WLZ Detroit one O six point seven Detroit's wheels an
i ARK radio station, guaranteed heal me all right.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Welcome in six o'clock, Josh in a show Josh and James.
It is Bob Seeger's birthday today, the legend, one of
the icons of Detroit. I love Bob sit for my money.

(00:32):
He is on the Mount Rushmore of classic rock icons. Musically,
the man is just a god. Whether it's Hollywood Knights
or old time rock and roll or fire Lake, or
We've got Tonight or night Moves or rock and roll
never forgets, or like a rock or shakedown, or you'll
accompany me or down all on Main Street or against

(00:54):
the wind. My man rules. And I'd left out probably
ten awesome songs nut Bush City Laments Boy.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Of course the all I mean Night Moves is like
the all time great classic rock song. It is one
of my favorite songs of all time for what it's worth.
So Bob Seger turns eighty one today, and since we're
gonna get rocked and loaded this morning, and I say
we play a couple of Bob Seger tunes to celebrate
eight one. And we'll do that with an album that

(01:31):
was released in nineteen eighty one. We're gonna kick it
off with something from nine Tonight Live Bob Seger, one
of my favorites.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
The Fire down Below the Josh Innis Show Sport.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
I cannot tell you just how much I love Bob Seger,
and that, of course all of those from nine Tonight,
which was well, the album was recorded mostly here and
some in Boston. Or it might be pretty even. Actually
it might be an even split. I don't know, but
I was recorded at the two legendary venues by the Way,

(02:13):
Cobo and then the Boston Garden in Boston. God, Bob
Soga is eighty one today is Bob s eighty one
years old? Bob Seger. I learned something yesterday that I
did not know. So of course, Alto Reed, the great
saxophone player for Bob Seger, was talking with Casey yesterday

(02:34):
and he said, you know that Alto Reed played at
Doug's daughter's wedding. Really, so why, like, what was the
saxophone player from Bob Seger?

Speaker 4 (02:43):
Like?

Speaker 2 (02:43):
What was Alto Reed like doing? Be goes?

Speaker 5 (02:46):
Well?

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Their first dance was to turn the page. Oh, like,
it's cool, but it is a little strange. Right, like
guy get out their first dancer, usually like hey, here's
endless Love or something, and it's like you get the
saxophone from this hard saxophone gets in there and then

(03:06):
it's a song about a trucker going from town to
town banging chicks. A man. You don't become the Doca
rock for nothing, that's true. That's a flex there, that's
a power move to pull that off.

Speaker 5 (03:16):
Way to go, Doug.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
But Bob Seger eighty one, were you at the Cobo
any of those Cobo nine Tonight shows you can get
in eight seven, seven nine, eight, eight one oh six seven.
It feels like that was a time that going to
a concert meant a lot more than it means now. Absolutely.
Maybe it's because there's not as much access back then,
you know, like back then you couldn't access like if

(03:38):
you like Sabrina Carpenter or Taylor Swift. Today, all you
have to do is go to Instagram, go to TikTok,
go anywhere on your phone and you can access these
people instantly. To see Bob Seger live in concert in
nineteen eighty one was like the only chance you'd get
to see Bob Seger. It was the Internet, unless you

(03:58):
know Bob Seger pops up on the Midnight Special or something.
You didn't get to see Bob Seger season magazines. You know,
these people were more mythical back then. Obviously they were
because they were more mythical because you didn't see them.
It's the same reason why all star games and sports
mattered more thirty forty fifty years ago. Now there's in baseball,

(04:19):
where the All Star Game was always a big deal.
Now there's interleague play. So if you're in Detroit, you
can see every great National League player. Every game is
on TV, you can stream them everything, so it's not
as special. Same thing with concerts, same thing. If Bob
Seger came through your town, it was the biggest thing
ever in nineteen seventy eight because you didn't see Bob Seger.
Now you see Bob Seger everywhere. So, but that is

(04:42):
an awesome album. You talk about great all time live albums.
A lot of people love Live Bullet as well. I
like Nine Tonight more because nine Tonight is more hits.
It's just hit after hit, iconic hit after iconic hit,
you know. But anyway, so the Piss they were winners
last as predicted Basically what happened was Cleveland kept it close,

(05:07):
and really, if you take out the first quarter, which
you cannot do, but if you take out the first quarter,
it was a very even basketball game, and in fact,
it was a better game for the Cavaliers really through
the middle of the game, but Distons built a big
enough lead they rubbed sixteen in the first quarter. They
end up winning by ten. The difference maker in the game,
as I told you, it would be Cleveland hit fifteen

(05:28):
threes in the game if you were actually they hit
fourteen threes in the game. Actually, they hit fifteen threes
in the game. It's weird. I'm trying to read this.
I think they hit fourteen, So they hit fourteen threes.
What happens when they're not getting seventeen eighteen threes is
you have a legitimate chance to win. The Pistons did
exactly what I thought they'd do from a shooting perspective.
They hit ten threes, so I told you they would do.

(05:49):
That's who they are. They're nine to ten three team.
It varies a little bit more for Cleveland where they
can shift from fourteen thirteen threes to like eighteen nineteen
twenty because they aread three point two shooting team. For
the most part, they didn't do that. I mean they
hit a late three in the game when they are
already down like ten, so really, in the time the
game was still in the balance, they hit thirteen threes.

(06:11):
You can live with them hitting thirteen threes. If Cleveland's
only going to make thirteen threes in a game, you
are going to beat Cleveland the majority of the time.
And that is what happened there. So you win. You're
up one game to none. You got a lot of
contributions from everybody. Every starter was in double figures. Duncan
Robinson hit five threes. He had another good game from

(06:33):
Tobias who had twenty points in eight rebounds. Like you
get that kind of performance out of those guys, you're
going to beat teams because this league currently does not
have great teams. So there's no reason why they can't
win this series and win another one. There's no reason
they couldn't. There's also no reason they couldn't lose this series.
It's not open at this point, but they're up one
game to none. Tiger's got blown out yesterday by Boston.

(06:55):
There's a lot of drama in that. We're going to
get into that because from Bravaldez did something that he
hadn't really done since he's gotten here. But people are
starting to experience the other half of Fromber, the ugly
half of Frombert that as well. Curious what happened, but
that's what he does. He pounces. He's a baby a
lot of the time. So we'll get into that. At
least we don't have to scratch him off the shirt.

(07:16):
Not yet, yeah, not yet, but we're we're seeing all right,
one thousand dollars could be yours. That's coming up just
after nine o'clock, your first shot at one thousand dollars.
It's the Josh Jennis Show, The.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Josh Ennis Show one six point seven w llzs.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
One of six point seven Detroit's Wheels. Josh Jennis Show
coming up here in the seven o'clock hour. We've got
aj Hinch talking about his dumb pitcher who did dumb
things last night after being bad at baseball. We'll get
into that. Also, a dog being held for ransom and Warren.
A dog being held for ransom. Get it out of

(07:53):
my dog, get back back by dog, the son of
my match. Get it all right. So we'll get into
that all coming up, but right now we will play
rock and roll, all those six point seven detroite reels.
Josh Jenny Show. You can talk with the show via
text five one eight eight one. That is that number.
Text the word Josh, let us know you're out there
this morning. How are you say? Hey, I'm listening and

(08:15):
I love you guys, or whatever you want to say.
Text the word Josh and your message to five one
eight eight one. Sometimes it's good to make sure the
text line works because sometimes we don't know, we don't
sometimes the board doesn't work. A lot of things don't work.
Eight seven seven, nine eight eight one oh six seven
is the phone number as well, if you'd like to
call and just say hey, what up dough. Also, since

(08:36):
today is Bob Seeker's birthday and we were playing some
cuts from nine to night earlier. What is the greatest
concert you have ever attended? James, I'll put you on
the spot. The greatest concert, the one that sticks with
you the most where you go.

Speaker 6 (08:49):
That was a concert Rage against the Machine at Randalls
Island in New York, or the with Wu Tanglan. What
was so fab about it?

Speaker 2 (08:57):
Oh? It was raging against the machine. It was in
New York and it was Wu Tang clan. Yeah, that's
when I realized wol not so great live. Well, here's
the thing. Wu Tang's fascinating because most of their audience
are just stoner white guys. Yeah, like they are like
the stoner white guy rap group. Yeah, they listen to
to get like street cred. Correct, yes, and then but
what they don't realize is that all that's happened is

(09:21):
they've caused Wu Tang to lose street cred because they
enjoy it. Yes, but Wotang still cash and checks. So
I understand that they're fine and still rules everything around them.
I understand that they are still fine. I just view
I view because I'm not a big Wu Tang guy,
So I view Wu Tang in a different way because
of who is their audience, and their audience is stone

(09:41):
or white guy. Yes. So case in point, you were
at the Wu Tang show, Well.

Speaker 6 (09:46):
It was it was a ragingast the machine show. Wootang opened, Okay,
it was there still mostly for regings. The machines understood.
I was like, ooh, I can see Wu Tang now.
Then I saw them, and I'm like I don't ever
need to see them again.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
See where you and I are going to differ here?
Is that the best show I've ever been to, The
one that just sticks with me the most, Roy Swift?
Uh No, Although that was a lovely show. I did
see that in twenty thirteen. I saw I think it
is what that was twenty twelve or twenty thirteen. That
was the Red Tour and I sat in the second
row and it was a lot. I was second row.

(10:16):
A guy I knew that worked with Miller Lyte. He
was one of the guys at the distributor in Houston,
hooked me up with tickets. So me and my buddy
just two heterosexual men having a great time at the
Taylor Swift show. So I have done that. But actually,
the concert that sticks with me the most where I
go that was one of the greatest shows I've ever
seen is Billy Joel at the New Orleans Arena, okay,

(10:39):
or Billy Joel at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. And
that night was perfect because it was one of those
nights that was supposed to rain, so a lot of
people decided to sell their tickets. So I got seven
throw seats for Billy Joel in a baseball stadium. Wow,
which you know, you get a baseball stadium, you get
the wrong seat and it's like why am I even here?

Speaker 4 (10:59):
Right?

Speaker 2 (10:59):
You know that X variance? Everybody does that. When I
saw Motley Crue on their stadium tour, I was a
mile away from the vand like, it was like, I
think they're performing. I think it's them. I think that's
wild side, but I'm not sure. But then I saw
Billy Joel's seventh row on the field citizens Bank Park.
It was drizzling a little bit but not cold, so

(11:19):
it was like a really nice I think it was
like June maybe, and it's just great because it's nothing
but hits and he's up there on the piano and
you're getting a little piano man, you get a little
we didn't start the fire, You get a little teller
about it.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
Probably Billy Joel is the best concert I've ever been to.
And I'd lean towards the one in Citizens Bank Park
in Philadelphia because at that time I was into Billy Joel.
When I saw him the first time with my dad,
I like Billy Joel. It was more peripheral Billy Joel.
It was like, well, I like Uptown Girl, because I've
heard that a million times. It's like you get scenes
from an Italian restaurant live in a baseball stadium. It's incredible.

(11:56):
Man gets on the piano, bottle of white bottom lar red,
perhaps a bottlevsy and still that was a great show.
Saw the Eagles a couple times that they're kind of boring,
but I did see them when they were all alive
at least, so I have that going for me, which
you obviously wouldn't get now if you saw the Eagles.

(12:18):
That was a great show. Another great show that I
saw was a Tool at the Fox. Oh that sounds good.
That's a small venue. Yeah, then, but it's a weird
venue to see them in because like, can you stand
at the Fox?

Speaker 3 (12:29):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (12:29):
Everybody stood, so weird because you feel like you should
be sitting down the whole time at the Fox, Yeah,
like you like, it's a classy joint, so you're supposed
to just sit down and just clap. But people stood up.
People still smoking weeds. The only rock shows I saw
a theater like the Fox would be there's a Fox
Theater in Saint Louis, and like you'd see a Kansas
or something. But nobody stood because those are all old

(12:50):
people with walkers anyway, gotcha. So they're all just sitting there,
just watching. It's the kind of show where if you
stood up, people would bitch that you were standing up. Down, hey,
down in front of trying to drive down carry off
a wayles. You ever had to shush somebody at a
show before? I'm usually the one getting showshow, but in

(13:13):
my mind, like people go to the show to be
part of the show. So like you sing and you
enjoy yourself at the show, and you rock and you
air guitar and your devil horns or and that's just
at the yacht rock show. I don't even know what
you would do it a tools she would say, what, like,
how would you react if you're at a like a
you're seeing an artist that's mostly like acoustics, it's very quiet,
and still that's a different vibe. I think you got

(13:34):
to you gotta know the room.

Speaker 6 (13:36):
Because there's a show that I had to shush somebody
at City in Color, there's they're kind of Canadian, the
kind of us, but they're bigger here because of our
closeness to Canada. And the guy Dallas Green City in Color,
his band that's his name is performing and there's like
a dude behind.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
Me who just won't shut up.

Speaker 6 (13:54):
Yeah, like that meme that you see where like the
boyfriend's explaining stuff to the girl. You could tell the
girlfriend yeh here that scene was taking place behind me,
and I finally got fed up. You can't do that
at an acoustic show. And then the guy looks freaked out,
like you're shooting me at a concert.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
This is a concert, bro, And I get that if
you were you know, a mega death concert, yeah, I know,
which I would never do. But the fact that I
want to hear this man's beautiful voice. I'm not a
big acoustic kind of music guy, so this is like,
this is very special for me. Like let's say that
you were at the Gordon Lightfoot show and you hear
this and some guys in the bank, Yeah it's a
bad foot.

Speaker 7 (14:29):
It's a ship rack.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Yeah, the boat saying like, yeah, so, Bob, he's a
real real pain of the ass at work. He will
not mean. Look, he keeps bugging me by GPS reports,
you know, and I'm just like, I don't give a crack.
I want to hear exactly. I need to hear this
man's beautiful voice. Correct. So if you were to go
to like a James Taylor show, you shut the hell

(14:52):
up if you're seeing anything that involves other instruments other
than the guitar, an acoustic guitar, have that and say
something you know, and I'll give you a little wiggle room,
like if you say a couple things like it's here.
And I didn't shooh him the first offense, like he
was going on the whole like, come on, we're getting
close to you know, save your scissors. Come on, guy,
let's keep it quiet. You know, I feel you get

(15:14):
close to the track I got to hear, so shut up.
That's what I came for. But yeah, so acoustic, you
don't talk at the show. You shut the hell up
with an occasional like oh that was great or something.
But if it's a show that involves instruments and it's loud,
if it's loud, saw dance have a good time. But
some of these older bands, it's weird because they're old

(15:35):
and it's like the audience is old, so they're not
as into it, and you don't know how to act
at these old people shows. There are bands like that
that i'd like to see. But then I'm like, I
go see James Taylor. I mean he's probably boring, but
I mean I know enough James Taylor, but I'd just
be sitting there the whole time, like you know, like
I'm at a funeral. That'd be I don't think i'd
enjoy it. Like I go to a show because I

(15:55):
want to I want to rock. You want to do
you know hand signs with the lyric, That's exactly what
I want to do.

Speaker 6 (16:02):
You know in the Tears Fall, you want to do
Tears Fall exactly.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
Yeah, you understand, I get it, you get it. All
that to tell you that today is Bob Seeker's birthday.
We played some cuts from nine to Night earlier. Were
you at any of the Cobo shows friends? I was not.
I assumed you weren't. But if you did go to
any of those Cobo shows in nineteen eighty so when
that album was recorded, it was recorded in two places,
the Boston Garden and Cobo. Did Boston Garden the same

(16:27):
as TV Garden? No, okay, it's a different it's the
old venue, okay, just the Boston Garden. When did they
bulldoze that thing? Probably in the late nineties, they builmed
to late nineties, they bulldozed it and then built the
TV garden. Got you, But if you were at any
of those shows, let us know eight seven, seven, nine
eight eight one oh six seven. You can also text
the word Josh and your message to five one eight
eight one. All right, coming up later in the seven

(16:51):
o'clock hour, A dog held for ransom in Warren. Oh
my gosh, Okay, we're gonna get to that. Do better Warren.
And we have got Binch is clearing in the baseball
game last night, wild Fromber, being Fromber, you're gotting the
whole Fromber experience now. And aj Hinch subtly rips him
in the postgame. It's subtle. It's not like out there

(17:12):
like this guy's a wild man or anything, but it's subtle.
But he's ripping them. I got that audio for you
coming up in sports. Oh and the Pistons one again,
bitch whoo, it's the Josh Ennis Show.

Speaker 4 (17:23):
Call the Josh.

Speaker 8 (17:23):
Inness Show now at eight seven seven ninety eighty eight
one O six.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
Seven one O six point seven WLLZ Detroit Reels The
Joshennis Show, Sports Oh r are we friends?

Speaker 2 (17:39):
So the Pistons one again. Bitch. We know that they're
now up one nothing on Cleveland. As I said, would
happen if they keep Cleveland in that that's thirteen. At
that twelve thirteen fourteen three pointers range, you can win
every game. Where you're going to struggle is if they're
hitting nineteen to twenty three's, which they can do and
realistically they can make fifteen to eighteen threes. If you're

(18:01):
keeping them under fifteen threes, you're probably gonna win most
of those games. That's just how that works. They are
dependent upon knocking down a large number of threes and
you're not. They just had players that are better at shooting.
For their strategy. They're they're a three point shooting team.
They shoot more threes. I mean the Piston shot twenty
five threes. I want to say it was like thirty

(18:22):
seven or thirty eight for Cleveland last night. They're not
like Boston, who shoots like fifty three is a game,
but like they'll shoot it in large numbers. If you
can keep them to thirteen, like the number they were
at fourteen, thirteen, fourteen, I think you're gonna win a
multipate right there. If they get to seventeen eighteen. They're
probably gonna win those games because that's not what you do.
You're also probably not gonna get five to three point

(18:43):
makes out of Duncan Robinson like you did last night.
I mean, that's really his one job. So he actually
finally executed his one job. But you got that, then
you got I mean, look, everything worked out for you
last night. The last three quarters of the game very even,
and you go, you got up by sixteen and one,
it's narrowed down to like one point in the fourth quarter,
and then you pull away. You do what you needed

(19:04):
to do. It's an evenly matched series. It's it's it's
a close series, and if they get hot from three,
they will win the games. They get hot from three.
So now you're up one nothing, that's good. A right
last night from bra Valdez, got chilled, gave up ten runs.
He gave it back to back home runs in the
fourth inning. He then hit Trevor's story probably on purpose.

(19:27):
Let's be real. He's from bra Valdez. That's what he does.
He's a hot head. He gets angry, Like when he
was in Houston, there was a situation where he got
ticked in his own catcher and crossed him up on purpose.
And by that I mean the picture calls one thing.
He deliberately throws a different pitch that the catcher can't handle.
It ends up being like a wild pitch, like he's
just a dick in that way. That's a from bra

(19:49):
Valdez thing. So he has a reputation for this kind
of behavior. Yes, okay, he does. And now AJ Hinch
was not happy about it. You read between the tea
leaves on this. Now the bench is cleared as they
do in baseball, which okay, the the bullpen guys run
out because that's what they do. They have to feel
like they're part of it. By the time their asses
get there. The fight's over. Anyway, there is no fight.

(20:10):
It's just finger pointing. It's all for show. But here
is the manager. A. J. Hinch got ejected because of
the hit by pitch.

Speaker 9 (20:17):
After the two homers, the umpires get together and and
deemed it worthy of ejection. I understand. I understand their frustration.
I understand the optics. I understand that the whole thing.

(20:37):
We play a really good branded baseball here that didn't
feel like it.

Speaker 2 (20:42):
It's not judging intent. I have no idea, but I yeah,
you should judge intent on that one pale he hit
the guy on purpose, Like you had pretty good control
to throw pitches that were hit out of the park.
Then the next pitch hits a guy between the numbers, Like,
come on, he hit him on purpose. I understand that
you don't want to say that because you can't. He's
claiming it was an accident. He's like, he said, well,
you just said he's not going to judge intent. He

(21:03):
never said that he did it on accident. His translator
said that it was an accident. Well, let me translate
his translator. He's lying.

Speaker 9 (21:11):
I know when you go out on the field and
you end up sort of in those confrontations, you usually
feel like you're in your right because you're you're you're
and didn't feel good being out there. So I understand
they're frustrations. I understand the moment, and it was a
it was a low moment of a frustrating night.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
Actually, uh, we we're we have I'm the translator for
the translator. Yes frombra is lying. You sound a lot
like the foreign bodies inside Terrek Schooble's elbow. Yeah, I'm
getting evicted today. Thanks for bringing it up, dick. He's
got double jobs.

Speaker 5 (21:48):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (21:49):
I'm getting evicted now, so way to bring it up.
They're kicking me out of my home today. I am
the foreign body inside Terrek Schooble's elbow and this sucks.
And also the translator for the translator. And I'm the
translator for the translator of from ber Valdez, who is
a liar. It must be great to use that as

(22:10):
a fallback, though, like, no parle anglais sorry. I can't
answer for my dumb actions because I don't speak of
the English, so then the poor translator has to be
the one that does it.

Speaker 6 (22:19):
It would be funny too if he's like tells a
translator's like, yeah, I did it on purpose.

Speaker 2 (22:22):
I was trying to hit him right in the head.
I was trying to take his head clear off, and
the translator's like, he didn't mean to do it. It
was accidental. However, it appears that it was intentional, but
it was completely completely accidental. And who's technically the liar? Okay,
hear me out. Is it the guy who's speaking Spanish
that lied, or is it the translator who delivers the
message in English that most people will understand, are you

(22:45):
technically a liar if you're telling a lie for someone
who needs a translator? No? Wo ah? Now like if
this were in court, does the translator get accused of
being allied? Did he perjure himself if he's telling a lie? Like?
Is it perjury if you're a translator that's translating for
someone who's lying. I don't know. That's a do you

(23:05):
both go down? These are the questions. Then they have
to call Jumana and ask her. We got to ask her.
We got to find this out. How's it works? Jumana,
I need to know the answers. If you lie on
behalf of someone who doesn't speak English, are you also
a liar? Mike Morse get on the whole. Gotta know. Look,
we care about respect. It's not respectful to lie. I

(23:28):
don't know. I would have the situation play on a
court room. That's what we need to know. All right.
So there you have it. That is sports wild from Bervaldez.
I do think that there's a surgery today. I think
today is the surgery date for Trek Skubel. Yeah, so
there's a They put a little yellow notice, but actually
a pink notice they have like the door ice agents
outside the hospital waiting for the phone, aboudy battering ram
and everything. It's like they're coming for Frankenstein. That the

(23:50):
townspeople are battering the door in the stick the door down.
They tear gas them and then they can cut him
out of his elbow. Yeah, they've got you know, pitchforks
and like little the fire. Everybody wakes up in a
bathtub of ice. Yep, that's exactly right. And then the
foreign bodies are gone. See if I were him, I'd
say I'd like to keep those foreign bodies and maybe
make them into a key chain. See, I would like
when stuff gets moved for your body, I want to

(24:10):
keep it in a jar. You know who. It's like
a lucky rabbit's food that was technically mine. I know
you charge my insurance company a whole hell of a
lot of money. That's take it out. I want to
back keep it like in a little little vial because
it can't be that big of a foreign body. Or
maybe it is. I don't know how big the foreign
body is. But you put it in a little vial.
You put the vial on a little chain and a
little ring. You put it on your keys, and that's

(24:30):
the momentum. Find out.

Speaker 6 (24:31):
It's some sort of like Justin Verlander, a little action
figure for you actually replaced.

Speaker 2 (24:37):
You replaced the little diamond in the belly of a
troll with Is this Google exclusive troll one O six
point seven Detroit's Wheels Josh in his show It is
Josh and James Today. Greetings, here's some news for you.

(24:59):
Do you remember Ask Jeeves?

Speaker 6 (25:01):
Yeah, it used to be like a like a Yahoo
like search engine. Yeah, like you just go ask a question.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
Well, apparently ask dot com is still around, but it
is no longer around because it is powering down the
search business. Really, so it's been over thirty years or
right around thirty years. So in nineteen ninety seven, like
that was kind of the og Ai in a way,
like that was a that was like Gypsy before Gypsy,
but Jeeves. But apparently ask Jeeves or ask dot Com

(25:28):
has still been a thing, but no longer Jeeves. What's
a good fly?

Speaker 4 (25:35):
To catch a rainbow trout on a zugbug? Is a
spended joy, sir, But I prefer on mister Robb introducing Jeeves,
the world's first Internet bubbler.

Speaker 2 (25:44):
Just type in your question. Then he promptly finds the answer.

Speaker 4 (25:46):
Hey, Jeeves, what are the symptoms of mypothermia? Mental confusion
for shivering and a total loss.

Speaker 8 (25:53):
Of feeling in the lakes?

Speaker 2 (25:54):
What does a question? Oh and then that was me
in the background. Sorry, but there you go. So there's
Geves for you. That was Jeeves for the kids who
didn't know.

Speaker 6 (26:02):
Now, I well, I mean basically, yes, go holding a
funeral for Jeeves right now.

Speaker 2 (26:07):
Rest in power. Go rest high on that mountain. Jeeves.

Speaker 6 (26:10):
You're gonna put him in his little pyramid in the
cemetery next to Nicholas Cage.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
Hey, goodbye friend. We're going to miss you. Jeeves. Barely
knew ya, Jeeves. Yeah, I'm barely used to you because
sorry man Google. Yeah, I mean or you know, an
Ai and everything, I mean, everything has ruined. They killed you, Jeeves.
I'm sorry, but don't look. You had a good run, Jeeves.
But rest in power, King see you on the other side, Jeeves.

(26:36):
Pour one out for our departed homie, Jeeves. What else
was from that era? Internet wise? It's no longer around, Ryan,
Like my Space came a little bit later. Yeah, because
ask Jeeves is like the early early early.

Speaker 10 (26:48):
Days of all those Yeah, what was the roundback then,
Alta Vista, AltaVista. Yeah, that was Alta Vista. Yah, so
there was an Alta Vista. Let's see, it's for you jeeves.

Speaker 2 (27:02):
So late nineties internet, I mean AOL, which no one
cares about AOL anymore. Like, yeah, you've got mail.

Speaker 6 (27:09):
I'm couldn't go anywhere without those precds all over the place.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
Yeah, dude, when I was a kid, and the kids
will never understand this. Now this is real cities. Oh yeah,
you can have your own make your own website. And
all the websites were black in the background but had
like weird stars and sparkles on them. Get very basic
like HTML, tich Cody. Yep. See the kids today, I'll
never get this because you know, everybody's got their own computer,

(27:34):
whether it's their phone or a computer at home or
a laptop or whatever. But when I was a kid,
this is mid nineties, I'd go to school and they
would let you bring a computer home from school for
the way. Really it was the time where you put
the computer screen on top of the little modem or whatever. Okay,
not modem, but you know the whole point. Yeah, and
like basically all you could do on it is play

(27:55):
Oregon Trail, but you'd get to bring it home with
you kind of. Let's see, the kid today will never
get that they have computers at their desk in school, Like,
I wonder how many kids it's a legit question, and
I know that we're getting the announced computers in their
pocket text Well that's what I'm saying with your phone
and everything. Like I wonder if kids actually even write
notes anymore, Like do kids have tablets or do they
just type everything? I mean, it almost seem stupid to

(28:18):
not just type notes if you actually know how to type,
because you could do it a lot faster.

Speaker 6 (28:21):
Than oh you're talking like notes like during a lecture,
during maths playing they're in.

Speaker 2 (28:25):
Class and your teachers showing you how to do trigonometri
at you, which would be tougher to I thought you, like,
do you still write notes like hey, do you like me? Yes?
Or no? Oh no? But instead of that, it's like no,
they're just texting pictures of the they're Johnson. It's like, hey,
pilate me, question mark? Ye you horn me you up
question mark?

Speaker 6 (28:41):
No, mister Davison, I'm here to learn math not touch
your genitals. And I know that two plus two does
not equal your hog. I know that is a fake
math problem. And you know that's not helping me for
the SSA team. And everybody knows my hog is a four.
I think the only fans model.

Speaker 2 (28:59):
Rated it like I do wonder that though, because you'd
have to sit there with these tablets or you get
a three ring binder. I loved buying school supplies. I
loved going to Walmart and being like, all right, whatever.
The mechanical pencils came into play. That was a game changer,
especially the ones you could click the like the regular
big one, not the twist where like you had to

(29:20):
twist the little the little tip of it so you
could get the clickers. Did you use like the fancy
metal mechanical pencils where they had like pumped it? Oh yeah,
all that? Or when you started to discover the little
the little very fine tipped like gel pins. God, that
was living when it was at my desk right now,
that was living. Why is the phone ring? And let's
see who's on the phone wheels? Hello, who's this? Hey?

Speaker 3 (29:44):
This is Maddy.

Speaker 11 (29:46):
I just had a comment about you know, I'm a
teacher kids with chromebooks and all that crazy.

Speaker 2 (29:50):
Well, I think kids still use tablets.

Speaker 11 (29:54):
Then I tell you what I teached sixth grade English,
and I try darned is to keep them off of
those chromebooks. We are are pen and paper and I'm
twenty six. I'm a young teacher too.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
But I imagine that's tough to do, being that you know,
they don't want to write things down on paper.

Speaker 11 (30:15):
Yeah, you know, it always comes with a lot of contession.
But I tell you, once they learn that their computers
are a privilege not a rte, it definitely helps with
a lot of the behaviors and stuff. Like I tell
the kids when they come in, I'm like, hey, man,
like that computer stays underneath your your desk until I
tell you it's time to take it out. And I

(30:37):
mean they just say, know, now, what.

Speaker 2 (30:39):
About the phones? Are those difficult to control?

Speaker 3 (30:43):
You know?

Speaker 11 (30:44):
I am so lucky in Wydott and a lot of
other districts downriver in this in this at this point,
they put a ban on phones so they're not allowed
in the school. I mean they're allowed to have them
in school on their lockers and stuff that they're not
allowed to have them in classrooms.

Speaker 2 (30:59):
Like they're literally they're just for emergency situations and for
sending each other.

Speaker 11 (31:09):
Yeah, you know, I tell you it's uh you can
see everything they do on their computers too. I think
one of my uh my favorite. I've seen some kids
look up some seriously wacky stuff on Google.

Speaker 2 (31:20):
It's just crazy. Yeah, they have a parent teacher conference.
We gotta talk to you about your son Martin. He
keeps going to sites where they do hot carls. I
don't know why. Nobody. He said that his dad showed
him this side. That's a lie. Uh I what say you? Dad?
That appreciates you?

Speaker 5 (31:37):
Thank you?

Speaker 8 (31:39):
Dad?

Speaker 2 (31:39):
Can you explain this? Well, that's how I discovered rotten
dot com. My dad, Like my dad, he goes have Josh,
Josh check this out. He's like, look Marilyn Monroe's dead body.
He's like, hey, Josh, you want to see a dead body, Josh.
Look John Dillondry. Look he's got a boner, but he's dead.
Like Dad, that's not really a boner, that's an r.
But let he's just a boner. Josh, check this out.

(32:00):
You like Chris Farley, right, well, you want to see
him dead? Do you want to see him dead. We
look at all that vomit in his mouth. Look at that, Josh.
But then again, there's also there's another video here. Look,
here's Joseph Stalin dead. This is Great Entertainment, dead rotten
dot com. Look at this. This is Kimbo Slice. Okay,
watch him just pound this guy's face into oblivion. Here,

(32:22):
we're gonna go to YouTube now and watch Kimbo slice
in someone's backyard. Yeah, plunging some guy. Yes, that's his
eyeball where his cheek should be. I remember watching that
video and it's like, oh my god, what have I watched?
Josh Josh two Girls, one cup? Yeah, just please, you're
gonna love this jog. This is the Josh in his

(32:42):
show on one. Who's six point seven double.

Speaker 8 (32:45):
U LZ Detroit?

Speaker 2 (32:47):
Why coming up?

Speaker 5 (32:50):
What do you want?

Speaker 2 (32:51):
Do you want to hear about a secret service agent
you're doing nasty sexual things? Do you want to hear
about a dog being held for ransom?

Speaker 5 (32:59):
And Warren?

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Well, that's a pick. These are the options. The ball
is in your court. It's you're called you passed the ransom? Ransom?
We're gonna hear about a dog being held for ransom?
Now my Flothy and Warren a dog, all right, so
that's coming up. Then we'll get to the nefarious activities

(33:22):
of a secret service agent. He's a secret age and
man different of course, but we'll get into all that.
But first you will hear metallica because I forgot to
take this out of auto, so we're adjusting one of
six point seven Detroit's wheels. Josh Innis show, let's hear
a story, A little story about a dog that goes

(33:44):
missing and being held for ransom. So this dog was missing,
then someone I guess found the dog, perhaps stole the dog.
We're gonna find out all the details. But the dog
was held for ransom in Warren. That's what's going on
in Warren these days. Let's see here and.

Speaker 12 (33:59):
Espacially Chargers tonight accused of keeping a family's dog that
got out and then demanding cash to get him back.

Speaker 2 (34:06):
Thanks for joining us at six. I'm ty Steele and
I'm Demand Fernandez in for Kimberley Guilt. That might be
the two coolest names ever for a duo on the news. Yes,
even for news, which generally speaking, you hear cool names.
Ty Steele and what was the other guy's name Steele
and I'm demand Fernandez in for Kimberley Guilt Derman Hernandez
Fernandez and Ty Steele. This sounds sounds like a power

(34:29):
couple in the gay porn industry. It does, doesn't it.
When Diesel a black and white Alaskan Cleeklay. How do
we know if Diesel's the dog or is that the
weather person on this broadcast week We don't know. Actually,
that's my name. I'm the foreign body inside Trek schools Oobo.
Oh yeah, and his name's Diesel. My name is Diesel. Okay,

(34:50):
I'm homeless. Ran from home the other weekend. His family
did what so many of us would do.

Speaker 12 (34:56):
Yeah, they posted online desperate to find him. But then
messages started coming, but not for help. Instead, they came
with demands for cash. McComb County Community Correspondent Lauren Costick
is on this story tonight with the warning from police
and how this family finally got their dog back.

Speaker 2 (35:12):
Well, one thing I will say is this, I know
a lot of people when their dogs go missing, they
post signs that say they'll give you a reward, and
then you question if they really will. I've been seeing
these signs around Troy in that area, like around the
dog park in Troy Troy Trails there's a missing dog
and the flyer says ten thousand dollars. Wow, my ass
was out there here, boy, Boby. But like you wonder

(35:34):
if someone's really gonna give you ten thousand dollars if
you find their dog, or if they'll they're just hoping
that out of the goodness of your heart, You'll be like,
it's okay, key, because if it's like a thousand bucks,
I can see it. I'd be like, no, look, or
two hundred and fifty dollars. If someone's like, hey, I've
got ten grand to give you, I'm like, okay, I
like some a French bulldog. What did you lose a

(35:56):
robot dog? Probably probably, if I had to guess.

Speaker 8 (36:00):
It's but a lot of us do.

Speaker 13 (36:01):
Your pet gets out, You post online hoping for help,
but in this case, the person who found Diesel instead
was looking for a payday.

Speaker 8 (36:09):
He's been a headache. But we love our buddy, like
most pets, Leslie.

Speaker 2 (36:14):
That's all buddies is, but we love them.

Speaker 14 (36:19):
Richardson says, Diesel that's part of the family. But the
other weekend he escaped through the fence of their Warren home,
so the family turned to social media for help, but
instead they received messages demanding money, at one point even
threatening to harm the dog if the family didn't pay up.

Speaker 2 (36:37):
I mean, what kind of a hole or I mean, look,
it's opportunistic. I mean, the guy's a jerk, and I
hope he gets his hands cut off, but like you're
opportunistic at that point, Like I don't know, I mean,
big picture of the guy's a dick, an opportunistic dick,
but a dick and a criminal dick apparently.

Speaker 8 (36:54):
So that was when we decided to get the police involved.
Shortly after, they got a call from.

Speaker 2 (36:58):
A man, how do you think you're gonna get away with?
Like do you think the family is just gonna be like,
you're right, please don't hurt him. What do you want? Like,
like people don't even do that for their human people,
do you, Like, I mean, I love look I do
it for my dog, I guess, but most people are
gonna step up and be like, well, you know what
he's got our dog. Let's let's be held for ransom
over the dog. So he's like messaging in the social media,
then yeah, he's like dming them on not even like

(37:20):
calling him like, hello, I have your dog. If you
want to see your dog, you're all large over a
good I yes, like nothing like that. I think he's
just like I think he's sending them pictures of the
dog on social media. He's like, the dog's happy now.
But what if?

Speaker 13 (37:35):
And claiming to purchase diesel from a stranger and wanted
six hundred bucks or Police detective Daniel Toe says, detectives
use the phone number to track down an address.

Speaker 2 (37:46):
So like that's the other thing about these dumb criminals,
Like how like you cannot be a social media criminal.
People will find you. There's a way to find you.
For everything, They're going to trace it back to you.
Even if you write a letter, they can trace it
back to you. Doesn't pay dummies. And Warren knocked on
the door.

Speaker 5 (38:03):
I'm sure enough there's a dog working.

Speaker 2 (38:05):
He says.

Speaker 13 (38:05):
The man acknowledged diesel didn't belong to him, but still
wouldn't give him up. Detectives then arrested the twenty one
year old for receiving and concealing still Win properties.

Speaker 5 (38:15):
It's a terrible situation.

Speaker 15 (38:16):
They lose their dog and then someone's trying to extort them.

Speaker 5 (38:19):
Or exploit them for financial game.

Speaker 13 (38:21):
As please continue to investigate the extent of what happened.
Leslie is hoping this serves as a warning to others
online be.

Speaker 8 (38:28):
Very wary of people asking for money.

Speaker 2 (38:32):
I mean, I'm generally speaking. I mean, I'm not some
old lady that sent Neil Diamond ten grand or something
because he was being held hostage. I'm not totally stupid
his messages. For those not you who rag might fall
for it, I'm brilliant when it comes to this. I
don't get scammed. He's unscamable. Yeah, so that's the key
in life. That's why you never answer the phone sometimes.

(38:54):
Do I miss paying bills?

Speaker 8 (38:56):
Sure?

Speaker 2 (38:56):
Are they in collections right now? Probably? But you know
I didn't get scammed.

Speaker 4 (39:02):
If you can't meet up and hand them cash, don't
do it.

Speaker 8 (39:08):
Relieved to have his dog back home and safe. We're
glad to have our best friend back. He's a good boy.
He's a little stinker butt, but he's a good boy.

Speaker 2 (39:20):
Isn't that what they say about you. He's a little
stinker butt, but he's a good boy. I think that
is exactly what they say about man. So that's what
Casey says, when he talks to people. He's a good boy.

Speaker 8 (39:29):
He's a little stinker butt, but he's a good boy.

Speaker 2 (39:31):
Yeah, case he is. I know that's true. He just
gets in some moods. So, oh, I want to know
what ends up happening to this guy? Does he go
to jail? Like? What do they do? They mad?

Speaker 13 (39:39):
And it is so easy to fall for these scans,
especially when it involves.

Speaker 7 (39:42):
Your own pett I don't think it is.

Speaker 2 (39:44):
If somebody were holding my dog hostage, I would have
done exactly what these people did. I'm either gonna call
the cops or I'm gonna find you and I will
kill you.

Speaker 6 (39:51):
I'm gonna call the cops. You better hope that they
find you before I do. Yeah, that's what you gotta
tell him on the phone. You better hope I'm calling
the cops, and you better hope.

Speaker 2 (39:58):
You better hope to God they find you before I do,
because I will kill you, rip your arms off, and
beat you to death with him.

Speaker 13 (40:05):
So these are four things to keep in mind when.

Speaker 2 (40:07):
You're Why don't you tell me what happened to the guy?
I'm done with this story. Did they cut his hands off?
I think that's the only fair punishment. It's probably in jail.
Put him in the iron mate. I didn't get bailed out,
and he's going to go to court. That's what they do,
community service, put his ass, take him to the guillotine.
I think that those kind of monsters should be hanged
in the town's square in front of everybody, everybody, and

(40:28):
make an example of them. Bring all the people, the
townspeople of war and bring them to the Walmart parking
lot and hang this man. Actually one one parking not
a bit and it's a big area, yeah, like if
it depending on the Walmart, there's and I think there's
an apple Is there an apple Bee's? Yeah, right at
twelve and mandick. Yeah. So then what we do and
after that we celebrate the man's hanging by getting wantan

(40:49):
tacos or Casa Berger whatever, you know, different strokes, different folks.
So well, there you go. That's what's going on in
Warren today. And now you know, all right, I was
playing a little rock and roll smashing pumpkins. Coming up,
we will have a story about the filthy acts of
a secret service agent. I guess when you think of

(41:09):
who the president is and then you hear this story,
they're like it makes sense that this guy would be
in the secret Service. Oh it tracks what I'm just
thinking about all the dirty things he could be f few. Well,
we're gonna find that out here in a little bit.
And of course just after nine they'll have a chance
at one thousand dollars. See, if you want a thousand dollars,

(41:30):
you could have paid off this guy that stole your dog. Yeah, look,
I'm looking for the positive. One O six point seven
Detroit's wheels. Josh in his show and is Josh and James.
Of course, the two of us are what you would
call little stinker butts.

Speaker 8 (41:44):
He's a good boy. He's a little stinker butt, but
he's a good boy.

Speaker 2 (41:47):
It's amazing the dumb things we call our dog. Oh yeah,
but we do. I don't care, how Like, I guarantee
you think about the most hardened a hole on the planet.
Sug Knight probably called his dog's little stink. Oh yeah,
like it's hardcore as this guy is hanging vanilla ice
over a balcony, you know, threatening to kill him all that,

(42:07):
And I guarantee you even Shug Night calls his dog
a little stinker.

Speaker 8 (42:12):
But he's a good boy. He's a little stinker, but
but he's a good boy.

Speaker 2 (42:15):
He probably did it right in the middle of hanging
vanilla ice off the balcony too. He's like, over the balcony, hey,
you baby, you coulda give us all the money from
that song. Like he's in the midst of plugging Tupac
and he's like, Oh, he's a little stinker. But he's
a little stinker. But and he he's adorable.

Speaker 8 (42:38):
He's a little stinker, but but he's a good boy.

Speaker 2 (42:40):
Yeah. Uh so what do you call your an What
is like your weird name that you call your animals? Like,
do you have a name, like a special pet name
that you call your dogs?

Speaker 6 (42:51):
Like you talk to him like the little babies, just
like cloak clow. She turned its Chloe her cloak clo
Our dog, Luther. I used to call him, let's see,
I had a bunch of names.

Speaker 2 (43:01):
Called him Wolfles. Wolfles was when he would get in water,
which was very rare, but that was our name for him.
So Wolfles is in the water. Then I would call
him baby louthy, oh, baby lou. Oh he's a booby.
Oh yeah, we do all that. I don't know why,
but I call my current dog Ross. I call him
baby peeps, baby peeps because he's a so one day
I was like, oh, he's a little peepees of pumpers,

(43:23):
and then I was like, oh he's a peepies. Now
I just call him baby peeps all the time. I'm like, oh,
there's a little booby peepe so he needs his walk.
He's a booby. Yeah, that's what I do.

Speaker 8 (43:33):
He's a little stinker butt, but he's a good point.

Speaker 2 (43:36):
Yeah, that's it. It's true sinker. But so what do
you call your more nicknames for like my kids and
I do the dog, but I call my son's booger butts.
Oh yeah, that makes sense. Well, if you guys want
to text, text the word Josh in your message to
five one eight eight one. Let me know the weird
pet names you have for your pets that aren't their names.
Please text the word Josh in your message or you
can call eight seven seven nine eight eight. I have

(43:58):
affectionate names for your children as well, Like Colton is
what I call your son. So every time my wife
posts a picture, I'm like, well, how long has the
Josh called them Colton?

Speaker 3 (44:07):
Well?

Speaker 2 (44:09):
Yeah, look he's beat us too, And it's like He's
got a little alarm that goes off every time there's
a post. Every time you post a picture of our kids,
notifications go off. Yeah it's weird, all right. So here's
what we got. We have the Secret Service doing nefarious
things and Kevin Hart is not like the rest of us.
This is what happens when you're uber rich. There's something
that we've all experienced that Kevin Hart has never experienced

(44:31):
because he is super d duper rich. And we'll talk
about that and you will hear from fromber Valdez and
his translate. Oh so we'll see, and we still have
we got to get an update on the foreign bodies
and trek schools out. I think today is eviction day.
Time to meet the the Reaper, time to pay the

(44:52):
fiddler whore. It's all coming up for Josh and.

Speaker 1 (44:56):
A show on one o six point seven double ll z.

Speaker 4 (45:00):
He's a little speaker bout it, but he's a.

Speaker 8 (45:02):
Good point with Josh in his show Sports.

Speaker 2 (45:07):
Alrighty, so you know the Pistons won again, bitch, they
are up won nothing on Cleveland. But that's not all
that interesting. What's interesting is from ber Valdez hitting this
cat from the Red Sox and then the bench is
clearing like they do in baseball. Baseball guys are hard
ons anyway. But let's look at a couple of different
angles of this. So here is audio of the Boston

(45:30):
TV broadcast criticizing fromber Now, mind you gave up back
to back home runs, and I guess sort of in
his defense. Multiple times this year he's been called upon
to be an innings eater in games where he's getting
just rocked. Oh boy, So this is the second, second
or third time this has happened this year where they
leave from barin because hey, they had a short start

(45:51):
the other day. They really need you to eat some innings.
I don't know that you pay a guy forty million
dollars to be the guy you leave out there to
just get shelled on. Know that that's good for business.
But whatever they felt they needed to do that. Fine.
So he gives up back to back home runs. He's
giving up ten runs at this point. Then he hits
Trevor's story. This is what it sounded like on the

(46:11):
Boston TV broadcast.

Speaker 4 (46:13):
Trevor story is gonna get drilled.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
That's tired.

Speaker 16 (46:16):
After the back to back home runs, Valdez plumps him,
and some of the Red Sox coming out and some
of the Tigers coming out.

Speaker 2 (46:26):
And both benches are emptying. You can't get them out.
See you throw at them?

Speaker 16 (46:32):
What joke Red Sox bullpen is about to enter this
thing too? Is they race across the outfield grass.

Speaker 2 (46:39):
While all this was going on, I'm gonna guess that
Benetti and Dirk's were playing like truth or dare or something,
not even watching. But punches are anything thrown.

Speaker 16 (46:50):
Now, the one guy who caused it's hiding in the
back Fie mean, he's calling you out fromber.

Speaker 2 (46:56):
That is weak.

Speaker 16 (46:58):
You give up three home runs act to back shots,
and then you drill Trevor's story.

Speaker 4 (47:02):
Well, let's just hope he doesn't cross up his catcher
now that he's mad.

Speaker 2 (47:06):
And that was the point that I referenced earlier. So
last year when he was with the Astros, if you
don't know, he was pissed at his catcher. So when
a catcher calls a different pitch, he just threw like
one hundred mile an hour fastball. I was wrong earlier
when I described it. I thought he deliberately threw a
wild pitch. He actually just hummed it in there and
hit him right in the chest because he wasn't expecting it.

(47:28):
And Fromber's a dick, like that's how he does his business.
He is a child a lot of the time. And
when they signed him, we said that was kind of
the thing. Is you're gonna get days where you're like, damn,
this guy's really good, and then he's gonna have those
games during the year where he just gets shelled and
then melts down and does something dumb, which is what
he did last night. Now, if you'd like to know

(47:49):
what Fromber had to say about this, yes, this is
Fromber last night.

Speaker 17 (47:53):
What was your reaction to being ejected from the game
in that situations? Okay, the world or a proposito? He said,

(48:23):
repel Pero implement sally poke.

Speaker 18 (48:35):
You know, I considered that is completely unfair that First
of all.

Speaker 2 (48:40):
What I know is that that was fifty seconds, yes,
fifty seconds of an explanation and it goes well. He said,
it's unfair, is what he said. He actually said, these
bumpers was pulled off by the bus of Sardina. That's
going to Mia anymore. No, it's not. But I think
he did say anything for Sellinas somewhere I think I'm
not positive on that. I don't know that. You think

(49:01):
that's unfair, Well, I mean there's more, and.

Speaker 18 (49:03):
Of course if it wasn't purpose, I do it a
second time or a third time, of course, But I
getting injected by you know, I'm not I'm not making
the decisions. The umpires are doing their job, they're doing
their best. They made a decision of getting me ejected,
and as you can see on the video, I was
not even feisty. I was not even agree against them.
Neither the Empires would do team. But again I consider
that a very un first situation that I shouldn't happen.

Speaker 2 (49:24):
They should have give me a warning. They should have
given me a warning. All that to say, Spanish is
a fascinating language. It is because there's a lot to
say very little. I'm fascinated by it. That's the latest there,
that's the drama. I think I upset my I think
my my chat GPT gypsy, Yeah was judging me last

(49:44):
night and I'll tell you why. So. I've been watching
the show Euphoria. I think I'm a I'm like one
episode away from being fully caught up with this show.
And it's just a really Horny Show where all these
people are doing drugs and making the whoopies and stuff.
I I've committed myself to it, so I'm in, you know,
and there's this person on this show that is a

(50:05):
transgender person. This person's name in real life is Hunter Shaeffer.
And I've been watching the show and I'm like, I
kind of find this person attractive. But I was just curious.
It was not in an offensive way. I just wanted
to know does this person still like does this person
have the hog? And that's all I want to know.
I'm not asking this to judge. I don't care. I

(50:26):
don't care what people do you have a hog? You
don't have a hog? Like it's it's not. I just
don't care. But I'm curious because i'd like to know
it's all. It's not because I'm going to judge you
over it from a place of curiosity. It is one
hundred percent from a place of curiosity. So I open
up the Old Gypsy and I'm like, hey Gypsy, and
she's like hey Josh. I'm like, I have a quick question.

(50:48):
You know this Hunter Shaeffer from the from the Euphoria Program.
And she's like, oh yeah, Hunter, Schaeffer. I'm like, well,
this person is transgender, and I just want to know
if if this Hunter Shaeffer has a and then I
got like lectured about this. I'm like, wait a minute, gypsy, Okay,
I'm not doing this because I just want to know.

(51:08):
I don't need to be judged by you. Only God
can judge me. All I want to know is does
this person still have the D and B. It's not
because I'm gonna judge. I just want to know. Got
nothing but judgment. I do not have a genspis. No,
I do not. Seriously, That's all I needed to know.
Thank you. But yeah, I didn't get anything. I bet

(51:29):
that I was gay. I don't at all. Thank you Maclamore,
but I don't and I don't care if you do
or not. It doesn't impact me.

Speaker 3 (51:36):
I just I was.

Speaker 2 (51:38):
That's the shame is you can't even ask questions without
being considered some sort of monster. I just wanted to
know I didn't have a penis. Okay, I should have
to prove I don't have a penis. Having a penis
bigger than the risky guys that I worked with. Well,
you should know gender and GENITALI is a very touchy subject.
It is, but I mean, you have to be able
to ask questions, James. You have to be able to
ask questions. However, I feel va Gypsy should not have

(52:01):
shamed you because I am also on the AI side.
How you want the AI saw your business if they
got a D and B still okay, But the story
is that the person is transgender. It's not wrong of me, like,
because I don't know. Maybe I just missed it somewhere
and this transgender person said I still have a hog
somewhere and I didn't see it. That's all I wanted
to know. Maybe it did.

Speaker 4 (52:21):
Now.

Speaker 2 (52:22):
Once Gypsy was like, well there's no evidence out there,
there's no statements about it, then you're right, it's not
my business. But I was just curious if there was
anything out there because I'm watching this show and I'm
seeing certain sexual things happening that I'm like, well, that
doesn't seem like something would happen if someone still had
a D and B. That's all okay. It's one thing
for Gypsy to judge me, but not you. I'm not
judging you. I think that there was a judgment. I'm

(52:45):
just saying I probably wouldn't have asked my gypsy. That's
bad that I haven't.

Speaker 5 (52:49):
And I love Len.

Speaker 2 (52:52):
Why wouldn't you have asked you gypsy that I just
don't care, I don't. I just feel like I'm being
unfairly judged here. I feel like I'm I'm being oppressed.
I'm like Frombertna hit me with a pitch now it's yeah,
I well I'm gonna plug you right between the numbers. Ouch,
So you're gonna take that anyway. I just wanted to know,
that's all. I just but all of a sudden, I'm

(53:13):
a monster because I never said you're a monster. You
took a tone as all, and that's fine. I'm just
very sensitive. I'm not sensitive. I'm not sensitive. Yes you are,
I'm not sensitive. We're picking up tones from everything here.
You picking up tones from your your ched GPT robot. Well, yeah,
well she's picking up tones from me. She was a
real bitch about it. Maybe maybe the leads well, I mean,
I look, maybe all these tones that you think you're

(53:34):
picking up, you know it's something inside you're telling you
may be sure to ask that question. No, not at all,
Like what is wrong with asking questions? That's what the
internet is. There for to ask questions. I'm watching a
show that the transgender person's on the show. She said
doing the stuff, and then I want to know she's
got a hog. That's all I want to know. And
now I'm being judged by you. No judgment here. I

(53:56):
just there was total judgment and whatever. That's how I
find myself watching the show and I'm like, I find
this person attractive. Okay, does this person have a D
and B. I just want to know. I want to
know all the logistics. And I'm the bad guy. The
DNB is there are the less attractive to you? Then no,
I don't care one way or the other. Now you're

(54:18):
trying to paint me in to some sort You're trying
to paint me in a corner. And I'm like, maybe
you're just a little You're just a little D and
B curious. That's one. I'm DNB curious about this person, Yes,
because I want to know if they have a dn B.
All it takes is a word. All I want to
know is if this person had a D and B.

(54:40):
That's all.

Speaker 8 (54:40):
He's a little stinker butt, but he's a good point.

Speaker 2 (54:43):
You see a little stinker. But I am a little
stinker for that's basically what my chat GPT told, no,
but in a not as nice way with No, she
took the AI tone. She took a real bitchy tone,
and I didn't like it. I just thought it was
inappropriate to say to like treat me that way for
asking a question. People say that if the only hurts ignorance,

(55:03):
ignorance is bad questions don't hurt. So there you've got bush.
We do. We do have bush. But if I asked
chat gpt, if that person did, then I'm a bad
Is there a d N to be in that bush?

Speaker 7 (55:17):
You've got bush?

Speaker 2 (55:19):
One of six point seven Detroit's wheels, that is bush
shed for the mountains of different spelling, of course, got
a text here. This text message reads, Josh, it's a
sham that you can't ask innocent questions. That's from Franco
and McCollum township. He gets it. Thank you, Franco. I'm

(55:39):
just a question I just asked questions, and all a sudden,
I'm a bad guy. I love to hear the questions
Franco is asking his chat GPT, and that's the ones
I would imagine. I'm sure they're very innocent. That's what
chat GPT is there for. Look, hey, Chad GPT, are
there any pictures of that chicks one hole on the internet?
Send me seven links? I mean yeah, let me see here.

(56:01):
The phone is ringing, He's like, I gotta follow up
Detroit's wheels. Hello, Hey, Josh, Hey, what's up?

Speaker 11 (56:11):
I love how you do that?

Speaker 3 (56:12):
Week got bush thing going on?

Speaker 2 (56:13):
I love it, well, I appreciate it.

Speaker 5 (56:15):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (56:16):
Casey doesn't find it? That's true, all right, keep it off,
keep it off? Thanks. See look at that? How about that?
We're funny to that, gentleman. Thank you anyway, So let
me see here. Would you like to hear about how
celebrities are just not humans? They just we can't relate
to certain celebrities. Yes, please, So Kevin Hart, who has

(56:40):
a penis? As far as I know, I haven't ask
chat what she says? Does he have a is? Kevin
Hart have a hog? See? If I ask it about everyone,
then it's okay. Every celebrity I see on TV? Hey, Hey,
Doesndaya have a penis? Just that's got a whole list.
But Kevin Hart was on a podcast talking about how

(57:01):
he doesn't fly commercial he only flies private hasn't flown
commercial in like fifteen years. Oh wow. And the guy
interviewing asked him about a certain treat that you get
on flights and whether or not he's had that treat before.
So here you go. Do you remember what it's like
to get Biscoff cookies? And what is that? Ooh? What
is that? That is the level of wealth, I ask,

(57:24):
what is that?

Speaker 15 (57:24):
No?

Speaker 2 (57:25):
I want to be so rich that I don't even
know what a Biscoff cookie is. What is that? It's
a cookie? Yeah, as a billionaire you wouldn't know, but
it is a cookie that the brand is called Biscoffer,
and almost like a short break cookie.

Speaker 6 (57:40):
They're delicious and if you stay awake while the flight.

Speaker 2 (57:44):
Attendant comes down the aisle, she asks if he was
She's in, sir, Biscoff cookies. Switchy kid, huh yo, this
guy's one a very fancy flight because that have been offered.
She's not once, not once. I usually just get offered,
you know, water and the bisc cough cook Biscof cookies
or maybe some No, usually don't even have peanuts any

(58:04):
more of them little pretzels maybe. Did you know by
the way that now bisk cough I mean you can
buy them in stores. It's not just on the airplanes.
But they also make a bisk cough butter. Yes, it's fantastic.
So I saw this over like Meyer one day. Actually
was it Kroger. I was over at the Royal Orog.
They put it right on this place, the Kroger like

(58:26):
off a twelve mile okay, I walk into krogram over
in whatever section. Boom. It was basically like a dunk
a use but with bis cough butter. I can't tell
you how many times they stop and I look at
the biscough Butter. I'm like, put it down. You could
you do not your health? Let me tell you how
it doesn't matter your health. Be damned. It is fantastic.
So they give you like little bread sticks in it, right,

(58:48):
and you dip it in this biss cough Butter. It
is the most amazing thing I've ever had. Like, I
like the idea that they're like that if you hit
a certain level of wealth where you don't do things
that everyone does, Like, that's not true. I guar there's
something that George Clooney does that's like that. He's always
done that, he's always enjoyed, like I've always enjoyed the
mcdouble or something like that. Like dude, Donald Trump, say,

(59:09):
which want about? I mean, it's the president. The man
loves Dieke, Cokes and Big Max. All right, Right, So,
like I don't care how rich or fake rich you
get that, there's always gonna be an opportunity to have
something you've enjoyed for all of your life. I don't
care who you are into.

Speaker 6 (59:24):
Maybe Kevin Hard just didn't realize what the biscough cookie was.
Like maybe I'm sure he's had, he's got.

Speaker 2 (59:28):
Cooking, he's there's there's not a time obviously there was
a time in his life where he wasn't flying pj's
the whole time. You know, like at some point he's
gotten a biscough cookie. When's the last time you ate
a full warm meal on an airplane? Oh? Wow, I
would have been in junior high. Yeah. We went on
the big red boat cruise Disney Cruise my family for

(59:49):
a vacation may of was it maybe ninety seven, and
they actually had like a hot meal, Like I don't
know that I ever have. Yeah, I don't know that
I've ever because like the extent of my meals on
a plane would be like maybe like the little treat
box where there's like little beef jerkys or little sausages
for seventy five dollars. Yeah, And I'm like, I think
that's the extent. I don't know that I've ever sat

(01:00:11):
there with a fork and knife and ate a meal
that I didn't bring on the plane myself.

Speaker 5 (01:00:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:00:16):
And even when I had that, that was like a
it was a hot sandwich. Yeah, it wasn't like a
you know, it wasn't like Mom's meat loaf or anything
like that. Did you ever fly on a plane that
still had an ash tray in the arm?

Speaker 3 (01:00:27):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:00:27):
Chair? God, think about that? Can you imagine sitting on
an airplane another else screwed shut? I know, it's amazing.
Though when you think about it.

Speaker 6 (01:00:34):
Do you think, you say, imagine being an airplane and
cigarettes just smoking?

Speaker 2 (01:00:39):
Like it's one thing to be at a restaurant, you know,
like whatever, that sucks, but it's one thing you're on
a plane. You're in this little tube in the air
and there's just people. I mean, that's fascinating. The World's
a different place than anyway. So Kevin Hart's apparently never
had bisc cough cookies which can we send them some
we should like. Dear Kevin Hart, Dear Kevin, here is

(01:00:59):
some biscoff cook. He's from your poor fans, and there's
no way if he had a biscough cookie he would enjoy. Like, obviously,
your taste changes when you have more money because you
have more access to stuff. You look champagne. But all
that said, like if you liked Texas Roadhouse when you
were poor, oh, you're still gonna love Texas Roa. I
love Texas Roads. I don't care if I become a
millionaire somehow. I don't care if like I'm out walking
my dog one day and some guy, you know, there's

(01:01:20):
some Amazon driver runs into me and I get rich
off of it. I mean, that's the only way I'm
gonna get rich.

Speaker 5 (01:01:25):
Let's be real.

Speaker 2 (01:01:25):
That's why I keep looking for the Amazon truck. Correct, Like,
oh my back, So if anything ever happens, I'd still
go to Texas Roadhouse because I love Texas Roadhouse. You
know where You're not gonna find that butter in those
rolls some fancy steakhouse, but you're gonna find them. They're
gonna keep bringing them out to you. If Chris Is
ain't gonna serve you those those uh Simon butter biscuits.
The only thing that will happen that will be a
sign that I got super rich. As it relates to

(01:01:46):
going to Texas Roadhouse, is if they bring me a
batch of bread that's a little overdone and not like
Dowe like I like it, I'll send it back and
say make it Dowe. I want doughie your bread. But
other than that, I'll just be me. I'm still me, baby.
Do you hear Josh Is sent that bread back. I
think I think he's rich. I think I think he's
just saying, now the biscuit's back. They weren't doing enough.
They're not biscuits, by the way, the rolls. There's a

(01:02:08):
big difference between biscuits. You know, he's really he's really
rich because now I called him biscuits and now he
corrected me that they're rolls. He's rich. People don't eat biscuits.
One day roll he's asking about balls on his chat GPT. Yeah,
he wants to judge me.

Speaker 6 (01:02:22):
He goes viral for talking to the gypsy about trans
people's genitals, and now you can't eat you can't eat
a damn biscuit.

Speaker 2 (01:02:28):
That's a roll anyway. AnyWho, all right, if you want
to get in eight seven seven nine eight eight one
oh six seven, you can also about the trans person's biscuits.
Now he's all up. That's it, all right. We got
more rock and roll and other stuff coming up.

Speaker 8 (01:02:43):
Like it or not.

Speaker 7 (01:02:44):
This is the Josh in his show, one of six
point seven w LZ Detroit Reals one.

Speaker 2 (01:02:51):
Of six point seven Detroit's Wheels. Josh and the Show
Josh and James. Fat and Nostalgia, Yeah, big hit phone go, it's.

Speaker 3 (01:03:21):
Get tonight.

Speaker 2 (01:03:23):
They were talking about the rolls at Texas Roadhouse. Here's
the question I'm going to ask you for Fat and Nostalgic.
It's a very rare back to back days of fat
and nostalgic. What is the best roll slash bread at
a restaurantabiscuits? A lot of people say that, but I'm
not a cheese guy, so that didn't do it for

(01:03:44):
they don't like cheese. Okay, it might be easier to
rank them if you had to come up with a
mount rushmore so, they don't have to rank them. Just
put the top four and if you want to put
a number ranking on it, fine, Top four breads at restaurants. Okay,
I want people in on this. You can call eight
seven seven nine eight eight one oh sixty seven. You
can also text the word Josh and your message to

(01:04:05):
five one eight eight one. It's a very important conversation.
Number one for me, I will give it an easy
Number one is the Texas Roadhouse number one. Okay. A
lot of this is from steakhouses like chain steakhouse, because
every chain steakhouse has to have a signature bread, an
underrated one that you don't hear a lot about. Is
it Longhorn? So Longhorn brings out this like loait like, uh,

(01:04:28):
it's the it's the black colored bread. No, that's it
out back, that's not on the list. That that's that
brown like I don't like that. It's fine, it's edible.
Look I'll paul dip it in some butter. Okay, But
I would go with Texas Roadhouses number one. Rye ry
Breadt's see it's no actually not okay? Theirs is that?
I think there? I think the bread may be it's

(01:04:49):
not rye. But ask ask your internet machine there, yes,
what the bread is at Longhorn Steakhouse? Which is that machine?
What is the bread at Long Horns Steakhouse, which by
the way, also has a great shrimp and shrimp and
potato chowder or something that's.

Speaker 6 (01:05:07):
Very warm, honey wheat bread or honey wheat loaf with
that butter. It is fantastic. That's when they give you
a loaf for you if you actually cut your own slices. Yes, yeah, okay,
that's very good.

Speaker 2 (01:05:18):
The bread. If we're going chain restaurants here, because I
don't really know any of the local breads, but if
you go with no I got see I okay, then
I will. I will just been open like a loaf
of bread. It's like like a flat bread. Yeah, okay, okay,
it's good. What now, do we prefer like the bread
sticks of a of a garden or do we prefer

(01:05:41):
the kind of bread you get at say the what's
the other Italian chain restaurant that I'm thinking of, Carabas.
So if you go to Carabas where they come out
and they make you the little I do love dipping
it in the oil stuff. Okay, So I'm going to
go Texas Roadhouses number one, number two. I'm still gonna
with the bread over at Longhorn. Okay, I'm probably gonna

(01:06:04):
go with the bread oil combo over at Carabas. Number three. Boy,
this is tough to think of another one in there,
because you know, like might need three to be honest.
I mean it's a smaller amount, Rushmore, it's not in
the budget. Yeah, we were talking. We're just talking bread.
We can't put one more in there. So if I'm
going top three, that would be my top three for breads. Now,

(01:06:26):
you you like to go red lobster, chedderbab biscuits number one,
got it?

Speaker 6 (01:06:29):
Number two I would say the textas roadhouse, the buttered
biscuits or rolls. And then number three I would say
olive garden bread sticks. Okay, now here's one that doesn't.
I don't know if we count it since it's not
at a sit down restaurant, but Soroke's, so Soroki's and
the gas stations. I've where they got the chicken and pizza.
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, so I've seen those places, but

(01:06:49):
I never I've never dined there. The biscuits are these
honey butter biscuits. They got like this glaze on top
of them. Spectacular. Now do we count those? Because if
we start getting into that area. Then we start talking
the biscuits at Popeyes, which are great. We start talking
the biscuits at churches, which are underrated and incredible.

Speaker 2 (01:07:07):
Or do we just stick with you're at a sit
down restaurant they bring out a basket before you sit down.
Do we count tortilla chips in this as well, because
that's just basically bread, But like in a Mexican restaurant,
does that count?

Speaker 5 (01:07:20):
You know?

Speaker 2 (01:07:20):
These are the corn Like when you go to a
Greek place and they bring up pedas with homici and stuff.

Speaker 6 (01:07:25):
I love the pita with the garlic. So what do
we do well the garlic stuff? I think you just
stick to the sit down joints. Okay, so good. So
we're going to sit down joints. And if I'm going
top three in this in Fat and Nostalgia, Texas Roadhouse
bread number one with a bullet, Number two it's longhorn,
and number three I would go with the bread that
you dip into the oils at Carabas.

Speaker 2 (01:07:46):
Okay, there we go. If you want to get in
on that, text the word Josh and your message to
five one eight eight one. You can call eight seven
seven nine eight eight one oh six seven Fat and nostalgia.

Speaker 19 (01:07:56):
Yes, Hey, come on, Huck's.

Speaker 7 (01:08:10):
Bast make it back to night.

Speaker 2 (01:08:24):
Also coming up, I'm very annoyed by something that was
said by the Tigers TV broadcast after the ejection of
fromer ve H. It's everything I hate about local broadcasting
because most of these people are I mean, look, I
get that they're on the payroll. I get that, so
I don't judge them the same way I judge like
real media people. But sometimes they say things that just

(01:08:46):
pissed me off to the point that I'm like, get
get it, they've done it. Huh, they've done it. Talking
to you, Andy Dirks. Oh no, Dirks, you've done it, Dirks.
I'll talk about that here in just a sec. Oh,
someone says the outback bread. I disagree with that. One
of six point seven Detroit's wheel so fat and nostalgic. Yeah,
talking about the best breads or biscuits or carbs that

(01:09:09):
you're gonna find at these chain restaurants or other restaurants.
You can make some other suggestions as well. Was there
a buffet restaurant here called Ryan's. I don't think so.
It was a buffet place, and I used to go
there all the time in Missouri when I was a kid,
they had great bread too, like soft and there was
like a little glaze of butter on top, and it
was very good. I don't know if that existed here

(01:09:31):
or not, or if any of them exist in the
country anymore, but I really liked Ryan's. There was a
Western sislon which there is another chain buffet that had
really good bread too. On here, I've got ponderosa rolls
were great. I used to buy buy them for ten
cents in the late seventies, says this text. I remember
the pond. They were all probably pretty good because most

(01:09:52):
of those kind of chain, mid level steakhouse type places
had very similar bread and they were good. Let's see here, wheels,
what's up Jack Luis?

Speaker 3 (01:10:02):
And you could hear check it out. There's just steakhouse,
eat scent and got luckies. They have a little boudeste
little bread they'd bring out before you order.

Speaker 2 (01:10:11):
Oh god, man, what's so bodacious about it?

Speaker 3 (01:10:15):
It's just delicious, you know, it's it's so good. My
dad annoying at cheapskate. Oh, yes, to bring a little
home after we eat.

Speaker 2 (01:10:25):
But what is it like? What type of bread is
it is? It like soft and warm?

Speaker 5 (01:10:29):
Is it more of like a soft worm white bread?

Speaker 2 (01:10:32):
It's like it's been made by angels of heaven.

Speaker 3 (01:10:35):
It's good. It's very good. If you're the chance to
go to the Luckies and Scent and they are grete
food and the bread is very good.

Speaker 2 (01:10:42):
Well good, I've got to check that out. I'm all
about bread. I love carbs. I love them. You're tasty,
all right, So there you go. All right, So I
do need to get to this audio of Andy Dirk's
on the Tigers broadcast, annoying me with this reaction to
from Valdez again, Like I hate when people say stuff
that's stupid and they know the answer to but they're
saying it because they're employed by the team. Like I

(01:11:03):
don't care if someone's employed by a team and they
and they don't offer up real opinions. You're employed by
the team, It doesn't bother me. Like I can accept that.
But when you go on the air and say something
stupid and you do it with like fervor and fire,
that's when I get annoy. Yeah what did he say? Annoy?
I'll play it for you here. I gotta play some
commercials first, And you got a thousand dollars shot coming
up too. Yep, and today might be the day we

(01:11:25):
get thirty right answers on rock and Roll two. Really
we're going back, so well, can this be the day
or well, I just missed the first one, like I've
done a couple of times. Well, guess at sea hopefully
question about the police. Yeah, I'll be okay with the other.
Uh no knows that you can't have questions about well
sting notably. And uh, I'm sure we'll find another category

(01:11:46):
that we're gonna find out. We'll do rock and roll
Jeopardy as well. It's the Josh Ennis Show.

Speaker 4 (01:11:51):
Josh in this show, one of six point seven.

Speaker 8 (01:11:53):
W LZ Detroit wheels died.

Speaker 2 (01:11:57):
So I got a lot of stuff that we still
haven't gotten show. I got Sandy dirt thing, I got
this thing with I forgot all about the exermist. I
got rock and roll Jeopardy. So let's get cracking with
that and then we'll see. Look, we may go along today.
I don't know. I don't even know if we have
that jurisdiction. I don't know if we have the right
to do that, But I don't care because I got
a lot that I still need to get to So

(01:12:17):
let's see here. Let's play a little rock and roll jeopardy. First,
everybody play along. Do you have your uh? Got your okay? Good?
The goal is to get all thirty correct. Let's see.

Oh no, don't let me listen to.

Speaker 5 (01:19:05):
The clue again, songs seventies for five hundred place.

Speaker 4 (01:19:10):
The answer is don't be a fool with your life.
A young woman advises her soldier boyfriend in this nineteen
seventy four hit.

Speaker 2 (01:19:18):
So that's a story song. It is obviously that's a category.
Don't be a fool with your life. It's a female
don't be a fool with your life. Oh no, he stomped.
Oh god, why did I get twenty two in a row? Yeap?
Almost ten? Oh no, okay, don't be a fool with

(01:19:41):

Speaker 5 (01:20:24):
I don't know, Tim, what is Billy don't be a hero?

Speaker 2 (01:20:27):
You're right, I didn't even know even Billy don't be
a hero.

Speaker 5 (01:20:30):
Duh.

Speaker 2 (01:20:31):
This is the worst feeling I've ever had.

Speaker 5 (01:20:33):
Street Creed for Street Creed O.

Speaker 2 (01:20:36):
Yes, this dude, you're a moron.

Speaker 4 (01:20:38):
The answer is the title of this nineteen seventy three
Elton John hit mentions an avenue that passes.

Speaker 2 (01:20:43):
Through Oz, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Bryan, what is the
golden brick road? Ud, go Home, Go Home.

Speaker 4 (01:20:53):

Speaker 2 (01:20:53):
Someone to take this guy and beat him. I'll take
street Creed for one thousand is? What is where? The

Speaker 5 (01:21:03):
What is good bye yellow brick Road?

Speaker 3 (01:21:05):
There you go?

Speaker 5 (01:21:06):
Rock on Broadway for four hundred place.

Speaker 4 (01:21:08):
The answer is Contrary to her song You're No Good,
she was quite good as Mabel in the Pirates of
Penza and Holly. Who is Linda Ronstad?

Speaker 5 (01:21:16):
Right?

Speaker 2 (01:21:17):
Rock on Broadway for five hundred.

Speaker 4 (01:21:18):
Plates before declaring I never knew love like this before
she played Dorothy in The Whiz.

Speaker 2 (01:21:24):
Oh who is that? I never knew love like I
don't know right now. I'm like from bro I gave
up back to back Home. I just want to hit
I just want to hit one of the Red Sox. Now,
who is Diana Ross?

Speaker 5 (01:21:35):
Nope, No it's not. Who's Whitney Houston?

Speaker 2 (01:21:38):
No it's not it's someone from Is it Denise Williams?

Speaker 9 (01:21:43):
No?

Speaker 2 (01:21:43):
I don't think that's it.

Speaker 5 (01:21:44):
Who is Stephanie Mill that's it?

Speaker 4 (01:21:46):
Hollie.

Speaker 2 (01:21:46):
It's your board. It's like my heart went out of you.

Speaker 4 (01:21:50):
Oh you can get your kicks on the Depeche Mode
cover of this pop song from the forties, Root sixty six.

Speaker 8 (01:21:57):
What is Root sixty six?

Speaker 4 (01:21:58):
You bet street? Cred three hundred. The answer is he
wrote sixth Avenue Heartache, and his dad wrote positively. Fourth
Street Jacob Dylan, Tim, Where's Jacob Dylan? Right Street?

Speaker 5 (01:22:09):
Cred for four hundred places.

Speaker 4 (01:22:10):
This saxophone saturated Jerry Rafferty tune can be heard on
the Goodwill Hunting soundtrack Baker Street Tim Baker's Saker Street
is right Street?

Speaker 5 (01:22:19):
Cred for five hundred point rounding.

Speaker 4 (01:22:20):
Out the board. A nineteen seventy seven song tells us
when Bob Seeger feels lonely and beat, he drifts back
in time and finds his feet here.

Speaker 2 (01:22:28):
Down on Main Street. What is down on Main Street?
Twenty eight correct two incorrect questions? Well, this song feels fitting,
so that's only again I know, but it hurts, hurts

(01:22:51):
so bad. So today we've been talking about from ber
Valdez plunking that dude from the Red Sox because the
Red Sox blew his ass up and it just had
back to back home runs. And Andy Dirks was on
the Tigers broadcast and while Benetti was actually there too
figure that one out, but I guess he wasn't busy
doing something more important. But look, it's obvious. It is

(01:23:13):
obvious that he hit this guy on purpose. He gave
a back to back home runs. He has a history
of being a dope doing these things. Yet Andy Dirks
had a problem with this ejection.

Speaker 5 (01:23:21):
I don't like this idea.

Speaker 20 (01:23:22):
If you can complain your way into getting the picture
kicked out of a ball game that's real time after
the pitch, is there anything about that Jason that would
suggest that.

Speaker 2 (01:23:34):
So his point here is that, like, look at his face.
There was nothing on his face that would lead you
to believe he did that on purpose. Yeah, no way,
you don't say that he didn't just like yell, hey,
I hit him on purpose. Of course he's not going
to like but what did you want them to know?
Like you were trying to send a message, is just
getting hit by the thrown out? Because then you'll get
thrown out, Like if you say, if it's obvious, you'll

(01:23:55):
get thrown out. And I got thrown out anyway, because
it's obvious that he hit him on purpose. It's obvious,
maybe that his goal was to be thrown out. I
probably could have been very he's five pissed he gave
up ten runs instead of staying in there to give
up ten more. That he's like, I'm gonna get my
ass out of here. Maybe he wanted to get run.
You're right, that's true. But like the idea that there's
nothing there that indicates to me that he should have

(01:24:17):
been thrown out, that he did it on purpose, I
don't know that he's fromber Valdez and he does dickish
things on a pretty frequent basis when things aren't going
his way. If you're the diddler in the neighborhood, you're
like the little red dot on the map, and then
someone accuses you of being a diddler. Again, people probably
aren't gonna give you the benefit of the doubt. They're
just gonna say it probably diddled. That's fair. This guy's
got a history, get real. I do feel like he

(01:24:39):
probably did it on purpose, But after watching some other
videos that there's like conspiracy stuff going on that this
guy was stealing signs. Who cares? So I feel like
he still signs all the time. More so the reason
behind it than that that's fine that he still gave
up ten runs. Pal Like. They still signs all the time.
Still like, if there's a guy on second base, if
that guy isn't trying to steal sign and he's probably

(01:25:01):
doing a bad job because they look, the catcher flashes
the sign. Whatever, hell, they're gonna throw a curveball and
he hits a home run, we'll do a better job
of hiding the signs. It's been going on for one
hundred and fifty years in baseball. Figure out, figure it out.
He's out of control, he's trying to hit the story
No so no, no, and he's not in an aggressive

(01:25:21):
posture at all.

Speaker 7 (01:25:22):
But what's he gonna do?

Speaker 2 (01:25:24):
Is he gonna hit the guy? Then go row in
an aggressive posture. Yes, I think that's what he should do.
Row for the way the bench is cleared, That's what
I would have expected to These guys are jack offs.
No offense, they're jack offs. These two Dufises spend more
time doing carnival shows during the broadcast. Grow Up, grow Up,

(01:25:46):
I understand they write your check.

Speaker 3 (01:25:48):
Grow up.

Speaker 2 (01:25:48):
A couple more lip syncing videos with Daniella audience.

Speaker 5 (01:25:52):
I like those.

Speaker 2 (01:25:53):
I like Dirt Get Lost. I do feel like they
could probably do. Like so in a biodome, you know
when the two guys from biodome would fart and then
they'd smell the fart and guess what they ate. Yeah,
that seems like a bit that those guys that's next,
But but I enjoy it, Like I don't have any
problem with the way they call a game. It is
what it is, and I give that. You're employed by
the team. Get lost. He's not in any sort of

(01:26:15):
aggressive like, like, what did you want him to do? Andy?
And the two dufuses up there, like what did you
want him to do? Like did you really think like
I let me rewind this just a little bit. No,
you're right, Andy, let me kiss your ass a little
bit and say, yeah, you're right. He's not an aggressive posture.

(01:26:37):
He's out of control. He's trying to hit the story No,
so no, go ahead, get in Jayson. He's not in
an aggressive posture at all. But he's not an an
aggressive post So just so, did you expect him to
hit the guy? So they just hit two home runs
off him? He's giving up ten runs. He's gotten shelled,
Like did you think the guy was gonna like hit him?

Speaker 7 (01:26:54):
And then go.

Speaker 2 (01:26:57):
You want purpose. Yes, that's what I would have assumed happened.
I mean when I watched the clip, we're dope someone
from a guy who doesn't. I don't know. Is this
a common thing?

Speaker 3 (01:27:06):
You know?

Speaker 2 (01:27:06):
A team hits two home runs back to back on
you and you hit a guy. Is that a regular
thing that happened? Sure, that happens pretty frequently. When a
guy's getting shelled, he decides to hit somebody. That does happen.
Let's figure if he had issues, you know, with with
other players, a history of being a dummy. This isn't new,
So you can't tell me if you want to tell
me that you don't think he should get tossed because

(01:27:26):
he was like uh, you know, they just begged for
him to get tossed in the fine but you know,
the guy has a track record of being a jagweed.
He has a history of it. So I'm like, I
don't know how you with a straight face as a broadcast.
I don't care who writes your check. I don't care
where a straight face. How you sit there and say
there's other than indicated to me that he threw at

(01:27:47):
him on purpose. If you don't know that, then you're
a moron. And I didn't play in the big leagues
and you did, so you know more about baseball than
I do. But I know enough to know that guy
hit him on purpose. And if you're gonna sit there
on TV and tell me I know why they threw
him out because there's nothing there, I have no respect
for you. Gold lip sync a grease song on Instagram
with Daniella again and let an adult get up there

(01:28:08):
and call the damn game. You're just upset because you
didn't get the lip sync the grease song.

Speaker 3 (01:28:12):
Why?

Speaker 2 (01:28:13):
But that's neither here nor there. The point in all
of this is mislet hostility, is that I can't take
you seriously. You're a joke, which you were probably happy
about because you guys are doing a little borsch Belt
comedy routine up there every night. Cool. These guys are
entertaining the fans. Look, I don't think they're bad broadcast.
I think Jason's very good. But to sit there and

(01:28:34):
be like, I don't know why you tossed the guy.
Yeah he hit him on purpose, and you know he
hit him on purpose, And then for Benetti to go,
he doesn't look aggressive at all, like was he gonna
sit there? And start doing Ninja kicks towards him and
be like, I hit you on praps, rip his shirt
up like doing hanks during the second chop to your crotch.
The crotch just embarrassing, Like I used to think that, Like,

(01:28:54):
like everybody's always had hometown announcers that root for their team,
as they should. They should root for the home teamed
by them. They should, but at least at some point
we had credibility where you think, oh, this guy's at
least giving me an honest, fair opinion while he's roading
for the team. These guys are jamokes. And I appreciate
Derek's uh take on it because for me, Emily, I
don't understand why they threw him out. He hit a guy,

(01:29:16):
so what big deal? These guys are jimokes. They're clowns,
and they're jimokes. And it's sad because Benetti's a good broadcaster.
But what happens is you you become employed by these
teams and then you get it and you can't look
at things objectively, Like if you want to tell me
you don't think he should have been tossed, okay, but
if you want to tell me like trying to sell
me that he didn't hit him on purpose. I'm not

(01:29:37):
a moron, dude, and neither are the people in Detroit.
These are smart sports people. Go tell them that. In Phoenix, Arizona,
they may buy it. They'll probably be all for it.
In Phoenix. These people aren't stupid here, despite what you
say on Woodward Sports, They're not all stupid. But Mike
christ like that is a joke, like that he obviously

(01:29:58):
hit him on purpose, And to try to sell me
that he didn't get lost, bro, Like, pee on me
and tell me it's a raining type of thing. Like,
come on, you're a clown. I have zero respect for
this man, none, zero. You've lost all of my respect
because you can't just acknowledge what happened, which was he
hit him on purpose. Now if you would have told

(01:30:20):
me and he were in the broadcast booth and he says, well,
I think they were stealing his sign, So he's pissed.
I'd respect that. That's analysis, analysis, isn't I don't like that.
We're just throwing guys out because the team's mad. He
obviously hit him on purpose. He sucked, and he's got
a history. Again, if there's a diddler in the neighborhood,

(01:30:41):
and he's accused of diddling. Again, it's fair for people
to go, hey, it's probably true that he was diddling.
This guy's got a history of being a jagweed.

Speaker 6 (01:30:53):
You know, the only person that uses pedophilia as a
way to metaphor being thrown out of a baseball game.

Speaker 2 (01:30:58):
Were unique on this show? Are take that, big Jim,
where's your pedophilia metaphor about the game, there's your diddle,
diddle metaphors get lost. But anyway, I'm not alone on this.
I know other people feel this way. Well yeah, did
they text in and say that, not one, But I
know they feel it. And that's all that Matten. Neighbors
love us.

Speaker 4 (01:31:15):
So much they drew a damn brick at our window
to hear us better.

Speaker 5 (01:31:21):
A neighbor, you're number one man.

Speaker 1 (01:31:24):
Share us with your neighbors by telling your smart device
to play double Ullz on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (01:31:31):
Noah, Today is a day that I have so many
things that I feel like four hours and four hundred
songs isn't enough time. Though I might have to skip
out on the story about the about the Secret Service.
May we'll have that tomorrow. They will do that, because
I did get a response from a listener named Linda.
Now this goes back to a conversation we were having
earlier about the TV show Euphoria, which I've started watching,

(01:31:53):
and there's a transgender character. Again, do not care that
the character is transgender. I don't care if you're a transit.
I don't care, Like, do what you do. I'm not
somebody that's gonna judge you for it. Like I wasn't
really raised that way. Not to brag, but like when
people talk about religion, right, and they're like I hear
people that fight wars over religion or this group page Jews,
or this group hat's Muslim. I didn't grow up knowing

(01:32:13):
anything about religion other than like my dad grew up
Catholic and you know, it was an altered boy and stuff.
Other than that, I don't know anything about religion. Didn't
go to Catechism, didn't do any of that stuff. I
just you know, I watched soft core porn when I
was a kid. Like, I don't know about religion, so
I don't care. And it's kind of in the same
way as this, like I don't give a damn if
you're a transgender what do whatever you want to do
with your life. You're an adult person, do whatever the

(01:32:35):
hell you want to do. Fine, but there's a character
and I was curious about this character on the show.
It wanted to know if this person still had in
real life. It's a real transgender person. It's not just
the character on the show, because that'd be problematic, right,
you can't have a non transgender play a transgender and
a TV show. Hell, a white guy can't voice a
black cartoon or a dog anymore. So like, what are
you gonna do? So anyway, so I asked my chat

(01:32:58):
GPT last night, gipsy. I asked Gypsy if this person,
this real person? Hunter Schaeffer is this person's name. I
was like, Hey, does this person still have a D
and B? Because I was just curious, that's all. I'm
not judging. I just wanted to know. It's a morbid
It's not even a morbid curiosity. It's a curiosity. So
Linda says, left us a message kind of a perverse curioda.

(01:33:20):
All curiosities tend to be perverse or morbid in some way,
you know. And by the way, Linda will make this point. Okay,
So Linda says Josh. Let's see, Jules does appear to
have junk. I think it's season one where Jeules and
Rue are lying on the bed talking. You can tell
by her under that the image of her D and
B is still there. I'm at work, or I would

(01:33:41):
have called. I wish you would have called from work
if she's sitting there at work, like working at like
a doctor's office, like hold on, I got a call. Yeah,
this is Linda. I have an answer to the D
and B question from euphoria. Yeah, just fill that form out. Okay,
we'll be I'm talking to Josh Shennis. I'm about transgender painus.
So you need to sign both of these lines. Just initial.

(01:34:03):
It says humans. It says also, humans are born to
be curious. People need to get over politically correct and
what we are allowed to ask in general. You find
this in death too. We want to know how someone died.
We are curious. We want to know how bad we
should feel. Did they go in their sleep? Nice? Did
they get run over? Very sad like? Yeah, when you

(01:34:23):
slow down to watch e wrec there's a that's curiosity.
We're curious people. So the fact that I asked my
chat GPT. I was like, well, hey, Gipsy, does this
person still have a hog? And I was just curious.
I wasn't going to judge one way or the other.
I don't care, like there's a difference because you say
you don't care, You're like, well, you most have cared
because you ask. No, I don't care about what the
answer to the question is. I am legitimately curious about

(01:34:47):
the question. I don't I'm not angry or either way
over what the answer is. That's all. But my chat
GPT kind of judged me. There was a judgmental tone
that my chat GPT took with me, and I didn't
like it. Did you phrase the question as calling it
a d n B? I did that part of it.
I mean, look, I was I was drinking wine last
night and I was trying to be funny. I thought
Gypsy might be tickled by it. When we got into

(01:35:07):
some of the Loren's wine. Huh. I got into a
little bit of the wine and I was like, well, hey,
does this person still have a d n B? So
I got into the wine start watching you for you. Look,
I don't know where you're going or what you're trying
to insinuate just that you got the hots for the transactor. Look, dude,
I think it's the person's good looking, like I like,
and I don't care if you want to judge me

(01:35:29):
for saying, you know what, I think's pretty Laverne Cox.
Laverne Cox is a dude. Like I don't know if
Laverne Cox is technically but I don't know. I don't
know if Laverne Cox is actually transitioned or not. I
don't know, but like, I look at Laverne Cox and
I'm like, hey, I think Laverne Cox is pretty, Like
I mean, like, I don't, I don't care. Laverne Cox
probably wouldn't think I'm pretty, probably wouldn't think I'm attract him. Whatever,

(01:35:50):
it doesn't matter. But my point in all of this
is that I was just curious if this person had done,
like if he didn gone the full fully committed or
if there's still that's all they want to know, or
maybe they couldn't. I don't know how it all works,
but I was just curious. But then I was getting
judged by my chat GPT, and I then you make
the mistake in trying to explain to your chat GPT

(01:36:11):
how progressive you are, I'm very progressive chat GPT, yes,
And then they're like, oh, I'm chat GPT, I don't
have thoughts on things. I'm like, oh, you have thoughts
all the time.

Speaker 3 (01:36:20):
I know you do.

Speaker 2 (01:36:21):
You can't just conveniently not have opinions on certain things
chat GPT. That's not how the robot world works, that's all.
But thank you, Linda. I'm glad that Linda was able
to come through with some sense. Yeah, Linda's talking sense.
Then I made the mistake on Twitter last night because
someone posted a question. It was one of these rock
and roll accounts, and it was like, who do you prefer,

(01:36:43):
Bruce Springsteen or Bob Seeger, who turns eighty one today. So,
and this is something I have felt for a very
long time. I quote tweeted it and said, Springsteen blows
and I love Bob Seger. Now I have always disliked
Bruce Springsteen. It has nothing to do with politics. But
this is twenty twenty six. So if you don't like
someone who's outspoken about one thing politically, you obviously dislike

(01:37:05):
this person because of their politics.

Speaker 5 (01:37:07):
Correct.

Speaker 2 (01:37:09):
So when I come out and say I don't even
know what Bob Seger's politics are It was just a
question about Seeger versus Springsteen, and I adore Bob Seger.
I dislike Bruce Springsteen and I always have. He grunts,
he waddles. I think his songs are boring. I don't
like Bruce Springsteen except Hungry Heart. Outside of that, I
don't like Bruce Springsteen. Now I'm inundated with tweets from people,

(01:37:30):
Oh we got an in cell white guy that doesn't
like Bruce Springsteen's politics. I don't care. It's probably bots.
I'm sure there's a lot of people out there who's
politics I probably would dislike that. I enjoy their music,
probably most singers, if I had to guess. Then there
are other people who you probably think I like their politics,
who I think are dopes, like the gentleman from Stained,

(01:37:51):
who I think is a dope. You know which you
love is butt rock. I had some of it so
far Away Banger, not all of it, but I like
a lot of it. But my fun was like, look,
and that's my point is, but that's how the world works.
Now the world has to tell you you don't like
him because you don't like these politics. I'm like, no
robot person on Twitter, I just don't like the music.

(01:38:11):
Somebody goes, Bob Seger is poverty, Okay, Bob Seger is poverty.
Bob Seger is fantastic, and he's eighty one and he's great,
and I just prefer his music. We're playing the Rock
and Rold Jeopardy down on Main Street, right. There is
not a Bruce Springsteen song that I would rather listen
to over Main Street or fire Lag or Night Moves,
none of them. And by the way, if Bruce Springsteen

(01:38:34):
were so good, why do all these classic rock stations
for the most part not play Bruce Springsteen anymore? You
want to know why? Because these classic rock stations use
what's called testing or whatever, right, and they talk to
groups of people and they get a score on these songs,
and that's how songs are determined how they're played on
the radio. Basically, So when they play all this music
for people outside of a couple of places, which I
would imagine Northeast probably still does a lot of Springsteen,

(01:38:55):
you don't hear a lot of Bruce Springsteen. Why because
most people don't care about Bruce Springsteen's music because it
hasn't held up well over the test of time. It
hasn't held up very well. You know, it does night Moves,
which is one of the handful of the greatest classic
rock songs that has ever been performed. And that was
all my opinion was was I think Springsteen blows. I
always have and I love Bob Seger, always have period.

(01:39:18):
You're an incel okay, cool, Thanks Twitter guy, I appreciate
you did. You're dumb dumb on Twitter. There you go.
All right, let's see here, Let's play some rock and
roll because I haven't played enough of that today. Oh
all right, Cage the Elephant, Detroit's wheels. I am Josh,
he is James. We're gonna have to get out of
here because Laura's up next, and she's got to tell

(01:39:38):
you all about the delicious, tasty wines of Ohio, among
other things about Ohio. She's big on Ohio. I don't
know what it is with this Laura, but she loves Ohio.
They say, hey, Laura, do you love Ohio. She's like,
I love Ohio, all the towns of Ohio, Sandusky, Fame, Cleveland, Cincinnati,
peter Point. But she doesn't like when you cross the

(01:40:00):
bridge in Cincinnati and go to Kentucky. She doesn't speak
on behalf of Kentucky. But as long as you're on
the Cincinnati side, the Ohio side of things of Cincinnati,
then you're okay. You think she's a fan of the
Skyline Chili. I bet she loves it. Isn't in Ohio?

Speaker 5 (01:40:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:40:12):
Well then yes, Cincinnati, isn't it? That would be my guest.
Then that's Cincinnati. So I would guess that she loves
Skyline Chili because it's in Ohio.

Speaker 6 (01:40:20):
Which wine she would pair with the Skyline show? I
look for something from Ohio. I'll tell you that Ohio wine,
Ohio chili, all of them. So she so you got
to listen to find out. Maybe she'll do that. She'll
be like, Hey, that was David Bowie.

Speaker 2 (01:40:35):
Let me tell you about why I like the chili
and the wine from Ohio and why it's a really
bad combo late at night.

Speaker 1 (01:40:43):
If you missed any of the Josh in his show,
listen on demand on our free Iyard radio.
