Speaker 1 (00:01):
Three agent defensive lineman Sebastian Joseph Day. They move him
all around the line.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
He plays really hard.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
I think he's a perfect fit.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Welcome to Pittsburgh. You grew up on the other side
of Pennsylvania. Had you been to Pittsburgh not football related before?

Speaker 3 (00:19):
No, not football related. I've been to Pittsburgh to play. Yeah,
and that's that's about it.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
That's about it. Do you call Aaron Donald and ask
him what he knows about Pittsburgh?

Speaker 1 (00:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (00:28):
What he should do?

Speaker 3 (00:29):
No, Yeah, that's funny. I'm actually I took a picture
because of his facility. Yes, I took a picture. I'
about to send it over to him because it's awesome
just to see what he's done being from here and
what it means to him. So, yes, my god, I'm
definitely gonna give him a ring and ask him where
to go the spots and whatnot.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
What was it like earlier in your career playing with
someone like Aaron Donald? Who is what he is now?

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (00:52):
I mean where just can't describe what Aaron means to
me as a as a friend, and obviously as his teammate.
He taught me so much. He's such a good human
being man. I feel like that's something that's not talked about.
He's always talking about how dominant he is as a
football player, but who is a human being, and how
much he loves people and he pours back into people

(01:13):
that love the game and people that don't love the
game either. He's just a great, great individual and it's
really been amazing to be able to call him a friend.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
In terms of the defensive line, do you have a
specific spot that you like a little bit more than
another one?

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Honestly, No, And that's just funny. I think.

Speaker 3 (01:30):
I think what makes me a little unique is that
allergic to play anywhere. I started my career, like I said,
playing next to Aaron at NOS. Then when I went
to the Chargers, played more three. Now with the Titans,
I played more five tech, six tech, which is more
outside you know, on the tackle, outside the tackle. So
I just feel like I pride myself on just being
able to, you know, do it all and be able

(01:53):
to just play from anywhere and get and you know,
get the job done. I don't I don't consider myself flashy.
I don't consider myself pretty. I don't try to be pretty.
You know, bring your hard hat and your lunch pale
and just get it done.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
You know, sounds like Pittsburgh's. That is what Pittsburgh is.
What do you know about Cam Hey? Were some of
the guys that are on that line? Yeah here with
the Steelers.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
Yeah, I mean Cam. I mean Cam's a Hall of
Famer himself. Man.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
You know, his body of work that he's been able
to put out is just amazing to see and to
see that him still going at his age is tremendous.
And I have nothing but you know, just respect for
him in his game obviously, you know TJ.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Watt, he's a dog. He wins from anywhere.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
And I know they got a bunch of young players
too that are really establishing themselves as well.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
So you know, if I could.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
Just come in and you know, pass some wisdom down
and be a help wherever I can and just get
the job done wherever they want me to and as
to plan, hopefully, you know, we could do great things
this season because I see it.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
I see the vision.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
What has Patrick Graham told you just about what he
sees in you and how you would fit in his system.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
It was all really positive conversation and things to look
for over two and I'm really excited the way he's
gonna use me and the way he sees sees my
skill set and

Speaker 2 (03:06):
What I could do to help perfect Thank you, No
no problem, mm hmm
