures? Like what? I don't know how the sting works,
Like do you set that up and like set up
a fake profile with a picture. Does this account also
then have like salacious texts or messages of their own?

(23:58):
I don't and that I don't know.

Speaker 11 (24:00):
Hockley shifted the conversation, sending explicit images of himself and
requesting illegal photos in return.

Speaker 1 (24:07):
It's like that to sheriff, He's like, what, so, now,
where'd that hog picture come from?

Speaker 4 (24:12):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (24:12):
Silly me fascinators. I've been hacked again, say.

Speaker 11 (24:16):
He also offered to pick the girl up and bring
alcohol and marijuana.

Speaker 12 (24:20):
It turned very sexual, very fast, and it was clear
that several crimes were being committed at the time.

Speaker 11 (24:25):
After coordinating with Monroe police, on April thirtieth, Brownstown Township
Police met Wilkinson at an arranged spot in town.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
And It's like, what goes through your mind when you're like,
nothing's going to go wrong here this fifty eight year
old guy trying to hook up with a fifteen year old.
I've got marijuana and alcohol and I'm ready to roll
into James and a couple of dubes. I just can't
understand what goes through the mind of these people, because
I told you, even when I do the smallest of things,
I'm convinced, like when I see people cheat on their spouses,

(24:56):
I couldn't cheat on my spouse because I'd be living
with that constant fear that I'd be called because how
could you not get caught?

Speaker 4 (25:02):
You know?

Speaker 1 (25:02):
Like I like the fact that people are just out
there on the internet, like, you know what, the whole
couple of the fifteen year old, We're gona mean it
at the park You're like, what, how like? How does
one's mind worked that way? I live in fear of everything.

Speaker 11 (25:15):
When Wilkinson arrived, he was taken into custody.

Speaker 9 (25:18):
You're under arrest what soliciting?

Speaker 4 (25:21):
A minor?

Speaker 11 (25:22):
A search word was then executed on his car.

Speaker 13 (25:24):
And for what he's like he's holding like a wine
cooler and he's got like he's got like some some
Hello Kitty backpack or something.

Speaker 1 (25:35):
He's like, what are you arresting me for? For being
in a park? For being white? Rodney Kay, he's got dup.
He's rolled up in Hello Kitty papers? What am I
being arrested for?

Speaker 11 (25:45):
Investigators say they found multiple items they believe showed intent
to follow through with the meeting.

Speaker 9 (25:50):
Marijuana, bondage, sexual items.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
That could be a change his house. We found an
American flag thow, we found marijuana bondage items, there's a
John Cena you can't see me, sweatband, mobile devices, and computers.

Speaker 11 (26:10):
Now, Wilkinson is being charged with six felony counts, including
a costing a child for immoral purposes and using a
computer to commit a crime. Lafayee says, even though this
didn't start as a sting operation, he and his officers
drew from the experience they gained from the undercover operation
with Taylor Police.

Speaker 1 (26:26):
So that's what I don't understand. So it wasn't a
sting operation, but you were still going undercover trying to
get people to try to diddle. So that still feels
like a sting. What's the difference between a sting operation
and an undercover operation? I don't know what the difference.
You have to understand. I don't trust the police right now.
You have to understand I'm dealing with some serious trust
issues with the local authorities. So I don't know. What's

(26:49):
the difference between a sting and a set, you know,
in like a setup. I don't know the different Yeah, it's.

Speaker 4 (26:53):
Like, were you involved in the sting or were you
involved in the setup? I don't know.

Speaker 11 (26:57):
And I brought you several months ago.

Speaker 9 (26:58):
Eventually, like in this case here it pays off.

Speaker 11 (27:02):
Wilkinson is currently out on bond. We reached out to
his attorney.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
Thing that's fascinating about things like you know that this
guy was going out. Now, he didn't diddle, but he
clearly had the intent to diddle. Yes, but you're like,
you know what, he's bonded out, so have at it.
Like it's just some of the way the law works
as wild Like dude gets a DWY and they're like,
all right, you're out, go ahead. Like when I hear
the dudes get like nine dwy's, I'm like, how is

(27:27):
that possible? How's it possible? Did you get two? Do
you think after the first one? Like I'm having to
go through all this crap with Sterling Hedston on my
phone Shelby Township because I had my phone in my hand.
Their dudes to get like five d wys. They can
still drive, it's wild day. It might not be driving legally,
or they have a really good lawyer. But how do
you keep getting into positions where you can get new dwys.

(27:48):
I get that, But at some point you should be
in jail, right you would?

Speaker 2 (27:52):
Day?

Speaker 4 (27:52):
Will you serve your time?

Speaker 1 (27:53):
Did you get out like the guy we talked to
s Patrick's Day, Oh yeah he did.

Speaker 11 (27:57):
We're still waiting to hear back. Investigators say they have
reason to believe this isn't an isolated incident.

Speaker 12 (28:02):
If anybody's aware of anything involving this individual, police contact
the Brownsol Police Department.

Speaker 11 (28:07):
And Brownstown Township. Please are also warning parents to stay alert.

Speaker 9 (28:11):
Try as best you can to keep track of what's
going on with your kids. There are people out there
that will.

Speaker 11 (28:16):
Pray on them in Brownstown Township.

Speaker 1 (28:18):
If your kids have any Bartles and James in the bedroom,
you should be alarmed, be very alarmed.

Speaker 4 (28:22):
Be alarmed.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
Something is afoot, Strange, things are a foot when they're
a wine cooler, like.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
So, did they say, like is this guy reaching out
at of like social media apps is there?

Speaker 1 (28:31):
I don't think they scified. I don't know unless there
was a visual part of this that I didn't see,
because I think they did post a couple of his messages,
but it didn't specify if it was in like, you know,
like diddle date dot com or something like that.

Speaker 4 (28:43):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
I think it's at date dot com, like Farmers only
dot com. I think is actually where he went JDate
dot com, something like that. I don't know where it
was Ashley Madison.

Speaker 4 (28:55):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (28:55):
But the point being in all of this is that
this guy's not just out now. You wonder if he'll
try to diddle again or if he's like on the run.
I don't know who knows, but that's uh.

Speaker 4 (29:05):
It was a local.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
Diddling story you think so maybe, I mean, it's very possible,
Like you have to consider that when you put these
guys back out in the world, they're able to prosecute
this gentleman because he showed up with the intent. Yes,
that's what it would seem, right, So there you go.
That was a local sting that didn't start as a sting.
It was under cover, but then it became a sting.

(29:26):
Do not diddle kids.

Speaker 6 (29:28):
It's no good diddling kids.

Speaker 4 (29:30):
You gotta raise stories.

Speaker 7 (29:31):
I said, I wouldn't do it with anybody younger than
my daughter.

Speaker 8 (29:35):
No little kids gotta be big holding them away my
daughter or something like that.

Speaker 1 (29:40):
Speaking of the police, I have more issues with the
Shelby Township. Uh oh police. I thought my time was
done with them, but apparently it is not because I
got something in the mail all because I was holding
my damn phone while driving. So we will get into
that here in a little bits. We've also got a

(30:00):
girl that you wants lusted after. I'm sure you did.
Who's now an only fans Dallas now though all those
six point seven Detroit's wheels Josh in his show Josh
and James, have you seen this video? Of this car
accident in Sterling Heights on Hall Road that split this car.
I just was on my screen. Excuse I mean, and
this person survived with like no injuries. This is nuts.

(30:22):
This is nuts, man. If you guys haven't seen this.
So a woman was in a car crash and it's
split her car in half. Like one half of it
goes flying into this parking lot. Then like five seconds later,
another part the car goes flying into the parking lot
like it is bonkers. The car got split in half,
and this woman, by her words the grace of God,

(30:45):
survived and didn't have any major injuries. That is is
lucky bonkers. That is wild man. So that happened down
on Hall Road in Shelby Township.

Speaker 4 (30:57):
Hey, you get something happen to you Hall Road in
Shelby Township too. I did.

Speaker 1 (31:01):
And I'm gonna talk more about that here in a
little bit because this is ridiculous. That's gotten ridiculous. It
was already ridiculous. That's even more ridiculous. Community service. I
don't have community s church on the side of the road.
But we're gonna get into all that. It's the Josh
Innis Show. Stay there if you missed any of the
Josh in his show.

Speaker 4 (31:20):
Listen on demand on.

Speaker 5 (31:21):
Our free I yard Radio app one A six point
seven wld DE truly tw wheels.

Speaker 1 (31:29):
Right right, all right? So my battle is Shelby Township continues.
If you didn't know, I got a ticket for holding
my phone while I was driving. And it's part of
this giant sting where they had guys out with like
undercovered deperation watching people out there drive with their phone
in their hand, and then they report back to their guys.

(31:52):
So I was like, I got to check the Chevy Equadox,
like the silver Chevy Equodox. We got one. Then I
pull into the parking lot of the Meyer. I got
three cops around me like I'm a damn criminal, okay,
And they're all like knocking on my window like, hey,
you had your phone in your hand. I'm like I know,
I'm sorry, my bad. Whatever. So I get a ticket. Fine,
he says, not going to go on your license or
points or whatever. But here's the ticket. I go online,

(32:15):
I pay the ticket. It's one hundred and seventy five
dollars to pay this damn ticket. Okay, one hundred and
seventy five bucks to pay this ticket. All right, so fine,
I think it's over. I get a letter in the
mail yesterday. I open this letter that is in the
mail yesterday. This letter that was in the mail yesterday, says,
Dear Joshua Innis, the Michigan Department of State received notification

(32:39):
that the Shelby Township District Court that you were ticketed
on four to five, twenty twenty six for the violation
of operating while using a mobile electronic device. You are eligible.
That makes me feel good, like maybe I got a prize. Yeah,
you are eligible to participate in Michigan's Basic Driver Improvement
Course program. Well, I don't want to do that. Well,

(33:01):
if you successfully complete this program, zero points assessed for
this conviction will not be added to your driving record,
and the conviction and points will not be disclosed to
your insurance company. The BDIC program can only be applied
once in a lifetime, so that means I have to
take whatever class their course this is, or my insurance

(33:23):
will go up. Basically, that's what I'm saying. This is stupid.
I already paid. I thought me paying one hundred and
seventy five dollars would cover all those bases.

Speaker 2 (33:30):
We'll have to go back and watch the video recorded
of you on the phone. Maybe they say something along.

Speaker 1 (33:36):
I heard none of that, and you have to get
a lawyer. If you choose to participate. The course must
be completed by eleven to fifty nine pm on July second,
twenty twenty six. If you do not successfully complete or
elect not to take the course, the conviction and points
will be added to your driving record and made available
to your insurance company. There are no appeal rights for

(33:57):
failing the course or missing the deadline above. Providers establish
their own court fees or course fees, but may not
charge more than one hundred dollars. Well that's a relief.
So I'm gonna have to pay some amount of money
to take some four hour defensive driving course because I
was holding my damn phone in Shelby Township. Can I
ask you a question? Here's a legit question about distracted driving, right,

(34:20):
because that's what this is, distracted driving. You're holding your phone,
You're distracted. So why are you not distracted when you eat?
Why are you not distracted when you're drinking a SODI part?
What like?

Speaker 4 (34:29):
Then?

Speaker 1 (34:29):
Then then what's the deal?

Speaker 4 (34:30):
Troy?

Speaker 2 (34:31):
If you get caught in Troy with food or a
coffee and in your hands while you're driving. You'll get
a distracted driving ticket as well. This whole thing's preposterous.
This whole thing is preposterous. So why are you not distracted?

Speaker 1 (34:43):
Why are you not distracted? When you hit the button
on the on the on the radio. If you look over,
you're not looking at the road. Right, You're no longer
looking at the road. At least when I had my
hand phone in my hand, it was in the ice
eide line of the road. You have to look down
to change the radio. If you change the radio, how
do we like? It's all It's all hogwash, is what
this whole thing is. This whole thing is. It's it's

(35:05):
hypocritical and it's bogus, is what we're dealing with here.
Oh this you didn't get community service. I might as well.
I'm sitting there for four damn hours. I was looking
this test up earlier. It's like a four hour test.
I know how to d I'm well aware of how
to drive. After I pay you one hundred and seventy
five dollars, I shouldn't have to take another damn course,
especially when you told me when you pulled me over. Oh,

(35:27):
this isn't gonna go on. You're not gonna get any
points or anything like that. But you didn't tell me, Hey,
you're not gonna get any points when you take a
stupid four hour class. Oh he told me that if
you want to get in eight seven seven nine, eight
eight one oh sixty seven. By the way, let me
see what's going on the phones. Hello, wheels, Hey, how
you doing good? What's up?

Speaker 14 (35:44):
Delby Township? Holding your phone.

Speaker 1 (35:46):
In your hand? Yep?

Speaker 4 (35:47):
I had a candy bar in my.

Speaker 1 (35:48):
Hand and I went to court twice.

Speaker 14 (35:50):
They found me guilty and the cop my phone is
used to be my wife, who was pink? And I
asked the cop what color is my phone? And he
said black. I showed him my phone it was pink.
The judge turned into a prosecutor and says, oh, you
probably change your phone.

Speaker 1 (36:03):
Mind you guilty, leads? And what did you have to pay?

Speaker 14 (36:05):
And I was holding a candy bar?

Speaker 1 (36:07):
Unbelievable. What did you have to pay? One hundred and
seventy five dollars? Same? I had to pay one hundred
and seventy five bullars. But now I have to go
to some defensive driving class too. I didn't. I didn't
do that, all right, Well, that that's well. I wasn't guilty.

Speaker 14 (36:23):
I didn't have my phone in my hand. It was
a freaking candy bar.

Speaker 1 (36:26):
At least you're not guilty. I was guilty, but I
acknowledged my guilt. I feel like that guy that diddled
has more rights than I do. I feel like the
guy that met up to diddle has more rights than
I do. I think he's got a lot more going
on behind me. He's out of jail. He's out of jail,
so are you, So then we're equal. We're equal. I
am on par My treatment is on par with someone

(36:47):
who met up to diddle, an underage person. That's how
I'm viewed. I think it's because neither one of us
are in jail. But I've paid one hundred and seventy
five dollars and now I gotta go take a stupid class. Well,
I treated like a second class citizen. That what's happening.

Speaker 2 (37:01):
I paid a lot more money and has got a
lot bigger fish.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
At the end of the day, neither one of us
are in jail, and both of us are out free.
We're out free, so basically a plus B equals C
in this thing, the diddler is out free and I'm
out free. Essentially, I'm being treated like a diddler. How
much time did you spend behind bars? Zero? How much
time did the diddler spend behind him? No? But not enough.

(37:25):
He's a diddler. He's far worse than I am. But
now we're both out in the public. He could be
out diddling again. And what do you have on your
record for this incident? Currently? Nothing? But is not told.
I got dot on a map forever. But if I
don't take this test, I'm essentially the equivalent of a
red dot on the insurance map. Yeah, but that's way
for six years. This is ridiculous and I wish they

(37:48):
would have told me this when they pulled me over,
you know, part of the stupid sting operation. Here's a
little news flash for you. Sometimes people hold their phone
for various reasons. Sometimes because they don't have the fancy,
little rich people cars that have the GPS, so you
have to look at your GPS while you're driving because
you don't know where you're going. Sometimes you have to
hold your phone because you're doing a door dash.

Speaker 2 (38:10):
Well, I'm gonna tell you this, do not fight this
in court and speak to the judge like this in
Shelby Township, because they'll probably throw.

Speaker 1 (38:17):
You in jail. No, I'm going maybe I will. Maybe
I'll go in there and I'll say you're treating me
like a diddler, and then I'll I'll lay out my case.
I think he'll understand, and then it might be he'll say,
you know what, maybe we will treat you like a diddler.
A Bayliff for restless Man Detroit's Wheels. Hello, Hello, is

(38:38):
anybody in there? Hello you there? Hello? Hello? Hello? All right, goodbye?

Speaker 4 (38:48):
I got nothing for you.

Speaker 1 (38:50):
Good day, sir. All right, anyway, if you want to
get in eight seven seven nine eight eight one oh
six seven eight seven seven nine eight eight one oh
six seven, if you want to get in, if you
want to talk about it. So my guy the call
a little while ago. This guy was holding a candy bar
and had to pay one hundred and seventy five dollars. Right,
I feel worse for him. I told you I was
at least holding my phone. So like I can get
the punishment part of it. I'm like, I get it. Whatever.

(39:12):
I don't like the way you set it up. I
don't like that it was a sting. I don't like
that some guys standing on the corner radio and back
to UC and come bust me and put three car
cop cars around me at the mere make me look
like damn diddler. Okay, Like so that point I didn't like,
but at least I understood. I'm like, I get it.
I broke the well, I'm fine with that. Then I
have to pay one hundred seventy five dollars and I think, well,

(39:33):
I'm good now because when you told me over you're like, well,
this won't be points whatever, but you's one undred seventy
five bucks. Now. I had to take some damn class.
Last time I had to do something like that, I
was in high school. I had to do that. I
had to sit around at a defensive driving class and
watch outdated videos of the dad from family Ties explaining
to people that you should stop at crossroads or sorry,

(39:53):
stop at railroad crossings. Well, if you enjoyed that, thank
you Michael Gross for letting me know that I should
stop at a railroad crossing.

Speaker 2 (40:00):
You enjoy that, You're gonna love the follow up, which
is what you can have to go watch sucks before
GA July.

Speaker 1 (40:06):
Those videos were great, though. They'd have you sit there
and they'd have you watch this video and and'd be like, hey,
if a train is coming, you should stop, Like duh.
Let me tell you one thing. I'll never understand how
someone gets taken out by a train. They're just some
things I can't grasp. One of those is, hey, did
you see that someone's car got plowed by a train.
I don't know how. I do not understand how your
car could get taken out by a train. The vehicle

(40:28):
just miraculously just die on the track like that. That happens.
That happens in Dudley. Do write cartoons? Yes, that is it? No,
no other time that happens in a vin Diesel movie.
That's it. No other time does someone's car stall on
a train that happens to be five feet away. Let's
see here, wheels.

Speaker 4 (40:45):
Hello, you're guilty.

Speaker 1 (40:48):
I know I'm guilty. I acknowledge that I'm.

Speaker 5 (40:51):
Guilty because he would tell you pull over and then
look at your GPS system.

Speaker 3 (40:56):
But yeah, if your knowledge, you're guilty.

Speaker 1 (40:58):
Verything else you shouldn't do quis That's what I'm saying.
I've acknowledged my guilt. When the guy pulled me over.
He said, why are you holding your phone? I said, literally,
I'm a dick. I shouldn't have been to hold my phone.
You're right. So once I paid one hundred and seventy
five bucks, I should have to go to a damn class.
The one hundred and seventy five bucks is to pay
to not have to stomp on my record, not have
to sit there and take a stupid class. Wheels, hello,

(41:20):
oh that person's gone. All right if you want to
get in phone numbers eight seven seven nine eight eight
one oh six seven. What are you laughing at? One
guy just called it, you're guilty. I know I've acknowledged
my gilli guilty. I acknowledged it. Don't you go to
the d just say oh that bs.

Speaker 4 (41:36):
I won't.

Speaker 1 (41:37):
I fully acknowledge that I'm guilty. You just don't want
to take the class. I just don't want to take
a stupid class. The one hundred and seventy five bucks
should cover it, should cover the class. Well, maybe that
I have to pay to take a class.

Speaker 2 (41:49):
So now when he called the take this class or
you set up an appointment for the class. Maybe you
can offer from double and you want to actually have
to show up.

Speaker 1 (41:56):
I'm not gonna pay them more. I'm trying to save
you four hour pay these people more. Get lost NICs
Detroit's Wheels. If you want to get in eighty seven
seven nine eight eight one oh six seven, you can
text the word Josh and your message to five one
eight eight one. This is Tom Penny. He's into six
point seven Detroit's Wheels. Josh in a show. Let's go
to the phones. Hello Wheels?

Speaker 3 (42:17):
Hey, Yeah, talking about the radio?

Speaker 1 (42:19):
Yeah, which got.

Speaker 3 (42:21):
Hey Joe Township. But man, they'll pull you over for anything.
But what I don't get is how can cops still
hold their cellphones while driving?

Speaker 1 (42:33):
Yeah? Dude, these cops are like typing on laptops up
on their dashboard while they're driving. What makes them special drivers? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (42:40):
I know.

Speaker 3 (42:40):
And they don't wear seatbouts at the time and everything.
And it's like, why are you giving those tickets while
you're doing it the same thing as what we're doing.

Speaker 1 (42:48):
And I want to know how many of these cops
turn on their lights when they don't need to have
their lights on just so they can blow through a
red light? And Detroit Grid one, Who's six point seven
Doubleullz Detroit's Wheels Guaranteed Human.

Speaker 4 (43:05):
All right, thanks fella. My stuff's going nuts over here.

Speaker 1 (43:08):
Not I know.

Speaker 4 (43:09):
I don't even know what's gonna play next.

Speaker 1 (43:10):
To comment about the.

Speaker 2 (43:13):
The police stuff, well here, what do you got? Well,
if you go through six months of police training at
the academy, maybe you could drive with the.

Speaker 1 (43:19):
Phoning your hand too. Oh, I mean you want to
pay and go take the police academy train busy pain
Shelby Township for.

Speaker 4 (43:27):
All of me. Well you know what to start saving
your money for.

Speaker 1 (43:30):
I have no idea what's about to play next. What's
been deleted or not? Because my thing's been messing up
all day. So this could be Nirvana, it could be
the Food Fighters, or it could be commercials. Let's see,
hold on, let me see what it is.

Speaker 4 (43:42):
Let me try.

Speaker 1 (43:43):
Let's see. I guess it's Nirvana. Okay, So yeah, this
whole thing is messed up. So all right, listen to
Nirvana and we will reconvene. Oh six point seven Detroit's wheels.
Josh in the show, So that of your childhood that's
going to be doing OnlyFans? Yeah, yeah, who is it?
That is Jamie Presley. Now we've already seen Jamie Presley naked.

(44:07):
So I don't know if she's going to be doing
OnlyFans nude stuff or maybe more exotic nudes stuff or whatever.
But or maybe she'll be doing, like Shannon Elizabeth, just
having nice conversations with you. Can you just talk to
me like your character from Uh, my name is hel
but big big dummy? Yeah or yeah? I forgot what
she would say to him. It wasn't a big dummy.

(44:28):
That was from Sandford and Son. Actually she may have
also said your big dummy, Hey, crab man.

Speaker 4 (44:33):
Hey.

Speaker 1 (44:34):
So if you're interested, you can see Jamie Presley on
Only Fans. She saw Shannon Elizabeth make one point two
million in a week, which is really crazy because Shannon
Elizabeth not showing beeve or anything, and we've already seen
her naked in her prime in America. But she made
one point two million dollars, and that's one point two

(44:54):
million dollars. That is more than she made basically in
all of her movies combined. That's wild. Ever like she
I mean that, granted she was never the star of
any movie either.

Speaker 4 (45:04):
Still, I figured you'd be making some pretty good money
if you got your tatas out.

Speaker 1 (45:07):
Yes, but remember American Pie wasn't a very expensive movie,
but nobody in American Pie made money. And you didn't
start making money until the sequels, probably, And I think
she was only in she and both all the week,
but at least the second one. I think she was
in the second one. I don't know if she came
back for the American Wedding and the Reunion one, I
don't know. But she didn't make a ton of cash

(45:30):
making films. So now she makes one point two million
in a week, and I don't know where it went
after that, Like I don't know if like the next
week I went down to five hundred thousand or what.
But in that opening week she made one point two million.
That for a week. It's not and I don't know
what Jamie Presley's are gonna do. Look, I say this respectfully.
She seems like she'd be willing to do some stuff. Yes,

(45:52):
Now maybe that's just because of the characters I've seen
her play in her motion pictures.

Speaker 4 (45:56):
He's a very nice, very sweet woman. I met her
at the Astronomic on I think.

Speaker 1 (45:59):
Left, which is wild because she does not play that
and anything. She has a bitchy face and she knows
how to use her bitchy face, the nicest, sweetest woman.
She was just looking for, like a coffee.

Speaker 4 (46:09):
I'm like, I don't, I'm sorry, I don't do I
look like a barista. I'm not the guy that does
the coffee stuff, but I can talk to the person
that does.

Speaker 1 (46:16):
I'll get you some. Would you like that, Jamie Presley?
Look what can I do for you to make your
day better? Jamie Presley?

Speaker 2 (46:22):
Can I tell you that I like flipping through the
Playboy magazine issue with your topless pictures in it when
I was I had a very impressionable age.

Speaker 1 (46:29):
Well, now you can say, listen, I may not be
able to get you a coffee, but I could give
you nine to ninety nine a month to look at
your beaver pictures. You feel like she can get more
than nine nine ns. And I don't know, she's going
to be like thirty bucks a month probably minimum. I mean,
look at some of the money, Like I've seen some
of these only fans, girls that no one knows exists,
that are charging fifty bucks a month, and like they'll send.

Speaker 2 (46:50):
The people that I went to high school with that
dropped out, that are charging fifty bucks a month just
to watch do whatever they're doing.

Speaker 1 (46:56):
Yeah, So I don't know if she's gonna do Featzi's
or Tozies or what's gonna do or just have a
conversation with you but or send you DMS or butt stuff.
I don't know whatever she wants to do. But I
think she's gonna make more money than Shannon Elizabeth because
I think she's a bigger star and that she's been
in more high profile things where she was a key party,
you know what.

Speaker 4 (47:16):
She might be making more money. But she's also probably
willing to fart in a jar for you.

Speaker 7 (47:20):
I see.

Speaker 1 (47:20):
She gives off that vibe like if someone's like, here's
one hundred dollars, fart in a jar and send it
to me, I'll pay posted, She'll be like, okay, cool.
I almost feel like a hundred bucks isn't enough, though,
Oh sure, I mean, look I just do out a number.
But like, let's say we know what Josh is willing
to offer for a part in a jar. Hey, look,
here's what I need you to do. I need you
to fart in a jar, seal it, and then I
need it vacuum sealed. Oh and I need you to

(47:42):
double seal it. So the freshness, guaranteed freshness.

Speaker 2 (47:45):
Take take that jar fart and then put it in
like your your leftover machine.

Speaker 1 (47:50):
Yep, does the air vac yep. It's all we got
so I could see that. I think she'll make more
in her first week, even though there's more nudes of
her out there. It depends on what she's willing to do.
But because of my name is Earl, because of like
Joe Dirt, I feel like she's a bigger name person
than Shannon Elizabeth, who I couldn't tell you what shanneon
Elizabeth has done in twenty years and no offense. I mean,

(48:12):
she had a little run there in the early two thousands.
I don't know what the hell else she does. So
I've seen Jamie Presley and stuff, so I feel pretty
confident saying that Jamie Presley is a bigger star than
Shannon Elizabeth. And if Shannon Elizabeth made one point two million,
I think Jamie Presley is going to make more than
one point two million. That's all got you, all right,
So there you go, All right, let's play some rock
and roll. I think three Doors down the Michigan Humane

(48:36):
is going to be up here at some point, maybe
they'll bring dogs that'd be sweet. Hi Detroits, Riels, Josh,
and to show hi cowboy. Oh you're a sweetie. What
kind of dog is cowboy in? Matt? Maybe he's just
changing a little.

Speaker 15 (48:48):
Cattle dog, Australian shepherd. I have come burying gifts for
you this morning.

Speaker 1 (48:52):
I know, I bring me a beautiful dog up here,
boy and you we assume the cowboy is going to
go fast this weekend. I'm not gonna so the big
event this week can tell you by by the way
Matt's here with the Michigan Humane. What do we got
going on this week out?

Speaker 15 (49:03):
So we are celebrating all things pets in Detroit this time.
So for thirty six years we've kind of celebrated on
March in the in the Edsel and eleanor Ford House
and Gross Point. But we've you know, they're great partners
of ours. We said to bring downtown. So we're gonna
be Roosevelt Park.

Speaker 4 (49:16):
It's shadow of Michigan Central Station.

Speaker 15 (49:18):
It's a cool it's very cool when you think about
Detroit sort of Renaissance like that's sort of like the
center of it.

Speaker 1 (49:24):
It's gonna be.

Speaker 4 (49:25):
So it's really cool.

Speaker 15 (49:25):
So we got a five k run walk starting at
seven thirty.

Speaker 4 (49:29):
We've got a one k walk.

Speaker 15 (49:31):
We've got an adoption event and meet your best friend
sponsored by the Mike Morse Law firm who helps us
out with those. Another one in September. We've got a
beer garden. It's open at seven thirty. If you're interested,
there you go, yeah, yeah, and then celebration.

Speaker 2 (49:43):
That's right, No, right, I know, all right, dogs and
beer garden seven o'clock in the morning.

Speaker 1 (49:47):
Well, dogs and beer are among my favorite things. They
really are. Dogs are the best.

Speaker 2 (49:51):
You know.

Speaker 1 (49:51):
This could you work around?

Speaker 4 (49:52):
Is third on that list?

Speaker 1 (49:54):
Dogs and beer at the same time. Okay, I like
them separately, and I like them at this I like
them also at the same time. But no, that's wonderful.
And where'd you get Cowboy said from Tennessee. Yeah, so
so we do.

Speaker 4 (50:05):
We have a lot of our own intakes. So we
do a lot of work in.

Speaker 15 (50:07):
The city Detroit were the largest and oldest animal shelter
system in the in the state, and we occasionally will
help also local shelters Detroy Animal Care and Control might
need some help periodically, or other shelters locally. But sometimes
when we know we have a big event coming up
will help southern shelters who maybe have an overcrowding issue.

Speaker 1 (50:21):
So Cowboy came from Tennessee, Tennessee part of Tennessee. They say, probably.

Speaker 15 (50:26):
In the Nashville area. I guess that's normally where we
get them from. I lived in Memphis for a little.

Speaker 1 (50:29):
While, so lived in Memphis and Nashville.

Speaker 4 (50:31):
Yeah, we've been around.

Speaker 1 (50:32):
We've seen some things. Where did you get ross from?
Ross was adopted in Illinois? Ross was adopted from It
was someone who had just what would you call them?
Not a shelter, but it was as it was a rescue.
But what do you call the people that that keep
the dogs at their house? Crazy fosters?

Speaker 4 (50:51):
Yes, fosters.

Speaker 1 (50:52):
I drew a total blank on that. Fosters. Okay, that's
a hard I think a hard job to be a foster. Well,
because you attached to him, but you got to see
him lead. So let me tell you.

Speaker 15 (51:02):
We have two types of fosters that we have and
if people are interested, we have regular fosters and the
dogs that are sick behaviorally.

Speaker 1 (51:08):
Need some help.

Speaker 15 (51:09):
We also have what we call safety net fosters, which
are for people who are struggling with domestic violence and
you need hospitalization or are homeless. Yeah, and we have
people who most people will not seek help if they
can't get help for their dog or can't lose their pets.

Speaker 4 (51:20):
So we have families who take in those pets.

Speaker 1 (51:22):
Oh wow, I don't realize that helped. That's awesome, man.
I love dogs are the best. There's nothing better than dogs.
Look at Cowboy. He's gonna have a family and he's
gonna be awesome.

Speaker 4 (51:30):
What's the phrase if dogs don't go to heaven, I
want to go.

Speaker 1 (51:32):
Where they go exactly. That's why I would love to go,
because I just love them. Like I'll take my dog
out to all the dog parks and he runs. And
I have one dog for twelve I think we had
Luther was my other dog, and he was wonderful and
we had him for twelve years.

Speaker 4 (51:44):
I want to say.

Speaker 1 (51:45):
He died when he was thirteen or twelve, twelve and
a half. And you just become attached. And when people
are like, well I don't, I mean, dogs aren't pe
you or whatever. I care more about dogs that.

Speaker 4 (51:53):
I care about people.

Speaker 1 (51:54):
Yeah, I love dogs.

Speaker 15 (51:55):
Majority of people now consider families an equal part of
their family pets. An equal part of their family is
there is their children.

Speaker 1 (52:01):
Exactly.

Speaker 4 (52:01):
I like my dogs better than I like my four children.

Speaker 1 (52:03):
Oh I don't like your kids either day to be honest,
and I love your dogs.

Speaker 4 (52:09):
Legs and great stories.

Speaker 1 (52:11):
And it's got to be tough because like my wife
doesn't want to foster because you get attached. Like I'm
one hundred percent like, well, why don't we take care
of a dog like a lot of people, like you
guys do this where you can have a dog for
the weekend or you know that type of stuff. You know,
she don't want to do it. Then I have to
give him back, and I don't want to give him back.
You know, I feel terrible. Nobody takes a dog for
a weekend, take it forever. The worst feeling I've ever had.
So we adopted a dog when I lived in Houston, right,

(52:33):
so I had my first dog. We adopted another dog,
and my dog just didn't get along with him, and
we kind of sensed it. We're like, we're gonna have
to bring this dog back, not to a shelter, but
to the foster family. And the worst feeling I've ever
had in my life was having to drive the dog
back to the foster family and they understood and he
got adopted like the next day. But I felt dreadful
because like it was a long drive to like a

(52:54):
forty five to fifty minute drive though ho and this
dog is in the back seat, so like, where are
we going? I'm like, well, we're not going anywhere. You're
going back. He was fine, He went right back to
the foster and ran around and then got adopted, two,
three whatever. It was my uncle Joe. But it was
so sad. I've never felt sadder. And I wasn't a
dog person growing up. We didn't have dogs, like so

(53:15):
we didn't really have pets. And then I adopted my
dog in Houston, and now I'm in love with dogs.
The second Cowboy walked in, I'm down on the final
holding around with this dog. He's been over here and
complaining about stuff not working. He's been in a bad mood.

Speaker 12 (53:26):
I was.

Speaker 1 (53:26):
When Cowboy comes in, he's so.

Speaker 4 (53:28):
We just have a board member. Margaret Trimmer works for
Delta Dentals.

Speaker 15 (53:31):
She always talks about the human benefits of pet ownership
and we have this thing we talk about fur over pharma. Yeah, answered,
the very very real physiological response to dogs.

Speaker 1 (53:41):
Oh god, well, that's why they do it at hospitals,
especially like for little kids. But like you bring in
a big, fluffy Golden Retriever to the hospital when a
kid's not doing well, people light up. Man like dogs change.
I had say ninety nine percent of the world loves
dogs and the rest of the worst do they like cats?
Who are judging you?

Speaker 4 (53:57):
Anyways?

Speaker 15 (53:58):
The one they say that you want to find out
who loves you, or lock your wife and your dog
in a trunk and see which one comes out.

Speaker 1 (54:05):
That's true. So again, Michigan Humane, that's a cool thing.
Give us the details one more time on this list.
So Saturday, May night, adoption event starts at nine. The races,
five k walk and run.

Speaker 4 (54:15):
Start at seven thirty. It's gonna be a beer garden,
Roosevelt Park, the Shadow in Michigan Central Station. You don't
have to have a dog. You don't have a dog,
you can find one there.

Speaker 15 (54:23):
We're gonna more than one hundred dogs up for adoption,
including Cowboy here, who'll be gone if we open at
nine nine oh five. I imagine he's gone. But it's
gonna be a great experience. Just come down, celebrate the city.
I mean, the city loves its pets, and this is a.

Speaker 4 (54:33):
Chance to celebrate it.

Speaker 1 (54:34):
Last time we had a dog up here, it was
a Michigan humane. Last time we had a dog, that
dog got adopted before it left the building, left the
building somebody that was just in the building, like on
a tour or something. Not even someone that worked here.

Speaker 4 (54:43):
I don't think.

Speaker 1 (54:44):
I think it was just somebody who was up here
for some other Everybody was fighting from that one.

Speaker 4 (54:48):
Yeah, anytime we put a dog on either TV or radio,
it's gone. There's no chance it doesn't find at home.
It's like you want to go to the news every
day and be like, we got another one, can we
come up?

Speaker 1 (54:56):
We want to get them all in here.

Speaker 15 (54:57):
We get about six hundred right now in our sheltering system,
and we'll as many as a thousand and a month
or two.

Speaker 1 (55:01):
Wow, it's not And that's why you gotta get these
dogs homes, obviously, because the worst like living down south
like you did, you lived in Memphis. These these shelters
get overcrowded and then they deal with heat. Like here,
heat never becomes a huge, huge issue unless the AC
goes out, but it's not super hot. Here that long.
I grew up in Batmuge, Louisiana. The street port say there,
look at us. We make the way and make our

(55:21):
way around. So you know this. If the heat at
the air goes out in one of these shelters, no,
it's it's no good. So like then they get overcrowded,
and then you got to find homes for them immediately,
and like you guys do the Lord's work, you guys. Really,
I'd love to be someone that helps. I would get
too attached and I would probably cry all day. I
would just look at these dogs. And you've got to

(55:42):
do that sometimes, right, Just sit down, just sob it's okay, man,
you know.

Speaker 4 (55:45):
Tell no one, I'm so I cried every Disney movie
and every day work. No, you see what I love?

Speaker 15 (55:51):
Would you have to focus on, though, is the positive endings.
We can see the worst of the worst, and we
see dogs that have been through horrible situations, dog fighting,
cruelty cases, hit by car, and then the other end
of it is though, that's that's that's second that's second chapter.

Speaker 4 (56:03):
Yeah, when they find out home and that that's what
kind of fuels your fusion engine.

Speaker 1 (56:06):
That can they love you anyway? It's amazing to me
when I see a dog that say, has been through
dog fighting, you've been out on the road, malnourished, whatever,
and then the second it meets a person, it's like
it forgot that people were awful and it just loves
the people. I just think that's such a cool thing.
Dogs are the absolute best. You're the best, cowboy, and
you look nice. And they brought him a hat up
here too. He's got a hat and he diligit cowboy.

(56:28):
He's got his little bandan on. Well look at him.
But anyway, so this weekend is gonna be awesome. Hopefully
every dog finds a home again one more time, Matt.
Details for us, Yeah, May night, Saturday tomorrow. Here we're
talking about five k run walked starting at seven thirty.

Speaker 15 (56:42):
Adoption event starts at nine Roosevelt Park, Michigan Central Station.

Speaker 1 (56:45):
And you can get more information at Michigan Humane dot org.
Slashed Hillgate. Awesome, thank you, Matt, appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (56:51):
Guy.

Speaker 1 (56:52):
Me a cowboy, a cowboy rock and.

Speaker 6 (56:54):
Roll one O six point seven w LZ Detroit Wheels
all of six.

Speaker 1 (57:00):
Seven Detroit's wheels. It has been a quite a morning
up here. But things get better when they bring dogs,
when Michigan Humane brings.

Speaker 4 (57:08):
Dogs, which is very nice. So we appreciate them for
doing that.

Speaker 1 (57:11):
Because dogs are wonderful. They're the absolute best. And cowboys great.
Did you post cowboys photo? Yeah, he's we're at on Facebook. Facebook. Yeah,
me and being cowboy being best friends. I tell you,
I hate a lot of things, but I do love
a doll. I know the second the dog comes in here,
you laid up.

Speaker 7 (57:28):
I know.

Speaker 1 (57:28):
I'm any like a girl, I really do. Uh So, anyway,
that'll be a nice event that they have tomorrow. My
dog with me every morning.

Speaker 4 (57:36):
You should they should bring Mind.

Speaker 1 (57:37):
He'd go nuts. My previous dog, mister Luther van Dam
He would probably just sit up there and chill, but
Ross would go nuts. Yeah, clue, you're probably just chill old. Yeah,
so that's what we should start doing.

Speaker 4 (57:47):
I think they would make things better.

Speaker 1 (57:48):
Who's gonna stop us?

Speaker 4 (57:49):
No one's up here when we're up here.

Speaker 1 (57:51):
There's nobody in this building ever anyway, correct, So what
do you want us to do? Do?

Speaker 4 (57:55):
Not bring our dogs? Of course?

Speaker 1 (57:57):
All right, so we're way behind. We're never going to
get back on time. But what we might do is
just really screw off here in a little bit, because
what else do we have to do? The systems that
work correct, I mean things are broken. You do a show,
But well we can do a show. We just have
to also play everything that's already scheduled to do so
every single song, every single commercial, every single So it's
it's a mess, is what I'm trying to tell you.

(58:19):
But anyway, so we will continue.

Speaker 5 (58:22):
Call the Josh in is shown now at eight seven
seven nine eight eight one O six seven one O
six point seven w LZ Detroit Wheels.

Speaker 1 (58:31):
All right, Detroit's Wheels. Josh Innis show. It's Josh and James.
What's up? Would you like to play rock and roll Jeopardy?
I'll try to help you get some matches right, We'll
see what we can do, see if it's possible. Say,
and today's been a real, real, real, real wild one.

(58:52):
What did you do? I was trying to fold the
paper in half and somehow then you ripped it. And
it's so powerful you can have strength. Wrong, man, I
just ripped it in a half. All right, let's see here,
let's play rock and roll Jeopardy.

Speaker 5 (59:05):
What it's been fun so far? Let's kick it up
another not from going to double Jeopardy. There are two
daily doubles, so literally anything can happen in this round.
Let's take a look at the categories TV Musical directors
all Right, metal.

Speaker 1 (59:19):
Music, Oh You're in trouble my CD collect might be
this might be a bad one.

Speaker 7 (59:24):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (59:24):
Name basis love songs. Love is in quotes, so love
will be in the response. Hate songs, A little bit
of everything. Third goes first, just barely Sean, that's you?

Speaker 4 (59:36):
All right?

Speaker 9 (59:37):
Let's try love songs, good good.

Speaker 5 (59:40):
In nineteen ninety four, Mariah Carey duetted with Luther Vandross
on this song.

Speaker 1 (59:45):
Oh, No.

Speaker 4 (59:48):
Going out, question, No, what is that?

Speaker 1 (59:51):
Lu?

Speaker 4 (59:52):
It's lu?

Speaker 1 (59:53):
Oh it's love something I know it's that was loving quotations, Yes,
so love. It will be in the title, Oh, endless love, Sean,
what is endless love? That's it?

Speaker 4 (01:00:05):
Rule Love Songs for four hundred.

Speaker 5 (01:00:07):
Please this nineteen ninety three Mariah Carey tune says won't
you please come around?

Speaker 1 (01:00:11):
Because I want to share forever with you? Vision of love? Sean?

Speaker 4 (01:00:16):
What is dream level?

Speaker 1 (01:00:17):
Right again?

Speaker 5 (01:00:19):
Mariah Carey first top the pop charts in nineteen ninety
with this song Sean, what is vision of love? I
guess Mariah Carey's second number one. It was from her
number one album, Mariah.

Speaker 1 (01:00:33):
Carey find Ourselves in Love Again. I don't know, Sean,
what is? If it's got love, I don't know what is?
Love takes time? Boys, I was so close to that.

Speaker 4 (01:00:52):
This sucks.

Speaker 5 (01:00:53):
But basically, Mariah Carey has written every love song ever made.

Speaker 4 (01:00:57):
Okay you name.

Speaker 5 (01:00:59):
Sean here a song album in nineteen ninety four. Not
Mariah Carey, but Celine Dion was ready to learn about
this and the number one hit, Uh, the Power of Love, Sjohn,
Let's what is? Let's talk about love?

Speaker 4 (01:01:16):
No, that's the name of an album.

Speaker 1 (01:01:18):
First I believe. Oh that hurts?

Speaker 4 (01:01:20):
What is the power of love?

Speaker 1 (01:01:22):
Oh? You had a good run.

Speaker 4 (01:01:24):
Look at that?

Speaker 1 (01:01:24):
And how quick I would have thought I would have
called that? It was all damn Mariah Carrey.

Speaker 5 (01:01:28):
Still you're bored?

Speaker 1 (01:01:32):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (01:01:32):
Really, Let's try my CD collection?

Speaker 1 (01:01:37):
All right?

Speaker 5 (01:01:38):
Stocks, Exodus, Uprising, Rosstamon, Vibration.

Speaker 1 (01:01:46):
Do you know that I don't even understand what I'm
supposed to be? Those are the names of their CDs.

Speaker 4 (01:01:50):
You have to guess the band.

Speaker 1 (01:01:52):
I should know that this sucks. This is no good
Jane Whaler. Oh, I guess that makes sense sort.

Speaker 5 (01:02:02):
Of CDs for four hundred Adrenalize High and Dry Yromania.

Speaker 1 (01:02:08):
